If you want to be a part of the program, it is amazing that you have a president that is a cognitive mess that can't run for re-election at the last minute, but yet he can write an opinion piece for the Washington Post that I'm sure he had absolutely, positively nothing to do with.
And, you know, saying that we can and we must prevent the abuse of presidential power and restore the public's faith in our judicial system.
And I'm listening to this and I'm looking at this decision all because they don't like decisions that the Supreme Court make.
And then, look, this has now been an ongoing campaign.
Remember when Chuck Schumer literally threatened Supreme Court justice?
Remember the doxing of Supreme Court Justices' homes, which by law is illegal and nobody got punished for it.
But this is Chucky on the steps of the Supreme Court.
You know, you listen to me, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, blah, blah, blah.
I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price.
You won't know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.
Oh, we have more Chuck Schumer from over the weekend.
Basically, they are trying to now set up a justification to destroy an entire branch of government to shape their worldview so that they can gain more power.
Here's more Schumer.
President Biden this week is going to make a push on the Supreme Court to reform the Supreme Court.
What's really possible there?
What's realistic?
Give us your real view about whether this can happen this year in a bipartisan way.
Well, first, let's start off.
The Supreme Court is a morass.
First, it's an ethical morass.
The idea that wealthy individuals, many of them right-wing, can both pay for cases before the court and at the same time give justices gifts or trips is outrageous.
And frankly, Chief Justice Roberts isn't doing enough to curb it.
But it's a morass in even a worse way.
This is a MAGA right-wing court.
It's already taken away the right to choose.
It could very well go further on that.
I fear it will.
It's siding with the wealthiest of individuals and the powerful interests over the average working family.
And it even threatens democracy when it says that a president can get immunity even for certain acts in the presidency.
So this court is just a morass, both ethically and substantively.
And then, of course, you have Elizabeth Warren saying the Supreme Court is actively undermining our democracy.
You understand what they're trying to do here is they are trying to make the Supreme Court an issue in this campaign, and they are willing to alter the court to accumulate power, just like they are willing to add D.C. statehood and Puerto Rico statehood because they think it will give them power in perpetuity.
It's always about power.
You know, why are they talking about mass amnesty for 12 million illegal immigrants because they want, they're hoping, well, we'll give you something of great value.
I hope you'll vote for us, right?
If we give you something that, you know, people would pay millions of dollars in Australia for, we'll give it to you for free.
You're going to vote for us, right?
That would be the implication.
Listen.
We've got all the Democrats who are ready for meaningful ethics reform to bind the Supreme Court.
And we're working on changes to the Supreme Court.
It can be term limits.
It could be adding the number of justices, things we can do without having to have a constitutional amendment.
So we've got a Supreme Court that is actively undermining our democracy.
And I think what Joe Biden will do over the next six months is he's going to keep drawing that to the attention of the American people and reminding them when they vote in November, the Supreme Court is on the ballot.
And I believe we need to create a pathway to citizenship.
All of that is a part of what we need to do for comprehensive immigration reform.
Kamala Harris will work with Congress and get that done.
Anyway, joining us now to weigh in on all of this.

Thank you both for being with us and former attorney for President Trump.
Greg, I read your piece on this and that this Biden proposal to reform the Supreme Court is a shameless ploy for votes.
I think you and I are thinking the same way about this.
Yeah, and they have zero chance of achieving it.
You know, Democrats cannot simply pass a law, as Joe Biden wants, imposing term limits on justices because life terms are embedded in the Constitution.
That means they'd have to amend the Constitution.
They can't do that.
It is a tremendously high bar.
You know, you have to get two-thirds of both houses of Congress or consent by two-thirds of the states, and thereafter ratification is three-fourths of the states.
You can't do that.
I mean, that's an impossibility.
The other thing they're trying to do is impose ethical controls on justices.
Well, sorry, but that violates the sacred separation of powers principle.
So as I wrote on my column, all of this is electoral problem for Democrats.
It's not remotely viable.
Let's get your take, David Shoan, because I find it so obnoxious.
And to me, it's just another roundabout way for them to make abortion front and center because, as I said, they've got nothing that they can run on as a success.
They can't say, well, the borders are in better shape.
They can't say that our towns and cities are safer.
They can't say the economy is better.
They can't say energy prices are better.
They can't say that the world is safer because of their leadership.
We have war on war in the Middle East, war in Europe, and a president that does not hold countries like China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea responsible for any behavior they're involved in.
You and Greg are exactly right.
And beyond all of this, the danger with a Chuck Schumer and that sort of approach is that it misleads the public.
They carve out these sayings like an attack on democracy.
What Chuck Schumer is proposing and others like him is a true attack on democracy.
Elections have consequences.
And we know that people run on election platforms as to what Supreme Court justices they might have a chance to appoint, to nominate, and then get put into office.
That's part of the process.
Nine Supreme Court justices served us well since 1869.
We don't mess with the Constitution, this sacred document of ours, for political purposes.
And they use these terms like reform the court.
That's not an appropriate reform would indicate an improvement or doing something better for the court.
This would pervert the court's purpose.
Same thing, you know, we use the term progressives to refer to the hate squad.
There's nothing progressive about them.
They're reactionary bigots.
So we can't buy into their terminology, I think.
Greg's exactly right, and you're exactly right.
The term limits, you know, Congress can affect, but it shouldn't.
And it served us very well.
The only time it's been changed throughout history, anywhere from five to six to ten, back to nine, is for partisan political purposes.
We can't do that.
Would they really suggest that Chief Justice Roberts is some flaming reactionary in the opinion on immunity?
Absolutely not.
Nobody could fairly suggest that.
But Schumer puts our institutions in danger, and he puts people in danger with the kind of rhetoric that he uses, and he misleads the public.
This all to me harkens back to Jerry Nadler in 2019 saying we can't trust the voters to put in the right kind of person for president.
That's as undemocratic a statement as any legislator or any American could ever make.
Let me play for you, Kamala Harris, saying that we need to have the courage to stop using the term radical Islamic terrorism, that we need to have the courage to stop using the term illegal alien.
Listen.
You must have the courage to object when they use that term.
radical islamic terrorism which is more than the greatest victims of terror and we also have the courage to reject that term illegal alien I have seen some of the worst of criminal behavior.
I have seen the worst of crime.
An undocumented immigrant is not a criminal.
Well, it's a crime when they're undocumented workers.
It is a crime when they murdered Jocelyn Nungari.
It is a crime after they brutalize her for hours.
It is a crime when they murder a mother of five Rachel Morin.
It is a crime when they kill Lake and Riley.
It is a crime when these unvetted illegal immigrants rape 13-year-old girls in broad daylight in a park in Central Park, Greg Jarrett.
That is a crime and frankly a crime in which they have blood on their hands because their policies allowed for this and facilitated this to happen.
And of course, she failed in her job to do something about the border and is now pretending that she was never in charge of it.
The problem with Kamala Harris is that she has no foreign policy experience whatsoever.
And what I find so troubling is she has surrounded herself with these national security advisors who are pro-open borders and in terms of Israel are anti-Israel and Hamas sympathizers, which is why her immediate response together with Tony Blanken is urging restraint.
Can you imagine if 12 American children on a soccer field were murdered by a neighboring state, restrained?
Are you kidding?
We'd be tempted to level that neighboring state into a smoking parking lot.
So if you elevate Vice President Harris to the presidency, she will install these crazy advisors and rely on them entirely because, as I say, she doesn't know anything about foreign policy.
Sean, your take.
Listen, she asks people to stop using the term radical Islamic terrorism.
My Muslim friends prefer that term because they believe that the perpetrators, the terrorists, have perverted their religion, Islam.
So the idea, though, that we shouldn't in any way refer to them as being a function of radical Islam is absurd when they're yelling al-Akbar when committing the terrorist acts and making-you mean like they're yelling Allahu Akbar at the C. last week when Prime Minister Netanyahu spoke before a joint session of Congressman death to the Jews, kill the Jews, and so on.
So this notion of separating Zionism from Judaism, they've been given license now to simply engage in violent activities.
I've got five lawsuits going now on behalf of Hamas victims against these organizations, including the Associated Press, for fomenting these things, for providing material support, for encouraging these things, including the organizations that are doing it on campus.
We know that this is an organized campaign financed by Iran in large part that was not coincidental.
Documents came out on October 7th and October 8th in this country, already recognizing that the massacre was going to occur.
So this is radical Islamic terrorism, and it shouldn't be called anything else.
And by suggesting that Islamophobia, to identify it as that, is simply wrong and dangerous.
And, you know, we saw Mark after meeting with Prime Minister Netanyahu, her focus was on what's going on in Gaza with the Palestinians rather than all of the thousands of Israelis who have been displaced, thousands killed, and so on, and under threat of rocket fire every single day.
This is our ally.
We don't treat our allies and terrorist groups equally.

Clearly a violation of separation of powers and the insanity of Kamala Harris and Joe Biden's policies towards radical Islamic terrorism.
Kamala doesn't even want us to use the word anymore.
We've got to be courageous.
Never use the term radical Islamic terrorism.
Her treatment of Prime Minister Netyahoo was an embarrassment.
They're surrendering the war on radical Islamic terrorism is an embarrassment.
If this doesn't scare everybody, the fact that she thinks we need the courage to stop speaking the truth and she wants to be the commander-in-chief and she's giving in to the radicals in her party.
That's insane.
Last question.
Will this disqualify Josh Shapiro as her potential VP choice?
Look, I don't know.
They're going to make their choice.
Nothing disqualifies any of these folks, it seems to me.
It depends on who you ask and when you ask them.
But the main problem is Kamala Harris at the top of the ticket.
She wants to bolster it with a significant vice presidential choice, but you can't hide what's at the top of the ticket.
Will this disqualify Shapiro, who's pro-Israel?
Greg Jarrett.
I don't think so, because she desperately wants Pennsylvania in the D column in the presidential election.
He's immensely popular, 60% plus approval rating in Pennsylvania.
And so, as I say, politics trumps everything.
She'll likely pick someone just like Shapiro for political reasons.

They do everything humanly possible.
Now they're telling the stories about what people went through on that horrific day.
Survivors like Keith, now he happened to be the head of security of the Eshkol region, which is in Israel's southern border with Gaza.
I've been there, and Keith.
protects the people in that region.
On that fateful day, an armored security truck donated to Keith's community by friends of the fellowship stopped bullets from terrorists firing at Keith as he drove into the danger.
Now, that's only because of support from people like you and me and the support of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, and they are helping the survivors remain steadfast and strong.

There was an ABC interview.
It was kind of like, it wasn't in a town hall, but there were, I guess there was somewhat around eight people that were interviewed.
And this was the people at Butler, their SWAT team, and they pointed out something that is just unfathomable to me, that there was zero communication with the U.S. Secret Service before the assassination attempt.
And they claimed they were supposed to have a face-to-face meeting with the Secret Service before the rally, but that meeting never happened.
There's no excuse for this.
And literally, you know, some of them were aware of this guy walking around and keeping eyes on them, but the Secret Service wasn't talking to them.
How does that make any sense?

We were supposed to get a face-to-face briefing with the Secret Service snipers whenever they arrived, and that never happened.
So I think that that was probably a pivotal point where I started thinking things were wrong because that never happened.
And we had no communication with the Secret Service.
You had no communication with the Secret Service at all on that Saturday.
Not until after the shooting.
And by then, it's too late.
Pretty unbelievable.

My question is, how did Kamala become the only person be running for president because they didn't have any other Democrats running for it?
Was it because of the endorsements and stuff that she's received?
I think part of it was her position.
I think part of it was the money, and there would be problems if someone else were to take this space.
I think she just simply became the logical choice, considering had anything ever happened to the president, she'd be next in line.
I think because of her radicalism, I think there's a belief among Democrats that she's going to be easily controlled.
And she represents the squad.
She's it.
I mean, she represents this new radicalized, new Green Deal socialist, Marxist, leftist party.
And there's nobody more left-wing than she is.
She is the perfect candidate for that.
You know, the mission for the next 98 days is to make sure every American, frankly, really only for the next 49 days until early voting starts, is to make sure every American knows how radical a record is.
And we're doing our level best to make sure that happens because the media is not going to do their job.
For sure.

Sean, I think President Trump is walking into a perjury trap with this FBI interview.
They call it a victim interview.
I think they want to make him the victim.
And I know you have President Trump's ear.
So, President Trump, did you forget about Crossfire Hurricane?
Did you forget about James Comey boasting?
Where could they possibly get him on?
I mean, I'm listening closely to you because I think anytime you speak, you know, I have a friend of mine.
He recently retired from the FBI and he was very high up.
And we had conversations about this.
And he actually said to me, you know, because my instinct would be if the FBI ever wanted to talk to me, I'd want to help them.
That would be my natural gut instinct.
And he looks at me and goes, no, you never talk to them ever.
Because he knows, obviously, I'm in a political space.
He knows that the DOJ has been weaponized.
He and a lot of the old school people are getting out as quickly as they can.
We have one contributor at Fox News now, Nicole Parker.
She's told her story.
She left because of this very reason.
And I mean, to have somebody that revered the FBI when he went into it to leave with such a bad taste in his mouth, it is sad to me.
I mean, I've told the story many times.
I had two relatives that it was my grandfather's brother's kids, and I'm friends with one of them.
His name is Billy Flynn.
He's called into this program before.
And he and his brother, his brother passed away, but he and his brother were in the FBI.
My family growing up, there was a lot of law enforcement, NYPD, my mom, a prison guard.
My dad was in family court probation.
So a lot of law enforcement, but they were looked at as deity.
I mean, if their names came up, and of course, they had another brother, Jack, that was a Christian brother.
He was looked at as deity too, but they were looked at with reverence.
I mean, that's how we were raised.
And none of these people think the same way about the FBI anymore that it's been weaponized.
They all see it and politicized.
And they all talk about it.
What's that?
When the FBI staged the Mar-a-Lago photo and tampered with evidence in order to do it and then leaked it to, I believe, the Washington Post, did a single agent come forward and say, this is the equivalent of a political throwdown gun.
We did a corrupt act to hide a corrupt act and justify a corrupt act.
So that photo, in my judgment, is an indictment of the top, all the Bureau, top to bottom, inside and out, because it was done for political purposes and they tamper with evidence in the process.
And so President Trump, if you're going to do this, I think you're a fool, but at least have them give you the questions in writing.
Have your lawyers review them and submit written answers.
You cannot trust them.
I hadn't thought about it before.
I can't disagree with a word you're saying.
I think that the president should give written answers.
I absolutely, positively agree.
And what a sad state of affairs it is that you're right.
Absolutely.
I hadn't thought about it before, but I think you're 1,000% right.
They haven't given up on getting him.
And that's what he has to understand.
Nor has the look.
Look what they did.
I mean, they were warned in August of 2016 not to use the dirty Russian disinformation dossier.
They were warned it was a political document.
They knew Hillary paid for it.
Of all people, Bruce Orr was the one that warned them.
And they used it anyway for not one but four FISA warrants.
And that was a backdoor way to spy on the Trump campaign and the Trump presidency.
You know, now years later, they go before Congress.
Well, no, we know what we know now about the dirty dossier.
We wouldn't have used it as we would never have signed off on those warrants, but they weren't held accountable with the 51 former Intel agents in 2020.
It just knew nothing about Hunter's laptop, but they just flat out lied.

I really appreciate it.
To me, I mean, I'm not going to go by anything I hear on the news, but just as a citizen of the United States, nothing is making sense just for starters.
I don't feel Kamala is suitable at all to be president.
When I see her, when I get the vibe from her, I think she would probably make a small government official like a city council person is to me what she looks like and what she sounds like.
She would probably be good as a city council person, maybe for a small town, small city that needs government involvement.
But when you're talking about a whole country to run a whole country, it just doesn't it she's going from being a suitable city councilwoman is what I see her as to a president.
I mean, it's just not possible.
And as far as it is a very, very scary proposition.
Her views are so radical.
I feel like I'm repeating myself when I go over all of them.
Maybe I can't, maybe I need to do it more often.
Maybe I just need to just say it every single time.
You know, I don't care if it's about defunding the police, you know, equity over equality, for example, or, you know, just her radical positions on, you know, everything from defunding the police and the courage to stop using the term radical Islamic terrorism and the courage to stop saying illegal aliens,
being against fracking, being against drilling, you know, mandatory gun buyback program, new Green Deal, eliminate private health insurance, defund, dismantle the police.
I mean, I just, I could just keep going and going and going.
You know, that illegal immigrants should get free health care and they should get free education.
And, you know, coast to the left of Bernie Sanders.
I mean, I just keep going on and on and on.
And I don't know if everybody, America fully understands just how radicalized she is and the type of president she'd be.

And I don't have any other way to put it.

So I'm trying to make people aware of it.
They didn't give us much time to vet her, but we're going to do our very best.
No.
And I think she's trying very hard to market herself.
But as I look at the big picture and with the illegal people coming in, I mean, the very term illegal means it's illegal for them to be here.
So in a nutshell, it's like she's not obviously fiscally minded.
And for an example, if you're living on credit card debt, would you donate more than your take-home pay to illegal immigrants?
It's just, it's like common sense of a fifth grader.
We don't have, we have trillions of dollars in debt.
We can't afford to have illegal aliens on our dime.
They're illegal.
Are there any laws here?
None of it makes sense.
There are laws.
They're circumventing the law, and they've been aiding and abetting in the law breaking.
And then they've lied to us for three years.
Then they try to blame Trump.
And yet we have people being murdered and raped.
And they don't even mention these people's names.
Or if they mention the name, they get it wrong.
And they apologize for calling somebody illegal alien.
It's insane.
We are living in an insane time.
These are people that, honestly, it's scaring the hell out of me.
We're going to get Newt Gingrich's take on the state of the race coming up in a minute.
For look, for far too many veterans, people that serve this country honorably and now find themselves homeless or at risk of being homeless.
