Coming up next, our final news roundup and information overload hour.
News Roundup Information Overload Hour.
Here is our toll-free telephone number this Friday.
It is 800-941-SHAWN, if you want to be a part of the program.
I'll tell you one thing.
President Trump did have a lot of support of Republicans showing up kind of in mass to the consternation of the mob, the media, But they've been there to support what is the weaponization of our justice system.
One person that has been there is Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville is with us.
And we'll talk to him in a second.
This is what he said outside the courtroom.
First of all, I'm disappointed in the courtroom.
I'm hearing Mr. Trump, Mr. Trump.
He is former President Trump.
Give him some respect.
I mean, that's what that place is in there.
It's no respect.
Here's what I'm seeing too.
It is depressing.
That courtroom is depressing.
This is New York City, icon of our country.
And we got a courtroom that's the most oppressing thing I've ever been in.
Mental anguish is trying to be pushed on Republican candidate for the President of the United States this year.
That's all this is.
He's been here a month.
He's been here a month.
Anyway, Alabama Senator Tommy Tupperville's with us now.
Uh Senator, how are you, coach?
What's going on, man?
Oh, everything's good, Sean, except we're losing our country about as fast as you can lose one.
Uh we can't say that.
Well, no problem.
Everything's great.
I'm having a great life except our country's going a hell in a handbasket.
And I can't by the way, it's never been this bad in my lifetime.
I've never been this worried about our country and the state of the world as I am now, uh, Senator in my lifetime.
No, we've already we've lost a country that you and I grew up in, Sean, but we got to get it back, and we can, uh, but we can't wait past this election.
President Trump has to win.
We have to take the Senate.
Uh we have no choice.
And I just hope the American people that out there deciding who they're gonna vote for understand that.
I'm I'm not a politician.
I've been up there for three and a half years, and I've never seen such a clown show that's going on.
I i it just it it makes me sick at my stomach, but we can get it back.
We're our country's running off a credit card right now.
Uh we're we're dead broke, uh crime's rampant, and of course the border is just an absolute disaster.
Ten million people that we know of come across.
So we got to get the president elected, but they're trying to put him in jail, and as you said, I went up there and talked and sat with him for about seven, eight hours, and I feel bad for him, you know, because they are weaponizing our justice system, and we have got to take our justice system back when he takes over.
You were there Tuesday, and Tuesday was the important day because that's when Michael Cohn had testified that the the phone call, uh I mean, he I I've never seen anybody get gutted uh in a cross-examination like this yesterday, and and you were there for the testimony on Tuesday, in which he said, Oh, he had this, you know, very long specific call with Donald Trump.
It ends up the call was a minute thirty-six seconds.
And and then when challenged about it, he didn't deny that that was the call.
He said, Well, I talked to Keith Schiller about this 14-year-old prankster, and I talked to Donald Trump uh extensively about the the the Stormy case.
Uh the call was a a minute and thirty-six seconds.
Sorry, uh, you know, as as uh Todd Blanche said, that is a lie.
And I apparently the jury went nuts, but you were there for the other part.
What did you hear specifically that Michael Comb was saying about this call that that kick literally led to this beat down yesterday.
Yeah, he's very confused.
And you know what happened, he we knew that just listened to uh Todd Blanch of the defense uh President Trump's attorney that uh you know they had all kind of things that he had already misspoken about, and of course the guy's an habitual liar.
They got him basically got him out of jail uh to testify, did a deal with him to make sure that he would testify against the president.
But you know, I think it was allowed out because of COVID issues, but it's a but it's neither here nor there.
I mean, uh, you know, they had all the access they wanted to Bob Costello's information that that totally impeaches everything that that Michael Cone is saying, and I hope we hear from him when the trial starts up again on Monday.
Yeah, uh I'm like you.
I think there's a lot of things that can be brought to to the trial, but the problem is you've got a corrupt judge who basically is got President Trump's hands tied.
He can't blink, he can't even smile, uh, basically in the in the the hearing.
Everybody else can get on TikTok and social media and talk about the president and destroy his credibility.
But uh in the long run, uh the American people see what hap sees what happened, Sean.
But you know, you can't you and I grew up with if you had a lawyer, uh, and if the lawyer came in and audio taped your conversations secretly and without telling you Can you believe that?
It's unbelievable.
I I sat there and listened to the audio and first of all, he he taped it, but it wasn't anything in the audio that that uh convinced anybody that President Trump did anything wrong.
Uh, but it was just something that uh I guess they threw out there and that the prosecutor wanted to say, listen, you know, he was in there, he had him on the run, uh President Trump instigated all this, and there's not one thing that they brought up that that says that President Trump did anything.
And again, at the end of the day, if you're there, Sean, you're kind of you're wondering, well, what is the charge?
What are they trying to charge the president with?
There's there's nothing factual about anything.
They're just they're fishing.
All they're doing is fishing.
Yeah.
Let me let me ask you this.
Uh, somebody was there.
What was your take on the jury?
What was your read on the jury?
And I uh listen, uh you know I lived in Alabama.
I uh I was raised in Long Island, New York, but I I do feel that uh my values are more in sync with your state and and Southern states and conservatives in Middle America than New York or California for sure, and I think you I think most people un that have listened or watched me understand that and uh and I got out of that state, thank God.
Uh and I lived in Georgia, and now I'm living in Florida and I'm glad to be here.
But w w what when you watch the jurors, I've I've cont I've been contending that I don't think Donald Trump can get a fair trial in New York or DC or Fulton County, Georgia.
I know Fulton County, Georgia.
You know, do you think what was your read on the jury?
Well, I I think you're right.
Uh it's almost gonna be impossible to get a jury that is open minded in New York, and we're hoping that they are open minded, but at the end of the day I watched them walk in and watched them for about six, seven hours and and it was about half men, half women, uh, and most of them were really paying attention.
Of course it was it was Cohen up there, the number one witness, I guess, really the only decent witness they have that supposedly has anything to do with pres had anything to do with President Trump, but uh I think that a bookkeeping error misdemeanor in New York that has been upgraded and nobody no l and tell us no lawyer has been able to explain what the charge is.
I bet nobody on the jury even knows what the charge is.
No, it's a witch hunt.
But they tried to prove something.
They try to prove that uh anything that uh he said would be factual and I think it's gone sideways on him, to be honest with you.
Uh but I hope you know, just talking about the jury, they they were very uh attentive, but I was there on the seventeenth day.
Can you imagine sitting through seventeen days of a of trial that probably should have lasted maybe one or two days and and uh you know they've got a few more days to go, but uh there's no way.
There is no way, all of them.
I don't care if you're liberal, you're progressive, whatever.
There's no possible way you can convince me that all those pa all those jurors are gonna think, well, yeah, he was a hundred percent, hundred percent guilty of anything that he did.
Uh and again, uh I don't know what the charge is.
Yeah, nobody does.
Uh we really appreciate it.
Uh it was very nice of you to go up and support the president and uh we appreciate you coming on the program as always, Coach, uh Senator Tommy Toverville Toverville of uh the great state of Alabama.
Senator, great to have you on.
Thank you.
Hope you have a great weekend, sir.
Thank you, Sean.
God bless.
You too.
800 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the uh program.
Craig, Free State, Florida, next Sean Hannity Show.
What's up?
How are you, Craig?
I am fine, Sean.
Pleasure to talk to you.
Pleasure's mine.
What's on your mind today, this Friday?
Happy Friday.
I am very upset with this jury.
I think there's no way uh they're gonna not convict him.
Uh I was talking and uh my view is the last uh on the defense, the l was last witness they should call is Professor Durchwitz.
You did an earth I think that's uh he'd be a great expert witness.
I agree.
They're not gonna probably do that.
I'd like to see Bob Costello.
I'd like to see an expert on federal election law.
Uh I think they have available the guy that actually wrote the law.
I want to hear from him.
This judge apparently you know not inclined to let that happen.
I'm like what the hell is this?
Is that this is a kangaroo court.
This is not this judge is is so over the top.
Yes.
But bringing in the professor, you're also bringing in a liberal from New York City, 60 years, you know, doing his job.
He gave the best interview of all the interviews that you have gone through in the last month to all the great people that you have.
I think he gave the very best on why this shouldn't even be a trial.
He's been great.
Hurley's been great.
Levin has been great.
Pirro has been great.
Greg Jarrett has been great.
Hurley, who else?
Who am I forgetting?
They've all been great.
I'm going to forget somebody.
They're going to get mad at me.
But they've all really, you know, they know their stuff.
And there's not one lawyer, Andy McCarthy.
None of them.
None of them can identify any of this.
Levin went into this whole issue last night about Alvin Bragg and the Brady Act, etc.
And I think he's dead on.
That's what this case should be about, too.
This judge will never let it happen, in my view.
But but certainly there's got to be there's got to be consequences at the end of this process, as far as I'm concerned.
And I'd be filing motions about, you know, about what went down in this courtroom.
This is not how our legal system should work.
I'll say that.
All right, my friend.
Listen, you're going to have a great weekend, right?
Yes.
Yes.
I'm a transplant from upstate New York.
Good for you.
Welcome.
Welcome to the free state of Florida.
anyway uh let's say hi to Laura in New Mexico.
As a matter of fact, Laura uh I want you to say hi to Jerry in Florida Jerry in Florida say hi to Laura in New Mexico.
Welcome both of you hey Jerry Gary you want to say hi to Laura be nice yes hey Lori good afternoon.
All right Laura let's start with you because you both want to talk about the same topic.
But, Gloria, you want to talk about the debate.
Tell me, apparently, you're worried.
Why?
I do.
I do want to talk about the debate.
I feel like I know that Trump has already agreed to it.
But the Biden train, which, of course, he's not the conductor or engineer of, has had all this free time locking Trump down in New York while they can slander him and drag him through court and muzzle him.
And now they want to do the same thing with the debate with these four networks?
I really believe that if they had any intention of Biden making it to the next election, pulled Kamala a long time ago and put in another vice on the ticket.
But with advice What about the top of the ticket the guy can barely function I mean for crying out loud.
That's why they don't want the Robert Hurt tape released.
Was I still vice president in two thousand and nine I'm like oh my gosh God help us in the strong vice then the Democrats because they're as afraid of him dropping dead and Kamala being an office as we are they can just put their guy right in everybody Well let me just tell you this.
I I hear what you say but we got to stick with the reality all right I Trump agreed to it but he also agreed to a debate on Fox News you know and I know for a fact that there are negotiations going on issues that I have brought up for example no notes for Joe, no teleprompter Joe the issue of whether there'll be an audience or not that's up for grabs.
These these networks they want to cut off the mics of the candidates they got to cut off the mics of the moderators I wouldn't accept fake Jake Tapper.
He's a he's a liberal leftist radical talk show host.
But you know I understand your trepidation uh but Donald Trump's negotiating Jerry what's your take on it?
Well I have if I could offer three points uh or three suggestions to the Donald Trump team I Trump is a very capable debater and excellent debater.
But Donald but Joe Biden seems to rise to the occasion.
He's well I believe he lost the debates to Donald Trump.
He was very capable against Sarah Palin and Paul Ryan, particularly Paul Ryan, who's a very good communicator in those vice presidential debates.
He can hold his own in some in some uh arena.
So I would say to the Trump team that they should not underestimate uh Joe Biden.
And then I think that uh Donald Trump should present himself.
Trump has his diehard fans.
He's got the most loyal base of any president I've ever known, even more so than Reagan.
And so I think he needs to play to the middle, not sacrificing his core principles, but I think he needs to show himself as a reasoned and articulate individual and not get caught up in hyperbole and show himself to be uh a sort of a person where his policies, how they help people of all races, all social economic stations, all ethnicities.
I mean low taxes, law and order, a sound government policy, strong defense, good trade.
That helps everybody.
Jobs, uh low um inflation.
That helps everybody.
And you need to show the middle how he's the man for the job, because the economy is playing a very important part, a secure border, how he's the man to do that.
And then lastly, I believe that um he should be very pithy in his responses, and like if you'd give a 90 seconds to response, say sum it up with facts, figures, and data in thirty seconds, and then yield the rest of his time to Joe Biden, where he's gonna stumble and he's not gonna know how to fill airspace, and it's gonna definitely highlight his cognitive decline.
I'd love to see long answers.
Uh, you get two minutes to answer the question, and the other candidate gets a one-minute rebuttal or so.
Uh, and look, you know, I think without notes, Joe Biden answering any question is even though they're probably gonna be biased, you know, it's unreal.
All right, I gotta say goodbye to both of you.
Happy Friday.
Have a great weekend, Jury uh in Florida, Laura in New Mexico.
Thank you both.

You know, this is pretty scary, a statistic.
Violent crime committed in our country every 24 seconds.
Now, when it hits your doorstep, one wrong decision, that could mean losing your home, your freedom, your liberty, and more, or even worse.
And that's, you know, just because owning a gun is not it's not enough anymore.
You need a new way to protect yourself and your family on top of all that.
Rod Chadwick, he's the former head of training for the FBI at Quantico.
And he doesn't teach gun tricks, gimmicks, but he will tell you how to spot danger before it's too late.
It'll help you stop an attacker with words and how to make life or death decisions when when it matters when you're under you know major pressure.
Uh that's what he can teach you.
And he and the U.S. Concealed Carry Association, they have created a free video.
You've got to watch it.
This video, by the way, not available to everybody, but you're listening to this show, so you know about it.
It has one of America's most important law officers giving tips that frankly few civilians ever get to hear, and it's only available to you, my listeners, for free for a limited time.
Go to the website, DefendFamily.com.
Watch it for free right now.

All right, I could play my cousin Vinny all day long.
Let me just go to the moment that matters.
This was the checkmate moment.
Marissa Tormay on the stand, her boyfriend attorney, Joe Petchy, in a courtroom in Alabama.
This was the moment that actually happened to Michael Cohn yesterday.
Case closed, right after this testimony, uh in the cu and the movie My Cousin Vinny.
Case dismissed, Your Honor.
But listen to how she did it.
Miss Vito, please answer the question.
Does the defense case hold water?
No.
The defense is wrong.
Are you sure?
I'm positive.
How could you be so sure?
Because there is no way that these tie marks were made by a 64 Buick Skylock.
These marks were made by a 1963 Pontiac Tempest.
Objection, Your Honor.
Can we clarify to the court whether the witness is stating opinion or fact?
This is your opinion.
It's a fact.
I find it hard to believe that this kind of information could be ascertained seriously.
Simply by looking at a picture.
Would you like me to explain?
I would love to hear this.
So would I. The car that made these two equal length tire marks had pass attraction.
Can't make those marks without Paz Attraction, which was not available on the 64 Bureau Skylock.
And why not?
What is positraction?
It's a limited slip differential, which distributes power equally to both the right and left tires.
The 64 Skylock had a regular differential, which anyone has been stuck in the mud in Alabama knows you step on the gas one tide is spins the other tide is nothing.
Checkmate.
That's what happened to Michael Cohn yesterday.
Um you like this.
I think your favorite scene is the deer scene.
The deer hunting scene when when Joe Petchy says he's gonna go deer hunting with the with the prosecutor.
But my favorite, my favorite scene in this movie is is probably the one that like nobody thinks is funny.
Is um they're like driving.
Or I don't know if they're driving, but she's explaining to him like it's okay.
Like I can help you.
Like I'm smart.
It's all right.
He's like, I got it, I gotta do it.
She's like, oh my God.
I have you have to say thank you.
I mean, it's like such a typical honestly, it's something so many of us would say to somebody who's like irritated.
Do you remember do you remember conversations we had, and I got a talking code here.
And I I would use an analogy about uh you seeing somebody choking in a restaurant.
Remember I'd use that analogy.
Yeah.
Uh-huh.
That's her and that's you.
Yeah, you know.
There are certain things I like about it.
But that's a good thing.
That is a comp that is a compliment.
Oh, it does.
So you do identify with her.
I do.
I mean, listen, there's a lot of things there that I agree with.
Like, you know, I have nothing against Hunter.
You could have played that role.
Not as well as her, man.
The way she wore that button.
Nobody could play.
I agree.
Man, what a role.
Anyway, let's let's get to our phones.
Uh Mark in South Carolina.
Mark, glad you called, sir.
Happy Friday to you.
Happy Friday, Sean.
First time long, long time listening and watching you since 96 with Alan.
God uh rest in peace.
Anyway.
Um just wondering if you have any info or know of kind of what the defense witness list is going to be like and if they're gonna call Costello because he destroyed Cohen the other day in front of Congress.
And why you was on I I was on America's newsroom yesterday, right after he appeared.
I'm like, uh I was sitting there with my mouth wide open listening to him.
Uh by the way, he doesn't have a problem lying.
His background credibility, he I mean, he was like the highest prosecutor, Southern District in New York.
This guy's the real deal.
I mean, tough New York hard nosed law and order prosecutor, real the real deal.
And uh anyway, uh yeah, I would hope that he absolutely needs to testify in this case.
Uh because uh he he was very clear in saying Michael Cohn said to him, uh that in fact he actually said, well, you know, he was giving him legal advice.
Uh okay, do you Michael Cohn, I don't want to go to jail, I don't want any trouble, I don't want this.
He goes, okay.
Uh I know what they're gonna want for that to happen.
And he goes, What's that?
What do you have on Donald Trump?
I don't have anything on Donald Trump.
Yeah.
Right.
I have no I have nothing.
Secondly, why you wouldn't put him up.
I mean, even though the Oh, yeah, a hundred percent.
Checkmate case.
It has two of them to hold them like a hung jury.
And then one other thing, if I could, Sean.
Um really concerned about the election, obviously, from what happened with 2020, and and uh to make myself feel better, I actually go into the grocery store.
Sean, I'm in South Carolina, which is obviously a red state, but I had three or four people in front of me the other day waiting to check out, and noticeably when the cashier would tell them the total, two out of the three people shook their head.
Like couldn't believe it.
So that kind of calms me down because that's happening all over the country.
And and uh red or blue, and when you go to that grocery store, you can campaign in all these different states.
That's the best campaign uh you could have right there.
It's just having people continually go into these grocery stores, get that total, and walk out shaking their head.
Sean, I love you.
Thank you.
God bless America.
And uh thank you, buddy.
You have a great weekend.
All right, God bless you.
You have uh uh a wonderful weekend with your family.
Appreciate you being with us.
Thank you for listening and and watching so long.
It means a lot to me.
You you let me do what I love, and I I don't take that for granted, I promise you.
Uh anyway, let's say hi, Susan is in Miami.
Susan, hi, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hi, Sean.
Uh first time calling.
Yes, glad you called.
Thank you for checking in.
What's going on on WIOD?
Well, I want to talk about the trial.
I um I'm I'm I'm very afraid that they're not gonna be calling any more witnesses because uh all of the lawyers on both sides, you know, Republican and Democrat think it's time to quit.
Because, you know, of Cohn's goof up yesterday.
They think, you know, because of that, they're gonna win, you know.
Uh it's gonna be a hung jury or something else, even better.
But um I think that they definitely have to get Avenati there.
Avenatti says that he has first hand information that Stormy is lying.
Her I I I I don't think the jury took her seriously.
I don't it's kind of hard because uh, you know, you're taking a guy out of jail.
He has credibility issues himself.
uh I think the guy to bring in is the guy that our last quarter mentioned Bob Costello.
He doesn't have credibility issues, just the opposite.
He's got an impeccable, you know, an impressive beyond you know the pale resume.
I mean this is the real deal.
Oh no, him too.
I was getting to that next Avenatti is just for Stormy alone.
Yeah look I think Stormy's been in peace.
I mean Stormy, you know the she got salacious.
She was trying you know being goofy on the stand according to people I talked to and trying to make the jury laugh and all this stuff.
All she talked about was salacious uh material etcetera etcetera and the deal and and honestly uh the deal was made with Michael Cohn wasn't made with she doesn't know anything of other than that but I have a background in psychology and trust me when I tell you those women uh on on uh the jury they are not gonna like the fact that supposedly allegedly Trump has cheated on his wife.
See right now they don't understand what's going on.
You know lawyers do, you know we do.
Most people and the jury because I have a legal background as well they do not understand and rightfully so because there's really actually to tell you the truth there's a lot of people that don't understand this case.
Uh including lawyers I think yesterday blew this case out of the water.
I really do and I can only tell you that you know I think if they brought in Bob Costello if I mean the idea that they're gonna limit the lawyers for Donald Trump talking about a complicated federal election law and this convoluted upgrade that this prosecution is trying to use that needs to be heard.
jury instructions i predict will be terrible there's not going to be a directive you know verdict by the by the judge we know he's compromised and seems pretty narcissistic and egotistical and political so uh you know i i just i will tell you this okay go ahead make your last point go ahead okay what i'm trying to say is i think that they need to bring in everything that they can you know there's talk well if you're ahead stop they think their head
now.
not okay they have to bring Castell they have to bring in Weisenberg they have to bring in the uh uh security guard or body uh guard uh you know the I think that would be a good good guy to call as well uh and lawyers you don't want to overdo it either I think if they do just what you're describing there taking away Avenatti I have a little disagreement with you I think it'd be a good strategy.
Let's see.
I mean they certainly have a lot that will help them.
And yeah I don't think it's done either I think they really need to to bring people in.
And remember it's New York.
Scary.
Anyway, Susan, glad you called.
Have a great weekend.
Larry is in California.
Larry, I have no idea what the hell you're still doing there, but welcome to the program.
I'm sure you're very proud of your state is now offering in their pilot program shots of vodka, bottle, you know, beer and wine to alcoholics on taxpayer on the taxpayer dime on top of free health care, free education, the sanctuary status for illegal immigrants.
I'm sure you're very proud of your state.
Yeah.
And they want the working man to pay for all of that too.
Well, you're paying for it.
What's going on?
Exactly.
Hey, I called up about, um, the debate and I think it's kind of a mistake for Trump to give Biden the debates.
The, unless he's compelled to do it for some reason, but all of the trends are going in Trump's favor.
And so why would you want to change things now?
And not only that, but if they have the that gives them a chance to change out.
If Biden does well then that will re energize his base and get some of the swing state voters back in his camp.
If he does poorly and if he does horribly then they will just jettis him jettison him as well as Cornelia Harris and they'll just dump them all and then they'll substitute them in with um with whoever they they want to put in at that point.
And then they will start advertising it's the new Democratic Party.
And here's what we're going to do.
I think if anything, try if he wants a debate, make the debate after the uh the primary, so that Biden is in there for sure as the candidate, and it's too late for him to get out then.
In addition, uh, one of the conditions that he should have is for the debate is uh Trump should say that he should release the uh the deposition tapes.
Uh that he just uh that Biden Well, the they're trying to get them released now, as uh I reported earlier and last night on TV and here on this program yesterday and today.
Uh yeah, we have a right to hear that.
Uh they don't want it, and they're trying to cover it up, and Murray Garland and Joe Biden using executive privilege.
Uh they don't get to use executive privilege when it comes to an independent investigation like this.
I hope it's challenged in court, and I hope we get to hear it, because Joe Biden on according to Robert Herr, didn't even know he was, was I still vice president in 2009.
I think America needs to know if the president of the United States is that is that cognitively, you know, deficient.
Because that sounds like full-on dementia to me.
Anyway, appreciate the call, my friend.
Glad you're out there.

Hey, want to remind you, you everybody needs a personal safety security plan, uh, especially as you're planning your summer vacation.
You don't know your surroundings.
You got to be prepared for any situation.
Uh one of the great things about burner is it is a terrific compliment to your self-defense plans.
I'm always a believer in the second amendment, and uh always have had a license to carry.
Uh, have one in my new state of Florida.
And anyway, uh, but I also like the option of a non-lethal option, and by the way, that's also legal in all 50 states if you're gonna be around the country, uh, meaning you can take it with you and just check local laws, ordinances, etc.
No permits, no background check needed.
And the burner launcher, by the way, you know, always use firearm safety techniques with anything like this, but yeah, powerful deterrence, kinetic uh rounds with tear gas.
You can hit a target 50, 60 feet away, it can incapacitate any attacker or perpetrator for up to 30 to 40 minutes.
Watch their videos online, they will blow you away.
