Health, Simplicity, and Renewal for the Year Ahead
Guest host Rose Tennent continues filling in for Sean Hannity on The Sean Hannity Show with a powerful hour focused on renewal of body, mind, and priorities. Dr. Peter McCullough joins Rose to discuss medical freedom, prevention, immune health, and lessons learned from COVID that still matter today. Later, author Joshua Becker shares how minimalism and intentional living can unclutter our homes, finances, and faith. Together, these conversations offer practical guidance for entering the new year healthier, clearer, and more purpose-driven.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Medicine must return to its core mission to treat, not dictate, bureaucrats silence doctors for saving lives.
Science requires open debate, not censorship.
Those are the words of Dr. Peter McCullough.
He's an author, an internist, cardiologist, epidemiologist, and he spent years managing the cardiovascular complications of both viral infections and post-COVID-19 vaccine injuries.
So welcome to the show.
Dr. Peter McCullough, how are you?
Thank you.
Happy New Year, early.
That's okay.
We're very close.
So happy new year to you too.
You know, Dr. McCullough, you are so very much respected by so many of us in this country.
And when I think back to COVID-19, one of the things that a lot of doctors talked about, and you in particular, was there was never any panel of doctors to discuss what was happening, to talk about what we should be doing, what they should be doing to treat patients.
Instead, we had one man that was running around telling everybody what to do.
So what do you see happening in the future?
If there was ever to be like a disease X pandemic arise, what do you envision public health response should be?
Oh, well, we definitely cannot rely on the government agencies.
In fact, we learned that our National Institutes of Health and National Allergy Immunology Infectious Disease Branch and BARDA, another branch of the NIH, they were part of the creation of the pandemic.
So, you know, our government was part of the problem.
And, you know, it was, it turns out to be so unwise to rely on the same government for the solution to the problem.
And it's no better right now in Washington.
You know, our Robert F. Kennedy has not called in panels of external experts to give guidance.
And so it really hasn't changed.
You know, that's interesting because I hadn't thought about that, but I suppose that we should be proactive instead of reacting.
And so I would like to know that there are panels that are discussing, discussing what happens if another X pandemic comes along.
You're right.
I hadn't thought about that.
That's really important.
And it's easy to do because, you know, most of the major medical institutions receive money from CMS, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
They receive National Institutes of Health funding.
Robert F. Kennedy or Jay Bartachara or Martin Manny can call meetings.
We've had them before.
They're called Bethesda meetings.
And we should have them on Lessons Learned of the Pandemic.
We clearly need to have group meetings on vaccine safety, what went wrong there.
And then we ought to have group meetings about what are the threats on the horizon.
And all the experts agree, probably the next threat will come out of a biolab.
It'll be man-made.
So we need an inventory of these biolabs.
What are they working on?
And how can they potentially threaten us?
How can we reduce these risks?
Then what's the holdup in Washington?
Have you talked to anyone?
It seems like our officials are stuck in what we call a biopharmaceutical complex or a deep state.
And so, you know, we have our heroes, right?
So Robert F. Kennedy and others.
But, you know, they're leading parts of the government where there's tens of hundreds of thousands of employees, many of whom are still working from home.
And they're resisting every step of the way.
So what we see Kennedy and Macri and others doing, they're going out on podcasts.
We don't need our government employees to go out on podcasts.
They should be in the office holding meetings, making decisions, and getting work done.
They're just not seeing that.
You know, you bring so much to the table.
I would love to have them have someone like you and others that can come in and take a look back and see what lessons we learned and what we can take from that and how we can prevent it from happening again.
I mean, the fear factor alone, you know, needed to be quelched and when it wasn't.
And now, you know, these are things that need to be talked about.
Well, for sure, we should have psychologists and sociologists.
One comes to mind, Claudia Chavan, doctor and theologist from Toronto, who's done wonderful work about fear and lockdowns and what it did to young people, indoctrination, how all these things need to be avoided in the future.
You know, the pandemic, five years old, it's still ongoing.
Trump won't end it.
Trump won't say it's over with.
Let's get the vaccines off the market.
Our Congress just fought like crazy over subsidies, huge subsidies to Obamacare that occurred during the COVID crisis.
So they were pandemic-level subsidies.
And now there's been a decision to move off of that.
But think about this.
The government is still in pandemic mode.
Yeah, you know what?
I think we really are.
And I think a lot of people are still stuck in it as well.
One of the things that I want to talk about is because I've even reached out to you a couple of times is that you've got an approach for supporting the body's natural recovery process.
And as we go into 2026, and it's interesting because right now I can name about a half a dozen people or more that are not well right now.
They've got the flu, they've got a cold.
What can you tell the listeners today about how they can prevent how they can have a healthy 2026?
Well, I just saw it happen in my family.
I'm on vacation right now, ski vacation, and somebody in our group actually got COVID.
So it's still around.
Remember, the virus, which was engineered in the Institute of Virology, has a spike protein, a little spike on the surface of the ball of the virus.
That spike protein gets in the body and suppresses the immune system.
So we had two people not get sick, but then they developed wicked fever blisters, which are basically herpes, Simplex 1 types of blisters coming out of the nose in the mouth.
I mean, it was horrendous.
So I can tell you, COVID is still circulating.
The body's immune system needs to be boosted, and there are immune boosters out there.
So everybody should be on a broad-based multivitamin for sure.
But immune boosters include garlic and oregano, elderberry, bilderberry.
You know, there's a whole variety of other botanicals that can help boost the immune system.
I think people ought to lay off alcohol, to tell you the truth.
It's a suppressant of the immune system.
And we need to strive to be as healthy as possible.
Everybody should be doing nasal sprays and gargles twice a day.
Of the people in our group, and of course, when you go skiing, you're always in small groups, who did not get sick, we were all doing the nasal sprays and throat sprays and gargles multiple times per day.
Interesting.
Well, I know I got a lot of that information at your website, you know, the wellness company, TWC.health.
But I agree with you 100%.
I mean, there are things that we could be doing.
And it's fascinating to hear that within that group, there's a faction of people who did not get sick.
Very interesting.
And, you know, one of the other things, too, that I wanted to ask you about, because you talk about the spike protein and how the body can break down those, the lingering spike proteins, because we still have them.
Whether we had the vaccine or we didn't, we still have those, as you mentioned, spike proteins in our body.
So so these natural compounds and enzymes, they can help break that down right.
Oh for sure, the spike protein was the part that was engineered in the Wuhan Inspiral.
It was engineered to be resistant to breakdown by human enzymes.
It's very important.
So we have exogenous enzymes in the form of natokinase and bromelin.
Syreptase and lubricinase may work as well, but nanokinase for sure was and that's part of the wellness company ultimate spike detox and it was part of the, the methods of recovery of our party who got sick with covet is.
Yeah, you know, I made sure.
We had a very elderly person in our group who made sure she was taking the ultimate spike detox.
In fact, I gave her a couple of capsules this morning, said listen, got to take this on an empty stomach.
The nanokinase helps dissolve the spike protein, allows people to resolve these syndromes.
The spike protein is immunosuppressive.
It actually suppresses the immune system and makes people more likely get cold and flu and fever, blisters and secondary pneumonias.
And there the Ultimate Spike Detox I think should be taken on a regular basis.
Most people would be on it and a lot of us, like myself included, have autoimmune disorders.
So I mean we are really susceptible.
For sure, if you have an autoimmune illness or you have other, let's say, respiratory mechanics are not solid or frail.
I'll tell you the ultimate Spike detox, nanokinase is anti-atherosclerotic, antithrombotic bromelin, is derived from pineapple.
It also is antithrombotic, but it also has dandelion extract, for instance, black sativa.
These have uh immune boosting properties.
At the Wellness Company, we put multiple ingredients in a sisco capsule and at high dose to give people the greatest value.
I love that, okay.
So how do we as individuals stay informed?
Because you know we want to make the right uh health decisions, but we want them to be evidence-based and and somewhat personalized.
I know that we get that from physicians like yourself.
But when we're not so sure about what the government is on for you know, if we're not going to have something set in place right now, how do we take charge?
A couple sources, I think everybody should go to the Wellness Company, go to Twc.health Forward, Slash Focal Points.
That'll give you a discount.
But at least sign up for the newsletter so you get that.
Yes, I love that.
I love your newsletter, by the way yeah yeah, our science write it.
It's very helpful, uh.
And then go to Focal points, go to Substack Focal Points, or go to, uh uh, www.healthfocalpoints.com.
You'll get a, a news briefing uh, every day between 4 and 5 a.m.
We've been uh guiding America not only through the covet pandemic but all through monkeypox and bird flu and now super flu.
You know, we're in a period of time where people are calling me their latest flu variant a super flu.
Well, where do you get your information?
Go to these sources, wellness company, and then focal points.
Yeah, I agree with you 100%.
I look forward to that every day.
Now, one of the things I talked about in the monologue today was going into 2026, and so did many of our guests, with boldness.
So let me ask you something.
You were unafraid.
You were shut down on some platforms.
You were criticized, but you always stood your ground.
What advice can you give to others as we go into 2026?
How was it that you were able to do that, even in the face of such criticism and censorship?
You know, courage is not the absence of fear.
I think everybody has fear about their positions, their futures, their health.
But courage is the ability to overcome fear.
And I think everybody can work on this in 2026.
I just had somebody reach out to me who's under threat of another COVID vaccine mandate for his clinical votations in a healthcare role.
Yeah.
So, you know, here is what the, and I was through LinkedIn today.
I was coaching him and his father about step one and step two.
But you have to be bold and apply for a religious exemption.
Apply for a medical exemption.
Say you're not going to do it.
I mean, it takes some boldness.
This idea of, oh, well, I'm going to take the path of least resistance.
And what I told a father, I said, listen, this shot could be fatal.
I'm serious.
This year, under the watch of Robert F. Kennedy, we've had several hundred more COVID vaccine deaths.
So listen, everybody in the government right now is accountable.
Trump, Biden, Robert F. Kennedy, doesn't matter who party you're for.
They have American deaths on their hands because these COVID vaccines are sick.
Here's Tuff, but you're right.
We have to go forward in boldness.
And it's your health.
Take charge of your own health and your own life.
That's essential.
It really is.
And Dr. Peter McCullough, thank you so much for being as bold as you have been.
And we're very grateful to have you with us.
And we look forward to what you have to say in 2026 to keep us healthy.
Well, thank you so much and have a very happy new year, everyone.
You too.
And everyone, please subscribe to Focal Points, Courageous Discourse on Substack, and also check out twc.health slash focal points.

All right, so when we come back, there's a, I do want to share with you that story about the inmates that we're praying and a little story on the National Guard, too.
Also, here's a warning story I want to share if we have time about social media and our children, because if you remember in the monologue at the very beginning of the show, there were things that I felt that we could be doing to make our lives safer and healthier in the new year.
So we'll cover all of that coming up next.
And your phone calls at 800-941-SHAWN.
Talks of the people involved in the top stories of the day.
Every day.
Sean Hannity is on.
Welcome back to the Sean Hannity Show.
My name is Rose.
So fun today to be with you and taking your phone calls, still taking them.
They're coming in.
1-800-941-Sean, 1-800-941-7326.
You know, we talked about the National Guard, and here's what's been making the rounds this past week.
Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass on CNN was claiming that President Trump's deployment of the National Guard to cities is causing disruption.
Yeah, she's basically blaming the National Guard for keeping cities safe, and that's somehow a disruption.
Anyway, she argued that in places like Los Angeles, everything was just fine until the Guard intervened.
But was it, though?
And then she suggested that Republican governors sending in troops and the fact that these are mostly cities with Democratic mayors proves it's political.
But is it though?
I mean, she even warned about the supposed danger of the military being in American cities.
Let's be real here.
The National Guard has a proven track record of keeping order when local resources are overwhelmed.
Look at Washington, D.C. during the past.
These are things that, these are things that people who don't live here don't understand.
Democratic leaders in D.C., including former Mayor Bowser and the local officials, have all praised the Guard's professionalism and effectiveness.
And they noted that their presence kept citizens safe and helped prevent property damage because a lot was going on here.
The Guard worked seamlessly with local law enforcement to protect the city.
And I am there a lot.
And I can tell you, there is a sense of security.
There really is.
Their presence doesn't cause disruption.
It prevents it.
It ensures law-abiding citizens can go out and go about their lives safely while giving local law enforcement the support that they need.
This isn't politics, people.
This is common sense public safety.
Bass.
So the next time you hear claims like this from Mayor Bass, remember, protecting citizens and preventing chaos isn't controversial.
It's exactly what the National Guard is meant to do.
And even Democratic leaders in our nation's capital have acknowledged that much.
It's working.
Leave them alone.
And they've been very nice too.
And here's something else I wanted to mention because this is a moment that really restores your faith in humanity and in the power of prayer.
And I alluded to this in my monologue, but on Christmas Eve, there was this large group of inmates at the Genesee County Jail in Michigan.
And they came together in a way that surprised even the sheriff, actually, because it was caught on video and it was shared online.
The men, most in their orange jumpsuits, stood side by side, holding hands, and they recited the Lord's Prayer that was on Christmas Eve.
And what makes this so remarkable, in my opinion, is that according to Sheriff Swanson, This wasn't organized or prompted by anybody.
The men chose on their own to come together, quietly praying the words that they were taught in the Gospel of Matthew.
And afterwards, they joined in joyful chants, applauding and sharing and celebrating that shared moment of faith and unity.
And the sheriff said about what he saw, he said, in a place often defined by mistakes and consequences, I saw unity and hope.
I saw people choosing something better for themselves and for each other.
When this happens, he said, communities are safer and generational incarceration is broken.
And he's so right.
I mean, that's just, it's very touching.
He also gave a shout out to his jail staff and recognizing their role in creating a culture where moments like that can actually happen.
And it's a striking reminder that faith can shine even in the most unlikely places and that hope, prayer, and unity have the power to transform communities one moment, one person, and one choice at a time.
And those are the kind of things that are going on that sometimes you don't hear about, but they are happening.
So not all is desperate and it's not all despair.
Dale is calling from Washington State.
Hey, Dale, how are you?
Happy New Year.
Hello.
Calling Washington State.
Are you there?
I don't know what's wrong with the connection, guys.
The phone number is 1800.
Okay.
All right.
1-800-941-Sean, 1-800-941-Sean.
One of the other things I talked about during my monologue was how we need to focus on our children too going forward.
And we want to give them the safest and healthiest future that we possibly can.
And parents all across the country are finally saying out loud what a lot of us have been thinking for years.
Social media is doing real harm to our kids and enough is enough, really.
And there was a Fox News poll that showed nearly two-thirds of American voters, that's 64%, support banning social media for children under the age of 16.
That's not a fringe idea anymore, people.
That's a solid majority of the country.
And here's what really matters to parents that are listening right now.
Those numbers don't change when you look specifically at moms and dads.
Parents support the ban at the exact same rate, 64% in favor, 36% opposed.
So it isn't about politics.
It's about protection.
And now party lines do show a difference, though.
Republicans lead the way with 73% supporting a ban on kids under 16 compared to 56% of Democrats, but it's still some good numbers.
And it's above the majority.
So the takeaway is this.
Support crosses party lines because the damage is obvious.
And that poll also asked about something else parents are increasingly fed up with, and that's cell phones in the classrooms.
And teachers in schools should be fed up with this as well, because nearly 70% of voters support banning cell phones in K through 12 schools.
And again, parents back that strongly among Republicans support jumps to 81% compared to 59% of Democrats.
Begs a question for both Republicans and Democrats.
What's wrong with the rest of you?
How do you not see that that's a distraction?
How is it that we all made it through the school days without a cell phone?
I don't know.
Classrooms are for learning.
They're not for scrolling.
And while the United States is still debating, Australia, by the way, has already acted on that because as of December 10th, they began enforcing one of the strictest online safety laws in the world.
No social media accounts for anyone under 16, period.
That's it.
And their government didn't sugarcoat it either.
The prime minister there acknowledged that what kids already know growing up with endless feeds and algorithms and constant pressure is harmless.
So the platforms affected included Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Twitch, X, all of it, basically.
And Australia didn't just make, Australia isn't just making a rule.
They're enforcing it.
So meanwhile, here at home, concerns are still mounting and lawmakers from both parties are warning that tech companies haven't done enough to protect children, especially when it comes to mental health and online exploitation.
And all the data blocks backs it up, by the way, too.
2025 Pew Research study found that nearly half of American teens say social media has a mostly negative effect on people their age.
They recognize it.
So let's help them.
If half of the American teens say that social media has a negative effect, they're telling you something, parents.
They're experiencing this firsthand.
They are telling you something and we need to be listening.
Help them out.
There was a Gallup survey that paints an even clearer picture.
More than half of U.S. teens spend at least four hours a day on social media, and that averages nearly five hours daily across multiple platforms.
By age 17, that climbs to almost six hours a day.
And girls on average spend nearly an hour more than boys.
That's not connection, people.
That's consumption.
And you know what?
This isn't about banning technology.
It's about recognizing that children don't have fully developed judgment.
And corporations driven by clicks and profit aren't going to protect them.
The only ones that are going to protect them are you.
Let's pause here for just a minute because this is where the conversation gets uncomfortable for a lot of people.
Parents, we're supposed to be parenting all along.
We're supposed to be the guardrails.
We're supposed to say no.
We're supposed to limit screens and protect their innocence and recognize that children don't need unrestricted access to algorithms designed to addict them.
So it's worth asking this question.
How do we get to the point where governments are stepping in to do what families should have been doing at the kitchen table?
And is that really where we want to be?
Having the government tell us what we should be telling our children as parents?
So yeah, parents, you should have been parenting.
We all should have been.
But when corporations target our kids and design platforms to keep them hooked, the question becomes harder.
Do we let big tech raise our kids or do we finally draw a line?
And I guess if this moment teaches us anything, it's that laws might help, but parenting still has to lead.
So as we go into 2026, let's lead as parents.
Let's protect our children.
We'll take your calls.
We're going to come back right after this.
941-Sean-941-7326.
More of The Sean Hannity Show after this.
Never government subsidized.
Sean Hannity is on right now.
Welcome back to this last segment of the Sean Hannity Show.
My name is Rose.

Rumble, Real Life Network.
Make sure you subscribe and follow and all that good stuff and like.
I appreciate that.
We've got calls coming in.
It's 1-800-941-Sean.
We have David calling from Los Angeles.
Hey, David, how's it going?
Hey, Rose.
I'm going to go right into Stream of Consciousness here.
The topic of social media, you've got right.
It's very detrimental, especially to teenage girls.
The problem is, I'm in technology.
The problem is you can't, this idea of limiting to an age group just doesn't work because there's a limit now on social media and people don't bypass it.
I think I got to make it incredibly uncomfortable.
And, you know, the unpopular comment, you got to limit the technology.
If cell phones are trouble in schools, on social media all the time, you got to put an age woman on cell phones.
There's the very unpopular comment.
If somebody's under 16, kid can't have a cell phone.
That'll go over like a lead balloon, I know, but you're going at a couple of problems.
Well, I actually don't disagree with you.
I mean, somehow you and I survived school life and our first 16 years without a cell phone.
I mean, my God, if I was out driving and I had to, and I got lost and I had to find directions and it was dark and at night, I had to stop and find, if I could, a phone booth.
Nobody even knows what that is.
And call my friend to find out exactly where I was.
So, I mean, somehow we survived all of that.
Well, and where it goes to, Rose, too, is in those days, especially bullying.
If you had a bully, it's not a bully at school, but when you get home, your bully left you.
You get bullied 24-7 now.
There's the social interaction, the negativity that goes, and I'm particularly talking about teenage girls.
I had a daughter that was devastated.
Anxiety, depression, all these kinds of things.
It all leads to that.
So I'm going to make the unpopular comment, limit the technology, because you can't tell what they're doing.
But if you see somebody and they're under 16 and they have a phone, confiscate.
Yeah, I mean, really, there's not.
You see younger and younger children with phones too.
And that's frightening to me.
And you're right about that.
Yeah, just because they go home, the bullying doesn't stop now.
And it is so devastating and detrimental to our young children.
I don't even know, to be honest with you, David, I don't know how I could have survived that.
I really don't.
And I had a bully once or twice during my school years.
I don't know if I could have survived that, being constantly bombarded with the negativity and the bullying while I was at home in a safe place, supposedly.
Exactly, but you left the bully behind.
So it's like I said, it's not going to go over well with youngers, but we all survive.
And I mean, then you can introduce it.
You know, there's a reason we don't drive till we're 16.
And it's a development brain thing.
And the idea of handling social media and the potential negative impact, it may go there.
That's my comment.
Well, I appreciate your comment, David, and I actually agree with it.
I know it's a strong comment, but I agree with it.
You know, everything that we talked, and thanks for your calling, happy new year, by the way.
Everything that we talked about today is really how we can live a better life in this new year.
A lot of it has to do with having hope and not giving up hope.
A lot of it has to do with your first thoughts as your feet hit the ground or even before you're out of bed, just giving thanks to God for a new day.
It's a new day and rejoicing in it.
It's a choice for you.
We've heard from Dr. Peter McCullough reminding us that restoring health isn't just about medicine, but it's about a lot of things, prevention, personal responsibility, returning to principles that protect us.
We heard from Joshua Becker showing us the power of simplifying our lives and focusing on what really matters most and creating a space for purpose and peace and service.
That's so important.
And we had guidance from pastors like Jack Hibbs today reminding us that faith and prayer are not optional.
They're foundation of hope and stability in a world that really feels unstable at times.
Who knows what 2026 is going to bring us?
But if we go into this with courage and boldness and faith and hope, we'll survive whatever may come.
And as Jack Hibbs said, maybe we were meant for this time.
Maybe God was building us for this time.
So I say, God bless you to all of you.
I pray that you have a wonderful, healthy, prosperous, and spiritual new year.
