If you want to be a part of the program, we'll get into this this whole discussion that did unfold earlier in the week when I asked Linda a simple question, and I I cannot get her to just acknowledge that she's wrong.
I think could I think we'll put a poll up on Hannity.com.
When I ask a simple question, how many points do you get when you kick a field goal?
Here's the exchange.
Didn't know what an extra point is.
It doesn't matter.
That was then.
This is now.
I've grown.
You didn't know how many points do you get for a field goal?
How many foot points you get for a field goal?
Sometimes one, sometimes two.
Wrong.
Sometimes three.
It was the wrong answer.
And she will not admit it.
And we'll get back into that later in the program.
You by the way, you're gonna stand by that answer.
I'm just curious, give her preview of coming attractions here.
Yes, I do.
You stand by that answer.
That for field gold, sometimes one.
Sometimes one point, sometimes two.
And then when I said wrong, then you add sometimes three.
You're standing by the answer.
I didn't add that.
No, no, no.
We'll get into this later.
I'm just gonna.
Which is what you do, and I wasn't done talking about it.
Of course I do.
I'm a talk show host.
That's my job.
Well, you I tell you what, that's why in number one.
So I was in the middle of getting to three, and you interrupt it between two and three.
So I was on my way.
Here's the problem.
For a field goal, there's only one answer.
It's not sometimes.
I know, but it's not some science.
Sometimes we call it field goal.
You know, it's this it's a little bit more.
There's only one field goal in football.
Only one.
No.
That's not true.
That's true.
In l listen.
In hard.
You shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.
I do know the truth.
My truth is is that.
My truth, what do you mean my truth is?
What does that mean my truth?
You sound like a leftist.
Well, you can eat the first thing.
First of all, that's very rude.
Don't say that.
You might as well just call me the devil himself.
The at the end of the day, I know that's very special words.
My God, I'm gonna you know what?
You don't even need a football jersey.
You need like king interrupter.
I'm literally gonna get you.
That's what I'm getting you next Christmas.
No, I want answer.
In your world, yes, in my world, I call field goal.
Oh, in the real world.
In the real world, there's only one answer.
How many points do you get for a football?
Uh for free for football.
For a field goal.
There's only one answer.
End of the field, there are different types of points that you get for different types of things.
A field goal is not an extra point.
A goal on the field gold is not a two-point conversion.
Right.
Well, I'm not going to be a good idea.
Field gold is a field goal.
So sometimes you get them with your feet, sometimes you throw them with your hands, sometimes you get it after a touchdown.
All these things have different names.
You know, I'm not going to be able to do that.
If you watch my TV show tonight, if well, then why don't you admit you just got it wrong and we can move on.
Well, I didn't get it wrong.
The answer is right.
It's just what you call it.
No, it's not what it's only no, no, no.
Everybody calls it the NFL calls it's a little bit more.
Here you go.
Like Irish people call bread plus over spaghetti sauce, but Italian people call it gravy.
It's the same thing.
It's just a different name.
Now, is one wrong?
Is one right?
We'll get we'll get into this later.
I I am going to bl I I I don't know what frustrates me more.
You know, this insanity of what we discovered this week with USAID and USAID, whatever you want to call it.
I mean, and the Democrats doubling down on this stup stupidity.
You know, we we, this is only one agency, and all of this money that was taken from you, the American taxpayer, and abused by these corrupt politicians, and the fact that they went through great pains to hide all of this from you, the American people.
The average American makes $66,000 a year.
Okay, that's not a lot of money.
And people are struggling to make ends meet.
Things have gotten particularly hard.
We have 56% of the country, 66% that if they had a thousand dollar emergency, that it would be catastrophic for them.
They wouldn't be able to deal with a $1,000 emergency.
And that can that can happen easily to somebody.
And I know what it's like.
I live paycheck to paycheck.
It's not fun.
And, you know, through the grace of God and hard work and persistence, you know, I was able to get into a more you know stable financial position, but you know, it takes time and persistence, and you know, you gotta you gotta have a willingness to work.
But I mean, the the idea that you know, they feel that this is justified, and then they then they've completely lost their mind this week.
And we'll get back into that, you know, throughout the course of the program, you know, today.
You know, it's unbelievable.
Send James in if you can.
And anyway, so um it's gotten so bad, they want to defend all of this foreign international money on an agenda that is can be summed up by woke, radical Green New Deal, you know, transgenderism, DEI initiatives, abortion, and it goes on from there.
And and this has been a great week for Republicans, and I'm gonna tell you why.
As they lash out at Donald Trump and they lash out at Elon Musk, who who did both of whom did this country a great service?
They showed you how little respect they have for you and your family, your hard work and the money you make and your tax dollars that you pay them.
This is pretty unbelievable.
You know, 66.9 million, you know, for transition initiatives for stabilization plus a program to increase stability in Somalia.
We just bombed Somalia because ISIS terrorists were there.
What is wrong with these people?
48.4 million for an international business initiatives corporation to support building the capacity of targeted government Liberia ministries.
It's it's it's insane.
This is madness.
And anyway, four-year $38 million contract to an undisclosed domestic entity.
This is for Ukraine.
God knows the amount of money.
When we get to the bottom of Ukraine spending, it is that too will shock the conscience.
You know, $66 million for the Iraq access to justice program, $27.4 million.
By the way, I don't know what this kemonics company is, but they keep showing up.
They made a fortune.
They made a fortune from USAID.
Never heard of this company before.
$53.8 million, you know, for biodiversity and climate change consulting services in West Africa, $22.8 million to African Latin America, Asian resistance for climate change, $31.2 million for climate change,
adaptation and water consulting services, $42 million to support the ability to plan, implement, communicate, effective programming and climate change, biodiversity, environment, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
What is all of this crap?
Another $40 million, UNICEF to galvanize the international community to come together to prevent the collapse of the education system in in Afghanistan when America's educational system is collapsing before our eyes.
You know, another $7.2 million safeguarding civic rights and freedoms in Afghanistan with a Taliban?
Are you kidding me?
How stupid Are we 4.9 million?
You know, uh, you know, for to work on climate resilience and renewable energy for Guatemalan entrepreneurs, three hundred and eleven million dollars for multi sectoral nutritional activity in Nigeria.
You don't think Americans that work hard on average and make sixty-six grand a year?
Should we be abusing their tax dollars this way?
No, the answer is no, we should not.
100 million to improve the conditions of conflict affected rural areas in a sustainable manner in Colombia, South America, you know, nine nine point.
Oh, and then we have a 109 million dollars to support power Africa program in Nigeria, 109 million.
Why don't we spend that on American veterans?
Why don't we spend that on the people in impacted by Hurricane Helene in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida that need help?
You know, it's a 29.5 million five-year program, you know, for biodiversity conservation, global climate change mitigation in Honduras, 11 million dollars.
Get this for China for cooperative agreement for U.S. China clean energy and a climate partnership to be carried out in China.
They're building coal powered fire plant uh uh coal powered uh what do you call them?
Power plants in China.
They're building five of them this year.
Why are we giving China a dime?
Why did Fauci and the NIH give them money, you know, to the knowing through the Eco Health Alliance?
$59 million to enable grain and oil seed farmers, you know, including those in marginalized and underserved groups with special focus on the disadvantaged female farmers in Ukraine.
This is madness.
49 million, you know, to help Ukrainians, including, you know, vulnerable, marginalized populations, two million for to strengthen trans led organizations to deliver gender affirming health care, advocate for improved quality access services, you know, and empowerment opportunities in Guatemala.
2 million to strengthen human rights, information integrity, equality, democracy for LGBTQ plus population in the Western Balkans.
You know, another million for an LGBTQ advisor position.
I I mean two million dollars to help with HIV epidemic control for key vulnerable populations, sex workers, their clients, their kids, men who have sex with men and transgender in the Congo.
Why are we spending taxpayer dollars on this?
And this is on time and I have you know eight more pages to read.
I'm not even I'm not even touching the surface here.
And then never forget the 20 million for the Sesame Street Show in Iraq, the 56 million to boost Egyptian and Tunisian tourism, 40 billion uh million dollars to build schools in Jordan.
We have crappy schools here, 11 million to tell the Vietnamese to stop burning trash, 45 million for DEI scholarships in Burma, 520 million for consultant-driven ESG investments in Africa, and don't forget we're paying for DEI musicals in Ireland and 2.5 million for electric vehicles in Vietnam and a transgender opera in Colombia and transgender comic books in Peru and uh and
2.5 million for DEI in Serbia.
I mean, this are you not getting angry?
Because you should be pretty pissed off because that's money that belongs in your pocket.
That's money that belongs for your kids' future.
And you wonder why we have 40 trillion dollars in in debt?
You wonder why 44.8 million, you know, so in in economic support for Venezuelan illegal immigrants In Colombia.
How insane is that?
All of this is insane.
Millions, you know, being spent for the Office of United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, you know, for indigenous peoples, Afro Colombians, women, LGBTQ.
I don't even know what I don't.
I can't even keep up with all the letters anymore.
I don't even know what they mean.
You know, then you have the 24 million for green transportation in the country of Georgia, 29 million for agricultural trade uh diversification program in Georgia.
18.9 million for financial innovation programs in Georgia, 20.7 million to promote citizen oriented justice in Georgia, 24 million for a green economy program contract award in Georgia.
Nearly 5 million in societal resilience in the face of disinformation in Kazakhstan.
Oh my gosh.
Man, this pisses me off.
I am sorry.
If you work hard, play by the rules, pay your taxes.
You're the people that get up hard, raise your kids.
You know, you you go off work your 12, 14 hour day, you try and tutor your kids, you feed your kids, you just climb into bed, you barely can keep your eyes open.
You deserve better than this.
And this is one agency.
Just wait.
This is why they hate Elon Musk.
This is why I love Elon Musk.
I like him even more than I did before.
We'll talk about him on the other side.
Hey there.
I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markovitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.
Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane.
That's why we started normally a podcast for people who are over the hysteria and just want clarity.
We talk about the issues that actually matter to the country without panic, without yelling, and with a healthy dose of humor.
We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional SAS.
You're our kind of people.
Catch new episodes of Normally every Tuesday and Thursday on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you listen.
I want to deal with Elon Musk for a second, because there's been a lot of hate directed in his direction in his direction.
And you think about what this man has done and accomplished in his life.
It is it's it's remarkable.
You know, there's a series, I think it's on the History Channel.
It's on one of those channels.
I don't know which one.
You could look it up.
And it's about the men that built America, the Henry Fords of the world, and the Carnegies and the Melons and the Rockefellers.
I'm not talking about what these families have become.
And I understand for those of you that you know don't believe in globalism.
Nobody wants out of globalist organizations more than me.
But however, you know, the things that they did to build the railway and automobiles and energy in this country, it's really remarkable.
And they were the real innovators in their time.
Well, we have an innovator in our time.
And his name is Elon Musk.
I don't know Elon Musk.
I don't know him.
I've talked to him.
I've had a good conversation with him.
I like him.
But I'm watching him volunteer, you know, for his country to do exactly what he's done this week.
And this is only one small agency.
And we find that these billions and billions of dollars, when it's all said and done, we're going to find hundreds of billions of dollars, maybe over a trillion, maybe more.
I don't know.
Of all this ridiculous, wasteful, fraudulent, corrupt, disgustingly corrupt abuse of your hard-earned tax dollars.
And Democrats are screaming like bloody murder.
He's not elected.
No, he's not elected.
He was appointed by the president.
He volunteered.
He's not getting paid.
If you listen to them and their friends in the state-run legacy media mob, you'd think he's Satan.
And that his intentions are, oh, he's an unelected billionaire.
You're right.
He's not elected.
Nobody in Trump's cabinet was elected.
They were appointed by the president.
And the president Would like to restore this country to constitutional order.
And that means limited government, greater freedom envisioned by our founders and our framers of this country.
You know, Republicans for so many decades have given lip service to, you know, cutting back on waste fraud and abuse and cutting the size and scope and influence of government.
There's never been any real attempt by the Republican Party to do it.
And now it's happening.
And every Republican should be doing backflips and be happy.
And we should be happy, and somebody like Elon Musk is willing to do this for his for his country.
He's the richest man in the world.
I saw an estimate, I think he's worth over 500 billion dollars.
Good for him.
I'm not jealous or resentful that people are successful in his life.
Then you look at...
Obviously, he's a genius.
He's a self-made billionaire, a first generation billionaire.
You know, a first generation immigrant from South Africa.
He embodies the American dream in every way in a shape, manner, and form.
I just want to set the record straight on this guy.
And I love that American dream.
I love the fact that that Elon Musk is sacrificing for our country and willing to give to our country as much as he's willing to give to our country.
I really am.
I think we're very, very blessed, and I think we're very fortunate that he's willing to do all of this.
Because we're all going to be the beneficiaries of all of this.
And we're going to finally, you know, root out the corruption that is within our government.
And we need to do so and do so desperately.
And that's what's happening right before our eyes.
And why is the left freaking out?
Because they're losing their power.
And this was their way of advancing their radicalism.
What is their radicalism?
Their radicalism is, you know, this green new deal, which is, you know, socialism, Marxism, statism, redistributionism, just given a green name, their woke agenda, you know, their trans everything agenda, the DEI agenda, their abortion agenda.
I just went through all the money, you know, that they've been spending.
But this isn't this is not for Americans when American schools are deteriorating, when we have to deport criminals from all over the country, known terrorists, cartel members, murderers, rapists at a time when we need to save Social Security and Medicare.
At a time we need to pay down the 40 trillion dollars in debt that both parties have put on our children and our grandchildren.
And, you know, you may not even realize this.
I said this on TV last night.
Every one of you, your life has been impacted by a guy by the name of Elon Musk.
And the fact that they hate him number one because he's associated with Trump.
They hate him for that reason.
But they hate him more because he exposed them.
He exposed, they've they've been hiding all of this.
They know what they've been doing.
You know, go back to his entire career.
This guy revolutionized electronic banking with PayPal.
He created a new form of high-speed internet using low orbit satellites, you know, which it's called Starlink, which is amazing.
You know, making fast, reliable internet accessible anywhere on earth.
Even helped the Ukrainians out.
And he helped the people in North Carolina out and Tennessee out after Hurricane Helene.
And he did it for free.
And he did the same thing.
It provided the only form of communication during the aftermath of the hurricane and the aftermath of the fires out in California.
He did that for free.
He reinvented space travel with SpaceX.
Now he's planning on going to Mars sometime by the end of next month.
It's not NASA.
It's going to be Elon Musk that tries to rescue these American rest uh astronauts that have been in space for nearly 300 days.
He's going to go save them.
Thank you, Elon.
We should say thank you.
We should say thank you for informing us and being transparent.
And in the coming months, you know, SpaceX will make this daring rescue.
Biden and Harris, you know, abandoned and stranded these people for nearly 300 days.
They were only supposed to be there eight days.
He spearheaded the development of affordable high performance electric vehicles through Tesla.
I thought liberals liked electric vehicles.
Apparently they don't like Elon Musk.
They hate being exposed and hate that he's with Donald Trump more than they love their their precious electric vehicles.
I have no problem with electric vehicles.
If I was ever going to buy an electric vehicle, I would want to buy a Tesla.
First of all, I have friends that own them and they love them.
And they they swear by them.
But I would buy it just because of all that he's done for the country.
You know, there's also, you know, his life-altering Neurolink, you know, the company that could one day solve our traffic problem.
I mean, I I don't even I I have a hard time.
These people that are so brilliant.
I have a hard time understanding how how deep they think.
And I'm fascinated by it, actually.
You know, and Elon Musk doesn't need this crap.
He doesn't need to hear people shrill all over television and all over the halls of Congress.
He's worth his billions and billions of dollars.
He doesn't need to work another day in his life by any stretch of the imagination.
You know, as Trump would say, you know, he can be on a tropical beach enjoying life.
But he decided to do this for the country that gave so much to him.
And I respect him for it.
And I'm grateful for it.
And, you know, he's he's he's found a way to pour through the numbers and the data and expose this federal bureaucracy and root out this waste fraud and abuse of your hard-earned tax dollars.
Now, you think he's doing this for himself?
No.
He's not benefiting from this.
No, he's getting he's getting the crap kicked out of him every day in the in the state-run legacy media mob.
You think he's doing this for any nefarious motive?
No, he's not.
Is he gonna go save the astronauts because you know, for any other reason they need to be saved, and he can do it.
I have every confidence he'll be able to do it, and I I pray that that is a successful recovery mission.
And I think he's come to love this country and understands it's the last great, is the it's the greatest country God ever gave man and the last great hope from man on this earth.
And we we have an opportunity that maybe comes around once every hundred years, 150 years, and Donald Trump has put in place a way to end Washington's out-of-control bureaucracy from top to bottom.
And we can hit the reset button and return to constitutional order.
You know, we don't need all these government agencies and programs and reckless foreign spending.
You know, all the abuse of your tax dollars.
The average American makes sixty-six grand a year, and they then you see you know, billions and billions of dollars being spent on woke and DEI and Green New Deal and transgenderism and LGBTQ and abortion in every other country but ours.
What have we we've been watching unelected and elected bureaucrats wasting all of this money, and now they try to hide it.
He got access to where they really spent the money, and he shared it with the American people by being transparent, and the establishment, if you will, the swamp, if you will, is screaming bloody murder.
And you know, all the DEI seminars and the transgender plays and even $10 million on meals for Al-Qaeda-linked terrorists.
That's another favorite of mine.
The biggest financial scandal in American history, and it's only phase one, and there's gonna be many, many phases to this.
Instead of being thankful, and I'm grateful to Elon Musk for doing this.
He doesn't have to do this.
I'm grateful.
I'm grateful for Donald Trump and him helping Donald Trump win.
I'm grateful that he's willing to serve his country this way.
I'm sorry that he has to go through all this crap.
You know, welcome, welcome to the world of being a political public figure.
I know all about it.
And the Democrats hate him for it.
They hate him.
And I'll tell you what he exposed more than anything.
That they don't care.
Democrats have claimed that they have a monopoly of compassion on the working men and women of this country.
And we're going after the billionaires.
Well, the billionaire is going to save you more money than any Democrat has ever saved in their entire, you know, however long they've served combined.
We discovered last year 236 billion dollars Biden spent on improper payments.
That's a quarter of a trillion dollars plus.
We have homeless vets.
We have Social Security and Medicare going towards insolvency.
We have a broken educational system.
You know, we have police departments that need to hire police and and to keep our towns and cities safe.
We need border patrol.
We need air traffic controllers.
You know, we we need to build out and and get all of the wealth of energy that we have in this country.
Anyway, it's it's disgusting how they're treating this guy.
Kamala lost, Trump won.
He sets the agenda, he leads the executive branch.
He legally rightly appointed Elon to do this.
Elon accepted.
And now it's time to clean out all the federal employees that are unwilling to carry out the president's agenda, and those that have corrupted our institutions, stolen our future from our kids and our grandkids, and be good stewards for you, the hardworking Americans, the people that really do make this country great.
Every American's conscience should be shocked at what we learned this week.
Disgusting.
We should demand every country pay that money back.
Anyway, one way to save money, and we're still under the Harris Biden economy to save money in these tough economic times and not sacrifice service.
Make the switch to my cell phone provider, Pure Talk, a veteran owned company.
Now, the beauty is they use the same exact 5G network, the same exact cell towers.
You get the same exact service, and you pay half the price.
Average family saves close to a thousand bucks a year.
That's real money.
You can also get a free phone from like the big carriers, Verizon ATT and T Mobile, but you're gonna get it for less than half the price.
And you know, whether you want an iPhone or a Samsung Galaxy, you get it for free with a qualifying plan of 45 bucks a month.
Now that includes unlimited talk and text, 25 gigs of data, mobile hotspot, roaming, and instead of a hundred plus dollars a month, you're gonna pay 45, and you get your free phone.
Make the switch.
It's simple, fast, and easy.
Take yourself, dial pound 250, say the keyword save now.
Claim your new iPhone or Galaxy with a qualifying purchase, and pound 250, keyword save now from Pure Talk.
They're America's wireless company.
Bold, inspired solutions for America.
Sean Hannity is on.
When we come back, a whistleblower for US AID or USAID is gonna join us.
Then we we've got to resolve whether or not Linda answered the question properly or not on you know how many points you get for a field goal.
We got to resolve it.
It's Super Bowl Sunday weekend.
You want smart political talk without the meltdowns?
We got you.
And I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
We've been around the block in media, and we're doing things differently.
Normally is about real conversations, thoughtful, try to be funny, grounded, and no panic.
We'll keep you informed and entertained without ruining your day.
