Biden wrote the devastating 1994 crime bill.
Talking about super predators that was Biden.
Like if we don't acknowledge that there are some things, some real pocketbook issues, uh, that are still uh front of mind for people.
We missed the mark.
It's just people off.
It's fancy.
We're gonna lose Hispanic males.
Yeah.
We're gonna lose only one hundred and thirty seven days until America votes.
Yeah, we are coming to your city.
Don't play out guitar's and saying you a conscious song.
From coast to coast.
From border.
From sea to shining sea.
Sean Kennedy is on.
And thank you, Scott Shannon, and thanks to all of you for being with us.
Here is our toll-free telephone number.
It's 800 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the uh program, and so much to get to and talk about today.
A lot of it about immigration, a lot of it about where we are with the election.
A hundred and thirty-seven days until election day, eighty-eight days until early voting begins in Pennsylvania, and then of course we'll roll out to many other states.
Uh and we are only one week away from the big presidential debate.
Uh one week from today on this program, we will be previewing uh that night's debate.
And what's gonna happen, what we expect to happen, what advice we may have for this person or that person.
Uh my advice to Joe Biden would be to take a lot of red bill, whatever.
What let's put it this way.
Whatever Joe was drinking, eating, taking before the State of the Union, I would expect he's gonna be drinking, eating, and taking before this debate.
He's gonna have to.
If he wants to survive.
And that's where he actually is.
Uh it is really sick to watch and and read some of the madness that is going on with the radical left today, but it's but it's happening.
You know, National Review had a report out today.
The Democratic Party's anti-Trump quote resistance movement is already making plans to block any attempt by law enforcement to quell anti-Trump riots if Donald Trump wins election.
Wins the election.
You gotta be kidding.
You know, you you you think about this, and and I can tell you one thing's gonna be certain uh a week from now during this debate by fake Jake Tapper and fake Dana Bash on fake news CNN and their liberal jer the liberal talk show hosts, they're not journalists.
And you know that half the debate is is gonna be about democracy and peril and January 6th and abortion, and it's you know, are you gonna use retribution and on and on and on?
And it's it's basically just gonna try and and and set Joe up for his one-liners.
Have no idea what's going on behind the scenes, but you know, who knows?
I don't trust any of these people at this point, but you know, do I think Trump has to debate?
Yeah, I do.
I think he was put in a no-win situation.
I do know that they won a number of points when the negotiations took place.
Apparently, Joe Biden, according to my sources, wanted to sit for the debate, which was hilarious, and didn't want to stand, but they're standing.
And that, you know, it's they've been made very clear.
CNN can't be putting up on the screen, you know, the usual I'm gonna fact check Donald Trump as he speaks, word for word.
Now here's going to be the interesting point is is fake Jake and fake Dana are they gonna are they gonna jump in if Donald Trump has two minutes until they mute his microphone?
Are they gonna try and silence him before he can even complete a thought or a sentence?
All of that is is on the table.
But back to the National Review, they point out even the New York Times' warning that the resistance to a new Trump administration has already started.
Are they assuming that they're gonna lose?
I don't know.
Anyway, the early timing, volume, scale of planning underway to push back against the potential second Trump administration are without precedence.
Interviews with more than 30 officials, leaders of organizations about their plans revealed a combination of acute exhaustion and acute anxiety.
New York Times notes the quote, in 2020 as racial justice protests sometimes descended into riots.
Mr. Trump had an order drafted to invoke the Insurrection Act, a law that grants presidents' emergency powers to use federal troops on domestic soil to restore order.
He never signed it.
The ACLU is preparing litigation that would challenge the insurrection act.
I mean, it's sort of like these lunatics, and maybe we'll remind you and play you later in the program, Chrissy Teagan and Joy Liz Behar and conspiracy theorist, you know, wacko Rachel Maddow and I guess Nicole Wallace has now joined the ranks and and others that an AOC that Donald Trump is going to put liberals in camps and he's going to put them in jail, and that he's going to take their shows off the air.
They've just lost their minds.
And I think what they've done over the this period of time since Donald Trump came down that escalator with Melania at Trump Tower announcing he was getting into politics.
I think they've lost their minds.
And this is full-on psychotic, you know, anti-Trump behavior.
It just is, you know, Trump derangerman syndrome on steroids and human growth hormone.
Anyway, the ACLU is the handmaiden of the Democratic Party's left wing.
It sounds like they're preparing it at the very least a rerun of what happened on January 20th, 2017, when anti-Trump rioters, quote, stormed the nation's capital and shut down large portions of Washington, D.C. Some people might have even referred to that as an insurrection.
Look at all of the talk about January 6th, January 6th, January 6th.
Nobody wants to talk about the fact that Donald Trump had authorized of the 10,000 guard troops as confirmed by the Defense Secretary to me in an interview and his chief of staff in an interview to me, as the president's chief of staff confirmed to me.
The president has confirmed to me, and the other person in the room, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs had confirmed elsewhere that they discussed it.
And yet it was the Muriel Bowser, who is the mayor of D.C. who had had the ability to veto this and did veto this.
And without that authorization, Donald Trump had no power to mobilize those troops on his own.
But of course, the Democratic base, they didn't want to alienate them.
So Democrats were either a completely silent, their silence was deafening, as Americans were being killed, as thousands of injured, as thousands of cops were injured with bricks and rocks and bottles of Molotov cocktails, and as billions of dollars of property damage was burned.
As people like Kamala Harris went out publicly and on Twitter at the time and tweeted out her support for a bail fund for the people that are responsible for this behavior after the burning down of the Minneapolis police precinct.
And nobody wanted to refer to that as an insurrection.
Liz Cheney couldn't be bothered.
Investigated.
She didn't care about insurrection.
She cared about getting Trump.
Now we know that they kept out very key evidence and almost all the evidence that they had acquired that they were supposed to pass on to the next Congress has been destroyed.
How convenient.
And now Congress has to, you know, retrace the steps of the January 6th committee to get all of those documents back so they can, you know, get to the bottom of a major cover-up.
How is it that they'd go to a hearsay witness that said, well, somebody told me that Donald Trump tried to commandeer the vehicle he was being driven in the day of January 6th when the actual driver of that vehicle, they had testimony from that driver saying no such thing ever happened.
How is that the Capitol Police Chief Sun wrote a book and has since left the position?
Don't blame the guy, was begging for National Guard troops, and nobody would listen to him.
Nobody the person in charge of safety and security for the Capitol would be Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer.
The media never focused on these riots, the insurrection that took place in the summer of 2020, just on Donald Trump's efforts to try to stop it.
You know, the Chaz, the summer of love, spaghetti potluck dinner zone, all this.
I mean, it went on and on.
Daily Caller pointed out in January of 2017, thousands of anti-Trump demonstrators stormed the nation's capital during Friday's inaugural proceedings, destroying property, trading volleys with the police.
The chaotic confrontations turned much more much of the city's downtown corridor into a disruptive and at times riotous protest field.
Franklin Square, just blocks from the White House, and the inaugural parade was the site of a major anti-Trump demonstration that saw periodic clashes between police and protesters.
Demonstrators set fires, fires, they vandalized property, they shouted anti-Trump slogans.
Protesters numbering over a thousand, stymie traffic for several hours.
Police helicopters hovered overhead, periodically descending towards the square, soliciting cheers from protesters whose confidence grew as the day progressed.
The apex of their confrontation came during the four o'clock hour when protesters set fire to a limousine which had been savaged with bricks and rocks early in the afternoon, smoke pouring high into a gray afternoon sky invisible for several blocks from several blocks away.
Unreal.
Nicole, what happened to you?
Do you really do you really believe that Donald Trump is preparing a hostile takeover?
Do you really believe that he might want to take you off the air?
Because that's what they're saying.
And meanwhile, nobody wants to pay attention to Joe's cognitive decline.
They want us to go into full and complete denial.
These are cheap fake videos, even though they're unaltered and unedited.
It's insane.
Obama and Biden.
Now you look at the issue of immigration.
It came up with Biden this week.
What did he say this week?
He went back to repeating the lie that he had the border secure.
He went back to the lie that the borders closed.
He went back to another lie, which is that he did this on his own.
No, they bragged about repealing all of the policies that Donald Trump had put in place that actually worked.
And then he announced amnesty for hundreds of thousands of illegal uh immigrants in our country.
Remember, for going back to DACA.
You know, that now they've granted Doc DACA amnesty to all the tens of thousands of illegals, evens with criminal records, nearly 80,000 of them.
Released into the U.S. despite the fact that they had arrest records, according to the latest available data published by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in the first five years of DACA being implemented.
That's from June of 2012 to October of 2019.
79,000 illegal foreign nationals with prior arrest records, including violent crimes, were granted DACA status.
I mean, is it is it any surprise that we we have known ISIS?
You know, people with known ISIS ties now finally being arrested.
Is anybody convinced that they got all of them?
Because I'm not.
The number of Biden illegals flocking to the U.S. Mexico border from a country known as a hotbed for ISIS recruitment is skyrocketing under Joe Biden.
This is Tajikistan, Known to have crossed 1,500 people from there.
Never mind the people from Iran and Syria and Yemen and Egypt and Afghanistan and China and Russia.
The mother of Kayla Hamilton, the woman that was raped and murdered by this illegal immigrant, you know, a Biden unvetted illegal immigrant in 2022 is now suing the Biden administration for a hundred million dollars.
It's not enough.
We will be filing a hundred million dollar lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Health and Human Services, because they catastrophically failed.
Kayla Hamilton said attorney Brian Claypool.
House Judiciary Committee report said the suspect was 16 years old at the time, allowed to enter the U.S. as an unaccompanied alien child.
His mother said that he that that never should have happened.
No, it shouldn't have happened.
My daughter had high functioning autism.
She was a sweetheart.
She was very happy.
She had a great outlook on life.
She had no idea what evil was in the world.
If they would have done their jobs, my daughter would still be here today.
Did Joe Biden making his big amnesty announcement and proclaiming that the border's secure this week?
Did he even mention this woman?
No, he did not.
Did he even mention Kiddon the 13-year-old girl raped?
No, he did not.
By the way, Donald Trump made a personal phone call to Rachel Morin's family.
Top Biden administration officials only refer to her as, quote, the individual.
And apparently, in an interview, the mother she was on with me two nights ago.
Apparently, was back on with Laura Ingram last night.
And she's furious about it.
She's not the individual.
It's my daughter.
Say her name.
It's like what Marjorie Taylor Green said in the State of the Union.
Say her name, Lake and Riley.
He picks up a button.
It says Lake and Riley.
He said, Lincoln Riley.
Then the next day he's apologizing to her for referring to the person responsible for her death as an illegal immigrant.
I used the wrong term.
Why didn't you apologize to Lake and Riley's family for using the wrong name for her?
They're only going to refer to her as the individual, Rachel Barrin.
Wow.
That's pretty sick.
Because that's how Alejandro Mayorcus referred to her in his first comments yesterday about the Maryland mother of five that was raped and murdered by another Biden illegal.
But they did receive a phone call from former President Trump offering his condolences.
Rachel's mother's uh Patty revealed this phone call in a statement issued through the family.
I'm deeply touched by President Trump's kindness and concern.
He was genuine.
He truly wanted to know how our family was coping.
He asked about Rachel.
He showed honest compassion for her untimely death.
His words brought comfort to me during this difficult time.
Joe Biden, can he can't pick up a phone and call him?
I'm sorry, call the family.
Can't call the family of the 13-year-old raped.
Can't call Lake and Riley's family.
No, because it's his policies that caused it.
800.

941 Sean.
Come on, Linda, sing it.
Doo-doo, do do, do do do.
Brandy, you're a fine girl.
What a great wife you'd be.
But it's my love, my life, my lady is the sea.
I could actually make this, you know, I could sing for a living, I think.
Uh we have a new Emerson poll that is out, and it is pretty stunning in terms of Donald Trump's lead in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Arizona in Georgia, Nevada, and tied, believe it or not, in the great state of Minnesota.
We'll tell you more about it on the other side.
800 941 Shauna's our number.
Sleepy Joe just signed more executive actions in one week than most presidents did in their entire term.
So much for a democracy.
Looks like Joe is the new dictator.
And it is on right now.
All right, 25 now to the top of the hour.
800 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
I guess cheap fake video arguments are not going to work with the radical leftists.
You know, it's really state-run media.
And this is a problem.
I have a friend of mine who's a pollster.
I was talking to him last night about it.
And he says, you know, one of the things I worry about is people don't know how bad things are at the border.
I kind of disagree with him a lot on this.
Because they're reading these cases.
They hear about Rachel Moran.
They hear about this 13-year-old.
They hear about all these cases.
They know all about what's going on and how Americans are footing the bill for Joe Biden's open borders.
They know about fentanyl.
They know about opioids.
And they know things were different and better under Trump.
And on the same thing with the economy, you know, all this talk, this, this, I don't know what you want to call it.
Talk through rose colored glasses.
I mean, it's insane.
They're out there, the Democrats saying, Oh, the Bidenomics, by the way.
They're not saying Bidenomics anymore.
People still have to go into a grocery store.
And as somebody that goes into grocery stores and likes to go shopping, I don't know why I like shopping so much.
Linda, it's kind of weird, right?
That I like to show you.
I mean, you know, I don't think that shopping's weird.
It's just a necessity.
It's weird for you because you hate shopping in general, but you like the food shop.
I hate, I hate it's exactly right.
I hate shopping.
Shopping with you is torture.
Just for the record.
I don't know that it's torture.
No, it's torture.
I mean, the day that we were trying to get annoying.
It was at the end of beyond slightly annoying, it's this is an annoying.
We finished a long trip.
We stopped by a target because you wanted to get Liam a toy.
You wanted to get him a choo-choo train.
We started at one of those super big targets.
And we go to the toy section, and they have like a whole shelf of choo-choo trains, a million choo-choo trains.
A ton of them.
And you have to turn over every one of them, play with them, you know, see how they work, check out the price of every one of them.
And I'm watching this go on for 40 straight minutes.
It's impossible to go shopping with you.
Nobody could go shopping with you in their right mind.
I know.
I do it on purpose so that I can be left alone and get a half an hour of peace.
It's part of my DD.
Well, it was longer than a half an hour.
You were there, I was there.
Gomez was there.
Well, I was supposed to be alone.
Until you said No, no, no.
We were all in the same car, and you were getting.
No, no, no.
I was supposed to go alone.
And then you heard I was going, and you said, oh God, this is gonna take forever.
I'll just go.
Come on.
Let's go, sweet baby.
Let's go Gomez.
We would be waiting in the car.
And so if I'm waiting in the car, you can't.
So you could have waited at the studio like a normal person.
Okay, and leave you there in a store where where crazy people are.
You know what?
Crazy people are everywhere.
Forget about it.
That's what I mean.
Okay, so I I I what I'm the one that's the that does mixed martial arts and situational self-defense.
I got mixed martial arts.
I got a foot right to your going.
It works every time.
Okay.
You're not as capable as you think you are.
I I give you press.
Oh, I know, because you have your burner and you carry your burner everywhere.
I got it.
Everywhere I go.
All right.
So we tip so after a period of time, I'm showing as much patience as humanly possible.
And I just can't take it anymore.
So I I said to either sweet baby James or Gomez, grab me, grab one of those carts over there.
They grab me a shopping cart, just like the one you have at the grocery store.
And I just go over to the I go over to the train section and I just start putting trains in the shopping cart.
One after the everyone that you had touched and examined and turned around and played with and made sure it was working properly and price checked.
And I said, Okay, we're done.
Let's go.
And what do we do?
We went to the checkout.
We got Leah more trains than he could ever have wanted.
And he was much more, he was much happier with the selection that I made because I made every selection.
And we got out of there.
But when I go, you should see me go through, you should see me when I go grocery shopping.
I'm like speed grocery shopper.
And I know exactly what is in every aisle at my grocery store.
Well, you know a good deal when you see it.
That's why like Car Shield, like we keep telling everybody about it and how important it is.
But when I go, but when I go shopping, I know where to go to get my stuff.
And people still have to go shopping.
And I can't, I can't shake the mindset that was that was burned into my brain when I didn't have money in my life, and I live paycheck to paycheck, and I look at, you know, if I'm paying $10 more for meat that I was paying three years ago, it pisses me off.
I don't know why I'm I can afford it.
Why do I get pissed off over that?
I'd rather spend the money on Twitter.
It's just wrong on trains for Liam.
Yeah, but that's not the point.
The point is that now people are making really sick decisions, which is um, hmm, can I get my child a new pair of shoes because they have holes in their shoes, or should I feed them this week?
Because that's a bind economy.
It's like the caller we had 80 years old doing DoorDash.
because of Biden.
So there was a lady that really wanted to buy steak that I ran into,'cause I'll talk to people at the grocery store.
I'm like, I'm like Mr. Chatterbox there.
And then people recognize me and then always ask the inevitable question, what are you doing here?
I'm like, shopping?
Like, why are you here?
Because I like to eat.
I don't know why people ask me that question.
Like, why do you why are you in a grocery store?
But it happens all the time.
So this poor woman, I could just tell.
I just read the situation.
She was looking, and I could tell that this woman wanted to buy steak, and the price of steak is really high right now.
And I'm looking at it, looking at it, looking at it, and I know I see what's happening.
Now, at this particular store that I go to, they also have a butcher, and the butcher will like for example, I get a lot of thin steaks that I can cook very quickly, and that, you know, because I'm all keto friendly and protein friendly and and so on and so forth.
And I I said to her, I said, you know, this is what I get.
I had already had my pack made up.
And I said, if you notice, there's like seven or eight steaks in here.
And I said, it's the perfect, you know, it's maybe six ounces each, about that.
Because again, I'm watching uh, you know, I I've watched my food intake, and the lady looked at it, and her eyes kind of like got wide, and I said, come with me.
And we I went over, got her pretty much the same thing that I had gotten, and that was enough to give every member of her family steaks for two days.
And I'm like, this is awesome.
And she was so happy because it it it if you get a if you get a, for example, a bone-in thick rib rib uh bone in ribeye that's thick, you know, that's like a you know, pound, whatever it happens to be, and you're also paying for the bone, but that's that's neither here nor there.
It does add to the flavor.
And uh it just the prices are insane.
You know, and I got her a strip steak, and she loved it, and you know, I'm sure I'm sure she loved it because it's a great steak from this particular place.
Anyway, if you take it a trip this summer, you don't want an expensive car repair at the end of it, and you don't want to be down, broken down on the road.
Unfortunately, new cars are so expensive and even used cars are so expensive.
People are keeping their cars longer, which raises the risk that you're gonna have that expensive repair.
Well, that's why now more than ever, you definitely want car shield uh because they're gonna be there and they take care of the cost of any expensive repair.
They protect over 5,000 parts.
They also provide roadside assistance, they give you rental car options, and the good news is is that you get to decide if you want the dealer or you want a mechanic to take care of the car repair, and they take care of the cost because you're a customer.
That's what Car Shield does.
It's insurance.
They have an A rating from the Better Business Bureau.
You get a free uh consultation.
They'll give you a quote over the phone, 800 587 5060.
Ask about their 247 roadside assistance.
Ask about courtesy towing.
Ask about rental car options.
Bottom line, protect yourself from expensive car repairs because those prices are insane.
They're thousands of dollars each now.
Especially anything, anything expensive.
Anyway, 800, 587, 5060 on the web, it's carshield.com/slash Hannity.
Wasn't Lee and Hap Liam happy when you got home with the choo-choo trains?
I mean, yeah, he was happy.
I wasn't happy because I had to lug it on Amtrak.
Oh my gosh.
This is no pleasing you.
The bag broke.
The trains went everywhere.
It was a hot mess.
Hot mess.
The trains went everywhere.
Did you play with them on the in the aisle or something?
I did.
I actually thought it was in fine keeping with the fact that I was on an Amtrak train with a bag full of trains that broke in the middle of the aisle.
It was good.
It was like bad signs on the episode.
So some people might just say, you know, yeah, that was really nice of you to do that.
But not you.
You complain.
No, that's no fun.
Who wants to say that?
Come on.
But that's no fun.
Why is it?
That is no fun.
Nobody, nobody I listen, I wouldn't be the queen of busting if I was like, oh my god, that's so sweet.
Thank you.
If you ever hear me talk like that, you know that I must have been like medicated.
Well, I think medication then may be a good idea.
Oh my God.
Emerson College Hills survey just released, shows President Trump.
Look at this.
He's sweeping all swing states tied in a state that the GOP is not won in 50 years.
He's up by three in Wisconsin, two in Pennsylvania, one in Michigan, four in Arizona, four in Georgia.
Nevada, he is how many is he up in Nevada?
It got cut off.
Why did it get cut off?
He's up by three in Nevada.
And he's tied in Minnesota.
And the latest polls have him tied in Virginia as well.
I'm not sure if I agree with Van Jones on this.
He's arguing that this debate a week from today is if if Biden messes up, this is this is the entire election, it's game over.
I think Democrats are trying to lower expectations for Biden.
I fully expect that the eight days that he's spending just prepping for this debate and changing his sleep schedule will probably put him in better form than usual.
I would assume that the Joe Biden we saw at the State of the Union, you know, hyper caffeinated, jacked up Joe is gonna show up at that debate.
I think he will rehearse his lines, and he probably will be able to get through the debate at no harm, no foul.
The question is if you're advising Donald Trump, I probably would tell him just to focus on issues.
Don't take the bait because Joe Biden's gonna try and piss them off and make them angry.
And I would focus on issues and I'd have an answer for every predictable biased question that fake Jake and company are gonna throw at him because it's basically gonna be three on one.
But I don't I don't necessarily agree with Van Jones that this is the entire election as far as I'm concerned.
If you are a carbon-based life form, you're gonna be watching.
If you've got a functioning brain stem, you'll be watching.
And he said the debate will likely be a deciding factor for the narrow margin of voters, still undecided between the presumptive nominees.
Not sure if I'm putting that much pressure on people, but I think that this this new poll is very, very revealing.
And I think that one GOP strategist is warning that you know CNN is gonna cut off Trump's mic during the debate is gonna be futile because he's gonna blow right through the stop sign.
I don't think so.
I don't think Trump is gonna do that at all.
Uh one other poll that has come out.
Is I mean, this is huge, this Emerson Emerson college poll, this Hill poll.
You know, Latino voters trust Trump on immigration over Biden.
Sixty four percent of Americans believe that they should be deported.
Trump leads by eighteen in Iowa.
That's a big sign.
You know, the only thing that that might concern me, it was a Daily Mail, a Daily Mail article.
Maybe two groups that you've got to pay attention to.
How is how is President Trump doing with independence?
And why does he seem to be bleeding a little bit of support from older people?
Uh that would be something I'd keep an eye on, not worried about, but I'd keep an eye on it.
Now, he more than makes up for that when you look at the gains that he's making in pretty much every poll when it comes to Hispanic Americans, African Americans, and young people.
That's why James Carville has been losing his mind.
And overall, vote voters are giving Biden failing grades when it comes to his mental and his physical health, according to the latest tip poll that has come out.
And people are not wrong.
Only 33% of people give Biden good grades for his mental acuity.
I'd like to know the mental acuity of the 33% that give him good grades on that.
Only 28% give him good grades for his physical fitness.
I don't know.
Is he is he shuffles along as he mumbles, he bumbles, he stumbles.
Sixty-two percent are concerned about Biden's ability to handle national security issues effectively if re-elected.
I think you gotta be concerned about that.

You know, all this talk and as Joe goes through Donald Trump convicted, felon, convicted, felon, convicted felon in this debate, which he will do.
I think uh all Trump has to do is remind him.
Well, now that we know that the laptop in the last debate we had, Joe, you lied to the country.
And you said the laptop was was Russian disinformation.
And you also said you never once talked to your son, your brother, or anybody about their foreign business deals.
We now know from your son's very real laptop that he implicates you as being a financial beneficiary of his foreign business dealing, some of which you clearly helped on, like in the case of Verisma by firing the investigator that was looking into the company that was paying your son millions when he had no experience, and when your son was addicted to crack cocaine.
