If you want to be a part of the program, we have been watching a lot of things unfold in Washington.
Obviously, the hearings with Robert Herr, with the House Judiciary Committee, pretty explosive, pretty revealing, unbelievable double standard when it comes to equal application.
of our laws, equal justice of our laws.
We have in the Senate hearing yesterday with Christopher Wray testifying about human smugglers with ISIS ties.
We have been warning about this by identifying, well, why are people from Iran showing up at our southern border?
Why from Syria?
Why from China?
Why from Russia?
Why from Egypt?
Why from Afghanistan?
And, of course, unvetted, nearly 10 million illegal Joe Biden immigrants.
And now twice the FBI director is warning this is the loudest chatter he's ever heard and saying, yeah, there are smugglers here with ISIS ties.
That should make every American, you know, that should make their hair stand up on the back of their head.
Senator Ram Paul is with us to discuss this and so many other issues.
Senator, great to have you.
Welcome back, sir.
Thanks for having me, Sean.
I don't know how much you've been able to absorb from the special counsel's testimony and the findings in the Biden classified document probe.
You know, the idea that he did this willfully and that his rationale and reason for not charging him was, well, he's going to come off as a sympathetic, nice, friendly, forgetful old man, and no jury would convict him.
I find that pathetic.
That does not sound like equal justice under the law or equal application of our laws to me.
Well, it sounds pretty startling and worrisome that the president is declared to be incompetent to stand trial.
I mean, he's basically making a mental judgment that the president doesn't have the competency to understand the case, to remember the facts of the case, and that he's an elderly gentleman with great holes and gaps in his memory.
Can't quite remember when he was vice president, can't remember things about his son.
So, no, that should scare us all, that this man has access to nuclear weapons, will be making the decision if we were attacked, is making the decision currently to do nothing about the southern border, meanwhile being declared essentially mentally incompetent by a special counsel.
That should worry all of us.
But I think it's catching up to him.
And the thing that right now I think I'm hearing more from anybody else is the whole thing of this, you know, this beautiful young lady, Lake and Riley, being killed by a person that Joe Biden let come into the country.
Apparently, the thugs are brothers in our country.
They've been committing crimes since they got here.
And they go to Democrat sanctuary cities and are coddled and let go.
All people need to do is think of the image of that guy that beat up the policeman, that migrant, that illegal alien that beat up the policeman in New York, giving the bird to both, you know, both hands, flipping the bird.
By the way, there was pretty much a gang of them beating up two officers and making a full-on run and kicking one of them right in the head.
I mean, it could have caused severe damage.
And you're right.
He goes, no bail laws in New York.
He comes out hours later, flips a double bird to New York and heads out to the sanctuary state of California.
Is that our country, Senator?
There's going to come a time when cities like even New York that is so Democrat, when are the people finally going to stand up and say enough is enough?
The people that are dying, the people whose kids are dying in New York and Louisville and different places, these are the kids of minorities who are often voting for the same leadership that's been in charge of these cities for decades.
What are they going to wake up and say to protect my kids?
I'm going to have to take a chance on somebody from a different political party.
I think nationally that is happening.
People, you know, see this young lady out jogging and attacked and killed, and they're like, that could be my daughter.
And it's like, we can't be overrun by 8 million people, no vetting, many of them criminals, many of them let out of prison specifically to come up here.
So, no, this is going to, I think it's changing the complexion of the election.
Even with all the crap they're throwing at Donald Trump, he's ahead in most of the battleground states now because they don't want this violence coming to their city next.
You talked about the president basically being declared unfit for the trial, which is as succinct as any interpretation that I've had.
But we have now been watching a president that has been in significant cognitive decline.
You're also a medical doctor.
Granted, you have not been able to personally examine the patient, but as a non-doctor, I could tell you that the decline is significant, and I follow him every single day.
And it's so worrisome to me that I just, I see these hostile regimes and all their geographical ambitions playing out on the world stage and now war in Europe and now war in the Middle East.
And I don't think this guy has a clue what day of the week it is, and as confirmed by Robert Hur.
Yeah, and I think people also want to see some sort of strength, the ability to stand up to world leaders on the stage.
You know, one of the things with the Remain in Mexico policy, we only got it.
Look, people complain about Trump being a bull in a China shop.
Well, sometimes you need a bull in a China shop to stand up to other leaders.
When he stood up to the president of Mexico and threatened him with tariffs, guess what?
We got the Remain in Mexico policy because it required the Mexican government keeping the people there and accepting them and putting them in camps.
And lo and behold, a couple months later, guess what?
A whole lot of migrants didn't like being encamped in Mexico and they quit coming over.
And so it takes that strength.
And I think people are getting tired of the weakness in the office with Biden, the level of incompetency, but also just the mounting prices, the debt, all the inflation that we're getting from Biden as well.
I think it's all adding up and it's taking a toll.
And I don't think he's got the vigor to go out on the campaign trail and try to reverse the trend.
So I think we're in a decent position to come back into power.
But when we do, we have to have the right people.
I mean, we control the House now, and the House leadership went along with 6,000 earmarks in a budget and spending bill that will lead to $1.5 trillion in debt.
The big spenders and Republicans in the Senate went along with the Senate Democrats.
We didn't use any of the power to the first to do anything.
So while I think we're headed towards a victory, we've got to make sure that in these primary elections coming up that we pick the right people.
Let me, and I agree with you, by the way, and I think the Republicans better be very smart, very savvy.
And two issues that will be demagogued are the issue of abortion and IVF.
And I think Republicans better have a good answer for it because I think that's why we didn't get a red wave in 22.
Let me stay on this issue of immigration, though, because Joe Biden apologizes.
It was the wrong word by identifying rightly so the person suspected in the murder from Venezuela, an illegal immigrant.
He shouldn't have said the word illegal.
How about he apologize to the family of Lake and Riley because he referred to her in that, well, jacked up State of the Union address that he was speeding through very, very quickly.
It wouldn't even allow the Speaker of the House to introduce him as is a formal process.
You might want to comment on that.
A very different Joe Biden than we've ever seen before.
Maybe just too much Red Bull and caffeine.
Maybe more, Senator.
I have no idea.
But why not apologize to Lake and Riley's family?
Absolutely, he should.
Incredible disrespect.
And, you know, this goes throughout the left.
And the left controls even the mainstream media like the Associated Press.
They put out a story basically implying that it was sort of her fault for running alone, and it was all about her and her decisions.
Then they said a resident of Athens was the murderer.
Didn't mention that he was here illegally.
Didn't want to call him an illegal alien.
Didn't mention that he had been arrested three times already since he'd gotten here.
Didn't mention that there's part of a violent gang from South America.
So, yeah, they all need to apologize.
And it's just, I can't imagine the sorrow her family's going through.
But then to have the president get on TV and not apologize to them, apologize to this thug who did the murder because he might have called him an illegal.
It's like illegal is just a definition of what he is.
He came here illegally.
It is the definition of who he is.
It really is the definition of who he is.
You know, I've been talking about a new axis of evil, Russia, China, and Iran.
And it turns out that little old Sean Hannity, the talk show host, suspicions are now being proven correct.
As Reuters has pointed out, that Russia has announced that a group of its warships has arrived in Iran to take part in drills with Iran and China in the Gulf of Oman and the Arabian Sea joint military exercises.
That should concern every freedom-loving person in the world as far as I'm concerned, Senator.
That is a real clear and present danger.
Just like Director Ray even warning that, yeah, there are people with ties to ISIS crossing our border because Joe Biden is allowing people from Iran and Syria and China and Russia and Afghanistan and Egypt into the country.
Yeah, without question, we need to be aware of China and their goals around the world.
We also need to not be sending them any research money.
I've been saying for three years now that the virus came from that lab in Wuhan and we financed it with Anthony Fauci's blessing.
And so that needs to stop.
At the same time, I think there needs to be some strategic looking at this to separate somehow Russia and China.
And so it can't be just this simplistic that everything is evil with China and we're going to have no trade with China.
I think we need to use and use the trade with China as a lever to negotiate and try to separate them from Russia.
You know, we are a huge benefit to China and we have benefited from their trade also.
Russia is a small trading partner, but we've been pushing and pushing and pushing them all together.
This is time for a Nixonian moment where we separate out our adversaries and don't have all of them together.
We try to actually have them one against another.
I hope people listen to you, Senator.
I know you have to run.
You have another appointment.
As always, thank you for being generous with your time.
Senator Ram Paula, Kentucky.
Thank you, sir.
Thanks, Sean.
All right, let's hit our busy telephone, shall we?
800-941, Sean, if you want to be with us.
Stella is in Florida.
Stella, hi, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hi.
First of all, I wanted to thank you for not hiding the truth and exposing it out there to the world.
Thank you for letting me.
I appreciate it.
My youngest son lives in Athens, Georgia.
And since this whole ordeal happened, you know, he is fearful for his life.
And it's incredible how people that call themselves Americans see what is happening and they're okay with it.
And they're not afraid for their children and their grandchildren.
And I say to those Americans that are, you know, going along with this flow, with this nonsense of all these immigrants that are coming into the world, which we have no idea, you know, who they are, what they are, which I'm sure there's some good people, but I'm sure there's a lot of bad people.
And they're not afraid for their children.
I fear for my son every day because he has to walk home every day from work to his home.
And how can Americans just ignore this?
And I don't like to desire anything bad to anybody, but I do wish that the next victim, which we know there's going to be more victims, that it hits home to one of these people that are all these lusters that are okay with all these illegal people coming in.
And I hope it hits home to one of them so that they can open their eyes and realize the junk.
Well, let me just add one.
I wouldn't wish this on anybody because this family will never be the same again.
Her mom and dad will never be the same.
Her family will never be the same.
And that goes for all of her friends.
They'll never be the same.
I don't want your son.
I don't like the word fear.
I like the idea, the concept of overcoming fear in life and not letting fear guide your life.
So, however, I am a big proponent, as you know, of people having a personal security, safety and security plan if, God forbid, that moment comes in your life.
And you have to prepare for it.
Every city now is a border city, a border town, a border state.
Everyone now.
And this is what Joe Biden has brought to this country needlessly.
And this is the single worst national security threat self-inflicted that I've ever seen in my lifetime.
Director Ray was very clear yesterday, and I'm not particularly his biggest fan, that even people with ISIS ties are crossing that border.
I think we alone have been highlighting where the countries are, that people are making a long trek.
Do you think the people that are coming from China, the tens of thousands of them, or the 15,000 or so from Russia, or the ones from Iran and Syria and Egypt and Afghanistan?
Do you think they're coming to our southern border because they want a better life?
Or do you think probably some, if not many of them, have nefarious intentions?
What do you think?
I think they have horrible intentions.
You know, why would somebody from China want to come here?
They're supposed to be our enemy, right?
You're right.
I don't think they have any good intentions at all.
And that's what I'm saying.
I fear for my son.
How can these people like blindly not fear for their family?
Because you don't know where one of these people is going to commit a crime.
We don't know that.
I interviewed last night on TV the father of one of the 13 brave servicemen that was killed in Afghanistan at Karzai International Airport.
It's the hardest interview to do.
It's the worst part of my job.
And this man not only lost his son, but he had another adopted son, is the way I understood it, that a year later committed suicide near where his brother was buried.
How do you ever recover from that?
How do you recover from these horrible policies decisions?
I don't know how.
I really don't.
Anyway, I want to thank you for your call.
Just tell your son, and this is for everybody out there, have a personal safety security plan.
Plan for that, God forbid, what-if moment if it happens to you.
Be ready, please.
Let me go to some moments from earlier today.
Obviously, this has been an explosive day on Capitol Hill.
And we have primaries tonight.
We got a busy Hannity 9 Eastern.
Jim Jordan will be on to talk about the hearings with Robert Hurt today.
He actually tells her what Biden's motivation was for the mishandling of classified information.
He had 8 million reasons because he got $8 million for writing a book.
And then Hur agrees with Jordan's assessment that Biden broke the rules because of pride and this money, which gives him motivation.
Why is he exonerated?
And then Hurr testifies that Biden's ghostwriter destroyed evidence after he was named special counsel.
You just, of course, but nobody gets arrested.
You know, no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute.
It's like Hillary Redux, July 2016, James Comey all over again.
Listen.
So Joe Biden knew the rules.
You know he knew the rules.
And Joe Biden told us he knew the rules.
So Mr. Hurr, why did he break them?
Congressman, the conclusion as to exactly why the president did what he did is not one that we explicitly address in the report.
The report explains my decision to the Attorney General that no criminal charges were warranted in this manner.
I think you did tell us.
I think you told us, Mr. Hur.
Page 231, you said this.
President Biden had strong motivations.
That's a key word.
We're getting to motive now.
President Biden had strong motivations to ignore the proper procedures for safeguarding the classified information in his notebooks.
Why did he have strong motivations?
Because, next word, because he decided months before leaving office to write a book.
To write a book.
That was his motive.
He knew the rules.
He broke them because he was writing a book.
And you further say, and he began meeting with the ghostwriter while he was still vice president.
There's the motive.
Mr. Hur, how much did President Biden get paid for his book?
Off the top of my head, I'm not sure if that information appears in the report.
Sure does.
There's a dollar amount in there.
You remember?
I don't, it may be 8 million.
8 million dollars.
Joe Biden had 8 million reasons to break the rules.
Took classified information and shared it with the guy who was writing the book.
That's why he did.
He knew the rules, but he broke them for $8 million in a book advance.
But you know what?
It wasn't just the money.
Joe Biden, here's this page 231, very next page.
Joe Biden, in your report, Joe Biden viewed his notebooks as an irreplaceable, contemporaneous record of the most important moments of his vice presidency.
He had written this all down for the book, for the $8 million.
And the next thing you say in your report is, quote, such a record would buttress his legacy as a world leader.
You know what this is?
It wasn't just the money.
It wasn't just $8 million.
It was also his ego.
Pride and money is why he knowingly violated the rules.
The oldest motives in the book, pride and money.
You agree with that, Mr. Hur?
You wrote it in your report.
That language does appear in the report, and we did identify evidence supporting those assessments.
Page 200, Joe Biden, this is a quote, Joe Biden risked serious damage to America's national security when he shared information with his ghostwriter.
Shared it with his ghostwriter, the guy who was helping Joe Biden get $8 million.
And oh, by the way, Mr. Hur, what did that ghostwriter do with the information Joe Biden shared with him on his laptop?
What did he do after you were named special counsel?
Chairman, if you're referring to the audio recordings that Mr. Zwanitzer created of his conversations with those files into his recycled bin on his computer.
Tried to destroy the evidence, didn't he?
Correct.
The very guy who was helping Joe Biden get the $8 million, the $8 million Joe Biden used, the motive for Joe Biden to disclose classified information, to retain classified information, which he definitely knew was against the law.
When you get named special counsel, what's that guy do?
He destroys the evidence.
That's the key takeaway in my mind.
I mean, do you see why we need an investigation into how the DOJ is weaponized and how it's been politicized?
I mean, I mean, Hurt today said over and over again, Biden willfully retain classified materials as a private citizen, but he's going to come across as a nice, forgetful old man, friendly.
And we likely won't get a conviction.
But let's go after that Trump guy.
He's nothing likable about him.
We'll charge him to the hilt.
That's not equal justice in this country.
That's not equal application of our laws in this country.
Anyway, 800-941-Sean, our number, if you want to be a part of the program, let's say hi to Eric is in Utah.
Eric, hi, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hey, Sean, good fun to talk to you.
And hello, America.
Hey, I'd like to make a statement about it's obvious what's going on with the border down south.
Why is this happening?
Well, what are we up to now?
10 million people are coming in here.
Why are they coming here?
They're getting special treatment, and they're getting their names put somewhere.
And I fear that each and every one of these people are going to end up on a voting ballot for this 2024 election, whether they know it or not.
So they're going to be voting for the Democrat Party.
That is one thing I fear.
And we need to keep a sharp eye on this situation to make sure that it doesn't happen.
I don't know how they pulled that off, but a lot of these states, like when I lived in New York, I didn't need voter ID in New York.
I would imagine in Utah, you need a voter ID.
It's just like if I buy beer in New York, I need an ID.
If I was buying wine or spirits, I'd need an ID.
If I was buying a jewel pod because I'm stupid and I vape, I have to show an ID.
Okay?
And New York's annual spending on Biden's illegals, this was in the New York Daily News today, is $141,000 per illegal immigrant.
I'm sorry, $141,000 per illegal immigrant household.
Guess what?
No wonder they're going bankrupt in New York.
No wonder they want a wealth tax.
No wonder why Biden is proposing trillions and trillions of dollars of wealth confiscation, basically, which is what it is.
Because they're allowing all of this to happen.
They don't even recognize, take the time when one of their illegal immigrants kills an American girl at the prime of her life, a nursing student.
Why bother to pronounce her name right or apologize for getting it wrong or even reach out to the family and tell them how sorry you are?
But, you know, all he talks about, I know how they feel.
I went through this.
My son died in Iraq.
No, he didn't die in Iraq.
I'm just, I mean, do you not understand now why 237 days means everything?
I don't know if we could ever recover.
I don't actually think we could recover.
And that's my honest feeling.
I don't, four more years of this.
What's our country going to look like?
God help us.
It's not going to be.
It won't be because that's what the Democrats want to do.
They want to destroy this country and make it one world order, what it looks like.
But to make sure somehow that this doesn't happen where these people coming in end up their name on a ballot voting for the Democrats.
Because I really think that's the motto, their motivation for letting them in here.
And then also, Sean, I would like to say this, too.
Next time you come to Utah, I'd like to treat you the Krownburger, dude.
You don't have to treat me.
I will pay the bill gladly.
It's mouth-watering pastrami on the greatest burger, one of the greatest burgers you'll ever have.
The owner's such a nice man, too.
If you live in Utah, go get a Crown burger and just tell them all the time that Sean Hannity keeps talking about you.
He wants a Crown burger bag.
I wish they could deliver them to Florida, but they can't.
Anyway, my friend, appreciate your good call.
Thank you.
God bless you.
800-941-Sean.
Quick break.
We'll come right back.
More of your calls coming up.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, we'll summarize Robert Hurr's appearance in Congress from earlier today, coming up with our legal experts at the top of the hour.
Full coverage of all of this and four primaries tonight.
We'll have full coverage of that.
And oh, now the Biden administration is saying, well, he didn't really apologize to the guy charged with murder of Lake and Riley.
That wasn't an apology.
Really?
Sounded like one.
Anyway, we'll continue.
The one radio show you don't want to miss.
All right, back to our busy phones we go.
Patty is in North Carolina on the Sean Hannity Show.
How are you, Patty?
Glad you called.
Hey, darling.
Well, wait a minute.
Is that allowed?
Linda, is she allowed to call me darling?
What if I called her?
I encourage it, actually.
I think more people should use those types of words.
Patty, I'm just teasing with you.
I hope you know that we are not sensitive snowflakes on this program.
You can call me darling anytime you want, okay?
I'll make sure I do.
You want to laugh?
I make fun of a sweet baby James is married to my sister.
And I listen to them talk sometimes, and he's like, okay, dear.
Okay, sweetheart.
Yeah.
I'm like, he hangs up the phone.
I'm like, okay, poopsy.
Okay, little sweetie pie.
Okay, honey bunny.
Where does this come from?
I'm like, it's so alien to me, but that's why he's sweet baby James.
He's the sweetest guy you'll ever meet.
Anyway, I digress.
What's on your mind today?
Well, there's been a lot of conversation about people being annoyed about a lack of apology.
And an apology from the Biden administration means absolutely nothing to me.
But what hurts my heart as an American is the lack of remorse, the lack of remorse for the fact that on the first day of his presidency, he signed executive orders so things could happen like that beautiful college co-ed being murdered on campus or the babies that are brought here, the children who are brought here for sex trafficking, or all the people who are dying in that river trying to cross over when none of this should be happening.
And the thing is, is that the attitude is the ends justifies the means for whatever it is their grand scheme is.
They don't care.
They're not remorseful.
They don't care.
If a couple of college co-eds get murdered along the way, well, that's just, you know, that should be.
talking about the harm that has created all of the the damage that's done to the country all of the look why doesn't our government keep statistics on on violent crimes of illegal immigrants I have a pretty good idea why, because they don't want us to know.
Well, they don't.
But the lack of remorse.
And I really wish that as conversations go forward about what this is doing to America, I really think the bottom line is that what we're so angry about is that it's being done on purpose, and there is absolutely no remorse for what they're doing.
They don't care that coeds are being murdered.
They don't care because if they did, they would stop it.
They don't care that there's sex trafficking.
I go to bed every night.
I pray that God will watch over all those women and all those boys that are being brought here for absolutely horrible, nefarious reasons.
And the thing is, they turn a blind eye to it because it doesn't advance their agenda.
And the ends justify the means and they just don't care.
And that's what hurts my heart so bad as an American is that we have a president of the United States who is supposed to be a Christian who really doesn't care because it doesn't propel their agenda.
And that beautiful girl is dead and they don't care.
There is no remorse.
And we need to, as Republicans, as conservatives, need to bring home and hammer home the fact that there is no remorse for the consequences of their actions.
And until we can get that, that's something that is compelling.
And I think it's something that every American, whether they understand the conservative agenda or not, that that's just an inalienable right.
It's just disgusting.
And I need to hear more about how there is no remorse for.
Well, we saw that, didn't we?
Because Joe Biden was more concerned about apologizing to the alleged killer for daring to say illegal immigrant, which is the truth, but not apologize to Lake and Riley's family for saying her name was Lincoln Riley, even though he had a button in his hand while he was doing his jacked up Joe on Speed State of the Union address.
But I will tell you, there's only one answer.
Win elections.
That's why I keep telling people that this election matters.
And I'm giving the best advice I can.
Anyway, I do appreciate your good call.
Thank you.
