| A development in the shooting this morning on an ICE facility. | ||
| Now we've got conflicting reports. | ||
| The latest update appears to show that one person has died, and it looks like those that were shot may just be detainees and not ICE law enforcement. | ||
| However, law enforcement press conference has revealed this is likely a leftist-motivated terror attack on an ICE facility in Dallas. | ||

| This is developing the news broke earlier this morning, but we didn't know exactly what was happening. | ||

| We don't know if we can confirm these or not, but I do have statements from law enforcement at this event. | ||

| Following only two weeks out from the assassination of Charlie Kirk, we have had now, this is the, I think this is the third terror attack in three weeks. | ||
| We had the shooting on the ABC station. | ||
| This man had writing saying he was targeting the DOJ. | ||
| We had numerous threats sent to ABC affiliates, of course, the assassination of Charlie Kirk himself. | ||
| And now this attack on an ICE facility just a couple of months ago, we had, I believe, two other ambushes on law enforcement in the Texas area. | ||
| I think it's safe to say with even the Atlantic reporting left-wing terrorism is on the rise. | ||
| We are dealing with an acute and very serious problem. | ||
| And I can't say that I'm surprised because this is the cycle that we deal with. | ||
| This is what happens every summer. | ||
| There's an escalation. | ||
| Now, my initial analyses before we get into all the breaking news, and I'll play these videos for you, is that the left is becoming increasingly desperate. | ||
| It looks like the initial information we have on the assassination of Charlie Kirk was that it was left-motivated ideology aligned with the mainstream Democrat Party. | ||
| And I don't say that lightly, but the shooter apparently said Charlie Kirk spread hate. | ||
| In response, we saw waves of celebration on the House floor confirming the lies, I should say, I should say confirming the beliefs these liberal has. | ||
| AOC saying that Charlie Kirk was hateful. | ||
| Mehdi Hassan, Elon Omar, the views being espoused by the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk align with those on the House floor. | ||
| This needs to stop. | ||
| DHS chief in Dallas says the rhetoric needs to be toned down. | ||
| And just last night, Jimmy Kimmel refused once again to apologize for the statements he made. | ||
| In fact, he doubled down saying Trump got him pulled off the air because he couldn't take a joke. | ||
| The reality is, the advertisers' affiliates were angry with Jimmy Kimmel, concerned over the backlash. | ||
| Disney was concerned at the safety of their staff. | ||
| After Jimmy Kimmel insinuated Charlie Kirk's assassin was a MA right-winger. | ||
| And then we get this. | ||
| Now, three detainees were shot. | ||
| There may be actually four individuals in total who were shot. | ||
| One person's reported dead. | ||
| We're going to get this. | ||

| Though the story broke earlier this morning, the press conference gave us a lot more information. | ||
| ABC News reporting three detainees were shot at the Dallas Immigration and Customs Enforcement Field Office on Wednesday morning. | ||
| Law enforcement sources told ABC News with the FBI saying the shooting is being investigated as an act of targeted violence. | ||
| In fact, even MSNBC has said this is domestic terrorism, the result of the anti-ICE rhetoric that we are getting in media. | ||
| One victim was killed, two more were wounded. | ||
| At a news conference, authorities would not confirm the victims were detainees, but they repeatedly said that no law enforcement officers were hurt. | ||
| That could mean civilians were injured or killed. | ||
| Now, there's rumors that the firing took place at a transport when people are getting off the bus. | ||
| ABC News reports the shooter, who appeared to be a sniper from an elevated position firing from a couple hundred yards away, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. | ||
| ICE Director Todd Lines told ABC News. | ||
| Without describing a motive for the shooting, FBI Special Agent Joe Rothcock Rothrock said, It appeared the rounds found in the suspected shooter contain messages that are anti-ICE in nature. | ||
| FBI Director Kash Patel released images of recovered unspent shell casings, including one engraved with the phrase anti-ice. | ||
| You can see here on this round, this is called the stripper clip, by the way. | ||
| It's a thin strip that you can slide the rounds into. | ||
| You can see right here, it looks at, look, there may be other writing on two of these rounds. | ||
| Perhaps on the other side of these bullets, there is also writing, but it looks like on the right side of this, we can't make it out. | ||
| On the left side, I'd have to imagine that this round that says anti-ice, they spun for the purpose of getting this photo. | ||
| But I don't know, maybe they didn't. | ||
| The target was not clear. | ||
| But the incident comes as ICE has been ramping up deportation efforts throughout the country, and Homeland Security officials have been warning that agents and officers from their agencies have been facing increased violence and threats. | ||
| So I have this post from Kash Patel that I want to show you guys. | ||
| Read his statement. | ||
| Cash says, this morning, just before 7 a.m. local time, an individual fired multiple rounds at a Dallas, Texas ICE facility, killing one, wounding several others before taking his own life. | ||
| FBI, DHS, ATF are on the ground with Dallas PD and state authorities. | ||
| While the investigation is ongoing, an initial review of the evidence shows an ideological motive behind this attack. | ||
| One of the unspent shell casings recovered was engraved with the phrase anti-ICE. | ||
| More updates will be forthcoming. | ||
| These despicable, politically motivated attacks against law enforcement are not a one-off. | ||
| We are only miles from Prairie Land, Texas, where just two months ago, an individual ambushed a separate ICE facility, targeting their officers. | ||
| It has to end, and the FBI and our partners will lead these investigative efforts to see to it that those who target our law enforcement are pursued and brought to the fullest extent of justice. | ||
| Thankfully, no law enforcement personnel were hurt. | ||
| Please pray for those injured and deceased. | ||
| Now, for those that are not familiar, what this is, it's called a stripper clip. | ||

| Initial reporting, I believe, is that these are 762 NATO rounds or comparable to 308. | ||
| We don't have all those details released for now. | ||
| We do have a statement from the press conference that I would like to play for you guys a few of these messages, and I'll play that now. | ||
| I can confirm at this time that the FBI is investigating this incident as an act of targeted violence. | ||
| It is unfortunately just the most recent example we've seen of targeted violence, to include here in North Texas, where back on July 4th, we saw a coordinated attack carried out against an immigration detention center in Alvarez, Texas. | ||
| What I can also share with you is that early evidence that we've seen from rounds that were found near the suspected shooter contain messages that are anti-ICE in nature. | ||
| Again, this is just the most recent example of this type of attack. | ||
| This will be a whole of government response. | ||
| There will be no resource not utilized to bring all those individuals who are responsible to bring them to justice and to hold them accountable. | ||

| This is the second time I've had to stand in front of you and talk about a shooter at one of my facilities. | ||
| And I think that the takeaway from all of this is that the rhetoric has to stop. | ||
| There are people out there who are seeing what is being placed online. | ||
| And they're coming and they're doing acts of violence against ICE employees. | ||
| So that's kind of all I have for today: it's just got to stop. | ||

| Yeah, we're definitely hearing increased calls for bringing the temperature down. | ||
| Just want to let us know that the video we're looking at was of a vehicle that is believed to be involved potentially and that investigators are right now searching and combing for evidence. | ||
| That building that we're now looking at from an aerial view is where we believe the shooter may have been located and firing on the ICE facility across the parking lot there. | ||
| Chris, we heard mention of targeted violence, that this is being investigated as an act of targeted violence. | ||
| What does that tell you? | ||
| That's a play on words. | ||
| It's domestic terrorism is what the FBI would be looking at this as political violence. | ||
| Why call it targeted violence then and not say domestic terrorism? | ||
| I can't tell you the reason why, but political violence and terrorism, you throw them into the same category. | ||
| All political violence is something that is, you know, and it doesn't happen in a vacuum. | ||
| It's a response to a perceived injustice by the government or a part of the government, which is what we see playing out in front of us. | ||
| So what you're seeing, this building of domestic violent extremism or targeted violence, is in response to something. | ||
| What's happening in our society? | ||
| And you can, you know, look throughout history of how these movements grow, but it's happening right now in response to ICE because of the perceived injustices. | ||
| So terrorism is the tactical use of violence or threat of violence to attain a political, religious, or ideological goal. | ||
| The acts are often intended to influence an audience beyond its immediate victims. | ||
| So this act of violence was signaling, he wanted to die, clearly, was signaling to the broader community. | ||
| And because this shooter had a perceived injustice, and that may very well be the over-aggressive tactics used by ICE, the xenophobia that we've seen in recent years throughout the United States, and just or the deployment of federal troops to cities around the country. | ||
| This is going, you will see more violence building from the left. | ||
| I'll just kind of reflecting back to the 60s. | ||
| The Black Panther Party grew out of the civil rights era. | ||
| Wow. | ||
| Because the Black Panther Party didn't think that the mission was complete with what Martin Luther King did, that peaceful protesting was only going to get them so far. | ||
| So the Black Panther Party was created. | ||
| Then that splintered off into the Black Liberation Army, which was more militant and more violent and more aggressive, directed attacks against law enforcement because they didn't think the Black Panther Party, which was more defensive in nature, was going far enough. | ||
| Again, these things happen in response to a perceived injustice. | ||

| We have the shooting of children, Catholic children in Minnesota, as well as only, I believe, a year or so ago, a couple years ago, maybe, these other trans-identified individuals shooting up Christians and conservatives. | ||
| It is becoming terrifyingly commonplace. | ||
| In the past couple of weeks alone, we have been dealing, we now have three documented terror attacks, as well as numerous terror threats on ABC facilities. | ||
| And ABC, for the love of all that is holy, in defiance of the advertisers and the affiliates who begged them to tone the volume down, brought Jimmy Kimmel back. | ||
| I'm going to say this again. | ||

| The man went on his show and said MAGA was trying to claim the shooter was anything but one of their own, insinuating the shooter was right aligned or a Trump supporter. | ||

| I don't want to wake up and hear another story about people being shot and killed by some crackpot liberal lunatic who is being radicalized by a mainstream media, by a fake comedy apparatus that is so psychotic, trying to make money off insulting Trump. | ||

| A man shot up an ABC affiliate station, the DA in California in this liberal jurisdiction, said his motivation likely was the suspension of Jimmy Kimmel. | ||

| When the affiliates and the advertisers begged him to take it down, they said Trump did it. | ||
| They blamed Trump for taking him off the air. | ||

| If the man just came out and said, guys, I did not mean to imply that the shooter was a Trump supporter. | ||

| We are now dealing with what, three terror attacks in two weeks? | ||
| One, one of the most gruesome we've seen in our lifetime, the assassination of Charlie Kirk. | ||
| I'm freaking out. | ||
| I'm just, what is your take on all this? | ||
| So three terrorist attacks with a lot in common. | ||
| And I think it's really important. | ||
| When somebody shows you who they are, you have to believe them. | ||
| If you don't believe them, if they're telling you who they are, if the left is grabbing us by the scruff of the neck and looking at us in the face with their bloodshot eyes, with their yellow teeth frothing at the mouth, saying, we are psychotic, murderous radicals. | ||
| We are a terrorist element. | ||
| And we are willing to kill because we have lost political power. | ||
| We have lost our minds. | ||
| And now we are a militant wing that is willing to use power to kill our power to kill. | ||
| And that is going to be the last resort for our political movement. | ||
| That is, by the way, what all data shows. | ||
| That is what all available data shows from YouGov, a specific YouGov poll that was just released says that 60% of leftists under the age of 40 believe that political violence is appropriate in some circumstances. | ||

| I mean, you're talking about parts of the, you're talking about vast swaths of leftists, millions of them that want this. | ||
| Now, in the past month, I actually just ran the numbers. | ||
| It's been a month to the day since a transgender left-wing radical inscribed leftist iconography on his tactical gear, anti-Christian, anti-conservative, anti-Trump iconography, and then went and shot up a Catholic school. | ||

| Killing a couple kids, wounding 17. | ||
| Fast forward two weeks, Tim. | ||
| A far left-wing radical with a transgender for a boyfriend writes left-wing iconography on his bullets and then goes and kills Charlie Kirk, murders him in an on-air execution in Utah. | ||
| Fast forward two weeks. | ||
| Today, a left-wing radical has inscribed left-wing iconography. | ||
| This man is a communist, by the way. | ||
| Jeremy Jobs is his name. | ||
| According to his social media, he's a Marxist. | ||
| He has communist iconography on his social media as anti-scrawled anti-ICE messaging on his bullet casings. | ||
| And then he committed murder, what he hoped to be mass murder at an ICE facility in Dallas. | ||
| Now, they are telling us who they are. | ||
| They're telling us through polling. | ||
| They're telling us through action. | ||
| They are saying that the biggest problem, the scariest domestic terrorist threat that we have seen in our lifetime in this country is left-wing militant terrorism. | ||
| They are screaming it from the rooftops. | ||
| It is time for Republicans to wake up and to recognize this threat. | ||
| I think what's really scary about it is it's much more aligned with the mainstream Democratic Party than anybody was willing to admit. | ||
| I just made this point a moment ago. | ||
| When we get these reports where it says, oh, the right is more dangerous and more, the extremist attacks are coming from the right. | ||
| It is not meaningful to me in any way or any political debate when you argue a white supremacist committed some act of violence. | ||
| We all agree that's bad. | ||
| The Republicans all condemn it. | ||
| Charlie Kirk condemned white supremacy and actually kicked white supremacists out of his events. | ||
| So there's no overlap there. | ||
| However, the ideology that killed Charlie Kirk, AOC espoused from the House floor. | ||
| So instead of denouncing the lies and saying these people who believed false things about Charlie and were motivated to kill him, AOC goes on the House floor and doubles down on all of it. | ||
| The TV producers, the shows, they double down. | ||
| And then you get the Jimmy Kimmel scenario. | ||
| Now, I think it's important to point out the lower end of the scale to the higher end. | ||
| You've pointed out, Benny, all the high-end scale stuff, these iconography, these shootings. | ||
| What about the Democrat who shot up an ABC affiliate just Friday because Jimmy Kimmel was suspended over offensive comments where he lied about this shooter? | ||
| What about Jimmy Kimmel today, the report coming out, or should I say last night? | ||
| He still refused to apologize and doubled down saying Trump is just trying to get me fired because he can't take a joke. | ||
| This is the motivating ideology behind these attacks. | ||
| It is mainstream. | ||
| It's on MSNBC. | ||
| It's on ABC. | ||
| And I got to be honest, it's not an easy thing to deal with. | ||
| Well, Tim, the moment I saw that Jimmy Kimmel comment, I said, on behalf of Turning Point, which I work closely with, and we're going to be doing a lot of work on campuses. | ||
| We go and talk to Turning Point chapters and so on. | ||
| I know that you give speeches as well, college kids, and you speak at Turning Point events also. | ||
| The kids love you. | ||
| On behalf of these students and activists, on behalf of my fellow compatriots in the America First Movement, let me say this. | ||
| What Jimmy Kimmel said, of course, is factually wrong and is a despicable thing to say about somebody who was murdered by the left, to say he was murdered by the right, by his own movement. | ||
| Charlie Kirk, of course, the figurehead of the MAGA movement. | ||
| And so to say he was murdered by MAGA was to say he deserved it. | ||
| So that is despicable in and of itself. | ||
| It should have led to the immediate cancellation of this show. | ||
| And then who knows, right? | ||
| Defamation lawsuit by the Kirk family, whatever. | ||
| That's bad enough. | ||
| But what it says really, and what we were able to elucidate and what we've been constantly hitting the bricks to talk about is that it signals that you should do more. | ||
| By taking the clear left-wing violence and turning it into right-wing violence, it's projecting to leftists that you should go do more of this and we'll defend you. | ||
| I, Jimmy Kimmel, will use my taxpayer-funded federal FCC licensure to whitewash leftist violence and to make sure that the right is blamed for it. | ||
| And so if you go and do more of that, count on me defending you. | ||

| And he said, if we do not suspend and remove these people celebrating assassinations, it sends a message to these liberals that if you assassinate someone, you will be celebrated and rewarded. | ||

| So at the height of the anti-Elon protests, right? | ||
| Totally acrturf protests in Washington, D.C., I went and we were walking the streets and saw on camera. | ||

| It's like maybe in February. | ||

| When Charlie Kirk was assassinated intentionally over his views, conservatives prayed for one day at a big event, a big festival, and carried on. | ||
| If you are one of these middle-of-the-road guys, ladies, who says, I don't care about politics, pick which country you want to live in. | ||
| Where when the conservatives face a death, an intentional murder, you won't even notice. | ||
| You'll go about your business eating at Subway and enjoying a nice bag of chips and a flatbread, and no one will bother you. | ||
| But if some random person the left wants to venerate dies, they will burn down your city. | ||
| We can't live like this. | ||
| And the problem is that on the left, this is the mainstream practice. | ||
| On the right, the mainstream practice is pray. | ||
| Bro, in the weeks, it's been like, I've lost, I've lost count, but let's just say roughly two weeks since Charlie was murdered. | ||

| Zero incidents of right-wing violence. | ||
| I was in a stadium, dude, with 100,000 people there, physically, like 100,000 people physically there. | ||
| Turning point says that the total number of people that showed up were close to a quarter of a million people, 250,000 in the greater overall area, according to geotracking. | ||
| Not one broken window. | ||
| Not even littering. | ||
| No one jaywalked. | ||
| Nobody spit gum on the sideboard. | ||
| No one jaywalked. | ||
| Everything was immaculate. | ||
| Of course, there were no fists thrown. | ||
| There were no cops assaulted. | ||
| There were no cars burned. | ||
| There were no buildings desecrated. | ||
| Nobody did anything wrong. | ||
| In fact, the only fear of any law enforcement official that were there, and I talked to a lot of them, was, of course, that left-wing agitators would get in and try to commit a terrorist attack. | ||
| They didn't even, the law enforcement just naturally didn't even look to the right for any type of violence at that event. | ||
| Now, that's how the rights responded. | ||
| The left, let's go ahead and look at the left. | ||
| Immediately after Charlie Kirk was murdered, a left-wing pederist named George Zinn put his arms up and said, I'm the shooter to allow the shooter to get away. | ||

| Then in the hours after that, two men, two Pakistanis who came here and immigrated here and became naturalized citizens, placed a bomb on a Fox News local affiliate van. | ||

| Hundreds of thousands of leftists celebrated Charlie's Kirk's murders. | ||

| And while I will say, there are many that I do know that have reached out to me, and this has made them realize what terrifies me the most is when I went on my Facebook, which I don't really use anymore, but I've got a lot of friends going back decades. | ||
| They're all saying Charlie deserved it. | ||
| And when I messaged them saying, first and foremost, we need to bring the temperature down, like, guys, come on, no one deserves this. | ||
| We're not going that direction. | ||
| They ignore me. | ||
| People, I'm not even, people that I've known for decades, for years, are posting videos saying that Charlie deserved it because he was a bigot. | ||
| And I cannot believe the people I have seen who are, I'm talking about people who are not in politics. | ||
| I'm talking about people who just live in the city and are default run-of-the-mill libs, but they really don't pay attention. | ||
| And they're posting and reposting videos saying that Charlie deserved it, or they are lying about what Charlie said to justify this. | ||

| That has me terrified because I, like you mentioned, you can't share a country with these people. | ||

| And advertisers and affiliates had expressed concern over the comments with Sinclair explicitly stating the temperature, the heat. | ||
| And Wall Street Journal says that Disney was concerned for the safety of their staff following threats they'd received. | ||
| While the FCC certainly played some degree of a role, it seems that the real issue was that Jimmy Kimmel had shocked advertisers in the audience. | ||
| Now, guess what? | ||
| Last night, I went on all of my streaming services and I didn't know this. | ||
| It's not broadcast rights. | ||
| It's all right. | ||
| So Sinclair actually owns the streaming rights to ABC content. | ||
| I, in the DC area cannot watch Jimmy Kimmel live right now. | ||
| So I had to wait for someone in some other area to share it with me so I could watch it. | ||
| Now, my question is, if the affiliates are still mad, if the advertisers are still mad, they have still printed his show. | ||
| What is the real reason ABC brought Jimmy Kimmel back where he did not apologize and did in fact triple down? | ||
| There's only one thing I see, and that is a terror attack on the ABC station in Sacramento and several local ABC affiliates receiving terror threats. | ||
| That was the only change. | ||
| I genuinely believe ABC, when they were looking at Christian MAGA guys are going to pray and they don't riot. | ||
| I don't fear them. | ||
| The far left just shot, liberals, not even the far left, just shot up an affiliate and threatened more. | ||

| We cannot tolerate terrorism dictating our politics. | ||

| But the threats we've got and the swattings we received, and there are some other security instances I don't talk about that have occurred here recently because I don't want to expose how these are affecting us as other people may be emboldened by it. | ||

| Waking up today and hearing the news, it's what I feared, that there is this persistent news cycle of death and violence that is escalating. | ||
| These attacks are not deterring the left. | ||

| This is what I said about the killing of Charlie Kirk that I feared. | ||
| Not that they would be shocked and scared by it, but that they would say, it's now. | ||
| There are many on the left that want to be violent and terroristic. | ||

| The lesser-known incidents where roving bands of armed leftists were stopping vehicles in the Pacific Northwest. | ||

| It was a group called It's Going Down, and they taught people how to destroy railroad tracks to kill people. | ||
