Respectfully, the president has been one the no other president has spoken about anti-Semitism than this president.
It's a matter of what's right.
There's the right to protest, but not the right to cause chaos.
These men and women put their lives on the line.
Fly in our country.
Only 182 days.
Yeah, we have come in to your city.
Go to play on Gentiles and say you will conscious song.
From coast to coast.
From border to border.
From sea to shining sea.
Sean Hennedy is on.
All right.
Thank you, Scott Shannon, and thanks to all of you for being with us.
Here is our toll free telephone number.
It's 800-941 Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, a lot of news to get to today.
A lot of news about Biden and Harris and the economy and immigration getting worse and worse and worse.
A lot of people think that the Dems will weaponize the issue of abortion.
We did a little research, did a little background check on Joey's position on abortion.
He has flipped and he has flopped and he is flailed, and it's not exactly been uh good for him.
Uh we'll get to that.
We have the special prosecutor.
This is in the Florida document case, literally confessing to the court that they tampered with evidence against Donald Trump and uh in a huge development.
Uh what, day twelve now of this ridiculous case involving Donald Trump in New York and more testimony, keeping him off the campaign trail the entire time.
Uh I you know, it really is important beyond the you know, every one of these cases is falling apart.
Fonnie Willis, Fulton County falling apart.
This case, I don't think is going particularly well in New York.
Uh, you just look at this, the I the the Hope Hicks testimony on Friday.
It I kind of agree with Greg Jarrett, it kind of backfired spectacularly.
Uh she served and she said, Oh, yeah, I think he wanted I think I don't think he wanted anyone in his family to be hurt or embarrassed about anything on the campaign.
He wanted them to be proud of him.
And this is the most important point here, as the gag order and the threats of sending Donald Trump to jail escalated today.
Uh meanwhile, you know, you've got probably the key witness for the prosecution is uh Michael Cohn.
He's out is it TikTok or Instagram, one of these things asking for you're allowed to ask for gifts.
I guess that means a uh I don't know what how do you define a gift?
Oh, give me a gift, and here's my commentary on the case.
And for the what it's worth, in case you're interested, if you are enter into what is called a non-disclosure contract agreement, those payments are not illegal.
In other words, you pay somebody X amount of dollars, and in exchange, they don't say something about you, and the case supposedly is supposed to go away.
That's not illegal.
As a matter of fact, probably the DA's office, if you could put them on the stand, probably is entered into dozens of them themselves, which is pretty amazing.
The fact that they take the third highest ranking Department of Justice lawyer and and put him in charge of this because Brag can't handle it.
You've got to be kidding.
But but that happened.
There's a Fox News.com article that has come out today, and it has to do with this this special prosecutor.
Uh Matthew uh Colangelo moved from the third highest ranking spot in Biden's DOJ to to really try this case against Trump in New York.
Well, it turns out, according to Fox News.com, the Democratic National Committee paid Trump prosecutor Matthew uh Colangelo thousands of dollars for quote political consulting in 2018, according to Fox Digital, and he delivered opening statements in this trial and has been an active participant.
He joined Bragg's office in December of twenty-two after the resignations of Mark Pomerans and Carrie Dunn, prosecutors that that wanted Trump indicted, uh, that apparently one of them, I think, fled the fifth in a recent case, but putting that aside, according to a Federal Election Commission records reviewed by Fox News Digital, DNC Services Corp, the Democratic National Committee, you know, paid him twice on January 31st and in 2018.
Two payments of six thousand dollars for a total of twelve grand.
The description for the purpose of the payment is labeled political consulting.
Oh, so oh, but this isn't a weaponized Justice Department in any way, is it?
Well, I guess it really is.
Uh, and just to be clear, the payments are not illegal.
Non-disclosure agreements, contracts are not illegal.
And you know, killing negative stories doesn't violate any statute either.
If there's a bookkeeping record, I doubt Donald Trump was in charge of bookkeeping at the Trump organization.
And this shows you just why the Department of Justice passed on it.
We know the statute of limitations passed, the judge threatening to throw Trump in jail today if he violates the gag order.
I mean, you just you just can't make this up.
So we have a lot that we're going to get to on that.
Um, by the way, no comment from the Biden White House on all these reports that they have now, in spite of the the bill that they passed that they were supposedly going to offer aid to Taiwan and Ukraine and Israel, that they now have cut military aid to Israel unilaterally.
That would be Joe Biden, of course, scared to death and not wanting to give in to the radical base that has been out there dominating the headlines for weeks on college campuses, and it's getting a little nuts out there.
Uh I found this pretty amusing on the issue of polling or Biden's comeback may be over.
Uh Scott Rasmussen in a three-way race has Trump winning by ten points.
I mean, that is a massive win.
And I got to even give a shout out to the New York Times and their editors slamming the Biden White House for whining about the press.
They want to be covered by Pravda.
We don't know if Pravda is the former Soviet Union and and their, you know, basically their propaganda wing and circle back Gen Saki was defending Biden ducking the New York Times interview.
He should do more Howard Stern.
I'm like, okay.
Howard supports Joe Biden, which he's entitled to do.
I don't really care who he supports.
That's up to him.
But uh more Howard Stern is not the answer.
He can't do an interview.
That's his problem.
And it's becoming a big problem for Joe and a big problem for the campaign.
And I, you know, I had to laugh today when I saw the article, this too on Fox News.com, you know, about the Biden campaign is touting how they're keeping the president's speech speeches shorter.
They want quality over quantity.
An interview on MSDNC.
Michael Steele asked the principal deputy campaign manager, uh, Quentin Folkes about the new strategy.
Biden's aides believe smaller appearance appearances would benefit him more than larger rallies or campaign events.
No, that's not the reason.
The real reason is what we all know to be the truth.
He cannot handle giving a long speech day in and day out and doing multiple appearances a day.
He can't keep up the rigors of running for president.
How could he possibly be president?
You know, it was one of the reasons Joe Biden, he's he's no longer can go up the big boy stairs on Air Force One.
So they put him on the little boy stairs with Secret Service agents following him up the stairs in case he falls flat on his face on the little boy stairs.
That's why now they won't let him walk to Marine One because he looks so old and frail and looks like he's about to fall over as he's walking either to or from Air Force, I'm sorry, Marine One on the South Lawn of the White House.
I mean, it's pretty unbelievable, but you're gonna tell us, oh, quality over quantity.
Okay.
So he's gonna give short speeches.
I just want to say vote for me.
Bye.
See you later.
I know you got last year Biden's camp.
You know, they named former DreamWork CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg, one of the top Democratic fundraisers is one of the campaign's national co-chairs.
There's a story last week about maybe Steven Spielberg involving himself.
I mean, you got to be kidding me.
Biden made headlines, you know, by going on the Stern show.
Howard Stern is voting for Biden.
Look at look at me sitting with Howard Stern, Biden says.
Oh, okay.
It wasn't exactly the toughest interview.
I don't know.
Howard that I grew up listening to is a very different guy than he was, which by the way, he has the right to do.
I'm an advocate.
I want Trump to win.
I think Trump's better for the economy.
I think Trump will control the borders.
I think the world fears him and will respect him.
And I think all these efforts at lawfare and the weaponization of justice is a repulsive, disgusting abuse of our constitutional rights, but they're going to they think that's the only way that Joe can win.
Keep him in a courtroom for the next 182 days.
All right, let's see how this works out.
Let's see how inspiring Joe is going to make people, you know, they're going to have what, Hollywood theater, and you'll get a slight bounce maybe after the Democratic National Convention that won't last.
But he says he's going to debate Trump.
Let's see how that works out for Joey.
I don't think Joe's going to do particularly well, although I would expect a jacked-up Joe to show up at a debate.
In other words, however many Red Bulls or caffeine pills or extra strength, the excedron that has caffeine in it that they gave him or whatever else they might have given him, I would expect to see that Joe back anyway.
I mean, we now see it was a great Wall Street Journal piece out as you know, they spend hundreds of billions of dollars on all these green New Deal projects and households now, the American people are beginning to wince at the rising price of going green and how these new clean energy mandates are carrying new taxes, stiff penalties, and in Paris it's it's flunking an efficiency check.
And the irony of it is look just look at electric vehicles.
Now, I do have friends that like electric vehicles.
And one has a Tesla, loves it.
One has a Mercedes electric vehicle and loves it too.
Person has a short drive every day to and from work, and they feel like they're saving money, although when you charge it, remember most of the power grid is fossil fuels.
And on top of that, to build those very heavy batteries that we're now told uh creates more wear and tear on tires, and those particles are emitted into the atmosphere and may actually be uh more dangerous to the environment than fossil fuels.
Uh, you know, putting that aside, those batteries make those cars heavier, which makes it a greater danger for other drivers on the road, if God forbid they have an accident.
But Americans now are beginning to feel the heat, but they want to pillage uh Mother Earth for the cobalt and the manganese and the nickel that they need to build these batteries or imported from China, which is always a dumb idea.
And then they want you to buy it.
Americans have rejected it, left, right, and sideways.
They don't want it, just like they do want their electric stoves.
They want their refrigerators the way they are, they want their freezers the way they are, and they want government to get the hell out of their lives more and more.
That's all people really want.
And they'd like their border controlled also.
Now, yesterday we were uh yesterday, last week we reported that the White House is getting rid of this idiotic term Bidenomics.
Well, now we find out today Kamala Harris is going out there pushing the Bidenomics narrative again.
Their biggest problem is they can't run on are you better off than you were four years ago.
It really is that simple.
There was a White House economic advisor, you know, struggling to answer a simple question on what their monetary policy is.
This guy, Jared Bernstein, chairs the White House Council of Economic Advisors, interviewed for a new film, Finding the Money, a documentary that advocates the modern monetary theory of a controversial line of economic thought.
One of their central tenants is that government budget deficits don't matter for countries like the U.S. that borrow money in their own currencies.
Now, uh, I hate to tell you here that that would mean that the government should use tax and spending policies to manage the economy and address inflation instead of the central bank and their monetary policy.
You know, the biggest problem is the U.S. government can't go bankrupt because we can print our own money.
That's called inflation, you idiots.
I mean, it's really unbelievable.
Gallup is now showing confidence in Biden's economic stewardship is at an at an all-time historic low.
Well, how's the economy working out for any of you that hear my voice right now?
Inflation is literally scrambling Americans' perceptions of what it means to be a middle class American.
They talked about this 29-year-old, his name is Vincent.
He's a medical sales rep. He makes 130 grand a year, and he thought, hey, if I can make six figures, I'm gonna have a nice life.
Well, unfortunately, uh, that's not buying him a nice life in Biden's uh economy and Biden's America.
I mean, inflation, this was market insider.
Inflation is scrambling Americans' perceptions of middle class life.
The middle class, I mean, when you have sixty percent of Americans living paycheck to paycheck, that's a large part of the middle class.
Or in the last year, 26% of Americans, you know, struggling to get enough food on their table.
They can't make ends meet, and so many people tapping into their pensions with big penalties, or they're putting fair necessities on their credit cards.
That's not gonna look good either.
You know, one reporter was stunned by Biden's voters' comments on the economy because they're showing nostalgia for the Trump economy.
I found that really, really shocking to me.
A reporter arguing on an ABC with Jonathan Carl.
Shocking.
You know, we have one Wall Street uh bear is predicting the biggest market crash since 1929.
Look, I'm telling you, I don't know much about the stock market.
Don't take my advice.
But I am telling you, I have reduced my exposure to the stock market as much as possible, because I think a major correction is coming, and it's gonna hurt a lot of people.
That's my thoughts.
I'm not telling anybody what to do.
I don't give a I don't give advice on what to do, although I tell you what I do, and then you can decide.
I don't trust it.
I always think we're the last to know.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.
Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane.
That's why we started normally a podcast for people who are over the hysteria and just want clarity.
We talk about the issues that actually matter to the country without panic, without yelling, and with a healthy dose of humor.
We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional SAS.
You're our kind of people.

As we roll along, 800 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Now get this story.
I have a lot of immigration stories too.
I told you about the economy.
Biden, of course, can't use the big boy stairs at Air Force One.
He can't walk to Marine One alone anymore.
Uh now we're going to give shorter uh speeches because uh quality over quantity.
That oh, okay.
It has nothing to do with everything else that we know about him to be true.
Get this.
The Biden immigration officials let a member of ISIS roam free in our country for two years.
This is the Daily Wire.
Anyway, the suspected ISIS terrorist had crossed the border in Arizona February of 22, apprehended by border patrol, claimed he was an asylum seeker.
They couldn't find any derogatory information, so they released him.
Then in May of 23 Uzbekistan put an international notice on the guy.
Yeah, he's associated with ISIS and affiliated with ISIS.
Great job, immigration.
Listen, I want to go back to the story.
So we talked about the bad state of the economy.
We talked about Joe Biden now.
Oh, uh the announcement is speeches are going to be shorter because we're going to have quality over quantity.
No, it's because Joe's not capable.
You think Joe Biden could do a Trump rally for two hours with an audience as large as Donald Trump?
No.
Enthusiasm for Joe Biden's polls are showing this.
We'll have John McLaughlin at the top of the hour.
They're not good for Joe Biden.
Oh, so now he can't go on the big boys stairs.
He's got new shoes that are that'll that'll keep him, you know, from balling, so they hope and pray.
He can't walk to Marine One by himself.
Now they got a shorten his speeches.
And let alone his economic policies are crushing the middle class, crushing 60% of Americans living paycheck to paycheck.
And this is this is why they have to run on Donald Trump is in court today.
This is why they need Trump in court.
And that's not working very well.
I go back to the, you know, ten million plus I got but probably at eleven or twelve million.
I need to update my numbers.
But the we had the Biden administration, you know, releasing an illegal mid Mid East illegal immigrant into the country more than two years ago.
What have I been saying?
It's not a matter of if.
It's when this country gets attacked, because among the the ten million plus Joe Biden unvetted illegal immigrants are a lot of them coming from Syria, Iran, and Russia and China, and also Egypt and Afghanistan.
Huh?
Home of the Muslim Brotherhood, home of Al Qaeda, home of ISIS K, number one state sponsor of terror.
It's satellite, our two biggest geopolitical foes.
Anyway, this suspected terrorists crossed the border illegally in Arizona, February 22, apprehended by Border Patrol.
He claims like everyone else has been trained.
I am seeking asylum.
If we had the state of Mexico policy in place, it wouldn't be a problem.
Anyway, they couldn't find any information, so their research was not particularly good.
And in May of 2023, Uzbekistan of all countries put out an international notice about this guy.
I'm not even going to attempt to say his name.
Uh is uh, you know, the best that I could do.
Joe Vakar Atav, first and second name.
Anyway, warned that in his home country for his alleged affiliation with ISIS.
But it was not until March of twenty-four, almost a year later, when the U.S. government was reviewing his application for asylum.
Oh, whoopsie daisy.
They discovered the notice from his Uzbekistan and connected it with a guy living in Maryland.
Thankfully, ICE was able to arrest him two weeks ago.
Thankfully the uh the guy affiliated with ISIS didn't commit an act of terror.
But it's gonna happen.
When you have tens of thousands coming from China, Russia, Iran, Syria, Egypt, Afghanistan.
It's gonna happen.
And it's gonna be Joe Biden's fault, and Joe Biden will have blood on his hands.
And and every single person murdered by a Joe Biden unvetted illegal immigrant because of his idiotic open borders policy.
Frankly, he's responsible for.
And he has blood on there.
He has blood on his hands.
And all the politicians that support this.
Madness.
Border Patrol agent who was falsely accused, remember by the Biden administration of whipping illegal immigrants.
Yeah, he just won one of his agency's highest achievement awards.
Uh he has now been given the award for the achievement of superlative of a superlative nature by the Biden Department of Homeland Security.
Whoops.
How much do you want to bet they just made a mistake?
Because they never apologized after they realized their allegations, even made directly by Joe Biden, were false.
This citation is awarded to an employee or group group for their achievement or service based on sustained performance or specific achievement of a superlative nature, awarded to an individual or group for life saving efforts exceeding expectation to an individual or group for heroism.
President Biden called the episode outrageous in his rush to judgment.
I promise you, those people will pay.
Well, now he gets an award.
One DHS source telling the New York Post, I find it hilarious and ridiculous that almost three years later, a border patrol agent who was accused of being racist, vilified by the Biden administration, now wins an achievement award for his efforts in preventing smuggling before he gets a public apology.
What a great point.
You know, it's kind of sad.
I don't know how this happened.
If I'm at Goldman Sachs today, I think I'm going to be paying very close attention to what the hell they're doing.
But we have...
Anyway, but one thing that Donald Trump has promised to do, let me add this.
I digress for a second.
He has vowed to deliver the largest mass deportation effort in American history.
Now, if you're a liberal, you think, oh my gosh, he's going to deport all these people.
They entered our country illegally.
They did not respect our laws.
They did not respect our borders.
They did not respect our sovereignty.
I know Joe invited them, but Joe had Joe himself was violating the law and aiding and a betting in the law breaking.
What do you what do you want them to do at this particular point in time?
Anyway, GOP senators are demanding that Biden cancel plans to accept Gaza refugees.
We went into great specificity in detail.
Unfortunately, these kids in Gaza are indoctrinated and brainwashed into hating Jews from the time that they are little.
I wish it wasn't the case, but it is the case.
One interesting note, Republicans, and I got to give credit to the Republicans in the House and Senate in Arizona, because they have, to their credit, literally repealed the state's 1864 abortion ban, And anyway, the Arizona Senate passed it after the lower chamber passed it.
And anyway, they did it with 14 Democrats, two Republicans voting in favor.
And anyway, at a pact signing ceremony, Hobbes, the governor and the Democrats touted it as a big step.
I'm just telling Republicans a simple truth.
And the truth is that Americans, when it comes to rape, incest, mother's life, it is universal.
It is almost universal.
They make exceptions.
And also most Republicans, again, whether you want to hear the truth or not, I'm telling you the truth.
Most Republicans believe in probably first trimester to Dobbs 15 weeks as about the point where, you know, it should then therefore become illegal for people because we were talking now about the possible viability of a child.
However, it's irrelevant what anybody in Washington, D.C. thinks, because the Dobb decision is handed this over to the states.
And when I had Gavin Newsom debating Ron DeSantis, I had to ask him six times before I finally got an answer if he supports any restrictions on late-term abortions in months seven, eight, and nine.
And his final answer, I won't play it for you, we don't have time, was that this should be a decision between a doctor, a woman, and their conscience, meaning absolutely no restrictions at all, which a lot of Democrats agree with.
Now, by the way, you know, the Biden campaign thinks they're going to be able to demagogue abortion.
I think this is one of the reasons that the red wave didn't happen in 2022.
But anyway, they see their support for abortion's rights as an asset.
I mean, Kamala Harris, once the court in Arizona ruled on the 1864 law, ran out there to demagogue abortion.
So now that's been taken off the table.
And anyway, so where's Joe Biden been on all of this?
You know, he's been, what, 50 years in politics?
This guy is flipped and he is flopped and he is flailed.
You know, he's basically a typical gutless politician that goes whatever way the wind is blowing.
You know, Joe Biden's been all over the map.
Even fake Jake Papper actually got something right over the weekend.
You know, he said in 1974 that Roe v.
Wade went too far that a woman should not have the sole right to say what should happen to her body.
Whoa.
I think I'd turn that into an ad if I was a Republican.
Now, of course, in 2006, he said, I do not view abortion as a choice and a right.
Just this year, he says I've never been supported of, you know, it's my body.
I can do what I want with it.
And by his own admission, you know, the he used to claim he was the odd man out in terms of his party on the issue of abortion.
Well, he's not going to take that position this year because he's going to be told what position to take.
And I bet in the end, it's going to be the extreme position.
You know, whenever you hear a Democratic politician trying to answer the question I was asking Governor Newsom, they're going to end up with that's the there shouldn't be anybody else in the room but a doctor and their patient.
You know, then you have the real extremists like, you know, Governor Northam.
Remember, he said, well, first the baby's going to be born.
We'll make the baby comfortable, then the doctor and the mother will have a conversation.
About what?
Infanticide?
You know, why, you know, what point is this child viable?
That that and and science is making it earlier and earlier.
Uh Doug Schoen, not to be mixed with attorney David Schoen had an article in the hold today talking about, you know, after the State of the Union address, Biden seemed to get a little pop in the polls.
He was never beating Trump, but he was closing the gap.
Uh, but he points out, and we'll get into this with John McLaughlin at the top of the hour.
Yeah, that that I'm sorry, not the top of the hour.
He'll be in the last hour of the program tonight.
Thank you, Glinda, for reminding me.
Uh, we have Christy Nome at the top of the hour.
But anyway, if um if you look at the latest polls, even CNN has Trump beating Biden head to head by six points, likely voters.
If you add Kennedy to the mix, he's winning by nine points.
Scott Rasmussen, he has Trump up by ten in his latest poll.
New York Times is furious, saying the Biden White House is whining about press coverage.
They've been wanting to do an interview with him, and he won't do it.
And they said they want to be covered by Pravda.
Well, that's what happened in 2020.
Why should the hit he expect anything differently?
The media mob was complicit in allowing this guy to hide in his basement and circle back Gensaki defending Biden ducking the New York Times.
You know, he should do more Howard Stern.
Okay, Howard Stern is a talk show host, like I am.
Not like I am.
He does a different style of talk radio, but you know what I mean.
He gives opinion.
He likes Biden.
I like Trump.
There you go.
One interesting development.
If you look at the USA Today Suffolk University poll, millions of American votes are up for grabs.
I mean, despite the fierce, quote, polarization in the country.
New survey, you know, provides a roadmap of persuadables.
And uh anyway, and who knows what impact.
I think when conservatives learn RFK's radical record of the past, I I think he's I don't I don't know, I don't see conservatives or Republicans voting for Robert F. Kennedy.
I just don't.
I think he's a nice guy, but I don't think he's a conservative, and maybe you like one or two positions, that's not enough to be president.
We'll also get into as we uh continue.
I mean, stunning admission over the weekend.
Uh just the news.com.
This is John Solomon, that the special counsel on his team admitting that key evidence in the former classified documents criminal case was, quote, altered or manipulated by his team since it was seized by the FBI and prosecutors misled the court about it for a period of time.
Now, this new filing went to the U.S. district judge in the case, Eileen Cannon, Smith's team wrote in their own words, there are some boxes where the order of items within the box is not the same as the associated scans, and then they put in a footnote they conceded they had misled the court about the problem by previously declaring that the evidence had remained in the exact state that it had been seized.
The government acknowledges, quote, that this is inconsistent with what the government counsel previously understood and represented to the court According to the footnote.
I mean, we might be watching the end of that case.
And then we got two Supreme Court cases that are going to have a big impact on what happens in DC.
One is a separate case, not Trump, no Trump involvement about January 6th, and uh whether or not equal justice is applied under the law, and the other would have to do with whether or not Donald Trump has limited presidential immunity.
I don't think that they're going to give him absolute immunity based on oral arguments, but we'll see.
But if you have to admit the key evidence that a document case has been tampered with, you got yourself a big problem.
Never mind the fact of the mess that is going down in in Fulton County, Georgia.
It's just an absolute Adam Schiff show down there.
Anyway, we got so much to get to.
No comment from the Biden administration.
We hear reports all day that they have cut their military aid to Israel.
They just passed military aid.
By the way, the Columbia riot we're learning now was funded by Democratic donors, some at Goldman Sachs to the tune of what, twelve million dollars.
I mean, that's a lot of money.
You know, Politico had an article pro Hamas campus riots are being bankrolled by Biden's biggest donors.
Whoopsie Daisy.
All right, when we come back, uh Christy Noam, South Dakota governor will join us.
She's got a new book out.
The media's been hammering her on her admission she had to put down a dog.
Uh, we'll get to that.
John McGlock on the polster and your call straight ahead.
Export Selection
