Hour two, Sean Hannity Show 800-941, Sean is on number.
If you want to be a part of the program, you know, it is amazing if you stand back and you think of all that Donald Trump has gone through, all that he has endured over the last nine years.
It really is remarkable.
From the minute this man came down the escalator and everything that he's had to go through, a weaponized Department of Justice, an FBI director that was dead set against him, Paisa abuse, and then, of course, a weaponized DOJ, 34 counts, the January 6th case, the documents case.
Nobody, you know, Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden had top secret classified information.
Nobody went after them.
And so finally, we get to a point where the American people were fed all of these lies, all the misinformation.
You know, many factual parts, aspects of a lot of these cases they never heard about.
Like most Americans, I could tell you right now, unless you listen to a show like this or watch Hannity the TV show, probably do not know that in the days leading up to January 6th, January 3rd, to be specific, there are five people on the record, four I have on tape.
Donald Trump, his chief of staff, Mark Meadows, the acting Defense Secretary, Miller, at the time, his chief of staff, Kash Patel, and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs, not exactly a fan of Donald Trump, General Milley, all on record acknowledging Donald Trump authorized the use of National Guard troops.
All of that was ignored.
Many of you will peacefully, patriotically, you know, march to the Capitol so your voices will be heard.
Everybody seems to forget that.
And we have this prime time theater, and we've learned a lot more as it relates to Liz Cheney and what it is that they put on a show with a predetermined outcome, but it didn't matter.
But with all that said, it gets announced that these cases have to be dropped.
And there's the meltdown by Democrats and their willing accomplices in the state-run legacy media mob.
Listen.
Well, look, I certainly understand why he did it, given the Department of Justice policy that you cannot prosecute a sitting president.
I think it is a shame for justice in this country.
Of course, now there's no accountability, either using the constitutional method of impeachment or the courts.
One of the things is we saw all these cases and they never broke through because the media is different.
We're also very worried about what will happen to the rule of law now that these signals are being sent to Trump's base.
You have one man who has managed to really escape justice in all of the various ways that feels very unsatisfying in terms of the rule of law in this country.
And it makes this more akin to regimes that we heretofore have denigrated.
You know, you want to talk about America was descending to third world status.
If you support constitutional order, you cannot support getting back at them because you can't allow this system to go on or we do become a banana republic.
And we've got to restore great institutions that have been politicized, like the FBI and the CIA, to their former greatness.
Christopher Ray had an opportunity.
He never did it, sadly.
You know, we had an opportunity, you know, the intelligence community that turned on Donald Trump.
It can't happen again.
And there's going to be a need for real reform in these agencies.
They don't belong involved in political influence.
They need to be involved in enforcing laws like our immigration laws.
Anyway, Greg Jarrett, Fox News legal analyst, best-selling authors with us.
Lee Smith, author of Disappearing the President Trump, Truth Social and the Fight for the Republic.
Welcome both of you to the program.
Greg, start with you.
Let's get your reaction to all of this.
You know, some people say that the rule of law is not perfect.
Our system of justice has blemishes.
I think it's deeper than that.
There is a cancer that has infected our system of justice.
And it begins with district attorneys who've politicized the law and judges who are so biased in their political views that they exercise that prejudice on defendants that they just don't like for political reasons.
And Donald Trump, of course, personifies that.
He's the epitome of the miscarriage of justice.
You know, the two cases that Jack Smith spent $50 million to bring should never have been filed.
No fair or neutral prosecutor would do that.
They were purely political.
They were legally weak, based completely on untested legal theories.
And they had all kinds of constitutional roadblocks.
And, you know, fortunately, the higher courts, such as the Supreme Court, do adhere to the rule of law.
And they blew a big hole in the J6 case on immunity grounds.
But they also said to the DOJ, you are misusing these obstruction of process charges, and that included the case against Donald Trump.
So in the end, there was nothing left of Jack Smith's misgotten cases.
The Florida judge had already tossed the documents prosecution because the special counsel was unconstitutionally appointed.
So as you and I were talking last night, I think Jack Smith really goes down in history as the face of biased prosecutors who abused their cherished and sacred powers.
This is a huge defeat, thankfully, for corrupt law fear.
And it's a win for Americans and our system of justice and a vindication of the rule of law.
But you think of all that he went through.
I mean, he went into this election, Lee Smith, where basically he was going to end up on one side or the other.
It was either going to be goes back to the White House, or I would say the odds would be very high he'd go to the big house.
And Greg mentioned, you know, the fact novel legal theories.
Think about the Alvin Bragg case in New York, 34 charges.
However, the statute of limitations had long passed.
There's never been a legal theory presented like this.
They prevented exculpatory evidence in that particular case.
The case should have been thrown out just based on the Supreme Court ruling that he made.
But think about this.
So they stacked these charges against Donald Trump for what was, what, a legal non-disclosure agreement.
I bet you the DA's office in New York probably has many of them that was put together by a lawyer and labeled a legal expense.
How did that become 34 counts against Donald Trump in a hostile venue against him?
Well, Sean, I think this shows exactly why Attorney General is far and away the most important position in the incoming Trump administration.
As you've been reporting since 2016, as Greg has been reporting since 2016, and as Greg's book shows, I've written about it as well.
Since 2016, the Department of Justice and FBI have been the heart of the anti-Trump operation.
We're going from Russellgate all the way through January 6th, Jack Smith's lawfare cases.
So the Attorney General has a very big job because the Attorney General is going to need to turn up all the different stuff that was done at the DOJ, all the stuff that was done at the FBI, as well as other agencies, Sean, including DHS, CIA, the State Department, all these things that we've been waiting for answers on.
And it's not only that.
At the same time, the AG right now, the nominee is Tam Bondi, who I hear very good things about.
I'm sure Greg will have much more insight on this, but the AG is going to have to clean out that department as well.
There is a huge number of very bad actors at DOJ, and they have to be cleaned out because it's not only about going back and figuring out why Donald Trump's first agenda was obstructed during his first term, but they have to clear the way for his second term agenda as well.
And that's going to include most significantly closing the borders and cleaning up elections.
That work has got to be carried by a decent DOJ.
Well, I mean, the fact that Joe Biden, Mayorkis, Kamala Harris institutionalized and aided and abetted in the lawbreaking of the border is a different issue.
And I'm not suggesting, I don't believe in lawfare the way they do, but if Donald Trump had, you know, done the law this way or didn't listen to a Supreme Court decision on student loan forgiveness, I promise you there'd be a very different reaction by Democrats and the media.
You know, one former Justice Department insider is now saying Donald Trump's return to the White House is, quote, the worst crisis ever in the history of the DOJ, Greg.
And I'm thinking about this.
They have been apparently trying to Trump-proof the DOJ by making appointments in the final year of the Biden administration in the event that Donald Trump won.
Is he going to be able to fire these people?
Yes, not all have civil service protections.
That'll be certainly sorted out.
But, you know, I think they need to move into the DOJ and on a case-by-case basis, start examining people and get rid of, as Lee says, the bad actors.
And, you know, there are so many, you know, you're going to need a calculator to keep track of them all.
You know, this is a Department of Justice that was once highly respected.
And, you know, under Merrick Garland, you know, he has absolutely ruined it.
The FBI, you're right, Christopher Wray could have fixed things after James Comey and Andrew McCabe and Peter Strzok devastated the integrity and the legitimacy of the FBI.
But it didn't happen.
And, you know, Ray allowed Merrick Garland's orders to invade Mar-a-Lago with an army of FBI agents based on nothing.
You know, the exclusive remedy.
Well, why didn't they raid Joe Biden's four locations where he had top secret classified information?
Why didn't they go after Hillary Clinton the same way?
Exactly.
That underscores the partisan point.
You know, the exclusive remedy for somebody who has a former president who has classified documents is civil, not criminal.
But, you know, these people at the DOJ, together with the FBI, transformed what should have been a simple civil remedy in front of a judge to enforce a subpoena into 31 indicted crimes.
You know, the higher courts are always a backstop, and that's what happened here.
You know, first the trial court judge, and then the appellate courts got involved.
And all of these cases, one by one, fell aside, save, but braggs.
And I guarantee you, if that case, those convictions ever get in front of an appellate court, they will be soundly reversed.
Yeah.
I'll give you the last word, Lee.
I don't know.
When I say that I revere our Constitution and I believe in limited government, greater freedom, getting rid of eliminating waste, fraud, and abuse, I also say we need to return to constitutional order and restore these agencies to their former greatness.
Is it possible?
Well, I certainly think so.
And that's one of the things that the president-elect and his administration has been charged with, restoring our constitutional order.
And because of that, Sean, they are going to be fighting him tooth and nail.
So while we celebrate not only the re-election of Donald Trump, and we're happy that Jack Smith has dropped these perverted perversions of law with these two cases, we also have to be looking into the future in the coming weeks and the coming months and indeed in the coming years ahead.
They are going to fight this president and his administration tooth and nail.
And so, you know, we all have to be prepared for that.
And I'm confident that the president's appointments are with that in mind, that he's bringing in fighters, people who know how to get the job done while taking an awful lot of income in.
All right, Lee Smith, we appreciate you being with us.
By the way, Lee's book is just out, Disappearing the President, Trump, Truth Social, and the Fight for the Republic.
It's on Amazon.com, Hannity.com, and bookstores around the country.
Greg Jarrett, Fox News, legal analyst, number one best-selling New York Times author in his own right.
Thank you both for being with us.
Thanks, Sean.
Appreciate it.
Thanks an author.
And thank you, guys.
Appreciate it.
All right, 800-941-Sean.
That's a number.
You want to be a part of the program.
All right.
It's been a long time.
Dr. Hannity is back I got a bad case left.
In Midtown, Manhattan, the doctor is in.
That's right.
Dr. Hannity's ready to help you with your relationships, your politics, anything you want to talk about.
1-800-941-7326.
Dr. Sean Hannity is open for business right now.
Obviously, it's been a long while since we've done it, considering it says from New York City, and I don't live in New York anymore.
This is Dr. Hannity from the free state of Florida.
All right.
So here's the deal.
What are you going to do?
You go to Thanksgiving dinner and you have woke, depressed liberal relatives that know you love Donald Trump.
I'm here to offer help.
Let's say hi to Jack in Wisconsin.
Jack, welcome, the good doctor.
And I'm not a real doctor in case anybody out there thinks so.
This is just a name for the show.
Anyway, I'm not a medical doctor.
Jack, how are you?
Good, Sean.
How are you?
What's going on, my friend?
What can I do for you?
What are you facing this Thanksgiving?
Well, I think I'm going to wear my Trump hat for sure.
Good.
My sister is a far left-wing liberal.
And when Bernie Sanders dropped out of the race when Hillary was running, she actually started bawling.
So after the election, she's pretty upset because she had, you know, Harris, all the Democrat signs out in her front yard.
And I texted her about a week after, and I said, hey, I got an extra Trump flag up here if you want to, you know, see an end saying how everybody's going to come raid your house if you're a Republican, you know, or whatever.
And I said, I got a Trump flag if you want to protect yourself from the Trump Nazis.
And she didn't give me a response.
So then Friday, about 10.30 this past weekend, I'm out in my garage messing around.
I got my Trump flag laying on the workbench because my neighbor's a big Democrat and I'm like, I don't want to spike the football too many.
And anyway, my wife comes out and she goes, what are you doing?
And I said, oh, I'm putting a grommet in this flag.
So there's two on top.
She goes, what for?
And I said, I'm going to go down and my sister's got four posts on her porch.
So I hung that Trump flag up on her, on her porch about 10.30 at night.
Oh, no, you didn't.
You didn't.
Oh, I did.
And you're going to have to have Thanksgiving dinner with your sister.
By the way, I'm not going to say it's mean.
I think it's actually kind of funny.
How'd she react to it?
Well, I texted her.
I said, oh, you know, at 10.30, I said, I might have had a couple beers.
And I said, you know, I've been kind of a bad brother in the past.
And the next morning, she texted me and said, well, I've been a bad sister, too.
No big deal.
Well, that was before she knew the flag was off there.
And about 15 minutes later, she texts me back, you FNA hole.
And Neil almost had a heart attack when he went out there to feed the squirrels.
Listen, you know, just remember this.
And this is my humble advice.
At the end of the day, we won.
Now, I've had, you know, I'm invested, obviously, in politics, and there have been elections.
You feel that it's a gut punch, but I always end up very quickly.
You know, I'm resilient.
I'm tough.
I can take a punch.
And I just, you know, my mind is, okay, you go back to the drawing board.
You learn from your mistakes.
And, you know, you just come back and you fight harder another day and you try to, you know, prevent the insanity of the left from taking hold of the country.
And unfortunately, we were not that successful this last four years.
They did a lot of damage, in my view, you know, starting with illegal immigration, the economy, energy, law and order, America's place in the world.
They did a lot of damage.
But, you know, I have all the hope in the world we're going to fix it.
And I would just, you know, make a joke about it with her.
And if you have to talk about other things, maybe turn on a football game, watch the Lions, the Cowboys, they usually play on Thanksgiving, you know, and just enjoy your time.
At the end of the day, you know in your head that you won.
Tell your sister, by the way, I send my love, all right?
And I really want you to say that.
By the way, I talked to Sean Hannity.
He wanted me to send his love to you.
And he's praying that you get out of your woke state.
Anyway, appreciate the call.
We're going to try and get as many calls in as we can.
Mike Ohio, what's up, Mike?
How are you?
Hey, I'm doing good in yourself.
I'm good, man.
What's going on?
So what crazy left-wing relatives are you dealing with?
My father and mother-in-law, they are both die-hard.
How do they say it?
Biden-Harris fans hate Trump.
But I have a rule in my house.
It's a standard rule of our whole family.
Whatever your opinion is, I respect you for that, but don't disrespect me for mine in my own home.
Yeah, I don't think, but by the way, if you think Sean Hannity's telling you to roll over, I'm not going to take it from anybody if they're going to be rude to me.
I'm not going to be rude to them.
I believe in the golden rule.
I want to be a better Christian every day.
And, you know, I'm not going to shove it in their face, maybe wear a MAGA hat.
If I had this situation, I don't have it, but I'd wear a MAGA hat just for kicks and giggles.
But if you have no sense of humor, that's your problem.
I have a picture because I think it's a very powerful thing when Trump got shot and he stood up with his fist, said fight, fight, fight with the American flag in the background.
I think that's a pretty powerful statement.
So I have a picture of him with that picture on one wall and Jesus the Lord on the other.
Oh my gosh.
That's going to be a double whammy for a woke leftist.
Oh yeah.
And I'm just going to tell them, if you don't like it, there's a door.
Don't let it hit you where the good Lord split you.
I totally get it.
It's their choice.
Good for you.
Mike, we appreciate it.
I think other people will take your advice.
Let's go.
All right, Cecilia's taking a different approach, the non-Linda approach.
Hi, Cecilia.
How are you?
Hey, hey, how are you?
Thanks for taking my call.
I appreciate it.
Thank you.
I'm a retired teacher of 29 years, and I'm a Mimi of 17 grandkids.
One's in heaven, so 16 on earth.
And I have three biological children and two bonus children.
And something that I've always asked them is, have you ever milked a cow, first of all?
So I'm going to ask you the same question.
Have you ever milked a cow?
I have not milked a cow.
I am embarrassed to say, because I should have milked a cow by now, but that was not one of my jobs.
Well, maybe now you will.
So if you milk a cow, what happens is that the cream, which is the richest part, that's the most desired part, and it comes to the top.
It separates from the milk at the bottom.
And so I always told my kids, my students, now my grandkids, you need to be the cream in life.
Be the cream and rise to the top.
You need to rise above it.
Don't stoop to their level.
You need to just be the best that you can be and rise above it.
And I really appreciate what you're encouraging people to do.
Don't give the other people that don't feel the same way as you, don't give them the pleasure of saying, oh, yeah, see, now you're being rude.
You're being hateful.
You're just, you know, if we do that, we're giving them exactly what they want, which is to bait us into stooping to their level.
Yeah, but there's nothing to bait them on.
They lost.
You know what?
At the end of the day, you have the satisfaction of knowing that all of their lies, propaganda, distortion, all their lawfare, all their misinformation failed.
So I take great confidence in that myself.
Yep.
And I feel like, you know, we are supposed to live by the golden rule.
We are, as Christians, supposed to be salt and light.
And if I stoop down to name-calling and mud slinging or potato, mashed potato slinging, then I'm not being the cream.
I'm not rising above it.
And another thing I told my kids when I was teaching is another version of the golden rule, treat others the way you want to be treated.
And I personally don't like to have my name called or have mud slung at me or anything else.
So I'm going to try to treat people the way I want to be treated.
And I'm just going to be the cream.
I'm going to rise to the top.
And I hope that more people can try to do that.
You have a beautiful Christian heart.
I think that's good advice for everybody.
I don't think people like Linda would follow that advice, but I know she's a good Christian deep down.
God bless you.
You are not what is wrong with America, Cecilia.
We appreciate you being with us.
Quick break, right back.
We'll continue.
All right, let's get back to our busy phones.
800-941-Sean, our number, if you want to be a part of the program.
Debbie, Texas, next, Sean Hannity Show.
Hey, Debbie, happy Thanksgiving.
Hey, Sean.
Thank you.
You too.
I just have a solution for taking care of those family members that are having a temper tantrum.
I'm going to shave my head.
I'm going to not have sex with my husband, all that.
You know, a five-year-old.
Can you answer a question that I'm not supposed to ask?
Okay.
If you're going to shave your head and pledge not to have sex with your husband, why do you need to stockpile abortion pills?
I'm just trying to figure it out.
I'm still trying to figure that out, but maybe they've got kids that they want to put them on.
I don't know.
I guess maybe they're saving it for another day, right?
Who knows?
All right.
What's on your mind?
Let them have their temper tantrum.
But I don't have any more family.
And I'm having Thanksgiving alone.
And they need to treasure their family while they have it.
You don't have any family at all, all you don't have anybody to go have Thanksgiving with?
No, I have two sisters and they're not around me.
And one of them we haven't spoken in over seven years.
You don't have a neighbor you can have Thanksgiving with?
Nobody's inviting you over.
You have friends?
Oh, yeah.
I have a friend that we're going to share a turkey dinner.
Yeah.
Okay.
Don't get a Swanson's one.
Get a real mini turkey.
Get a small turkey.
Okay.
11 pounds.
Yep.
It breaks my heart to hear that people will be alone on Thanksgiving.
I hate that.
I don't like that.
Well, I have memories.
Yeah.
Well, you're making me sad.
I wish you were in Florida.
I'd bring you to my house.
Oh.
I wouldn't.
Oh, you would.
My family's crazy, but they're like their dad.
And, you know, I'm not really crazy, but I'm definitely a strong patriarch figure, if you will.
There's no doubt about it.
Linda can testify to that part.
Well, listen, Debbie, God bless you.
Have a great Thanksgiving with your friend and know that we're thinking about you.
And we're all going to stop and pause and thank God for the many blessings that we often take for granted.
And one of the greatest blessings we all have is we live in the greatest country God gave man.
And as a result of that, we are blessed beyond measure.
And I'd be negligent if I didn't take a moment to thank all of you in this audience for what you did to help save this country and give us a chance to get it on the right track again.
And I would not have this microphone if it were not for all of you listening.
If you don't listen, you can fire me.
Three hours a day is all I ask in the daytime.
One hour at night is all I ask at night.
But, you know, I wouldn't have this honor of having a dream come true.
I never thought I'd be successful in this business ever.
And in that sense, if I were to write a book about gratitude, it would be called an undeserved life.
And that's one that you give all of me.
Is it hard at times?
Yeah, I have not even begun to talk about, you know, you think it's a little painful when all of your private text messages with Paul Manafort, Kaylee McEnany, let's see, Mark Meadows are made public and my freedom is invaded that way.
Yeah, it's not that pleasant, among many other things that I never spoke to you about.
But I am grateful that we live in the greatest country and that you give me this honor every day.
And we will try to continue to earn your listenership, viewership, every day and night by telling you truth that the legacy media mob won't tell you and will counter the lies that they do tell you.
That is my mission.
And right now, I'm ready to get my sleeves rolled up.
I'm going to rest a little bit over Thanksgiving and Christmas.
And then we're going to come back and we're going to hit the ground hard after the new year.
And I've got things planned that will blow you away that are really, really exciting.
It's going to be a very exciting January.
All right.
Got to take a quick break.
We'll check in with Miranda Devine.
We'll get her advice on this issue.
Probably take more of your calls, so stay right there.
800-941-Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program.
We got to get Linda involved in this.
Don't forget, Joe Bistardi told me that North Carolina is going to get whacked with really cold weather next week, and that FEMA has been denying claims for people that need the help the most.
Families are living in tents, and but for groups like Operation Hilo and Samaritan's Purse, people would be freezing and starving.
It is one of the most spectacular fails ever.
If you can go to our website and help these organizations out, because next week, these families are going to be in tents freezing their asses off while we're enjoying some time with our family.
Whatever you can do, please help these great organizations.
And I will be pointing this out to President Trump so he's fully aware when he gets into office that these people will get the help they deserve.
