If you want to join us broadcasting live today from our nation's capital.
Not as swampy as it once was.
I mean, the swamp creatures are still here, but they're cleaner streets, far less crime, far less homelessness, you know, in plain sight, maybe because of the cold weather.
I don't know.
By the way, if you're a homeless person, at least you'd be smart enough to go to Gavin Newsom Sanctuary State of California, where everything is free, Go there.
Go to California.
Go to Los Angeles.
Go to Santa Barbara.
They have a big fig tree and a beach you can hang out at.
I know because I lived there for a period of time in my life.
But anyway, we are in our nation's capital.
I have President Trump for the full hour.
Not that there's any news to talk about.
His first interview, obviously, since taking out Maduro, what the future, obviously, for Venezuela is.
I mean, we got so much to talk about what's happening in Minneapolis.
We're going to update you on all of this today.
Is Cuba on the brink of falling?
Is Iran on the brink of falling?
We've got some amazing guests today that are going to really enlighten us about a lot of issues.
You'll meet Daniel DiMartino.
Wait till you hear his story about his time in Venezuela.
He wrote a great article.
He's now with the Manhattan Institute, immigrant from Venezuela.
He's been here since, I believe, 2016.
And, you know, how horrible.
I mean, the number one oil reserves in the entire world.
What has authoritarian dictatorship, socialism, Marxism, redistribution done?
He describes in incredible detail how you have to, for bare necessities, and how they were rationed and how he was forced to line up for hours on his specific day to purchase just the necessities.
You know, he wondered as a kid why, you know, all of a sudden he didn't have any access to milk or bread or any of these things.
He describes, you know, not being able to afford lunch every day and how his family business, which was once thriving, went in the gutter as a result of everything.
His national ID and this tape of him confronting Marxist Kami Mamdani people.
We're going to play that for you coming up in the course of the program.
I'm going to introduce you to another freedom fighter.
This guy's amazing also.
Amir Fakravar is his name.
He's now teaching constitutional law.
I wrote a book, Comrade Ayatollah, also the National Iranian Congress Senate Chairman.
And he'll give you an inside scoop on exactly what's happening on the ground in Iran as we speak.
It is getting, these protests are getting larger.
It is getting more out of control for the Ayatollah's.
It seems that these reports are in fact very valid, that the Ayatollah Ali Kamani might in fact be out of power.
It might happen sooner than later.
I mean, these are all questions I'll have for President Trump.
He'll be on for the full hour tonight as we discuss all of this.
Also, an investigative report from John Solomon, justthenews.com, you know, talks about how, you know, the airports, TSA, you know, people would declare, oh, they got a million dollars in cash that they're taking out of the country to bring to Somalia.
And it's been going on for years, and everybody knew about it.
Apparently, even Tim Walz knew about it.
And is he going to be held accountable?
I think he's in deep trouble right now.
We'll watch that.
Also, Chip Roy will join us to discuss about how many billions and billions of your taxpayer dollars were abused, waste, fraud, and abuse.
We'll start there today.
A federal judge now has ordered the ringleader of the Minnesota welfare fraud scandal.
Oh, this poor woman is going to have to forfeit her Porsche and her designer bags.
The founder of this infamous Minnesota-based nonprofit convicted in March of hatching a $250 million welfare fraud scheme ordered by a federal judge last week to forfeit her Porsche.
Oh, my heart breaks for her.
Her designer handbags, millions of dollars in these ill-gotten gains.
Amy Bach is her name, 44-year-old mastermind behind the feeding our future scandal.
I mean, we had last night on TV this 23-year-old independent journalist, Nick Shirley.
He's done great.
He was such a nice kid.
He's a kid to me.
He's not a kid.
He's 23 years old.
But I refer to my kids as kids, and they're a little old.
My daughter's 24.
And anyway, and one day, this young man found $110 million in fraud.
And you know what the thanks he gets for it?
It's what we get.
Death threats.
People don't like your views.
Anyway, so this woman had to hand over her Porsche, 60 laptops.
Who has 60 laptops?
I don't have any laptops.
I don't own one laptop.
Not a single one.
I don't have an email account anymore, as you know, because it makes your life more difficult.
And you whine and complain and moan and groan.
Because you text like a teenage girl.
You're welcome.
What does that mean?
What is that?
Own it.
You do.
Well, because I do it in the middle of the day.
Well, you don't have email.
So there's only one way for you to communicate, and that's via text.
That's correct, because I've never turned my cloud on.
I don't preserve anything.
Yes.
Correct.
So it's rapid fire.
You know why?
Because you didn't live through what I lived through.
You didn't have thousands and thousands and thousands of your personal text messages released to the public over and over again.
I would have told them, don't even look.
It's going to be his monologue.
Just watch a show every night.
You'll know exactly what he's talking about.
By the way, that was the funniest part.
When the first round of personal texts came out, I think there are, I don't know, 1,500 of them.
Me and Paul Manafort.
And, you know, all of a sudden, CNN, breaking news, Sean Hannity and Paul Manafort.
And the analysis was on both networks.
It was similar, not a shock.
He believes it.
He really believes this stuff.
It sounds like his monologue every day.
Now, I infer from that that they don't believe what they say.
100%.
I mean, how else can you interpret that?
He really believes this stuff.
I'm like, yeah, I do.
I'm sincere.
I'm honest.
You know, I have been a consistent movement conservative my entire career.
Now, there are a lot of grifters out there, especially in the podcast world.
You know, the ones that are fair weather friends of Donald Trump, the ones that, you know, originally started out hating them, criticizing me, attacking me.
And when it's convenient, they like him.
And when it's not convenient, they hate him.
I'm telling you, you have to be selective in who you are going to decide to listen to in your life.
There are, I predicted this a decade ago, that at some point in this country, everybody's going to have their own show.
Well, now they have it.
And you've got racists, you've got white nationalists, you've got anti-Semites, you've got people that are looking for clicks, algorithms, which they then monetize, and it's all about the money for them, and it's not about the principle.
I don't do this job for money anymore.
When I started, I didn't do it for money, and I had no money, no money.
I did it because I loved it.
That light went on.
My life changed.
That's all I wanted to do.
It's all I want to do now.
And I don't have to work for money.
It doesn't mean I don't want to get paid.
I do.
But the reality is, it's in my bloodstream.
It's who I am.
I don't change every day.
Oh, Hannity, you repeat yourself.
Well, but my principles have not changed, but the news changes.
And I wrap my principles around the news of the day.
And you will hear me all throughout the year.
So you might as well go on X now and put up.
Hannity repeats himself.
This midterm election is going to be the single most important midterm election in your life.
American progress will stop on a dime if the Democrats get back in power.
I don't want that for our country.
Can I be clear?
Any more clear?
No ambiguity here.
And I'm asking all of you to make a commitment in your mind, your heart, your body, your soul now, today, that you are going to vote.
I don't care if you vote early.
I don't care if you vote by mail.
I mean, it's not the system I like.
I've been over that over and over again.
Show up.
Vote.
Make this important.
Want lower taxes?
You want secure borders?
You want a president that has a doctrine that is frankly second to none.
I think Donald Trump's surpassing Reagan and his doctrine.
No forever wars, but understanding the cause of liberty and freedom and using the might of the U.S. military in a way that is the most advanced, sophisticated ways possible doesn't mean it's always going to be perfect.
Operation Midnight, that could have gone wrong in Iran, taking out those nuclear sites.
But he was smart enough.
You know, these people that purposefully distort the president's American first agenda to mean isolationism, they're just flat out lying to you.
But anyway, back to this whole issue.
The thing we learned from James Comer yesterday in the hearings that he held in the House Oversight Committee is Tim Walz knew, and many people testified yesterday, Tim Walz did it for political expediency, which we kind of already knew because we knew whistleblowers had been warning him about this institutionalized fraud.
What is fraud?
That's stealing.
Stealing from who?
Taxpayers.
That means you robbing you blind.
Anyway, this one founder of this infamous Minnesota-based nonprofit, all right, she's given up her Porsche.
In this particular case, found guilty, federal charges, wire fraud, bribery, conspiracy in connection to the nation's largest COVID-19 fraud scheme.
Bach ordered to forfeit $5.2 million in funds from her personal nonprofit bank accounts, her Porsche, 60 laptops, iPads, iPhones, a diamond necklace, bracelet, earrings, or Louis Vuitton purse and backpack.
I have to tell you the story about buying my first Louis Vuitton.
I go in and somebody I knew wanted a Louis Vuitton backpack, like handbag, backpack, handbag, I don't know.
And I go in the store and, oh, we have one.
Sure.
Great.
How much is it?
It was like a thousand bucks.
And I'm like, no, no, no, no, I only want one.
That was my answer.
I know this person is like so disgusted at my ignorance in terms of the design or anything.
Person goes, well, got a wallet for 200, buddy.
You know, pretty, that's a pretty funny story.
It's a true story.
It's happened to many of us.
Oh, my gosh.
Like, now, by the way, that same.
I'm like, is there gold in there?
Is there silver bullion?
Like, what comes with the they have like luggage, Louis Vuitton.
Anyway, 72 defendants are of Somalian descent, five currently fugitives in Africa, according to the Attorney General Pam Bondi.
The Attorney General indicated last month she expects the ultimate price tag to be over $400 million.
But this is running into the billions and billions and billions of dollars.
You know, this young man that I was talking about, I'll play his cuts from being on the TV show last night, Nick Shrolly, in one day found a 23-year-old young man, fines $110 million in fraud, knocking on daycare centers that don't even exist.
By the way, the Transportation Security Administration flagged $700 million in cash detected in passengers' luggage.
I mean, this is pretty unbelievable, leaving the Minneapolis airport the last few years.
And apparently, when you declare that amount of money, they report it to authorities.
It's like everybody knew.
Minnesota House Speaker is warning Americans are going to be shocked by the scope of this fraud and this crisis, as they should be.
A scathing audit has revealed more fraud concerns inside the top Minnesota agency with fabricated documents and misconduct.
That's breaking news today.
Tom Emmer of Minnesota, the number three House Republican, called on Tim Walz to reside.
I actually think, and I don't want to get over my skis here on this because too often, you know, you think you got somebody, you catch them red-handed, and then nothing happens.
But I don't see Tim Walz getting out of this.
There's too many people that testified yesterday.
He knew, and they have proof that he knew.
And Senate Republicans now are pushing to deport denaturalized fraudsters amid this scandal.
One Democratic lawmaker says we should be focusing on white men at the Minnesota fraud hearing.
I'm like, what is it?
It really has nothing to do with race.
It's about corruption and stealing.
And if it's been institutionalized in one community, it needs to stop.
And I'm told this is the tip of the iceberg.
And James Comer said that yesterday, because this is going to go to Ohio.
This is going to go to California.
Gavin, buckle up.
Get ready, Gavin.
They're going to be looking at you too.
Anyway, 800-941, Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, we're in D.C.
We are here to interview the president.
That'll air tonight on Hannity, 9 Eastern.
All right.
So, you know, I really can't stand.
And the only one was worth listening to today was Christy Noam.
And they, well, you said this is domestic terrorism.
When you use a two-ton vehicle and you go in reverse and you aim your vehicle right in the direction of a law enforcement agent, that is considered an attack.
There's been over 100 officers that have been victims of these ramming incidents in the last year.
That is a lot of people.
You look at all the threats that ICE agents live under.
Why?
Because of the demonization of the radical left.
For example, I can play for you and you wonder where Gestapo, Nazi, terrorist.
They say it all.
Here's a montage of Democrats and their rhetoric against ICE agents.
Listen.
Masked men jumping out of unmarked cars, people disappearing, no due process, no oversight, zero accountability happening in the United States of America today.
People ask, well, is authoritarianism here being hyperbolic?
Bull, we're being hyperbolic.
If you're a black and brown community, it's here.
When I see ICE, I see slave patrols.
The dangers that we saw in Nazi Germany are the dangers that we need to react to now.
And these ICE agents running around our communities like masked bank robbers, terrorizing women.
Folks getting snatched off the street by secret police who are wearing masks and ICE agents who have functionally become a secret federal police force.
ICE federal agents pulling up, terrorizing our communities, hopping out of unmarked vans, stealing, and yes, kidnapping people.
An authoritarian government in Washington, D.C. is dispatching masked agents to abduct immigrants from our streets.
This is Gestapo-like behavior.
What terrorism looks like?
This is it.
There should be no question to what our country would look like had the Confederacy won.
It does look like a Gestapo operation.
It does look like the Gestapo.
They are zip-tying children.
They are raiding apartment blocks in the middle of the night, separating children from their families, pulling people out onto the streets naked.
They are using Gestapo tactics.
I mean, it is non-stop.
No wonder there's a 1,300% increase in violence against agents and an 8,000% increase in the threat level.
But the worst of all of them were this idiot governor, who, by the way, is going to be in trouble over this fraud scheme, Timmy Walls, Tampon Tim, and this moron mayor, Small Fry, Jacob Fry.
You know, listen to their comments.
Donald Trump's modern-day Gestapo is scooping folks up off the streets.
They're in unmarked vans, wearing masks, being shipped off to foreign torture dungeons.
This is what happens when your own federal government wages war against you.
This is what happens when they target communities for their own benefit.
This is what happens when they scapegoat.
And this is what happens when they no longer hide the idea of white supremacy.
What they are doing is an intent to terrorize people in our city and specifically target our immigrant neighbors.
What the Trump administration is doing here is they are playing race games.
They are explicitly racist in a number of occasions here, and that's what they're trying to do on our streets.
When people are arrested by federal immigration agents, they're going to get the wrong people.
They're going to make mistakes.
They're going to screw it up so badly that they're not just violating habeas corpus, but they are taking away the rights of American citizens.
This is what we are up against.
This is what law enforcement is up against every single day.
Now, the Minnesota Police and Peace Officers Association issued a statement today, you know, calling for political leaders in the state to stop attacking officers amid the shooting here.
Anyone that is remotely objective that understands the engagement rules of force of law enforcement knows that if you're using a vehicle to try to take out an officer and aiming your car at an officer, they have a right to defend themselves and their fellow officers and other people.
You know, Irist and the Minnesota Police Peace Officers Association said irresponsible, reckless rhetoric from political leaders attacking law enforcement has real and dangerous consequences for officers on the street.
When officers are vilified, when they are demonized or used as political props, it fuels hostility, it emboldens bad actors, and it puts lives directly at risk.
Anyway, they called on these leaders to stop using the inflammatory language.
They're not going to stop.
This is the left today.
This is your modern, radicalized Mamdani, AOC, squad, Jasmine Crockett, Grandpa Bernie, Pocahontas party.
Now, chaos has descended on Minneapolis as protesters continue.
You know, it's been going on throughout the day.
I haven't seen massive, massive protests, but I've seen some.
It's pretty big.
I don't know.
Well, they're being egged on by, you know, these politicians and the incendiary rhetoric they use.
You call somebody a Nazi and Gestapo and a terrorist enough times.
Oh, people think they're doing God's will if they protest them and attack them.
Let me ask you a question.
Okay.
If you were pulled over by the police or told to stop by the police or I.
Well, I used to have a heavy foot going back many years now.
I've not been pulled over in many, many, many years because one day I said, what am I speeding?
What am I racing to?
Yeah.
I'm not racing anything.
I'm not going to get there that much faster anyway.
True.
So there was no point.
Okay.
So I drive the speed limit now.
Okay.
And I have auto-drive on my Tesla.
Uh-huh.
I ask plat.
What?
Called the S-Platt.
Oh, okay.
It's 1,024 horsepower.
It goes from 0 to 60 in one.
I was like, what is that?
It goes from 0 to 60 in 1.9 seconds.
And it has, you know, you put in your navigation home or, you know, whatever the grocery store is you're going to, and it'll drive you there.
Okay, let's take speeding.
You don't have to.
If you were pulled over, I'm pulled over.
What would you do?
Well, the first thing they do is they say, we're pulling you over because you know crazy Linda McLaughlin.
That'd be the first thing.
I'd have to do that.
But that's the biggest problem.
There's no reverence.
There's no respect for the ICE agents for Homeland Security.
And now I can tell you what I do.
I usually open my window, put my hands outside the car, and I'm just like, come in.
Now, I have a license to carry a pistol.
I usually have it with me.
And if it's in the vehicle, the first thing I will tell that officer with my hands outside the car is, officer, I have a firearm in this vehicle right now.
It's either in my holster or it's in the glove.
What do you call it?
The middle thing.
Yeah, the console.
The console.
And I tell them straight up, and then I will hand them my license and my pistol carry permit at the same time.
Yeah, you comply.
You're respectful.
Yes.
I'm respectful.
Yes.
And by the way, they always appreciate it.
You know, and so I've been asked, by the way, would you please get out of the car?
You know, please, you know, carefully place your weapon inside the compartment and put it away.
Yeah, right.
Whatever they want, I'll do.
That's what we're missing in today's society.
Yeah.
Or I'll just hand it to them.
I'll say, you're free to take it.
Listen, I got it.
Well, you deserved it.
Yeah.
I didn't.
Well, my Uber driver did.
But I got pulled over and we were respectful.
Oh, by the way, and we're probably not going to have time for this today, but I'm going to hit you with this tomorrow.
The Department of Agriculture has turned the familiar food pyramid upside down, significantly revising the dietary guidelines used by schools, federal nutrition programs, and millions of Americans.
They put it upside down.
Oh, let's see.
Oh, Let's see at the very top is protein, steak, meat, eggs.
You know, they have avocados in there.
I know you like those.
Bananas are at the bottom.
You know, kale doesn't even exist in it because it's so, you know, inflammatory.
I remember someone once eating killed chips.
Not me.
I didn't eat that crap.
That was sweet baby James that ate that eat.
You put any chip in front of him.
He's going to eat it.
That's so mean.
But it shows Hannity.
Basically, the new pyramid shows and determines that Hannity.
Did they call it the Hannity Pyramid?
You should talk to RFK about that.
I could.
Get it renamed.
I can.
All right, then.
Anyway, the Minnesota Police Association told us that we still have chaos as these radicals.
They're being radicalized by the incendiary rhetoric of so-called leaders.
They're not.
Now, Kash Patel, the FBI director, is now investigating organizations and people funding these anti-ICE protests that are impeding law enforcement.
That's something to watch out for.
Foxnews.com has an article out saying within hours of a Minnesota protester being fatally shot.
And by the way, this woman has a history of being involved in these incendiary moments, according to reports.
But after allegedly attempting to run over the ICE agent, the familiar network of far-left protesters, oh, they mobilized across the country almost immediately.
Same groups, same causes, diversist socialism, communism, climate change, Palestinians, et cetera, et cetera.
And the Democratic Party launched what seems to be coordinated protests online and in American streets using language.
It's the same network of people that have, you know, thousands of Americans blocking streets, waving communist, you know, Palestinian flags, stoking the grievance industry that they built.
124, National Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression, a fixture in left-wing protests.
They announced an emergency rally in New York City's Foley Square at 244.
Refuse fascism, a socialist organization active in protests against Israel and the Trump administration.
They posted a message on Instagram decrying the incident.
From Venezuela to the streets of Minneapolis, the Trump regime murders and demonizes whole peoples and countries without any pretense of the rule of law.
330, the Party for Socialism and Liberation, Columbus, Ohio, called for an emergency protest in Columbus and Columbus to Minneapolis.
At 306, the Palestinian Youth Movement, which organized campus protests following October 7th, the time to rise and resist is now.
All organized.
Oh, Kathy Hokul, by the way, you're new.
Well, you're not in New York anymore, but former really, she's not the governor.
She's governor name only.
The real governor of New York is Zoroni Marxist Mamdani.
She's never been a governor.
She's going to do everything Mamdani says because she's going to want his support for re-election.
Hokle boasted she once harassed a federal immigration agent for trying to terrorize New Yorkers, New Yorkers like you.
First of all, just get to him.
The same Democrats now encouraging riots over the shooting of the anti-ICE protester, Renee Goode.
They didn't give a damn when an unarmed pro-Trump protester was gunned down for trespassing.
Where are all these Democrats?
Where were they in the summer of love?
You know, when Americans would be murdered, by the way, legal scholar Andy McCarthy and Jonathan Trot, people that often disagree, they all agree that this was justified.
Stephen A. Smith, justified.
All of it is, and by the way, this woman had been stalking and impeding law enforcement, according to Christy Noam.
And the more you read about her, the more you realize she's identified as a mother, fatally shot.
And, you know, this officer had previously been dragged by a car.
I mean, the ICE agent that fired at this Minnesota woman was released from the hospital, thank goodness.
But, and they're sticking by that they believe an attack on law enforcement like this is an act of domestic terrorism.
And when you look at the multiple angles, you can see that the officer, even the New York Post said, you know, looked like that officer got clipped.
His life's in jeopardy.
She went in reverse and boom, right towards the officers.
That's not even a close call.
Anyway, 800.
You know, but she has a history of being a radical, according to reports today.
