If you don't know what I'm talking about, I have after a long process, a lot of work, I assure you, I have finally opened the Jutenheim USA shop.

And whenever I talk about whey, as in protein powder, I must point out that it's not a supplement, it's a food.
So when I talk about a good diet I have adhered to for the last 10 years, it includes whey, eggs, meat, fish, milk, etc.
So whey just another dairy product.
So don't view it as a supplement, view it as an ingredient.
I will make an updated recipe, a smoothie recipe with some raw eggs.
Absolutely divine, but that will be for another video.
Then also, of course, I need to say that I talked about Bugumil Maxing and even my Bugumil priest that I now have in my retinue, he gave his blessing to have this celebratory meal to celebrate the grand opening of the Jutenheim US web shop.
So anyway, that being said, I wanted to begin this with some good high energy.
Now to the topic at hand.
I did a 40-hour fast.
Now to do this, it's a lot easier if you are already doing intermittent fasting.
So what I did simply the day before last meal at 8 in the evening.
Then when I woke up, I had my usual coffee.
Then I had my usual coffee at lunch again.
So my standard caffeine level of 2 cups each day.
I kept that as it is.
So I don't feel bad because I alter my caffeine intake.
That's also something for another video or podcast or article.
Try to keep your caffeine level at the same amount each day.
So you have good stable energy levels.
But either way, usually of course I would eat lunch at 12 o'clock, but I simply omitted the lunch, had a coffee instead.
Then of course I was hungry because the body is used to eating at that point, but I just ignored the hunger, occupied my mind with other things.
Then of course for dinner, not eating anything else.
Then fell asleep in the evening and then the next day I ate lunch as usual again.
So that was 40 hours.
Now if you want to try this, a 40 hour fast, of course what you're out for is to burn a bit of fat.
You want to get that autophagy.
So you want your body to clean out old and damaged cells.
So what basically happens is that your body in search of fuel, since you don't eat anything, it will eat up old and damaged cells in your Body, so think of it as a nice cleaning process, a cleanse of your body.
So, just fasting, simply do not eat anything at all.
You can have black coffee, of course, or tea without anything added, but otherwise, don't eat anything, and you will gain some autophagy gains.
So, the key to do this is simply to occupy your mind with something else if you think it's a bit a new thing.
Of course, for me, as a venerable ancient, I've lived for an eternity, so I have done many of these things before, especially 24-hour fasts.
So, you know, you will know with experience that you won't die if you don't eat for a few hours.
It's not a big deal, but if you do think it's a bit uncomfortable, just try to focus on something else.
So, for me, during the evening, I got a mad rush of a special type of productivity.
I usually don't do anything that requires full brain force, so I didn't write anything, or I didn't make a video, or I didn't do anything with clothing or supplements, etc.
But I did a lot of cleaning and tidying, etc.
So, that's what I wanted to do.
I felt in a really productive mood, and I got a lot of things done.
So, if you want to, you can actually schedule in if you have something you need to tidy up, or clean, or throw away stuff, or repair stuff, doing some manual stuff.
You can schedule in those type of activities for when you are fasting.
Then, the time will fly, I assure you.
Then, of course, it might be a bit uncomfortable to go to sleep on an empty stomach, but again, it's just to do it.
And then you wake up, and then you will just have to wait until lunch.
Then, you have done your 40 hours.
So, I just thought to report in with that.
