And we cover the stories that you're not getting anywhere else.
We arm you with the facts to be able to know and advocate for the truth with your friends and family.
So down with Verdict with Ted Cruz now, wherever you get your podcasts.
Well, we're coming to your city.
Gonna play our guitars and sing you a conscious song.
We'll all be flying higher than a jail I know.
And if you want a little bang in your yin yang, come along.
Nothing can come in the way of saving our democracy.
That includes personal ambition.
So I've decided the best way forward is to pass the torch to a new generation.
He intends to give tax breaks to billionaires and big corporations and make working families flip the bill.
And he intends to end the Affordable Care Act.
You're ultra-liberal and we don't want you here.
We don't want you anywhere.
Kamala, you're fired.
Get out of here.
The clock is ticking.
T minus 98 days until America votes.
Yeah, we have come in to your city.
Going to play our guitars and sing you a conscious song.
From coast to coast.
From border to border.
From sea to shining sea.
Sean Kennedy is on.
Stay right here for our final news roundup and information overload.
All right, news roundup and information overload hour.
Here is our toll-free telephone number.
Only 98 days until election day, 49 days until early voting.
Begins in Pennsylvania, rolls out to other states.
800-941 Shauna's on number.
Well, we have another victim of Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, wide open borders.
They have aided and abetted in the lawbreaking.
Over 11 million unvetted Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, illegal immigrants.
This case, a Biden-Harris illegal shot at three Texas police officers yesterday morning, injuring a female cop who was hit with three bullets before she was dragged to safety by her fellow officers.
And this is only the latest example.
I'm going to hit this hard tonight between the Minneapolis bail fund that let out, that she helped raise money for four days after burning down the police precinct of Minneapolis that went from $250,000 to nearly $45 million.
And the criminals that were released are the worst of the worst.
65 of them ended up all being convicted of these crimes, but they let them back out in society to be a menace to people.
You know, how is it that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris never mentioned Lake and Riley's name or Jocelyn Nungari's name or Rachel Morin's name or the little girl that was raped in broad daylight?
Her name.
You know, we do know the name of the police officer shot.
Probably out of safety, it's a good idea not to do it.
And this is a woman, and let me play it again.
Kamala Harris saying we need to be courageous.
We need to show the courage to stop using the term radical Islamic terrorism.
And we need to be courageous and not use the term illegal alien.
Listen.
We must have the courage to object when they use that term.
Radical Islamic terrorism, which ignores how mergers have overdominated, been the greatest victims of terror.
And we also have the courage to reject that term illegal alien.
I have seen some of the worst of criminal behavior.
I have seen the worst of crime.
An undocumented immigrant is not a criminal.
The people they murder are victims of crime, Kamala.
The women that they rape are victims of crime.
The drugs that they bring into our country that kill our children are victims of crime.
This is the squad on steroids and human growth hormone, by far the most, a single most radical, extremist, socialist, Marxist to ever run for president.
The media won't do their job.
I mean, they are the useful idiots and the same people that lied and covered up about Joe's cognitive state.
She wants a mandatory gun back program.
That's called gun confiscation.
She co-sponsored the new Green Deal.
We know that these are her positions.
She wants to eliminate private health insurance.
She has said so.
We played it in her own words.
She supports defund, dismantle, reimagine the police.
I mean, she wants to even cut back on red meat and wants to ban plastic straws.
I mean, at what point is America going to wake up to this?
But, you know, we've been playing montages of her radical positions.
We've been trying to inform people.
Being an illegal immigrant, she doesn't say illegal, an undocumented migrant, is not criminal.
Yes, it is.
If you don't obey the laws of this country and you enter illegally, you have broken the law.
She supports free education and free health care for illegal immigrants.
Basically, this is the United Sanctuary States of America if she gets to be the president.
Nobody seemed to care that she joked with Ellen DeGeneres about killing Donald Trump.
In light of what happened, you would think that would take on more significance.
She didn't know the difference between North and South Korea.
God forbid that was JD Vance or Joe Biden.
I mean, can you imagine how they would be treated?
She now had over 80 meetings in the last year with Joe Biden and covered up his cognitive state.
She knew.
Everybody else knew, but they didn't care.
Why does the left want her so bad?
I have my own theory on this.
I think it's pretty obvious why.
And that is that she will be an extension of everything radical and extreme left.
You know, she laments the scale of human suffering in Gaza.
She insults B.B. Netanyahu, doesn't show up to his speech before joint session of Congress.
You know, we saw what happened this weekend.
An Iranian missile fired out of Lebanon by Hezbollah that killed children in a soccer field.
That's what happens when you don't win your war against radical Islamic terrorism, the phrase that she doesn't want to do.
Anyway, 800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, joining us now, former Speaker of the House New Kingridge is with us, sir.
How are you?
I'm doing well.
I thought you captured pretty clearly what we're up against.
Well, it's what we're up against, but all the media wants to talk about is, well, JD Vance made this point about, which is just ridiculous, by the way, years ago on, I guess, Tucker Carlson's show, that, you know, that talking about people that have children, child tax credits is how I interpreted it.
And, all right, maybe you shouldn't have used the term childless cat ladies, but I'll take that over the new Green Deal and wide open borders and dead Americans and Americans being raped because of their policies or the rejection of the terms radical Islamic terrorism and illegal alien.
You know, Khlist and I were curious, and so last night we watched Hill Billy Elegy, which we had never seen before.
And of course, Ron Howard is just an amazing movie director.
And I would encourage anybody who has doubts about JD Vance to watch that movie.
It's a young man growing up in a very difficult situation.
It's about somebody who owes a great deal of his life to his grandmother, who he called Mama.
And I don't think you can see that movie and not have some sense of how complex and how thoughtful JD Vance is.
Now, I think sometimes all of us go on radio shows and say things we later on regret because we get caught up in the spirit of the moment.
But I don't think you can look at this young guy who came out of nowhere, served in the Marine Corps, went through the Ohio State University in two years, graduating Simico Laude, went to Yale Law School, went back home, and there's scenes with his mother and with his grandmother.
And Chris and I had the opportunity to be in the presidential box with his mother the night he accepted and pointed out that she'd been clean for 10 years now.
And I guarantee you, if you see Hill Billy Elegy, you will have a sympathetic view of the person who grew into being JD Vance and his wife and the way that they relate to each other.
So I think in the long run, he'll be just fine.
And in the long run, the fact is Kamala Harris will be Kamala Harris.
She is a San Francisco radical.
Virtually everything she's ever said, we're actually at Gingrich 360 putting together a whole series of montages of her.
Not what Nick Gingrich thinks, not what Sean Hennedy thinks.
We're just using her video of her.
And it is astonishing how many really left-wing, destructive, radical things she has said over the years.
And, of course, how goofy she's been at times.
And we're going to release a whole series of these videos so people can judge themselves.
Don't take my word for it.
Take Kamala Harris's.
I've been doing a whole series, Kamala, in her own words.
And I'll be glad to share everything I have, and you could share what you have.
But I think I did a pretty good job of vetting her.
And a lot of this is now beginning to go viral.
Look, there's a lot of panic I'm hearing from people.
People are very upset right now.
And this is just part of, I think, the natural ebb and flow when you're 98 days out of an election day and 49 days until early voting starts in Pennsylvania.
There's going to be a range of emotions, and there's going to be a lot of ups and downs.
And you're going to feel like days, oh, we're going to win this election, and other days you're not going to feel like it.
It doesn't matter what your feelings are telling you.
You've got to just fight every day for the next 98 days.
I'm not allowing myself to get on that emotional roller coaster ride.
I'm not.
I am just steadfastly doing my work every day and I'm focused like a laser beam on exposing who this woman is because I think she represents the most radical element of the squad.
I would argue she's AOC on human growth hormone and steroids.
Look, I was very involved in the 1988 Bush campaign.
In May, Bush was behind by 19 points.
Dukakis looked wonderful.
The news media did everything they could to build him up.
And by the end of the campaign, he lost by six.
So that means that one out of every four Americans, one out of every four, switched.
Now, why do they switch?
Not because of personality.
They switched because the more they learned about his ideas, the more they realized he was a genuine Massachusetts liberal, the more they decided they simply couldn't vote for him.
Well, guess what?
She is a genuine San Francisco radical.
Her views on virtually everything are in the minority.
As you know, we run a project called America's New Majority Project.
We've taken, we've had over 37,000 people answer our polls.
I guarantee you, the Republican platform that Trump supported is right in line with the American people.
And the things that she's for are in the 15 to 20 percent range.
And that just means that we will calmly tell the truth, calmly stick to the facts, calmly use her own language.
She is going to lose badly.
Much worse, I think, in the end than Biden would have.
Because Biden's biggest problem was, you know, his age.
Her problem is she is way to the left of Biden.
She is a genuine radical.
She really is.
Quick break more with former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich.
Then your call's coming up 800-941-Sean as we continue.

We continue with former Speaker of the House New Kingrich as we analyze the election only 98 days until Election Day, 49 days till early voting starts.
And of course, we have the best election coverage available on your radio dial.
To me, I think this really is going to come down to something that is fundamental.
If Americans ask the question, are you better off than you were four years ago, this election is over.
If Americans are distracted by their efforts to now transform the U.S. Supreme Court, their efforts to demonize Donald Trump to make it about January 6th and Trump is evil and democracy in peril and abortion, which they will lie about and demagogue, then I guess the election is up for grabs.
And I think it's the Republicans' mission.
They've got to keep America focused.
Are you better off than you were four years ago?
Are the borders better off?
Are you more safe and secure in your town and your city?
How's the economy been working for you under Biden and Harris?
How do you like your energy prices?
How do you like the price of electricity?
Do you think America's role in the world is what it should be?
And if you just stay focused on the fundamentals, I feel that it's a winning message.
I think that's right.
And I think it's very important in a way that we slow the campaign down.
We want to stick to the facts.
They want to throw up as much clutter as they can.
And that's why you're going to see a whole series of junk attacks, distortions, lies.
You're watching the American news media in what I think may be the most amazing rewrite of history we've ever seen in America.
I mean, you know, magazines and publications that are going back and literally changing their own archives, taking out articles, trying to hide what they said.
This very funny thing about whether or not she was the Border Czar, and various publications trying to go back and take out the articles they wrote about her being the Border Czar.
I mean, this stuff, this is the American people are not stupid.
And they're going to, whatever lack, whatever lack of respect they had for fake news is about to go on steroids because the left-wing news media is going to bend over backwards to protect her.
It's going to bend over backwards to lie about her past.
And it's going to bend over backwards to attack Trump and Vance.
And at the end of it, what is going to happen is that the collapse of the Washington Post will accelerate.
The collapse of the New York Times will accelerate.
The collapse of MSNBC and CNN will accelerate because people will realize these people are just plain liars.
It's not even close.
It's not like they're shading it.
They're just plain lying about it.
Well, they're doing a good job of trying to distract from it.
And the media is protecting them.
And that's why I think that we have an information crisis.
I said journalism was dead in 2007 and 2008.
And I think it's far worse than that.
I think that the level of corruption and collusion, they're collaborators with the Democratic Party in every way, shape, manner, and form.
Well, look, it's almost like a perversion.
You have people now.
I mean, they have to know that they are deliberately lying in exactly the way George Orwell described in 1984, in exactly the way that Pravda and Nizvestia used to lie for the Soviet Union.
And it's startling to see American publications behaving with this level of utter total dishonesty.
You know, Newt Gingrich, we always appreciate you being with us, my friend.
800-941-Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program.
I-25 to the top of the hour.

We'll get to your calls here in a second, and we're going to do the job the media will never do.
We are going to vet Kamala Harris.
My goal is in the next 49 days to make sure that everybody in this country has a full, complete picture of how radical she is.
And if this country is aware of it, there's no way in my mind that she can win.
Oh, let's talk about JD Vance.
Let's talk about abortion.
Let's talk about anything other than Donald Trump.
January 6th, democracy in peril.
Republicans are racist, Texas, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic, transphobic.
They want dirty air and water.
They want to kill grandma and grandpa.
Okay, we know that's all coming.
That comes every year.

Here's just like the short version of the radicalized Kamala Harris.
Well, I know that I read that at the Republican convention, he called me a radical.
So I guess that's one difference between us.
And yeah, I am radical.
I do believe that we need to get radical about what we are doing and take it seriously.
We must have the courage to object when they use that term, radical Islamic terrorism, which ignores how many have overdominated been the greatest victims of terror.
And we also have the courage to reject that term illegal alien.
I have seen some of the worst of criminal behavior.
I have seen the worst of crime.
And undocumented immigrant is not a criminal.
You know, I've heard young leaders talk with me about a term they've coined called climate anxiety.
Period.
Right?
Which is fear of the future and the unknown, of whether it makes sense for you to even think about having children, whether it makes sense for you to think about aspiring to buy a home because what will this climate be?
Plastic.
Straws are a big thing right now.
Yeah.
Do you ban plastic straws?
I think we should.
Yes.
I think there's no question that we've got to critically reexamine ICE and its role and the way that it is being administered and the work it is doing.
So would you ban offshore drilling?
Yes.
And I've, again, worked on that.
Raise your hand if you think it should be a civil offense rather than a crime to cross a border without documentation.
Can we keep the hands up so we can see them?
Back to the United States Congress.
Here's my point.
If they fail to act as president of the United States, I am prepared to get rid of the filibuster to pass a Green New Deal.
I am in favor of saying that we're not going to treat people who are undocumented across the border as criminals.
That's correct.
That is correct.
Will you commit to implementing a federal ban on fracking your first day in office?
Adding the United States to the list of countries who have banned this devastating practice.
There's no question I'm in favor of banning fracking.
For far too long, the status quo thinking has been to believe that by putting more police on the street, you're going to have more safety.
And that's just wrong.
But would you support changing the dietary guidelines?
Yes, you know, the food pyramid.
What would people reduce red meat specifically?
Yes, I would.
The bill also says, quote, every individual who is a resident of the United States is entitled to benefits for health care services under this act.
Not every individual who's a citizen, but every individual who's a resident.
So you support giving universal health care, Medicare for all to people who are in this country illegally?
Let me just be very clear about this.
I am opposed to any policy that would deny in our country any human being from access to public safety, public education, or public health, period.
Well, I know that I read that at the Republican convention, he called me a radical.
So I guess that's one difference between us.
And yeah, I am radical.
The most radical senator left of Bernie Sanders in U.S. history.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, Michelle is in Canada.
Hey, Michelle, how are you?
Glad you're listening.
I'm sorry you're stuck with little Justin.
What's going on?
Sean, I'm fretful.
I'm a Canadian Jewish nurse.
I'm concerned about the upcoming election.
The U.S. elections have consequences for other countries.
How do I support Trump when there's so much anti-rhetoric, anti-Trump, anti-Republican rhetoric in Canada?
How may I attend a Trump rally?
Well, you just sign up.
I would imagine you're not going to have any problems if you have a passport getting into the U.S. Are you a Canadian citizen or a U.S. citizen?
Canadian citizen.
Yeah, no, you'll be able to, I mean, we're friends with Canada.
I've had no problems the times I've been to Canada getting into Canada.
I would imagine you're not going to have a hard time if you have an updated passport.
You just, you know, come in legally.
You'll be allowed in.
Okay.
And just usually they have sign-ups.
President Trump is going back to Butler PA.
Maybe that's a good location if you want to go back there.
I could tell you, having been in and around the Palm Beach area, that the security has been stepped up to a level I've never seen it at before around Mar-a-Lago post-shooting.
A little too little too late, my humble opinion.
It's unforgivable what happened in Butler and can't happen again.
But anyway, long story short, for you, I would just say, you know, just get the date on your calendar when they announce when the rallies are, head on down, either drive or fly, whatever you prefer.
And I think it'll be a great experience for you.
I've been there.
I've seen these rallies up close.
Got in trouble in 2018 when Trump called me on stage, but I got over it.
But, you know, it's an experience I think everybody should have.
I wouldn't worry all of this noise that you're hearing is normal.
All of the attacks are normal.
All of this is predictable.
I warned everybody when I came back, I take one long vacation every year, and it's two weeks, maybe sometimes two and a half weeks around Christmas.
And when I came back, my first day back on the air, I believe was January 2nd, Linda, I think, right?
And I came back and I said, let me tell you how this election year is going to play out.
It's going to be an emotional roller coaster.
There's going to be ups and downs.
There's going to be, you know, you just, they're going to use their predictable line of attacks.
They're going to try and demonize Trump that he's evil, that he's a convict, that he's a predator, that Donald Trump is the embodiment of evil.
They're going to use democracy in peril January 6th.
They're going to talk about everything that they can.
They'll use the usual playbook, which I mentioned earlier, Republicans are racist, sexist, the whole list.
And Republicans have to counter the narrative.
Now, one other thing Republicans have to do.
I know your country was smart.
You went back to paper ballots.
I know France went back to paper ballots.
Kamala Harris, I have a tape of her saying she supports America using paper ballots.
But we can't get back to that until we win elections.
So we're stuck with a system that is not ideal in my view.
But with all of that said, I would urge Republicans, you must overcome your reluctance and your resistance to voting early and voting by mail.
You can't start out election day down hundreds of thousands of votes and watch the vote count come in from that day first.
And then all of a sudden you have a big lead and then the lead starts to get chipped away because only Democrats voted early.
And everybody's got to do their part.
And if you've been sitting on the fence and you don't think this election matters, I don't know what else I can do to create a sense of urgency.
I don't think America as we know it survives if the most radical person ever to run for this office wins.
I don't know if we survive.
I think America will be unrecognizable in four years.
So that's my admonition.
That's my warning.
And everybody, you've got to act as though your vote is the deciding vote in this election.
You've got to assume, like I have polls today, I can point you, you know, Trump up by seven in this poll.
Other polls showed another CBS, I guess it was, no, the New York Times poll showed it was tied.
Then you had another poll.
I think it was by The Guardian, Trump up in every swing state by a pretty significant amount.
The polls don't mean anything right now.
I just, I am saying act as though we are behind.
Have a sense of purpose and a sense of urgency that your vote matters because it does.
And your involvement matters.
It does.
Anyway, Michelle, thank you.
We love our friends in Canada.
I wish you had better leadership, to be very honest with you, but that's a different story for a different day, okay?
Well, we have plastic straws and legalized marijuana.
Yeah, great.
That's exactly what every parent wants, their kids stoned.
Unbelievable.
800-941 showing us a number.
Let's say hi to Max in the free state of Florida.
What's up, Max?
How are you?
Hey, Sean, thanks for taking my call.
Just quickly, in light of what happened a couple of weeks ago, I had a thought of doing setting up screens all around the United States, massive screens, and having Trump do a simulcast, but make it a big party, make it a huge fundraiser where make-believe like he was there in person, but on these massive screens where everybody would go to, like if it was a standard Trump rally, and he would do it everywhere.
And my original, when I was going to call you originally, is he should set it up from Delaware right behind Biden's house.
But I guess now that's a mute point.
Do it in San Francisco behind Kamala's house.
I think that Donald Trump's going to be traveling the country.
He's going to start doing outdoor rallies again.
He's going back to Butler PA.
And I think it shows a lot of courage on his part.
And I think he should.
Listen, I just, we've got to get to the bottom of what happened.
It can't happen again.
And it really, it's unforgivable to me, honestly.
But with that said, we cannot live our lives in fear.
I mean, this came up as an issue after 9-11.
But I will tell you, and I pray to God I'm wrong.
As a result of all of Joe and Kamala's unvetted illegal immigrants, this country is going to get hit.
And we're going to have a terrorist attack.
And it may be on the scale of 9-11, and it may even be bigger than 9-11.
They have invited in.
We know that we've caught people with terror ties at our border.
We know people from countries that have terror ties are in our country.
And we know that nobody's been vetted the way they should be.
And it is now inevitable to me.
It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when.
But with that said, I don't want our country attacked.
I love our country.
I pray to God I'm wrong.
I don't think I am.
They have created the biggest national security challenge disaster in the history of this country.
And for that alone, Kamala Harris should be disqualified from ever holding that office.
Alan, Colorado, thank you, Max.
What's up, Alan?
How are you?
Oh, I'm doing fine, Sean.
Thanks for taking it.
Appreciate the question.
Yes, sir.
I appreciate you calling in.
Hey, I've got a question on the FBI on this shooting.
I wonder how they got his information.
And I wondered how long it took them to process that and to go to his property.
Well, I think that you're raising a lot of questions that need answers.
And I don't feel that we're getting satisfied with these answers.
I actually take a different view.
I thought the information forthcoming about the shooter was very slow.
Compare it to a school shooting.
Look, God forbid there's a school shooting.
