You're listening to the Liberty News Radio Network, and this is the Political Cesspool.
The Political Cesspool, going across the South and worldwide as the South's foremost populist conservative radio program.
And here to guide you through the murky waters of the political cesspool is your host, James Edwards.
And telling me that, man, there it was.
I said you're on, buddy.
Mommy's running fine.
Let's come off the line now when sunset and mine.
But I'll know you want better if you've got the nerve.
Let's race all the way to Deadman's Curve.
Dead Man's Curve.
Let's go get Man's Curve.
Dead Man's Curve.
I can hear you too.
Won't come back from Dead Man's Curve.
Well, there it is, ladies and gentlemen.
It is just about summertime, is it not?
Welcome to the show this evening.
I'm your host, James Edwards, Keith Alexander, and it's Saturday night, as it always is when we're together.
It's May the 14th, and it has certainly turned summer in the South, at least as far as the weather is concerned.
About 90 degrees today.
And it puts you in the mood for some of that feel-good summer music.
There's Dead Man's Curve.
You know, summertime is all about the beach boys.
That's a little Jan and Dean for you, of course.
But, hey, is Western civilization en route to Dead Man's Curve?
Or are we going to turn a corner for the better?
That's what we're all hoping to find out and hopefully having somewhat of a hand in that.
I got a request.
One request.
If you're going to do good time music from that era, the best surf song ever is Surf City, written by Brian Wilson, but performed by Jan and Dean that just did Dead Man's Curve.
There you go.
You know, it's hard to argue with that.
There's a lot of good ones, you know, but that one's certainly right up there.
Well, hey, folks, welcome back.
And another week, I've got an interesting show tonight, an extended interview with a former representative from the Louisiana State Legislature.
Let's see if you can figure out who that is before we get to the second hour.
But I just want to, before we get going here in earnest this evening, I just want to say a couple of things that have been on my mind since last week's show.
Last week's show, I went back and listened to parts of each of the three hours.
And I just think technically this radio program is peerless.
Yes.
I mean, if I do say so myself, the guests make this show so good.
I mean, you know, we're the longest running program of our kind, a talk radio medium that tackles the issues from a pro-white perspective and examines each issue from the view of a pro-white lens.
And I was talking a couple of weeks ago.
I said, you know, why did people ever pay attention to us when we first got started?
I was so young and all of that.
But, you know, of course, one of the reasons is because we were tested so hard and so fast.
I mean, really put through a media crucible and came out of that thing stronger than ever.
And the rest has been history.
You know, people forget all the media this program has made.
I say often, there are a lot of people doing this now who weren't doing it then.
I mean, this is something that's not news to you.
You know that.
And a lot of them are quite good.
I make the rounds.
Keith does interviews as well.
and we go on these different shows, and there are some fantastic people out there doing great, great work.
And there is a proliferation of content creators now.
But I did happen, and I don't typically listen to other people's programs that often.
Sometimes I do, and I certainly have my favorites.
But I was listening to some of the stuff some of the young people are doing.
And, you know, we've always flown above the turbulence of movement beefs and the airing of dirty laundry and gossip and things of that nature.
But there are some content creators out there who I saw a stream just recently where it's just five hours of gossip about other people in the so-called movement.
And that's unbelievable.
First of all, where's the audience for something like that?
It's embarrassing.
We've never done it.
I'm proud of that.
I'm proud of the legacy of this program.
Very professional.
You know, coming out of the Buchanan campaign and then running for office myself and then getting into radio.
We have always strived to be the kind of, well, I mean, here on Talk Radio, obviously on AM and FM Radio, you got to have some sort of professionalism.
But I'm really proud that we've always stayed true.
We've always stayed true to our beliefs.
We've always stayed true to our people.
And we've done it in a way that I think we can be proud of.
And we don't fall into a lot of the traps that other people are doing.
It's a fantastic show, and we're going to have another one for you tonight.
And anyway, that's just me on my soapbox.
I'll get down now and welcome Keith back to the program.
Keith, how are you doing tonight?
I'm doing great.
I think you're absolutely right, by the way.
We make it a point to get along with everybody.
If you don't get along with us, it's your fault, right?
We don't try to pick scabs off of wounds.
We just try to basically get the message across to normies.
That's our mission.
We need people to realize that you can be a white advocate without being some type of troglodyte or bad person the way that the left would like to portray us.
In fact, it's becoming more and more apparent with every passing day that the real troglodytes and missing links are on the left, not on the right.
Well, it's interesting you mentioned that, my friend, because I just saw again, and this isn't something we haven't seen or heard before, but I saw just again a few days ago Joe Biden, sleepy Joe, Slow Joe, going out this, I think Ramsey Paul called him the progressive potato, going out there and trying to recite what he's told to say by his handlers.
But in doing so, he once again repeated that the greatest terror threat to America are white nationalists, whatever he determines and defines that to be.
And I'm thinking, you know, of course, first of all, that's completely, completely bogus and completely devoid of facts.
It certainly wasn't white nationalists who were burning down city after city and sacking police stations and taking burning down cities or doing anything negative or bad to America.
We're trying to save America from the progressives and the liberals.
We weren't sacking police stations and we weren't claiming squares of downtown Seattle and Portland as sovereign territory.
We weren't burning down these cities.
You know, we're certainly not the ones that are illegally camped outside of the homes of the Supreme Court justices this week.
And you see all of these anti-abortion activists, not anti-abortion activists, the pro-abortion activists.
I read a headline.
It was pro-choice and anti-abortion.
See, if you're a progressive, you're always for something.
If you're a traditionalist, you're always against something.
And that's how they do that.
But no, the anti-life people, let's just put them that way.
And again, I think we had a very nuanced discussion on this last week, and we're not going to relitigate that, as I promised you we wouldn't.
We did three full hours on it, and I think that will let the record stand as to where this program is on that particular issue.
But we're not the ones that are out there doing that.
And you see now all across the country, these pro-death people are out there chanting and being their typical vagrant selves.
And if you fall into that camp, you know, it's just a disgusting camp.
If you look at the people, you look at the people who turn out for these things, these radical feminists, these obese.
We talked about all this last week, but I've seen them again.
I've seen what I saw at the women's march at the Trump Inauguration that week.
I've seen it again all across the country this week in pictures and in news articles.
And it's just a disgusting lot.
I'm so proud that we stand on the opposite end of the spectrum from they.
And we will take a break.
And with that said, I'm going to toss it over to Keith when we come back.
What are we going to talk about?
We're going to talk about Russia.
Maybe we'll talk about Brown, that ominous decision, talk about Supreme Court rulings.
That was the anniversary, just at the beginning of this month.
Keith's always loaded for that one.
Let's see what he says.
Stay tuned, everybody.

In message one, we said that Satan, the father of lies, John 8, 44, gave the left evil spiritual power.
The more they use the lies, the political left today is the beast.
Now, the Bible confirms that the dragon gave him, the beast, his power.
Revelation 13, 2.
The extra evil spiritual power that comes from the beast by their lying is what accounts for the string of the leftist criminals in the government that have never yet been prosecuted.
It also explains why American capitalists support communism in the 21st century.
Note 1.
That behavior of capitalists was predicted by Vladimir Lenin, a cell of the beast.
Note 2, Henry Ford was a capitalist, and he would have never gone communist.
The difference between Ford and the present day end-time capitalists is that Ford was born and educated in the kingdom of Christ, 19th century America, the New Jerusalem, Revelation 21.
The street was deserted late Friday night.
We were bugging each other while we sat out the light.
We both popped the flutch when the light turned green.
You should have heard the whine from a screaming machine.
I flew past the flashlights and prison python.
And all that they could see were my six-hale light.
He passed me at the lead, and I started disperse.
But I pulled her out and there we were at the men's page.
Well, of course, anybody who knows that song and what a song it is knows what happens when they hit Dead Man's Curve.
Well, that happened to the world has changed.
You know, James?
That was back when white teenagers were racing and driving recklessly.
Now black teenagers have taken over that particular niche.
Not exactly the parallel I was drawing, but yes, you are quite right as well.
I was just comparing it to Western civilization and if we can pull it out or if we're going to go over the cliff as the characters in that song.
So this is Buchanan's James Dean movie they had where they were having the race and they went over the cliff.
It was a dare type of situation.
What was it?
Rebel Without a Cause, I believe was the name of that.
I'm the oldest music.
I'm the oldest music.
You're the oldies movies.
But is America's war, Ukraine's war?
This is Buchanan's most recent article, and he writes, last week, sources leaked to the New York Times that in Ukraine's targeting and killing of Russian generals and the singing of Russia's black sea flagship, the Moskva, U.S. intelligence played an indispensable role.
Apparently, our intel identified and located for the Ukrainian forces what became the targets of their deadly attacks.
Why U.S. intelligence would do this seems inexplicable, Buchanan writes.
By claiming credit for Ukraine's most visible military successes, we diminish the achievements of that country's own forces.
By bragging publicly that we helped engineer the killing of Russian generals and the sinking of their cruiser, we taunt Russian President Vladimir Putin.
We provoke him into retaliating in kind against us, thereby raising the possibility of a wider U.S. war that could escalate into World War III.
I'm going to be talking with David Duke more about this in the second hour, but Keith, I know this is something you said you wanted to touch on here at the top of the program.
You want to talk about going over Dead Man's Curve?
How about a nuclear war with Russia that we and we alone, we, that the American government at least, would have certainly the credit for provoking.
Well, America's military does have experience fighting these type of guerrilla type wars.
And we do have better weapons, conventional weapons, than the Russians do.
And that's being borne out about this.
And tell you the truth be told, we're probably much better off having the Ukrainians use those weapons in our current day army full of lesbians and transvestites like Rear Admiral Rachel Levine and whatnot like that.
They're probably doing a better job than our military could do with the same weaponry.
But what they're, you know, this is showing that you can influence and basically change the result in a war just based on pulling strings.
It's kind of like the ultimate, you know, gift to technology or the kudos to technology because this is what is happening.
And, you know, if you step back, what this is, is whose sphere of influence is Ukraine going to fall under, Russia's or America and NATO's?
And America and NATO's sphere of influence is basically described in a book from 1992 by Francis Fukuyama called The End of History and the Last Man, where he said that now that verdict is in, the winner between all of the ideologies for governing people is now liberal democracy.
Of course, liberal democracy in 1992 is quite different from liberal democracy today, which is global homo, as we've said before.
You know, having your children and having their sex or their gender changed without the permission of the parents and whatnot.
I can't imagine any sane people in the world that would sign off on that.
So the Ukrainian people, truth be told, would be much better off being under the sphere of influence of Russia rather than NATO.
I'm sure there are a lot of young people in Ukraine that are just itching to get in with the hedonism that we represent, but we've gone a bridge too far.
And what it, you know, what they're doing with this 30 or 40 billion dollar bill that they're trying to get through Congress now, Rand Paul is like Horatio at the bridge, one person trying to stop it.
What they're trying to do is lengthen this war, which means more dead Russians and Ukrainian.
And I don't think that's going to be in anyone's best interest.
I think that Russia obviously will eventually win the war.
It may be a containment war.
But it could be, if they really want to win it, they can devastate the whole country, killing, you know, hundreds of thousands of people.
I sure hope they don't take that position, but trying to see, and behind it is Jewish power and influence again.
I heard Zelensky say that he wanted Ukraine to be part of Greater Israel.
It looks like what has happened over there is that Jewish power and influence has taken a page out of Hitler's book.
He wanted Ukraine for what he called Liebenstrom, growing room for the German people.
Also, he wanted that fertile soil and the mineral wealth that is represented by Ukraine.
And apparently they're running out of room in Israel, so they want another place to take them.
Now, another thing that shows you that that's really what's going behind, I was listening to Todd Starnes' radio station in Memphis, and this is not on top.
This was someone else's show.
It was Sebastian Gorka, you know, that guy that talks with that crazy accent and whatnot.
He was saying, you know, support this aid to Israel, all you fundamentalist Christians in America.
We're going to send blankets and food over there in these planes.
Well, they are.
But the real purpose of the flight is when they have that plane emptied, they're bringing Ukrainians back out of Ukraine.
But who are they bringing?
Exclusively Ukrainian Jews.
No Ukrainian Christians, no just normal Ukrainians, just this group of people.
Somebody said that America and NATO want to fight Russia to the last Slav, but not even the first Jew over there.
So everybody needs to keep this in mind.
You know, basically the poor Ukrainian people are being used mercilessly by the one world government people.
And that's who's behind this.
They want one world government.
They want to basically isolate Russia, which they see as an outlier and a group that is going to resist their efforts to enforce global homo on the whole world.
So, and also Jews have a long history of animus against Russia based on the poverty, supposedly, of the 17th, 18th, 19th century.
As they said about the Bourbon dynasty in France, that they have learned nothing from history and forgotten nothing.
The only time that the left in America, which is a Jewish left, liked Russia was when it was the Soviet Union because the Soviet Union was run by Bolshevik Jews for the most part throughout its entire 70-year history.
So that's what's going on.
And we need to understand what's going on.
And, you know, this, you know, rally around the flag boys type of position, you know, see Toby Keith out here, you know, waving the flag and snarling and whatnot.
Don't fall for that.
Okay.
That's not, but this is not in America's interest.
It's not even in the interest of Christian values.
Christian values are with Russia.
Somebody, a Southern Baptist luminary that I know was saying, how can you say that about Putin?
Well, I'll say this, Putin is smarter and more righteous than Joe Biden.
And I'll, you know, I'll debate that with anybody anytime.
Well, Keith, you said a moment ago they'll fight to the last Ukrainian, but not to the first Jew.
I was flipping through the channels because God knows I don't watch whatever it's called, TBN.
I think the Trinity Broadcasting Network.
And if you go past TBN at late night, you're going to see these infomercials.
And I've got one for you here.
And I know Keith, you're always looking for a good cause to support.
And it is, I took a screenshot of my television.
Crisis in Ukraine.
And these are the real victims of what's going on in Ukraine.
It's the Forgotten Jews.
ForgottenJews.org.
This is brought to you and sponsored by the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
And $50 helps provide food box and hot meals for Holocaust survivors that are in.
How many Holocaust survivors are going to be?
My mother was a young girl in 1995, but below 20 when she married my father.
She's now 95 years old.
I'm not getting everything preserved.
No, Katarina, they have, you know, they flash, you know, the different pictures, the headshots of the Holocaust survivors you'd be supporting.
And for $50, you can help Katarina get a food box and hot meals.
Katarina's a 94-year-old Holocaust survivor.
She endured years of working forced labor.
She's lonely and she doesn't have a family.
And she's living on $40 a month.
So there you go, folks.
Actually, that's the real victims.
That's the ones.
When you think about what's going on in Ukraine, let that be the first image that pops into your mind.
Those are the people we need to concern ourselves.
90-year-old plus people, apparently.
I don't know why Israel can't help them.
I don't know why Israel can't help them.
But anyway, I got something else to say about that.
You asked how long will this go on?
A hell of a long time.
I'll tell you why.
Protecting your liberties.
You're listening to Liberty News Radio, USA Radio News with Kenneth Burns.

Game six in the NBA Eastern Conference finals in Milwaukee ended with 20 people hurt in two separate shootings near the entertainment district where the game took place.
The first shooting involved three victims.
A man is in custody for that one.
17 more people were injured in a second shooting two hours later.
10 people were taken into custody.
Nine guns have been recovered.
No word on if the shootings are related.
Lawsuits brought by the families of the Sandy Hook school shootings against conspiracy theorist Alex Jones appear ready to proceed.
Companies owned by Jones, who had called the 2012 shooting a hoax, filed for bankruptcy a week before a Texas jury was to begin deciding how much Jones should pay the families.
It also delayed a lawsuit filed in Connecticut.
Lawyers in the bankruptcy case say the families will be removed as creditors.
A hearing on whether the bankruptcy should move forward is scheduled to be heard later this month.
Jones has since said that he believes that the shootings did in fact occur.
You are listening to USA Radio News.
That one's for you, Keith.
Surf City.
How about it, buddy?
I was in the seventh grade when that came out.
And I mean, that was so fresh, it just popped.
It basically drove the English off of the top 10.
I mean, album number one.
That was probably the best song that Brian Wilson ever wrote.
And it was really, I can't imagine, you know, the Beach Boys are great, but I think Jane and Dean were perfect for that.
That was their biggest hit of all time.
And it just captured teen life in the American paradise of California back then.
It's now turned into the American hellhole, unfortunately.
But that's that you talk about reminiscent of a kinder, gentler, and better America.
That song does it for me.
Well, I'll tell you, it's a good one.
It's hard to say, you know, the best of the Beach Boys.
Sloop John B is so good.
I love Little Deuce Coop.
There's a lot.
But of all the hits, there's one that wasn't really a big hit.
But I think of that genre, I'll play my favorite when we come back.
It's not even summer yet.
I think summer unofficially begins Memorial Day weekend, but it's hot enough now and we're close enough.
We're going to go ahead and get into the summer long is their best one, I think, in the same vein.
And I'll see if that's what you had in mind.
Well, I'll tell you.
I'll reveal it to you and everyone else in just a moment.
Speaking of summer, though, I guess technically, officially, summer doesn't start until about the middle to the end of June.
But anyway, it is here as far as the weather is concerned.
Keith, you mentioned a moment ago in Jess that the Western powers, the NATO powers will fight to the last Ukrainian, but not necessarily to the first Jew.
And I was saying you're seeing these infomercials now, the true victims of the situation in Ukraine are the so-called Holocaust.
They're the opportunity for them to fleece the Goyam and get their money to take care of their people when they are the wealthiest group of people on the planet, the most powerful group of people on the planet.
Why, except for pure greed, would they be asking the Goyem to support them and not all these other, you know, I don't know what percentage of the Ukrainian population is Jewish, but I imagine it's well under 10%, probably.
Yeah, in fact, I just looked that up.
I was talking with David about that this week.
I think it's one or 2%, maybe even less than that.
One or two percent we're supposed to be concerned about.
That's flooding the airwaves with these, you know, philosophites, these shabbous goys like Sebastian Gorka and Dinesh DeSouza, the guy that basically took out, put the hit job, figuratively speaking, on Sam Francis's illustrious career, made his declining years, you know, in penury rather than in with the recognition that a great mind like Sam Francis should have had.
But let's talk a little bit, if we could, about Roe versus Wade.
Keith, real quick, before we do that, and I want to give you all the time in the last segment to talk about either, we might get into that this segment.
Just two more things very quickly.
You asked, and we got to talk about Brown because I know that's something we do every year.
We typically do a whole hour to it, if not even an entire show.
We've got one segment tonight, but we'll do the best we can.
You asked when it was going to end.
Apparently never.
There's a new article that came out, and this wasn't on some obscure blog.
This was the Times of Israel.
And there's a new study that has come out that shows that Holocaust memory is part of Jews.
I'm reading the headline.
I'm not surmising this from the article and saying this is what they were driving at.
I'm reading to you now verbatim the headline.
Holocaust memory is part of Jews' DNA passed from generation to generation.
In other words, the chip on their shoulder is their perpetual aggrieved condition of mind.
It's what Kevin McDonald called the lacrimose history of the Jews.
In other words, the Jews never did anything wrong, never did anything to bring on their persecution or the animus that they encountered in Europe and in the Middle East being driven out of other nations back in the Middle Ages.
In other words, we just, you know, they're like some kid that never comes to terms with his own culpability.
You know, that's what that's what it sounds like.
And, you know, if you continue this war with all this money from the United States, you know, that's and not letting nature take its course or the natural course of events take its course in Ukraine is going to result in more dead Ukrainians and also put us at an ever-increasing risk for nuclear war because Putin is not going to go gently into that good night.
He's going to, if they try to get him out of there, if they if he they try to make him unpopular by not allowing this war to be won by the Russians, then what's going to happen is he's going to move closer and closer to exercising the nuclear option.
Now, is that what they want?
I hope not.
You know, in America, we're so lucky.
We haven't had a war fought on our mainland since 1865.
We're protected by two large moats called the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean.
And we also, you know, are such a large country.
It's hard for Russia to conquer Ukraine, which is the size of Texas.
Look at America.
You know, you can probably increase that difficulty by a factor of 10.
So why are we doing this?
You know, we have a lot more old buildings.
If you look at this footage from Ukraine, they have all these modern post-Soviet Soviet Union brutalist styles of architecture, all high-rises and whatnot.
Why?
Because all their historic architecture was destroyed in the various wars they've had, like World War II.
Sweden right now is considering joining NATO.
I hope they don't.
They still have wonderful old buildings and cities that go back, you know, centuries.
If they had entertained the temptation of getting involved in World War II, those cities would be bombed just like Dresden was bombed in Germany.
So, you know, this is, you know, we in America don't realize how fortunate we are.
We've never had bombers coming in and firebombing our cities.
We haven't had nuclear holocausts in America.
We haven't had even foreign armies staging campaigns on American soil.
That could all change.
We just, we basically need to get the neocons out of power and all these war hawks and, you know, support people like Rand Paul that realize this is utter foolishness to get involved in these wars.
This is not like World War I and World War II, where it was very unlikely that we would have violence visited on America.
We have a nuclear war.
They've got the missiles to deliver these things to every major American city.
And they've also got enough, they've got over 6,200 nukes over there.
We do not want to get into a nuclear war with Russia.
That should be goal one of the United States foreign policy regarding this war.
All right.
Now, one more thing.
I want to circle back to this.
Again, the heritability of a memory, a memory that gets inherited and infused into the very strands of your DNA.
I have not heard that before, but they're saying that it's a fact and that's what's going on.
So you're going to have third- and fourth-generation Holocaust survivors.
They're going to feel the same pain as people who were there.
They're going to run out very soon of real Holocaust survivors.
And then they will say their children and grandchildren are also haunted by the same memories and whatnot.
And now they have become the new victims.
I mean, we'll never run out.
This is the gift that keeps on giving for the Jewish people and nation.
This is the constant clarion cry to send them money.
Germany is still sending tons of money to Jews.
And this is the thing.
Just as whites have the monopoly on slaves, no one ever owned a slave except for whites, of course.
I mean, we know that.
And Jews have a monopoly on suffering.
No one ever suffered except for them.
And we know that too.
And the thing is, they not only suffered, but they were totally innocent.
They never did anything to bring it on.
They were just like Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm, you know, with her pigtails and whatnot.
They just were the sweetest, kindest, most gentle and loving people towards their people in their host countries.
But alas, because of not anything that Jews did, but the evil of White Goyam, that's why they have suffered through the ages.
And White Goyam, open out that checkbook and get ready to send some more money.
Just ask Sebastian Gorka where to send it.
Okay?
We're going to run out of time this segment, but we were talking about some of the other shows that we've been on over the years.
And recently, and recently, Mike Gaddy, you remember Mike Gaddy?
Yeah.
Keith, he was on with us during our Confederate History Month series, one of the original founders of the Minutemen Project, columnist, teacher, constitutional scholar, great guy, great guy, known him forever.
And after he came on our show back in April, he had me on his show, which just got started over at Paul English's Network, which, by the way, simulcasts TPC.
We're very proud of that.
And thank you for doing that.
Of course, Sonny Thomas, we've got to give a big shout out to the wild man, Sonny Thomas.
We're going to get him back on the show.
He wants to come back on.
He's simulcasting us as well at Resolution Revolution Radio and of course here at our home base.
But I'll tell you, I'll tell you what Mike Gaddy told me.
Now, this is a true scholar of history.
I had not heard this before.
Kind of sounds like something that I'd believe though.
And I'll tell you about it when we come back.
And then, Keith, I want to hear what your thoughts on Roe and Brown, any residual thoughts on Roe from last week.
And then, of course, Brown, because that anniversary, and that's the big one, we'll talk about it next.

It's all right.
Not a big motorcycle, just a smoothie little motorbike.
More full and bound money to it by out of town to any place I know you are not one of their biggest hits, Keith, but boy, let me tell you something.
Every time, every year, when the temperature starts to rise, that song gets put on my car radio and I blast it until the windows start shaking.
That's a fun one to sing along with Little Honda, the Beach Boys.
I can't listen to Christmas music in the summer.
I can't listen to the Beach Boys in the wintertime.
But around this time of year, that's one that I crank up and I mean loud.
Well, let me ask you to do for your bridge of the next thing play all summer long by the Beach Boys.
That is just a tribute to summer, the summer in California back in the early 60s.
That was, it was played at the very end of the American graffiti movie, and it's really a great song.
We've got all summer long to play this stuff.
I mean, you know, we don't have to play it all tonight, but that's yes.
We're ping-ponging off each other right now.
Hey, I want to tell you the battle of the band, or the battle within the band now.
Yeah, that's right.
That little play on what we normally do sometimes when we're having a little fun here.
But so, Mike Gaddy, this is what the story I was going to tell you before, and I'd never heard this before, but I don't doubt it.
If Mike Gaddy tells me something, he's the guy that would know.
So he was telling me that during the original Constitutional Convention back in, obviously, the 1770s, he said that there was a synagogue in Philadelphia and that the synagogue had written a letter to the Continental Congress and had asked them to be sure to please not enshrine any religion within the Constitution because,
obviously, at that time it would have been Christianity and it would have been Jesus Christ and it would have been mentioned explicitly and not just God.
and our Creator and things like that.
I think it would maybe perhaps have mentioned Christ.
Now, I'm not saying that this letter, if it did in fact happen this way, is what dissuaded them from doing that.
But if this is accurate, and I don't doubt it to be, if this is accurate, and by the way, I mean, how many Jews could there have been in the 1700s?
But they were up to something, that's for sure.
They were busy.
And so if they sent that letter, you know, it's interesting, isn't it, Keith, that if that happened, and now, now the same Jewish power and influence are trying to get states to enshrine any criticism of certain religions as being almost criminal or certainly having some form of sanction or social repercussions.
First Amendment be damned.
The thing is, the First Amendment is great when you're powerless.
Like Vilfredo Pareto, the Italian 19th century socialist, said, when I am weak, I ask you for equality and justice because those are your principles.
When I am strong, I deny equality and justice to you because that's my principle.
Apparently, the Jewish left now feels so strong that they now have taken the mask off of being egalitarian and being libertarian and whatnot.
And they're showing us just how censorious they can be when they feel they have the power to be that way.
Now, we're going to talk some about Roe versus Wade and Brown.
Are we ready to transition or you got another comment?
Yeah, no, no, take it away.
If you want to do Brown and Roe, you got about nine minutes any way you'd like.
Okay, well, you know, be ready to jump in.
Basically, what I was going to say is that Roe versus Wade is being toppled because there's no basis whatsoever in the Constitution for finding a right of a woman to abort a treatise.
Okay.
That was totally unknown in the chambers of the Constitutional Convention, which I think, by the way, was in the late 1780s.
And I think the Constitution came out as a finished product in like 1791 or so.
But see, this is what the situation is.
Starting with Brown versus Board of Education, some people would say earlier in things like the Gitlo decision or the Lotner decision.
Basically, the Supreme Court made up law.
They chose the Supreme Court as their vehicle of choice or their weapon of choice against the American people because it was the least democratic part of the federal government and its members were protected against public opinion.
They could only be removed by death or by impeachment.
So, consequently, that's the safe way to go about it.
But, of course, in Federalist Paper No. 74, Alexander Hamilton, writing under the nom de plume of Brutus, said to the American people that this proposed federal government, that the federal judiciary would be the weakest and least dangerous of the three branches proposed for the federal government.
It had neither will nor power, only judgment.
Well, obviously, that ended with the Brown decision.
The Brown decision, again, all the customary due process means of deciding appellate decisions fell on the side of the segregationists.
There was starry decisis, a case precedent that was right on point called Plessy versus Ferguson that said that separate but equal facilities did not violate the 14th Amendment rights under the Equal Protection Clause for Black people.
Okay, also, the legislative history favored the segregationists.
The same legislature, the same Congress that ratified the 14th Amendment, also governed the District of Columbia directly back then in 1867.
And they actually created a racially segregated public school system for the District of Columbia, Washington, D.C.
So they obviously did not think that they created a school system in violation of the 14th Amendment they had just ratified.
But that was all ignored, and the decision was based on a flimsy sociology project that was dishonestly portrayed to the court.
They didn't tell them that these doll studies of Kenneth Clark.
Okay.
So all of this was the beginning of the misuse of the power of judicial review and the supremacy clause, which basically stuffed a sock in the mouth of anyone trying to attack these things.
See, they've got a template that was set by Brown that if they want to make a decision in an issue that they can't get support for in the executive branch or in the legislative branch, they can basically ram it through through the Supreme Court.
Now, there are Pat Buchanan wrote an article this week about the alarmists on the left that are saying that everything is going to be rolled back since Brown.
Well, there are an awful lot of decisions that were forced upon the United States people, the people of the United States, that could never have been passed legislatively or democratically by referendum or in their legislatures or in Congress, or even getting the president to act by executive order back then.
They did it through the Supreme Court, and they apparently are recognizing and acknowledging how they misused the judiciary back in the 60s during the Warren Court and then into the Burger Court with busing decisions, with affirmative action decisions, things like this, that were, you know, never would have been countenanced.
The people of America would have said emphatically no to all of these proposed left-wing changes.
Now, the left is basically confessing to their sins.
They're in the confession booth now and they're saying we have screwed over everybody by using the Supreme Court.
We acknowledge that there is no real constitutional basis that will be upheld by starry decisis or legislative history or any other of the normal means of deciding appellate cases.
That we basically just hijacked the Supreme Court.
You know, the first Jewish justice was Louis Brandeis in 1916.
Then Felix Frankfurter, who is one of the founders of the American Jewish Congress, became a justice on the Supreme Court.
And he, with his Mephistopheles, a former law clerk, another member of the tribe named Philip Ellman, those were the guys that engineered the coup in the Brown case.
Now, since then, they have – Brown basically said that you can't look to race when you're making assignments of children to school.
That morphed over time by 1970s, that you had to use race and you had to use race in favor of black interests, according to the same authorities.
And this is so fantastic.
You wonder how in the world this didn't cause an armed rebellion, this usurpation of power.
Well, the reason was because the usual suspects then as now were in charge of the media and they put a sugar coating on it and nobody who had any dissenting voice was given access to those airwaves or to those printing presses that controlled everything.
The only reason we now see a break in the clouds on this liberal stranglehold on information and opinion is because of the internet.
The internet basically was the best thing that could have happened to the dissonant right in America because it allows us a platform to get our opinions out unfiltered.
And you see that when they control something, like you've got all these tech millionaires like Bill Gates and Elon Musk, we'll see whether he turns out to be as good as we think he's going to be, Jeff Bezos, you know, and numerous others, Mark Zuckerberg.
They start censoring people on the right because they know that our opinions are winners and their opinions and their reasoning are losers.
And that if you have a fair fight, they'll lose.
That's what is happening.
And that's why there's so much consternation in the left about Roe, not just because that was one of their signal achievements.
You know, getting American people to go along with killing their own babies is quite an achievement.
And that's one of the things they pointed to with pride.
But in addition to that, now all of these other decisions that were decided similarly, inventing constitutional rights out of thin air, could be questioned.
And they know they're all as vulnerable to being taken down in reverse as the Roe decision is.
Keith, thank you for holding court as only you can, counselor, here in this segment.
We'll talk to you again next week.
We're going to have an extended interview with David Duke.
And in the meantime, Keith, why don't you go fire up Little Old Lady from Pasadena?
We'll talk about her.
Trying to find all summer long.
That's a great one, man.
All right, buddy.
I got you.
I got you.
All right.
We'll talk soon.
Keith Alexander, there he goes.
David Duke up next.
And we'll see what is on the good representative's mind, former representative.
