So much news that we have got to get to today.
It is pretty unbelievable.
I love the fact that all of these Democrats and Joe Biden have just completely denied that they were calling the Russian, I'm sorry, the Hunter Biden laptop Russian disinformation, Russian disinformation.
I'll get to that in a second.
We do have a lot of coverage today on a day in history 80 years ago called D-Day.
Unfortunately, I guess as time passes, you know, we tend to forget the sacrifices that so many people have made so that we can live the lives that we live and have weekends.
I guess what's the next holiday coming up?
4th of July weekend.
We'll spend that time with friends.
We'll spend that time with family.
And we're not going to have to worry about bombs, you know, coming into our country.
Although I've never been as concerned about the state of the world and the state of this country than I am now.
That's why what happens in 151 days from now matters.
But I think back, and, you know, look, if anybody's ever watched Saving Private Ryan or the second episode of Band of Brothers, for example, or the history channel, there actually is raw footage of D-Day and the invasion.
Linda, did you know that?
There actually is the original footage in black and white.
I didn't know that.
Yeah, and you can see some of it.
It is one of the most unbelievably heroic and courageous acts of man.
Now, the Bible tells us there's no greater love that any man can have than to lay down their life for another.
And that's what happened 80 years ago today.
That's what happened 80 years ago.
And we'll go through some of the history, excuse me, later on in the program.
FDR and Dwight Eisenhower and Donald Trump on the 75th anniversary.
And then, of course, the cognitive mess Joe Biden earlier today.
But it's not really about Biden as awful as he was in my view today.
It was about nearly 160,000 soldiers that landed and slammed the beaches of Normandy.
And it's about the, you know, 12,000 aircraft.
It's about the paratroopers.
You know, it's about, by the way, you really don't get the heroism of Americans and Brits and Canadians, you know, and the, you know, Australians and, you know, people from New Zealand even, you know, freeing French commandos, the resistance.
You don't really understand and the magnitude and the danger involved in this.
But the scene of saving Private Ryan, if that's your point of reference, that's a good point of reference.
I'm fine with that.
Because as these ships would, these amphibious ships would move in to the coast, and you've got these young kids, a lot of them, 18, 19, 20.
My dad served four years in the Pacific region of Pacific theater in World War II, different than Normandy, slamming the beaches there.
But as they were approaching those beaches, all they saw was water that was filled with blood, that it was turned bright red, and that they saw what awaited them as soon as they got off that ship as they were being shot at, even on the ships approaching the shore.
And they saw what they knew at that moment the odds of them going home were probably not very high.
And yet that was their mission.
That was their job.
And the impact that it had, you know, to break Hitler's hold on Western Europe was critical.
And World War II needed to stop.
And this was the invasion that needed to happen so that this evil would be stopped.
I've talked a lot about this in my book, Deliver Us from Evil, Defeating Terrorism, Despotism, Liberalism.
I wrote it years ago.
In the last century, you think about this, 100 million human souls were murdered in the name of either Mao and China or Stalin in Russia or Hitler in Germany or Mussolini in fascism or Tojo in Japan, the Killingfields, Cambodia, Pol Pot.
And then you think of the greatest generation.
My father's generation was called the greatest generation.
There's a guy that grew up poor, dirt poor, like my mom grew up dirt poor.
My mom, the South Bronx, my dad, Ped Steye, Brooklyn.
They had nothing their whole life, to be very honest, not much in terms of material things.
Grew up during the Depression.
My poor father's mother died from complications giving birth to him.
He didn't have a mom and didn't have a stable home life as a result because his dad was working all the time.
And yet, you know, it was a big deal when he was able to buy a 50 by 100 lot Cape Cod house in Franklin Square, Long Island, where I grew up.
And that's why it kind of helped me.
My parents were working all the time that I was independent.
And that independence, you know, in the end really benefited me.
And then I got a crack with the belt when I got out of line and I deserved every single one of those.
But anyway, you see this assault and then you see and you try to put yourself in the, you know, in the mindset of one of those young Americans approaching the shores of Normandy and seeing all of the blood and the death and the carnage and seeing that the high position held by the Nazis and that they had to go.
Basically, they're like sitting ducks slamming those beaches and they're being mowed down.
It's kind of like I have friends of mine that consider themselves hunters and the way they describe it to me is, oh, yeah, we have this place where we lay out a bunch of grain and a lot of feed and we hide out in our cabin and then they go to feed and we shoot them.
I'm like, okay, that's like, you know, that's like fish in a barrel.
Not exactly hard to catch a fish in a barrel.
But that's what they did.
Except these are human souls, human beings.
And, you know, many of them that survived tell these stories.
And later on, I'm going to play an old caller of this program, Marty.
And the years that he called me, he was one of those brave men.
And, you know, he just describes in detail.
But anyway, on this 80th anniversary, I just hope, and we'll get into more detail.
Pete Hagseth is coming up, and we're going to play some of the history of this later.
I just hope you'll remember that we stand on the shoulders of really great people, giants that were willing to sacrifice it all so that we may live free.
And here's the saddest part.
America is now abdicating its role on the world stage as the leader in the cause of liberty and freedom because we have a president that is weak and frail and a cognitive mess that coddles our worst enemies and that has now put us in the greatest danger that I can think of in our lifetime by allowing our top geopolitical foes access to our country.
Iran, Syria, Yemen, China, Russia, Egypt, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, you know, unvetted into our country.
Does anyone really doubt that this terrorist cell is here that Joe Biden is allowed in?
You know, unvetted illegal immigrants, over 10 million of them.
God help us, because I'm sure they're plotting, planning, and scheming an attack.
Anyway, just know that the freedoms that we celebrate often take for granted the whining that we might do on days is all a result of their sacrifice.
We'll get into more of this coming up at the top of the next hour.
Well, actually, no, at the top of the five o'clock hour, the last hour of the program or the 2 o'clock hour out on the West Coast.
So we have the Hunter-Biden case going on.
We're going to get into great detail and we'll check in with Greg Jarrett and Roger Severino.
This case may actually, you know, prosecutors may rest on, as of tomorrow, we'll give you the details in this case.
By the way, we see that several Biden illegal immigrants were able to breach a major U.S. Air Force base.
I'm not sure if you caught that in the news, but that's not particularly heartening to me.
I mean, it's pretty unbelievable.
But two weeks ago, we had a couple of Biden illegals from Jordan ram a truck into a crash barrier at a Marine base at Quantico in Virginia.
Biden administration refuses to explain what these two illegals were up to.
They won't even tell us if either of these two Jordananians were on the terror watch list.
We have a similar incident at Lachlan Air Force Base in Texas where several Biden illegals from God knows where somehow managed to gain access to a restricted area.
You don't think it's a big deal that we're allowing the Chinese nationals to buy up thousands of acres of farmland and ranch land and land near our military bases?
Anyway, this human smuggler breached Lachlan Air Base in Texas on Friday while evading authorities a week after a suspected illegal immigrant breached defense at the same military base while on the run from Border Patrol.
I mean, what are we allowing to happen in this country?
It's unbelievable to me.
It makes absolutely no sense.
You know, six illegal immigrants on the state's 10 most wanted lists stand accused of child sexual abuse.
And I keep saying Joe has blood on his hand.
Every crime committed by every unvetted Joe Biden illegal immigrant is his fault.
He's been aiding and abetting in this.
You have an illegal immigrant charged in the cop shooting, allegedly telling police he was recruited for Venezuelan gangs, New York City robbery crews.
California forced to repay millions after giving a taxpayer-funded health care to non-citizens.
They do that now as a matter of law in California.
You know, over 30,000 communist Chinese so far this fiscal year in the country.
Are you kidding me?
What do you think they're here for?
Because they want a better life for themselves and their families?
Because what's happening is Chinese nationals at our southern border, it's surging, which proves our worst fears.
Congressman Bob Good, you know, 20 lawmakers led by him, the dramatic rise in encounters at our nation's borders with individuals on the terrorist screening data set and the unprecedented, otherwise unexplained rise in Chinese nationals, largely adult males, crossing illegally.
I don't think they're here because they want a better life for themselves and their kids.
And it just goes on from there.
And this ridiculous Joe Biden order that he came out with 353 days out of Election Day is just a joke because it doesn't do anything except allow nearly 2 million illegal immigrants that we know of in the country a year.
It's pretty dramatic the times that we're living in here, I got to tell you.
And it's very, very sad.
And all of it is preventable.
Every bit of it is preventable.
Now, on the other side, we do have some good news today.
Two national post-conviction polls show that Donald Trump is still in the lead.
I mean, okay, morning consult, serious poll.
Emerson University, another serious poll.
A lot of speculation going on these days.
Oddsmakers have a clear favorite among Trump's VP option.
That clear favorite is Tim Scott.
He's a 5-to-1 favorite.
Then you've got Doug Bergam, 6-1 favorite.
JD Vance and Marco Rubio, both considered serious contenders, 8-1 and 9-1, respectively.
And you have other people being mentioned like Elise Stefanik and Byron Donalds.
I'm not going to tell you who you think should be the right person, but the New York Times is a small shift.
You know, it's, I just got to be honest.
All of this lawfare is going to backfire and work in Trump's favor.
You know, we have a debate in just three short weeks.
I think it's three weeks from today, Linda.
Am I not mistaken here?
It's the sixth.
It's on the 27th.
Yep.
That's 21 days.
That's three weeks.
Donald Trump's real clear politics lead over Biden is now higher than it was before the guilty verdict.
I mean, you can't make that up.
And, you know, these swing states are going to mean everything.
Donald Trump is now saying that you've got to accept the system we're stuck with and vote early and vote by mail and don't start out election day down hundreds of thousands of votes.
I hope Americans, conservatives that have been reluctant and resistant and mad at me because I've been saying it, they'll maybe listen to him and not me.
By the way, so many people misunderstood this call that I had yesterday.
You know, of course you hold Democrats responsible.
If you're going to believe in a constitutional republic, then the rule of law applies equally to all and it must be enforced.
But I'm saying you don't go and do what the Democrats did like they did in New York and basically charge somebody with a novel legal theory, not tell them what they're being charged with from something that happened eight years ago,
a non illegal non-disclosure agreement of $130,000 just because you want your political opponent in jail on things like that we have talked about often that need to be investigated.
You're damn right you better investigate them.
I don't know why some of you misunderstood me.
We have the latest on the Hunter Biden trial.
We've got a lot of news we're going to get to.

Go back to 2020.
Go back to the Hunter laptop from hell.
Just think about this, how profound this is.
And go back to every media technology company.
They would not allow anybody to share the New York Post story about Hunter's laptop.
Now we have had testimony that took place in this trial, in this case, against Hunter Biden, a top FBI official, that not only was the laptop 100% authentic, but any claim by any Biden defender that it had been doctored with fabricated evidence was completely bogus.
And some of you may be saying, Hannity, but what about the 51 former Intel officials?
They signed an official document saying it look at all the markings of Russian disinformation.
They were 51 Tony Blinken Blinken recruited ex-intelligence officials that wanted Joe Biden to win.
So they knew nothing about the laptop, but were willing to make this in-kind contribution.
Oh, you mean like a federal election campaign contribution?
In a way, you can argue that.
But of course, if it was Republicans that did this, oh, there'd be charges.
But they all went out and lied.
They knew nothing about whether this was authentic or not, about Hunter Biden.
Well, the FBI official, it was introduced into evidence in this case from day one.
Not only was it authentic, said the FBI official, but claimed that Biden defenders that have been saying it's been doctored with fabricated evidence is completely bogus.
That's what took place in a courtroom.
But don't hold your breath expecting any apologies.
Now, the next part of this question: Had America had the opportunity to see for themselves what was in the laptop from hell, and this is October of 2020, right before the election.
Do you think that maybe it could have impacted the outcome of the 2020 election?
Because I think the answer is absolutely it could have.
And this is how corrupt the deep state is.
And this is James Comey, 2016.
No reasonable prosecutor would prosecute.
This is Hillary Clinton, top secret, classified information on her server.
She's not going to be charged.
No prosecutor would prosecute.
This is 33,000 deleted emails on her servers.
Something nobody had ever heard about, at least I hadn't heard about before, called Bleach Pit.
I think we've made Bleach Pit famous, don't you think, Linda?
I think we should have bought this.
We definitely made it famous.
I think because nobody heard of Bleach Pit.
I didn't know you could wipe your server clean.
Remember Ed Henry famously asking, you know, did you wipe your server clean?
You mean like with a cloth?
I mean, that sarcastic response.
No, did you wipe it clean so they couldn't retrieve information that was on there that was likely top secret and classified.
Did you wipe the server?
What, like with a cloth or something?
No.
I don't know.
I mean, with the cloth?
What do you mean, wipe the server?
Yeah, of course they wiped the server.
She didn't get in trouble.
There was no raid of her office.
There was no raid of her home.
It was like Joe Biden, four separate locations, top secret, classified information.
I asked Donald Trump this last night.
I don't know if it made air or not.
We literally went for over an hour.
And just something Joe Biden couldn't do.
And some of you, by the way, misinterpreted something that I said on the air, and I'll clarify that in more detail in a second.
But anyway, let's go back.
What was Joe Biden doing?
He had Winkin Tony Blinken, who was later rewarded with his top position in the Biden administration, organizing former Intel people to deceive the American people on the eve of an election of information that would be critical and likely impact the outcome of that election.
And they did it, and big tech companies colluded with it.
And if you were online and you dared to try to share this information, it was suppressed and they didn't allow the sharing of it.
I mean, the things that yours truly have had to deal with over the years, my personal text messages released over and over again.
It's like my phone is an open book to the world for crying out loud.
Haven't had an email account in years and years.
I don't have access to any social media anymore because I just don't want to be on.
By the way, it's pretty toxic on there.
And if you really want to, if you're a public figure, you want to feel really crappy about yourself, go read social media.
Forget it.
You know, read comments about you.
So, I mean, it's just, it's pretty unbelievable.
But anyway, this is Joe Biden himself.
Oh, this is Russian disinformation.
And Wink, he doesn't mention that Wink and Tony Blinken organized the 51 Intel agents, but listen.
There are 50 former national intelligence folks who said that what this he's accusing me of is a Russian plant.
There's overwhelming evidence that, from the intelligence community, that the Russians are engaged.
I still think that the stories from the fall about your son, Hunter, were running this information as a peer campaign, like you said.
Yes, yes, yes.
God love you, man.
I mean, it's just a complete lie.
And then, of course, the media mob, the willing accomplices and an extension of all things radical democratic policies, they were out there spreading the same lies.
Listen.
I think it's broadly known and widely known, Peter, that there was a broad range of Russian disinformation.
The origins of this whole smear are from the Kremlin.
This classic textbook, Soviet Russian tradecraft at work.
Looks like a classic Russian playbook disinformation campaign.
The U.S. authorities are seeing if those emails we just talked about are connected to an ongoing Russian disinformation effort.
It's so obviously a Russian operation.
Hunter Biden, this laptop that intelligence officials have warned is likely Russian disinformation.

This is after three years had gone by and the whole Russia hoax unfolded and we got it right and everybody, all these people that you're listening to spread nothing but conspiracy theories and lies about the dirty dossier, which, by the way, Hillary Clinton hired a law firm and filed this as a legal expense, but that law firm didn't use it for legal work.
They used it to hire an op research group, Fusion GPS.
And that group then hired Christopher Steele.
And then Christopher Steele, the FBI are deemed so credible, just like this guy Smirnoff that they deem so credible.
He was involved in the 1023 issue.
I'm stupid enough to believe Christopher Wray and the FBI.
At this point, it's like, really?
You can't trust their most trusted people, a guy that was paid since 2010, hundreds of thousands of dollars.
And then, whoops, let's arrest him.
It's just, it's unbelievable.
But this was all designed to lie to you in the lead up to an important election.
Unbelievable.
You know, this is what scares me about, you know, the state of our country today on top of everything else, open borders, the clear and present national security danger that Biden's created, the economy, the disaster, the inflation.
This is what scares me about D-Fund, dismantled, no bail laws, insanity.
This is what scares me about Joe Biden kissing the ass of all of these geopolitical foes, starting with Iran.
This is what scares me about Biden surrendering in the war on terror and abandoning our ally, Israel, and not supporting their right to win their war.
Donald Trump did last night in my interview with him.

But still, Donald Trump, after everything, 34 convictions, leads in the polls.
Now, I don't know if this holds, but I will tell you that there's definitely a chance, and I think a rather good chance, that Donald Trump can win this election.
It's pretty unbelievable.
By the way, data released by Emerson College showed 27% of voters say they're more likely to vote for Donald Trump.
You know, a third of voters said the conviction makes them less likely to vote for Donald Trump.
40% said it has no influence on their decision at all.
But this bogus Trump guilty verdict, you know, could fuel suspicions the 24 election.
Like, look at the impact of this lie about the Biden laptop.
Well, it's now been validated by the federal government and David Weiss and Biden's own DOJ that have introduced it into evidence.
And the FBI is saying, no, it's not been tampered with.
Can you believe what we're living with here?
It really is unbelievable.
Can you believe that now the Georgia case is falling apart as Fonnie Willis has investigated?
And now you have the federal judge Eileen Cannon.
Oh, she's being criticized.
Why?
Because she's daring to question whether or not that Merrick Garland even had the authority to give such unfettered power to the special counsel that charged Donald Trump in the document case and that raided Mar-a-Lago.
And now we have this footnote that says that evidence looks like it was doctored.
I mean, you can't make, you just can't make it up.
It's really a sad state of affairs for our country.
You know, fantastical moment we're living in.
Unreal.

I think everybody liked it.
They don't even know how much they like it.
They don't.
If they had an idea what we were talking about, they would laugh.
I know a lot of people want to talk about the VP pick, which is now shifting into high gear.
Look, before anything else, we've got a debate coming up.
It's three weeks from today.
That's the next priority.
The priority after that is to see what Judge Mershawn does with sentencing.
I don't put anything past this guy.
And the next thing after that would be the convention.
And then at that point, you're going to have a vice presidential pick.
I don't know if it'll be before the convention.
It might just be during the convention.
I had to guess it probably would be during.
Now, one other thing I want to deal with here is a lot of you misunderstood me yesterday.
I said, I don't want to be like the Democrats.
I don't want our Constitution shredded.
And I don't want Republicans to use what is the weaponization of justice, not real justice, the weaponization of justice.
Maybe I didn't make the distinction clear enough.
I don't want them to use lawfare as a means of going after political opponents.
I believe in our Constitution.
I believe we should have fidelity to our Constitution.
I believe in equal justice under the law and equal application of our laws.
This is what separates us from being a banana republic and having kangaroo courts that, in a valuation case, evaluate, you know, give a valuation of Mar-a-Lago at $18 million.
However, that does not negate real criminal investigations.
I don't think anybody on radio or TV has done more to expose the insanity and all of the questions involved in the Burisma deal and the Biden syndicate, the Biden family, and all this money and the lies told by Joe Biden that he never talked to his son, brother, or anybody about foreign business deals, but yet he's meeting these foreign business partners and he's making phone calls into this, according to James Comer and Jim Jordan.
He just flat out lied to the American people.
Why is he meeting a Russian oligarch?
Really?
Former first lady of Moscow that, you know, gave Hunter and company $3.5 million.
You know, was supposed to believe in the WhatsApp message that Joe wasn't really sitting there.
I'm sitting here with my father.
Why didn't you keep your word?
And then money transferred over, you know, just a few days later, $5 million in that particular case.
You know, putting aside what the 1023 form said, I'm not even talking about that.
You know, great job, Christopher Wray, for informing the public falsely and trusting somebody that turns out to be a liar and then vouching for him before the American public.
I'm like, wow.
Just like they did Christopher Steele.
Unbelievable times that we're living in.
And, but, however, if there is, you know, let's see, somebody with no experience being paid millions to sit on a board and that that company is being investigated for corruption.
And then a president goes against U.S. policy after talking to his son and barisma executives in the days leading up to with threatening to withhold a billion of taxpayer dollars so that the result would be his son gets paid, even though he's addicted to drugs at the time and has no experience to get paid that kind of money because who with no experience gets paid millions of dollars.
It doesn't happen.
No, that's not lawfare.
That's called equal justice under the law.
That's called a constitutional republic.
All our laws rooted in that great document.
And bringing back constitutional fidelity should be the goal of real conservatives.
I think some of you misunderstood me.
