Welcome to the Political Cesspool, known worldwide as the South's foremost populous radio program.
And here to guide you through the murky waters of the Political Cesspool is your host, James Edwards.
Third and final hour of tonight's installment of the Political Cesspool radio program.
It's been a busy night in the Cesspool, and so now we're going to take the time during the final hour tonight to catch our breath.
We're going to talk about a couple of topics that made headlines this week and give you, as always, our analysis of that.
But first of all, let me welcome back for the third hour my co-host for the evening, Bill Rowland.
And Bill, as I said at the top of the program tonight, we promised listeners that 2010 would be a year filled with accomplishment and surprise.
And I think we have kicked it off living up to that promise with Kevin McDonald and Hutton Gibson this evening.
A lot more in store as the year continues to roll on.
But for the second week of the year, I think we have done pretty well for ourselves.
An excellent start to the year to two very fine and interesting guests.
And of course, Kevin McDonald, such a scholar, such a brilliant man who is, I would say, paid a high price for his scholarly work and his scholarly theories.
And as all people, particularly intellectuals, when an intellectual is right, he's going to suffer for his opinions or suffer for his views and suffer for his research.
And of course, that's happened to Kevin McDonald.
And then, of course, Michael Hutton Gibson, a legend in his own right, who gave us a very good discussion on the Catholic Church and the heresies within the Catholic Church, which, of course, as Protestants, we know about the heresies in the Protestant Church and the apostasies taking place in every major denomination in the country.
So, you know, we all understand each other perfectly well on that, that the church is in very, very serious trouble in terms of the attacks being made on Christians and Christianity and doctrinally sound Christian worship.
So, you know, we certainly agree with Mr. Gibson on the dire straits into which the church has stumbled.
But let me mention, too, that the new Citizens Informer is out.
Now, this is the October through December issue, which, of course, comes out at the end of December, and it is now in the mail and available.
And for all of you out there who are not members of the Council of Conservative Citizens, I would encourage you to go to our website, www.Cofcc.org, and order a copy of the Citizens Informer.
Take a look at it.
And from that, you will get a good idea of what our organization is all about because the paper includes all of our activities, chapter reports, letters to the editor, some really good articles by Dr. Tom Sith, who gets on this show very often, as well as Dr. Brent Nelson, and an article by Dr. David Yagley, the American Indian activist who writes an article on the hated white race.

James, I've made my pitch.
No, absolutely.
The CFCC is an organization who has been involved in the development of this radio program since its inception.
And it goes without saying that Bill Rowland and I are both members of the board of directors of the CFCC, and I proudly serve in that capacity.
And it's an organization.
Gordon Baum, actually, the chief executive officer of the council, is going to be our guest next week to promote the council even further.
Sam Dixon will also be on that show next week as well.
Jared Taylor coming up on the 23rd of this month.
So we have just got, I'm telling you, all-star guest after all-star guest to kick off the new year.
But yes, as Bill mentioned, the Council of Conservative Citizens is the America's premier activist organization.

Couldn't have said it better myself, Bill.
And again, talking about tonight's guest, Kevin McDonald Hutton Gibson, particularly Hutton Gibson, you know, I think in first of all, people have got to remember he's 91 years old.
He did an excellent interview for any age, but when you think that he's 91 years old, if I am, if I'm even alive at 91, which I think is a 100-to-one shot, if I'm half as well-spoken as him, I would consider that a miracle of all miracles.
But in listening to some of the things he said this evening, I think it's very apparent where Mel Gibson gets some of those conservative tendencies.
When I was working for Pat Buchanan on his presidential campaign back in the year 2000, it was greatly rumored that Mel Gibson was a supporter of Pat Buchanan and a donor and supporting him in other ways.
And Pat went on to confirm that in an interview shortly after the campaign on C-SPAN, that in fact, you know, Mel Gibson had been supportive.
And you look at the movies that Mel Gibson has made that certainly resonate with our people and our ideology.
Certainly when he first became a major Hollywood player, he was making more mainstream Hollywood movies such as the Lethal Weapons series, which are very good action movies, but basic Hollywood movies they are.
Later on, as he became at as he ascended to the very top of the A-list, you look at films such as Conspiracy Theory, but more importantly, Braveheart and The Patriot and, of course, The Passion of the Christ.
I think that the father and son there certainly share some of the same philosophies.
Would you agree, Bill?
Well, some of them, I would think.
Of course, it's hard to tell what Hollywood does to a person, and I would hope that Mel Gibson hasn't lost his passion for Christ and hasn't lost his conservative instincts.
But certainly, when you're talking about anything that goes on in Hollywood, you're talking about an erosive and corruptive influence that is difficult to resist.
I mean, the devil himself, I don't think, could tempt anyone more than the devil's playground, Hollywood, California.
But anyway, moving on to another topic.
Since we're talking about the media and so forth here, there was an interesting development with regards to a documentary, which, James, you were invited to be interviewed in this documentary.
This young couple was going to various people and interviewing various people on the right in our movement and so forth to make a documentary about the right wing in this country now that Obama's president.
And I think I told you earlier that this documentary ended up airing on Al Jazeera television.
I mean, they were freelance directors and producers, and this was a freelance effort.
And so obviously they sold it to Al Jazeera.
Well, all that being the case, obviously we didn't at the council pick up any new members from the appearance of Al Jazeera.
I don't think we were really playing to our type of audience.
But what was interesting about that documentary, now remember, this is broadcast on Al Jazeera, the Arab Radio and Television Network.
One of the experts, so-called, who was interviewed for this documentary was Leonard Zeskind, A left-wing Jewish journalist who has made a career out of trying to deconstruct and smear the right using, of course, very supposedly impartial and scholarly research and very in-depth research.
But of course, inevitably, what he writes about is going to be a smear against the right.
But this shows you how far the left is going and how far our enemies are going to try to destroy us.
And I know, James, of course, you were savvy enough to stay away from that interview and to stay clear of it.
But the left has gone as far now as to get a documentary on Al Jazeera Radio, which all of these Arabs are listening to.
Obviously, it's an Arabic language and Arabic-focused network, and their big expert on the dangerous right in America is this Jewish journalist, Leonard Zeskin.
Now, you're talking about strange bedfellows and strange alliances here, all to come against this Christian right-wing movement.
So, you know, we have to be on the right side and against the Antichrist when all the Antichrists are now lined up, all the stars are lined against us in terms of non-Christians and Antichrist.
And so this shows you just how much we are affecting the left and affecting the third world when the Al Jazeera network and Leonard Zeskin team up to attack us.
Yeah, well, you know, Bill, my policy has become, that was a very interesting little story there.
And the way that all played out.
That group that was filming that documentary must have called me 25 times trying to get me to agree to appear as a guest or to be interviewed by them.
And thankfully, the show has grown to the point where I can now pick and choose who I'm going to let interview me.
I typically stick to live radio, live television.
If I do interviews, I don't like print media.
I don't like documentaries because they can be edited after the fact.
But nevertheless, it looks like we made the right call there.
And as you said, Bill, the greater point of the story is judge us by the enemies that we keep.
And if you do that, I think we're going to end up in pretty good company with regard to who our friends are.
And certainly there with Al Jazeera teaming up with Leonard Zeskin to condemn the paleoconservatives of America.
We don't want to have anything to do with a group that's in cahoots with that.

And speaking of that, Bill, we received just this week along.
We always talk about the great volume of correspondence that we receive, but it normally comes from the United States or somewhere in Europe.
Well, this week we received a postcard from the Canary Islands, an extremely well-written email from Finland, which I'm going to share parts of it with you, and a contribution from a female doctor who was born and raised in Sri Lanka.
So I think that the political cesspool, as we head into what is our now our sixth year of broadcasting, Bill, is truly becoming a global cult phenomenon.
Well, it would seem so.
I mean, to reach the Canary Islands and Sri Lanka, to actually have listeners in the very most distant parts of the world, I mean, somebody has got to be getting the word out there.
And somehow, people are reaching out and listening to this show.
And, you know, as I said previously, if you go to our Facebook page, the Political Cesspool Facebook page, I think that we're approaching 1,000 fans now.
What's interesting about our Facebook page is the diversity of our fan base.
We're always talking about diversity and the dangers of multiculturalism, but we have a very, very diverse fan base.
And as I mentioned previously, there was some little anti-racist group that had put up a Facebook page.
And virtually all of their Facebook fans were, you know, these Scandinavian types from Minnesota or Wisconsin.
I mean, far less diverse than our audience.
But, yes, and we've got fans in Malta.
We've got fans, of course, in virtually every country in Europe, South Africa, and from around the world.
And, of course, we want to become the worldwide voice of the right, James, and I think we're well on our way.
Absolutely.
You know, you look at what a meager budget we have to operate on, and you ask yourself the question, if we had more to work with, could we accomplish more?
You look at what we've accomplished in the great laundry list of big names we've had on this program, people who we've befriended and work in unison with.
But, you know, yes, we have established ourselves, I believe, as the voice of the American right.
What I want to do now is grow this program, and with our listener's support, we can, to the point where it becomes a major player in political talk discourse.
I mean, I want to be the next Sean Hannity.
I want this show to reach the audience that Hannity and Limbaugh are reaching.
And I think it can be done.
We have a message that is so unique and so needed that there is a lot of Hannity because that would require you to lose 50 IQ points.
Well, no, I don't want to be Hannity.
I want to have Hannity's audience.
You know, I want his audience.
Well, I want, well, we'll get there and then we'll go to the next level.
But I want to have the power and influence that they've got without having to compromise our message.
That is the goal.
And we are continuing.
You know, look, the trajectory is on pace.
We're going to get there.
But here's the thing, Bill.
Oh, you mentioned the Facebook page, by the way.
I've got a very beautiful wife, Bill.
You've got a very beautiful wife.
We both married out of our leagues.
But I'll tell you what, if I was a single guy, I would be going through the pages of the Political Cesspool fans.

I know we've got a lot of young listeners out there, beautiful women on our fan page there.
I am largely impressed with not only the intelligence of our listenership, but their good looks.

Now, getting to this correspondence, Bill, this postcard sent from the Canary Islands is addressed to the senors and senores at the political cesspool.
And it reads, greetings from Africa to the whole political cesspool crew.
The Canary Islands are under Spain and are thus more like Europe than what's normally associated with Africa.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from a wonderful place.
And it's signed, Don Diego de la Vega.
That's from the Canary Islands.
And it was a very nice gesture to send us that postcard.
I got this, though, Bill, from Finland just today, as a matter of fact.
And I'm going to leave the gentleman's name private, but he writes just what I believe to be an incredible email.
And we get a lot of emails, and we're thankful for all of them.
But this one kind of stood out.
And he writes, nightly gentlemen, greetings from Finland.
I am an American graduate student pursuing my master's at the University of Turku, as tuition here is not charged at the present time for university degrees of indoctrination.
I am also a former secondary-level social studies teacher, a musician, a philosopher, a son of Blyville, Arkansas, in addition to many other places, and a former number two of the Beta Beta chapter of Bethany College of the Kappa Alpha Order, whose spiritual founder is Robert E. Lee.
I was recently introduced to your radio program by a like-minded Finn, who upon learning the history of my college fraternity strongly suggested that I listen to the show.
In a myriad of ways, I was skeptic, I was reluctant, but eventually I gave you a whirl.
Wow, how pleasantly surprised I was.
I have now been listening through your archives and have yet to be disappointed.
Exemplary discussion on every episode.
And I'll skip down to the very end of his email.
And he there writes, is there a means by which I can call into your wonderful show?
And of course there is, and I'll be emailing him back with those arrangements.
I would enjoy bringing up the points of historical omission as very few people are aware of them.
And it's all based upon plotting historical connections, which nobody does.
Or I could just mention the multicultural way, excuse me, war now transpiring in Nordic Europe.
I would appreciate the opportunity greatly.
And he wraps up his email, Bill, by writing, I applaud you, gentlemen, for fighting the seemingly hopeless war with honor, which is historically the southern way.
Thank you for your time, and may the Lord keep you and your families well.
So that comes in to us from Finland today, Bill, from a southern transplant there.
But what was interesting about the email, in addition to his very kind words, was that as an American living in Finland, he was introduced to our show by a fellow Finn of all things.
Well, I think that just goes to show that we are picking up an audience, a faithful audience, an audience, which also is encouraging other people to listen to the show.
I mean, that's very unusual if you think about it, James.
Very unusual for a show to gain audience by word of mouth.
We don't do any advertising, obviously.
We're only on this one station, and we broadcast locally and through a few affiliates.
But obviously, word of mouth is spreading.
And of course, you know, James, we have discussed our big plans for this year in terms of reaching out more and more to our European audience and to people around the world.
You know, it's time.
The time has come for our voices to be heard and for voices to rise up in all these places against the forces that are trying to destroy our race, our people, our faith.
And those days are ahead of us.
And we are going to be a strong voice and a true voice for people in Europe and around the world to listen to the truth and to listen to opinions and ideas that they will not hear in their own countries because of the antichrist control of their media and the monopoly of their media by particular groups of people.
So we've got big plans for that.
We hope our audience will continue to listen because once again, the show is going to get better and better.
James, as you know, at one time, the Southern Poverty Law Center was celebrating our demise.

Bill, right before that last commercial break intruded, you were mentioning the fact that the Southern Poverty Law Center, for example, back, I guess it was in 2007, were celebrating what they thought would be our demise because it was in that year after three years at that time being on the air.
We took a break only for two months of live broadcasting.
The show was still being syndicated on 1380 in repeats.
We just took a momentary pause from live broadcasting, and then we came back a couple of months later in June and then resumed, got picked up by Republic Broadcasting, then made our final move to the Liberty News Radio Network, and the rest was history.
But as you were saying, yeah, their dream didn't quite come to fruition, did it, Bill?
No, at the same time that the Southern Poverty Law Center was crowing and hooting about our going off the air, the ADL was reporting virtually the same month that we were coming back on the air.
So they were working across purposes with each other and sort of put a finger in each other's eye.
But, you know, it's funny you mentioned Sean Hannity and having his audience.
I don't think we really want Sean Hannity's audience because if they are regular listeners to Sean Hannity, then, you know, they're obviously lacking something in political, savvy, and political understanding.
And, you know, they shouldn't come to us until they're regular, until they're ready to get off with Sean Hannity.
Well, no, you mistake.
I wouldn't trade our audience, which is the most loyal, most intelligent, and as we mentioned before, the most beautiful audience in the world.
I wouldn't trade them.
And it is a very sizable audience now.
It's a very established audience.
We are greatly blessed to have the audience that we have.
And it's a very numerable audience.
And I wouldn't trade them for anything.
I just want our audience to grow to those kind of numbers.
And I think, Bill, that we can achieve that.
I think the best is still to come for this program.
And evidence of that is that, you know, we're talking about how the show continues to grow, how we have regular listeners now in all ports of call across the globe.
I received today just an incredible letter in the mail from a doctor who was born in Sri Lanka.
And I want to share, I'm not going to read the whole thing.
This is a handwritten letter that came in to our mailbox today.
And it says, Dear James Edwards, enclosed is a humble gift to you to say that I appreciate your efforts to protect your white heritage.
I am not white, but the white race is the race that matters most to my heart.
I care about America, Christianity, and have enjoyed, and these are her words, the white race since I was a young girl in Sri Lanka.
I was born in Great Britain.
Excuse me, I was in Great Britain for four years before finally coming to America.
And she goes on to write, Bill, and this is a medical doctor, this woman, she doesn't mention exactly what her racial makeup is other than she is of Sri Lankan ancestry and is non-white, but she writes that obviously being in support of the show, and she sent in a nice contribution.
What makes her mad is that the ADL and other organizations are trying to destroy our people while promoting themselves while silencing others.
And she asked the question, why can't whites protect themselves and close as a gift to help you do just that?
So here we are now, Bill, and I'm going to be sure to write back that very kind lady receiving support from outside of our own family.
And that's good.
And I think that's very healthy.
And that was truly an honor to receive that particular letter.
Well, it was an unusual gesture of gratitude.
And we certainly do appreciate it.
And as always, we are gracious to everyone.
And the idea that we have ever been, you know, sort of rabid, frothing, angry, you know, eyes bulging radio hosts is simply not true.
We're not shocked, John.
And I don't think there's ever been a time we've had a guest on, or even a call-in guest, who has been mistreated on the air.
And so, you know, I think that shows through to a lot of people, even those people who disagree with us.
They can't say that we have ever been attack dogs on the show towards any of our guests or any call-ins.
We are attack dogs against those groups and individuals in power who have power, who don't deserve power, who are seeking to destroy us.
And we're going to continue to attack and to expose those people.
And we're not going to shy away from that because they don't deserve our respect and they certainly don't deserve our courtesy.
If they're trying to destroy us and our families, then we're determined to fight them to the last drop of blood and to make their lives as difficult as possible.
And so, you know, we're not going to get into that train of thought.
But certainly, we're not hostile towards any other group of people in the world who are seeking their own measure of happiness and their own security among their own kind.
And that's the right of any group or ethnic group or any individual in the world.
Well, Bill, you know, we are the quintessential junkyard dog.
I mean, we're scrapping for everything.
We're vastly underfunded.
I mean, to say that our program going up against the might of the ADL is a David and Goliath type of deal would do a disservice to the biblical tale because, I mean, Goliath was nothing compared to what the ADL is.
I think our odds are certainly far less than that of David's.
And we can only hope that God is on our side as he was the side of David because this is something, I mean, we're going up against people who could really do a number on us, but yet we're in service to a cause greater than ourselves.
And so no matter how formidable the adversary, no matter how powerful and well-financed they are and compared to what we have to work with, we're going to do the best we can with the cards we've been dealt and the assets we have at our disposal until God Himself calls us home.
And that's what we've always done.

And in the meantime, where do we go from here?
Well, I saw an interesting little report on the news tonight about a former Memphian named Harold Ford Jr.
And Harold Ford Jr. has decided he's no longer a Memphis native.
He's moved to New York, I guess, following the footsteps of Hillary Clinton and is going to seek the senatorial seat of Charles Schumer, the longtime Democrat from New York.
And so now Harold Ford is trespassing on sacred turf up there.
The Charles Schumer seat is really, I think, reserved for a certain people.
And I don't think he's going to get in that club.
But of course, you know, Harold Ford Jr., the son of the former Congressman Harold Ford, virtually inherited his seat from his father.
Any of us from Memphis know that when little Harold Ford Jr. got elected, it was because his father had simply decided to retire and hand over his congressional seat to his son.
Harold Ford Jr. had never held a real job in his life.
He was 28 years old.
I think he was 28.
And he was simply called down from college to take over his daddy's job as a congressman.
Now, if there is nothing in the world that is more evident of black tribalism in politics, it's the election of Harold Ford Jr. to Congress when his father simply decided he didn't want the job anymore.
Here, here's son, here are the keys to my office.
You just take over.
And of course, when Harold Ford Jr. ran, absolutely no qualifications, absolutely no experience, virtually a snot-nose from college.
He's elected by an overwhelming majority because the big chief came and beat his drum and said, vote for my son.
Well, you know, when you get into New York politics, that's not going to happen.
And Harold Ford Jr. is already stepping on some toes up there by saying that he's the outsider, but he's not going to be kept out.
And he's going to get in this race no matter who he offends, et cetera, et cetera.
Well, he's going up against a bigger tribe than he has with a lot more money.
And, of course, he would never come back to Memphis to run for an election because he married a white woman.
And he knows that that's going to alienate the black electorate.
But he's really, his ego has blown up beyond all proportions.
Really, his ego is so big now they can attach cables to him and float him in the Macy's Day Christmas parade because he has gone way beyond his means, his experience, or his cunning going up against Charles Schumer.
And I think this is going to be really a funny race because, of course, they won't hesitate to drag his name through the mud.
There have always been rumors about his sexuality and so forth.
So we'll see.

Of course, Harold Ford Jr. was defeated in a congressional race here by Bob Corker.
Now he's going to try to win in New York since he can't win in Tennessee.

A black preacher in Portland, Oregon, has finally let us know what white people can do to overcome our racism.
And the answer is nothing.
There's nothing we can do to overcome our racism.
That's what he said.
The Reverend Clifford Chappelle.
He said the election of Barack Obama was all right, but it doesn't really cut the mustard.
There's nothing we can do to absorb ourselves of the sins that we allegedly committed in his eyes, of course.
Also, two multi-millionaires in the NBA pulling guns on each other inside an NBA arena over a dispute stemming from a card game.
I mean, I don't think there's anything else I could say about that that you need to know, but go read about it.

How are you doing tonight?
Doing good, my friend.
How are you?
Hanging in there.
I'm not too far from where Dr. McDonald is.
I listened to his interview, a couple of comments.
One, he talked about white unity.
I agree.
First paragraph of the Declaration of Independence, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and nature's God entitle us.
One thing about the unity and the identity element is, you know, in the past, I've talked to you about the psychological adjustment under Brown versus Board of Education.
Absolutely.
And I believe, honestly, that's the obstruction to the unity that you seek and the identity that you seek.
It comes on a mass scale.
I did send you some information regarding the latest scientific knowledge that I was able to find on the mind developing up until the age of 20.
So when you have an adult-level issue, such as race or sex or whatever, being forced on a first, second, third-grade kid, you don't do anything but shove that nail deeper into his brain.
I had some other things that I wanted to talk to you about.
And, oh, one other thing.
You said that he also talked about when people charge you with racism as being a racist.
My retort to that is, racist is a traitor's term.
Your term, you're a traitor.
You're a racist.
Try that on somebody once and see how they freak out.
John, you're exactly right and spot on.
And I appreciate you for the well-articulated viewpoints that you hold.
You have a very good hypothesis on some of the things that are plaguing our people and our psyche.

Hey, how are you guys doing?
Oh, man, we're doing the best we can with what we got.
It ain't much.
Well, good show.
I try to listen as often as possible.
I like the message.
I wanted your opinion on the future of the white man in America since segregation has been outlawed and any attempt for a community to self-segregate is always foiled with federal money and affirmative action, Section 8 housing.
They will demographically search the areas of America and deliberately dilute any majority white area with Section 8 housing.
As I said, since segregation is illegal, immigration has got us slated for minority status, and we kill our babies at an alarming rate.
What's the answer, fellas?
What's the future?
Bill, I'll let you take that one.
Very good question.
I'd like to take that one.
And let me say this.
The white race is not going to go extinct, okay?
The survivors will be the people who have healthy racial instincts.
And it's my belief that many of the people who are giving in to the multicultural temptation and are seeking out the forbidden fruit, as the Bible says, are defective.
They're racial defectives.
And so they're going to be washed out of the gene pool, which is a good thing.
We don't want racial defectives in the gene pool.
But more importantly, is look at North Africa, where even after years of Arab domination and infiltration from sub-Saharan Africa, there is still a strong presence of whites, even in North Africa, who have protected themselves through tribalism.
And so I think what's going to happen in the United States over several generations is that there is going to be a renewed tribalism among white people.
And by that, I mean a separation by tribe in various parts of the country to the point where we'll be as distinct as Italians are from Germans or Germans are from Russians.
That is, tribalism will separate us, but we'll still be white.
And so why is it not going to go extinct?
But what we have to concern about is driving our losses.
Hello?
Yeah, Richie, you've got the stage, Richie.
With the Zionist-run government, they're not going to allow white people to have their own demographically majority.
As I said earlier, if they see a section like in Metairi, where I live out here in the suburbs of New Orleans, it has been, especially after Katrina since those projects have been destroyed, the minorities have been moved out here and deliberately put in middle-class America and with my own tax dollars to pay for this.
So this is not something that I feel is going to be a politically or a peaceful resolution to this situation.
Oh, I don't either.
And what I'm saying is what I'm talking about is not in the immediate future, but in the long-term future.
And that's where I was getting.
I think it's a post-America.
Right, right.
And what I'm saying is what we've got to concentrate on now is curbing our losses.
That was the point I was getting to.
And exactly what you're talking about.
We have got to find ways to circumvent this attack on us as a people.
And whatever methods we need to use, political, tribal, whatever we have to do, we have to curb our losses right now.
And we've got to overcome this conditioning of our people to believe that we are an expendable race.
That television and the public schools have got our kids.
They've got them, man.
They've got our children.
Yeah, that's the point, Richie.
I mean, if America is to be salvaged, and I'm skeptical as to whether or not it can be, Bill's obviously planning towards a post-America.
If it is to be salvaged, we've got to take back our institutions.
We've got to mimic the tactics of the left and infuse ourselves in some sort of a takeover of the institutions of academia and entertainment, so on and so forth.
Richie, we're running short on time, but I appreciate your passion and your willingness to speak out on these issues and call in tonight.
