Mr. O'Reilly, we are a short time away from what is an inflection point for our country, 83 days until Election Day, 34 days until early voting starts.
And here's my proposition to you.
I contend that, yes, Kamala is enjoying a wonderful honeymoon.
She's enjoying a sugar high.
She has been hiding from the mob, the media, state-run media, Pravda, and she has done so successfully.
She is now trying to shift, change, and alter her own positions on every major issue from fracking to drilling to gun buyback programs to Medicare for all to the Green New Deal to tips on taxes on tips, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
I don't think she can run, and she's going to run for a while and outpace everybody, but she's not going to be able to hide from this record.
There's no way that can happen even in the short amount of time we have.
I think this will have a deep and profound impact on the electorate, but I might be wrong.
I mean, maybe, maybe, maybe America's ready for Bernie Sanders on steroids, and we'll have the consequences that will naturally ensue if those policies are implemented.
I don't think because she wants Bernie Sanders or socialism, I think that number is maybe 25% of Americans would buy into that.
Whoa, whoa, whoa.
Oh, you don't think she wants it?
She said she wants it.
She sponsored the Green New Deal.
No, I think the country doesn't want it.
Oh, the country doesn't want it.
Okay, I stand corrected, Mr. Riley.
I did not hear you properly.
I apologize, sir.
I know you're aging rapidly.
I understand.
I'll speak slower and louder.
You said, did you come on this program really to start in?
Because I could fire right back.
I'm going to be nice, though.
Go ahead.
No, we have to get information to the folks.
So we'll do that another day.
There's an author, Tony Hillerman, who writes thrillers about New Mexico, and he's an expert in shape shifting, which is a Native American tenet, where what you see is not what is really happening before your eyes.
I think that is a brilliant analogy to what we are seeing with Kamala Harris.
What you are seeing and hearing from her, unchallenged, is not really what the woman stands for, and it's not even close.
Now, how do you get that message across?
This is the difficulty, and it is a difficulty.
So, programs like yours and others, mine, not to the extent of yours, because I do a little bit of a different thing, but I have been very clear that I think Kamala Harris is a dangerous woman for the country.
I couldn't be any clearer on that to my audience.
But programs like ours, our audiences, as big as they are, are overwhelmingly going to vote Republican.
So, how do you break out of that and go to the independent precincts where there are persuadable people?
It's up to Donald Trump and his campaign, which, by the way, is getting very little support from the Republican establishment.
I don't know if you've noticed that or not.
Bill, the Republican establishment has always hated him.
They hate him now.
They want him to lose, even though it's in the worst interest of the country.
That's a given.
I don't think Speaker Johnson wants him to lose.
And I don't think most of the people in the House have sent it.
People like Mitch McConnell probably do, but I think that's a minority.
But what I'm trying to say is that the Republican National Committee, which did put on a successful convention, I mean, even Democrats have to realize that was very successful.
They're not stepping up alongside of Trump to hammer home three messages.
The first message is that the Biden-Harris administration has hurt you.
And all you have to do is go to the grocery store, up 20%.
And it's not coming down.
The big headline today is inflation is coming down.
Yes, but prices aren't coming down.
You think the media would ever report the difference?
That's my lead story on the No Spin News tonight.
Yeah, inflation's coming down, but that doesn't mean prices are coming down.
They're going to stay where they are.
The rate of inflationary growth is coming down.
And so that is message number one.
Message number two is we are now literally overrun with foreign nationals who should not be in the country because of Biden-Harris.
And number three, the vision of Kamala Harris is equity, favoring one group over another based on skin color and gender, going against all of the founding fathers' wishes.
And now I'm bringing in my history.
So those are the three that Trump and the Republican establishment over and over and over again.
Yet we see the former president diverted into stuff that doesn't matter and the gleeful press picking it up and ramming it down his throat.
He's got to stop that and go into the three things that I just mentioned.
I would argue there are five, but I think you hit the top three.
I think inflation, the economy is definitely number one.
I believe number two would be the open borders, the biggest national security threat in our lifetime.
We now have 180 people coming from 180 countries, including top geopolitical foes, people with terror ties, and it's a matter of when, not if this country is going to get hit again.
The next thing I would talk about is law and order and safety and security, and the insanity of defund, dismantle, no-bail laws that she and Tim Walz share that view on.
The other price issue that is impacting everybody, the high price of energy and electricity and gas, that's a big issue for Americans.
And the last would be, and maybe not top of mind, but it might be in the next couple of days.
And that is America's role in the world.
If Iran, as they are claiming they're going to do, attacks Israel and it becomes a three or four front war against the only democracy in the region.
I think all of this will happen.
Here's where I am, though.
This is the biggest whole campaign is predicated of Kamala Harris on a lie.
She was the tiebreaking vote to sick the IRS on service workers to tax their tips and get their money.
She said, in her own words, Medicare for all, and she wants to eliminate private health care.
She said, in her own words, she wants a mandatory gun buyback program, which is called confiscation where I grew up.
We know that she's on record saying no fracking.
He would ban it.
No drilling.
She would ban that.
We also know that she's saying now that she would tackle inflation from day one.
My question is: where have you been?
We also know that she's the border czar and she's going to deal with the border on day one.
Where have you been?
When asked about it, she said, Well, I haven't been to the border, but I haven't been to Europe either, which kind of scares me if she wants to be president.
But putting all of that aside, at some point, this is going to penetrate into the bloodstream and the consciousness of the American people, Bill.
There's no way that anybody can flop and flip and flail and try to create a false illusion to this level and pull the wool over the eyes of the American people.
They're going to be aware of it.

They can give it to their friends, their family, their co-workers, and strangers.
And you could use it on your no-spin hour and do whatever you want with it.

You don't even have to give attribution.
But the reality is, Bill, there's no way she can hide that long from those positions, nor will people buy this election year conversion.
I don't believe that's possible.
So I think that this race is going to have a lot of movement in it, unless I'm wrong, in the next 83 days.
I'm not so sure that the majority of voters are going to get the message.
I hope they do.
The big exposition on that will be the debate, whether Trump can make the three points that I laid out.
And I understand your other two points: social disorder and foreign affairs.
But you can't make five.
You can make three that will stick in people's minds.
Once you get above three, it gets to be fuzzy.
So if Trump, on the debate, hammers the three that we both agree upon, then that will go a long way of getting those things to people who don't pay attention.
Because everybody will watch some of the debate on social media.
And I got to watch newscasts.
And I got to learn any of that.
I mean, I've expanded my audience vastly by YouTube.
And they watch my individual commentaries on certain things on YouTube.
And it's blown up my organization.
It's crazy.
And that's what Trump has to do.
And in association, the Republican National Committee.
Remember, these political action committees, which have all the money to buy the ads, that's going to mean something in late September, early October, when they flood the airwaves of political ads.
But don't muddle your message.
Be very, very disciplined and on point.
So far, we have not seen that from President Trump or from the Republican Party in general.

I think this is one of these moments where for the folks, as you call them, the people that actually make this country great, it's not, you know, idiots like us on radio and TV that make the country great, and it's not politicians that make the country great.
It's the people that get up every day, work hard, play by the rules, pay their taxes, obey the laws, raise their kids, go to church.
They make the country great, Bill.
And those are the people I admire the most.
But to have what I think is the greatest misinformation, a presidential election predicated on the level of lying and manipulation that they are trying to pull off here is unprecedented.
You have a book coming out in September.
I actually finished it, and it's about the presidents, and you go through all of them.
And what's amazing about that book is you really need another chapter just on the unprecedented campaign of Kamala Harris and how nobody has ever, she never changed her positions on any of these issues until she became the presumptive nominee, Bill.
And the idea that she, even with the help of a compliant, complicit media, I don't think she can pull it off.
If she can, and the American people, now they'll either vote for her because they agree with it, which I don't think they do, or they're going to be bamboozled, lied to, and the real Kamala Harris will come out the day after she's declared the winner.
He's not changing her positions.
This is the swamp at its worst.
I hope you're right.
I hope so too.
The majority of American voters, I hope they actually think about their country and about these two candidates.
And even if you hate Donald Trump, put that hatred aside.
It's a destructive emotion.
Put it aside and take an objective look at what his policies were in four years and what she's spouting now.
And if that happens, then Trump will win.
I'm not so sure it will.
And I base it on my fallacious prediction that the Republicans would do much better in the midterms of 22.
I really thought they would do better, and they didn't.
I think I have my own theory on 22.
I won't go into great specificity in detail.
I think that was all a reaction to the Supreme Court decision on Roe.
I think that played a very big part in it.
And had that not happened, I think now people, I think Donald Trump has actually handled the abortion issue very well.
And I think Kamala and Tim Walz, no restrictions at all on abortion, creates a vulnerability for them.
Look, this is all going to play out.
However, if they get elected, Walls and Harris, this country is going to be unrecognizable.
Their policies are radical, extreme, and frankly dangerous, Bill.
And the most progressive, it would be the most progressive by far administration in history.
There has been no presidential candidate outside of Eugene Debs, who wasn't even a serious candidate, that has been that far left into the socialist area ever.
But the Republicans, and this is important, Handy, if the Republicans can hold the House and even gain the Senate, all right, that will block Harris, if she were to win, from doing, and then every executive order she signs will be challenged in the courts, everyone.
So we'll see what happens.
But, you know, there's a lot at stake.
I will say that.
I've never been this worried about our country and about the state of the world.
world in all the years that we have been doing this.
I never have been.
This is a real clear present danger for America as we know it.

Again, we keep watching this evolution, if you will, of Kamala Harris.
And now, all of a sudden, after being the tiebreaking vote to pass the Inflation Reduction Act, which was to hire 87,000 IRS agents, we went into great specificity, how they literally were designing an entire system to tax tips of service workers.
This was her back then and what she said when she cast that tiebreaking vote.
And that's why you cannot trust the lying campaign that she is now running.
It is a bait and switch.
It is disinformation.
It is propaganda at its worst.
And it is an acknowledgement, a tacit acknowledgement that they know deep down they can't win if everybody knows who she is and Tim Walz is.
So they have to change it.
And they have to hope that you don't notice and that the media will do their job and be dutiful radical socialists and try and prevent you from finding out.

On this vote, the yays are 50, the nays are 50.
The Senate being equally divided, the vice president votes in the affirmative and the bill, as amended, is passed.
Of course, we're going to laugh about that.

Well, we definitely need Michigan in just 83 days.
I hope Michigan comes through for us.
Well, Sean, I was just kind of augmenting Bill Riley.
I have a couple of thoughts about Kamala Harris, if you have a second.
You won't going back since the debate, even after the first few days when he was in denial and she said he had a bad day.
It's kind of going back a few more months where she was calling him vibrant and tireless and basically, I call it the sharpest tool in the shed approach that she took.
Instead of calling her a liar, which you just made some good points about her being a liar, but instead of calling her a liar, I look at it like, no, you aren't lying.
You have such poor judgment.
You have no assessment skills, Kamala.
You have no appraisal skills, no evaluation skills.
How are you going to deal with like Kim Jong-un or Putin or Xi Jinping?
You are the worst judge.
You actually thought you're the last one in the room with him at every meeting.
And you actually thought he was the sharpest tag.
It's unbelievable.
No, she didn't think that.
She knew better, but she lied.
And she covered up.
Like the media, I mean, I played those videos for four years.
They all lied.
They all covered it up.
And they're lying about it even still today.
Now, Joe Biden had reports out today.
He's very angry at Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi, her in particular, and Chuck Schumer over the coup to push him out.
He's angry.
They're happy.
He's angry.
And he'll show up dutifully next week when we're in Chicago at the DNC convention.
By the way, the things that I won't do for this audience, I'm actually going to put myself in the middle of that Adam Schiff show.
Can you believe that?
Well, that was my first point.
But you're probably right.
That just reinforces that she was lying.
The alternative is she's the stupidest woman ever.
But since the Lester Holt debate, this is what made me want to call into you, where she said, we've never, we've been to the border, we've been to the border, and he challenged her very lately, and she said, I've never been to Europe.
Well, now that she's come out with this, I've been in the tunnels and I prosecuted gangs and cartels and drug and human trafficking.
We should take that as face value, too.
Instead of challenging her on it, just say, yeah, but wouldn't that change your life, Sean, if you and I were prosecutors sitting there with a family of a girl that was trafficked to prostitution, and she's done nothing for 10 years since she was attorney general.
She should be held to a higher standard, given the fact that she was getting involved in that back.
She's not like Pete Buttejug from South Bend.
She's right there in the trenches, and she still just walked away from it and let 10 million people in the country minimum.
11 million.
And now she wants to offer a path to citizenship.
That's called amnesty.
And I'm sure that all of those people will look at that as something of great value, which it is, American citizenship.
And I'm sure the implicit transaction includes, well, you're going to vote for us, right?
And, you know, all this talk, well, this is about white replacement theory and all this nonsense.
I don't really care where anybody comes into this country.
I just ask that you do it legally, that we get to do a background check on you, that you obey our laws, respect our borders and sovereignty.
And after the background check, and you show you have the financial means to take care of yourself and you won't be a burden on the American people like the $5 billion spent in New York on illegal immigrants of Harris and Biden and all the crime associated and murder and rape and everything in between, then welcome to our country.
And I don't really give a hoot where you come from.
No, none of her positions are sustainable economically.
Hey, before I leave you, I just let you know, longtime listener, I remember vividly the Stop Hillary Express when she didn't even make it to Iowa and Barack Obama stepped up.
So you did stop by.
I listen to you every day.
You've been talking about Biden's problems with everything of his memory for three years, basically, and you finally stopped him.
But it reminds me of Stop Hillary.
Be careful what you ask for because now we've got a little fight.
But anyway, Mark.
Well, this is where all of you in this audience can play a very big role in this election.
Knowing that the media is going to continue to run interference and try to prevent the mainstream of society from knowing who she really is and vetting her, I'm putting all the materials out there.

I contend that I I don't think they can keep this up for 83 days.
I hope not.
It's possible they can.
The media as an institution is extraordinarily powerful.
You know, we see what Google is now doing to basically donate to Kamala Harris and her campaign.
It's nauseating and it's sickening, but it's also predictable.
And we have got to counter it.
And this is where people can jump in and play a very pivotal, important role.
I mean, the Harris campaign has been editing news headlines and descriptions within the Google search ads that make it appear as if credible news organizations, that is a dubious claim, by the way, but like, for example, news organizations like Guardian, Reuters, CBS News, and many, many others are on her side.
Axios had a very big investigation on this.
That would be all part of the distortion, lying, propaganda, misinformation campaign.
This is all an illusion.
This is all one big lie.
They are trying to hide who she really is.
And the question is, will you let her be successful?
Will you let walls be successful?
Or is this serious enough in terms of the state of the country to stop it?
And you can stop it with information and sharing it.
Elon Musk is not going to censor you.
At least we got one place to go to.
Social is not going to stop you.

Just want to tell you, first of all, you do a great job.
Let's get right to it.
My question to you, and I respect you as one of the best journalists across the board.
In 50 years from now, what are our people going to say, whether it's the Republican Party or the high elites, the intelligent people of the world, aren't they going to say, why didn't we revolt?
Isn't there enough counterfeitness that's going on here, starting with Biden with all his shenanigans and all these judges that have been appointed by him, which is just lopsiding the table here.
And what they're doing is they're faking it till they're making it like they're saying that this is correct.
It's not.
It's like we're hypnotized.
And I believe that they're doing this in an effort for that whole world reset that we heard about, that Obama proclaimed about, where you have to create chaos, break down the population, and then rebuild with the digital currency.
That's what this looks like.
It looks like a footprint to that because the border alone should be the only thing that Trump should be saying right now.
You can't enjoy money unless you have a safe, protected border.
Period.
The border, law and order, the economy, inflation, energy prices, all of it.
It all matters.
Look, you've got to understand something here.
There are powerful, powerful institutions that are aligned against Donald Trump here.
Joe Scarborough said it very well this morning when he said, you know, he'd give me Bernie Sanders over Donald Trump.
And this for them is stop Trump at all costs.
You've got the deep state, which is very real.
We saw that in 2020 with the 51 former Intel officials.
We saw it in 2016 with the Pfizer Warrens and the dirty disinformation dossier, the Russian dossier that Hillary paid for.
And, of course, the emails and the private, you know, top secret classified information that no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute.
We saw all of this.
But you've got that institution.
You've got the media, you've got a corrupt media institution, and you've got a Democratic Party that'll say and do anything for power.
These are powerful forces combined, all aligned to prevent Donald Trump from ever getting back into the White House.
The only thing that can stop it are we the people.
That's the only weapon we have because we can't do what they do.
I won't support breaking the law.
I'm not going to support subverting our Constitution.
For an unruly government, we, the people, must overthrow that government.
What constitutes unruly?
What are we going to wait for?
They're only going to get talking about the declaration.
But I but your point is well taken.
Yeah, but I believe.
But we don't want that in this country.
We want a peaceful transfer of power.
You know, I think Laura Trump used a pretty good phrase.
It's got to be too big to rig.
The victory has to be that overwhelming.
The only way they're going to have that is to expose Kamala Harris.
The only way to expose Kamala Harris and Tim Walz for who they are is to bypass these institutions and go directly to the people.
That's going to be in the form of the Trump campaign doing their job.
That's going to be in the form of alternative media like talk radio and shows like mine on Fox and a few others of us on Fox, you know, doing our job.
And then it's going to be up to you.
I can't do it.
If I could do this on my own, I would do it.
I just, I don't have the means.
You got to understand, every day I'm being undermined by the mainstream media.
They're not doing what we're doing.
They're not playing her radicalism in her own words.
They're not playing Tim Walz' radicalism in his own words.
So therefore, bypass the media.
Do an end run around them.
You know, you've got to do more than vote.
You've got to share information.
That information is in the form of the Kamala files and the walls files on Hannity.com.

It is an honor and a privilege.

I just want to say, Kamala is simply put a suckless puppet.
We know No Sho Jung was a puppet, and my belief is they are from the school of Alinsky.
They're from the school of Barack Obama and his ilk, Schumer, Pelosi, and Underlings, Jeffries, and the squad.
And people have no idea the five-alarm fire bell is ringing right now in this country.
And there's a gentleman called Yuri Besminoff, Warning to America, 1984.
And if people haven't listened to it, I suggest they listen to it.
And the way this ties in is the way they are radically transforming this country through subversion of these radical policies that are affecting your workplace, i.e., ESG companies, the race and gender politics that has taken such a toll on so many people, where they are actually putting parents in courts because they sneak around and they let their children make the decision for someone.
Look at what California and Minnesota believe and support and, you know, feminine products in boys' bathrooms and schools and gender-affirming, you know, transitions without parental consent or if any parental involvement, if they try to stop it, you know, well, you know, they're going to lose, they risk losing their own children.
This is, look, how do I say this?
This is a level of organized radicalism I didn't think we'd see in our lifetime.
And it's all hanging in the balance.
This is why I keep saying it's an inflection point.
You're not wrong in your observations.
