If you want to be a part of the program, you know, the the legacy of and we got into this with Bill O'Reilly, the legacy that of Joe Biden is a disaster, an unmitigated disaster.
And everything from the borders and all of the known terrorists and murderers, rapists, cartel members, gang members, drug dealers they've allowed into the country anywhere between 12 and 20 million.
Nobody even knows the actual number.
The disaster on the economy, the disaster on the border.
You know, how many times did they say over and over and over again the border is secure, the border is closed?
None of which is true.
They lied about the inflation being transitory.
They lied about Biden's cognitive state.
They lied about, frankly, they did nothing in terms of peace around the world.
They left Europe a mess.
They left the Mideast a mess.
They they literally enriched the Iranians.
The Europeans have enriched Putin and his war machine.
The Iranian war machine was enriched.
And now it's Donald Trump's job to fix this mess.
And now we have this whole investigation into the Biden, you know, I'm calling it dementia gate autopen scandal, uh, which we're gonna get to in just a second.
And as a result, we have the FBI spending a million manpower hours catching illegal immigrants since Donald Trump took office.
It's pretty unbelievable, but this is what they were saying at the time.
The United States will continue to enforce our laws and secure our border.
The border is in fact secure.
A record 221,000 migrants crossed into the U.S. last month.
Our border is secure.
We believe certainly that the border is secure.
1,300 uh migrants a day.
We have taken unprecedented action over the past year and a half to secure our border and rebuild a safer and orderly process system.
This year is on pace to be the deadliest year for migrants crossing into this region of Texas in recent memory.
The border is secure, the border is secure, and the border is not open.
Crossings are still at an all-time high with Border Patrol reporting more than 1.8 million apprehensions from October 2021 through July.
The border remains closed.
It is not open.
We are turning away the majority of adults, but the border is secure, the border is closed.
So we are offering solutions.
That's what the Biden Harris administration has been doing since day one.
The border is secure.
Oh, yeah, the border's secure.
No, the border's secure, the border's secure, the borders closed, borders secure, border secure.
They just flat out lied to us and didn't care at all about it.
Um, you know, we have Dan Bongino on Hannity tonight, and there are so many different issues, and I I I know there's a lot of chatter on the internet about well, did Epstein kill himself?
Where's the Epstein files?
And And I'm very confident I've known Dan Bongino for a long time.
I've known Cash Patel a long time.
I've known Pam Bondi a long time.
And I I think some people on social media, I don't know, and the privacy of anonymity in their basement and their underwear, they can say whatever they want and demand immediate results whenever they want.
There is one problem.
They inherited a country that has known terrorists, murderers, rapists, drug dealers, cartel members, gang members in the country.
Their first job is to keep us safe.
We'll get to we I believe they will be transparent on all of these things.
But the first job that they had to be involved in is securing the safety and security of the American people first.
And when you look at a million manpower hours, and they've only been in office since January 20th, that is a tremendous amount of resources.
Meanwhile, Christopher Le Ray simply just allowed them to break the law with impunity, as did the attorney general, and they did absolutely nothing.
They were too weaponized against Donald Trump.
I think we're going to learn a lot about that.
John Solomon wrote a piece about this on justthenews.com, investigative reporter, founder, editor-in-chief.
I don't think people are being fair, to be very honest with you, when you look at a million manpower hours just to catch illegals to try and get the terrorists before they act.
I mean, I was talking about this with Bill O'Reilly, you know, a Chinese researcher caught trying to smuggle potential bioweapons into the U.S. I I definitely want the Epstein files released.
I do.
I want them released as quickly as possible.
But I we've got to prioritize that those manpower hours at this moment.
Am I wrong?
No, you're right on the money.
Listen, I think when people see the full body of evidence, what I've seen, I think the Epstein suicide ruling will probably uphold.
And by the way, I'm a reporter who once investigated a prison suicide that turned out not to be one.
And in fact, the work I did helped the family win a settlement because the man was not hang himself.
He he killed uh he was killed by someone else.
And so there's a history you follow, there's an evidence you file.
I think when people see the full amount, they'll be more confident in the FBI's conclusion that Epstein killed himself.
Now, there are plenty of other important things about Epstein who were his friends who were who were benefiting from the the child uh and and and uh sex trafficking stuff that was going on.
Those are legitimate questions, and I think we'll get more evidence.
But in the meantime, the number one job of the FBI is to keep us all safe, and right now uh there is such a unknown factor of how many illegal immigrants in this country have ill intent for the country in those million hours that were spent by the FBI since January 20th, the day that Donald Trump took the oath of office.
More than 10,000 illegal immigrants have been arrested.
Almost all of these are people who are involved in human trafficking in gangs like MS-13, uh, in other uh drug trafficking or drug muling.
Uh these are the worst uh top one half percent of the illegals in the country.
The FBI is zeroing in quickly, they're working with law enforcement partners, they're right alongside of ICE and uh border patrol and some local law enforcement and DEA and Marshall Service.
This is how you want the FBI protecting you.
The people that are currently posing imminent danger in America, you want to get them off the ground, and that's what this operation is about.
A million man hours, five hundred and fifty-five agents and employees just in LA alone working on immigration roundups right now.
I want to know if they're able to recover well what I believe, and I'm um I'm I I have sources number one.
I don't know for sure.
You might know more than me, but my understanding is is they may have already or may have the ability to recover a lot of what the last uh FBI director had and wanted hidden and that might have been erased, and that would go back to the Mar-a-Lago raid.
That would go to, you know, coordination with Alvin Bragg, potentially.
That would go to Letitia James potentially.
That would go to Russia collusion potentially.
Um what are you hearing on that front?
And again, I'll ask Dan Bongino tonight.
Yeah, there is a stash of documents that were found uh off the books, so to speak, in the FBI.
They've been located by Cash Patel and Dan Bongino.
They're now being produced on a daily basis to Congress.
Congress will make them available.
Why do they go to Congress and not the public first?
Because Congress has had longstanding subpoenas and document requests for them, so they have to comply with the law that way.
You are also beginning to see significant evidence of the sort of investigations that could lead to serious accountability like criminal charges.
Over the weekend, uh I was able to confirm a story that said that the FBI has three separate cover-up plots that they're looking at in COVID.
One involving hiding of the origins, one involving uh hiding of evidence like taking government discussions offline on private email so they can't be found by Congress or the American public, and a third involving issues with the vaccine.
Three separate field offices, Cleveland, New York, and uh Baltimore working.
Now, why is that significant?
In the old days of James Comey and um and his successor, investigations like this were hauled into Washington and they were politicized.
Cash Patel told us I'm gonna let the field offices do the work.
That's what's happening in the COVID cover up investigations, and then there's also a grand jury beginning its work in Florida that is looking at some of the weaponization issues, particularly related to Jack Smith.
So early signs now that real accountability investigations that could result in things like criminal charges.
They're underway now.
There's activity going on, and I think people will begin to see the results of those investigations in the next several weeks and next several months.
I d I I I know for a fact that we will, and it's gonna involve not only uh what did they really know about COVID and was there purposeful disinformation uh put out to the American people, but maybe going back as far as Russia collusion, uh FISA abuse, uh the Mar-a-Lago raid, who was involved, uh, you know, uh w was there any pushback from any of the rank and file?
How were they treated?
Were they mistreated?
Um and a whole variety of issues.
I mean, I'll give you an example.
Uh Charles Grassley, and you you wrote about this, exposed the FBI's use of biased, completely fra fraudulent sources in this anti-traditional Catholic memo under the Biden administration.
Then we had, you know, the FBI now has to probe the attempt to impersonate Susie Wiles, who's the White House chief of staff, which is an enormous amount of time.
Uh and if anything, the Democrats are trying to make every part of this difficult.
But, you know, what about why why did they waste valuable resources going after moms and dads at school board meetings for crying out loud that were speaking out about school curriculum?
How stupid is that?
Yeah, well, that's what happened.
The FBI for most of the last four years, and quite frankly, all the way back to sixteen and seventeen, they were sidetracked on political bogus investigations, things like school board uh parents and uh the Russia collusion and and things like that.
And the country got more and more jeopardized, more and more unsafe with what was going across the border, with our eyes being taken off of China.
Remember, Joe Biden ends the FBI's China initiative, which was designed to root out scientists and academics coming into the country under China and potentially doing harm with us.
Joe Biden shuts that down.
Cash Patel restarts it a couple months ago, and what did we learn yesterday?
Two scientists walking around with uh bringing into the country a deadly pathogen that or uh a harmful pathogen that could harm our crops and create great catastrophe in the United States.
Those are the sort of things that we were blind on for four and five years.
Cash Patel now getting on top of it, Dan Begino getting on top of it.
And tomorrow we're gonna have a really good story.
You're not gonna be surprised when you see who is funding the scientists and the lab that that was involved in bringing those pathogens into the country.
Why why do you do that all the time?
That means I have to bring you back tomorrow.
Why don't you just tell me now and then I don't have to harass you for the next 24 hours?
Federal money that uh follows its way there.
We'll have a big story.
We followed the money trail like we do often.
You're gonna see federal money going to the Chinese entities that were involved with these scientists uh as they were working for uh Michigan and other places.
This is uh this has been going on for four and five years.
United States is basically funding some of the dangerous things that China is doing to our country.
Uh That's the sort of stuff that the FBI has to put on the front burner because it poses imminent threats now.
Even as we go back and unravel all the terrible things we've lived through the last eight years, imminent threats have to come first.
And I think that's the prioritization that's going on there.
I'd like to see a lot more released a lot sooner.
But I gotta tell you what, the first thing we want to do is make sure people are safe.
Yeah.
By the way, we saw this story today.
It was breaking.
Apparently, this uh kid in North Carolina teen suspended from school for using the term illegal alien, uh, will receive twenty thousand dollars in a public apology.
I mean, this is this is the type of madness that existed.
But meanwhile, let me go back, because you've always had great sources within the FBI.
Always.
And but you don't exp you don't tell us who they are, but uh, but obviously you do.
Was the rank in file being pressured in your view to do things that they never wanted to do?
Yes.
Absolutely, yes.
Let's go to one of the more famous things.
We actually broke it on your TV show a few years ago.
I think it's one of the best examples of the culture that was going on.
The FBI opened up on Mike Flynn back in 19 uh excuse me, back in 16 and 17 in January of 2017.
The case agent who had exhausted every possible lead, had debunked a lot of things.
In fact, some of the stuff they found out the informants were wrong, they'd given false stories on.
He concludes there's no reason to continue investigating Mike Flynn.
And he makes that recommendation, and his recommendation recommendation gets reversed on the seventh floor of the FBI, i.e.
the headquarters.
And then they open up on this effort to try to get him to lure him into an interview that they have no right to ask for because they have no evidence of criminality, in hopes that he'll lie, and then they can then have a crime crime that they can go and investigate.
And not only is the agent dismayed by this, he calls it a game of silly clue, right?
They're trying to put anybody in a row and call it a conspiracy, but his boss writes notes saying, what's our goal here?
To get to the truth or to try to create a crime that we can prosecute.
That was the mentality that so many agents chapter.
Now, a lot of things that stayed out of headquarters were in the field office, and they went fine.
But when Washington got involved, when James Comey and Andrew McCabe and uh Peter Struck and those people started getting involved, pulling these things out of the offices into Washington, politics got involved in core line agents who wanted to do the job the way they were trained in the academy.
They began to become angrier and more disillusioned, and that's how Sarah and I originally learned uh about uh unraveling Russia collusion.
We had these law enforcement sources that came and said, we're not investigating crimes, we're making up crimes for a political purpose.
We are turning tools.
Yeah.
And they had an insurance policy, didn't they?
And every everybody got away with it at the time.
Uh great work as always.
We appreciate it, and thanks for sharing it with us.
Uh, we look forward to your breaking news tomorrow.
Uh John Solomon, editor-in-chief, founder, and uh chief investigative reporter, JustinNews.com.
Thank you, sir.
When I told people, I was making a podcast about Benghazi.
Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked why.
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word.
One that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith, political warfare, and frankly, bullshit.
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up.
You put two and two together.
Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?
Benghazi is a rosetta stone for everything that's been going on for the last 20 years.
I'm Leon Nafok from Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries.
This is Fiasco Benghazi.
What difference at this point does it make?
Yes, that's right.
Locker up.

Hey, one way to save money in this, you know, still living under the Biden Harris economy and not sacrifice service at all is make the switch to Pure Talk with your cell phone service.
That's my cell phone provider, a veteran home company.
And the beauty is they use the same exact cell towers, the same 5G network as the big carriers.
You get the same service, and the average family, well, they save over a thousand dollars a year.
And they're also doing something else great.
They have partnered with another advertiser of ours that we love, Allegiance Flag, the highest quality American flag, 100% made right here in America, hand sewn in Charleston, South Carolina.
And their goal is to give veterans uh U.S. vets uh a thousand of these flags in time for the Fourth of July and other patriotic holidays.
Now their plans of Pure Talk start at just 25 bucks a month.
You get unlimited talk, unlimited text.
You get plenty of data, you get roaming, and you can enjoy and mobile hotspot, and the average family is paying half of their phone bill.
That's real money in your pocket.
Over a thousand dollars a year on average.
Pound two fifty.
Say the keyword save now, pound two fifty, keyword, save now.
The the switch is simple, fast, and easy.
Pound 250, keyword, saved now from Pure Talk, America's Wireless Company.
So we now have House Republicans, and we have the House Oversight Committee, Government Reform Committee, has now also included they had four Biden advisors and Biden's doctor, and they're trying to get to the bottom of this auto pen issue.
Now, they you know in in the last 90 days of the Biden administration, they had more autopen usage than in the previous three and a half months.
What did Joe know?
What did everybody else know?
Did Joe Biden approve of any of this?
And we need to get to the bottom of it because to me, this is the biggest presidential scandal, White House scandal we we have ever seen in history, and that is a concerted cover up of a president's cognitive decline with no knowledge of who was really pulling the strings and making decisions.
And we have a right to know who was, you know, covering this up from the American people, why they weren't honest with the American people, and who was actually making these decisions.
Now it turns out that the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee sent a letter to uh one of Joe Biden's longest serving aides, former senior advisor Mike Donlin, seeking a transcribed interview with him about reports that he worked to conceal Biden's inability to carry out the duties of the presidency while stepping in on decision making and other matters before cashing in as a campaign ad.
The panel sent letters seeking interviews to three other former aides.
Chief of Staff Ron Klein, uh communication senior advisor Anita Dunn.
Deputy Chief of Staff Bruce Reed.
And Special Counselor to the President, Steve Roschetti.
And so they're going hard.
They're going deep.
James Comer, Chairman of the Committee last night.
Here's what he said.
Here with more, someone leading his own investigation into this major scandal.
House Oversight Committee Chairman, James Comer's with us.
James Comer, let's start with you and say, okay, so you have been in touch with four people on his staff and his doctor.
What is the status of that?
And are you planning on calling a lot more people?
Uh yes.
Uh, but to answer your first question, uh, we've had communication uh for uh over a week now with their attorneys.
Uh we notified the four staffers and Dr. O'Connor uh ten days ago.
We've made rapid progress in ten days.
You have to give them an opportunity to come in voluntarily.
You have to give them an opportunity to hire an attorney, uh in other words, due process.
Uh they've hired attorneys.
Our staff attorneys have been communicating with their attorneys.
I'm very pleased to announce tonight that I expect a date uh to be announced very soon where every staffer will be coming forward uh and and answering questions voluntarily by our committee.
If for some reason they backtrack in the next 24 hours, then they will receive a subpoena and they know that.
With Dr. O'Connor, we have a call tomorrow with his attorneys.
I expect the same from Dr. O'Connor.
So this investigation is moving at a rapid pace, Sean, and you know that there's been uh a ton of information that's come out in the last seven days uh from from eyewitness accounts, uh, the tell all books, the tapper book, uh, people like Budajag, interviews that have surfaced where Joe Biden didn't know about executive orders he just signed.
So this investigation, I think is going to move at a pace that uh we're very pleased to see for a congressional investigation.
You said on this program that these people are lawyered up at this particular time.
Have you had conversations with their lawyers?
Will these people be under oath for these transcriptions?
Yes.
Uh if they come in voluntarily, uh they will they will uh you know have to sit down for interviews.
Uh the way a congressional transcribed interview goes, uh the majority party, which of course is the Republicans, will have an hour to ask questions.
Every member on the House Oversight Committee who wants to participate in that will participate in that along with our attorneys, and the Democrats get an hour.
We'll rotate back and forth until we ask all the questions.
These are very substantive.
If you lie to Congress, that's a felony.
Uh if they come in with a subpoena, then that'll be a deposition which is a little more formal.
But either way, if they say something that's not true, that's a felony, and they will be referred criminally to Pam Donde at the Department of Justice.
They know that.
Uh that's why they they've hired, you know, it looks to me like pretty pretty big time attorneys to come in.
Uh, and and now I can say tonight on your show, Sean, that we're moving on uh to the next batch of of people that we've identified that would have uh some responsibility of the autopin.
Uh the amount of information that's coming in is very rapid.
And with this investigation versus the last uh Biden influence pill investigation, we haven't thus far faced a weaponized left wing media because I think the left wing media knows that this was a cover-up, and I think there's a little bit of curiosity now as to who was actually running the country.
What about Josh Hawley suggesting on this show that in fact Secret Service agents said that Joe Biden was getting lost in his own closet?
Is that going to be investigated?
Will those service agents be asked?
Absolutely.
We're starting with these staffers that we know were the ones who manually put the documents in the autopin and pressed the power button to sign Joe Biden's signature.
Uh we want to know who told him to do what and when.
We want to know uh that Joe Biden actually gave the authority to do that, that Joe Biden was cognitively aware of what he was doing, if he even told them to use the autopin.
That's why we're bringing in Dr. O'Connor.
Uh, we all know that uh Dr. O'Connor uh continuously issued reports saying Joe Biden was a picture of health.
Everyone in America knows that wasn't true.
We saw that in the debate.
And as more information comes forward, uh, Dr. O'Connor is going to have a hard time explaining these uh brilliant reports of health that he was issuing on Joe Biden when he was president.
How high up uh in terms of the people in the higher positions of power in the in the Biden White House, do you think you will go?
And will you bring in the family members?
Will you bring in Dr. Joe Biden?
Will you bring in Hunter Biden?
Will you bring in Jim Biden?
If they're implicated as to uh having any part in the decision making process of using the autopin, then yes, they will be brought in.
Uh I can tell you with confidence people like Ron Klain uh will be asked to come in before our committee.
Uh we're we're uh moving at a rapid pace.
Uh, we feel confident that the negotiations with the first uh four staffers as well as Dr. O'Connor have gone well enough to where we can start the process of uh initiating the next batch of employees, and we're gonna follow the trail just like we followed the money trail and the Biden influence pedaling investigation.
We're gonna follow the trail of who said what and when with respect to the autopin because the amount of executive orders that were signed in the last 90 days of the Biden presidency is breathtaking.
I don't think the average American realizes how much activity there was in this White House at a time when almost every American now realizes that Joe Biden was completely checked out, and uh you're you're having executive orders that many of which, Sean, were used to Trump proof.
This administration making it harder for Donald Trump to to uh fulfill his his uh commitment to fulfill his agenda because he's getting you know, having to fight in court uh against all these executive orders that were signed by the autopin.
So this should be an investigation I think every American's gonna be interested in.
And and this time, I think that everyone in America is gonna step back and allow the oversight committee to be able to ask these questions because everybody wants to know the answers.
They know something bad was going on in the White House, they just don't know who was actually calling the shots.
I'd like to know who the person was that said, apparently quoted by Tapper and the other guy uh that made the suggestion that well, if he won the second term, uh we would just bring him out every so often to prove that he was still alive.
You know, proof of life.
Um that's that's chilling.
Um anyway, Chairman Comer, we appreciate your time.
We're gonna follow the story closely.
Uh could be the biggest presidential and White House scandal in our lifetime and in history.
Now that was last night.
And by the way, in case you're interested, if you don't think the midterm elections in November of 26th are important, yeah.
Jasmine Crockett is officially launched her bid to become the ranking member of the House Oversight Committee, calling the Trump presidency an existential crisis and already saying she has at the top of her agenda impeaching Donald Trump.
All right, back to our busy telephones, 800-941 Sean.
If you want to join us.
All right, our friend Moe the Liberal in Brooklyn, New York.
Mo, how are you holding up?
Are you depressed like most Democrats?
Are you hanging in there?
No, Sean.
I am far from depressed.
Are you kidding me?
Although I am very happy for you, Sean.
I can't believe you're flying around the world with the president.
You both of us have come a long way since we started.
Oh, but you used to, for 20 years, you've been telling me uh, oh, I'm the most dangerous man in America.
Do you still believe that?
Of course.
Of course.
Why?
Why am I dangerous?
I don't get that.
Sean, your ideas are not mine.
Conservatism was great when you had Bill Buckley and Goldberg, but it's not the same today.
We need to move on.
We need to uh join the world and economics.
Yeah, but but you but you guys hated Ronald Reagan.
You hated Bush.
You hated every Republican.
Wow, uh, what can I say, Sean?
You know, listen, I'm very upset here today.
Uh I can't I lost 3,000 videos to YouTube and Facebook because during the election, my my sites are very popular.
Somebody hacked in.
I can't get them back, Sean.
I've tried everything.
My free speech, they say they're out there somewhere, but I can't get to them.
I got nine.
I'm gonna defend your right to be wrong.
I'm gonna defend your right to post whatever crazy you know insane things you want to post.
I I didn't post anything.
People hacked into my thing and posted stuff.
I'm very welcome to my world, Mo.
my my private text messages were released.
Nobody seemed to care about that.
I didn't hear you calling saying, Sean, I'm sorry they invaded your privacy the way they have and released thousands of your personal text messages.
Well, I wish somebody would find my old videos.
They say they never go away and release them.
I I'm my mother, Sean.
98 videos.
I can't I'm heartbroken.
I've tried everything.
I've had conversations with them.
I don't know what to do.
That's 6,000 pieces of my work.
