[00:00:02] This is the first video in a little video series I thought to make in regards to cutting, getting shredded, so you can all post physique to gab come summer. [00:00:14] So I posted about Bugomil Maxing, Bugomil Max Physique. [00:00:20] Most of you have probably seen it already, the article, because you do read all of my articles on my page. [00:00:27] Right, right, guys, you do. [00:00:29] If you don't, you are horrible. [00:00:31] You're a horrible person if you don't always read all of my articles. [00:00:35] I'm sorry to say it, but it's true. [00:00:39] So anyway, Bugomil Maxing, just a fun expression I thought to start utilizing. [00:00:46] If you listen to my podcast, you will know the origins. [00:00:50] But anyway, you can start with two steps on your path to getting shredded. [00:00:56] First and foremost, intermittent fasting. [00:00:59] Simply eat between lunch and dinner. [00:01:03] And outside of that, you don't eat anything, you don't consume any calories. [00:01:08] You can of course drink a black coffee in the morning, which I do. [00:01:13] Currently, Kongu Merkrost from the golden coffee company, Gourmet Coffee. [00:01:20] I am hooked on my own products. === Eat Between Meals (01:34) === [00:01:22] I am well I'm happy to say because it increases my quality of life quite a bit. [00:01:28] So I have that in the morning, then lunch as the first meal and then dinner as the last meal. [00:01:36] Then, outside of those hours, I don't eat anything at all. [00:01:40] So intermittent fasting, simply eat between say 12 at lunch and then no later than 8 in the evening. [00:01:52] Very simple stuff. [00:01:53] Then the second part, which is a bit harder, I suppose, well for me at least, is to abstain from refined sugars. [00:02:02] So optimally speaking, you would have a Bugomil priest in your retinue that can gaze disapprovingly on you whenever you get the temptation to consume pastries and similar things. [00:02:21] But if you don't have access to a Bugomil priest in your retinue, you will just have to use willpower. [00:02:29] But reducing refined sugars, so sweets, pastries, etc., it will do wonders for your ability to get shredded. [00:02:38] So yeah, those two things you can start incorporating.
