Okay, third and final hour of tonight's live broadcast for Saturday, May the 19th.
And David Duke is our guest.
Last hour, we talked about health, fitness, and diet.
This hour, we're going to talk to him about some contemporary political issues.
But first, as promised, we are going to give him five minutes to wrap up on all of the health, diet, fitness, wellness, that advice that he gave us during the last hour.
So we're going to do that, and then we're going to get into some topics of the day.
We only have him for three more segments, so time is precious and it is fleeting.
So David, as quickly as you can, wrap up what we were talking about, the very important topic we were talking about last hour.
Then I've got several items I have to hit before we hit a hard break this hour.
Take it away.
That's fine.
You know, I would just first off say that just as the government, the establishment of our government's given us the wrong advice about everything from immigration to the insanities of these foreign wars, they've given us strong advice on health and fitness.
And the truth is, since the 19, actually 1960s and 70s, we've changed our ancestral diet that we had in this country.
We ate 35% more meat.
But in that period, since we cut meat down, you know, we believe we're eating a third less meat than we ever did.
Diabetes went crazy.
Health, you know, heart disease went nuts.
Cancers have risen.
You know, our ancestors ate real heavy, heavy, and healthy fats, like heavy cream.
They ate butter.
They ate meat with fat.
They fried in that.
Now they use these seed oils, which are very damaging to your health.
And so we really have to, you know, really take over our diets.
I think our ancestors ate fairly low-carb diet.
I believe in good green and colorful vegetables and very, very low, quote, sugar, which is basically sucrose, which is fructose and dextrose.
Dextrose is more natural sugar.
That's like one of the glucose is in your body.
We need to cut the sugars and cut the carbs.
I also am not a big fan of grain.
I can look at ancestral campsites of the hunter-gatherers, say in Germany or in Austria or in Scandinavia.
It's 11,000 years old, about the same time as the beginnings of agriculture.
And the people that were hunter-gatherers had much healthier bodies, much healthier bones, you know, healthier physiques.
They grew taller, all the rest of it.
I do believe that we're made to eat this.
I'm not, you know, I don't hate vegans, and I think vegans have, you know, for some people, you might, a vegan diet is something maybe some people can deal with.
It's healthy for them, and some diets are different for different people.
But I do believe fundamentally that meat is very important to us and fish.
And these nutrients are very vital to our mind power, to our hormones, our sexual hormones, and also to our bodies and our general health.
So I would say low carb.
And I'm very interested in what's called the ketogenic diets.
They work very well for me.
And my high carb heating for a long time.
And grains caused me a lot of problems metabolically.
And the only way I could get that back in line, my high blood sugar and other issues, was to go high fat, high protein, not so much high protein, but moderate protein, and then low, low, low carb.
And it really does work.
And I believe that I would be type 2 diabetic, except for that.
And you're talking about low carb is also the keto or the ketogenic diet.
Of course, two things very quickly, two testimonies I can give to that.
First of all, the network owner here, Sam Bushman, our producer, in fact, he's the producer and the network owner.
He's lost 50 pounds on the keto diet in recent months.
His son has lost a hundred pounds and my wife, my wife has been big on to that in recent months.
And, as you saw, as you saw, recently I married her.
We were on our 12-year anniversary trip, which is, of course, the reason we were down in New Orleans last week and and so you saw us and you've known her for years too.
Uh, I married my wife when she was 20.
She still looks like she's 20 and a big part of that is because she works up and and and she she's on this diet anyway.
So uh, you played baseball when you were a kid.
Did you play a little baseball kid?
I was basketball yeah, basketball.
Well, some people play baseball too, but remember, we used to have these uh, you know mitts, you know these baseball uh gloves, because we played hardball even in kids.
We were kind of stronger generation.
Nowadays they just fell out, play softball but um, we play hardball and and we used to take care of our gloves and if we didn't put oil, which is fat, on our gloves right, they would get dried and cracked and old and everything else and they would lose their suppleness.
It's the same principle of the body.
There's no question that people eat natural oils and fats and a natural, healthy diet, their skin is better.
And remember collagen, which comes from animals, basically the collagen you can get from like, for instance, boiling down bones, and you can buy collagen pretty easily too, which is very good.
Uh, collagen there's no question about collagen how it really renews the skin, it keeps the skin supple and it absolutely will reduce wrinkles and and make you look much, much younger than your years, especially if you use it consistently.
It's amazing.
Plus, it protects your joints and tendons.
That's really critical as you get older.
Well, we could, we could go on with this for, i'm sure, days to go, but but hey listen great great, great second hour.

I wasn't drinking beer.
It took too long to get drunk and I didn't like the taste very well.

That's all that goes through your head is when am I going to get wasted again?
You know, I started in slowly, you know, you're pot.
Then you just slowly move up the scale.
It's the typical story of a drug user.

They hate you a lot more.

And he said, they always compare Trump to you.
They never compare you to Trump.
Well, you were a lot bigger threat than the president was.
And I mean that with all compliment.

Now, this new Spike Lee movie.
So I was reading all about it.
This was actually, I didn't even know about it until after we left, after we left Louisiana last week.
And so apparently it debuted at the Cons Film Festival in France and it's getting all sorts of accolades.
Spike Lee, this degenerate, this white-hating degenerate, has made a movie.
And I don't even really know what it's about.
What it's about, I've never heard of before.
But I know that you are portrayed in the movie by Topher Grace.
And he was very proud of his Jewish heritage, by the way, part Jewish heritage.
So they got appropriate, isn't it?
Well, they made him look like you.
I got to give him credit for this.
They did make him look somewhat like you looked like in the 70s.
You know, I wish they could do that with Hollywood makeup.
You know, we look pretty white.
But, yeah, but it's a great person.
Well, he said, he said, he said he had to, it was the worst month of his life, he said.
He said he had to, he read your book.
I would like to know if he actually read all of My Awakening because that is a long book.
You're talking about 700 pages.
I doubt he had the discipline for that.
But he said he listened to your radio show.
He read your book.
It was the worst month of his life, but he was very glad to get the role playing you.
What's this movie all about?
Give us the real deal.
Well, he also said, by the way, in that interview at the Comms Film Festival, he said, quote, he said, you know, I've played live people before as an actor.
And it's important when you play a live person to really get it right.
No, it's really reflect the way the person really is.
I mean, you know how I am personally, and other people do with thousands of people met during my lifetime.
And but he says it's important to really get it right.
But but with David Duke, you know, you know, with his beliefs and so forth, you know, I didn't feel any responsibility to do that, to get it right.
Very quickly, very quickly, if I could say this, you're so right because even when now you're a hero, you are a fantastic gentleman.
And I love you dearly.
But even when villains are being played, even when villains are being played in movies, and I'll give you just one of many examples I could draw upon.
Leonardo DiCaprio, Leonardo DiCaprio played Jordan Belfort in the movie Wolf of Wall Street.
Now, Jordan Belfort was a cheat, was a charlatan, was just not a good person.
But Jordan Belfort was invited onto set and he consulted with the actor that was playing his role and so on and so forth.
But no such courtesy was extended to you, I'm assuming.
But they just created, no, they just created an avatar of me.
It's not even the real me.
And it has no reflection of this.
And this whole story, I saw one headline that says, you know, it's called the Black Ku Klux Klansman.
It's about this black who supposedly infiltrates Ku Klux Klan, but all he did was he joined a supporting group of ours for contributions.
He didn't physically go down as a black person and join the Klan like he infiltrated the Klan.
But it was like he tried to make out like this group was planning violence and all these things.
But the fact is that the movie is total BS because not a single person was arrested by the police.
And if they were really plotting or planning violence or terrorism, of course, nobody in my group has ever been arrested or even accused of violence against minorities or anybody else.
And I've always, not only, you know, this, not only have I not condoned violence or promoted violence, I've always condemned it.
And I've said, not only is it immoral to do any sort of terrorist or violent act against an innocent person, but it's also damaging to our cause.
So if anything, I'd be a person that should be presented by the media as someone who would lessen some idiot going out and doing something stupid and going shooting people or hurting people, that I would be a force for legitimate political activity and not violence.
But of course, I don't get that kind of credit.
I've also been a major spokesman against these insane wars that have taken how many lives, including American lives, for these Jewish interests in the Middle East, for the Jewish wars for Israel.
I have been a force, I think, for morality and decency.
And it's Hollywood that destroys our families.
It's Hollywood, destroys our morality.
It's Hollywood.
It's just like this thing about the abuse of women.
How in the world can Hollywood and these people, like, for instance, Weinsteins and the rest of these people, talk about, you know, mistreatment of women when they make huge movies like 50 Shades Gray and the rest of the films they make about that that tell young women that, boy, if you get yourself a rich man who will teach you the joys of torture, then you're going to really be set for a good time.
Well, I'll tell you this.
I'll tell you this, ladies and gentlemen.
I've testified to this based upon my own personal experience many, many times.
And there is no force of nature.
There is no media entity that I would ever back down on this issue from.
And that is the fact that David Duke is a good and morally sound man.
That has been my estimation after knowing him for 15 years and having him been a guest in my home.
You owe no explanation to anyone.
But the fact of the matter is that it was before I was born, and I'll be 38 years old this year.
Before I was born was your last encounter with the Klan.
And since then, you have nearly become the governor of Louisiana.
And you were the Republican nominee for governor.
A fantastic society.
The reason why they're making these movies trying to besmirch this 45-year-old history and trying to lie about it is because unlike Robert Byrd, who was in the Klan at an older age and even supporting the Klan when he was in the United States Congress, he was praised.
And even Obama and Clinton and Hillary Clinton spoke at Byrd's funeral, the reason why they're still trying to besmirch me and make me be an evil man is because I expose the racism of the Jewish extremists who control this country and who are leading this nation to disaster and the European people to extinction.
I expose that.
That's what it's all about.
In fact, the show is an attempt to get Jews and blacks to heal the rift between Jews and blacks because a lot of blacks like Farrakhan and others talk about the Jewish role and also destroying black families, you know, black people, their role in slavery.
And so they want to make it out like, oh, Steve, the Jews and blacks are allies.
They have a Jewish character in the movie, supposedly Jewish.
It debuted in France this week.
It won't come out in the United States in a theater near you until later this year.
And before that time comes, we'll have you back on to talk more about it.

We had a royal wedding today.
Or at least some variation thereof.
It is hard to imagine.
If I could say my piece before you weigh in, my friend, on this.
Hard to imagine a bigger fool in the world today than Prince Harry.
And there's so many instances that I could bring to your attention.

Well, I'll say this.
Let me say my piece, then you can take the rest of the segment.
I would say this.
First of all, I read last night that she omitted the words obey from her vows.
Now, the typical Christian wedding vows is: I take you to be my husband, to have it to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for rich or for poor, in sickness and health, to love, to cherish, to obey until death to us part.
Now, that was the vows my wife took when she married me.
But, of course, I don't guess the word of Megan Markle would mean much because she vowed it to her first husband, and we see it here today.
But actually, the New York Times, the New York Times put forth an article today that really, I think, did the work for us in exhibiting everything contemptible about this union.
And the headline comes from Windsor, England, a thousand-year-old English castle echoed with the exhortations of an African-American bishop as Prince Harry wed Megan Markle, an American actress nudging the British royal family into a new era.
The story continues.
Miss Ms. That's MS Dot Markle, who had long identified herself as a feminist, entered St. George's Chapel alone rather than being given away by her father or any other man, a departure from tradition that in itself set a message to the world.
She was met halfway by Prince Charles, her future father-in-law, and presumably the future king of Britain.
Prince Harry, sixth in line for the throne, but most the most extraordinary thing he has done is to marry Ms. Markle, an American actress, and that's a stretch, ladies and gentlemen, believe me, to call her that, who is three years his senior, biracial, divorced, and vocally vocal about her feminist views.
Their choices at the wedding, many of them were heavily influenced by black culture.
Seated directly opposite Queen Elizabeth II was Ms. Merkel's mother, Doria Ragland.
Anytime you see a mother who has the different last name than her daughter, that's a red flag right there.
The descendant of slaves, they were sure to work that in.
In the Knights stalls supporting Ms. Markle beneath rows of medieval swords and helmets was Oprah Winfrey.
All right, so that's the wedding that took place this very day.
Earlier today, we're live on the radio tonight with David Duke.
Earlier today, that took place.
It is Kardashian-esque.
Now, I understand as you do, ladies and gentlemen.
Don't steal my line, James.
I did steal.
Yeah, I got to admit it.
I did steal it.
I did steal it because I called him about an hour before the show tonight, and he called it that.
That is true.
That is true.
That is theft.
That is intellectual theft.
But I would say this in addition.
The royals are figureheads.
We know that.
They have no power.
I get that.
It is interesting, though, that the castle that they were married in was completed during the reign of Henry VIII.
Henry VIII.
Now, Henry VIII, for better or worse, he had power.
But as one of my Twitter followers said today, today was a funeral for a country and an empire disguised as a wedding.
What would you make of it?
I only ask you this.
It is trivial.
It is trivial.
It is smut.
But since it happened on the very day of our interview this evening, what would you say to the wedding that took place today in England?
Everything you said, of course, was correct.
I mean, we have to understand that people like her, even though she's just a product, she's been poisoned by this controlled media.
We know that the institution of marriage and the traditional family is being undermined and destroyed.
They don't want killed children to grow up with a loving present father and mother together.
They don't want this.
They admit it.
Haritz Magazine in Israel talks about how that Sarah Silverman and Larry David, you know, are undermining America's family-friendly culture.
Well, who's against family-friendly culture?
She doesn't believe in marriage.
She has already stated that she and Harry are dedicated to LGBT, of all things you can be dedicated to, LGBT.
I mean, it's insane.
I saw that.
I saw that.
And what we said about the Kardashians, I mean, we live in a clown world in a clown nation, both in America and a clown nation in Great Britain.
I mean, we live in a reality television show, a corrupt one.
I mean, look at this going on here.
I mean, my God, they're devoted to LGBT issues.
You know, not devoted to making sure the families stay together.
They're not devoted to getting kids off drugs, like promoted by the media constantly.
They're not devoted to getting people more moral and not destroying their lives with all these different things.
No, they're devoted to LGBT issues, maybe so they can pump some little teenagers and little girls and boys, little boys and girls 10 years old with sexual hormones of the opposite sex or cut off their sexual organs.
Do them a favor by cutting off their sexual reproductive organs.
I mean, it's insane.
It's horrific.
This is the epitome of evil.
And this is what we're fighting.
We're really fighting a battle of good and evil.
And it's very similar.
And even though we like Trump on some things, he's been very disappointing with these insane wars.
And Donald Trump himself was tweeting about how great Kane West is.
My God, Kanye.
I mean, this guy does videos with dead white women who I guess presumably he killed, who he's having sex with and dead.
He has pictures of him with a white woman's head cut off.
I mean, this guy is evil.
He does these programs where all the white girls bow and scrape before him like a black god.
The Kardashians, which Trump has been promoting, even his son did a promotion and said, Kim Kardashian, I'm with her.
You know how they had the tweets where they were dealing with Clinton and they'd gone with her?
He was promoting Kim Kardashian for whatever reason.
Kim Kardashian became famous because of doing a porno sex ape with a black man.
That is their claim to fame.
And here's the president of the United States son saying, I'm with her, right?
I mean, this is crazy.
We really have a sick society.
And I hate to say it.
We have a president that's really kind of a hostage president to the enemy.
And he's just desperate now to try to save his life, so to speak.
I still think they're going to destroy him completely.
And I think that's coming.
And the main thing that we must make sure that happens, if he is destroyed, that people know exactly who did it to him.
It's like this movie.
I didn't get to even say this in the movie.
The movie, by the way, the two script writers of this movie just make up everything that's said, how they make me appear and the clan appear and this whole situation in Colorado appear.
It's written by Rabinowitz and Waxall Two Jews.
It's produced by Bloomhouse Productions by Jason Bloom, Jewish, and it's distributed to powerful media force behind it, the biggest media conglomerate in the world, which is Comcast, which is run by Jews.
And basically, it tells blacks that Jews are, you know, are their friends and they got to be with the Jews.
But the truth is, some courageous blacks, like Farrakhan, I must honestly say that, talks about how the Jewish have forces in Hollywood and the music industry have destroyed black morals, have led blacks into crime and drugs and sexual destruction and destruction of the black family.
And even Professor Griff, who was a famous black musician, one of the early rappers, he said, David Duke is right.
These Jews have been devastating to the well-being of white people, but this movie is about programming us and also programming blacks.
It movie closes with Heather Heyer dying in Charlottesville, and it basically suggests that I'm responsible for this.
I'm responsible for this, you see, and you're responsible for this, James, because we actually dare to defend white people from massive racial discrimination and hatred against our heritage and culture and taking over our country and leading us to these insane wars and leading us to this destruction.
We have an evil force that's ruling this country, and we have got to expose it and we've got to stand up honestly and expose the whole thing.

Ladies and gentlemen, if you're like me, you missed Jack Ryan's contribution to the show last week.

And Slave to Love.
Now, Jack picked that particular song, Slave to Love, by Brian Ferry before today's wedding.
And so I don't guess it has anything to do with the slave to love that Prince Harry now is.
But Jack, if you'd like to comment on that before we go into the reason you brought that song to our attention, you certainly can.
Okay, well, A, I like the song, Brian Ferry's Roxy Music.
It's a good song.
But basically, I'm just basically saying that our current military, the biggest in the world, we spend more money on our military than all the other countries in the world combined.
We're not using our military to defend our country, defend our borders, to fight our enemies.
Instead, we're being manipulated by certain groups, Saudi Arabia, Islamists, the Israeli lobby.
So we're basically slaves to these other interests.
And this is nothing new.
And I want to say some history lessons before when the Eastern Empire, the Byzantium, got conquered by the Ottoman Turkish Muslims.
They went in and they conquered our people and they would take the girls for their concubines and take little boys and they would put them into the Janissary Army for their slave warriors, the Janissary.
So I'm basically saying most of our military, we're basically slave warriors for these other people.
So it's not slaves for love, but it's slaves for Islamic, Saudi, Islamists, and Israel.
So our military are slaves warriors for these other peoples.
It's a nice song, but it's kind of a depressing topic, so to speak.
Well, we can find many topics from which to find oppression in this day and age.
And before you go to your book and movie recommendations of the week, which we always look forward to.
Right.
Well, actually, actually, actually, tell us those very quickly, and then I'll ask you my next question, and then we'll get into your theme of the week.
Your book and movie recommendations go, Jack.
Okay, my book recommendation is They Dare Speak Out by Paul Finley.
He was a regular Illinois guy who just said, he wrote up and said that he should be pro-American, resist the Israeli lobby.
We did have some American conservatives in the 70s and early 80s that did resist the Israeli lobby, but they got overwhelmed.
We haven't had any since then.
That's the book recommendation.
They dare to speak out.
The movie recommendation, you have to watch it on YouTube or there.
It's the Ottoman War Machine.
It was back when the History Channel was doing serious history, which said that Turkish Ottoman system is an incredible one, but brutal because it's our people, the Greek Eastern Empire, being conquered by these Turkish Muslim ones and their system there.
And so those are my two recommendations.
Well, we appreciate those recommendations.
And with regard to being a slave to love, if I could circle back to that, do you think Prince Harry is a slave to love?
Would you weigh in?
Because David Duke weighed in on it just at the last segment.
Would you weigh in on what we all didn't watch it today?
Believe me, I found something to do, but I know what happened today.
And so would you weigh in on that at all if you might, Jack?
I really don't want to get into the British royal family.
I don't know.
They kind of went to no, it hasn't.
The royals of British haven't been with us.
I've got some royal family in mind.
I'm the director of Catherine the Great, the first Hurusanoff is the start of my Russian family.
I thought she did a great job.
She was tough, pro-Russia, tough on the Turks, and she smashed down on these communists.
But the British royal family has really not been good for our people for a long time.
And you can say, oh, it's worse.
He's marrying some black woman or something like that.
So you like to try to say that royalty works for you, but a lot of times it doesn't.
And I would say the guillotine for the French royalty was not as deserved as the guillotine for the British royalty.
I would rather see both guys get their heads cut off than the French one.
That's my person.
Such a fantastic history, though.
I mean, if you think about it, I mean, there was a time when the British royal family actually had power and they weren't just figureheads and they weren't just puppets.
And of course, they've been figureheads and puppets for far beyond my lifetime.
But what would you go back?
What would you say, Jack?
And we got to get to the theme of the week because we're running out of time.
But very quickly, when would you say the last legitimate powerful British royal family existed?
Okay, let's see.
The King James Bible, that was pretty good.
I liked Henry VIII because I liked.
You know, I'm glad you.
I'll stop you right there.
I know all the history about Henry VIII.
I know about the beheadings of his wives.
A man of power, a man of action.
He brought the Pope to his knees.
He did, but also did he just got these pushy, lippy, feminist ones that his wives wouldn't give him male children.
So he took a strong line.
I mean, it's maybe a bit rough to cut off their heads and stuff, but we men, American men, we got to take a strong line.
Hey, I got to say this.
I got to say this.
We got a puppy.
I said, no more dogs.
We already had one dog.
I said, no more dogs unless I get to name the dog.
And so we got a dog.
It was a female dog.
And I said, the name is Anne Boleyn.
And that's the only way we're going to have a dog.
So we had a dog.
So there you go.
So if anybody knows the history of Henry VIII, anyway, we're running out of time.
I didn't mean to take a departure, and I wouldn't have even taken that departure at all had not for the monstrosity that happened today on Cuck Island, Cuck Island, that happened earlier today.
And so we're here now.
I guess it's in the early morning hours on Cuck Island.
So that marriage has already been consummated.
But Jack, with three minutes remaining, give us your theme for the week.

Take us to the bridge.
Well, I think the theme for the week is when we were slaves.
And we got bashed over the head.
I went to high school in Chicago.
We always got bashed.
Even with bad says, slavery and stuff.
I'm in Illinois.
We didn't have slavery and stuff.
But all the classical civilizations, Egypt, Greece, like Rome, had slavery and things like that.
And the other thing we have to listen to is that we, at some times in our lives, have been enslaved.
And so when these Muslim, Turkish, other people invade and conquer Greek and European places, we get enslaved.
So there's a reason why the Armenians, the Greeks, the Serbs, Romanians spit at the concept of the Turkish-Ottoman Muslims is that they came in and they enslaved us.
They took our girls.
They would take them to the concubines for the Sultan and stuff.
And they would take small boys, the strongest boys, and they would take them into the Sultan's army and they would make them convert to Islam, but they couldn't marry and stuff.
And they were Janissary slaves.
And so they're these hardcore warrior slaves.
So the things that you've, it's against the Muslim religion to take another Muslim and make them a slave, but it's not against the Muslim religion to make other people, including our people, your people, make them slaves.
So we were enslaved and we've got issues of slaves right now, Rotherham, England, they're enslaving our girls.
So this is the issue that we have to resist it.
We don't want to be slaves, but things happen.
We got to make the best of this civilization.
So that's my theme.
And I know our history.
So we're not the only, we don't enslave other people.
We've been enslaved and this could happen now and we've got to deal with it.
