Coming up next, our final news roundup and information overload hour.
All right, news roundup information uh overload hour.
Toll-free here is our phone number.
It's 800 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program on this Friday.
Uh, you know, it's pretty amazing if you go back in time, all the appearances, Christopher Ray, FBI director, who has now resigned officially as of January with Donald Trump coming back into office, uh, which is a good thing because he did not do his job.
He did not restore the world's premier law enforcement agency back to its former greatness.
Hopefully, Cash Patel will do that.
I I have every belief that he will.
Uh, we can't weaponize our Department of Justice.
We can't weaponize our FBI, we can't weaponize our intelligence community.
We we can't politicize these departments, these agencies, and that's all happened under the Biden regime.
Uh one of the things that we're finding out, and I made the comment yesterday, I think the reason we found out yesterday uh in the IG's report about January 6th, that in fact there were 26 confidential human sources uh that were at the rally in DC.
Now, time after time, Christopher Ray was on Capitol Hill and was being asked specific questions about this.
Uh he did an interview with Brett Bear at one point, and here's his answer where he doesn't answer.
And the other Twitter question we get a lot is Did the FBI have undercover agents or paid informants or assets among the mob that stormed the Capitol on January 6th?
Well, as I'm sure you can appreciate, Brett, I can't really appropriately talk about when, where, and how we use confidential informants.
Is it classified?
Well, we have information that is uh about any number of topics that is law enforcement sensitive.
Uh, but you should not read into my inability to answer a question because of my obligations uh as that is a clue or a hint in any way about how accurate your readers um tweet is.
So he's telling Brett Bear won't answer the question if the FBI had assets at the Capitol on January the 6th.
Now, we found out there are 26 confidential human sources.
They did have human sources on the ground.
Uh apparently 17 of the 26 entered restricted areas, four entered the Capitol, three specifically deployed by the FBI to be at the rally, two were paid by the FBI, and none of them were arrested.
It shouldn't surprise you.
But, you know, now it's interesting to hear Benny Thompson.
Looks like we have one big cover-up, and now there's talk about giving Liz Cheney, you know, unconditional pardons.
Anyway, Jim Jordan is the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.
I'm sure there will be ongoing investigations regarding this, but let's get your first reaction to Christopher Ray and the fact that he wouldn't be honest and open with your committee.
Yeah, when when he was asked the question, Sean, where their assets there, the answer should have been yes, 26 of them.
Some of them, as you pointed out, paid to be there, reimbursed for coming there.
And remember, confidential human source, first of all, is a is a is a fancy name for spy.
These are people who get paid money for stitching and spying on fellow Americans.
And so you had 26 of them there, 17 in the restricted space, as you pointed out, four went into the Capitol.
They were not authorized to break the law.
They in fact did that, and none of them have been charged.
So this again, one more example of unequal application to law.
But I think what this report really raises is a bunch of questions.
How many of them are still confidential human sources?
How many are still on the FBI's payroll?
How did they enter the Capitol?
Did they go in in the first wave?
Did they go through it?
One of the broken windows.
How did they get into Capitol?
What kind of communications were they giving to the FBI while they were supposedly working for the FBI?
Those are the things we don't know that we need to get answers to, and I believe Cash Patel will do that for us and help the country in doing so.
You see, I believe the only reason that this came out, not only was the IG investigating, but the only reason it came out is because Ray is leaving, and he knows that Deep down in his heart that a lot of information is going to be coming out that he's that's not going to be favorable to him.
Am I wrong in my assumption?
I think you're exactly right.
And remember, there was not just this IG report this week, but there was one previous to, uh earlier in the week, before Chris Ray announced he was resigning, where the IG said when Chris Ray first took the job, the FBI was investigating a leak and they spied on members, uh excuse me, they spied on staff of Capitol Hill uh members.
And one of those staff members that was getting spied on surveillance getting the metadata that they were getting his metadata, the guy who's going to replace Chris uh Ray, Cash Patel.
So I don't think it's an accident that you had these two reports this week, and it happens to be the same week that Chris Ray announces he's uh he's resigning.
Where are the records from the January sixth committee?
Well, we're gonna find out.
Um back to the White House.
Um, so we'll have to find that out.
The good news is, uh, like like you, I think Cash Patel is exactly the guy for this job.
I think he is going to answer the questions we are raising here.
Uh questions the American people deserve to have answers to.
Um, and let's just hope he gets confirmed, and I think he's going to.
I think, you know, I I tell people, but for Cash Patel, we do not know how this all this stuff started against President Trump.
Clear back in 16 when the Clinton campaign hired Perkins Cuey Law Firm and hired Fusion GPS who hired a foreigner, Christopher Steele, to put together the fake false dossier that you talked about so much that they used to go the FBI Comey and this team used to go to the FISA court to get the warrant to spy on President Trump's campaign, but for Cash Patel working for then Chairman Devin Newton, we don't know this information.
That is exactly the kind of guy we want running this agency now.
Am I wrong in saying that this January sixth committee had a predetermined outcome and they selectively edited what they were telling the American people?
For example, they had eyewitness testimony.
They had the testimony, and correct me if I'm wrong, of the driver of President Trump that day, who said and was on the record telling this committee that he never tried to commandeer the vehicle.
Why was that guy not put in a hearing in prime time in this Hollywood production of Liz Cheney and Benny Thompson?
Uh why wasn't he featured and why was a hearsay witness featured instead to make it sound like Donald Trump did this?
And meanwhile, the person that was driving contradicted the story, and they knew that the whole time, didn't they?
Yeah, they did.
They they had a narrative that they wanted to project out there and and and portray this this this picture to the American people, which just wasn't accurate.
And it started from the get go.
Remember, that they said to uh Congressman Banks soon to be Senator Banks and myself, you can't be on the committee.
And I and after they had kind of there was a story in political saying, oh, that was fine.
Speaker McCarthy or then Leader McCarthy uh said that uh Mr. Banks and I were gonna be on the committee, and Pelosi's a story saying Postgre was going to be fine with that, and then that suddenly changes because we went out and started talking about the very things you highlighted here in this intro, things about Nancy Paul C and her not providing the type of of uh security presence that needed to be there on January 6th.
We were highlighting that in the press, and then the very next day she goes oh well, wait a minute, we're not gonna let Mr. Banks and Mr. Jordan serve on this uh this committee.
So from the get go, they had a specific narrative they were gonna tell the people, tell the American people that was not accurate.
And we caught him in numerous lies throughout this this uh this whole uh the whole uh hearing process, excuse me, the whole committee process, numerous lies, but that doesn't matter.
Now the truth is coming out.
Now the truth is coming out.
Why why would Benny Thompson want a preemptive pardon if he didn't do anything wrong?
I um I don't know that that President Biden sounds to me like he's afraid about the truth coming out and about selectively basically feeding the the American people a bunch of disinformation when they knew the truth.
Yeah.
And that this was this was a witch hunt from the get go.
And then it raises a bigger question.
What do we do about the the dirty disinformation Russian dossier bought and paid for by Hillary?
What do we do about that dossier being used to spy on Donald Trump and and ruining other people's lives?
Uh Carter Page in particular.
You know, what do we do about uh all of the abuse of power and the weaponization of in the Justice Department, the corruption and politicizing of the FBI and the intelligence committee?
What do we do about the 51 former Intel officials that knew nothing about the very real Hunter laptop, never examined it, but hold the American people at all the markings of Russian disinformation.
They knew nothing about it except Wink and Tony Blinken said that Joe Biden needed a talking point for a debate in the lead up three weeks before an election.
Yeah.
No, you stop it from happening again.
And that's what the American people voted uh for on November 5th.
That's President Trump's mission.
President Trump is not into exacting any type of retribution against people who did these wrong things, but we do have to make sure the American people have the truth.
And the way you do that is you put the right kind of leadership in these respective agencies who are going to get the truth to the American people.
But let me ask you, is it possible Benny Thompson and Liz Cheney committed crimes?
I I don't know that they did.
I I I doubt that they're crimes, but I do think they misled the American people, and we have to show all the things they said that were wrong, and here's the here's the proof, here's the facts.
And it started with this the inspector general reports this week.
They were in fact spying on Capitol Hill staffers.
One of those was Cash Patel, the guy who's going to now take over the FBI.
They were in fact, they did in fact have uh uh spies, confidential human sources there on the Capitol and at January 6th, who broke the law and were not prosecuted.
So you point out the facts and all these further questions we have, you have someone like Cash Patel help us get the answers to those questions so again that it doesn't happen in the future, and then you focus on getting our economy back on track, securing our border, doing all the things that President Trump promised the American people he was going to do.
That's how winning is the best retribution.
President Trump says that better than anyone and does that better than anyone.
Listen, I I tend to agree with you, and I I I don't want these these departments and agencies further weaponized, but I'm not sure how you prevent this from ever happening again, if God forbid they ever get back in power.
Yeah.
Well, you stay vigilant and let's uh the American people have a way of figuring it out and stopping this kind of stuff.
They they they they did it on November 5th, after eight years of this baloney, government being turned on the very people it's supposed to serve, government going after the Republican, the leader of the Republican Party, President Trump, and did all the things they did to him.
The American people said enough of this.
We want that guy back in power.
We want that guy back leaving our country.
That guy back is our commanding chief, and we want to keep Republicans in in the majority so that we can fix the problems that the left created.
All right, quick break, right back more with our friend.
He is the chairman of the very important House Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan of Ohio.
Then your call's coming up, 800-941 Sean, as we continue this Friday.
All right, we continue now.
He's the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, uh, Jim Jordan is with us from Ohio.
And my polyanness of believing that if Donald Trump secures the borders, gets rid of the known terrorists in this country, I'm not sure how we're gonna find them, the known cartel members, the known drug dealers in the country, gang members in the country, murderers, rapists, other violent criminals that Harris and Biden have led into the country.
If they get rid of DFund, dismantle no bail laws, if he's able to make America the most energy dominant country on earth, which I think goes a long way to solving inflation and our economic problems, our debt problems, it could shore up Social Security and Medicare.
If if Donald Trump restores American strength and rebuilds our military, uh, which we need desperately, eliminates woke from the military, DEI from the military, uh increases recruitment, which I think is going to take a lot of money, but I think we can bring in a lot of money through energy.
Um if he just accomplishes that to me, and and then we had two trillion dollars in in cutting out of waste fraud and abuse in departments that we never needed in return to constitutional order of limited government, greater freedom.
How real is that to you?
I think it's very real.
I mean, no, no, you know, I would say we make the job too complicated.
What'd you tell the voters you're gonna do when you ran for it?
If you win, go do what you said.
No one did it better than President Trump in His first term, and I'm convinced he's gonna have that same that same determination, same attitude, and get things done that he told the American people is gonna get done, and they elected him to do.
So let's just focus on that and stay focused on those common sense things.
Government more efficient, securing the border, getting our economy roaring and and and earning and turning and churning like it was before, getting that happen.
Just stay focused on that.
And President Trump is doing that, and he's as I said now a couple of times, he's putting people in these key positions who reflect the attitude the American people voted for on November 5th.
And that that to me is so darn important, and it's why it's so important to keep people get confirmed.
All right, last question.
Yes or no.
Based on everything we know about Joe Biden, Jim Biden and other uh Biden family members, uh, do you think it would be wise for Joe Biden to pardon himself and and these other family members?
I think he's gonna pardon his brother.
I really do.
Uh I don't know if it's a what about himself?
No, I don't think that's coming.
But uh, and I don't think President Trump and Pam Bondi and the Justice Department ever try to go after the uh former president, um, even though obviously that that wasn't the case with Jack Smith and Merrick Garland and the Biden administration.
Um I do think it's likely he pardoned his brother.
All right.
We appreciate your time.
He is the chairman of the very powerful important House Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan.
Thank you, sir.
All right, take care.
Merry Chris.
Merry Christmas.
Twenty-five now till the top of the hour, eight hundred nine four one Sean.
Your call's coming up in mere moments.
You know, the holidays, it can be really difficult for the kids that lost a mother or father in the line of duty.
Now, when Sergeant Steven Spland suffered a heart attack, he was on fire duty, you know, you were there through the Tunnels to Towers Foundation to lift this family up.
And you did it during last year's season of hope, which is going on again right now, uh, and with your help and your generosity, dozens and dozens of families have received the gift of a mortgage-free home or a specially adapted smart home for this holiday season, and through the Tunnel to Towers uh program, heroes, their families, those that sacrifice so much for all of us, our our communities, our cities, our country.
Well, guess what?
They are having the burden of a mortgage lifted off their shoulders, and they're placed in something called their home, and you do that for them.
It's our way of saying thank you.
And anyway, your generosity makes all of this this possible for people and frankly the darkest time in their life, and your gift to the foundation during the season of hope, it may be the most meaningful gift you give this holiday season.
Your kindness, your generosity is gonna bring help and hope to the heroes and their families who are so deserving of our gratitude.
Anyway, go to the Tunnel to Towers website.
It's the letter T, the number two, the letter T dot org, the letter T, the number two, the letter T dot org for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
Well, it's hard to explain.
It's inexplicable.
How is it possible that it's happening?
The left in this country continues to worship at the altar of this alleged assassin of the United Healthcare CEO.
In this case, it's squad member, squad leader, really the speaker of the House, uh, and Hakeem Jeffries is speaker and name only, and that would be AOC Alexandria Casio Cortez.
Here's her explaining how Americans view denied insurance claims as acts of violence in the wake of this assassination.
Listen.
All of that pain that people have experienced is being concentrated on this event.
And it's really important that we take a step back.
This is not to comment, and this is not to say that an act of violence is it is justified.
But I think for anyone who is confused or shocked or opposed, they need to understand that people interpret and feel and experience denied claims as an act of violence against them.
People go homeless over the financial devastation Of a diagnosis that doesn't get addressed, or you know, the amount that they're gonna have to cover with a surprise bill and things like that.
And uh when we kind of talk about how systems are violent in this country uh in this passive way, our privatized health care system is like that for a huge amount of Americans.
Well, if you if you don't like your plan, well, maybe you're stuck with the one Obamacare exchange that forty percent of the country only has one choice, uh, and there are many problems with our health care health care system, and they got dramatically worse because of Democrats and Barack Obama and Obamacare.
All right, let's get to our busy funds.
Let's go to New Orleans and New Orleans, as they say.
Anyway, John is with us.
John, how are you?
Glad you called.
I think you guys have the Super Bowl this year, isn't that true?
Uh yes, we do.
Uh, but if you don't mind like to you mind if I do a public service for people that are not familiar with New Orleans.
Whatever you do when you go to Bourbon Street, when you go to New Orleans, and you're out partying, and you're out drinking, and you're with your friends, and you're having a good time.
Whatever you do, don't drink a hurricane unless you want to be vomiting within the hour.
Is that good?
Is that good advice, John?
The trick is don't have more than one and sip it slowly.
You'll enjoy it a lot better.
I don't I wouldn't recommend and I don't think anybody's gonna take that part of your advice.
So my advice is to stay away all together.
That's like a long island iced tea.
Stay away from that too.
Uh anyway, what's on your mind today?
I have a concern with Biden and his what's called preemptive pardons, and the illegal immigration problem that uh President Trump will be facing uh when he comes in in um the new administration,
January twentieth, is that uh as unhinged as the present administration is, if whether or not Biden might consider a preemptive pardon for all the illegal immigr illegal aliens that he's allowed into the country during his administration that could cause problems for our court systems and the an immigration court systems if he
should decide to do something as uh unhinged as that.
What could Trump do to Boy that's you're you're raising a very tough legal issue and uh the power of the pardon is absolute.
So I'm not sure if there'd be a remedy for that.
That would be a scary scenario.
And he and he is sabotaging pretty much everything before Trump gets in.
I mean, if he would have but I'm not even sure they know the names of most of these people, so I don't know how you pardon people.
You know, if you don't know the names of them.
They know the names of some of them, but not all of them.
And uh that would be the single greatest most outrageous because in the process he'd be pardoning gang members, cartel members, known terrorists, we have terrorists in the country.
You know, what we're gonna we're gonna we're gonna give a preemptive pardon of what the trend day Aragua Venezuelan gang in 16 states that all them get get pardons, all the murderers get you know preemptive pardons, all the rapists, all the other violent criminals get preemptive pardons.
Uh I I it would probably be the end of the Democratic Party.
And I don't care how much opposition.
I I I don't see that happening, but you know what?
I don't know.
I mean, these people are radical, they are extreme, and that's why, you know, that's why I had such urgency in the lead up to this election.
I mean, I've I feel like this, you know, next week, at the end of next week, I'll begin my long vacation of the year.
Uh you know, I've been doing this a long time, but I don't think I worked any harder or cared any more, and I've always cared and I've always worked hard because it re I knew it was an inflection point.
I I thought if Kamala won it was a point of no return, and it's stuff like you know, the it the crazy idea that you just mentioned That stuff like that could happen because she did promise amnesty and of course free sex change operations for illegal immigrants.
So I guess if you're offering that taxpayer funded and taxpayer funded college and you know, four star hotels in New York City, I mean, I guess you're capable of anything.
But that's a scary thought, but I I I don't see any answer to that.
Anyway, appreciate the good call, 800-941 Sean, Rick, South Carolina next Sean Hannity Show.
Glad you called.
Hello.
Hello, what's going on, Rick?
How are you?
Hey, buddy, how are you doing?
Talking about drones.
Yes, sir.
Proud, I'm I'm glad to talk to you on the show, sir.
Been listening to you for a little while.
But uh, been hearing about these drones in New Jersey and New York.
I am a hobbyist drone flyer, and I've been told by law enforcement and military that if you are a hobbyist, you are not allowed to go three to five hundred feet.
If you do, you're supposed to fly or file a flight plan with FAA and let them know that you are flying in uh aircraft airspace, I would say, I guess, is what they're saying.
But it does become a risk for if you know, depending how high you go, and if you're near an airport airport, for example, I think there are ordinances and restrictions.
There are towns and cities that have you know certain ordinances and and restrictions, you can't fly them at all.
Um but that that sounds about right, but I mean you you do run the risk the higher you fly of maybe becoming you know a risk to you know, a helicopter or you know, a jet that just took off or a plane that just took off.
I mean, that is that is definitely a risk.
So you gotta be careful and responsible.
Not only that, but you also lose a risk of actually your drone uh disconnecting from your remote and it flying away by itself, and then God knows what's gonna happen.
So for that matter, you know, with everybody saying that these drones, nobody knows what's going on with these drones, nobody knows anything about them.
Uh why hasn't the military, why hasn't uh somebody stepped up and say, hey, we need to do some research, find out what these drones are doing, why they're doing what they're doing, and get them out of the sky.
Because to me, that's that you know, hearing about these drones in Nea I live in South Carolina, I haven't seen any yet, but down here, from what I understand, if we see drones like that flying around and they keep doing it, we're taking them down.
I mean, that's pretty if Donald Trump were president, I'm sure we would know the answer by now, and if it was a hostile regime, uh one of those drones would be on the ground, and the others would be out of the sky very quickly.
Uh anyway, appreciate it, Rick.
Uh, have fun.
Uh uh, I have a friend of mine's a drone operator, loves it.
Absolutely and is great at it.
Went to drone school.
He works at Fox, he's a drone camera operator, really good at it.
Um, okay, let's say hi to Jake.
He's in the state of New Jersey, and uh where all these drones have been spotted.
What's going on, Jake?
Have you seen one?
No, I haven't seen one yet, Sean.
How are you?
I'm good.
Glad you called.
I'll be honest, I'm a little freaked.
By the way, you're gonna your governor's an idiot.
Oh, he's such an idiot.
These drones are just flying over our heads.
I'm just curious, because there's either like three three things this could be.
It's either the deep state China and Iran, and I doubt it's Iran, because then they'd probably fly the drones over Israel, unless they're just scared of Bibi and not Biden.
But I don't know, John Kerb, I think is just making up things, and Lloyd Austin's probably sleeping because he might still be sick, and we gotta get an answer to this.
I'm just curious, Sean, what do you think it is?
China, the deep state or Iran.
Look, it's one of two things.
I don't know.
I really don't.
Now, either they're so incompetent that they don't know where they originated from, who's operating them, what their capabilities are, whether it has a payload, surveillance capability.
If they don't know, that is the more scary scenario for me, considering the first spotting was November the 18th.
Their lack of urgency raises a lot of questions in my mind.
Why why is there no urgency here?
So it's either they don't know or they're lying and they know damn well where they came from, and they're just not telling us.
You know, I would prefer Option B. However, I hate to be lied to, especially by our government.
But again, they lied about the Chinese spy balloon.
They lied about Joe's cognitive state.
They lied about the borders.
They lied about the economy.
They lied about inflation.
You know, they they've lied about a lot of things.
So lying would not shock me in this case.
Uh or, you know, uh, and if that uh it it maybe it's their drones.
I don't know.
Maybe it turns out to be ends up being much ado about nothing.
But the the longer they they just deny their very existence and the the Kirby's of the world, we can't corroborate that any of this at all is true.
It just all it's doing is infuriating people.
They had 49 sightings in your state of New Jersey uh this past Sunday.
Now, do you think 49 of your fellow uh neighbors in New Jersey are lying about what they saw and what they described and the videos that we're seeing and the pictures that people have taken.
You think those people are lying?
Because I don't think they're lying.
No, it can't, Sean.
It can't be fake.
They're real, there's it has to be real.
I'm just wondering, I want Tolegar, New Jersey.
We have to get rid of Murphy next year.
Also, do you think it could be like the deep state of the market?
You don't believe in those things.
No, I think uh it could be anybody, anything.
I have no idea.
It could be, you know, American drones, they could be doing a test.
Could it be China?
Sure.
Could it be Iran?
Jeff Van Drew thinks it's Iran.
Uh we have other Congress men and women that have speculated it's likely China.
We just had on Congressman Zach Nunn of Iowa, 80% of drones of are of this size are made in China and originate from there.
But if they don't know where they launch from and who's operating them and what they're capable of, that that should scare every American.
And either they know and they won't uh and they don't care, or they or they're just flat out lying.
And more as more and more time goes on, and then they showed this lack of urgency, the more convinced I am they're just flat out lying to us.
Otherwise, there would be major activity of our military to get to the bottom of it.
Anyway, I appreciate the call.
All the best, my friend.
All right, that's gonna wrap things up for today.
What on earth is going on with these drones?
