According to the regulatory and operative definition of P3CO, the NIH did not fund gain of function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
And you know, they have misinformation.
Donald Trump is a threat to democracy, but it's like their slogan.
I'm a threat to democracy.
I'm the opposite.
They're the threat to democracy.
Well, my reaction was I was at Costco, but my watch started to buzz, and I got so excited, I started leaking all that.
The clock is ticking.
Believe it or not, there's only 152 days left till you get to vote.
Yeah, we're coming to your city.
Gonna play our guitars and sing you a country song.
From coast to coast.
From border to border.
From sea to shining sea.
Sean Hannity is on.
Leonard Skinner, simple man, and that could only mean one thing on this radio program, and that is all things self-proclaimed simple man.
That means all things Bill O'Reilly, all things O'Reilly at billo'reilly.com.
Mr. O'Reilly, is there any other show that you do?
Any other show that has given you your own theme music that gives you such a big introduction as I give you?
No, there is not, Hannity.
You are the only one that has deemed me theme music, and I appreciate it.
I don't know if Leonard Skinner appreciates it, but I do.
No, I'm buddies with the guys at Leonard Skinner.
We did freedom concerts together.
We're really good friends.
We haven't talked in a while, but I love my buddy Ricky Medlock.
I mean, he's one of the most kick-ass guitar players I've ever witnessed in my life.
He's just amazing.
The fact that this band has survived so much tragedy is unreal.
And you do claim to be a simple man.
I argue that you're one of the most complicated human beings I ever met, but I don't say that in a bad way.
I just think it's kind of funny when you say you're a simple man, but you're not.
But I'm going to give you a chance to prove it.
I want the simple man analysis on this issue.
So we watched Joe Biden do something that he said in January he did not have the power to do.
And that was with the stroke of a pen, change immigration laws, which, by the way, are not solving the immigration problem.
Just as a minor little tiny side note.
And this is a guy for three plus years that he is vice president.
His two spokespeople, Circobach Gensaki and, let's say, Kaleen Jean-Pierre, Alejandro Mayorkas.
all said that the border was closed and the border was secure.
And then they decided that, uh-oh, with 10 million illegal, unvetted Joe Biden immigrants in the country, you know, coming from Iran and Syria and tens and tens of thousands, Russia and China and Egypt and Afghanistan and Yemen and Kazakhstan.
Yeah, well, I would say we have terror cells in the country and the polls showing that it's a disaster and American people have had it.
They're paying for it domestically and it will end up in a 9-11-like tragedy or worse in my humble opinion.
But I pray to the good Lord above that I'm wrong.
I don't think I am.
And now, all of a sudden, after he was saying he didn't have the authority to do what he did yesterday, he finally did something, but it's meaningless, and I can get into the specifics of that.
But what do you make of this election year conversion?
Well, if you want to just step back out of the contemporary fray, all right, and just look at how presidents have conducted themselves over the years, all 45 of them.
This is the worst single policy decision ever made by a president of the United States.
Now, you have your copy of Confronting the Presidents, my book that shall be out September 10th.
We go over every president, whether that person was good or bad for the country.
That's the theme of the book.
No president has ever instituted a policy without Congress.
This was an executive order first day on the job, knocking out Trump's border inhibitions.
Okay?
That's what this was.
So Biden is 100% responsible for this.
Can't blame it on anybody else.
Worst presidential decision in history.
That's number one.
Number two, he's now so befuddled, the president is, that he doesn't know what to do.
All his excuses in the past have shown to be not true, as you just pointed out.
So he's trying to do the old razzle-dazzle, okay, the old two-step to get the uninformed voters, the people who believe what they want to believe, to say, oh, he's doing something about it so I can still vote for him.
Not going to work because the unintended consequences of more than 10 million foreign nationals being in here will play out for the next, I don't know, 10 years, 15 years.
I mean, it's estimated that when all of the migrants here now get on Social Security and Medicare and all that, it's going to cost the country another trillion dollars for this, in addition to the $150 billion this year alone on this migrant stuff that Joe Biden did single-handedly.
So that's my simple man analysis.
Most presidents come into office and they're overwhelmed by events like Jimmy Carter.
Just overwhelmed, can't handle it.
But Biden came in and he single-handedly created problems, not only with immigration, but with the oil and gas companies, which is not an inflation, overseas, Afghanistan, on and on and on and on.
Don't forget the economy.
Don't forget law and order.
You know, every aspect of life in America has changed dramatically for the worse.
And that's right.
So then the next question is, how could anybody want four more years of this chaos?
And the answer to that question is that we have a rising electorate that is uninformed.
And they are not looking at the reality.
But there's one caveat to that, and this is very interesting, the grocery store.
Even the dumbest among us have to eat.
That rhymes, dumbest among us, have to eat.
They know that they walk in there and they're paying 30% more for sustenance, word of the day, than they did under Trump.
And I mean, I just don't know how.
And I had a conversation, and you know the person I was talking to this morning, but I can't mention who it is because it would embarrass them.
And his wife is an uber liberal.
And his wife is even saying, I want to vote for a Republican.
I can't stand Biden.
But she can't bring herself to pull a lever for Trump.
So my advice to him was have her stay home.
If you can't vote for Trump because you hate him so much, just don't vote or vote.
Bill, let me add a couple of numbers to what you're saying.
And I think a lot of people are going to stay home.
I really do.
I hope they because you're voting for your own personal destruction if you pull the lever for Biden.
I can't make it.
And you do the same thing on TV and then on radio.
If you vote for Biden, you're voting to hurt yourself and your family.
With Trump, you can at least fall back on what he did for four years.
So I don't.
Let me add this to the mix.
We learned this week that hundreds of thousands, unbeknownst to the American people, hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants have been legalized by Joe Biden and his Department of Homeland Security and Department of Justice.
Even if every single Biden new rule is followed, that will result in 1.8 million illegal immigrants a year.
Bill, you still live in the state of New York the last time I checked, although I think I'm beginning to wear you down a little bit.
You just had two New York City cops shot over the weekend by an illegal, unvetted Biden immigrant from Venezuela who came here in 2023.
How much of this are the American people going to take on top of the fact that we're paying for where they're living in New York City hotels, which happen to be very expensive, but it's all around the country.
We are paying for the crime wave that we've had with illegals because they're unvetted and every other problem associated with illegal immigrants, including our school system, our criminal justice system, our health care system.
So I think every American gets it, Bill.
You made a mistake, Hannity.
The guy who shot the two New York City police officers on Monday morning at 1.45 a.m. in Elmhurst, Queens, was vetted.
He was vetted by a federal judge in Eagle Pass, Texas.
They caught him.
The federal judge let him go, knowing he had a criminal record in Venezuela and was a gang member there.
That's how chaotic, and when Biden gets up there and says, oh, we're going to do this, equivalent, and that, you're still going to have these judges, okay, mostly appointed by Democrats who are down there going, I don't care whether this guy's a murderer in Nicaragua.
I'm letting him in.
Until you solve that problem, okay, and we have it in New York.
Well, the problem in Eagle Pass has been fixed, and I'll tell you why, because I was down there with President Trump and Governor Greg Abbott, and they decided that enough is enough, and Shelby Park, and we did a show from down there.
I don't know if you saw it.
I hope you did.
And when we were down there, and it wasn't that long ago, they had put up razor wire that went on for miles and miles and miles.
And guess what, Bill?
Illegal immigration stopped completely in the area.
You're getting my point on the judges.
So, look, Biden gets up there and he weaves a charade about, I'm going to do this, okay.
And I said right off the bat to my audience, and which is now very substantial, and I said, this is all a bunch of bull.
All right, they're still going to let in, as you pointed out, almost 2 million migrants a year.
And the judges down there, when they appear before them, all right, they're letting 80% of them go.
You got to almost be dripping with blood not to be admitted to this.
And the 350,000 you're talking about that have been, cases have been closed without any asylum, yes or no, they're in the wind.
Nobody knows where they are.
Well, it's not that they're in the wind.
They're home free.
They're here to stay.
Nobody knows where they are.
It's not like they said, okay, your case isn't adjudicated, but we're going to track you.
Oh, Bill, every single one of these people are not showing up in court.
Maybe you get 1%.
About 75% don't show up.
No, it's higher.
It's well over 90%, Bill, that don't show up.
They don't.
They get their court date.
And look, it doesn't matter.
It is so ridiculous.
And here, look, this year alone, fiscal year alone for the country, we have over 30,000 documented Chinese nationals that have gotten into this country.
You bet.
Then you add in Russia, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Egypt, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan.
And you tell me, Bill, are they coming here because they want a better life?
Or do you believe as I do?
And I hope I'm wrong.
I really mean that.
You know I love my country.
I know you loved our country.
I am hoping I'm wrong, but terrorist cells are plotting and planning and scheming.
And we are going to be a victim of another 9-11 style or attack or worse.
Am I wrong, Bill?
Am I wrong?
The odds that we have terrorist cells that Joe has let into the country and he will have blood on his hands like those cops that were shot.
I say Joe Biden has blood on his hands, Bill O'Reilly.
Okay.
If that happens, and there, you know, odds are it will, you know, if you have, if you want to be honest about it, if you're letting millions of people in here and you don't know who they are or where they go, the odds are that something like this would happen.
If it does, then Joe Biden can't run for president.
He'll be impeached, and Trump will walk into office in November.
Now, some people would— Well, if it happens after November and he happened to win the election, Bill, we're stuck with him.
He'd be impeached.
He absolutely would be impeached.
You think he'd be impeached by, let's say Democrats have a majority in the House and Senate.
He's not going to be impeached.
I think they toss him.
I think they're going to be able to get it.
No.
Democrats circle the wagons.
Anyway, Democrats don't want him.
They're certainly scared to death.
You know, here you have Donald Trump with 34 convictions, and yet they're more afraid of their own candidate, and they're getting very vocal about it.
But what's plan B, Bill?
We don't have a lot of time.
That's why.
Look, I know you're up against the break because your show is so fabulously successful.
You have a minute.
Go for it.
Democrats don't want Biden.
They have no one else.
They really don't, do they?
Nope.
You see, a lot of people thought it would be Vice President Harris.
Many people thought Gavin would get in.
Gavin was adamant.
I asked him between the debate with Ron DeSantis that I moderated and the time that I interviewed him.
He's pretty adamant.
He wouldn't take it.
He doesn't believe he's up next, that it would go to VP Harris.
And then I think sitting in the wings probably would be somebody like Gretchen Whitmer.
I can't think of anybody else that they might go to.
No, Whitman would probably be the one they'd have to go to.
But look, the country's in terrible shape.
It's getting worse.
And again, my message today is: if you can't vote for Trump, don't vote at all.
Don't vote for your personal destruction because that's what will happen if Biden gets in.
For many years, you would never, never talk like this.
What's changed?
First time.
Very good observation, Hannity, because you've known me so long.
I have never said things like this.
When Obama was running, I covered Obama fairly, as you know.
I interviewed him three times.
I didn't do any of that.
Mr. O'Reilly, I kind of hate to admit it, but we really like having you on.
Well, I appreciate it.
Thanks for having me in, and I want everybody to stay strong.
All right, 800-941-Sean.
It's our number if you want to be a part of the program.

I think one of the best moments I'd seen in Congress yesterday from House Republicans was the absolute gutting of Merrick Garland on a whole variety of issues.
Let me give you a recap and a reminder.
Justice is no longer blind in America.
Today it's driven by politics.
Example number one is President Trump.
Alvin Bragg said, quote, I could not see a world in which I would indict Trump and call Mr. Cohen as a prosecution witness.
But that's exactly what he did after President Trump announced he was running for president.
You're supposed to change the order of the documents that you seize, and the physical documents don't match up with the scan document.
Are you supposed to do that as a prosecutor?
This is a matter in dispute and discovery in that court.
And I'm going to leave it for the district court to make a determination after.
I'll just say one last thing.
It's not in dispute.
This is what he said in the court filing.
Jack Smith's team said that.
What happened to Peter Navarro and Steve Vannon when they decided to defy a subpoena of the Congress?
We received four referrals, criminal referrals.
Two were prosecuted, two were not.
The two that were prosecuted, as the published court opinions make clear, what will happen to you?
Our decision is based on.
May I continue to answer?
No, I know what happened.
You know what happened too.
Mr. Navarro is in prison.
Will the Department of Justice provide to the committee all documents, all correspondence between the department and Alvin Bragg's office and Fonnie Willis's office and Letitia James's office?
We do not control those offices.
They make out.
The question is: whether you communicate with them, not whether you control them.
Do you communicate with them and will you provide those communications?
Make a request.
We'll refer it to our Office of Legislative.
But see, here's the thing: when you say, well, we'll take your request and then we'll sort of work it through the DOJ's accommodation process, then you're actually advancing the very dangerous conspiracy theory that you're concerned about.
Money's not going to solve the problem when the Department of Homeland Security and the President of the United States refuse to enforce the law, ignore the policies, and Lizbeth Medina would be here alive today if we were following the law.
Lake and Riley would be here today if we had not released a killer onto the streets of the United States of America through parole policies that this administration is advancing.
Pretty unbelievable moments that we heard there.
I mean, you know, listening to Garland pushed on why he won't release the Biden-Hurt audio.
We know why, because Joe Biden is a complete cognitive mess.
It would have a massive impact on, you know, what the election result would be, and he doesn't want that to happen.
He's running interference for Joe Biden.
It's that simple.
You know, it's, by the way, Jim Jordan pressing on Jack Smith's tampering with evidence.
And Jack Smith put it in a filing that he put before Eileen Cannon's court.
It was in the oh, yeah, yeah.
Whoops.
Sorry, but the evidence is not as we found it anymore.
Okay, what is that?
By the way, Judge Eileen Cannon, she's the one that is in charge of this document case, the rate of Mar-a-Lago, but of course, no rate of any of the four locations where Joe Biden had top secret classified information.
And in the case of Hillary on her servers, top secret classified information, no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute.
Anyway, Eileen Cannon now overseeing this case has set a hearing for this month over the legality of special counsel Jack Smith's selection.
This docket entry, as of yesterday, Judge Cannon said legal scholars could appear on June the 21st to present arguments over his motion to dismiss the indictment in a filing supporting the former president's move to dismiss the case.
Experts are arguing that Mr. Smith was not properly appointed by the special counsel, special counsel by the Attorney General Merrick Garland because he wasn't confirmed by the Senate and is exercising powers beyond his authority.
Whoopsie-daisy, that could be a game changer.
Let's see what happens.
And then, of course, you know, Matt Gates really, really pushing very hard on, you know, whether or not Garland had anything to do with the third highest ranking Justice Department official, this guy, Matthew Colangelo, the one that left that prestigious spot to go prosecute the case in New York for Alvin Bragg in New York.
You know, Matt Gates, you know, asking Garland, will you provide documents, communications you've had with Alvin Bragg, Letitia James, Fonnie Willis's offices?
You know, will you be transparent?
Oh, no, I can't be doing that.
It's pretty unbelievable.
What we heard is frankly beyond the pale.
What we're witnessing is even worse.
Pretty unbelievable times we are, you know, we're living in here.
They really are.
And by the way, I'm just going to add one other thing to the conversation we had with O'Reilly.
This is now the fourth time that I can recall, maybe it's more, that our FBI director, Christopher Ray, not the biggest fan of him.
He's never cleaned up the office post Jim Comey, you know, the four FISA warrants, three of which he signed using a dirty disinformation dossier.
By the way, labeled as a legal expense, but the money was funneled from Hillary Clinton and Hillary's DNC into a law firm that hired an op research firm that hired an MI6 guy that came up with a dirty misinformation, full of lie Russian dossier that was then used to acquire four FISA warrants, lying to a FISA court.
Oh, knowing what we don't know now, I never would have signed them.
He and everybody else that signed them said, no consequences for anybody.
Unbelievable times we live in with a weaponized Department of Justice.
But on the issue of immigration, which O'Reilly and I were talking about, here's Ray warning about the possibility of terrorist attacks in the U.S. There was already a heightened risk of violence in the United States before October 7th.
And since then, we've seen a rogues gallery of foreign terrorist organizations call for attacks against Americans and our allies.
And given those calls for action, our most immediate concern has been that individuals or small groups will draw twisted inspiration from the events in the Middle East to carry out attacks here at home.
But now, on top of that, increasingly concerning is the potential for a coordinated attack here in the homeland, not unlike the ISIS-K attack we saw at the Russia concert hall back in March.
Now, if the FBI director believes this, and by the way, that was something echoed by Merrick Garland yesterday, and then why are they allowing Joe Biden to aid and abet in the law breaking that is allowing 10 million plus illegal unvetted immigrants from many tens of thousands from our top geopolitical foes into the country?
I don't know.
You know, I guess inquiring minds want to know here.
Anyway, let's get to our busy phones.
So many of you are, you know, waiting very, very patiently.
Let's say hi to Andy.
He's in Oklahoma.
Andy, how are you?
Glad you called.
I'm good.
What's on your mind?
I listen to a lot of talk radio, and I, by the way, it's an honor to talk to you on Air, a longtime listener.
Thank you.
I'm kind of dismayed a little bit by something that you had said on Monday and what Brian Kilmead and others have said.
And that is after Trump was convicted, and people say, well, you know, he's going to take out revenge.
And, you know, we shouldn't do that because we're the bigger party or the better party.
And we have, you know, truth on our side.
And we shouldn't engage in law affairs, stuff like that, because, you know, that's how the Constitution and the fabric of America and its institutions are broken down.
And I agree.
I 100% agree that in reality, in an ideal world, we should not retaliate.
We should not take revenge.
We should not X, Y, and the other.
But the thing is, is the frustration that pretty much everybody feels, how I feel, people I talk to, is we're already pretty much in that banana republic.
The cat's out of the bag.
Pandora's box hasn't been shattered.
It's been exploded.
And I'm tired of hearing politicians say, well, you know, we can't do this because they'll do this against us when they get back in power.
It's like, like, man, I didn't want him to be impeached twice.
I didn't want him to be invaded at Mar-a-Lago.
I didn't want him to be charged in four different states and convicted of 34 felonies.
But here we are.
My thought is, I've got a follow-up with it, but it's like, man, that's the reason why we lose is because we're too, we want to be on the right side of history and we want to make sure everything is 100%.
It's like we're not playing the same game.
They're willing to.
Well, let me ask you a question.
Is there any point that you think that Republicans should have used lawfare and the weaponization of justice against Democrats to get back at what we didn't know would ever happen here?
I mean, when did you anticipate that all this would take place?
Because I never anticipated that things would get this bad.
Well, you just have to listen to them talk.
Right now, it's like nothing's off the table.
No, but it's never gotten this bad.
They are so obsessed with getting Trump.
They're so psychotic in their derangement syndrome that, yeah, they're perfectly fine with literally corrupting the law and our justice system and shredding the Constitution in the process to achieve, you know, it's a means to an end for them.
Democrats have kind of always been means to the ends type of people.
You know, as long as they get what they want, they're going to be happy.
Now, but let me ask you this.
If Donald Trump gets back in office and he's on Hannity tonight and I'll be interviewing him, do you want Donald Trump to do the same thing to them if he gets back in power?
Because I don't.
Well, then what's going to happen, and this is what I feel like is going to happen there.
You didn't quite answer my question.
Do you think Republicans should act in a way that's unconstitutional?
Do you support, you know, do you not support the principles of equal justice under the law, equal amplification of our laws?
This is a charge in New York that never would have been brought up against anybody else.
Would you want Republicans to do that to Democratic presidents when they get out of office?
Want it to happen?
No, I don't want it to happen.
But in the same way.
Because it's happened, do you think that they should do the same thing back?
If we want to win, look, so in other words, you're willing to accept a post-constitutional America and you're willing to accept that this is the new reality of kangaroo courts.
It is.
And that you don't want it resolved.
I want it fixed.
I want it to end.
It's not going to.
Well, it could.
No, but we could stop it.
That's the point.
We don't have to be like them.
Okay, so here's the thing, though, that the analogy that I've the best.
We can have fidelity to the Constitution and be above that.
Yeah.
While he's shooting us in the face, we don't defend ourselves at all.
I'm saying if we get back in power, when it really matters, you don't want Republicans to act this way.
No, you know, back in the 2000s, when Bush was in the office, it was a real milquetoast response that we shouldn't treat them the same way that they treat them with respect and they'll honor it.
And they'll do the same thing when they get back in power.
And then come 2006, during the midterm, all hell broke loose against Bush all over again, lie after lie.
And that's what kind of, it was those two years leading up to Obama's administration.
And it's just like they don't play by the same rules.
I'm not saying politically there aren't things Republicans should do or match in terms of the Democrats.
For example, I've talked about legal ballot harvesting.
They should match and surpass their efforts.
But if you're asking me if I support shredding the Constitution to get back at Democrats or that I support the idea that we would abuse our constitutional rights to get back at Democrats, I'm not on board with that.
I have too much fidelity and respect for our Constitution.
And my goal would be that we restore constitutional order.
And we can do that and then, you know, and maybe put in measures so that this can't happen again.
I don't know what they would be.
That's a question for another show, a future date.
But that's what I would prefer.
I have a follow-up for it as well.
Well, I don't have time because I got to get into another call here.
Is that okay?
But I do, I understand your frustration, but don't ruin the greatest system ever.
Restore it.
Don't become like them.
Don't be them.
They try to portray us as democracy in peril.
Yeah, the same people that wanted to keep Trump on the ballot, the same people off the ballot, rather, the same people that are willing to bastardize the rule of law, weaponize justice to get one person, one man, one organization.
And, oh, Mar-a-Lago is not worth $18 million.
We'll continue.
And Hannity is doing it today.
Fighting left-wing powers who want to stamp out conservative voices, fighting fire with fire.
That's Sean Hannity.
Without spending money on ammo or time at the range.
You can.
Get yourself Mantis X. 94% of shooters see an improvement in 20 minutes.

Now she's gotten into the mid to upper 80s even at times.
She won't listen to me to help get her into the high 90s and 100.
Am I having any impact on your breathing technique?
