If you want to be a part of the program, we continue following our top story, and that is the absolute insanity of the left when it comes to what happened in Minneapolis.
Kash Patel, the FBI director, telling justthenews.com that in fact the FBI is investigating organizers that are funding the anti-ICE protest and impeding law enforcement.
Kathy Hoko once bragged, oh, she once harassed an ICE agent.
Well, if you harass law enforcement, I thought you get arrested for that.
And the same Democrats now encouraging these riots over the shooting of this anti-ICE protester didn't give a damn when the unarmed pro-Trump protester gunned down for trespassing.
You know, every legal scholar that I've spoken to all says the same thing.
When you look at that video and you see this woman back up and then accelerate into that agent, and yes, there was contact.
That is an assault.
And it's an assault with a two-ton vehicle.
And those incidents are happening more and more and more.
And even the New York Post had an article today.
The ICE shooting shows the vehicle appeared to hit the agent as he opened fire.
You know, only the hardcore radical left, you know, is defending this insanity, but it is what it is, and it's predictable as the day is long.
Let me play for you, Christy Noam detailing the attack against ICE agents.
Here's what she said.
Today alone in this country, there have been four different domestic terrorist attacks on federal officers by the ramming of vehicles.
Three of them happened here in Minneapolis.
We've seen over 100 of these vehicle rammings happen in just recent weeks, and this must stop.
ICE alone is facing a 1,300% increase in assaults against them and an 8,000% increase in death threats against all of them.
In fact, the very same officer who was attacked today had previously been dragged by an anti-ICE rioter who had rammed him with a car and drug him back in June.
He sustained injuries at that time as well.
I mean, the 1,300% increase in attacks on ICE agents, threat level up 8,000%.
It is pretty unbelievable.
Now, we're also following out of Minnesota.
We had the highlights yesterday.
We had James Comer on TV last night of this House hearing on how widespread and how many billions and billions and billions of dollars in corruption and Minnesota fraud.
You know, I went through all these numbers yesterday.
You know, 80-some-odd percent of the Somali population in Minnesota is on welfare in some way, shape, matter, or form.
80% of children diagnosed with autism.
That would be fraud because those numbers are impossible based on trends in the rest of the country.
But anyway, here's some of the highlights from the hearing.
Would you say that the Somali population is an important demographic for Democrats to win over politically?
Unquestionably.
Got it.
And do you think it would have hurt Democrats' political standing with the Somali population to investigate this fraud?
Very clearly.
Got it.
So in other words, you're saying that there was a political incentive to cover up widespread Somali fraud.
Is that right?
100%.
Got it.
Let me ask all three of you.
Did the Wallace administration and Democrats intentionally, in your opinion, overlook this fraud while it was happening for political gain?
I'll start with you, Ms. Robbins.
Absolutely.
Do you have any doubt that Governor Tim Walz knew about this fraud as it was occurring?
He absolutely knew that it was occurring.
Why would Governor Waltz let $9 billion in fraud occur?
Mr. Hudson?
In my opinion, because it was politically beneficial to Democrats.
Again, the Somali community is a huge constituency group.
Can Governor Waltz actually be trusted to defend Minnesotans when he allowed fraud to fester for his entire tenure as governor?
Mr. Chairman, if Governor Walls was serious about stopping fraud, he would have done it in 2019 when he took office.
He has done nothing other than appoint commissioners that suppressed fraud and retaliated against their own employees.
But not a single Democrat requested to waive on the committee from the state of Minnesota.
There is one member of the Minnesota delegation, Representative Omar, who coincidentally is of Somali descent, did not request to be in this hearing.
I will publicly invite her to come to the next hearing.
Well, hopefully they'll show.
We're going to always hope so.
Anyway, joining us now is Congressman Chip Roy of Texas.
He's in the Texas 21st District.
By the way, a friend of mine, Mark Teixeira, is running for that seat.
And Chip has endorsed him.
I've endorsed him.
And he used to be the first baseman for the, although his roots are in Texas.
He played for Texas as well.
But he's now running.
Chip is running for Attorney General.
He's here to talk about, knows an awful lot about these fraud allegations and the amount of immigrants, illegal immigrants that are deceptively taking from federally funded programs.
The scary part is, you know, what is being kicked back to put up on X to various elected officials that are profiting from all of this.
Congressman Chip Roy, soon to be A.G. Chip Roy.
How are you, sir?
Good morning, Sean.
Great to be on.
Yeah, what's going on in Minnesota?
It's just a tip of the iceberg.
And, you know, the hearing yesterday exposed a lot of it.
And I'm grateful for Jamie Comer and my friends on the oversight committee.
But what's interesting, Sean, I think, for your listeners is how, and you know, I've talked about this before, is how this is a coordinated effort, right?
This is a coordinated activity by the radical left, by their funding groups, their NGOs.
What we're seeing in Minnesota is our ability to crack the door and walk into this vast network of leftists that are putting Somalis on the streets that have been engaging in the fraud.
It's very clear that Walls knew about this.
It is very clear that his administration knew about this.
We're helping accomplish it.
I think we need to look closely at Congresswoman Omar, Elon Omar.
I'm grateful we stopped, by the way, another million dollars in earmark she jammed into a bill that I was able to get stripped out yesterday for another Somali enterprise in Minneapolis.
We got that stripped out yesterday of an appropriations bill.
But it's a deep network.
It's radical.
And we're just seeing the glimpse of it right now.
Well, I mean, how is it possible the percentage of people that actually in this particular case, it's a Somali community and it's that widespread.
How do you have 80 plus percent of people on some type of government assistance?
How is that possible?
Well, what you've got here is the intersection of two very bad things.
A broken immigration system, both illegal and legal.
And this is a mix of individuals.
In the legal side, right, you've got the rampant abuse of what we call diversity visas, chain migration, where all of these communities bring in their cousins, their uncles, their aunts.
They're brought in in order to, quote, create diversity from countries that, quote, are underrepresented.
But then you find out you've got a mass of that community.
They're all then helping each other out.
They're building these fraud networks.
Then they tell all their people, come back, hey, come over here.
We can get you on the system, give you money.
And by the way, that's the intersection with the second thing, which is our massive welfare state that the federal government has been doling out these great big checks, not just COVID, not just the last five years, but for several decades, where we just expansively spend a lot of money on welfare programs, and now they're being exploited.
It's no surprise that there's fraud.
Look, we have fraud units in every state to combat Medicaid fraud.
We have fraud units to combat the exploitive use and fraudulent use of.
Well, they're not really doing a great job, are they?
Well, certain states are, right?
I mean, we've got a good Medicaid fraud unit in Texas.
I'm sure we can do better and keep working hard.
And as the Attorney General, I will do that.
I've done it before.
But we've got to go root it out.
My point is, when you have that much money, like tens of billions of dollars, Sean, that are just printed by the federal government and thrown out into all these states, then you've got a governor like Walls.
You've got a governor like Gavin Newsom.
Remember when we were trying to pass the Big Beautiful Bill and everybody was trying to stop President Trump?
They said, oh, you're taking Medicaid away.
No, we were putting in work requirements.
We were putting in fraud protections to stop the abuse of the Medicaid dollars, which we could provably demonstrate in California, were being used fraudulently to be able to get money to illegal aliens in California.
That was the whole point.
We're having to peel this onion back so the American people can see it.
But you know what?
This administration, this Congress, we've got to do something about it.
Well, I hope we're going to get to the bottom of it.
But, you know, this goes to the heart of all the waste, fraud, abuse, corruption that is institutionalized within government.
What I'm learning here, what we learned in these hearings yesterday, is that Tim Walz was warned extensively, knew this was going on, told it was going on, told the extent to which it was going on, but he chose not to alienate what he believed was a large political constituency to keep him in power.
Is it really that simple?
It is that simple.
And Sean, this is why President Trump rightfully said on Monday when he was meeting with us, the Republican conference, that we need to pass the SAVE Act through the Senate and extend it to his desk.
It's my bill.
We pass it out of the House twice.
Schumer's been blocking it.
And that would require demonstration of citizenship to guarantee that only citizens vote in American elections.
We've got major problems here where we've got an abuse for a political constituency of using our welfare state to attract people to come here for political power.
And by the way, the abuse by Biden and my orcas of the illegal immigration, right?
The open borders, abuse of parole, abuse of asylum, abuse of refugee policies was designed specifically to create political power.
We need to change the census questions.
We need to guarantee that our apportionment for congressional seats are based on citizenship, not illegal aliens.
We need to stop having welfare and no welfare dollars.
Nobody should go to non-citizens.
We shouldn't have any of these dollars flowing to non-citizens.
And we need to make those changes.
We're starting to, but we need to act more aggressively to support the president, whose instincts are always correct on these matters and others, and back him up.
Pass the SAVE Act, make sure that we root out this fraud, stop the dollars flowing, and we need to get some criminal prosecutions for those who knew that they were using this money fraudulently in Minnesota and elsewhere, including and up to everybody in the administration of Governor Walls.
Well, the thing is, and this is a question I get all the time, is we uncover a lot of corruption, a lot of abuse of power, a lot of people that break laws.
And a lot of people say, well, when are they ever going to be held accountable?
Now, unfortunately, in the case of people like homey and deep state actors, a lot of their actions, the statute of limitations have run out.
But that's not the case here.
And there's a new sheriff in town.
There's a new Department of Justice that is working.
I would imagine that this is going to have real consequences for Tim Walz.
Well, it certainly should.
You know, and obviously, as someone who, look, I'm a former federal prosecutor and looking to be the Attorney General of Texas.
I'm going to defer to Pam Bondi's regime and what they're doing, but they've got to deliver.
I don't know if Pam Bondi would refer to her job as a regime.
That's a little rough.
Well, okay.
The Pam Bondi Department of Justice.
But I'm going to defer to the Attorney General of the United States and the U.S. attorneys that work in her Department of Justice to go make the case.
But we believe what we're seeing, and I'm not on the oversight committee, but what we saw, Jamie Comer, what they were talking about yesterday, there is fraud here, and there was known fraud, and there were public officials who were assisting with the fraud.
They knew about it, did nothing about it, and therefore they were engaging in conspiracy to carry out the fraud.
So I'm not going to say who yet, but the people who are investigating it need to go figure out who it was as high up as it goes, including the governor, and go prosecute people if they violated our federal laws.
And we believe they did it.
Well, that's the difference between a state like Texas, God bless Texas, and a state like Minnesota.
And, you know, you have to begin to wonder at what point the people of Minnesota are just going to say enough is enough.
I mean, a state that has historically elected only Democratic governors and Democratic senators, you know, at some point, do the people ever, you know, get angry enough to say enough is enough?
This is why the SAVE Act is so critically important.
This is why voter ID is critically important.
And we need to make sure that we're empowering American citizens to take their country back.
This has been a purposeful effort, a multi-decade effort by radical Marxists and leftists who want to transform America.
They've been dumping people into the United States for political power.
It's obvious.
We're seeing it in real time here and so pervasive.
Do you think that's why they let the border remain open for four years?
Do you think and lied to us and said the border's closed and secure?
It's precisely why Biden and my orcas did that.
And we know that.
And frankly, there were members of Congress who admitted it at the time, saying that we need this in order to have more congressional seats.
This is precisely their playbook.
And by the way, this is you and I have talked on your show before about the Islamification of Texas and the Islamification of the United States that's in direct conflict with Western civilization and our need to manage that.
I think we need to pause the inflow of people, make sure that the people who are engaging in fraud and are here illegally, get them out of our country, reset, give American citizens full control of their ability to vote, and so we can reset the tables and take our country back.
We can do that.
We can do it right now, but we have three years remaining of President Trump.
We've got to go make sure we do our work this year.
It's why we need to act.
And the Senate can't keep stalling on bills like the SAVE Act.
Don't let a handful of Democrats block, beat the filibuster by making them talk on the floor like Mike Lee's talking about.
We can force them to go to the Senate floor and actually get their job done and pass bills like the SAVE Act, pass reform legislation, get housing prices down.
The president was right to talk about taking housing out of institutional investors yesterday.
We need to back up the president and deliver this year.
So we'll take the majority, not have impeachment proceedings, and go deliver of the three years of President Trump for the American people.
All right, Chip Roy, Congressman from Texas running now for AG in Texas.
We appreciate your time.
Chip, thanks so much for being with us.
800-941-Sean is her number if you want to be a part of the program.
Now, a federal judge has ordered the ringleader of the Minnesota welfare fraud scandal to forfeit her Porsche and designer handbags.
Those designer handbags, I'm not that well versed in them.
I don't have one.
But my understanding is they're quite expensive.
You know, three, four, five, ten, fifteen thousand dollars a bag.
It's insane.
Anyway, so a lot of this got revealed.
I mean, citizen journalists are amazing to me.
They really are.
They're inspiring at times.
And there's a 23-year-old kid.
We had him on TV last night.
He's not a, well, he's not a kid.
He's a young man.
To me, he's a kid.
But he's the nicest kid, nicest young man you'd ever want to meet.
And he would go to the so-called daycare centers that were getting a fortune supposedly watching children because they gave everybody free daycare.
And then he'd find these daycare centers were non-existent.
There were no kids in them, none of them.
And in a single day, they found over $100 million in fraud and waste and abuse.
Here was what Nick Shirley said in one day.
They found $110 million in fraud in Minnesota.
And now we're finding out it's billions of dollars.
When you began your investigation, did you ever think it would be that staggering amount of money?
And as James Comer said, that's only the tip of the iceberg.
Yeah, well, within one day, we found over $110 million in fraud in just one afternoon.
So if there's obviously millions and then billions to have estimated around $9 billion right now, but some people have said all the way upwards of $80 to $100 billion in fraud.
We welcome back chief investigative reporter, founder, editor-in-chief of justthenews.com.
Our friend John Solomon has been all over the story and breaking a lot of news on it.
First of all, there's a guy that you should hire at justthenews.com.
Young, hardworking, you know, like you, shoe leather reporter, just doing it of his own initiative.
He's made a name for himself.
He's, I guess, been doing this a hundred.
He told me like a hundred months now.
I said to him, I think you have a bright career ahead of you, and maybe the first big step would be justthenews.com.
We would love to have him on.
And by the way, this story was born on Just The News in August.
It reminds me of a baby you because that's how hard you work every day.
Sean, you jinxed them.
I didn't jinx him.
You're the best in the business.
I'm complimenting you.
And good for him.
And by the way, you know, death threats, it does unfortunately go hand in hand with our business.
We both have experienced it.
Yeah, it does.
Right.
But you know what?
He's courageous and he's committed to the truth.
And he's doing the sort of work that the legacy media no longer does.
This story was sitting in plain view for years.
And we first broke the original stories on this in August of 2024 when Tim Waltz was named as running mate.
We went to Minnesota, put together an extraordinary series of stories laying out at that time about $2 or $3 billion, mostly related to the food program, and then one involving the autism program.
In February of this year, right after President Trump came to office, his prosecutors contacted us and asked us about our stories.
We said everything we know, the documents were already embedded in the stories, and they accelerated their great work that they've been doing for two or three years.
And then Nick got out there and others, and they're beginning to find and create the visuals and the people and the other schemes of fraud that are involved in this.
And you're exactly right.
Minnesota is a small place.
And the larger fraud, as big as this is going to turn out to be, six, eight billion dollars is the current estimate of fraud just in Minnesota.
It's going to be exponentially larger when we get to New York and California.
We had a story the other day on California just before President Trump announced he was going to add California to the list of states he wants investigated.
You've got hundreds of students that made fake enrollments in California universities just to get federal student aid that they weren't entitled to.
You've got thousands of illegal immigrants that are on Medicaid where they're not supposed to be.
And you've got tens of thousands of people now confirmed to have committed fraud against Medicaid and other welfare programs in California.
Tens of thousands compared to, I think there's about 90 or 100 defendants in Minnesota.
So this scandal is only going to get bigger.
And the big question for everybody is, where is this money going?
If illegal immigrants are running these scams, what are they doing with the money aftergetting?
Are they just living high on the hog and buying fancy purses, like you mentioned?
Or are they doing something else?
And in Minnesota, the last few days, in fact, President Trump just socialized this story a few minutes ago.
We've been able to get the Homeland Security Department to tell us something jaw-dropping.
On Joe Biden's watch, the Transportation Security Administration began flagging large amounts of cash leaving the Minneapolis airport.
Minneapolis airport is not the busiest airport in America, but nearly a million dollars a day was being declared in luggage and being sent out of Minneapolis by Somalia.
What do you mean a million dollars in cash being declared?
Yeah.
Well, what they do is they came to the airport and said, hey, here's our paperwork.
We've decided to put a million dollars in our suitcase.
So when you scan it, you're going to see a million dollars of bills.
And the TSA kept flagging this.
They kept sending it downstream to Homeland Security Investigations and FBI.
But on the Biden administration there, no one was interested.
No one thought, oh, this is unusual.
A lot of cash.
You know, you put cash in a suitcase.
It's pretty suspicious.
What's going on?
This went on for five years unabated.
And I'm just going to give you some extraordinary numbers.
In 2024 and in 2025, before the Trump administration started investigating, about $345 million a year, $700 million in the last two years, left the Minneapolis airport with Somali couriers in suitcases, many times headed to Amsterdam and to Dubai, going out of the country.
Now, at some point, the Trump administration comes in and they listen to the whistleblowers and they start investigating.
And now there's a full investigation.
Now, people will say, how unusual is this?
Certainly, people put cash in their suitcases at JFK in New York, right?
No, not really.
The amount of cash that TSA was able to detect in the suitcases of these Somali couriers in Minneapolis is 99 times larger than all the cash found in luggage, luggages leaving JFK International for international flights.
99 times larger in cash flow than one of the largest international airports in America, 90% larger than Seattle, where a lot of Asian travelers go.
And of course, when you go to Asia, you do bring cash because not all credit cards are recognized in some of those countries.
This was blinking red with warning.
And the Biden administration, just like Tim Waltz, turned a blind eye to it until Donald Trump got on the case with his team, with Kash Patel and the HSI team.
And it's now being investigated.
But one of the questions that we now have answered is some of this money that the Somali community was getting was being exported out of the country.
It was like a foreign ATM machine being run out of the Minneapolis airport.
I mean, I'm sitting there and I'm almost at a loss for words, which for a talk show host is nearly impossible that this went on for that long.
Now, I watched the hearings yesterday, and then we had James Comer on last night.
And Comer saying, this is just the tip of the iceberg.
If I heard you correctly, you're telling me it's 9, 10, 11, 20 times worse in California?
It is.
When you start to look at the way we did the original story in August 2024, when Tim Waltz was named the CP running mate, is we started to go through the Legislative Audit Bureau and the auditors and essentially the inspector generals of the states.
And so several weeks ago, we started doing that in California based on our reporting.
And you see huge amounts of red warnings in these audit reports saying that, hey, this program is getting ripped off by hundreds of millions of dollars.
This program is getting ripped off by billions of dollars.
California is going to be the gold standard for Democratic blue state fraud.
It is pretty clear.
Now, I think New York will be a close contender for that.
I think you're going to see it even in some red states.
Some of this immigrant fraud that was going on, Republicans in some states were afraid to call it out.
They were afraid to be called racist.
Well, I talked to some of the Transportation Security Administration officials who were raising the concern about that cash out of Somalia.
Like, hey, this is not normal, guys.
It's 99 times larger than New York's largest airport.
And they're like, oh, you're racist to be asking about it.
So, some places in Republican states, Republicans have been concerned to look at this because they're going to be called racist.
You can't be afraid to be called it.
You have to look at it and protect the American taxpayers' money.
I think Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, and California are going to be really significant and larger amounts of money.
And when we're done, you're going to see probably tens, if not hundreds of billions of dollars of fraud.
I think James Comer has said that a couple of times now.
I think you're looking at in the last four or five years in blue states, a $10 to $100 billion fraud machine that was going in these blue states.
And the question is: why were the leaders of those states looking the other way?
Why was the Biden administration not listening to its TSA?
Why wasn't Tim Waltz not listening to it?
Is there a more nefarious plan for this cash?
I don't think we know the answer yet, but we do know one thing.
Some of it was being exported out of the country in suitcases and luggage out of Minneapolis.
But that happens every day, John.
I mean, I've thrown millions of dollars in suitcases and taken them on airplanes.
I do that all the time.
I mean, that doesn't sound unusual to me in any way.
I mean, this is madness.
Now, just like Tim Waltz, don't you?
I don't even know what a million dollars.
Can you imagine what a million dollars in cash looks like?
It's got to be pretty heavy.
That's all I know.
That's probably true.
Well, it's, you know, I guess the one thing that maybe the one benefit we have here, and we have reported on a lot of stories.
Yeah.
And unfortunately, you know, we had the intervening four years of Biden, which allowed the statute of limitations for a lot of deep state actors' crimes to go unpunished.
That's not going to be the case here.
I mean, based on what you know and what you're reporting, how much trouble is Tim Walza?
Well, he certainly, his political career has ended, right?
He already dropped out of the reelection.
He cannot survive this, nor do I think will he survive the shooting and what happened yesterday and the hate and rhetoric that he boiled in that state for so long that it results in a moment like that yesterday.
But I do think one of the questions, and this is we asked several prosecutors about this former FBI agent, Jonathan Gilliam, recently.
Could you make a case if a governor or his administration was repeatedly told, hey, you're letting the federal government be defrauded through this program and they chose not to do something, you could be charged as a co-conspirator in a fraud scheme.
So that will be the big question.
Now, we have had Kash Patel here at Justin News House.
He's investigating that.
And then today, this is a little bit of breaking news.
Kash Patel just gave us a statement saying that he is investigating the funders and the organizers of the Minnesota anti-ICE protest.
Yeah, we reported that.
That's pretty amazing.
Cash has done a great job.
Dan Bungee, all of these people, and they come under criticism from conservatives that just have no clue how difficult and hard their job is.
Great work as always.
John Solomon, founder, editor-in-chief, chief investigator, reporter, uh, justthenews.com.
John, we always appreciate you, man.
Thank you.
All right, 800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, all right.
