If you want to join us, as we have been pointing out, it's this is not a surprise to us.
Anybody that's listened to this radio show or watch me on television knows we have been pointing out that Joe Biden can barely get through an average day without he's never he doesn't have clean days and has not for a long, long time now.
Anyway, so he's he's just chalking this up to a bad episode, saying that he had a really bad cold during the debate, and uh, you know, after they they they kept him hidden away for a week at Camp David, doing nothing but debate prep.
They didn't tell anybody that he had a cold until 20 minutes into the debate.
Oh, he's got a bad cold, that's why he's not doing well.
Anyway, here's Biden, you know, now steadfastly saying that he's staying in.
I'm a nominating this party because millions of Democrats like you just voted for me in primaries all across America.
You voted for me to be your nominee.
No one else.
You, the votes, the voters did that.
And despite, despite that some folks don't seem to care who you voted for.
Well, guess what?
They're trying to push me out on the race.
Well, let me say this clearly as I can.
I'm staying in a race.
I'll beat Donald Trump.
I will beat him again in 2020.
Well, by the way, we're gonna do it again in 2024.
Beat him again in 2020.
Well, uh, all right, maybe that was just a little baby mishap, not a big deal.
But Biden's saying that he had a bad episode.
Here it is.
Let's start with the debate.
Uh you and your team said have said you had a bad night.
But you're but your friend Nancy Pelosi actually framed the question I think is on the minds of millions of Americans.
Was this a bad episode with a sign of a more serious condition?
It's a bad episode.
Uh no indicate of any serious condition, I was exhausted.
I didn't listen to my instincts in terms of preparing and bad nights.
You know, you say you were exhausted, and and I know you said that before as well, but you came and you did have a tough month, but you came home from Europe about 11 or 12 days before the debate, spent six days in Camp David.
Why wasn't that enough rest time, enough recovery time?
Because I was sick, I was feeling terrible.
Matter of fact, the doc's with me.
I asked if they did a COVID test.
We were trying to figure out what's wrong.
They did a test to see whether or not I had some infection, you know, a virus.
I didn't.
He just had a really bad cold.
Just had a really bad cold.
Well, he's had a really bad cold as we have been chronicling on this program going back for years.
Then in the same interview with George Stephanopoulos.
I'm not frail, Joe says.
My doctors told me after the debate I was exhausted.
What if he gets a 3 a.m. call and he's exhausted?
Listen.
Do you dispute that there have been more lapses, especially in the last several months?
Can I run the 110 flat?
No.
But I'm still in good shape.
Are you more frail?
No.
I know you keep my schedule.
I know you spoke with your doctor after the debate.
What did he say?
He said he just looked at me.
He said you're exhausted.
I have medical doctors traveling everywhere, every president's dozen, as you know.
Medical doctors, some of the best in the world, travel me everywhere I go.
I have an ongoing assessment of what I'm doing.
They don't hesitate to tell me if they think there's something wrong.
Okay.
Just look at my schedule.
He has less than on average one scheduled event a day.
Then he refuses steadfastly in this interview to submit to a cognitive test, claiming that he has a cognitive test every day.
Well, if that is the test, I would argue he's failing every day.
Listen.
Would you be willing to undergo an independent medical evaluation that included neurological and cognitive cognitive tests and release the results to the American people?
Look, I have a cognitive test every single day.
Every day I have that test.
Everything I do.
You know, not only am I campaign, I'm on running the world.
And that's not how it sounds like hyperbole.
But we are the central nation of the world.
I don't know if I was right.
Every single day.
For example, today, before I come out here, I'm on the phone with the with Prime Minister.
I shouldn't come into detail, but every single day.
So that's where we now find ourselves in this race.
He doesn't want to take a cognitive test because he really couldn't do well.
Uh in one of these these radio interviews where the Biden people we now know are giving questions to the interviewers.
He even screwed that up, referring to himself as a black woman during one of those radio interviews that the uh they they hand over the questions to the interviewer.
This this host in in Philly just got fired.
Uh feel bad for her.
Uh not sure.
I mean, they put her in a horrible position.
Anyway, listen.
By the way, I'm proud to be the as I said, the first vice president, first black woman to serve with the black president.
Proud to all the first black woman in the Supreme Court.
There's just so much that we can do because together we there's nothing.
Look, this is the United States America.
Oh, okay.
That's your that's your President Joe.
Oh, and then there's Ho Ho Hoe on Independence Day.
President of the United States, Joe Biden.
Ho ho.
Happy Independence Day.
Okay, ho ho ho.
Happy Independence Day.
I don't know why that made me laugh.
Uh joining us now, Dr. Brian Tyson's back with us, co-author of Overcoming the COVID-19 Darkness, how two doctors successfully treated 7,000 uh patients.
He co-wrote with uh Dr. George Farid.
Uh, they were on uh during the COVID epidemic many times on this program.
Dr. Uh Fli uh Finn is with us, former infectious disease specialist who now focuses on clinical research to bring back integrity to scientific research.
Uh welcome uh both of you back to the program.
Uh uh Dr. Tyson, the chairman of the House Oversight Committee demanded answers from the White House physician, Kevin O'Connor in a Sunday letter addressing both Biden's health and and O'Connor's past business relationship with James Biden, the president's younger brother.
Um, you know, there are Dr. Field Goods out there.
Uh we've talked at length about them over the years, be it Elvis Presley uh or Michael Jackson, for example, and Propofall, if you remember that particular case.
And there are people that I guess in the medical community, if that you have a relationship with them, we'll give you any medicine you want, whether you need it or not, whether it's good for you or not.
And in this particular case, it seems like what was so transparent and obvious, and that is Joe's, you know, being Joe being weak and physically frail and a cognitive mess, uh, has been completely covered up by everybody.
Yeah, and you know what it speaks to is the ethical dilemma we're having in medicine right now.
Um, you know, ethics has been basically thrown out the window.
We saw that with COVID-19, we saw that with mandates, we saw that with the vaccine, we saw that with them continuing uh to to pass uh vaccines and and kids with no statistical significance, and now we're seeing it with the president of the United States.
Um, we spoke on this um when Joe was first elected, that he's presenting as a patient with uh Alzheimer's dementia.
When you look at his body habitat, you look at his blank stare, you look at how he walks, he doesn't swing his arms, you look at how he he stands, you look at how he sits, you look at how it takes him time and he needs prompts to to uh move or or to go off stage or when to stand, when to sit down, where to where to meet, where to go, when when he needs to take questions, when he's not.
He's being prompted by his staff, which leads everybody to ask the question who's running the United States?
Because clearly he's not, he's not capable of doing it.
We have to be honest with ourselves, right?
Uh on that.
And the doctors taking care of him have more than an obligation to him as a patient.
They have an obligation to the country to be honest with his medical condition.
I'm not a medical doctor, Dr. Finn.
I'm not.
But it has been so obvious to me, and I I think I was out there the earliest, and uh at certain points I even made fun of it, and Joe Biden will have his warm milky and his ice cream and his sippy cup and go night night and get a nighttime uh bedtime story.
Because he was so obviously checked out.
And it was obvious before the election.
I played a montage of comments that I made on this radio program i in the months leading up to the twenty twenty election, and and everything that I've been saying has been proven true, but the media covered up for him.
Everybody around him covered up for him, and and the country has been harmed.
And I think that Dr. Tyson raises a good point.
Who's been running the country, because it obviously's not been this guy.
Yeah, well, yeah, you don't have to be a medical doctor to uh notice that there are definitely some deficiencies going on as far back as uh when he was put in into office.
Um who's running the country, I can't answer that.
I can guess it could be somebody's third term.
But that said, uh it it was interesting to me not only that his medical doctor was named for um receiving some sort of payments and being compromised, but um also that the fact that they attributed his gait,
his stiffness gait and shuffling to osteoarthritis, and the only n neurological consultant notes have to do with peripheral neuropathy and well they they also used to claim that well he he has a stuttering problem, but if you go back earlier in his career and you look at the tapes, I never noticed any stuttering problem.
No, he didn't have a stuttering problem.
I know he had bilateral aneurysms about 15 years ago, but um even after that occurred, he didn't have a stuttering problem.
And hit at this time, it's seemingly more cognitive than uh neuropathy, which is all they're attributing it to.
You know, we're we're focused, Dr. Tyson, on the issue of his cognitive state, but there's something bigger here in play.
Because I don't think there's a single Democrat that were to replace him that would govern the country any differently, and I think that has to be on the minds of voters before they they go to the ballot box a hundred and nineteen days until election day, seventy days until early voting begins in this country.
So they really don't have a lot of time, but it to me it's uh it's still the country will still be governed in the same way, and that is a a bigger issue that Republicans are gonna have to deal with on their own and figure out how to get their messaging together that it doesn't matter who it is, the the policies won't change here.
However, when you have a president and a leader of the free world that is cognitively compromised, uh I believe it has created a clear and present danger for the country and for the world.
I I've I've talked often about how Joe is abdicated America's role on the world stage as the leader of the free world.
Yeah, it's it's very concerning because we appear from a position of weakness and uh it becomes a situation of national security, no doubt.
All right, quick break right back more about Joe's declining cognitive state with Dr. Lynn Finn and Dr. Brian Tyson on the other side.
We'll get to your calls.
Don't forget Donald Trump on Hannity tonight on the Fox News channel, nine Eastern, please say DBR, Monday through Friday, nine to ten.

Let me continue now with Dr. Lynn Finn and Dr. Brian Tyson about Joe Biden's deteriorating cognitive state.
I've known you a long time, Dr. Tyson.
Why do I imagine if I called you and said I wanted a particular medicine and you didn't think it was good for me or warranted that you tell me to go pound sand and you'd say it in pretty short order and probably be pretty angry that I dared to ask you for it.
And those are the medical doctors that I have in my life.
I know that there are probably people out there that I could call and get any medicine that I wanted, but thankfully I don't have that desire.
I want to be as healthy as I can be.
Health, wellness, fitness, nutrition matter to me.
And but however, I'm sure in the course of your practice, you've met doctors that are pretty willing or are willing to do pretty much anything when it comes to taking care of patients, especially patients they like.
And that that's the sad part.
I mean, you you you mentioned it uh uh a few times.
I mean, you know, the whole Michael Jackson uh uh debacle, right?
You know, people get thrown money and feel like that they can do whatever it is that they they they want to do, um, under not understanding their limitations, right?
So here you have doctors supposedly taking care of the most important person in the United States, and they can't even be honest with his cognitive ability.
Um clearly he's signed down.
Clearly, he's sundowns.
And you know, that's why he they even said, well, he's not gonna do anything after 8 p.m.
He's gonna be in bed at 8 p.m.
You know, we're not gonna do more than uh Well, what what happens if we have a crisis at 2 AM?
The de facto president steps in, I guess.
Yeah.
Well, I mean, uh, they could always call me because I don't sleep, but I mean that's a whole other problem.
And uh Ambient and I don't mix mix well together.
I'll tell both of you doctors that.
I'm one of these people that wakes up like in another room of my house with no memory how I got there.
I gave that up like in very short order.
That's a scary medicine, I'll tell you.
Congress is supposedly bringing the doctor to ask those questions.
And I hope they ask those hard questions.
And they should be filing an ethical complaint and a medical board complaint against the physician's license for allowing this to continue.
Well, well, think about it though.
I mean, in the New York Times today, they they discussed uh the fact that a Parkinson's expert has visited the white white house no less than eight times in the last eight months.
That's not just to say hello.
Yeah.
I appreciate both of you.
Dr. Finn, thank you.
Dr. Brian Tyson, I appreciate both of you, and thank you for being ethical doctors that just don't hand out medicines like they're candy because they're not.
Uh 800-941 Sean is our number.
Don't forget we have President Trump will be on Hannity tonight, nine Eastern on Fox.
All right, Kate North Carolina I'm sorry, yeah, Kate and South Carolina.
Kate, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hey, Sean.
Hey Linda, thanks for taking my call.
Hello from South Carolina.
My question is rather than replacing Joe Biden, do you think there's any chance that they might replace Kamala Harris as a r as a roundabout way to replace Joe Biden.
I think so.
Uh I think anything is possible.
You know, God knows what they're capable of.
You know, they they've talked, for example, about this blitz.
I don't know if you've heard me me talking about it earlier, you know, that they're gonna have this this blitz primary, and they'll have people like Oprah and Taylor Swift moderate the process.
Well, I'm not sure exactly how well that's gonna work and but yeah, I mean, is it difficult to do?
No, it's not difficult to do.
As a matter of fact, I think you know, we we need to understand that if they want to get Biden off the ticket, that they're gonna get him off the ticket, and and as many Democrats have been reminding delegates that they're under no obligation if their conscience forbids them from voting for the person that they're supposed to be voting for for the people that they're representing.
So, I mean, th there's a lot in play here.
You're raising a great question, but I th I think no, I think they could try to bypass Kamala Harris.
I think if they do, I think that there'll be fury and anger among Democratic rank and file and Democratic voters, and I think it'll backfire.
However, I'm taking nothing for granted here.
With all this chaos going on, the last thing I want is for anybody in this audience, anybody that cares about America stopping America's decline, which has been precipitous under the the radical democratic Marxist socialist.
If you care about that, it doesn't matter who they have at the top of the ticket.
And you need to remember that.
Because whoever were to replace Biden will still support his white open borders immigration policies, will still support his redistribution of wealth policies, still be trying to force green energy on the American people and push electric vehicles into your driveway, whether you want one or not.
They'll s still support no bail laws and defund and dismantle.
They'll still show nothing but weakness on the world stage and abdicate America's role as the leader of the free world.
Nothing will change in terms of policy.
And I don't care who you whatever name you're hearing, you need to understand that part.
The urgency to save the country transcends Joe Biden because it's a party effort that has been pushing these policies.
I hope people understand that.
Right.
Well, I appreciate it.
One name that won't be is Nikki Haley.
No, it's not gonna be Nikki Haley.
No, it's not.
Appreciate you being with us, thank you.
Diane in the free state of Florida.
It's great to be home, Diane.
How are you?
Glad you called.
I just wanted I just wanted to ask.
I mean, obviously, Joe's Joe's the puppet, but how much could his wife Jill hate him to allow this to keep going on for all this time?
I mean, I know I get annoyed at my husband sometimes, but seriously, this woman to allow them to do this to her husband, she has to hate him.
It's it's just absolutely disgusting to me.
Well, I I have said this before.
I've been criticized for saying it before.
I've been excoriated for pointing out Joe's decline.
Uh the fact that just a few weeks ago that the mob and the media were attacking conservatives for cheap fake videos when they were very real and and unedited.
It just goes to show the depth of of corruption that exists within their party ranks.
Look, to them it's i the end justifies the means, as I said.
Uh It just does.
And as long as they stop Trump, they don't care.
And if it takes a guy that is that is pretty much out checked out completely from all reality and incapable of doing the job to accomplish that goal, they'll do it.
If it takes replacing them, they'll do that too.
I put nothing past them.
This election is far from over.
And I just, I'm urging all of you, just don't sit here and think, well, the polls are looking really, really good today.
Yeah, they're looking good today.
But God knows what they're capable of.
We saw what they did in 2016.
No reasonable prosecutor would prosecute.
They just didn't think that Trump could win.
In 2020, we saw what the 51 former Intel officials did with Hunter's very real laptop.
We know what they're capable of.
You have an unholy alliance.
They didn't care.
And I said this in this column I wrote while I was on vacation.
You know, is America a constitutional republic, or are we officially a corrupt banana republic?
Because this this is this has been on display for the world to see forever.
And America better understand here.
We're up against very powerful forces, not only within the Democratic Party, but their state-run mainstream media and deep state institutions where 51 former Intel officials will just flat out lie.
And then they'll use a dirty Clinton disinformation Russian dossier to spy on a presidential candidate and a president.
All of this happened.
You know, I quoted in the article Ben Franklin famously asking if, you know, whether or not the newly established United States of America was a republic or a monarchy.
And his answer, a republic if he can keep it.
I I think the odds of us losing what the framers gave us has never been greater than right now.
And I lay out in this article, we'll put it up again on Hannity.com.
I know a lot of you were away on vacation last week, but we're in a very perilous moment for our country.
This is an inflection point.
And I don't want any of you hearing my coverage to think for one second that this election is in the bag.
It's not.
I don't know what dirty tricks that they'll be playing, but they're going to play them.
There's nothing in their mind stopping, they've convinced themselves that they're doing the will of God by by preventing Donald Trump from ever entering the Oval Office again.
And that's how they're playing this.
And they play dirty.
We've seen it in 2016, 2020, and we'll see it in this election as well.
That's my prediction.
Edward in Texas.
Edward, how are you?
Glad you called.
Sean, hi.
It is great to speak with you.
Thanks for taking my call.
So I I'm calling about the Supreme Court decision primarily that came out a week or so ago regarding immunity.
And I um I I went to law school, so I kind of dug deep into this thing, and I started to kind of connect some dots.
Um, and I'll lay those out for you as best I can.
But um I I'm gonna point out the hypocrisy and the intellectual dishonesty of the Democrats.
So, you know, Sotomayor in her dissent, you know, she goes on, she rants quite a bit about the pre that that this now makes the president a king.
Um, and uh the majority opinion was was pretty uh complex, but um the connection is you know, Biden and and his administration came out with student loan forgiveness, and they tried to base that or justify that on the Heroes Act.
Well, the Supreme Court came out last year and said you can't do that.
You can't it the Heroes Act doesn't go that far.
So what do they do?
They do an end run around the Supreme Court, and they do it anyway.
And and and with 133 billion dollars of taxpayer money.
So who is acting like a king?
Who is usurping our democracy?
Right?
I mean the con uh the Constitution, Article one, Section Eight, I believe, d doesn't even provide for a Department of Education, but Biden is saying he's exercising his executive power to justify the student loan forgiveness.
So they're they're full of it.
They they're di we all know why they did it.
They did it to buy votes.
I think that's obvious.
And I think they you know, remember, we're gonna give away beer and birth control to young people to get them to vote for you know Joe Biden.
I mean, it's it's it's insane.
Yeah, they circumvented it, and no, I didn't hear Justice Sotomayor or any other justice speak out about the fact that their Supreme Court ruling was ignored, and I thought we had co equal branches of government.
Apparently we don't.
And if anyone was acting like a king, it would be Joe Biden in this instance, and I think your analysis is accurate.
And I think it just shows nothing but contempt.
Joe also in in ways that we'd never seen before, you know, spoken out and and criticized the Supreme Court as he has, but we now see open hostility.
We first saw it with you know Chuck Schumer threatening the you listen to me, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh and whatever, you know, threatening justices, and then of course it's illegal, but they were doxing and showing up at the homes of Supreme Court justices, uh, which is also illegal and people weren't being arrested.
And very, very dangerous situation.
Uh I think what they're doing, they're trying to undermine an entire branch of government because they don't have they don't have control over them.
No, Joe likes to play real loose with uh taxpayer money, like he like he did uh with the prosecutor when he refused to, you know, threatened to withhold a billion dollars.
You remember that, um, unless they fired that prosecutor uh to protect his son.
So, you know, here's just another ex example of uh, you know, 133 billion dollars.
I want everybody to hear that, uh, of our money uh being given away.
I I had student loans.
I had to work my ass off to pay pay them back.
I don't I don't see any benefit from that.
No, no, and why are we taking money from hardworking Americans uh so that they can pay for these kids that go to these elitist schools?
It's pretty unfair.
But they feel justified for the very reason you spoke of.
Oh, that well let's basically give money to people and hope that they vote for us.
Let's give something a great value citizenship in the hopes that one day people that they've let in illegally will vote for them.
Uh it's pretty transparent to me.
Uh anyway, Elfrida is in California next, Sean Hannity show.
Hi.
Hi.
Thank you for letting me talk.
I want to say hi.
I lived 14 years under communism, six years socialism, I still have my family over there.
I went in March to Germany to visit.
It costed me ten dollars for a gallon of gas, because you go by literally.
A liter is a quart.
Four quarts makes a gallon.
So ten dollars for gas.
If you go to the bathroom like in McDonald's or the mall, you pay fifty cents to your stab room.
Forty-six percent comes out of your paycheck.
That's why the paying had their kids to school over there, but he has a part-time job.
He takes twenty-six percent out, plus nine percent for church.
Then you go shopping, you bring your purse, you put it in a cupboard, like that.
All you take is uh your wallet, and you finish shopping.
If you need a bag, costs you fifty cents.
If you used to shopping cart, cost you a dollar, then you go out to eat.
All I had was a cup of soup, two sizes of lamb, a spoonful of uh mashed potatoes, and a little vegetable.
Costing me 58 yellow on the last name about the drink included.
Yeah.
Well, look, I uh I'm just looking at the clock here.
Um and I don't have a lot of time.
What really troubles me is especially watching the results out of France and and Great Britain, and as Europe in some places, they move right, and some places they move left.
And what's amazing to me is all of these, you know, green policies, even talk of bringing back a wealth tax, which they previously had in France, is now back on the table.
If I I guess if Macron wants to align with the liberals in his in France.
Um, and it's all exactly what has been adopted by this new radical democratic socialist Marxist party.
That's all they are.
And that's what's on the ballot.
Doesn't matter who's the head.
Doesn't matter if it's Biden or somebody else.
It'll all end up the same.
Because they're all speaking with one radicalized voice.
Anyway, I appreciate the uh call.
Thank you for being with us.
800-941 Sean is a number if you want to be a part of the program.
That's gonna wrap things up uh for today.
Full complete coverage over what is the greatest, most obvious cover-up and media protection racket, deep state racket that we've ever had to face as a country.
Uh also we will have Donald Trump on Hannaday tonight, nine Eastern on the Fox News channel.
Please set your DVR Monday through Friday.
Uh we'll have full coverage of that tomorrow.
We'll see it tonight back here on Tuesday with reaction to the Trump interview all coming up, and we hope you'll join us.
Thank you for making the show possible.

Thoughtful, try to be funny, grounded, and no panic.
We'll keep you informed and entertained without ruining your day.
Join us every Tuesday and Thursday, normally on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
I'm Ben Ferguson.
And I'm Ted Cruz.
Three times a week, we do our podcast, Verdict with Ted Cruz.
Nationwide, we have millions of listeners.
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, we break down the news and bring you behind the scenes inside the White House, inside the Senate, inside the United States Supreme Court.
And we cover the stories that you're not getting anywhere else.
We arm you with the facts to be able to know and advocate for the truth with your friends and family.
So down a verdict with Ted Cruz now, wherever you get your podcasts.
