This is an iHeart Podcast.
All right. | |
Thank you, Scott Channel, and thanks to all of you for being with us.
It's Friday. | |
It's the Sean Hannity Show, toll-free.
Our number is 800-941 Sean if you want to be a part of the program.
This is just breaking as we come on the air here today.
And that is that Alec Baldwin has been indicted on charges of involuntary manslaughter.
Prosecutors uh seeking to hold the actor accountable for the on uh set death of cinematographer Haley Hutchins, uh 65.
He was initially charged in the case back if you remember in January of twenty-three, but those charges were dropped three months later.
And after Baldwin's defense team raised questions about whether the Colt 45 was functioning properly when it in fact was fired.
Um anyway, Hutchins was preparing to film a scene with Baldwin at a ranch in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and the gun went off.
We know what happened. | |
He maintained he did not pull the trigger.
Well, as a gun owner, I could tell you triggers don't pull themselves.
Anyway, if convicted, he does face 18 months in prison.
Uh Baldwin's attorney saying we'll look forward to our day in court.
They sent the gun apparently for further forensic testing last summer.
The experts reconstructed the gun, which had been broken during FBI testing and concluded it could only have been fired by the pull of the trigger.
That might be a little problematic that it was taken apart.
Just saying, giving you my objective opinion.
Uh we have some Fannie Willis news that's getting it's getting pretty interesting uh in Fulton County, Georgia, uh because the Fulton County DA, this is, you know, like the New York Attorney General, just love to go after Donald Trump campaign on it.
Anyway, hires this outside counsel, uh, who apparently turns into a boyfriend, and they apparently she's paying this guy six hundred and fifty-four thousand dollars.
Uh they're both going to the White House to meet with God knows who and talk about God knows what uh related to probably all things Donald Trump.
Uh, but maybe that's where they did the plotting and planning and and framing of these RICO charges, which is to me just an obscene chur a charge.
Uh but Willis's case against Trump is now turned into a full-blown soap opera.
Willis now demanding that a Georgia judge issue a protective order against her boy boyfriend's jilted wife.
Uh, you know, I guess get ready for the first episode of all the president's men kind of meeting the real housewives of Fulton County, Georgia.
Anyway, in promise of further chaos in a case that appears to be going off the rails.
The New York Sun reports Willis is now accusing the extraneous of the special prosecutor she hired and with whom she is accused of having an affair of that she's interfering in her prosecution of President Trump.
That accusation comes in an emergency motion for a protective order in Superior Court of Cobb County that attempts to quash a subpoena for her testimony in a special prosecutor Nathan Wade's divorce proceedings from his wife of twenty-six years.
Now Willis is uh accusing uh this guy's wife of working in concert with one of Mr. Trump's code defendants.
And Willis is arguing that on January 8th, three things happened contemporaneously.
Mrs. Wade issued her subpoena.
Mr. Roman petitioned for divorce proceedings to be unsealed, and Mr. Roman filed for Miss Willis to be disqualified.
Miss Willis alleges that all this suggests coordination between Mrs. Willis and Mr. Roman to undermine Mrs. Willis as she prepares for one of the most anticipated trials in American history.
Mrs. Willis does not deny or admit that she and Mr. Wade conducted this affair.
Instead, she reasons that because the parties agree the marriage is irretrievably broken and the concept of fault is not an issue.
There's no information that she could provide that might prove relevant to granting or denying the divorce.
She calls her role in the split irrelevant.
Well, not irrelevant, Miss Willis' telling, you know, is Mrs. Wade's own behavior, which the prosecutor is alleging included an adulterous relationship, longtime friend.
The question here is whether or not Willis benefited financially by giving favored treatment to uh a lawyer who's really in secret her boyfriend to take a library and expensive vacations.
Anyway, so she seeks to attempt to you know quash this subpoena related to the misconduct.
So we'll watch that case too uh as we get started here on this Friday.
Um we're looking to New Hampshire.
New Hampshire is on on Tuesday.
We will be broadcasting Monday and Tuesday from the uh live free or die state.
And uh there's been recent polls uh post-Iowa uh polls uh after Donald Trump's victory in Iowa, decisive lead historic win.
You know, I was watching some people actually say, Oh, it's no big deal that Donald Trump won by 30 points.
Uh after all, he's the incumbent.
I'm like, no, he's not the incumbent.
No, this is a real primary.
Yes, he's going up. | |
Well, he was going up against some really non-candidates.
I didn't think the North Dakota governor was particularly strong.
I didn't Chris Christie was a joke.
He had an agenda to just bash Trump and I guess prepare for his next paid gig as uh uh as an anchor on either fake news CNN or MSDNC, but whatever.
He's allowed to do whatever he wants, but he was never a serious candidate.
But certainly Governor DeSantis always has been, and and certainly so has Nikki Haley.
Uh but anyway, so uh in these polls, Trump is now increased his lead over Nikki Haley in the New Hampshire in New Hampshire, four days to uh three days left now until the I'm sorry, four days left until the state's first in the nation primary, according to the results of the latest Suffolk University Boston Globe tracking poll.
Uh anyway, those survey results uh released this morning of Trump at 52 percent.
It should be noted that they call Trump at 51 uh at 52 percent in Iowa, and in fact, he got 51 percent.
So they were very accurate in Iowa, take that for what it is.
Anyway, that's two percentage points higher than he had when he polled the first two days of the poll.
Haley, meanwhile, dropped uh a percentage point landing at 35.
Uh Governor DeSantis, who I don't really think is going to be competing in New Hampshire, is a distant third at six points.
Uh my guess is he's probably going straight to South Carolina, where you know, for a lot of candidates, South Carolina becomes do or die.
Now, win lose or draw, uh, South Carolina, that primary is going to be very important to Nikki Haley, because that is her home state.
And recent polls on real real clear politics, the average there is had Trump up by about 30.
Uh later today, uh Senator Tim Scott will join the other senator in the state and the governor in the state, McMaster, the other senator being Lindsey Graham, all supporting Donald Trump, um, and Trump has a very strong lead there.
After New Hampshire, you know, then looking ahead to Super Tuesday, if uh candidates don't get out of the race, and I by the way, I'm never in the business of telling people what to do.
Uh uh it's gonna be much better if so such and such and so-and-so get out of the race.
You know what? | |
Let them decide. | |
We're a free country. | |
And if they think they have a path to victory, they have every right to be out there campaigning, making their case to the public uh for, you know, until it becomes mathematically impossible, I guess, conceivably.
But if well, you know, for me, if I was running, if I thought that my odds, you know, that it wasn't my year, it wasn't gonna happen, and I I just wouldn't delude myself into thinking something's gonna happen that's not gonna happen.
Uh, but if you look at the Suffolk poll, it is 5235.
Uh that would be uh Donald Trump versus Nikki Haley.
St. Anslem came out yesterday, 5238 Donald Trump.
Suffolk USA 5034. | |
Uh then you have Emerson, 4428.
Uh the other two polls, there was one outlier poll, and by the way, it's not even used by real clear politics because of the methodology.
They don't they don't give it any credibility, and that was the only poll that had this at any point ever being even remotely close, and that's ARG.
So anyway, so take the polls for what they are.
The St. Anselm uh polls showed that if the New Hampshire Republican primary were limited, remember it's an open primary system there.
Secretary of State's office has already acknowledged over 4,000 Democrats have switched to either independent or Republican just so they can vote in this primary.
It's believed that you know Nikki Haley is trying to appeal to many of them.
Now the problem is uh these are people that just hate Donald Trump and they might use the system.
And I don't like the system for this reason, because you know, people are can be disruptive and they're invited to be disruptive in a way because I think it's a silly law.
If you are uh a Democrat, you shouldn't be allowed to switch your party affiliation just for the sake of voting in a Republican primary, uh, hoping that, well, maybe you can keep the primary going longer, and that helps your Democratic candidate.
I don't like that in the end at all either.
Uh, but anyway, the St. Anselm College poll show among Republican voters in New Hampshire.
If it's just it was just a Republican primary, Donald Trump would win by a whopping 40-point margin, which means that would be bigger than Iowa, which would mean that if New Hampshire Republican, if the primary in New Hampshire were just Republicans, limited to Republican voters, uh, that the Trump landslide would be that much bigger than Iowa.
And this new poll from St. Anslum spelled it out in in very clear language that Trump led uh Nikki Haley 6525 among likely Republican voters in the state.
That's a 40-point margin.
Meanwhile, Haley edged Trump among unaffiliated non-Republican voters by a much more narrow margin of 5237 among all voters.
Trump still had a substantial advantage, 5238.
That's a 14-point margin compared to his 40-point landslide if it was just Republicans voting there.
Uh look, that system is what it is.
I don't like that system.
Um, in reality, uh, you know, it's very hard to say.
It's it's once you get to South Carolina and Super Tuesdays when you really know, unless everybody just drops out of the race, which could happen.
Right now, real clear politics has Donald Trump up by 30 in South Carolina.
Uh Emerson in their latest poll it was Trump 29 plus 29, Trafalgar, that's Robert Cahaley, Trump plus 36, Winthrop had Trump plus 35, CNN, Trump plus 31.
Uh, you know, though those are those are pretty significant margins, and it's not like Nikki Haley needs to introduce herself to the people of South Carolina.
That is that's not good news if you're in the Haley camp.
Uh now for Governor DeSantis, I think you know, the path if he decides not to compete in New Hampshire.
I'm not I think he is going he's gonna try a little bit, but I think most of his attention is seemingly now being focused on South Carolina.
That's what I see, but you know, we'll we'll you know, our next interview with him, we'll we'll find out for sure.
Uh the latest Boston Globe poll, another one there uh released uh this morning, Trump 52.
That's you know, two percentage points higher than he had polled in the first two days of the poll, and and Nikki Haley at 35 there.
So again, if you're looking at polls and you know, polls are only a snapshot, but this this is a race that's only four days away.
Um anyway, 800, 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
We got a lot to get to. | |
Poor Joe Biden says that he saw a congresswoman and took a picture with her at a campaign event yesterday, and the woman was not even there.
Uh he gave a pretty jaw-dropping answer when asked if his airstrikes against the the Hootie rebels in Yemen are working.
He was asked when you know, a reporter on the South Lawn, are your airstrikes working in Yemen?
When you say working, are they stopping the Hooties?
No. | |
Are they going to continue?
Yes. | |
Are they airstrikes in the working?
Well, when you say working, are they stopping the hookies?
No. | |
Are they going to continue yet?
Whoopsie Daisy. | |
And then he confuses this woman with a Democratic Congresswoman not in attendance.
Oh, and then he actually admitted, oh, I got mixed up.
That's like a day at the beach.
By the way, I think Joe Biden has like been seen in public like five out of the last 20 some odd days.
It really is unbelievable.
We do have no more anecdotal.
There's beyond the U-Haul index, which came out that shows people just fleeing these deep blue states like California, New Jersey, New York, Michigan, Illinois, and Massachusetts, uh study by United United van lines found those eight states New Jersey, Illinois, New York, Michigan, California, Massachusetts, again, you know, the the the top states people are leaving, and they're leaving in droves.
My my advice is fine, but don't bring your stupid politics with you.
Don't ruin the next state that you're going to by electing people that probably factored into you leaving the state you were in.
All right, as we roll along toll free, here's our number.
It's 800 941 Sean. | |
If you want to be a part of the program, we have a lot on the uh Biden crime family.
The Department of Justice wants a Trump aid, Peter Navarro to serve six months in jail for doing oh, what Hunter Biden did.
Now they did. | |
Now Hunter will has agreed to provide a private deposition uh after months of defiance.
And there was a uh we had James Comer on last night.
They said no, we we would rather have him in, although we can plead the fifth.
Kevin Morris went in yesterday and you know, described the relationship.
It's an awful lot of money to give somebody out of nowhere.
A guy doesn't have a job, he's admitted at the time addicted to drugs, and you know, how's he gonna pay this money back if he doesn't have a job?
And then he was disclosed as being one of the purchasers of Hunter's, you know, art.
We uh affectionately call portraits of a of a crack addict.
Anyway, Hunter Biden will sit for the closed door deposition along with five associates, and by the way, the names are interesting.
The former top CEFC Chinese Energy Company official, Rob Walker, the acting surrogate for Hunter around the world, Eric Sherwin, he was the money guy.
He's the one that Hunter wrote Well, which account should we pay for Pops Home Repairs in?
Uh uh Joey Langston, a close associate, and Tony Bobalinski.
He's the guy that described Joe Biden as the big guy.
Anyway, that's all coming up in this case, straight ahead.
Um, well, maybe uh TSA sign at the Miami Airport suggests the Biden administration is uh actually admitting illegal immigrants without a photo ID.
I mean, we're now up to 10 million illegal Joe Biden unvetted illegal immigrants.
Yesterday on Congress, we had people uh moms testify, angel moms.
They lost their children, they lost their lives because of Joe's open border policies.
Now, some people lost their kids through opioid overdose and and and obviously fentanyl is just I mean poisoning this country.
I mean, they're literally law enforcement is is capturing enough fentanyl to kill every American ten times over.
And they're putting it in pretty much everything and anything.
They're even putting it in weed now, if you can believe that.
Not that I'm minimizing weed.
I'm not a big drug person.
I don't like any of this stuff.
The legalization is is insane to me.
Uh, but you know, I'm old fashioned.
I want to believe in freedom, and people can make their own choice, but I'm telling you, anybody I've ever met that does drugs on a regular basis, not a good idea.
But anyway, the Federalists pointed out migrants without proper identification may apparently opt out of being photographed by TSA upon entry at Miami International Airport.
They have a sign posted.
It was put up on social media by conservative podcaster uh Dave Rubin that the TSA is allowing illegal immigrants to pass through entry points without even having their picture taken.
The text of the sign said TSA is partnering with the CBP to test the use of CBP and one app at certain TSA checkpoints to validate adult non citizen, adult, non U.S. citizen travel documentation when the traveler does not otherwise have an acceptable form of ID.
Man, uh any time I've ever been out of the country and I come back in, I don't know, I get the Hannity treatment.
You know, let's go through every every pack of underwear you got in there.
Every every all your old dirty socks that you're taking home with you.
Anyway, how it works is you notify the TSA officer you are an illegal immigrant.
The TSA officer will then uh take a photo, which is optional.
If requested, you can provide your uh quote alien uh identification number or biographic information and follow officer instruction.
Quote, photo capture is voluntary.
You may decline to have your photo taken.
If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please notice by a TSA officer.
You must still provide your alien ID number or biographical information to the TSA officer, even if you don't have your photo taken.
According to a recent update on the CBP website, the agency updated the CBP one appro on in February last year to streamline the photo capture and scheduling process.
They don't have time to go through even the simplest of identifications.
It's ridiculous. | |
You know, they have municipalities already, you know, like in New York City, that, you know, illegal immigrants can vote in local elections.
There's a poll out about this.
77% of voters, you know, oppose this.
I mean, who would support it?
I I mean that makes zero sense to me.
And anyway, many Democratic-run cities, New York City, Washington, D.C., they all allow illegal immigrants to vote in local elections.
The results show how and why candidates opposed to illegal immigrants voting in U.S. elections should make their case to voters, but apparently six and ten voters strongly oppose this.
Why are Democrats all for this open border, non-vetting 10 million people of Joe Biden?
I don't know, maybe they want to be seen as the party of great compassion.
Now there are many countries, I've said this before, that they charge enormous amounts of money or enormous amounts of money being invested or just outright paid.
And you can buy a passport from another country.
You can have dual citizenship.
You can buy it. | |
I can start naming the countries because I know which ones they are.
You know, then there are countries that make it very, very hard to ever become a citizen.
Like Australia, New Zealand takes years and years and a lot of money invested to make that happen.
And they have a high bar.
If you try to enter Australia, let's say you try you're in a boat or whatever way you're traveling on the ocean, and you're trying to get into Australia, they will stop you, and and they're going to be very nice about it.
If you're in need of any medical attention, you'll be taken to an island and you will be treated, and you will get stabilized, and then they will give you food and they will give you water, enough food and water to get to your destination, and they will send you home.
You your feet won't even be allowed to touch any Australian soil, and if you're caught, the same thing happens.
So Democrats can offer something of great value, you know, even like if you want to go to Belize or St. Kitts or Antigua and become a citizen.
Nice places. | |
You can buy citizenship and have dual citizenship if you want.
However, you know, you pay a lot of money.
Even in those countries.
You know, some are more expensive than others, but you know, if you're paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to be a citizen, millions if you want to go to a place like Australia.
How is that possible? | |
Anyway, it's just insane.
You know, it's, you know, there was an interesting piece.
I don't know, where did I see that?
Maybe AMAC wrote this. | |
I'm not really sure. | |
I don't really remember.
Um, but in the headline was, and that's what grabbed my attention, how the migrant crisis destroyed American liberalism.
And, you know, and if Democrats also, you know, if they're the ones that are allowing you aiding and abetting and assisting and breaking laws, and then they're the ones that are going to hold out, well, let's just give amnesty to everybody and they can become U.S. citizens.
Now, if if you get something of such incredible worth and value from a party, do you think the Democrats are thinking, I think they're going to likely want to reward us for being so nice to them?
You know, and then God forbid you believe in legal immigration.
Of course, you're called xenophobic and racist.
I don't really care where anybody comes from.
I don't care if they, you know, as long as we get a background check, make sure they don't have radical ties and associations, a health check, and that they're not going to be a financial burden on the American people, because we can't afford it.
We do that. | |
I don't really give a rip where you come from.
Welcome to our country.
Now, you know, uh get to work like everybody else.
But that sign is pretty interesting.
But uh anyway, there's this this standoff going on between Texas and the Biden administration over control of the park in Eagle Pass where illegal immigrants have simply moved north and continue entering, you know, wherever there's an opening there so they shall be but you got these towns the state of Texas all but shield off sealed off Shelby Park and Eagle Pass and the spot where uh my illegal immigrants were seeking asylum that they've been using for
years to enter and illegal immigrants now have simply moved north to other towns like Normandy and video tweeted by somebody in the media showing a group of illegal immigrants and by the hundreds walking through a ranch totally unchecked near Normandy so they just find another area of entry.
And meanwhile Texas has been empowered the Texas National Guard, etc, they've been empowered by Governor Abbott not to let Biden's border people in the area.
And now they're like, you know, we're ready for a showdown over this White House standing by their statements regarding the illegal drownings in Texas.
Remember they lied about oh they're horse whipping illegal immigrants and it turned out not to be true at all now they're doing it again.
The White House is claiming that the drowning death of three illegal immigrants in the Rio Grande which it had initially linked to a blockade of the area by Texas.
They're blaming Texas no Texas is is trying their very best in spite of all of the obstacles being put up by the Biden administration to protect their borders and protect their citizens.
I mean, you know, for all the people complaining in other states like New York, they don't have a fraction of the problem of what Texas has had to deal with.
Anyway, but Abbott is now, you know, the liberal media wants to blame him for this conflict with Border Patrol.
But with all due respect, the Fifth Circuit, you know, is is frankly, I think, on Texas's side, is.
and that is wiring off an ever greater proportion of the border border the guard is refusing entry to all federal law enforcement to activate duty service members even in an emergency like the potential drowning you know so now they're trying to use the drowning as a means of blaming Texas.
That's just a crock. | |
It's not true. | |
We are following closely.
I mean, what happens in New Hampshire is interesting.
So if, in fact, there's enough people, you know, if these polls hold Donald Trump will win, how many people actually, how many Democrats switch affiliations and vote in the Republican primary to gum up the works?
That is going to be an interesting number to find.
I think that that effort has only gotten stronger and it's been encouraged by you know even
Obama associates like David ploof but I think that there are people that are definitely doing that at the top of the hour we have a great segment with Steven Moore he actually with the committee to unleash prosperity staff have put together a really good executive study that I think is is really worthy of of our time and our interest and you know the bottom line is is that the people that run America the elites you know
they'd live in a bubble of their own and they have isolated themselves off and the different opinions that they have is mind-numbing you know in a time when most Americans have suffered a real loss in take-home pay 74% of elites you know these are these are people you know the top 1% the elites think that they should you know how things should be yeah they think the economy is doing great they say that they're financially better off today
thanks to Biden well they're the only ones six in ten say there's too much individual freedom in America more than two thirds of these elites favor rational rationing vital energy and food sources.
They're the ones with the big yachts and the private jets.
At least don't be a hypocrite about it.
In contrast to the rest of the of America, these elites trust the government to do the right thing most of the time.
We all know better. | |
Social Security, Medicare.
We'll get into all this with Steve Moore.
Two-thirds actually think teachers and other educational professionals should be the ones deciding what children are taught rather than letting parents decide.
They're not the state's children.
They have mothers and fathers that have personal viewpoints and values that they want to instill in their kids for crying out loud.
About half and two and two-thirds favor banning things like SUVs, gas stoves, air conditioning.
How much you want to bet almost all of them have all of that?
And of course, they give Joe Biden an 84% approval rating.
Now, anyway, the American elite defined as people having one postgraduate degree, earning at least $150,000 annually, living in high population density areas, more than 10,000 people per square mile on their zip code, uh, and comparing them to what the average American thinks.
I mean, it is so dramatically different.
It's pretty unreal. | |
Uh anyway, 800 941 Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program.
Uh isn't that nice that Joe Biden to finally realize that what he did by you know, we used to relegate the Hootie rebels for and identify them for who they were.
And that is they're terrorists.
They're proxy terrorists for Iran.
And that's all they've ever been.
And now all of a sudden, Biden makes a U-turn, but it's not as strong as what Donald Trump classified them as.
You know, so after months of all these strikes, you know, and at the will of Iran, you know, Biden says, you know, he took the Hooties off the terrorists in early 2021.
As part of his let's do undo everything that's working that Donald Trump did effort.
How's that working out for you?
Anyway, 800-941 Shauna's on number.
You want to be a part of the program.
If you are a homeowner and you are like me, you gotta you protect your home, but most people have no idea you may have an invisible gap in your home defenses.
What is it? | |
An unprotected title. | |
Everyone's title is online.
In other words, if nobody's watching your title, well, that means your home, your equity are both at risk.
Now, here's how the scam works, as reported by FBI crime stories, and I quote con artists and the cyber thieves, they're gonna pick a house, vacation home, rental property, or the home you live in, and they transfer your online deed of the house into their name.
They obtain the forms using fake IDs, they file the paperwork with proper authorities, and then they own your home.
Once they own your home, well, you they use your home uh to get out loans using the home as collateral, or they sell your home from underneath you.
Be sure to go to Home Titolock.com and get a check of your home's title right now.
They'll send you a complete title scan of your home's title, and they'll give you the first 30 days of triple lock home protection, home title protection free.

All right, so how do the uh elites in America how do they think so differently than the rest of us?
Well, we'll go over that stuff. |
