Freedom is back in style.

All right, thank you, Scott Shannon.
Thanks to all of you for being with us.
Write down our toll-free telephone number.
You want to be a part of the program?
It's 800-941.
Sean, if you want to join us, well, we've been talking about the lowest gas prices in five years, inflation weighed down since Donald Trump has become president.
We have talked about now, you know, monies coming into the federal government.
Again, a lot of this is going to hit the bloodstream of the economy starting in January.
And that means trillions in committed monies for manufacturing.
And then, of course, you know, gas prices, five-year low.
Although in California, I guess you're paying close to $5 a gallon for gasoline still because they have the highest gas taxes in the country, sales taxes in the country, highest property taxes in the country, the highest poverty rate in the country, highest homeless rate in the country, and the worst schools in the country.
But don't worry, your governor is on it.
Your governor has been traveling the globe and going to these global warming conferences or whatever you call them, climate change conferences in Brazil.
And he's busy podcasting and he's busy being Tweety Bird, Governor Tweety Bird.
Now he's Governor AI putting out videos of Donald Trump in handcuffs.
This is this, you know, he's still going to have to answer.
Why was there no water in the fire hydrants?
Well, we're the fourth largest economy in the entire world.
Well, you're not going to be if all these companies, you keep chasing them out.
If it wasn't for big tech companies that have, for whatever reason, you know, started and stayed in California, those companies, if they start leaving, it's over for California.
It really is because, you know, they're also leading the country in migration out of that state, and it's not going to be good.
We have a new number out today, big win for American workers.
The U.S. trade deficit now has dropped to its lowest level also in five years, like gas prices now, lowest level in five years, as U.S. exports now.
And thank Donald Trump.
Now, there has been pain associated with this, which is why the president stepped in, taking some of the tariff money and giving it to hardworking, well-deserving American farmers, because as he went through this process of eliminating these, you know, America being ripped off in these unfair trade practices of pretty much every country around the globe and negotiating new trade deals, you know, there was short-term pain.
And one area that got hit was, you know, our farmers got hit.
Some of our ranchers have got hit.
Textile industry people have gotten hit.
And the president now working towards those specific industries to make sure they get back on course.
But I think it's another huge victory.
And it's really the best is yet to come.
This is only the beginning of what is coming.
And America's exports now hit a record high.
And, of course, the media, complicit as they are, nothing but an extension of all things Democratic Party will never talk about it.
But Reuters reporting U.S. trade deficit unexpectedly.
It's not unexpected.
Have you not been watching what the president's doing every day?
Grief.
But unexpectedly, narrowed in September, touching the lowest level in more than five years.
They don't even want to give out the good news.
Now, there's going to be a big debate.
Republicans refuse to double down on dumb, dumber, and stupid, and that is the failure of Obamacare.
We'll get into this in more detail later in the program.
And what Democrats now want to do, remember, they own Obamacare, the Affordable Care Act.
They own it.
They passed it through reconciliation by, I think, a vote.
And everything they promised has failed and failed spectacularly.
Millions lose their doctors and plans, and the average family didn't save $2,500 a year.
We're paying between 225% to 300% more, and prices are continuing to go up.
And why would we continue to fund a failed program?
And if it wasn't for Donald Trump in his first term, remember there was the Obamacare mandate that was all designed, as I said at the time, we were debating Obamacare to funnel every American into a government-run system.
I mean, after all, the government's done such a good job protecting the money you paid in your whole working life in Social Security, and they put it in a lock box.
Oh, that's right.
They raided that and they spent it and they squandered it.
And it's headed towards insolvency.
And the same with Medicaid.
Now we see all the fraud, and we'll get into that as the program unfolds today.
I mean, there's more and more news coming out every day as it relates to the Somalia community in Minnesota and how all these people, all these elected officials knew and they didn't do anything about it.
But the president and House and Senate Republicans backing a proposal that would put as much as $1,500 directly into America's health savings accounts.
Man, Linda, how long have I been, what year did that book, Patient Power by the Cato Institute, come out that we've been talking about, healthcare savings accounts?
And I'm not even saying it's outdated.
I think it's still a good idea.
I've always believed it's a good idea.
But you also have people like, you know, Dr. Josh Umber out of Wichita, Kansas, and Atlas MD and those healthcare cooperatives that are now going national.
You pay $50 a month unlimited care, 24-hour access to a doctor.
It includes telemedicine.
It includes them negotiating directly with pharmaceutical prices.
And you couple that with catastrophic insurance, and you're covered.
The catastrophic insurance is the God forbid I have a heart attack or a bad accident or a stroke or something terrible.
By the way, Scott Besant, the Treasury Secretary, Paul Governors Hochul and Pritzker and Paulus, the Grinches who stole Christmas for their state's refusal to conform to the president's July 4th tax relief bill, along with the illustration of the three left-wing governors depicted as Dr. Seuss green holiday villain.
He said, thanks to Apotis, tis the season to be jolly unless you're a taxpayer from New York, Colorado, Illinois, or the District of Columbia.
But millions of hardworking Americans, you know, that these three governors are the Grinches that stole Christmas and courtesy of their Scrooge-like tendencies, American seniors, along with all workers who would benefit from no tax on tips, overtime, and Social Security, will be robbed of their tax relief that they deserve.
The Christmas season should be a time of great cheer, but due to the Trump derangement syndrome, these governors and other radical leftists have, too many low and middle-income households who will receive nothing but coal in their state stockings.
And he pointed out that the Department of Treasury, you know, they're rightly blasting these states because the president and his tax cut bill is the most pro-worker, pro-family legislation in a generation, the largest tax cut in history.
There's never been a president that put front and center in tax cuts, hardworking Americans, working-class Americans, no tax on tips or overtime.
And of course, seniors that depend on Social Security and a blatant act of political obstructionism, liberal strongholds in these states deliberately are blocking their own residents from receiving these historic benefits at the state level.
He said it's a direct assault on the very families and working, that working liberal politicians claim the champion.
Liberals are full of it.
You know, I got an interesting chart from our friend Steve Moore today, Unleashed Prosperity.
Retirement account returns.
If you go to Trump's first term, they went up, on average, $26,200.
Under Biden, they went down $24,800.
Under Trump 2.0, and he's only been there 11 months, it went up already $20,700.
I'm just telling you, Democrats, they're going to be eating the word affordability.
It's going to be shoved right up, right down their Adam Schiff throats.
So we'll wait and see what happens.
But, you know, net 34% of owners raising selling prices.
And that's getting under control, too, under Biden.
Pretty unbelievable.
We have a lot of immigration news today.
The transportation secretary, Sean Duffy, has now yanked driver's licenses of nearly 10,000 non-English-speaking truck drivers.
He said, we have now knocked 9,500 truck drivers out of service for failing to speak our national language, English.
He said this administration will always put you and your family and your family's safety first.
And the federal government has now taken several steps this year to crack down on non-English-speaking truck drivers in the name of highway safety.
I mean, where have they been getting these, where have illegals that don't speak English been getting driver's licenses from states like Washington State and California?
And what's happening?
They can't read.
They can't read road signs, as we learned in the case in Florida where three innocent people were murdered and killed.
We learned the guy couldn't speak English and couldn't read road signs.
One top counterterrorism official telling Congress the Biden administration let 18,000 known or suspected terrorists into the country.
18,000.
That we know of.
And remember, we had people coming from over 200 countries, but of course they lied and said the border's closed and the border's secure, the big lie.
And, you know, we had video almost on a daily basis of the opposite happening.
But the National Counterterrorism Center's director, Joe Kent, revealed the horrifying number at a Thursday hearing.
So far, he points out that the NCTC has identified 18,000 known and suspected terrorists that the Biden administration let into our country.
And he specifically referenced the Afghan whom Biden brought in that killed the National Guardswoman, Sarah Beckstrom.
And of course, we have a 24-year-old National Guardsman, both of them from West Virginia, clinging to life.
Thank God the latest news I heard is he's making good progress.
We have a new housing and urban development study finding that Biden's illegals, get this, this impacts every American, that Biden illegals have driven up housing costs for low-income Americans.
Well, wait a minute, I thought liberals had a monopoly of compassion.
Anyway, record-setting mass unvetted illegals between 2021, 2023, cases of worst-case needs remained elevated at 8.46 million households, and foreign-born population in the U.S. increased by more than 6 million, the largest increase over such a short period of time.
And it goes on to say, you know, it stands at more than 53 million individuals making up the highest share of the American population ever.
Foreign-born, what they're talking about.
This immigration-driven increase in households contributed to a significant increase in housing demand, driving up housing prices.
Now, I do have, you know, some good news on this is that a lot of people now that are in this country illegally, millions of them, are leaving in record numbers.
So far, more than 2.5 million have left because they're being incentivized.
And by the way, in the end, we're saving a lot of money.
I mean, you may think this is a bad idea.
I don't think it's a bad idea.
They are self-deporting.
They're getting transportation to the country that they belong in, that they came from illegally, and $1,000 to self-deport so we don't have to spend all the money on law enforcement to do it.
Now, we also have an Obama-appointed judge has ordered the immediate release of the Democrats' favorite alleged wife-beating gangbanger, illegal alien.
And here he is back in the news, Kilmar Obrego-Garcia, 31-page opinion, Obama-appointed judge, district judge Paula, I can't pronounce her last name, because Obrego Garcia has been held in highest attention to effectuate third country removal, absent of lawful removal orders, has requested relief as proper.
Let's let the guy back out in the country.
His own wife accused him of domestic abuse.
His own wife.
Not like we have to prove it.
And she's been out there defending it.
By the way, we'll play this later in the program.
Remember, Benny Thompson, along with Liz Cheney, was on that prime time Hollywood-produced January 6th predetermined outcome hearings, the one where they would rather listen to a hearsay witness talk about, oh, Donald Trump, I hear, tried to commandeer the beast that he was being driven in that day, except the only problem is the driver of that very car said that's not true.
You know, they never played, well, now many of you will peacefully and patriotically march to the Capitol so your voices will be heard.
I tell the American people the whole truth if it defeats a political narrative.
Anyway, he says the deliberate murder of the National Guard hero and the injuries of another National Guard hero was an unfortunate accident.
Do you hear me play that later in the show?
Sure, that's going to make you feel great.
An unfortunate accident?
Now, that would be like cold-blooded murder.
I don't know, just have a different view of how you define things, right?
So I'm reading Breitbart today, and that's where I saw they quoted the Center for Immigration Studies that more than eight in 10 households headed by Somali refugees in the state of Minnesota are on one or more forms of American taxpayer-funded welfare.
The data is based on 10 years of data from the Census Bureau's American Community Service that shows drastic disparities between native-born American households and Somali-born households in Minnesota, where nearly 80,000 residents have Somalia ancestry compared to zero who had Somalian ancestry in 1990.
So this is a fairly new phenomenon, even in Minnesota, but it's now emerged into a large voting block.
In particular, the data shows that 81% of Minnesota households headed by Somali refugees are on one or more forms of welfare, including 27% that are on cash welfare, 54% on food stamps, 73%, this is what Dr. Oz was pointing out on this program, on Medicaid.
Now, if you compare this welfare to native-born American residents of Minnesota, it's only 21% of whom are on one or more welfare programs.
And then it shows you the growth in the Somali population in Minnesota.
And then it shows the welfare rates in Minnesota by household.
And you see this massive disparity.
For example, 89% of Somali-headed households with children in Minnesota are on one or more forms of welfare, as are 86% on Medicaid.
About 62% of Somali households with children in the state are on food stamps.
23% take cash welfare.
Nearly every Somali household with children receives some form of welfare, according to the Center for Immigration Services researcher, Jason Richwine.
Now, this is what Oz was saying.
He used the number 8 and 10.
So it's not coming out of thin air here.
And, you know, something is going on.
But if you look at, you know, we now, as Newt Ingrich said yesterday, you're probably looking at the biggest between COVID fraud and this, the biggest fraud scandal in the history of the country.
Former U.S. acting attorney Joseph Thompson described the scams as schemes stacked upon schemes that drain tens and tens of millions from Medicaid.
Scott Besson announced at the start of the month that he'd open an investigation into the mismanagement of all this by Governor Walls and allowed what U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota, Daniel Rosen, called the largest COVID-19 fraud scheme in the country.
And days later, the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee, and we'll get to James Comer in a minute, said they're launching their investigation into this widespread fraud.
You know, and the worst part of all of this is you had whistleblowers that were warning Governor Walls about this, but obviously political considerations, you know, were more important and were front and center.
And apparently, all of this was known during the vetting of Kamala Harris and her team, and they still picked this guy.
Anyway, it exploded now into the public consciousness.
This, you know, nonprofits siphon hundreds of millions of dollars from child nutrition, Medicaid housing programs.
And, you know, if you look at what happened on November 7th, we can go all the way back to 2016, Beating Our Future, the organization, according to the DOJ that was the mastermind behind a lot of this.
And again, this is reported on FoxNews.com.
And through the Minnesota Department of Education, they denied the application to be a sponsor in the state's child and adult care program.
And the agency ultimately approved the nonprofit.
And then, you know, you go on and on through participation in the federal nutrition program, they received $3.4 million in 2019.
Then it begins to grow exponentially during COVID.
Monthly tax reimbursements for meals, snack counts ballooned by 2,800% just between 2020 and 2021.
By April, you know, they claim to have grown to the point that around $32 million in reimbursements for 12 million meals and snacks for a single month.
And in total, you know, they opened 250 federal child nutrition sites throughout the state of Minnesota.
And the money just kept flowing and it didn't stop.
And concerns were stifled by claims of discrimination.
When in late 2020, the Minnesota Department of Education began scrutinizing the unlikely exponential growth.
You know, they sued, they were sued and arguing that this was all based on discrimination.
In early 2021, the FBI alerted the Minnesota Department of Education to allegations of kickbacks, fabricated invoices, fake meals, and of this particular organization.
On January 20th, 2022, federal agents executed search warrants at the nonprofits' offices, associated vendors uncovering evidence of shell companies, falsified records, widespread misuse of child nutrition funds.
The operation marked the first public confirmation of this criminal probe.
Then the fraud deepened when they got into what Dr. Oz talked about, and that is the housing and the autism expenditures.
I mean, this is where, you know, we're now talking about real money here.
Anyway, one program, the $70 million fraud, exposes how Democrats built a system designed to be robbed, but launched in 2020, they saw this surge from $2.6 million a year to more than $100 million a year by 2024.
I mean, when it comes to housing and autism, I'm sorry, you don't grow by that much.
You know, state payments for autism services balloon from about $6 million in 2018.
Dr. Oz believes it's gone as high as $400 million.
How do you grow?
How does it possibly grow that exponentially?
But, you know, well, we're going to see what happens, I guess, in the end here.
Now, we told you yesterday about, and I quoted the Minneapolis Star Tribune, a liberal newspaper yesterday on this program, and this was from July of 2019.
They raised the question because people say, wow, these are, you know, fast right-wing conspiracy people raising the question.
Well, not really.
As it relates to Congresswoman Omar's marital history and possible immigration fraud, during a deposition, Omar suggested she was unaware that she violated tax law by filing a married jointly return with the wrong husband.
How do you put the wrong husband on a tax return?
But I went into great specificity yesterday about what the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported in June of 2019 that given all of these new documents that were released at that time about the marital history and whether or not she was once married to a man, quote, possibly her own brother, their words, not mine, to skirt immigration laws.
Now, let's fast forward to today.
Justtheenews.com has pointed out and is quoting Tom Holman as saying that he's investigating whether or not Congresswoman Omar committed immigration fraud and is thereby in the country illegally.
Now, she first came to the U.S. with her family in the 1990s, according to her congressional biography.
Quote, we're pulling the records.
We're pulling the files, Holman said earlier this week.
We're looking at it.
I'm running this down this week.
And he said the DHS is conducting an extensive review of visa fraud within Minnesota's Somali community, which comes after the department claimed 50% of visas in Minnesota are fraudulent.
That's just part one.
Then if you go to the New York Post, I mean, it gets even more interesting.
Mystery has long swirled around Congresswoman Omar's marriage to Ahmed Elmai, to whom she was wed from 2009 to 2017, which various politicians on the right have called a sham.
This guy, Elmai, left the U.S. long before he was officially divorced.
And however, the Post can now reveal he's been studying in the U.K. and in South Africa.
She had a child with her first husband, Ahmed Hersai, while legally married to Elmai.
I know this gets confusing, but stick with me.
It's been speculated that they may be siblings.
Well, there's a way to figure that out in this day and age of DNA.
Sources indicate it was actually Elmai who needed help with emigrating to the U.S.
And the Somali blogger community leader told the Daily Mail in 2020 that he knew Omar growing up.
And he claimed that when Elmai blew into town in the late 2000s, the future congresswoman introduced him as her brother from London to members of the community.
So you have some witnesses that are on the record.
Again, I don't have any clue what's true and what's not true, but it certainly warrants an investigation.
I'll say that.
Then a marriage certificate reviewed by the Post showed that Omar and Elmai were married February 12, 2009.
That wedding held by a Christian minister, despite Omar being Muslim, was legally recognized under U.S. law, would have given Elmai a pathway to apply for a green card.
Anyway, they describe it as the odd couple wed in 09, but Omar continued to have children with her first husband.
Now, does that sound a little suspicious to you?
Sounds suspicious to me.
However, marriage fraud is a serious federal crime, punishable up to five years in prison and a $250,000 crime.
Now, back to James Comer, House Oversight Committee Chairman.
He said he is willing to subpoena the Minnesota governor Timmy Walls, Tampon Tim, over this fraud scheme in his state.
What did he know?
When did he know it?
And what about the whistleblowers that apparently were telling him that this is all going on and he didn't want to lift a finger and alienate a voting base in the state?
By the way, a new GAO analysis found that 58 dead people were now getting Obamacare subsidies.
But anyway, the House minority whipped Tom Emmer has called Congressman Omar one of the most duplicitous con artists I've ever seen.
I mean, this is beginning to crescendo.
Doesn't it sound like it, Linda?
I hope to God all of these people and her at the start go to prison.
I just don't know what's true and not true.
We do know this, that, and Oz has put down the wrong husband?
Really?
Let's just start with that.
It's an oversight.
Well, that's very judgmental.
Can you imagine if anybody else did that?
Sorry, wrong husband, wrong name.
Sorry.
Why are you being so hurtful?
Why are you being so mean?
It could have been an honest mistake.
Why aren't you giving us a husband?
There's not an honest bone in that woman's body.
Give me a break.
Well, come on.
I mean, everyone puts down.
You could easily make the mistake.
I don't know, remember who I'm married to.
It's insane.
So common sense has left the building.
No, no, no, no.
I mean, no, no, no.
You're being judgmental.
You're damn right.
All day, every day.
You're damn right.
I mean, how is that possible that you'd put down the wrong husband or the wrong wife?
It doesn't matter.
I mean, if this doesn't warrant a full, complete investigation, I don't know what does.
And the amount of money, as Newt said yesterday, we're talking about the largest ever in American history in terms of actual fraud.
How do you have 80% of children, according to Oz, that are now autistic in just this one community?
Somebody had to be orchestrating, organizing, educating people into how to get the most out of the system, don't you think?
I mean, common sense would.
Yeah, I think so.
Yeah.
Now, when you file, I don't know, some application and you have to put your husband's name down, I would find it perfectly acceptable if you omitted Anthony.
Absolutely.
What day is it?
Who's my husband today?
Let's see.
Let's get my Rolodex out and see who my husband is.
I don't know.
Do you have who is the husband?
My husband every day is Anthony.
Inquire changes.
It's crazy.
Well, is it possible that somebody could accidentally forget that?
Maybe you're being judgmental.
I'll tell you what.
If that's being judgmental, ding, ding, ding, you got a winner.
It is the most obscene thing I've heard.
It's ridiculous.
It's ridiculous.
It drives me insane.
Just everybody, just say what it is.
Just stop.
You can't make this Adam shift up.
You really can't.
