This is an iHeart podcast.
All right, thank you, Scott Shannon, and thanks to all of you for being with us.
Here's our toll-free number.
It is 800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Obviously, a lottery, a lot of reaction to last night's, it's a huge win for President Trump.
Let me give you some perspective so I think people can understand how profound this is.
It's only been, let's see, since 1976, where somebody wins Iowa and then goes on to win New Hampshire.
Often people will win Iowa, go to New Hampshire and lose.
I'll give you a perfect example of that is George W. Bush versus John McCain at the time.
And then that primary in South Carolina became one of the nastiest primary races I think I've ever seen in my adult lifetime.
It was hardcore.
I guess the Secretary of State's office now saying there was a record turnout last night and approximately more than 40,000 people voted in 2024 than, let's see, yeah, voted in 2024 than 2016.
That's getting very interesting.
Anyway, 97% in over 322,000 votes counted will be over 330,000.
And if you look at the results, I mean, this is a historic high in terms of an election.
And the current results pretty much have Donald Trump up by, let's see, probably about 11, 12, maybe it'll end around 12 points, depending on where these outstanding counties are.
I mean, a very big win by any objective analysis.
Reports that Nikki Haley spent about $31 million in the state.
That is an awful lot of money.
One thing that has really, really irritated a lot of people, and me among them, and I'm not being critical of Nikki Haley, except that, you know, she wants every vote she can possibly get.
I guess that's the nature of the business.
However, if you look at the numbers after last night, it turns out that the Daily Caller did an analysis on this.
About seven in 10 voters that backed Nikki Haley in New Hampshire in the primary were not Republican, and that was even in CNN's exit poll.
And among Trump voters, 75% of Republicans were voting for Trump.
Maybe I'm old-fashioned, and I think that Republicans only should vote in Republican primaries.
When I was in New York and a registered conservative, I did not have the benefit of being able to vote in a Republican primary, and I was happy with that.
There was one year I changed my affiliation just for that very point.
Might have taken me a couple of years to change it back, but I changed back to the conservative ticket.
And if you looked a little more deeply into all this, Trump won a higher percentage of New Hampshire Republicans than Biden did with Democrats.
You know, Trump won the Republican race, 54.4% of the vote, somewhere around that area.
That's where it's going to come in.
Biden won the Democratic primary with just 51.6% of the vote.
Dean Phillips, by the way, got, what, 21% of the vote last night?
That was not too shabby a showing.
Maybe it's because Joe Biden basically thumbed his nose at both Iowa and New Hampshire.
The real clear politics average shows Trump defeating Biden by a much larger margin than Nikki Haley does.
This happened, this came up between comments that were made by Governor Sununu and comments made by Nikki Haley, but she does not beat Biden by even 10 points or 5 points or even 2 points as of this morning.
Nikki Haley's real clear politics average over Biden was just 1.1 point.
And anyway, Trump's margin is three times larger than Nikki Haley's.
And if you look at the latest poll that has come out, a new poll shows that Trump has expanded his lead over Biden to seven points.
This is the latest Harris national poll taken just before the New Hampshire primary.
And Trump expanded his lead over Joe Biden to seven points.
And as for claims that New Hampshire primary votes shows Trump in trouble with independence, I don't think anyone could predict that.
But anyway, this is the independent vote.
And the new Harris poll has Trump winning over Joe Biden by seven points.
So, you know, but you can do a lot of things with polls.
They're snapshots.
They are a moment in time.
They are not the reality.
And I always thought, I think New Hampshire system complicates everything for everybody in just a variety of ways.
And I just wish they did it differently.
I wish other states did the same thing as well, where they allow open primaries.
I think in South Carolina, anybody can vote in any primary they want.
Although Joe Biden does need to campaign, and James Clyburn will push hard for Joe Biden.
I think it was James Clyburn, the Democratic congressman from South Carolina, that saved Joe Biden back in 2020.
But to have 70% of Nikki Haley voters not registered Republicans.
Now, look, I don't tell people what to do.
Let me be very clear about this.
I don't tell candidates when to get in a race, whether to get, you know, if somebody calls and asks for my advice, friendly advice, I speak openly with them and honestly and give them my real analysis.
Just the right thing to do.
And anyway, so I don't tell people when to get in or out of races.
I mean, I'll let everyone else seem to be on that bandwagon.
It's really up to Nikki Haley.
However, if I put myself in the position of being Nikki Haley's campaign manager and I'm looking at the real clear politics average in your home state, South Carolina, she was governor, and I see that the real clear politics average is she's down 30.2%.
And then when I put together the current governor, McMasters, is not supporting Nikki.
He is supporting Donald Trump.
Senator Lindsey Graham is supporting not Nikki, but Donald Trump.
Senator Tim Scott, appointed by Nikki Haley, I believe to the U.S. Senate, if I'm not mistaken, got that appointment, still is going with Donald Trump over Nikki Haley.
Then you have Nancy Mace and most of the congressional delegation, a lot of state representatives and senators all supporting Trump over Nikki Haley.
Now, if I'm her campaign manager, I might be thinking a little bit more long term.
And I might be saying, you know what, maybe it's going to be a better environment because it's going to be an open primary four years regardless of whether Trump beats Joe Biden or not.
And it may be a more favorable time.
Now, Nikki Haley is also, she didn't register, apparently.
I'm not sure what exactly happened here, but the next primary is next week, and that's in Nevada or Nevada.
And we know the great people of that state, you know, Trump's going to win because Nikki Haley's not a part of getting, even having a chance to get a delegate out there.
And then she's going to go into South Carolina, her hometown.
What are the risks long term?
If she gets a shellacking and these polls hold up, or even if he wins by 15 points, which would be an enormous victory against, you know, a former sitting governor of a state, that would be a significant win, but also a significant blow to Nikki Haley, in my view.
And whether her campaign is going to think about that or not, I have no idea at all whatsoever.
So, you know, we'll wait and see what happens.
But $31 million is the tally according to these, you know, when you include all of the different super PACs and the money that's being spent.
But $31 million is what they estimate that Nikki Haley spent in New Hampshire.
That is a lot of money for a second-place finish.
There was a little bit of bad blood last night.
That doesn't surprise me.
This is not my first rodeo.
Primaries usually get pretty fierce, not so early in the process as kind of happened this year, but at some point during a primary, it's going to get ugly.
And Nikki Haley, yes, she did congratulate Donald Trump, but then she went into pretty much her stump speech on why Donald Trump should not be the nominee.
And Donald Trump is looking at, I have a 30-point lead over you in your own home state.
I'm not exactly sure why you're not getting out of the race.
And he's thinking, okay, if it's still a fight, then I'm staying in till I'm the last person standing.
And that's kind of the nature of the beast.
I know a lot of people were critical.
Well, Donald Trump could have been this more gracious or whatever.
I think what Nikki Haley's going to try and do is make a push to get Donald Trump to debate her.
Now, there's no downside for her, especially if she's heading into South Carolina down by 30 points.
So, of course, she wants to debate the frontrunner.
Now, the question is, is there any upside for Donald Trump to debate her?
I don't see it.
Maybe we'll ask Bill O'Reilly about it.
He commented on his homepage today.
One CBS exit poll, half of New Hampshire Republicans say that Donald Trump is fit to serve even if convicted.
I have no idea what impact, and this is something nobody can really talk about or factor in.
We don't even know whether there'll be one trial in 2024 that involves the charges against Donald Trump.
We just don't know.
There are so many ways that you can delay and appeal trials from getting started and pretrial motions, et cetera, et cetera.
I'd be very surprised if there's more than one or two cases that might come up.
It seems that they're really pushing hard to get the D.C. case up, which is probably, in terms of a venue, the least friendly to Donald Trump of any of the potential venues out there that he's going to have to deal legally with.
I don't believe Donald Trump can get a fair trial in D.C. About 5% of the population there voted for him in the last election.
It's not exactly conservative territory.
It's not exactly Donald Trump-friendly territory.
In New York City, I think he got about 12% of the vote.
That, too, is not exactly Trump-friendly territory.
And I can tell you, Fulton County, Georgia, having also lived in Georgia, not exactly Trump-friendly territory.
Although this Fannie Willis controversy is getting bigger and stronger by the day.
Anyway, so it's getting interesting.
If you look at the Fox News exit polls and our voter analysis on Fox, what New Hampshire voters wanted in a GOP nominee, what was really interesting, saying it's very important quality, is that they be A, mentally fit, 95% of people.
85% want a strong leader.
76% want strong policy.
75% want to factor in can that person win?
And 72% want to know, does this person really care?
Are they really passionate about what they're talking about, what they speak about?
Another interesting question that was asked in their analysis, which better describes the view on the charges against Trump.
It was over 80% of Iowa voters, 66% in New Hampshire.
Again, a very high independent registration base in the 40s, which is almost unprecedented.
Then a question asked by Fox News in their analysis, did Joe Biden legitimately get elected?
52% in New Hampshire said no, versus 46% saying yes.
Is Biden too old to serve another term?
41% say yes, and 58% said no.
I'm not sure where they got the 58% because the answer to that question is more than obvious with anyone that has eyes that can see.
Ronna McDaniel, the RNC chairwoman, has now weighed in and said Nikki Haley should consider withdrawing.
What is her path to victory?
If you're running a campaign, you always got to look at this as, okay, what states can we win to get enough delegates that we can eventually be the nominee of the party?
So if Nikki Haley comes in third in Iowa, second place in a two-person race in New Hampshire, if she's down by, she can't compete in Nevada, so she'll lose there.
And South Carolina, her home state, she's down by a massive amount of, in terms of real clear politics, average down by 30.
Tell me the path that Nikki Haley is going to take to get her to victory, because I think that's a question they need to be asking themselves.
I personally, look, unless she can pull off the upset of all upsets and win her home state, that would be a game changer.
But when you're down on the polls, the average poll by 30 points, I don't recall in my lifetime seeing somebody being able to overcome such a wide margin like that.
But I guess anything's possible.
Anyway, 800-941-Sean, our number, if you want to be a part of the program, we'll get to a lot of your calls, your comments.
Bill O'Reilly today, Eric Trump will join us to talk about his dad's big victory yesterday.
It looks like Joe Biden is a bit of an election denier based on his comments.
I don't know, apparently now questioning the legitimacy of the 2021 election that made Glenn Young the governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
And he said, hello, Virginia.
And the real governor, Terry McAuliffe, told a crowd in Virginia on Tuesday night at an event with the Vice President Harris and discussing abortion access.
My name is Joe Biden.
I'm Joe Biden's husband and Kamala's running mate.
Kidding aside.
By the way, let me play this quick Joe Biden clip.
Throughout the show, we're going to see if anybody is capable of interpreting this for us.
We're having a difficult time here on this program understanding it.
We'll teach Donald Trump a valuable lesson.
Don't mess with him in America unless you wanted to get the benefit.
One more time, really quick.
Stevie Gray.
Donald Trump, a valuable lesson.
Don't mess with him in America unless you wanted to get the benefit.
if you have the answer 800-941 sean also check it in with bill o'reilly eric trump and your calls 800-941 sean straight ahead uh by the way susan collins uh from maine republican says she won't even support donald trump after he wins the nomination Top-ranking Republican on the Senate Appropriations Committee.
Anyway, asked if she herself would be endorsing Trump if he wins the nomination.
I do not at this point.
A little different than the headline, but that's separate and apart.
Marsha Blackburn telling Nikki Haley it's time to pack it in.
You know, Nikki Haley's crowd got pretty rowdy against Donald Trump after losing the primary.
Nikki was hammering Donald Trump, and that didn't quite get the coverage that Donald Trump's comments back has gotten.
She did congratulate Trump on his victory, but then began calling out President Trump, you know, in a variety of ways.
Republicans have lost every competitive election, the Senate, the House, the White House.
We lost in 2018, 2020, 2022.
Worst kept secret in politics is how badly Democrats want to run against Donald Trump.
And then the crowd there started chanting against Donald Trump.
Oh, he's a loser.
He's a loser.
He's a loser.
So, okay, I understand she has strong supporters like Trump has strong supporters.
However, that was not exactly a one-sided, let's take shots at each other.
And there is some truth.
I mean, look, I guess Nikki Haley can be happy with her second-place finish, but at the end of the day, if you lose by around 12 percentage points, that's a significant loss in a state that I would argue is probably very favorable to somebody like Nikki Haley.
And especially considering the environment in which independents dominate the state, it's 43% of the electorate.
The ability up to a point in October for Democrats to switch over and vote in the Republican primary, that's not a system I particularly like either.
And even, by the way, Joe Biden thinks it's over and is saying so and that Trump will be the nominee.
And he's now, quote, preparing for his 2024 rematch and ignores Nikki Haley staying in as she's warned that she's going to get pummeled in South Carolina.
Can't count on Democrats to win there.
But anyway, so Trump is honored by New Hampshire.
It's the third time he's won it.
Not an easy thing to do.
And it's been since 1976 that a candidate has won both Iowa and New Hampshire and his win more than doubled the highest previous percentage in the Iowa caucuses.
That's a pretty good story for the first caucus and the first primary in the nation.
There's clear despair that is settling into the never Trump world.
They now sense an inevitability issue emerging, which a lot of them don't like.
But I would still imagine that a lot of the donor class money is going to go to Nikki Haley.
They just hate Trump no matter what, and they'll never open their minds to what even Donald Trump is saying or doing or how bad things are in the country under Joe Biden.
The one person that won't get any press really at all, I'm sure, is Dean Phillips.
But he got 21% of the vote in New Hampshire.
How did that happen?
Most people don't even know who Dean Phillips is.
I think Mary Ann Williamson got another 4% of the vote?
All right, that's a full 25% of New Hampshire voters.
I don't think many Republicans were switching to vote in the Democratic primary that don't want Joe Biden.
That's not exactly a vote of confidence by any measure.
So we're going to see what happens.
Anyway, so when Joe Biden did score that symbolic win last night, his votes had to be a write-in.
I think he made a terrible mistake by going against tradition in both Iowa and New Hampshire.
We are getting a preview, by the way, of coming attractions because it looks like Vice President Harris, the only thing she wants to talk about and the only thing she will talk about, apparently, is the fact that abortion and Roe v.
Wade has been overturned and demagoguing that issue.
This new book is out.
It is not favorable at all to the vice president.
It just isn't.
It's called amateur hour, Kamala Harris in the White House.
And anyway, and even the Bidens are acknowledging that they don't think she's up to the job.
Apparently, early on, Joe Biden did not want to pick her, preferred Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer as his running mate before caving to, quote, public pressure.
Biden chose Harris days before the virtual Democratic National Convention after promising to select a woman and after pro-Harris lobbying from former President Barack Obama and other people as well.
And while the 59-year-old Harris is, you know, basically a heartbeat away from the presidency, her many struggles and mistakes during her first years in office, you know, she has a lower approval rating than Joe Biden does now.
So, you know, it's, and by the way, the Democrats have already started their campaign.
What is their campaign?
It's exactly what I told you it would be on January 2nd when I came back from vacation.
I said, buckle up.
This is how the Democrats are going to run.
So what did they do last night?
Democrats take aim at Trump, Trump, Trump, and same extreme agenda.
Democracy in peril, January 6th, abortion, demagogue, lied about.
That's all they got.
They can't run on their record.
They don't have a record to run on.
It is really that simple.
And I hope Americans remember that.
I think most of them will.
I think people are pretty smart.
This was pretty interesting.
I did see that there was a poll out of New York, and it's really actually incredible with Donald Trump, I think, is within nine points of beating Joe Biden in New York.
Now, do I think that's real?
That's a possibility.
I've got to imagine no.
However, the state of New York, if you get outside of the highly dense population of New York City with about, what, 9, 10 million people somewhere in that area, and you get to the rest of New York State, most of it is now red.
Suffolk County is now red.
Nassau County is red.
Westchester is red.
Upstate New York is mostly red.
And so the state has changed in that regard because they're getting killed and clobbered by burdensome regulation, ridiculously high taxes, a lack of infrastructure and services.
And the people in New York are getting fed up.
But a lot of the people that might have considered voting for Trump that were in New York left a long time ago.
So, you know, we'll see what happens.
What else do we have today?
Joe Biden's crime family.
We got an update here.
Apparently, we're learning more about Kevin Morris and his testimony.
And anyway, he said that the first Trump impeachment created, quote, an emergency to file Hunter's unpaid taxes.
This is what Kevin Morris, according to today's reports, are saying.
He told congressional investigators in his deposition that it was the first impeachment of then President Trump in February of 2020 that made it an emergency for the president's son to file his tax returns that should have been filed years earlier.
He further testified to the House Oversight Committee last week as part of the impeachment inquiry against Joe Biden that congressional investigators discovered emails from Morris in February of 2020 that cited, quote, the political risk amid the election cycle when the former vice president was a candidate in the Democratic primary.
And that email was shown to Morris during the interview with Congress.
And anyway, quote, emergency is off today, he said February 7th, 2020.
Still need to file Monday.
We're under considerable risk personally and politically to get the tax returns hit.
Now, this is where the system goes awry and corrupt because remember David Weiss, now a special counsel, David Weiss that never wanted to charge Hunter with anything.
David Weiss that was forced to revisit that non-charging decision because of the whistleblower testimony.
That led to the sweetheart deal that got blown up by a judge in Delaware who actually read the agreement and had never seen an agreement like that in her life and called out the defense team on this.
And thus, finally, Hunter is charged.
Then to get rid of the conflicting comments of David Weiss himself and the conflicting comments between Weiss and the Attorney General Garland, Garland just appointed a special prosecutor.
I mean, because the issue was whether or not he had the authority when he was investigating Hunter, whether he could go into other jurisdictions like Delaware and California where other tax issues had taken place.
But remember, he's the one that wanted the sweetheart deal.
He's the one that originally wanted no charges brought against Hunter.
He wanted to give him a full pass.
He's the guy that let the statute of limitations.
Those were the barrel tax years.
That's when Hunter made a lot of money.
I'd like to know what that final figure was.
Anyway, so when asked what the emergency was, Morris pointed to the Trump impeachment, which Republicans had threatened to call Hunter Biden to testify.
Well, they should have called it because they've been known for some time.
The real quid pro quo was Joe Biden leveraging a billion dollars in tax dollars for the very purpose of helping out the company to get a prosecutor investigating his son's company fired, and his son continued to get paid with no experience at a time that he's admittedly addicted to drugs.
So the Sugar Brother, Kevin Morris, confirming he still holds a stake, by the way, in this Chinese state-backed equity fund.
Remember, Hunter said famously on Good Morning America, I didn't get a penny from China.
Well, they had to kind of do a little bit of wordsmithing on that one because, and a little editing and revising and extending their remarks.
We now know that that is a complete lie, like so many other lies that the whole Biden family told about this.
This is a really scary thing I saw on the issue of illegal immigration, which was the top issue of people in New Hampshire.
And in a recent video, it's been circulating online.
We've authenticated this, right, Linda?
I mean, people are saying it's real.
I get a little nervous in a world of artificial intelligence that's capable of producing anything about any content, but we do our best to vet everything that we tell you.
If we get it wrong, we'll correct it.
But anyway, an illegal immigrant, apparently from the Middle East, seen crossing the border, questioned by a reporter.
When asked about the country of origin, the man responded with a cryptic message.
It's important to note the video does not identify the location, though it was posted by a first responder media, which has been actively filming at the southern border.
They describe the young man as a migrant who threatened the reporter, quote, if you were smart enough, you would know who I am, but you're really not smart enough to know who I am, he initially taunts the reporter.
And then the clip ends with the guy saying, but soon you're going to know who I am.
Very easy.
Believe me, I am much bigger than that.
And you will see.
Now, what do you glean from that?
That sounds like a clear present danger to me and a threat.
That exactly is.
There's no question that that's a threat.
There's no question that there are terrorists crossing the border.
There is no question that there is going to be an imminent attack.
I mean, just look at this woman, Tammy Nobles, and her daughter that was murdered by an MS-13 cartel member.
The cartel are terrorists.
Just like the terrorists that are coming from China and Africa and all of these other countries, they're not just coming from Mexico.
They're being funded to get here.
You know, let's go to the stores.
Let's find the money.
Let's cut off the head of the snake so that we can stop this because clearly SCOTUS and Biden think it's a wonderful idea.
The Supreme Court decision was a national disgrace.
They should have maintained that the president has an obligation to uphold the rule of law.
And if he fails in that duty, then states should have the power to enforce the laws of our country, the laws that he's failing to enforce.
By the way, not good news for California.
Job growth falling by the most in the nation, like they have the biggest migration problem, too.
Anyway, the largest decline in job growth in the U.S. when compared to job growth in all states before and after the COVID pandemic, according to a new report.
Not good news for our old friend, Gavin Newsom.
That's a big deal.
And then you go to every store in all these big cities.
Now, a CVS store, they're going to close their doors.
You got Blue States, you know, their plastic bag plan backfiring.
You see, North Carolina spent millions on electric buses.
Guess what?
The buses don't run.
And apparently, in inclement weather, it's a little bit more difficult than anyone imagined to charge that electric vehicle of yours.
Pretty unreal.
Anyway, 800-941, Sean, we have all things simple man Bill O'Reilly coming up.
We have Eric Trump coming up.

Hannity and the breaking news you might have missed today with Sean's insider information.
Sean Hannity.
All right, as we roll along, 800-941, Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, Bill O'Reilly, by the way, is suggesting that he thinks Trump should debate Nikki Haley.
I think I disagree with him on it.
We'll have a discussion about that.
Later on, Eric Trump, vice president of the Trump organization, big day for his dad and campaign, obviously yesterday.
We'll get the latest from him and an update on this ridiculous trial in New York that has been going on.
I think Mar-a-Lago is worth $18 million.
I'll take it.
Turn around and sell it for a billion.
It's nuts.
You can't get a two-acre empty plot with no house on it.
You'd pay about 200 million, but this house with 20 acres on the intercoastal and ocean, only 18 million.
