Oh father, I love you Greetings Juvents.
Welcome back to Gaines fucking kitchen.
Today I'm gonna show you my everyday smoothie of optimal testosterone and health.
So this is the smoothie I eat basically every day.
Sometimes I eat two of them as well.
So they contain 90 grams of protein each and a good set of micronutrients.
Micero nutrients.
Did I get it right?
Yes I fucking did because I said micronutrients before.
But then a true friend said foi million gains but you're saying micro wrong saying micro so here you go there did it fucking juicy motherfucking juicy I am though this is fucking insane.
That's because I work so hard in the gym every day.
It grants fucking glory.
So what we're looking at is, first of all, the shaker itself.
I filled it up with some water.
Now you don't have to be precise with water, just throw in some fucking water in the in the mixture, like for optimal gains.
Main ingredient, quark.
You've seen it before.
It is basically a low calorie dairy product and this is 500 grams.
Half kilo contains 60 grams of protein, so that's 12 grams of protein, 100 grams main staple in my diet right now.
Big shout out to the cows who make the quark glorious.
Bananas, the ultimate smoothie ingredient.
I don't like bananas that much, just eating.
But bananas contain potassium, which provides an additional five plus in glory in the temple.
So good pre-workout fruit, if there ever was one.
Now you can google potassium if you want the full property list.
I, but you know it's good as pre-workout peanut butter in all actuality, to get some fat in there and also to get some taste in there.
You want a tasty smoothie, you're gonna drink a lot of it and i'll spend those calories there actually.
And also this is the smoothie I always drink when I twitch.
So i'll be like foi million gains.
And then I say to you like okay, i'm gonna go and get a smoothie, this is the smoothie I make.
Uh, really taste as well.
Wheatgrassic, sick that is.
I can confirm it to be true that it's fucking juicy.
I'm gonna consult Teddy Greetings.
Thou art juicy.
Indeed, the glorious lion yeah, I mean, Teddy wouldn't lie.
So we can safely assume that I am rather fucking juicy.
I have left humanity behind to become a kangaroo.
Shout outs to all my stray and true friends.
Admire how cuddly I look now.
But that's beside the point.
We're talking about healthy smoothies here.
So the next ingredient, Some fucking good old Swedish blueberries, for some mic additional micronutrients in there gives it good flavor as well.
So that's basically the setup.
I'm gonna make the smoothie right now.
I just throw it all in there.
So basically I show how much blueberries I'm utilizing.
Now I don't have the patience to count or anything.
I just go like a few few fucking blueberries right here.
It's basically like that.
I'm just gonna utilize one banana today.
There we are.
And I'm gonna show how much Foil look at those delts.
Peanut butter I utilize.
Basically it's a good old slash of peanut butter right there.
I don't count anything that's that's too tedious and boring for me.
So just throw it in there.
Also gonna make a little shout out speaking of peanut butter to none other than Obese to Beast.
If you are overweight or if you're looking to cut, he is the guy to go to.
He was severely obese before but now he's f juicy with guns.
So I'll link his channel below.
Like some motivation for you right there and also, you know, with the eating part.
Fun to get some inspiration right there.
And I also happen to know that he likes peanut butter.
So greetings.
Yeah, the floor is creaking like hell.
I don't know if you can hear it, but yeah, it does.
One such scoop of wheatgrass.
Mmm, it smells fucking wonderful and this is I mainly bought it because I'm such a horrible nerd and salt like This is something you could probably pick up in Skyrim or something So I was like, foi milen.
I'm gonna have that as an ingredient.
But it's good like with micronutrients as well.
There we are.
So now it's only one last ingredient and this is a quite important one and it's a whey protein.
Because without it it will taste fucking horrible.
So this right now tastes horrible but we're gonna add some protein.
So basically let's take one scoop here it's 30 grams.
Oh by the way I take a bit more so it becomes 30 grams because the protein isn't 100% protein.
So there we go that's basically what it looks like.

I'm just gonna alright it then true friends there we fucking go and this is as you might know I'm trying to keep quite busy in life so and I need to eat quite a bit.
I do utilize an omelette a day as well.
That's more like eating but this is more like for when I'm editing videos, when I'm twitching, when I'm reading or writing something it's just so handy for me to just have that you know to drink on so I don't have to eat you know sit down and eat so it saves time as well.
So that's easy to make contains a lot of micronutrients a lot of protein and it's easy to consume as well.
So that's basically it.
I eat one or two of these every day.
