Today I will talk about how juicy I look.
Quite juicy.
If we're being honest, if I may be so bold, of course.
First and foremost, I would like to give a heartfelt shout out to all of my glorious supporters in good old America.

You know, if you have put in work over a long period of time and then you see a good product that you're proud of, then you release it, then you get good feedback.

So that being said, I have made smoothies before on this channel.
I've had this channel for a long time to say the least and I have trained for a long time to say the least.
I've used smoothies in my diet for a long time as well.
So most of the things you will see similar as what you might have seen before.
But I have a few different tweaks to this particular recipe.
And I would like to give a shout out also to Raw Egg Nationalist on Twitter.
Hopefully he will come over to Gab soon as well.
But he has, of course, you hear his name, Raw Egg Nationalist.
It means he promotes the consumption of raw eggs.
In addition, he has released a magazine, an e-magazine, which you can access for free.
I will put the link somewhere in the description box below.
It's called Man's World with a lot of informative content.
You'll also see some aesthetic Legiogloria pictures in there.
So anyway, I want to show you what you can eat on a daily basis and you can adjust this recipe depending on if you want to gain weight, maintain weight or even lose weight.
Although, as I've said before, if you're looking to lose weight, it's better to chew more of your food.
And if you're looking to gain weight, it's easier to drink your calories.
So I'm going to get into the ingredient list.
And this is just an example.
You can add in a lot in a smoothie because it just goes into the smoothie anyway.
Now on to the recipe at hand.
First and foremost, the base of course.
Some good old milk right there.
If you can, if you can access unpasteurized milk, I would encourage you to do so.
Due to various regulations, it's quite hard to get here in Sweden, but I'm still on the lookout.
So yeah, I will hopefully in a coming Gaines Kitchen I will show my newly acquired unpasteurized milk.
Depending on where you live, but it's a good advice at least to try to get unpasteurized milk.
So that is the base I will show you in a bit when I pour everything in.
You can of course calculate exactly how much you use so you know the caloric content etc. the macros.
I don't count calories myself because it's tedious and boring and I only do fun things.
So you just use a bit of it and then I will add the other ingredients.
So the second and of course most happy to show ingredient is the whey.
Behold the beauty and splendor of it.
I'll get a good thumbnail for the video as well now.
Something like that.
I don't know.
So my standard is to use two scoops but again it's up to your personal preference.
This is vanilla and this recipe goes especially well with vanilla.
You can also use banana or something that is relatively similar but for this recipe I prefer to use a vanilla whey.
Third ingredient and now we're getting to the part why did I give a shout out to this raw egg guy.
Yes it's because I'm actually going to use two raw eggs.
So here we go locally produced ecological as well.
Of course now I'm a bit hesitant in recommending you to consume raw eggs like this.
I'm gonna crack them open in the smoothie, as I will show in a bit, but if you can get them from a good source now, I know I have grown up in Sweden, I know how most animals are treated so I know they're being treated well.
I know the risk of you know any any curse by Nurgle.
So Nurgle is the Warhammer god of sickness and disease.
I know the risk is lessened, but if you live in a place where you don't really know the, the standards, where the chicken, where the hens are laying their eggs yeah, you can omit the eggs from the from this recipe.
But if you can trust the source, you can definitely add in the eggs into the smoothie and taste wise, it doesn't make any difference at all, especially if you have a good whey product.
That will mug all other flavors, so it won't add any any strange taste.
It won't add any strange texture either.
It will just make the smoothie even more nutritious.
So I can talk a lot more about eggs.
But imagine, this has the potential, this has the power of producing life and now you can eat it for yourself.
Absolutely, great mate, eat eggs.
It's a superfood, one of the best foods.
So we have three superfoods here we have milk, whey and eggs.
On to the fourth recipe.
I have two bananas here.
Good to get some extra carbohydrates in.
Good to get some potassium from the banana.
It's good if you train hard.
After drinking this smoothie I will hit the gym.
I will pray to Helios so he will bless us with some sun.
We have only had rain max.
Scandinavia has been rain maxing as of late unfortunately, so I need to pray for some sun.
So anyway, two bananas, you can go with one.
You don't need any.
If you don't want, if you don't intend to train, you can omit it completely.
Next ingredient, some good old blueberries.
So frozen blueberries absolutely nutritious.
I could Come up with various nutritional arguments as to why it's good, but suffice to say, bears are blueberry maxing, so if they do it, it's good enough for me to attain that bear level strength in the gym.
Then, lastly, if you want to bloat max, if you want to add some additional easy calories, you can add some cream as well.
So, a splash of cream you can add it into this smoothie.
So, if you're looking to gain some weight, you can just throw it in there.
Now, of course, as I've said, I'm trying to get shredded for summer, but I'm making this special celebratory recipe and I need to hit the gym hard, so I'm calorie maxing now.
