Time Text
You're listening to the Liberty News Radio Network, and this is the Political Cesspool.
The Political Cesspool, known across the South and worldwide as the South's foremost populist conservative radio program.
And here to guide you through the murky waters of the political cesspool is your host, James Edwards.
Third and final hour, here we come against...
Make it around the clubhouse turn.
James Edwards and Keith Alexander, I sent a note.
I was just joking with our production staff during the last break.
Sent him a note earlier tonight to give them the outline for the program.
So it's going to be a really easy show tonight.
We don't have to call anybody.
We just got Sam on tonight.
Keith and I are going to take the first and third hours, respectively.
And just a really easy workload this evening.
Not a lot of guests.
And then we had the storm at the network in Florida.
And then just a freak.
I mean, for no reason whatsoever, power outage here on the Memphis local end.
And so I had to go to the cell phone and reconnect with Sam that last segment.
But you know what?
It happens.
And blemishes behind the scenes, you know, the audience doesn't care.
It's just the perfectionists that are on the stage that get so upset.
Boy, my God, do I start sweating with stuff like that happening?
I don't like it.
I like to be a perfectionist.
But anyway, from time to time, you just got to keep.
The show must go on.
Well, we were talking with Sam at the end of that last hour about some of the media attention our shows and this network have gotten over the years.
And we've got another one just this last week.
So we made mention last week was the Better Call Paul show.
We had Paul Angel of the Barnes Review, Ramsey Paul, Paul Ramsey, if you will, and then Paul Fromm on.
Three hours, three Pauls, the all-Paul shows.
You should have had Paul and Paula singing, hey, hey, Paula.
We've done that before.
Anyway, Keith had to leave to go do an interview.
Now, we got some misinformation about this.
I was misinformed.
Perhaps Keith was too, but boy, when I found out what really happened, you've seen those memes where the people have like the eyeballs as lasers.
I was about to go blind.
So what I was told was it was going to be an interview with a Norwegian television station.
What it actually was, was a Norwegian host doing a segment on the great replacement for Vice News for Showtime.
So Keith actually sat down with Vice News last week for a segment that will air on Showtime.
Now, if you haven't done these interviews before, if you don't know how it works behind the scenes, I'll tell you.
You can tape something like this, and I've done it several times over my career.
You can tape something like this in July, and it might not air until next year.
They can set on these things for a long, long time.
We've seen this happen.
That's just par for the course.
That's normal.
That's natural.
Sometimes they can come out sooner than that, but it could be months away before we see the finished product.
Now, my position on this is, first of all, I turn down interviews every month.
We had a recent one that came in from Politico.
They wanted me to comment on Tom Robb being pranked by this black so-called British comedian.
And first of all, Tom Robb looked pretty good to me in it.
He didn't seem to get pranked to me.
He obviously found out that this guy was a phony and was coming in under false pretenses to do some sort of a joke interview, and he sent him on his way.
It was this guy was trying to be some poor man, Sasha Barra Cohen, and it just really fell flat.
Now, they thought it was funny, of course, because they were trying to make fun of Tom Robb.
But anyway, of course, I declined the interview with Political.
I declined 99 out of 100 interviews that come through.
I always decline things that aren't aired live here in the United States.
Now, I will make exceptions for out-of-town, or rather, I'm sorry, out-of-the-country interviews because there's a low-risk versus reward there.
If it goes bad, nobody's going to see it.
If it goes good, you're going to pick up a few listeners to add to the international company of TPC Nation.
But anyway, okay, so it's Vice.
And Keith's going to tell you the story from there.
So, Keith, tell us how this interview fell into your lap, how they made the trip from New York, how they turned out not to be a Norwegian television crew, but rather a crew with a Norwegian on it for Vice and Showtime and what they talked to you about.
Well, we have a young man who is a friend of the show, known as Mr. Confederate Man, and he told me about it and said he didn't want to do it, but would I be willing to do it?
And I said, yeah, I guess so.
I didn't know.
All I knew was that this guy, Vegas Tenold, was Norwegian.
But nonetheless, they came to Memphis, came by my house.
We did an interview.
They were about 30 minutes late.
It was about an hour and 30 minutes, I guess, of taping.
And it was a pleasant enough atmosphere and conversation at the time.
You know, now, I have no idea what the finished product will look like.
Hopefully, I'll get a copy of it before it airs.
But nonetheless, we talked about the Great Replacement, and they were somewhat alarmed that the Great Replacement had gone from being a weird conspiracy theory to a mainstream, unquestioned, truthful description of what's going on at the border in the minds of at least half of America, probably, the Republican half.
So we discussed that, and we discussed other things about my background.
We talked about other liberal developments throughout my lifetime living in Memphis, Tennessee.
So it went, you know, fairly well.
We'll find out.
You know, James is fearful of what a left-wing outfit will do with your interview.
I'm just waiting and seeing.
We'll find out what happens.
Like Darcy said, K-Syrah, Syrah, what shall be, will be.
Well, I'm not fearful at all.
I know exactly what's going to happen with it.
My chagrin, to use the word we used during the last break, comes from giving Vice any access to anything I'm associated or anybody I know.
They are the absolute worst.
They are worms.
I wouldn't want anything to do with Vice, and I wouldn't wish that upon anybody that I know.
They are just a terrible, terrible.
They are really the worst that American media has to offer.
And I know what they're doing right now.
They're going to try to dim the lights and make you look monstrous and probably put some ominous when you speak.
And they can do so much in post-production with these things.
I mean, they'll have months to sit there and edit and take out of context things, which they'll inevitably do.
And they'll adjust lighting when it's presented.
And when you begin to speak, there's so much they can do with special effects.
Check the theme from Godzilla or something.
It'll be ominous, scary music when you try to say something sensibly.
I'm sure you comported yourself well and gave good answers.
But with that particular outfit for Showtime, there's just not a chance in hell it's going to be anything other than the worst.
But, you know, okay, it's another national media interview for TPC.
Oh, I could spit nails when I found out it was Vice, though.
I didn't like that.
But hey, you know, whatever.
I mean, they're interested in us.
What can I say?
That's a creative way to get an interview.
They got one.
Well, don't worry.
See, I'm so uncool, I guess.
I didn't know Vice from Adam's house cat.
What were some of the things they, some of the questions and answers, if you can give us a little preview?
Well, they asked, why did I think that the great replacement was real?
They went into my background before that.
I told them I was a lawyer.
They asked me what type of law I practiced.
I went into that.
I told them that the numbers can't be quibbled with.
White people were 90% of the population of the United States in 1960.
Now they are 57%.
Blacks were 10% in 1960.
Now they're 13%.
So they're not replacing us.
The replacement is coming from third world immigrants from Central and South America, Latin America.
We'll be right back.
We'll talk a little bit more about this.
This we're going to get to the mailbag.
Have a little fun with Keith.
Stay tuned.
I'm Michael Hill, president of the League of the South.
I and my compatriots are Southern nationalists.
We seek the survival, well-being, and independence of the Southern people, our people.
The League wants a South that enjoys the sweet fruits of Christian liberty and prosperity, but our current situation won't allow it.
We must have our independence from Washington, D.C. and the globalists.
The present system cannot be reformed.
Without independence, we will continue down this path of destruction.
To us, this is not acceptable.
I'm asking you, Southern man and woman, to join us today to free the South.
Call us at 256-757-6789 or see our website at www.leagofthesouth.com.
God saved the South.
Why does the left lie constantly?
Because they get spiritual power from lying.
The lies come from Satan, the father of lies.
John 8, 44.
Here's how the political lying process works: Satan provides the beast with a lie.
Then the more they use the lie, the more spiritual power they get.
Look, the media is a lie multiplier, and this multiplication gives more evil spiritual power to the beast.
And that can overwhelm and even deceive the body of Christ, especially when the body is being disobedient to the head.
The churches today are incorporated, so they're subordinate to human government.
They obey the beast and do nothing to restore our national relationship with God.
And the government shall be on his shoulders.
Isaiah 9:6.
That verse is not for the present-day church.
Rather, it is for the end time church, the body of the line of Judah.
A message from Christ's Kingdom Ministries.
Okay, we are going to dip into the mailbag here in just a second.
We've got some beautiful pieces of correspondence from our listeners.
But Keith, wrap it up.
Wrap it up on what people may see if and when this thing airs on Showtime.
Well, like I say, we shall see what we shall see.
You know, I thought it went fairly well.
I doubt whether every word I say is going to be presented, and I hope that James is not right, that they're going to try to manipulate it.
But nonetheless, We've got to get our side of the argument out there one way or another.
And, you know, we cannot expect kick glove treatment from our adversaries.
So, you know, we'll just see how it goes and we'll give you a report on that once we know about it.
But nonetheless, time marches on.
And, you know, the fact that they want to talk about the great replacement tells you that they're concerned about people having the view that the great replacement is an intentional activity by our establishment today in government for the purpose of effectively disenfranchising the founding stock of America.
That's what it is.
And, you know, I don't have any doubt whatsoever in my mind that that's what's going on.
A perfect example of why that is is that we have a war right now going on with Ukraine.
Over 50,000 Ukrainians have been killed.
There are a lot of Ukrainians who are refugees that would like to come to America.
But so far, any conversation about Ukrainian refugees coming to America as opposed to Latin American refugees or refugees from other third world destinations, the silence is deafening.
Obviously, they're not coming over.
Why would we be sponsoring this war and not accepting white refugees from Ukrainia or from the Ukraine unless there was a racial dynamic to our refugee programs and for our immigration program?
So, you know, there it is.
Think about that, chew on that, ponder it.
If you think of a good reason why we're not seeing news reports about airplane loads of Ukrainians coming here, but we get plenty of information about airplanes full of Somalians or from, you know, Latin American people coming over in buses or in trucks and whatnot, others being bussed to sanctuary cities like Washington, D.C.
Believe me, if we were getting a lot of Ukrainian refugees, we'd be hearing about it, but we're not hearing anything about it.
All right.
So as far as I'm concerned, it's not happening, and it's not happening because of the deliberate policy of the United States government.
Okay.
We have got, we'll put a capstone on that right now, a bookend.
We'll see what happens with Vice.
If ever anybody out there, let me give you 20 years of experience.
Don't ever do anything that isn't live if it's television, especially with creeps from Showtime.
Anyway, we've got, Mr. Producer, I just sent you a telephone number during our backdoor channel there at the IPDTL.
If you can call Rich.
Rich says, yes, Rich, he was responsible.
We got to talk about Chuck Schumer attacking Tucker Carlson about the great replacement on the floor of the Senate.
Talk about Schumer with one, two, three, four exclamation points.
Well, folks.
We know about Chuck Schumer.
Well, Rich is going to call in the telephone.
I said, Rich, my wife needs the details.
My wife was on a ladies' retreat this week, and I was babysitting the three of our kids first time for Caroline, our 18-month-old.
Well, I guess she's about 20 months now.
I told somebody a couple of months ago, she's 18 months, and my son said, no, she's not.
She's one.
Anyway, so we had a fun time, though.
We went to the zoo.
We went to the museum and the planetarium.
We went to the Sprinkle Park.
We had a great time with my kids and visited the grandparents this week and all kinds of stuff.
But I've been a little bit out of the news as a result of that.
And so do we have Rich on the line?
Okay, Rich has got to tell us about it.
I'll tell you what, if we don't know what we're talking about, our audience knows what we should be talking about.
Rich, tell us what's going on, buddy.
Tell us about the Great Replacement.
Well, evidently, Tucker Carlson gave a monologue two or three days ago talking about the Great Replacement.
And it's evidently a lengthy one, about 15 minutes.
And it was picked up by Vince James.
I heard about it on Rinse.
I heard about it on Ted Brower's show.
I think Duke even talked about it.
And then lo and behold, Schumer gets on the floor of the Senate.
What is he, the Senate majority leader?
And he makes a big, long denunciation of Tucker Carlson for spreading these incitements to violence is what he was terming it.
So, I mean, the point being that this is a big deal.
I mean, it's bigger even than when y'all got denounced on the floor of the House of Representatives.
But it's, yeah, I mean, there's a lot of people are talking about it.
I was kind of surprised y'all hadn't mentioned it yet, but I understand you've been busy.
Well, we should have.
Well, I'm glad that you're glad we're doing it now because I had seen, of course, that Tucker had mentioned that.
I had seen some of his commentary.
In fact, I did not know, and normally I would know, but because of the circumstances with the family traveled this week, I didn't see that that had happened with Schumer.
So what do you think the ramifications are of this, Rich, and how does this further exacerbate the things we've been talking about, about this great divide that is not going to be put back together?
I mean, how does this further fractionalize the country to have Schumer go to town on the floor of the Senate against a commentator?
Well, I mean, you know, Schumer wouldn't be doing this if the people that control him hadn't told him to.
I mean, that's the first takeaway.
The other thing is, just like this interview that the Vice people sprang on Keith, you know, the subject was the great replacement.
So that's coming down that side of the pike.
So it's like, you know, you know me, I'm a conspiracy guy.
There is an orchestrated effort, I think, to crank up the volume, especially in anticipation of the midterms to, you know, incite the local anti-far, the local libs, whatever, you know, and incite them further into pillorying and demonizing the people that share our view of what's going on in this country.
And I think they're trying to stoke it up for, you know, civil conflict or whatever.
I mean, I've read other articles.
Martin Armstrong on Armstrong Economics was putting up some commentary the last couple of days saying that he thinks it's going to be a violent civil war in the United States.
You know, and you're talking about the polls where saying the Republicans and red states are ready to pack up and leave and all this kind of stuff.
So I think it's heading in that direction.
And it's whether, you know, whether it's going to come to fruition is up to question.
These people are, you know, they're fond of holding power, and they've certainly got all the guns and everything they want, all the ammunition and all the police and all the military and all this kind of stuff.
And they're, you know, they're trying to pass gun laws.
They want to ban the Second Amendment.
They want to repeal it pretty much.
And if they can't repeal it, one of these idiot congressmen was up there was saying he wants to add four more associate justices to the Supreme Court, you know, so that they can back the court.
Well, they'll do anything they can to win.
They have no principles as far as nothing is beyond the pale.
If it will work, packing the Supreme Court, of course, that's what Franklin Roosevelt threatened to do back in the 30s when he couldn't get it.
Well, no, he threatened to do it.
Intended to do it, yo and it, and the backlash was was was, was pretty strong, but the Supreme Court got the message and they have, oh yeah, they have overturned very few people throughout the 50s and 60s.
Yeah, they have overturned very few federal laws since then.
I mean, you know there's been some egregious stuff that's happened, but uh, the fact that this is going on now, I think it's, I don't think it's by accident.
Not when you got a, you got a whole bunch of different people that are starting to sing the same tune.
I mean, it's like well, to quote Roosevelt, you know, in politics there are no coincidences.
Well, to quote Shakespeare, methinks they protest too much.
The fact that they're that concerned about this Grace Great Replacement.
If it is a conspiracy theory, why are they devoting this much time and attention to it?
I just uh, it's obviously true, it has a ring of truth.
A lot of people believe it.
A lot of people believe it, with good reason, I think.
When it comes down to this country breaking apart, which I think it needs to do for our own survival, will it happen?
How violently will it occur?
Will it be violent at all?
Like the you said, the fall of the Soviet union wasn't necessarily violent.
Um, and will it happen in our lifetime?
How violent will it be and how quickly will it occur?
But the thing about it is and this rich is something that some of our friends were talking about earlier tonight and that is they need us more than we need them.
The South, as it owns it's its own independent nation, has the oil and the national resources and the, the military to be entirely self-sufficient and easily one of the most powerful countries in the world.
Uh, you talk about a state like Alabama is the size of Austria, state Of Austria, certainly autonomous and able to uh determine its own destiny.
If we break up, we just make need to make sure we get our share of the nukes.
That's right, that's right.
Uh, all right.
Well, we'll be right back.
Stay tuned, everybody exposing corruption, informing citizens, pursuing liberty.
You're listening to Liberty NEWS Radio.
USA Radio NEWS, like Tony Marusso reporting.
When Donald Trump's followers who believed his false accusations about election fraud stirred the U.s Capitol, he sat back and watched.
That was the narrative the U.s House OF Representatives select committee investigating the january 6th attack lay down in eight hearings over six weeks, which wrapped up this week with a study of the former president's actions during the 187 minute assault on Congress by his supporters.
As triple-digit heat waves continue to grip parts of the U.s this week, several companies, including construction and delivery, are taking extra precautions to keep employees safe as they work under the hot sun during the heat of the day.
Ronda Lenu, the executive vp owner of Phoenix company Lions Roofing, says they constantly hold classes on heat safety.
In the 17 years we've been doing this, if we've had a half a dozen people come off the roof for heat exhaustion, that's probably about it.

Wendy Bell here for my friends at Swiss America.
Did you know the U.S. Constitution authorizes only two forms of legitimate money, gold and silver?
That's right.
But our government abandoned gold and silver a half century ago.
Meanwhile, gold and silver prices have rocketed in recent years due to growing economic uncertainty.
So, to help my listeners, Swiss America has a very special offer today: Silver Walking Liberty half dollars at the amazingly low price of $12.50 each delivered.
You heard me right, $12.50.
Call now to reserve your silver coins at 800-630-1490.
That's 800-630-1490.

Rochester, New York Police Chief David Smith announced on Friday the arrest of 21-year-old Massachusetts man Calvin Vickers for the murder of 29-year veteran officer Anthony Murkowitz, who was shot and killed in what police called a cowardly ambush Thursday night.
Chief Smith says Zerkowitz and his partner Sino Singh were targeted while inside their patrol vehicle.
Vickers fled the scene and was picked up later by police and will face charges of murder and attempted murder.
Rochester Police Captain Frank Umbrino says a juvenile bystander was also wounded during the attack and was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Additionally, a 15-year-old female was inside her house nearby, and as she dolved for cover after hearing the gunshots, she was grazed by one of three bullets that penetrated one of the walls of her house.
Vickers fled the scene and was picked up later by police.
He will face charges of murder and attempted murder.

Please sing return to sender.
If we know it, I got a matter from the mailbox, presenting special deed.
Brought in early next morning, it came right back to me.
Return to sender at deaths unknown.
No such number.
No such phone.
We had a quarrel.
A lovers bet.
I write, I'm sorry, but my letter keeps coming back.
She would have won it.
Return to send it.
I uh, that's late stage, Elvis, right there.
That was 1976, Elvis, right before the end, and that's a live version.
I shouldn't have to be talking about mail that we sent out in June not yet being delivered by the end of July, but we are at the mercy of the USPS.
So, pardon me, ladies and gentlemen, for spending another minute on this.
But if you had contributed to TPC in June and you have not yet received your incentive gift, it's out there somewhere.
We get tracking on all of these things.
Now, let me tell you, I'll tell you how it works.
If you send out 100 pieces, out of that 100, about 50 of them will get delivered on time.
50% of them won't be delivered on time.
And of the 50% that is not delivered on time, some of them will take three, four, five weeks to get delivered.
That's with priority mail.
And about two or three just get lost.
And what happens sometimes in the case of the severely delayed pieces, you'll have a denizen of the post office just knock it off the truck or something.
And it'll be sitting in the corner and then somehow, some win, some why, somebody will trip over it and put it back into the system.
But anyway, long story short, it is hell dealing with the post office.
It raises my blood pressure every time I have to go in there.
It is terrible, especially if I'm not going to be able to do it.
We know about the three great lies, right?
The first one is the checks in the mail.
The second one, you can't tell in mixed company.
And the third one is, I'm from the government and I'm here to help you.
Well, we're still checking all the tracking numbers.
I know that there are still a handful that were sent in June that have not yet been delivered.
If you have not yet, now that, or maybe they have, and the post office just didn't update their records right.
Bottom line is: we're going to turn it back to our good friend Rich Hamblin.
If you've not yet received your gift from June, it is not because it wasn't mailed in June, it's just because we have a third world postal service.
Not guilty, says James.
So let me know.
Send me an email, and we'll send you a replacement copy if you need it.
Rich, you were talking about a variety of items.
Yeah, believe me, I know.
I check, you know, I go the extra mile.
I check every single tracking number to make sure they're all delivered.
And I did see that yours was delivered, Rich.
I could sleep easy on that one, but there are a few that God knows what happened.
I'm not talking about the ones we sent out of the country.
Yeah, go ahead.
I got a post office joke, but I don't think I can tell it on the air.
We'll talk about it later.
But I tell you what, I'm glad you called in to talk about the Schumer thing, him calling, him dressing down Tucker from the floor of the Senate.
That's big news, this whole thing.
It really falls in line with what we've been talking about tonight.
You had a lot of other things on your mind, too.
I'm going to let you and Keith wear out a segment.
So take it away, my friend.
You had a lot of good stuff to talk about.
Yeah, well, of course, there's lots of stuff going on.
I mean, the United States economy, you know, the administration says one thing.
The markets are thinking others.
Interest rates, you know, mortgage rates have doubled since the first of the year, pretty much.
You know, I'm in the construction business, so I'm kind of nervous about what kind of impact this is going to have on what we do.
And then, and, of course, you got this continuing mess in Europe now with the Russia-Ukraine war.
And Europe is Europe is toast.
I mean, Germany is really hurting.
I mean, they're facing a cold winter and a shutdown of their industry because of the lack of natural gas.
And it is back and forth between Canada and Russia about the repair of the turbine for Nord Stream 1.
And I don't think it's still back online yet.
Putin is kind of relenting a little bit and is not going to cut Europe off completely.
But then in the last day or so, Russia and Turkey and Ukraine came to an agreement to allow shipments of grain out of Odessa and out of the southern ports that the Ukraine still holds.
And lo and behold, Odessa got attacked by missiles.
Today or yesterday, it's in the news.
That liberal news service that Sam uses for his program is all following the Ukrainian line, claiming that the Russians did it.
The first thing the Russians did was tell the Turks they had absolutely nothing to do with it.
This is why they're trying to export all that grain to the measure that we've been trying to take against Russia has backfired.
Oh, yeah, it's been absolutely negative.
I mean, Putin comes back and says, okay, you can buy gas.
We'll honor our gas contracts, but you've got to convert your currency into rubles for unfriendly countries, you know, like the European Union, to avoid having happen to them what the United States has already done, which was a seize their foreign assets.
I mean, that's an out-and-out act of war.
And to face it, the United States is at war with Russia through Ukraine, maybe.
But we're sending them expensive weaponry, which is probably getting destroyed by the Russians on the battlefield.
We're sending them, you know, the total is now, what, $9 billion?
I have a theory, by the way, about, Rich, I have a theory about why we left all of that military hardware in Afghanistan and why we're providing all this military hardware to Ukraine now.
And the reason is the military-industrial complex wants to make money.
They can't make money when we use used equipment and send some ally brand new stuff.
Yeah, I follow a lot of economic blogs.
There's a guy named Greg Manorino.
And one of the first things he said when the war started was the people are going to make out on this.
There's a military-industrial complex because they're going to gin the factories up.
And you can probably watch their stocks.
You can probably watch their stocks and they're going up.
Well, Europe, in the meantime, is bankrupt.
Just like COVID, big pharma is making all the money.
Right now, Europe is banking.
Europe is bankrupting themselves monetarily, and also they're stripping their arsenals of weapons.
They're running out of Soviet-made equipment to send to Ukraine.
And, of course, the U.S. NATO manufactured equipment doesn't really do the Ukrainians a whole lot of good because they've got to be brought up to speed on training and such and such.
I understand now that the United States is going to start training Ukrainian pilots to fly U.S. aircraft.
So, I mean, this thing is ratcheting up higher and higher.
In the meantime, our own forces are deteriorating.
The command structure has been purged.
It started with Obama when he did a big slaughter of generals and higher ranks who didn't think right, you know, enforced retirements or sentence and assignments.
And it's been continuing.
It's been continuing apace since then.
And Biden is only exasperated.
You got Lloyd Austin, who's a buffoon who's the Secretary of Defense.
And you've got all this wokeism and this transgenderism and all this stuff.
Second only to Mark Milley.
And it's got to the point now where I read that only 23% of American youth of military age can pass the physical requirements to get into the military.
And very few of those people that can pass it, by the way, Rich, want to get into the military.
Who wants to get into a military where lesbians and transsexuals get preference over you for advancement?
And a lot of the ones who do get in are getting drummed out because they don't go along with that particular purpose.
They're getting run.
And you've got a large number of National Guard reservists that are facing expulsion because they're not taking the vaccines.
You've got they're lowering qualifications, high school education qualifications.
Also, they're closing their eyes to gangbangers.
And one thing I've heard floated about is they're going to start opening the doors to the illegals as a pathway to citizenship.
At the same time, as well, this is going to be a lot of people.
Yeah, the Texas border is wide open.
And people are just flooding up here south of the border, and they're being picked up by Homeland Security and whatever, and transited to the middle of the United States, and showing up in places.
Well, I like it when they show up in sanctuary cities like D.C., New York City, and San Francisco.
That's what the governors of Texas, for example, the governor of Texas is doing.
And boy, is that rubbing the left up in the accelerator and on the left coast the wrong way?
Yeah, but you got to look at the numbers of those.
You got to look at how many those are actually happening.
And I mean, a lot of it's a lot of PR stunts because, you know, the people, the Republicans running this state governments, everything else are awful.
I mean, look at Tennessee.
I mean, we had an awful government here in Tennessee.
You know, it's woke.
It's adhering to the BDS, anti-BDS laws.
You know, it's, I think they've even passed something about Noah.
Anti-Confederate law, you know, Bill Lincoln.
Yep, yep.
You know, it's all this kind of stuff.
So, I mean, the regime, they really are Bolsheviks.
I mean, if you really want to find out what's going on, read about the events in Russia in 1917 to 1919 and what happened and how they dismantled that country over there.
And we're witnesses in real time now.
I'm going to come back and say a little bit more about this.
We're going to go to the mailbag.
Thank you, Rich, for brightening up the program tonight and coming in and shooting a couple of bullets at the thing.
I really appreciate it.
No, I appreciate it.
I appreciate it.
Always good to hear from you.
You're always a great addition to the program.
Anytime you call in or on as a guest, you enjoyed the care.
I've got to tell you that I sleep better at night knowing that there are organizations like the Conservative Citizens Foundation.
The purpose of the Conservative Citizens Foundation is to promote the principles of limited government, individual liberty, equality before the law, property rights, law and order, judicial restraint, and states' rights, while at the same time, exploring the dangers posed by liberalism to our national interests and cultural institutions.
The Conservative Citizens Foundation also seeks to educate the public on the dangers of extremist ideologies like critical race theory and cultural Marxism.
I've worked with the good people at the Conservative Citizens Foundation for many years, and their work comes with my complete endorsement.

Yeah, this time I'm going to take it myself, put it right in her hand.
And if it comes back the very next day, then I'll understand.
The writing order.
Be time to send a address unknown.
No such number, no such phone returns in the address unknown.
No such number.
No such fun.
Return.
Headdress unknown.
No such number.
No such fun.
Like such.
So that was a live concert in Hampton Roads, Virginia in 1976.
So that went on the set list.
Return to Cinder was an early 60s hit.
That's not the song you're used to hearing.
Somebody.
Well, no, that's not the original recording, of course, which is great.
That was a little haphazardly done.
What happened was in that concert, somebody just screamed from the audience, please sing Return to Cinder.
And Elvis just started singing it.
And you could hear the band in the beginning of the song trying to remember how to play it.
And they're just kind of fumbling through it.
But that's true entertainment right there.
I mean, just off the cuff.
I mean, Elvis was.
Anybody from Tupelo is obviously going to be a world-class act, but Elvis was about equidistant.
He was born about equidistance from where my maternal and paternal grandparents were born in Carinth, Mississippi, and in Thaxton.
It's funny.
I've been watching some of these YouTube things of early Ed Sullivan program and Steve Allen program appearances by Elvis.
It was incredible what a showman he was right from the very beginning.
He had the audience right in the palm of his hand.
There was a new movie out about Elvis' life, which my parents went to go see, and they said it's just fantastic, fantastic.
And Tom Hanks plays Colonel Parker in that particular movie.
Now, of course, in the movie, Elvis was a great egalitarian and in the tank for MOK and the Civil Rights Movement.
In real life, though, you never heard about that.
If it was true at all, you never heard about it.
He certainly wasn't one of the celebrities that was out there doing like a celebrity would do now in the movie.
They'd sort of reimagined.
Like Frankie Lane gave a, you know, the guy that did, you know, Gunfight at OK Corral and 310 to Um, all those songs for those old Westerns.
He actually showed up at Selma for some, I guess you could call it concert in support of the Selma demonstrations and whatnot.
A lot of others did too.
Of course, Peter Paul and Mary, all the folk people, folk singers and whatnot did that.
But Elvis never did that.
I don't know.
Now, Priscilla has come forward and said, no, he was not a racist.
He didn't think, you know, and gave, you know, the type of.
Well, he didn't have any problem performing with Confederate flags in the audience.
I can tell you.
Yeah, he didn't have any problem with that, but he also didn't have any problem with black people either.
He liked that.
He's a typical Southern guy, basically.
He gets along famously with black people.
But on the other hand, was he a social justice warrior?
No.
That's right.
That's right.
Now, it's rumored that his management purposely kept him out of all of that rancor.
Well, Tom Parker was his manager.
I think he, I've heard anywhere from 20% to 50% of the take is what Colonel Parker's take was on the money that he made.
Colonel Parker had been involved in carnivals and fairs, like, you know, little Mid-South fairs that went around the country and whatnot.
But he knew about show business.
And he was a success for Elvis.
Elvis wanted him on there.
But he was an illegal immigrant, we understand.
He was Jewish.
He came from Europe.
He came over here illegally.
He was afraid to go out of the country because he was afraid that he would not be able to get back in.
On the other hand, he was afraid to have Elvis leave the country without him being with him for fear that some other manager or agent would sign him up.
That's why Elvis never did a world tour.
He just toured America and Hawaii.
Exactly.
That's it.
He had to stay within the boundaries of the United States because one thing that you could depend on, if Elvis was there, Colonel Tom Parker was not far away.
But he wasn't really a colonel, was he?
That was just sort of an adopted name.
No, that was just kind of a stage name.
Anyway, anyway.
But okay, back to the topic at hand.
I was going to mention this to Rich when he was on the line.
Rich is right.
I mean, look, we're talking about this great transition within the Republican Party base over the course of less than a decade, the last seven years.
So to be sure, there are still any number of establishment Republican hacks that would love to go back to business as usual.
So yes, you can point to people like Governor Bill Lee in Tennessee.
But at the same time, you can point to people like Michael Perutka.
You can point to people like Lauren Witzke, who are running contested primaries, statewide elections, and winning now.
And you can point to other places as well.
I actually just saw this.
Rich was talking about the prospects of a civil war.
And here is the latest just an hour ago from one of the great hacks of all establishment media, David Weigel of the Washington Post.
He's written about us.
They all have.
But this headline reads, on the campaign trail, many Republicans see a civil war.
And this article, brand new to the Washington Post, since we've been on the air, begins with a statement about Michael Perutka, who we've been talking about tonight.
Days before Maryland's June 19th primary, Michael Perutka stood up at an Italian restaurant in Rockville, Maryland, and imagined how a foreign enemy might attack America.
We would expect them to make our borders porous, Perutka told the crowd.
We would expect them to make our cities unsafe places to live.
We would expect them to try to ruin our economy.
The country was at war, he explained, and the enemy has co-opted members and agencies and agents of our own government.
On Tuesday, Perutka easily dispatched a more moderate Republican to win the nomination.
It goes on from there.
It talks about how many in the Republican ranks, people who would vote for a candidate like Perutka, do believe that there will be a civil war in their lifetimes.
I believe that too.
Or I at least believe that the country is going to break apart.
Yeah, I don't believe it's going to be a civil war.
I think that if Trump gets in, it will trigger the left so badly that they'll want to secede.
We'll see.
It's like I said, they need us more than we need them.
We got a lot of resources down here in Dixie.
We'll see.
We could sell that.
I think this was being talked about by Mark Tommy earlier.
We could get the oil for eight cents a gallon.
Just make sure we get half the nukes at least, and then we'll be fine.
The thing, if Ukraine had held on to the nuclear weapons that they had when the Soviet Union broke up, they would never have been invaded by Russia.
Let's read a little bit of mail.
Speaking of return to sender, we got some mail here.
This is from Mike in Virginia.
I want to thank Mike publicly on the air.
Mike was one whose gift I sent out even in advance of receiving his contribution because he's always good for it.
And I sent it out before I received a gift from him.
And I want to thank him for sending me a very beautiful book.
I'll read the letter.
It tells you more about it.
Hello, James, and hello, Keith.
You often send your supporters a book, so I wanted to return the favor at least one time and send you a book in honor of your 42nd birthday.
This is the birthday I had last month.
Please enjoy the enclosed book entitled Folk, a collection of what it means to be a people.
It is a beautiful compilation of Western art and essays by many TPC guests, such as Jason Kuna and Liv Haida.
I have to confess, I haven't read it all the way through yet.
I just received my copy as well, but I look forward to doing so, and I hope your family will enjoy it too.
This is a beautiful coffee table book, folks.
The most stunning illustrations is by the White People's Press.
Let's see, the White People's Press.
TWPW, right?
Wait, no, TWPP.
TWPP, the White People's Press, TWPP.
They do great stuff.
I'm still reading Dixie, Southern Essays of Michael Andrew Grissom, a book I acquired after hearing your fantastic flashback interview with Mr. Grissom.
Sam Dixon was on that show.
Keith nailed it by saying Mr. Grissom comports himself as a quintessential Southern gentleman.
Sadly, I have kept putting that book aside to read something else, and I can't stomach how much ground we've lost in the South since the uncivil rights movement.
Mr. Grissom is a writer par excellence with penetrating insight of an intelligent observer who lived it.
Just being a few years older than you, James, the South before this Marxist assault on Western civilization sometimes seems like a fairy tale.
Thank you for your outstanding coverage on the overturning of Roe versus Wade.
Brad Criffin drove it straight when he wrote that and said that nothing is stronger than the mother-child bond and a culture of death that promotes the destruction of that bond produces supremely selfish people who will never care about anyone else's future, much less their own heritage, family, religion, or race.
The sooner that attitude can be stamped out, the better, with the added benefit of restrengthening our cherished 10th Amendment and hastening our future separation.
Who can reason with such a people?
Lauren Witzke also had a great point on the program a couple of weeks ago that by stopping infant sacrifice, perhaps God can bless us as a people once again.
That comes from Mike in Virginia.
He too is talking about our future separation.
Yeah, you know, a lot of people from a lot of different backgrounds are seeing the same thing.
You know, I just don't see how it will be appropriate to continue on.
It's like a bad marriage.
At some point, you just have to call it a day and say, we need a divorce.
And that's what we have with, you know, our country.
We've been trying from the very beginning to work things out, but the liberals in the Acela corridor and now the left coast as well just will not let us be ourselves.
They insist on remaking us in their image.
We don't want to remake them in our image.
We're like Greta Garbo.
We just want to be left alone.
And unfortunately, they don't see the justice and the rectitude of our position.
We're not trying to push them around, but they certainly are trying to push us around.
Want to read one more piece of correspondence, Keith, and that'll be the show for tonight.
We just read a letter, a very nice letter from a listener in Virginia.
Here's one from a listener in Arizona.
Hi, James and Keith.
TPC continues to make history both in terms of longevity and riveting content.
As you pointed out, a majority of white Republicans are waking up to the reality of white genocide.
TPC deserves credit for your role in broadcasting the truth all these years.
I've said it before, but it deserves repeating.
You describe the existential threats to the white race with clarity, passion, and optimism, but without hatred or bitterness.
A note to Keith, the sage historian.
It's true, it was Japanese Admiral Yamamoto who warned the emperor not to invade America because behind every blade of grass is a citizen with a rifle.
People need you.
That comes from Jim in Arizona, another one of our very loyal and steadfast contributors.
Thank you, Mike.
Thank you, Jim, from Arizona and from Virginia and from wherever you have tuned in tonight.
For Keith Alexander, Sam Bushman, Rich Hamblin up in Nashville, our production crew in Florida, who are weathering storms tonight.
Everybody who makes this show go.
I am James Edwards, and we will talk to you next week.
Good night.
