My channel's main focus is on self improvement, bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, culture, gaming, books, politics etc.
Today I want to quickly elaborate a bit on why I prefer the push press towards the strict press.
And that code is simple.
Honored gods, love your woman, protect your country.
Okay, that was not really the answer to it.
The reason is quite simple indeed.
It's because it's easier to progress.
We all know, I think everyone who's watching this, I think like 80% of all guys who are watching this knows the fucking feel when stall on overhead press.
It is really, really hard to progress on it.
It is.
That's a known fact.
It's a notorious fact.
So, for me, when I began stalling on the strict military press, I switched to push press because it's easier to progress there.
And I became stronger.
And as a result of me becoming stronger in the push press, I also got stronger overall and stronger in the stricter press.
Now I'm not strong in the strict press still.
I am stronger, not strong.
But for me, it is the case that I want to progress there.
If I can progress in the push press, but I can't progress in the strict press, it doesn't really matter that much that the strict press might, you know, take more exclusively on the shoulders.
I just want to move heavy weights, and that's also because, yes, I want the shoulders to grow.
So, yeah, let's talk a bit about that as well.
Since it might be prudent to do now.
If you're on big shoulders, same rules applies as with anything.
Push a lot, push frequently, push with the mindset that you're gonna progress.
So that's the important key here.
Now, obviously, bench press is great for the shoulders as well.
When you pause, obviously, it primarily hits the chest, but the triceps and the shoulders get a good going as well.
Then you can add lateral rises like that.
Really good exercise.
And then, obviously, some sort of overhead press.
And in that regard, I just happened to prefer the push press because I can progress easier in that.
So, short, informative video.

If you haven't subscribed already, you're wrong and I hate you.
No, seriously, but do it.
It's so I can reach like 20,000 or something soon.
Would be cool.
Would be fine.
Then I can celebrate with something epic and make an epic video out of it.
