Greetings you proud sons of Skyrim and Merry Christmas.
I thought to make a different kind of voiceover today where I just talk about what I've done to deal with my little injury I had in my lower back that I got from excessive squatting and heavy deadlifting.
So I got that and then I still continued to do my Russian squad routine and then I, after a certain session, I was like fuck, something has happened.
So for about almost two weeks now I have had sort of rehab sessions.
So what we're looking at now is kind of a rehab session.
I can't.
I don't really want to go heavy on the bench either, because my shoulders has also been acting up.
So I felt like a hungry skeleton as of late.
So I decided to, you know, go with some fucking bodybuilding, just take it easy, relax a bit with the heavyweight.
There's my glorious brother as well, very glorious individual.
So what I'm doing is I'm just utilizing exactly what a bodybuilder would do, like lightweight, controlled movements, higher reps to get that pump, because I've done so much heavy work at low rep range.
So now I'm gonna switch to a bit of a high rep range to to let my body recover a bit better.
And the other thing I've done is I've cut down on the carbs and fat just a bit to to get in more protein, because when you're hurt or injured you need more protein.
So I try to up it to around 200 grams instead of 180.
Just push the protein in there because I know my appetite isn't the best at the moment.
You know, when you're bulked for a while you, your body, isn't exactly screaming for nutrients, so I'm taking all of my appetite to get in proteins instead.
And then I, you know it's fucking Christmas, so it's always a steady supply of sweets and cinnamon ones and stuff.
But what I'm trying to do is at least get in as much protein as possible to to heal up, as it were.
And then also the training haven't trained legs.
I've done some light work on the leg press, but otherwise otherwise just traditional bodybuilding, pump movements.
And also you saw me on the first sets there.
I went with the this exercise my brother is going a bit heavier to get that stretch because I benched for so much.
And then you don't get that stretch.
You see how far down I'm going.
That's the point of it.
The point of it isn't just to have another exercise, it's to get that fucking stretch in the bottom and I got severe fucking pump from that.
I actually have a bit of dumbs as, as we speak, in all actuality, I had a really intense session also like, oh, look at those fucking juicy, juicy calves of wisdom.
Highly sickening, and I'm rocking the Christmas colours as well.
If you see that with the red and white, and then if you have red, white and black, you have the old, old Germany of Bismarck and the and the lads those, those kind of juicy pelorcs.
So here I'm going quite easy on the bent.
It's only 100 kilo.
And I actually feel when I do this set a bit of tension in the lower back, so I don't want to jeopardize anything by going heavier.
It's getting there, actually And there I also try to I've never really done that before To be honest, like, put my Put my legs up in there To take some stress out from the lower back Felt okay, I guess.
Not something I would do regularly.
But just, you know, trying out.
This first time I'm really hurt.
Not really hurt, though, I mean.
Oh, fwa!
Fucking juicy!
There's a juicy elf right there.
Fucking hair of wisdom also.
And there's a true friend in the back, looking juicy.
So yeah, what was I saying?
Okay, I'm not really hurt.
I mean, I could probably squat in like a week or so, but I'll be a bit calm.
Actually, I won't go up, you know, do another session of, I mean, cycle of small of, not small of, Russian squat routine.
So I'll probably both in the bench and the squat go higher reps to not hurt my skeleton.
Because the fun with me is my body is, yeah, I'm obviously quite strong.
But my willpower is much more advanced than my muscle strength.
Foi.
I'm adjusting my hair there and then doing a pose.
That's a Christmas pose of glory.
So yeah, I can push myself harder than what my body really wants.
So that's why I got hurt.
I kept on pushing and pushing and I didn't know when to stop.
But now I learned my fucking lesson.
I will listen to the body more.
My mentality has always been to just grind the fuck out and go as hard as I fucking can.
And to feel weakness was fucking bad as fuck.
So what I'll do from now on is I will take more D loads.
I will take it easier.
Go with more high reps in certain periods.
So I'm not just going hard and heavy every single fucking week.
And here we see a juice fucking pump exercise.
I usually end my push sessions with this.
So if I ever mention like triceps, pushdowns, it can be this.
Just you know severe fucking pump in my triceps.
Obviously I'm quite pale and fat now entering seal mode but otherwise quite juicy to be honest.
Quite content with my form.
Starting the cut in March I think, something like that.
And I usually do like little posing in between the sets, especially if I'm having a bodybuilding session as it were.
So yeah, I just wanted to talk you through what the crack is for good old Latzbra.
But I will be back on track soon enough.
Like give me a week or two and then I'm back to you know proper lifting again.
