| The threats against ICE agents have gone up. | |
| According to the Department of Homeland Security, assault on ICE agents has jumped 413%. | |
| And we have entire networks we are leading that we are learning are organized that they cannot possibly possibly stop what is happening here because it's not illegal to dox these agents. | |
| And so anyway, the House minority leader Hakeem Jeffries is now threatening to unmask immigration customs enforcement agents saying Democrats will expose their identities no matter what it takes. | |
| And this is the speaker himself. | |
| He's the nephew of Leonard Jeffries. | |

| Many of whom work to undercover operations saying the Democrats will expose their identities no matter what it takes. | |
| During a press conference this week, Jeffries claims that Democrats would seek out the identities of ICE agents who work to enforce federal immigration law by locating, arresting, and deporting illegal aliens, often violent convicted criminals. | |
| Quote, every single ICE agent who is engaged in this aggressive overreach, who are trying to hide their identities from the American people, will be unsuccessful in doing that. | |
| Now, remember, this is now your radicalized Democratic Party. | |
| This is the one where last week AOC was saying that we should eliminate ICE. | |
| This is Dan Goldman. | |
| They didn't have any problem with the rioters in the summer of 2020, you know, wearing masks as they were, let's see, involved in rioting and looting and billions of dollars in property damage and two dozen dead Americans and thousands of injured cops. | |

| U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement ICE agents in Philly arrested a Russian national accused of being a member of al-Qaeda. | |
| We've been warning you. | |
| We'll get into this with my interview with Dan Bongino later in the program today. | |
| We have known terrorists. | |
| We have known Iranian assassination squads in the country. | |
| We have murderers, rapists. | |
| We have cartel members, gang members, drug dealers that were let in, and Democrats all lied and said the border was closed and secure, and they never once opened their mouths to say close the border, secure the border, vet people that come into our country, enforce the laws of the land, just the opposite. | |
| You know, all these sanctuary cities and towns in the country and states, they're all Democratic areas. | |
| Anyway, in this case of this Russian national accused of being a member of al-Qaeda, 39 years old, detained May 23rd, born in Tajikistan, a fugitive, wanted overseas. | |
| According to ICE, they said the man was first detained in San Yoshidro point of entry in California, March 23, and charged as an inadmissible alien under the Immigration and Nationality Act because he didn't have an immigrant visa. | |
| He was served a notice to appear before an immigration judge and then paroled into the U.S., which was pretty much the status quo. | |
| Let everybody in and we'll hope they show up for their court date and nobody ever shows up for their court date. | |
| That puts every one of you and your family's lives in jeopardy. | |
| Why during the campaign did they scroll the names of Americans that have been murdered and raped and victims of violent crime? | |
| You know, Donald Trump reached out to many of these families. | |
| Joe Biden did no such thing. | |
| You know, and Kamala Harris wanted taxpayer dollars being spent on sex change operations for illegal immigrants. | |
| And Tim Walz wanted taxpayer-funded college education by illegal immigrants. | |
| Is it any wonder assaults on ICE agents have jumped a whopping 413%? | |
| Tom Holman put it on his ex-account, a DHS post, a 413% increase in assaults. | |
| What's going to happen as this doxing now has gone mainstream with now the House minority leader, you know, basically saying he will unmask and dox and identify ICE agents and put their lives in jeopardy and doing it for what possible reason? | |
| Why would they allow people in this country unvetted in the first place? | |
| One House Democrat claims that Trump's immigration crackdown will leave Americans without anyone to wipe our asses. | |
| I'm not making that up either. | |
| Congresswoman Becca Ballant, a Democrat from Vermont, suggesting that President Trump's immigration crackdown will leave Vermonters without anyone around to wipe our asses. | |
| Does she hire people to wipe her backside? | |
| Apparently, I guess she does. | |
| But our economy is completely bound up in immigration, blah, blah, blah. | |
| ICE arrests of Biden illegals hit 2,200 in a single day. | |
| And we're only, if we were to get 3,000 a day, we're still not going to get anywhere near the number we need to get to ever. | |
| You know, we're talking about anywhere from 12 to 20 million unvetted Biden-Harris Majorkis illegals. | |
| They aided and abetted in all of the lawbreaking that has taken place. | |
| Now, no wonder, and President Trump deserves a lot of credit for this, is President Trump is banning visitors from terrorist-friendly nations from entering the U.S. | |
| And he used his presidential authority yesterday to ban travelers from global terrorist hotspots from obtaining visas into the U.S. | |
| And this recent terror attack in Boulder is like the last straw. | |
| It has underscored the extreme dangers that are posed to our country by the entry of foreign nationals who are not properly vetted, as well as those who come here as temporary visitors and overstay their visa, according to the Trump White House. | |
| We don't want them, he added. | |
| Now, we don't have a problem. | |
| If you come into the country legally, we have a chance to check your background and your associations and make sure you don't have radical ties. | |
| I think a health check in a post-pandemic world is a good idea. | |
| I think if you're going to come to America, you can't be a financial burden on the American people. | |
| We can't afford it with $37 trillion in debt. | |
| And by the way, why did the Arizona governor, Katie Hobbs, stupidly, you know, halt an effort to keep China from buying up land near military installations in the state of Arizona? | |
| This is just madness. | |
| And then we're finding out this Boulder suspect apparently saying Allahu Akbar before the attack. | |
| Remember those words infamously uttered on the tape of the 9-11 hijackers, but God is greater than the Zionists, apparently he uttered. | |
| And this is now a result of what has been a systemic effort to prioritize the rights of illegals over the safety and security of you, the American people. | |

| I just concluded a very good call with President Xi of China discussing some of the intricacies of our recently made and agreed to trade deal. | |

| There should no longer be any questions respecting the complexity of rare earth products. | |
| Our respective teams will be meeting shortly at a location to be determined. | |
| We will be represented by Howard Lutnick, who's the Commerce Secretary, by the Secretary of Treasury, Scott Besson, and the U.S. Trade Representative, Ambassador Jameson Greer. | |
| During the conversation, President Xi graciously invited the first lady and me to visit China, and I reciprocated. | |

| Anyway, the two were charged Tuesday with smuggling a fungus into the U.S. in 2024. | |
| The fungus is classified in the scientific literature as a potential agroterrorism weapon, meaning agriculture. | |

| That would be Joe Biden. | |

| That was designed to ferret out Chinese spies working at American universities. | |

| President announcing a positive breakthrough with China. | |
| Biden administration, we find out, funded the lab that employed the two Chinese scientists who tried to smuggle bioweapons into the U.S. | |
| And the Biden administration ended the Trump-China initiative, which was designed to ferret out Chinese spies. | |
| And then you have Democrats like Katie Hobbs, the governor of Arizona, vetoing a bill that would prevent Chinese nationals from buying land near military bases. | |
| You know, do you think that President Xi would let me buy some of their farmland or ranch land or land near their military bases? | |
| Hell no. | |
| Never happened. | |
| Why did we let that happen? | |
| Why did Joe Biden allow that to happen? | |
| Why do these Chinese nationals want to do it? | |
| Why did this all happen when Joe had open borders? | |
| You know, these Chinese scientists caught smuggling this dangerous agricultural fungus into the U.S. | |
| I mean, when you actually look at the University of Michigan researchers here, you know, it's capable of destroying crops and poisoning livestock and humans all at the same time. | |

| When Christopher Ray said it like the last six times when he went before the House of the Senate, you know, to me, it was a CYA because, well, see, I warned you, but meanwhile, he was the guy that did nothing to force the Biden administration to obey the laws of this land and not allow unvetted illegal immigrants, one after another after another, back into the country. | |
| And that's why President Trump put his travel ban back in effect, and including 12 countries, Afghanistan, Iran, Somalia, Libya, Yemen. | |
| Why? | |
| Because they're very high risk because of terrorist activity, weaker hostile governments, or high visa overstay rates. | |
| And that was a promise that the president made to the American people. | |
| And he said that the recent terror attack in Boulder is like the straw that broke the camel's back. | |
| He said, underscored the extreme dangers posed to our country by the entry of foreign nationals who were not properly vetted. | |
| Now, I like legal immigration. | |
| I wouldn't be here except for legal immigration because my four grandparents without a penny to their name came from Ireland. | |

| And so it just kind of makes sense. | |
| But they went through the process of coming here legally and they went through Ellis Island. | |
| I actually went and I wouldn't, me and my sisters, and we got the papers. | |
| I actually have all the paperwork from Ellis Island at the time. | |
| And this is where that Statute of Liberty means so much to so many people. | |
| And I don't mind where you come from. | |
| I don't care. | |
| I don't care where you come from around the world, but please, we need to do it legally. | |
| We need to do a background check. | |
| We need to see if you have radical associations. | |
| We need to do a health check, especially in a post-pandemic world. | |
| We also, because we need to keep Americans healthy, and we need to also do a financial means test. | |
| You can't come here and then rely on American taxpayers when we have $37 trillion in debt. | |
| We just can't afford it. | |
| By the way, the Army met their recruitment goals. | |
| More than 61,000 young Americans are now serving the country, inspired by purpose and patriotism. | |
| And by the way, this has not happened in some time. | |
| And I can tell you why. | |
| A lot of people did not want to serve under Joe Biden. | |
| They did not want to join a woke military. | |
| President Trump also banning international students from studying at Havid in the latest bombshell proclamation against this Ivy League institution. | |
| Can you imagine $53 billion, $53 billion that they have in an endowment, and yet they still want and think they are owed taxpayer dollars to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars that they got? | |
| Hundreds of millions of dollars. | |
| Why are we giving them a penny? | |
| They got plenty of money. | |
| They don't need our money. | |
| And they're getting a lot of their money. | |
| A lot of these Ivy League schools from nations in the Gulf that nobody, oh, Donald Trump, he got the plane from Qatar or Qatar. | |
| Depending, both pronunciations are correct. | |
| Actually, I found out the Qataris, or they actually tend to refer to it as Qatar more than we do, but both pronunciations are correct. | |
| And nobody noticed or cared that Qatar, we have our largest military base in the Gulf states in the Middle East. | |
| It's in Qatar. | |
| It's right there. | |
| Did you know that that government spent $8 billion on our military base? | |
| Why would they spend $8 billion and then give us a plane, which is $400 million? | |
| Because they want us there, because they buy our military equipment and they want to continue to be able to buy our military equipment because the research, money, and technology to create that military equipment comes from us and there is a high value on it. | |
| And us being there in the region creates a safety net for them and gives them security they would not otherwise have. | |
| And yeah, there's a price for them. | |
| It's a price associated, you know, with wanting to be safe and secure in a part of the world that still has a country like Iran. | |
| And by the way, we're getting very close to that decision. | |

| You know, this federal judge, Gordon P. Gallagher, directed the federal government to stop the deportation proceedings of Mohad Solomon's 41-year-old wife and their five children. | |

| James Boesberg is back, the Obama judge, specifically outlining the steps the Trump administration need to take, but said one week would be given for the government to outline how they intend to comply. | |
| Oh, gee, thanks for the week. | |
| You know, a Biden-back judge blocking the deportation of the Boulder family. | |
| And they got to have their rights. | |
| Illegals, by definition, don't have rights. | |
| Boesberg made headlines earlier this year for granting the first emergency restraining order. | |
| He was the guy that went against the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. | |
| He's the same guy. | |
| He's a leftist judge. | |
| This is now, they are trying to use the courts to usurp the constitutional authority duly granted to a duly elected president. | |
| That's what all of this is all about. | |
| And one positive note, a D.C. judge has dismissed the Democratic Party lawsuit, accusing the president of violating the FEC and trying to assert control over the independent federal election commission. | |
| The judge ruled that the three national Democratic committees lacked a concrete and imminent injury to justify suing now because they did not show Trump would violate election law. | |
| I mean, they just want Trump in court every second, every minute, every hour of every day. | |
| So it stymies the agenda that he was elected to enact. | |
| By the way, more good economic data on top of low inflation, on top of job availability, on top of consumer prices. | |
| Anyway, Commerce Department data shows U.S. trade deficit plunged in April. | |
| The trade gap fell by more than half in April as imports plunged. | |
| The data showed the U.S. registered a trade deficit of about $61 billion in April, a sharp decline from $140 billion the month before. | |
| And in the last two months, Donald Trump's been averaging about $25 billion in added revenues. | |
| And by the way, with all that said, the economy's never been in better shape. | |
| The Atlanta Fed projecting 4.6% GDP growth of the second quarter. | |
| You know, people are not really. | |
| Let me tell you, Americans are very, very savvy, and they're going to figure out ways to get product to market that is beyond creative because they're the creative people that thought of the idea in the first place. | |
| By the way, one thing to watch, and I want more cuts, by the way, and I think the Republicans can definitely do a second reconciliation bill, and certainly they can do it when they return to regular order and create their 2026 budget. | |
| But this bill, you know, one of the issues will deal with Obama's Affordable Care Act, which isn't affordable. | |
| That's just a phony name. | |
| But this Obamacare bill, what most people don't know that in practice, experts have pointed this out again and again, it's widely abused that marketplace customers underreport their income to obtain lower premiums. | |
| That costs taxpayers billions. | |
| This bill is rooting out that corruption in that loophole. | |
| House Republicans inserted provisions into the One Big Beautiful bill to address the corruption and the millions of people that have no business being on Medicaid, for example, and that will save all of us money and will stop being ripped off by people that are lying. | |
| The bill will make the Obamacare less prone to fraud, waste, and abuse and better ensure that the subsidies are going to eligible individuals that need the most. | |
| And Democrats, they're just like, they're cutting. | |
| No, they're cutting out the fraud, the people that lie about their income levels to get the subsidy. | |
| That's coming from all of you. | |
| And the bill would also require marketplace customers to re-enroll every year. | |
| Well, I have a health care plan with my employer, and guess what? | |
| I have to re-enroll every year. | |
| And they're saying that this requirement to re-enroll every year and reconfirm your chosen coverage is somehow an undue burden. | |
| I bet you everyone listening to my voice right now. | |
| It was interesting. | |
| Chucky Schumer sidestepped the question about whether he supported states giving illegal immigrants taxpayer-funded health insurance. | |
| Because the answer is he does, as every Democrat does. | |
