This is the first video in a little video series I thought to make in regards to cutting, getting shredded, so you can all post physique to gab come summer.
So I posted about Bugomil Maxing, Bugomil Max Physique.
Most of you have probably seen it already, the article, because you do read all of my articles on my page.
Right, right, guys, you do.
If you don't, you are horrible.
You're a horrible person if you don't always read all of my articles.
I'm sorry to say it, but it's true.
So anyway, Bugomil Maxing, just a fun expression I thought to start utilizing.
If you listen to my podcast, you will know the origins.
But anyway, you can start with two steps on your path to getting shredded.
First and foremost, intermittent fasting.
Simply eat between lunch and dinner.
And outside of that, you don't eat anything, you don't consume any calories.
You can of course drink a black coffee in the morning, which I do.
Currently, Kongu Merkrost from the golden coffee company, Gourmet Coffee.
I am hooked on my own products.
I am well I'm happy to say because it increases my quality of life quite a bit.
So I have that in the morning, then lunch as the first meal and then dinner as the last meal.
Then, outside of those hours, I don't eat anything at all.
So intermittent fasting, simply eat between say 12 at lunch and then no later than 8 in the evening.
Very simple stuff.
Then the second part, which is a bit harder, I suppose, well for me at least, is to abstain from refined sugars.
So optimally speaking, you would have a Bugomil priest in your retinue that can gaze disapprovingly on you whenever you get the temptation to consume pastries and similar things.
But if you don't have access to a Bugomil priest in your retinue, you will just have to use willpower.
But reducing refined sugars, so sweets, pastries, etc., it will do wonders for your ability to get shredded.
So yeah, those two things you can start incorporating.
Then in the next video in this little series, I will give some more advice so you can get shredded.
