Coming up next, our final news roundup and information overload hour.
All right, news roundup and information overload hour are toll-free numbers 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Look, there's one thing I haven't really spoken a lot about, but there are going to be events.
This is why I'm so against early voting and voting by mail.
I think we should have, I should think we should have Election Day as a national holiday.
I think we should have paper ballots.
I think we should have, well, first, I think you got to have proof of citizenship, voter ID, signature verification, chain of custody controls.
I think we should also have updated voter rolls every single month on top of partisan observers watching the voting in every precinct in the country all day and the vote counting all night.
But that's not going to happen.
It is the system that we are stuck with, not the one that we want.
But that's why I'm encouraging people to bank your vote, embrace voting early, even though it's not your first choice.
And voting by mail, you can't start out Election Day down hundreds of thousands of votes, in my view.
I mean, something may happen.
You may not be able to get out and vote at that point.
There are other things that can happen as well.
I fully expect that Jerome Powell at the Fed is going to lower probably significantly in September when the Fed meets interest rates to try to give a boost to the Harris Walls ticket in the lead up to the election.
Maybe he'll even go for two cuts.
I don't know.
I don't think it's going to be permanent because if you look at the economy, you know, the Federal Reserve is warning, by the way, that they're running out of cash, which is pretty interesting.
You see the price of everything you buy in every store you go to.
Inflation is through the roof, just updated by the St. Louis Fed.
Eggs up 110%.
Electricity 31%.
Bread, 27%.
Chicken breast, 21%.
Butter, 34%.
You want potato chips?
I don't recommend them, but up 28%.
White flour, up 29%.
Bacon up 18%.
Whole chicken up 25%.
Regular gas up 55%.
I mean, I can go on and on and on.
God forbid, if you like steak, you know, that's up 31%.
Or you drink coffee, that's up 37%.
Or you like pork chops, that's up 20%.
You like chocolate chip cookies?
40% up.
I mean, even yogurt, healthier, up 37%.
That really bothers Linda.
I mean, deeply bothers her.
Utility gas up, you know, 25.8%.
It just goes on and on and on.
So there are going to be other factors here.
I saw Home Depot warning that the pullback in consumer spending and Americans are delaying big projects.
They're seeing it in their business every day.
And costly bills now have hit a really big point.
The Financial Times shows 40% of the biggest manufacturing investments announced in the first year of the legislation have been delayed or paused indefinitely.
I mean, that's not helping Americans in any way, shape, matter, and form.
What happens with Iran and Israel?
We've been on pins and needles thinking that that is going to happen at any moment.
We keep hearing from the, quote, supreme leader that he wants to wipe out Israel and wipe it off the map and take out the IDF headquarters.
And then, of course, Hezbollah's ratcheted up their attacks out of Lebanon in the north, and, of course, Hamas in the south out of Gaza.
They've ratcheted up their attacks.
And here we are, you know, with people with known terror ties in the country that they have let free, and we have no idea where they are.
Kamala Harris, your borders are did that.
So these events, as they unfold, I would argue, are going to have a big impact on what happens in 83 days, although early voting starts in just 34 days.
Anyway, here to analyze all of this, David Schoen and Greg Jarrett.
Greg Jarrett, Fox News legal analyst.
David Schoen, civil rights liberties attorney, former counsel for President Trump.
Welcome both of you.
David, start with you.
I mean, I got to imagine that the woman that says we should have the courage not to say radical Islamic terrorism or have the courage not to say illegal alien, I think, is in a bit of a pickle if all hell breaks loose in the Middle East on top of everything we've witnessed in the war in Europe with Ukraine and Russia.
Well, I think this is a pressing issue.
I mean, I think the American people need to know now how she's going to perform as commander-in-chief, God forbid, if they were to win the election.
It's unimaginable.
We empowered Iran since the Biden administration came in.
Remember, President Trump bankrupted them.
They were really reeling at that time.
Now they're a player in the world.
They're terrorizing the world.
We know now, frankly, that Iran is funding a lot of the violent demonstrations in this country.
There's a report out July 9th, 2024 from the Director of National Intelligence saying that these student protests and other violent actions going on around the country are being funded by Iran.
Our government has acknowledged that.
But they go on to be politically correct and say, we're sure that people are well-meaning here.
They may not even know that they're funded by Iran.
But these are the people.
Look, one of them we know now, two of them are cozying up to vice presidential candidate Governor Walls.
He's appeared three to five times with Assad Zaman, the Muslim American Society, who endorses Hamas, has spoken in favor of this violence.
He's appeared with Hatem Bazian, who's the founder of the BDS movement.
All of this.
We cannot tolerate this kind of appeasement toward Iran and all of that.
And that's what we're facing now.
I would imagine that it's almost a certainty that a lot of this is going to come to a head, Greg Jarrett.
And I can add one other thing to my list.
We have a sentencing come late September in the case against Donald Trump.
And this is the 34 counts of the upcharge felony of a misdemeanor, non-disclosure agreement whose statute of limitations had expired.
That they pushed using this novel legal theory.
I think they have a problem with that case because the evidence or information entered into evidence in that case also included the time that the president was in office.
That would cause, I believe, any honest judge to vacate the verdict.
And if they were going to start again, start again.
But I don't think Judge Mershawn's going to be give a damn about what the Supreme Court says.
It's my own opinion.
He's never shown any willingness to be fair to Donald Trump.
No, he doesn't care.
But in the long run, this case will be overturned, the conviction.
And, you know, Trump.
Maybe not before the election.
That's the point.
People think he's convicted.
And what are they going to put him in jail?
Are they going to put an ankle bracelet on him?
Are they going to confine him to Mar-a-Lago and not let him campaign?
Is any of that a possibility?
No, it's not a possibility.
New York law doesn't support that.
But, you know, David makes a really great point.
I find it revealing that Kamala Harris boycotted Netanyahu's speech to Congress.
And it's too bad she might have actually learned something because she's a ranked novice when it comes to foreign policy.
And instead, she continues in her remarks to capitulate to the anti-Semitic crowd that condemns Israel at every turn.
You know, in the past, she's talked about the human suffering of Palestinians, but she said precious little about the horrors that have been endured by Israelis who are under constant threat and attack by terrorists.
You know, Kamala seems to sympathize with Gazans and Hamas.
She rejected Josh Sapiro as her running mate.
That was quite revealing.
And as president of the United States, I think for Israel and the Jewish people, she'd be a disaster.
She's chronically uninformed on dangerous Middle East geopolitics.
Why?
Because she has zero foreign policy experience and knowledge.
As I say, she's a novice on international relations.
She once bragged in an interview she'd never been to Europe.
My Lord.
But she has adopted this meaningless, contradictory rhetoric that is so duplicitous and confusing, nobody can figure it out.
Does she really comprehend the peril posed by Hamas and Hezbollah and Tehran?
Nobody knows because she doesn't answer questions, give interviews or press conferences, nor does she bother to articulate any clear foreign policy statement.
She is a blank slate, much like her brain.
And of course, the slavishly lazy national media lets her get away with it because they're too busy anointing her as a combo of Mother Teresa and Florence Nightingale.
But, you know, Sean, you can bet Iran is hoping that Harris is our next president because she will adopt, as you say, policies of appeasement, enabling Tehran to escalate their nuclear weapons program.
That is incredibly dangerous.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Ham.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.

All right, we continue with Greg Jarrett and David Schoner with us.
How are people not alarmed by somebody that has said that she wants all of us to have the courage not to use the term radical Islamic terrorism or the term illegal alien?
I mean, we see what her unvetted, illegal immigrants in this country are doing in terms of rape and murder.
They never seem to address that.
Other crimes that they're committed, the high cost, you know, her wanting to decriminalize this and defund ICE and offer free health care and education and housing to illegal immigrants.
And you get driver's licenses from a running mate in Minnesota, Tim Walz.
I'm just having a hard time understanding what part of this people are not seeing is dangerous to David Schoen.
I think it's very dangerous to the media world coverage for the most part.
This is why you perform such a tremendous service.
Listen, she was caught the other day saying to someone by way of appeasement that she would consider an arms embargo on Israel.
All of this stuff is political correctness.
Whenever we talk about rampant anti-Semitism, violence against Jews, her crowd feels they have to also throw in their Islamophobia.
Islamophobia would be a meritless sort of fear.
What we're facing right now is literally Islamic terrorism in this country.
There's an article out, you know, Hamas is here already.
I'm telling you, I have five cases right now in different parts of the country on behalf of victims of the Hamas atrocities of October 7th.
We can document in there funding from Iran.
We can document that on October 7th and October 8th, the materials were already there for Students for Justice in Palestine, so-called, to distribute already, supporting Hamas and attacking Israel.
So it's a very real threat.
We cannot have her defending this country.
President Trump, again, spoke strongly when he was in office and he took action.
He acted on principle against Iran.
He bolstered NATO by making them pay their share.
He stood up for America and American interests.
We can't have this appeasement going on.
You know, they instituted a program now with this guy, Elon Goldenberg, imposing sanctions against Israelis who dare to even speak against or advocate against the Biden plan for two-state solution and so on.
Raises tremendous First Amendment issues.
But again, this is appeasement for Dearborn.
They've said, quite frankly, that they feel they're losing.
Van Jones said it on CNN.
There's a part of the Democratic Party that feels that the left wing is being lost.
Islamists, Arabs within the party are being lost, and there's a real strain of anti-Semitism running through the party now.
That's very dangerous.
Well, it's even worse than that.
I mean, you have Tim Walz who praises this radical imam.
Now, this is the guy that that on October 7th, you know, ignored the murder, the rape, the kidnapping, the brutality, the beheading, the beheadings that took place and on innocent Israelis and declared that his organization stood in solidarity with Palestinians against Israeli attacks.
I mean, justifying radical terrorism.
This is the guy that also, you know, has been scrutinized not only for his support of Hamas and anti-Semitic beliefs, but is also sharing of the terrorist group's press releases and linked to the website for Adolf Hitler, the greatest story never told.
Greg, let's get your take.
Yeah, I mean, Tim Walz has close ties to this Iman.
Five times we know if he met with him.
He called him a master teacher.
Zaman $100,000 in funds to them.
He pledged his support for Palestinians after the massacre.
He condemned Israel for apartheid.
He's pro-Hamas.
He previously promoted this neo-Nazi propaganda film.
Zaman peddles hate and radicalism, and yet Waltz appears to be unbothered to keep his company.
And he also shares the stage with this anti-Semitic scholar, Basian, who has defended terrorism against Israel.
So Tim Waltz has pushed Kamala's campaign even further to the progressive left, as if that's even possible.
And then, of course, I'm glad David brought up Goldenberg.
You know, you couldn't have picked the worst person to be her liaison to the Jewish community, yet Kamala picks him.
He is a self-loathing left-wing extremist.
He thinks everything that Israel and Netanyahu do is wrong.
He's a Palestinian sympathizer.
You know, to him, Israel is the villain, not the victim, of Hamas atrocities of mass murder.
And instead of targeting the terrorists based on obvious evidence, Goldenberg wants to target innocent Jews based on this flimsy, one-sided defense.
It's not remotely credible, but it speaks volumes about Kamala.
That's why we have the Kamala Walls files.

One of the incredible missions of Pre-Born is simply an introduction.
They use the science of 4D ultrasound to introduce expecting moms to the miracle, the majesty of birth within them when they're pregnant, and they offer all other services as well.
They really put their money where their mouth is.
They've always known that abortion is a heart issue.
And literally, they're showing expecting moms the hearts beating of the children that are growing within them.
And Linda's having tremendous success.
That's right.
Always remember the choice that you have.
You have a choice to vote against Kamala and against Tim Walz and against Planned Parenthood because they want to take away the life inside of you before you even have an opportunity to meet that precious little someone who's going to change your life forever.
And Pre-Born doesn't want to do that.
Pre-born wants to say, hey, for $28, you can see this little thing inside of you that is going to turn into the most important thing in your life.
And they tell you all the stories on their website.
They're showing you where their money is going, unlike the left that has total unaccountability and we don't know where anything goes.
So go to preborn.com now and donate.
It's worth it, and it's tax deductible.
Preborn.com/slash Hannity, or you can dial pound250, say the keyword baby, preborn.com/slash Hannity or Pound250 keyword baby.
I did notice, you know, all these news organizations are so corrupt.
CBS News attacks Donald Trump's no tax on tips proposal until Kamala Harris copies him.
You can't make it up.
You know, we had the Colbert audience laughing.
Nobody really watches late-night comedians anymore because they're not funny.
They watch Greg Gutfeld over at Fox News because he's actually funny and goes after everybody.
And he didn't ignore Joe's cognitive decline the way they did on Colbert and Fallon and Jimmy Kimmel.
They're just not funny anymore.
They've become political commentators of the hardcore left wing, and their audiences have diminished to next to nothing.
And then it's just not funny.
And he was trying to be serious.
He didn't even, he wasn't even trying to get kicks and giggles and a laugh, which is what his job should be.
And he referred to fake news CNN as objective after the news anchor went on a rant about Donald Trump, and she seemed to relish in her personal opinion that 45 is struggling with how to attack Kamala Harris on the campaign trail.
And meanwhile, the audience, which is liberal in New York, starts laughing.
It's kind of been this moment where he has not been able to coalesce around a single attack line.
I know you guys are objective over there, that you just report the news as it is.
Oh, I know.
CNN makes it that noise.
Is that supposed to be a lab live?
It wasn't supposed to be, but I guess it is.
I guess it is.
I fell into a laugh.
It's so frustrating.
The media is so, so corrupt.
It's provided.
And there's like, you know, I've read years ago a book called The Synthesis of Russian Mind Control Techniques.
And it's like, you know, groupthink and Alinskyism on steroids and human growth hormone.
And it's happening before our eyes.
It's chilling to watch.
Once your eyes are open to truth, they don't close.
You can't unsee that which you know to be true.
And then that's the beauty of things.
I'll tell you what else is chilling because America is now flirting with the type of socialism, radicalism, statism that has been tried the world over.
I keep reminding people, I don't know why they would ever put their faith, hope, and trust in government because, you know, what is government running efficiently?
How's the post office working out for you?
And no offense against postal employees.
I know a number of them.
Everyone that I've ever met, I love and I get to know and I like, and I have a great relationship with them, but not exactly the most efficient.
And secondly, you know, how's Social Security and Medicare?
They're both headed towards insolvency.
Whatever happened to the lockbox you were promised?
What happened to the promise of keep your doctor, keep your plan, and save on average $2,500 a year per family?
Well, millions of Americans lost their doctors.
Millions lost their plans.
You have tens and tens of millions that have one Obamacare exchange option only, and everybody's paying 250 to 300% more than they were paying in spite of the promise to save money.
And you see, this is the socialized European model that is failing spectacularly.
And, you know, now we see, you know, look at the European Union letter to Elon Musk.
I mean, it's absolutely chilling.
They want to go after Elon Musk for what people post on X.
I happen to like Elon Musk.
I mean, he's eccentric.
There's no doubt about it.
But the guy's brilliant.
He's a great innovator in our own time.
I find him pretty fascinating as a character.
And, you know, Starlink is brilliant.
Tesla is brilliant.
Everything that this guy gets involved in, I mean, is just fascinating to watch.
And anyway, so we now have real efforts to silence freedom of speech.
And Europe now wants to impact speech in America.
I mean, when a real government gets returned to power in the UK, there's got to be a review.
You know, you had, what was this, the barrister?
Is that what they call this guy that sentenced this woman because of a Facebook post, Linda, in Great Britain?
And what did she get?
Two years in jail?
Yeah, they're doing this to people all over the UK now where you have a thought.
You have something.
First of all, you have a thought.
I don't know how those people talk over there.
And I'm not even going to try to pretend to have a London accent, but these people are, there was a group of people that were supporting the pro-life movement, standing on the street, not singing, not talking, no signs, just standing.
Cop walks up and he says, what are you doing right now?
And she's like, what?
Wasn't saying a word.
He's like, are you thinking about how you're pro-life right now and you're in front of an abortion clinic?
She's like, what?
And they gave her a citation with a warning.
Then you got this other guy who put three Facebook posts up.
They put him in jail for 18 months.
Meanwhile, you have people coming in from all over the world, completely unassimilated migrants who believe that women are lesser, children are able to be raped, become, you know, child brides and all this other nonsense.
It's all documented, and they're not going to prison at all.
In fact, they're getting stipends.
A lot of people don't know that they have Sharia courts separate and apart from the rest of the world.
Remember when you talked about that, Sean?
The no-go zones?
And they were like, that's not real.
Oh, yeah, it is.
That's not real.
They're real.
And Sharia courts are real, too.
But anyway, just listen to the sentencing being handed down just because of a Facebook post.
Went on to say that you did not want your money going to immigrants who, quote, rape our kids and get priority, end quote.
This offense is so serious that an immediate custodial sentence is unavoidable.
Would you stand, please?
The sentence that I passed has been reduced by one-third to reflect your guilty plea.
The sentence is one of 20 months imprisonment.
Nearly two years in jail?
Well, there are in this country illegal immigrants, and we've been covering these stories, that are raping and murdering innocent Americans.
And there are people from countries with terror ties and even people with known terror ties that are free in this country.
And I'm saying that they're plotting, planning, and scheming another 9-11 style event or worse.
It's inevitable.
There are people that have these radical Islamic terrorism views.
Convert or die.
That is a belief system.
That is not make pretend, but that is real.
What happened to Jocelyn Nungari really happened by a Biden-Harris unvetted illegal immigrant.
And what happened to the little 13-year-old girl that got raped in broad daylight and videotaped, that happened by a Harris Biden, unvetted, illegal immigrant.
What happened in Coney Island to this young woman raped in front of her boyfriend?
That happened by a Harris Biden unvetted illegal immigrant.
What happened to Lake and Riley also happened to take place by caused by an unvetted Joe Biden Kamala Harris illegal immigrant.
The murder of Rachel Morin, this mother of five, happened by a Harris Biden unvetted illegal immigrant.
But you can't say it in Great Britain, I guess, anymore.
Can't post it.
There's no such thing as free speech.
And Kamala doesn't want you to say radical Islamic terrorism.
Have the courage not to say it.
Have the courage not to say illegal alien.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, California Melody Next Sean Hannity Show.
Hello, Sean.
Lovely to speak to you.
I am calling because I don't think Trump should debate Kamala Harris.
Why not?
Because I don't think he prepares.
He says things like black jobs opposed to inner city jobs.
He doesn't explain with specificity what an opportunity zone is, that businesses may have left the inner city because of crime or high interest rates, and I'm going to incentivize them to come back to invest and create jobs.
He has the ability to speak directly to the American people, unfiltered through the biased Democrat Party media.
And he has the ability to flip Democrats as well as take independents because he has a record that no president in my lifetime has ever had.
He has a record he could stand on.
He could explain energy independence.
He could explain the Abraham Accord.
He could explain all of these things, but he has to explain them with specificity.
He can do a TKO on Kamala Harris, but he doesn't prepare for debates because he's always doing rallies, but he's preaching to the choir.
But he's going into these hostile environments.
The last debate, he was basically debating someone that had dementia, and they probably wanted to take Biden out, so they weren't hard on him.
This next debate, they're coming after him.
He needs to spar two hours a day.
He needs the best coaches.
He can knock her out, and he could take this election if he prepares for the debate.
He needs to prepare like he is preparing for a battle or preparing for a boxing match.
He needs to prepare and he could bring this home.
We need him to do this.
Our country is in the worst shape I've ever seen it.
He needs to prepare for these debates.
I think that Donald Trump should hear your call.
I also think that he should hear from this woman who was actually on MSDNC.
She's from Philadelphia.
Her name is Kimberly Burrow.
Listen to this woman from Philly describe how inflation is killing us.
And you're right about Donald Trump's record.
He gave more money to historically black colleges and universities than any president in history.
He set record low after record low after record low unemployment numbers for African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, women in the workplace, African American youth unemployment.
But listen to this poor woman suffering.
Listen to this.
How hard has inflation hit you?
It hit me hard.
It's hitting me hard.
Who do you blame for it?
I blame the federal government at this point.
If a working-class mom who works as a paralegal cannot buy a $2 bell pepper because it's now five, imagine a mother living on food stamps.
Imagine the mother who's making minimum wage trying to feed children.
They're killing us without killing us.
If you understand that.
They're killing us without telling us they're killing us.
They're hurting people in ways that they can't help themselves.
It's either feed my child or, well, how about feed my children?
And I don't, but I have to go work.
That woman was just powerful, like your statement.
I agree with you on Donald Trump.
I think he needs to dial in, stay over the target, stay focused on issues, stay away from any comments about race, religion, any comments about DEI, any comments about Republicans.
I didn't like his comments on Governor Kemp.
I thought it was unproductive.
And I think that the president needs to focus on their disastrous, radical, extreme, and dangerous policies and his success and what he will do to get America back on track.
He has to.
And that would take preparation.
Yes, it will.
Sean, you should be his coach.
Get coaches and make him sit down and make him far two hours a day.
You guys need to coach this guy.
He could bring it home.
All he has to do is speak to the American people.
He could flip the Democrats.
He could take the independents.
I speak to people all the time.
I explain why he's going to give a tax break to the rich because they create jobs.
And then people say, oh, okay.
So he needs to just explain this.
He needs to watch the immunity because there are bad cops.
There are people.
I was falsely arrested for mentioning President Trump's name in a positive manner.
I won through the criminal trial, but I filed a civil suit and they're dirty.
They changed evidence.
So he needs to explain what immunity is going to be.
Immunity doesn't mean take all.
Immunity means you can still sue the police department or the sheriff's department.
You just can't personally go after the sheriff or the policeman.
I agree with that.
But you're dealing with a police union that's dirty and people need to understand that.
So he's making black people pause with that because they've had to face that, face the unfairness of.
Oh, look, I think he's done more with criminal justice reform than anybody in history.
And remember, Alice Marie Johnson.
I still stay in touch with her.
I love her.
She's a wonderful woman, heart of gold.
And she was going to spend the rest of her life in jail, but for Donald Trump.
You're a national treasure, Melody.
God bless you.
You're not what's wrong with this country.
You're the person that makes this country great.
God bless you.
I really appreciate your call.
Thank you, Sean.
Thank you.
Bye-bye.
To wrap things up for today, a busy Hannity Tonight, 9 Eastern on the Fox News channel.
We are loaded up.
Yeah, we have a lot of flipping and flopping and flailing and a lot of lying going on.
And we will do the media's job as always.
Oh, yeah.
