Thanks, Scott Shannon.
And our two, Sean Hannity show toll free on numbers 800 941.
Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, there has been a lot of uh well, uh, I guess worn leather, if you will, from our friend John Solomon, founder and editor-in-chief, just the news.com, as he has now broken three big exclusives in just the last week.
Uh one, Jim Jordan is asking the Department of Justice watchdog to investigate whether the FBI is purging agents if they have conservative views.
It's a follow-up to a story that uh John uh broke uh just about a week or two ago.
Uh issued number two, uh, a Biden advisor had contact with Parisma during the height of the corruption crobe.
We now have emails that back this up, and that the FBI knew since twenty sixteen that Hunter Biden's team nearly scored a hundred and twenty million dollars in Ukrainian deal while Joe Biden was vice president.
Well, that's new.
Anyway, just the news.com founder, editor in chief, investigative reporter, John Solomon is with us.
How are you, sir?
Well, good to be with you today.
Let's work our way back in in the order in which you broke these stories, and let's go to the first one where the FBI knew since 2016 that Hunter's team scored nearly a hundred and twenty million dollar Ukrainian deal while Joe was vice president.
Uh okay, now that the laptop is finally four years later been verified by the government as they are the ones that introduced it into evidence in the case against Hunter Biden.
Uh I think all of this now is is basically evidence against Joe Biden.
Uh, you know, with this upcoming debate one week from today, and I'm pretty sure that Joe's gonna say you're you're a cu you're you're a convicted felon.
Uh maybe we should have a drinking game based on how many times he says it, but uh I I would say based on the laptop that we now know and frankly knew a long time ago was very real.
You reported the FBI knew about it, you know, as as early as March of 2020 for sure.
They they had verified it, and that's why they were pre-bunking it with big tech.
But putting that aside, the FBI learned tell tell us what they learned as far back as 2016 about Hunter, his partners, and how they set up a new tax venture in another country, a third-party country that would be uh that would be capitalized by a whopping hundred and twenty million dollar investment from the controversial owner of this energy giant,
Verisma Holdings out of Ukraine, where Hunter sat on the board, even though he'd admitted he had no experience and was addicted to crack cocaine at the time.
Yeah, listen, I think you summarize it perfectly.
Hunter Biden gets put on this board at a time when the owner and the company are deemed corrupt by the State Department, and the owner was being pursued by the serious fraud office in Great Britain on a fraud case that was actually assisted by the FBI, the State Department.
The FBI, British fraud authorities, all believe this company uh was corrupt.
And as a result, they started pursuing them, and Hunter Biden just magically appears on the board right at the moment that all of these allegations are surfacing.
And the fraud case dies down for a while, and uh Hunter Biden is looking, along with his business partners, Devin Archer and others, to score big, bigger than just the million dollars a year he was getting to be on the board.
And they put together this concept.
They're gonna open a company in Liechtenstein, which is a tax-friendly country, uh, and uh the owner of Barisma, Mikola Zolchevsky, is going to capitalize it with 120 million dollars.
Just think about that.
Hunter Biden's on the board, he's supposed to be providing fiduciary responsibility for Burisma, and he's working with the owner to move money to another one of his companies in another country where he's going to be a significant beneficiary along with his other business partners.
That alone raises questions.
But then when you think of the fact that this is all going on while Joe Biden's administration is dealing with this corruption issue involving Breesma, and Joe Biden is the point man for Ukraine anti-corruption efforts, it looks all the more untoward.
We didn't know about this hundred and twenty million dollar deal back when impeachment occurred, back when I broke the first stories in 2019.
It was sitting in the 3.39 million pages of documents that the FBI, SEC, and IRS gathered from Hunter Biden and his business partners during a 2016 securities investigation.
We now have access how is it that we didn't have access to this prior to this point?
I mean, you know, here we are eight years later, John.
Well, listen, the president, uh President Trump should have had access because these were exculpatory documents for his impeachment.
They didn't get these documents.
Uh Ron Johnson and Chuck Grassey had a Senate investigation going on it.
They didn't get these documents.
I put in lots of FOIAs over the years to many agencies.
I didn't get these documents.
However, we got them because Devin Archer, one of the defendants in that securities case, uh, gave them to Congress recently.
It's the full production of everything the United States government got from Hunter Biden and his various business partners.
There is a wretched Trevor Choven.
There's something interesting here.
Um, there's a lot of emails and correspondence that are in these documents certified by the government that aren't on Hunter Biden's laptop, which raises the question, why aren't they?
We'll have to find out over time.
But uh, there is a body of new evidence that really puts into uh focus how much the government agencies, the deep state people call them, knew about what was going on in Hunter Biden world and how it potentially affected Joe Biden's duties.
Well, certainly they they didn't have any intention of bringing it to the American people, just like Joe Biden was allowed to get away with a lies about the the Hunter Biden laptop not being real, and the FBI knew damn well it was real in the summer of 2020 leading up to the election in the fall of 2020.
Uh, we know that the FBI, even though they had verified the authenticity of Hunter's laptop, they were out there meeting weekly with all these big tech companies and warning them they may be victims of a disinformation campaign, and and that disinformation campaign may be about Joe Biden, it may be about Hunter Biden.
Anyway, fast forward.
The the New York Post breaks the story that Hunter Biden laptop, all of this, and and they allowed the president to go out and lie, then candidate Joe Biden to go out there and and lie and say it's false.
They allowed Hunter to say it's false.
And when they got specific questions, meaning the FBI from uh Twitter from uh Facebook, I believe, those two big tech companies in particular, is this what you were warning us about, or is this real?
They knew they could have verified it was real.
They refused to answer the question.
That's right.
And then the result of that was they censored the story, and you couldn't even send a private message with a link to the New York Post article.
You're you're right.
And listen, it wasn't that hard for me.
You remember I came on your show very early and told you that the FBI had already authenticated his laptop.
I actually had the OD and I, John Um Radcliffe, the director of national intelligence thing.
There's no reason to believe that this laptop had anything to do with Russia or a foreign intelligence operation.
It was very easy for me.
I got the FBI's uh signature handwriting expert to go look at the documents on the things that those are definitely Hunter Biden's signature.
We can compare them.
The guy that made scores of cases for the FBI.
I was able to corroborate it in real time.
And the real question is, how come none of those 51 could do the same work before they intelligence agents before uh experts before they wrote that letter?
Because they didn't care.
All they knew is they got a request from Winkan Wink and Tony Blinken, who organized them and said, We need you to say this to help Joe Biden get elected because this has the potential of destroying his his candidacy.
That's right.
Isn't that what really it's that simple, isn't it?
It is it is that simple.
Pack journalism.
And uh and as a result, the American public were misled in 2019.
They were misled during the impeachment proceedings.
They were misled in 2020 with the laptop going into the election, and for most of the last four years, they've been misled again.
And you're starting to see some revision of history.
The Washington Post recently changed some of its fact checks about Ukraine and Biden, but only because now they've been forced to acknowledge that all these documents that the State Department gave to me, that the FBI gave to me, that Devin Archer gave to Congress, that they're real, and the story was exactly what we said it was back in 2019.
All right, quick break.
More with investigative reporter, editor in chief, Justin News.com, John Solomon, your calls on the other side.
We continue with editor-in-chief, founder, investigative reporter, Justinus.com, John Solomon is with us.
Let's go to issue number two, and that is that Joe Biden has had an advisor that had contact with Barisma during the height of the corruption probe, according to new emails that you were able to find.
And and I got to give you a lot of credit.
I mean, between your foyer requests, your contacts, I mean, you're really pounding the pavement and and demanding answers.
The sad part is that the government takes years oftentimes to get back to you.
So these are stories you're you rightly point out we should have known.
Uh that would have been evidence in the Ukrainian impeachment hoax against Donald Trump.
This would be evidence against Joe Biden.
Uh certainly the American people had a right to know that the laptop was very real uh and verified by the FBI prior to voting in 2020, but they wouldn't give that information away because they wanted to protect Joe Biden.
They allowed 51 former Intel agents to flat out lie, and they knew it was a lie.
Yeah, you are exactly right.
I mean, listen, these things happened, and and uh people say, well, what's the consequence of having a biased intelligence community or a biased law enforcement community or just some leaders in it that are biased or able to um uh keep the truth in the American people, what is we go to elections misinformed.
And I think that that's what we're learning about 2020.
We we people made a decision in 2020 based on information that wasn't complete in some cases untrue.
This news story is very important.
It has relevance right now.
Yes, it's very old.
Uh, but uh the man who was involved in this uh effort in 2014 is currently Joe Biden's one of his most important emissaries to the Middle East.
The Middle East is a flame right name.
His name is Amos Hotstein, back in 2014, right after Hunter Biden got on the board, right after Breesman found out it was in under corruption investigation, something that the State Department and the FBI supported alongside of the great uh the British serious fraud office.
Um Hunter Biden's team, including his law firm, his business partners, and a lobbyist that had been hired by Barisma, arranged a meeting for Amos Hodgstein, then the head of uh was sort of the top and one of the top energy experts in the Obama Biden State Department to sit down and meet with one of the Burisma officials.
Now, you can't tell from the meetings whether that meeting actually occurred.
It was scheduled.
You could see it on a schedule.
You could see people talking about it.
Uh, but you can see that they clearly had a contact with Hotstein because they're talking about the information Hotstein gave them and who they can work with.
So at a moment when the State Department thought Barisma was uh corrupt, at a moment when the FBI was assisting Great Britain to bring a fraud case against this company, uh there this gentleman, uh uh Mr. Hostein makes it contact and has some contact with these guys and is giving them some information that they seem uh is valuable.
They're passing it on.
And by the way, Hunter Biden's directly in the no one.
In fact, at one point, he instructs his assistant, hey, get that private number or that that number, that direct number I have for Amazon and get it to uh my business partners with Barisma.
So Hunter is directly involved in this.
It's shocking.
Just think about that.
Imagine if a company under investigation that Donald Trump Jr. was working for, got access at the State Department during investigation, people would be up in arms.
But this happened, and what's more interesting is that Amos Hotstein was once asked about hey, is there any chance you had contact with Breesma back in 2014?
He did the I don't remember.
It's possible I could have, but I don't know.
Can't tell.
Uh but uh he said, I will tell you this.
At the time, I believe that Breesma was corrupt and that it deserves it needed to be prosecuted.
Now think about that.
He told that to the Senate in 2020 without acknowledging that there had been this contact that you now see in the documents.
So a person who knows Breesmith's crupped still has contact with him.
What's up with that?
These are questions I think the House impeachment inquiry still needs to answer.
Well, I mean, it's it's pretty amazing, and it's sad that it takes this long.
I will tell you this.
Now that the laptop is completely verified, then I think this is a game changer.
I think now everything has to be re-examined.
Uh we only have two minutes left.
Let's talk very quickly about your report about Jim Jordan asking the uh the DOJ watchdog uh group, and that's Michael Horowitz, the inspector general, uh, to investigate whether the FBI has been purging agents that have conservative views.
You we had talked about this uh story when you broke at the at first, and then now it's taken on a new development.
Yeah, this is very important.
Uh just think about the sense in order to get a security currency, at least this one employee, uh his colleagues are being saying, does he vocalize support for Trump?
Does he oppose the vaccines or have concern about the vaccines?
Did he attend a second amendment rally?
All three of those things are protected by the First Amendment.
You don't give up your first amendment when you work for the FBI.
You still have it.
You still have those rights.
Well, today Jim Jordan said, hey, this is deeply concerning.
And he asked Michael Horowitz to begin an investigation, and then he wrote a uh a second letter to the director of the FBI, a director who's repeatedly saying we don't play politics at the FBI to say, what is going on here?
And he made this very important declaration.
I think everybody has to see where I think where Congress is headed on this.
He said he was the director himself.
Um, the FBI appears to be purging itself of employees who do not share its preferred political views.
That is a powerful allegation from one of the most important people in Congress, the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.
This is a question the FBI is going to be forced to answer in the next couple of weeks.
Well, great work, editor-in-chief, founder and investigative reporter John Solomon.
Keep pounding the pavement, sir.
You're doing great work, and we appreciate you being with us.
Thanks, Sean.
Great to be with you.

Maybe the one that was caught on film or videotape.
Do you have an easy way to watch it?
Do you have a VCR?
Do you have a film projector if it's real to real?

It's simple to do.
You go to legacybox.com slash Hannity.
It's their nine dollar tape sale going on right now, legacybox.com slash Hannity to unlock this really incredible offer.
Um the Committee on House Administration and their chairman Brian Steil, who will join us in a minute, has now had to issue uh fifteen subpoenas to fifteen Biden administration cabinet officials for documents related to the Biden administration and their executive order on promoting what they call access to voting.
Now Biden's executive order, one four zero one nine, it directs federal agencies to promote access to voting through the use of federal agency resources.
Now, evidence is already showing that the executive order uh partners federal employees with partisan advocates to register voters ahead of the election, which, as you know, is only a hundred and what, thirty-seven days away, or only eighty-eight days away from early voting, and the committee on the House administration began an investigation into this executive order, and Congressman Brian Steil is at the front of it.
He's from Wisconsin's first district, and he has said about this executive order is another attempt by the Biden administration to tilt the scales ahead of 2024.
I will continue to work to provide transparency and accountability on this administration's latest scheme as Congress did not appropriate tock taxpayer funds for partisan activities, nor would they.
Anyway, Congressman Brian Styles, Wisconsin's first district is with us now.
Congressman, uh, this to me is really, really important because what we're looking at here, and what it sounds like to me, correct me if I'm wrong, is that the administration wants to use all the resources of the federal government uh to stack the deck in their favor and register Democrats in the lead up to this this 2024 presidential election?
Uh uh Congress needs to appropriate funding for such a thing, and so far they've gotten away with it, and we're eighty-eight days away from early voting starting in Pennsylvania, and then all the other states roll out immediately thereafter.
We share the same concern here, Sean, and this is why I've subpoenaed fifteen Biden administration agency officials to get their strategic plan.
We need to shine a light on exactly what this administration is doing, and they're working to tilt the scale using your taxpayer dollars.
We already have evidence where the Department of Education is allowing workforce dollars to go towards registering students on liberal college campuses.
We've seen the small business administration partner with the state of Michigan.
And under this executive order, each agency is required to put forward a strategic plan.
That's what I am trying to get my hands on.
We've subpoenaed these agencies.
We are forcing them to get it to us by next week.
And then we're gonna call them out for engaging in partisan politics because they are not allowed to utilize your taxpayer dollars for partisan purposes, and we know that's what this that's this administration is trying to do.
It certainly seems like it.
And uh so what has been the response and what is the time frame under which you're giving these cabinet officials time to appear before your committee and stop this before the election.
The administration officials have until next week to provide us these strategic plans before we take further court action to force them to turn this over.
There's no excuse that these administration officials, such as Secretary Pete Buddig, won't turn over their strategic plan as to how they're implementing Biden's executive order.
They're refusing to do it.
That should give pause to every American that didn't.
Whoa.
So how so they have refused to try to cooperate with a legitimate conc with a legitimate congressional subpoena?
Isn't that why Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon and didn't they get held in contempt for stuff like this?
They have until next week to actually comply, but we have been asking for these documents prior to that.
They should have already provided them to us.
And the fact that they're not willing to immediately provide a strategic plan that's paid for with your tax dollars gives me great pause, and we're going to continue to force them to provide this because the American people deserve to know how your taxpayer dollars are being weaponized to drive out a partisan get out the vote effort by the Biden administration.
It's pretty unbelievable.
Is there anything that people listening to the show can do to offer you support, or we just have to sit and wait until what to see of whether they comply or not?
Well, raising awareness of this is essential.
People should be reaching out to their own member of Congress, encouraging them to force this administration to turn over the strategic plan.
This is concerning for all of us at a period of time where we want our elections to be secure.
The election process is always going to be partisan.
But the operations of our elections, the administration of our elections, should be a nonpartisan affair, and the fact that the Biden administration is working to tilt the scales in this manner is incredibly concerning.
It's important we're shining a light on this because we have to force the Biden administration to turn this over.
So basically it's a voter mobilization scheme that's organized with taxpayer dollars by the Biden administration.
I doubt they're going to put as much effort into registering and getting voters out that are Republican and conservative as they will Democrats.
Well, you're exactly right, and that's why each administration each agency's strategic plan that lays out exactly what they're doing with what we're trying to get so we can shine light on it.
We have a pretty good understanding when the Department of Education put forward their work study plan that they're working to turn out voters on liberal college campuses.
When you look at the small business administration engaging in a contract with the state of Michigan, it's not hard to understand why the administration is more interested in Michigan than another state.
The key focus here is the Biden administration is using the taxpayer dollars.
All indications are for clear partisan purposes, and they're refusing to provide us their strategic plan that they're required to produce under this executive order, and that's giving everybody pause because this administration time and again has shown they are not concerned with the letter of the law and they're willing to do anything to drive forward their partisan agenda.
Well, we know for a fact there's nobody in this is radicalized government that is ever going to make any outreach to any Republican or conservative voters, so they're gonna use taxpayer dollars to benefit themselves if this is allowed to continue.
Uh do you believe you'll have enough time to not only get their plan but to also get them before Congress and stop this?
I mean, is this something you can take to the courts right now?
Uh a hundred percent we have an opportunity to stop this.
This is where getting these plans and and execute uh executing on our subpoenas essential.
We'll get that next week, hopefully.
Yeah, they're rewriting the plans now to accommodate what you what they think that you want to hear is what I would bet.
I I'm incredibly concerned about everything this administration's doing, but if we can show, which I believe we will, that they're engaged in partisan activities, we will have an opportunity to go to the court, get an injunction, and get this stopped.
Appreciate your your hard work here, Congressman.
We're gonna stay on top of this uh story.
Please update us as necessary.
Uh, Congressman Brian Style of Wisconsin.
Uh thank you, sir.
Appreciate you uh always being with us.
Thanks for having me on.
800-941 Sean is a number if you want to be a part of the program.
All right, so our busy phones we go.
Steve is in Michigan.
Steve, hi, how are you?
Glad you called, sir.
I'm pleased speaking with you, long time listener, first time caller and calling you.
Thank you.
And listening in to you on WKHM 970 AM.
Now I have I'd like your thoughts on this.
Biden is not going to be our presidential candidate for the Democrat Party.
He's going to fall on his face on this debate on a week from yesterday.
And based on what you and Mr. O'Reilly were talking about yesterday, I think the Democrat Party is going to sneak in, our governor, Gretchen Whitmer, to be their candidate.
And I'd like your thoughts on that.
I think she would be the most likely person to replace Joe if that were to happen.
or at least the favorite in terms of what the Democratic establishment would want to do.
I think the mechanics, if you will, the inner workings of the DNC are very different than the base of the Democratic Party.
And I think they'd have a hard time leapfrogging over Vice President Harris to do that.
But I think that's definitely on the table.
I don't think she's a particularly strong candidate myself.
But, I mean, anything can happen.
I mean, honestly, I I watched Joe Biden, and I just think at any moment he could just, you know, fall over and and that's it.
And it's sad to watch and see, and and I often wonder why the people around him that are supposed to love him the most uh are allowing him to do this, but apparently they don't have any problems with it.
But it's bad for the country, his policies are disastrous.
It's bad for the world because every hostile actor is taking full advantage of America abdicating its role on the world stage as the leader of the free world, and and the that we're paying a very dear price in every way imaginable.
You know, that's why I'm hoping and praying in 137 days, early voting starts in eighty-eight days that uh people are gonna start paying attention and that people will realize that the consequences are severe if this guy ever got elected to another term.
Or if if frankly any Democrat, because the whole party's been radicalized.
Anyway, we'll see.
We'll watch.
Steve, thank you in Michigan.
Appreciate it.
Uh let's say hi to Pete in Oregon.
Pete, how are you?
Glad you called, sir.
I'm doing great, Sean.
Thank you for asking.
And uh I really enjoy your show, been listening to you a long time.
Thank you, my friend.
I'm glad you're out there.
What's going on in Oregon?
Well, I just wanted to give you uh kind of a perspective from uh a lot of background in dementia and Alzheimer's.
Uh I went through it with my father.
And uh just to see them the way they decline day by day, week by week.
And uh just looking at Joe Biden over the last five years, there is absolutely not a doubt in my mind that is what's happening with him, and why his family would put him out there on a daily basis, they ought to be really ashamed of themselves.
Look, I uh to me it's obvious, it's transparent.
Uh I think that this attempt to refer to all of Joe's uh mishaps as deep fake gaffes and don't believe your lying eyes and so on and so forth.
I I think it's a desperate attempt on their part.
Uh and it's just another outright lie.
I mean, that they're very good at lying.
Inflation was supposed to be transitory, the border was closed and the border was secure.
Uh Biden even saying the same thing.
I I secured the border, he said it this week.
Uh every other issue that you know could our cities are safe and secure, they're not.
Uh uh, it's just it's been a disaster.
And I really am look, and I and I say that, and I've come under some pretty pr pr pretty heavy criticism is that I'm expecting a very different Joe Biden at the debate one week from today.
Now, how do I how do I how do I juxtapose those two positions?
It's simple.
Is the guy that we saw at the State of the Union was jacked up.
I don't know what it was.
Was it was it Red Bull?
Was it except extra strength, etc.
that has caffeine in it?
Was it a caffeine pill?
They actually have caffeine pills you can buy.
I have no idea.
Was it something else?
I don't know.
But the guy that we saw at the State of the Union we'd never seen before, and we haven't seen since.
And that makes uh that that kind of draws me uh the the conclusion in my mind is the reason we don't see it more often is because whatever hyper caffeinated uh Red Bull they're giving Joe Biden probably isn't healthy for him.
Or else we'd probably see it a lot more often, wouldn't we?
I think so.
But I will say this, I have to agree with your previous caller.
I think they are going to pull him before right before or at convention and just set him aside and say, Joe, look, you you did a great job, but we got to move on.
And I don't I can't guess who they would put in there.
I I don't know about Whitmer.
I know you think that might be the most possible person to go in there, but they got they don't have really anybody on deck, so to speak, uh for that position.
I just I I can't think of one Democratic candidate that would uh I think he they get destroyed by Trump.
I think they they the obvious choice would be Vice President Harris, which would be a disaster if they look outside of that.
Um I don't know.
Maybe maybe maybe I'm totally blinded by the time that I spent with Gavin Newsom and I and the number of times that I went in and pressed him hard on the issue of whether he would be willing to be the candidate if they came to him and him saying outright no that it would be Vice President Harris.
The only other person that I really can think of that they might go to would be Gretchen Whitmer.
And however, with all that said, unless, you know, barring an unmitigated disaster or Joe falling on his face, he could be one fall away from losing the nomination.
Uh I think that as of now he's the guy.
And I think they'll stick with him.
And I think they've convinced himself he's sufficiently close enough in the polls that they can pull this off.
And uh look, I wish the polls weren't as close as they are.
But I think people need to look at it, take it seriously, and and vote as if the future of the country depends on it, because it does.
There's a lot in the hanging in the balance.
This is not just a tipping point.
This is an inflection point for the country and maybe a point of no return.
I really I really don't know the answer.
Anyway, I appreciate the call, my friend.
