This is an iHeart podcast.
Coming up next, our final news roundup and information overload hour.
All right, news roundup and information overload hour.
Our toll-free number this day after the Iowa caucuses is 800-941 Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, you remember when Circleback Ken Saki, remember when she said the White House has a reasonable system that will allow Hunter to sell his art without influence peddling?
This is July 22nd, 2021.
Listen to Circleback.
Well, this showing that you're referencing was previously public.
He's not going to have any conversations related to the selling of art.
That will be left to the gallerist, as was outlined in the agreement that we announced just a few weeks ago.
We believe this is a reasonable system that has been established that allows for Hunter Biden to work in his profession within appropriate safeguards.
So he's not going to discuss anything related to the selling of art.
And I would reiterate that the gallerist will be the only person who handles transactions or conversations in that vein and will reject any offer that is out of the ordinary.
John Solomon now joins us.
He's an investigator reporter, editor-in-chief, justthenews.com.
And he's got a huge breaking news story today about what Joe Biden knew and when he knew it.
And apparently this art dealer, the one that said that Hunter knew who 70% of the purchasers were, at least 70%, and that this ethics deal that this ethics plan that they had in place to bifurcate the Bidens from having any knowledge of who the purchasers are that gave Hunter a big ton of money, that he would never know who the people were that were purchasing his art.
Turns out that his sugar brother, this guy, Kevin Morris, was one of them.
But more importantly, Democratic donors were a big part of the people buying this, what I call portraits of a crack addict.
But anyway, in his deposition, the art dealer who sold Hunter's paintings told Congress that President Joe Biden both called and met him at the White House as he was pitching Hunter's artwork and that the first son also made an unusual request to be informed about who bought his pieces, according to testimony that completely undercuts the White House and their narrative about the sales of this Paint by Numbers portraits of a crack dealer.
And the Biden White House repeatedly told the public that these art sales were covered by an ethics agreement that never took place to ensure that they were arm's length away and that the first family included would be blind to the identity of the people that were buying the art.
Now, George Burgess is his name, owner of the prestigious Burgess Art Galleries based out of New York and Berlin.
They're the ones that sold Hunter Biden's paintings from 2020 to 2023, is literally telling congressional impeachment investigators, yeah, the first son likely knew the identity of 70% of the buyers.
The largest were Democratic donors, and that Hunter Biden's first contract made an unusual request when the relationship started.
I believe in the first contract, he said that he was able to know who the buyers were, according to the House Oversight and Judiciary Committee.
We'll have a lot more on this on Hannity tonight, but the person that broke this story wide open, once again, he's been breaking stories on the Biden family syndicate now, left and right, is John Solomon, who graciously always agrees to share his information with us.
This is a big story you broke here, John.
Yeah, I think it is.
And there's a few reasons for it.
It was just a few weeks ago when Joe Biden once again denied that he was meeting with Hunter Biden's business associates, calling it a lie, saying it's not true.
He's maintained this all the way back to 2019, despite the fact that there's overwhelming evidence on the Hunter Biden laptop, in the testimony of Hunter Biden's business partners.
Even James Biden, the president's brother, acknowledges he met with some of the Chinese officials or business partners.
A lot of the dispute goes back to when he was vice president.
This is something that occurred while Joe Biden was president.
So after he won the presidency, Joe Biden had a phone call and a meeting.
He met with the man, George Burgess, who was selling his son's art paintings.
Now, in this full disclosure, Burgess disclosed he's no longer selling them, and he even made a funny remark to Congress saying, that may tell you something, meaning maybe they weren't big sellers.
But Burgess says he got a phone call from the president once, and he attended Hunter Biden's daughter's wedding at the White House, where he had a chance to spend some time with President Biden.
This is in direct contradiction to what the White House has told us.
The White House said, hey, we had a blind agreement, an ethics agreement that blinded the entire family, Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, from knowing anything about the art sales.
Well, if Joe Biden had the cell phone number for George Burgess, he was not blind.
If George Burgess is invited to the White House for a dinner or for a wedding reception where Joe Biden then talks him up, they're not blinded from it.
The third part is George Burgess said there never was such a deal.
I was never contacted by the White House and told, don't tell Hunter Biden anything about the art paintings.
In fact, quite differently, Hunter Biden made a rare request to see he wanted to know the name of every person who was buying his art, something he said no other one of his clients had ever asked for in all of his years of selling art.
So the entire White House story blown up, and Joe Biden is now in contact with a business partner while he's president really moves the story forward.
It really does.
I mean, now, the odd thing is, if you listen to Circleback in the Biden White House at the time, I mean, they were adamant that this, quote, ethics wall had been built.
In fact, there was no such wall at all.
And the art dealer said that there was no such wall.
He never, or at least the art dealer said he never heard of it.
That's exactly right.
And he would have been the one who would have been prohibited from telling Hunter Biden who, if there was a deal, he was supposed to be prohibited from telling Hunter Biden is.
And he says in the first agreement, he was required to tell Hunter Biden who the buyers were.
In the second agreement, that fell out.
He no longer told Hunter Biden.
But by that time, the majority of the art was sold.
And he says, you know, under questioning from the Republicans, as a result of this, 70% of the art sales, the identity of the buyers, Hunter Biden clearly knew.
And he also goes on to say, in identifying the majority of the buyers, they're all Democratic donors.
$875,000 of paintings bought by one guy, Kevin Morris, donor to the Democratic Party, donor to Joe Biden, then becomes lawyer to Hunter Biden.
Why is Hunter Biden's lawyer buying all of his paintings from her?
A large number of the paintings.
Another one, Elizabeth Naftali, a woman who was a donor.
Then she bought one painting.
Then she got an appointment to a federal commission.
Then she bought a second painting, according to George Burgess.
The vast majority of these paintings were being bought by Democratic donors.
And what you see is what we talked about a couple of weeks ago, Sean, when the foreign money shut off, when that spigot shut off, because we broke the stories in 2019 about Joe Biden in Ukraine and Hunter Biden.
All of a sudden, they turned on a different spigot of money so that Hunter Biden could keep living the lifestyle he had.
It all became Democratic donor.
Kevin Morris.
Correct me if my timeline is wrong here, but this is a time when Hunter was going down to Arkansas on a private jet and trying to get his child support payments reduced for the child that he didn't want to recognize that Joe and Jill Biden never recognized until after Maureen Dowd finally humiliated them when the kid was over four years old.
And this is a time that he had massive amounts of money.
He was driving a sports car, living in, what, a $30,000 a month apartment in Malibu or wherever the hell he was living in California.
This guy's paying all this money.
Now, you can't just give people money and I donate a lot of money, so I just happen to know this.
You know, above, I think it's $15,000.
You know, at that point, it becomes a taxable gift.
Now, you can lend people money, but you have to have a signed agreement and you have to have interest that is charged at a specific rate.
Am I not right on that?
And those get struck.
I actually got to see what those agreements look like from documents that FBI and IRS agents had.
18 months after the money started flowing, or at least a year after the money started flowing, they start papering up these cash transactions between Kevin Morris and Hunter Biden as loans, way after the money change stands.
That's one of many things that Congress is now investigating about.
You mentioned something about the fact that he was in the Arkansas court.
James Comer told me last week, they're going to try to get all the financial records that Hunter Biden turned over to the court in Arkansas in that case to further their investigation in Congress.
Why is that important?
At one point in the court case, there is an open hearing.
I went and got the transcript for it recently.
And the judge is very dubious of why these Democratic donors are loaning so much money to Hunter Biden, why they're buying all the paintings.
And Abby Lowell says, oh, it's just friendship.
And the lawyer dismisses that saying, you know what?
I don't think it's friendship.
I think it's something more than that.
We're not that stupid.
I'm ordering you to turn over all the information and do further exploration.
It's at that point, right after the judge makes that comment, that Hunter Biden makes a rushed effort to settle that case.
He didn't want the judge and the Arkansas baby, the mother of the baby, to have the ability to dig further into why are all these Democrats helping Hunter Biden?
Congress is going to do that work now.
That's what James Comer told us late last week.
It's pretty unbelievable.
Now, my understanding is, too, that there's going to be a lot of activity coming out of the House Oversight Committee, Judiciary Committees, and House Ways and Means Committee this week.
Do you have any preview of what's coming?
Oh, there's lots of witnesses coming in, but I think I'm going to put a bullseye around one new thing that a lot of people probably aren't thinking about.
Devin Archer has secured all of the documents that used to be on his computers when he worked for Hunter Biden before he was arrested for the fraud, the tribal fraud case that Devin Archer, former business partner, has been sentenced to prison for.
He's been convicted.
The FBI sees all of these documents.
They're frozen in time.
They cover all of the conversations and business transactions that Devin Archer was doing.
These documents were in a legal storage company.
Devin Archer has finally obtained them back, and Congress is working to get a hold of them.
Why are they important?
They may include documents that are either deleted or were never on the Hunter Biden laptop.
They could fill in some very important gaps.
They could also refresh Devin Archer's recollection for another round of testimony.
I keep a very close eye on this.
This is a big development, a new tranche of evidence.
We'll have to see what's in it.
But Devin Archer has already given some pretty devastating testimony.
By the way, his testimony matches George Burgess.
Joe Biden is always calling and meeting with Hunter Biden's business associates.
That's what Devin Archer first told us.
These new documents could be a very critical piece of new evidence.
I'm also hearing that what Devin Archer said before he actually gave his deposition was much more harsh than what he said in the deposition.
And that's a little odd to me because he did reveal a lot.
You know, he talked about Joe Biden being the big guy.
He talked about all the phone calls with Joe and Hunter and foreign business partners, at least 20 that he knew of.
That's a big number.
There may be many, many more calls.
I'm not sure if he was the first to reveal that there are actual meetings with Hunter's business partners at Cafe Milano and elsewhere.
So it sounds like he has a lot more to offer these committees, and I'm not exactly sure how they're going to get it out of them.
Well, listen, I think there could be some documents or new testimony that comes forward about Hunter Biden's contacts with the State Department.
We saw recently one of the lawyers who was working with Hunter Biden to make all those criminal investigations of Burisma to go away in Ukraine.
He belatedly, we're talking eight years, seven years later, he filed a foreign agent registration act filing saying, I was doing foreign lobbying.
I needed to report this.
And he belatedly reported that.
Well, one of the things we know that that operation was doing was having contacts at the State Department.
In the middle of those contacts, Hunter Biden had a contact with then the Deputy Secretary of State, now the Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken.
What did Devin Archer know about that?
Does he have any documents to describe what went on there?
Blinken has always dismissed the meetings as, oh, that we were just talking about Bo Biden's death.
That's all it was really about.
It was a lunch.
I'm sure there was a lot more discussed.
I believe that's the sort of stuff that Devin Archer could be asked about in a second go-round of interviews and if these documents are secured by Congress.
All right, let me ask you this final question.
Where do you see this now ending?
It's going to end with Joe Biden.
It has always been about Joe Biden at the end of the day.
We now know he changed U.S. policy when he leveraged a billion dollars to fire or force the firing of the Ukraine prosecutor.
We got those documents last fall.
We know that he was meeting with business partners.
We know he's now meeting with the art dealer.
We know he received some money that came from China and wound its way through the family accounts until he got $40,000 of it.
This has always been about Joe Biden.
And the truth, what we now know from the facts and evidence in the record now is Joe Biden has never told the truth to the American people about this relationship.
It's going to end with him.
What did he know?
When did he know it?
How much did he benefit?
And how many other times did he facilitate his son's meetings beyond the three dozen instances that I've documented where he was helping his son's business partners?
How many other times?
That's where it's going to be.
Joe Biden is going to become the center.
Hunter Biden's travails are going to fade into the distance, and it's going to be about Joe Biden.
We're going to have a lot more on this tonight on Hannity as well as results from Iowa and what it means.
Justthennews.com, editor-in-chief, investigative reporter John Solomon.
As always, thank you, sir.
Great work, as usual.
Thank you.
I-25 to the top of the hour.
We'll get to your calls here coming up.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
All right, it's 2024.
So many of you are trying to get your finances in order.
These are tough economic times.
I have some great news for homeowners.
Interest rates now have dropped and are now in the fives, which, by the way, is a lot lower than where they were last year.
If you have been buried in high interest credit card debt, now is the time to break free.
American Financing, they can help you access the cash that's in your home to pay off your high-interest debt.
Now, last year, their mortgage consultants helped customers literally save an average of $854 a month.
That's the difference between being in the red and being in the black.
That's like giving yourself a $10,000 raise.
Not a bad way to start off the new year.
If you start today, you may be able to even delay two mortgage payments.
Anyway, call our friends, free consultation, the mortgage experts, American Financing, 866-615-9200.
Again, no obligation at all.
866-615-9200.
And they are on the web, AmericanFinancing.net.
American Financing, NMLS, 182-334, NMLS ConsumerAccess.org.
All right, Chris, California, next, Sean Hannity Show.
Chris, how are you?
And glad you called, sir.
Sean, thank you for having me.
I'm a first-time caller and been listening to you for a long, long time.
Thank you, sir, for listening.
I can't do this show without you, and you're the best.
Sean, I'm a retired Air Force captain.
The reason I called is our squadron, the 43rd TAC Fighter Wing, was F-111s that flew over to Libya.
And I worked for Ronald Reagan back in the day.
And when I listen to your show, it seems like almost every night I hear you say, and it just infuriates me about Joe Biden and his lack of kit for tat.
You attacked us.
We attacked you.
We handle our stuff.
And that's why I really liked working for Ronald Reagan.
When those terrorists bombed that dance place and they killed some of our troops back in the day, we were on call immediately.
We went to England and we flew over there.
We handled it immediately.
And with the intention that if it happened again, it would happen immediately again.
And I just don't get that fluffy feeling from Joe.
It's like, how many times?
I don't get it at all.
I mean, you know, we had 200 attacks against our troops in Iraq and Syria.
And what was his response?
Oh, gee, he fired two missiles at two warehouses that were empty.
You know, big breaking news.
And I was skeptical when I reported it on TV.
I even said, I'll believe it when I see the result.
Great Britain and the United States have partnered to attack the Houdi rebels that have been disrupting, you know, international waterways and shipping, et cetera, in the Red Sea.
And I'm like, okay, let's find out what they actually did.
They killed five people.
They didn't do a thing.
And what happened yesterday?
The Houdi rebels are firing on our Navy, and Joe's not doing a thing.
And, you know, China can fly a spy balloon.
China can, you know, inflict the world with COVID.
China can practice unfair trade practices.
No repercussions at all.
Intellectual property theft.
They can threaten our fighter jets in international airspace, our Navy at international waters.
And Joe doesn't lift a finger.
You know, Putin can invade Ukraine, and Joe just says, oh, it's not likely that they're going to invade.
They've got their whole freaking army on the border of Ukraine.
Are you that stupid?
And now we hear that Joe Biden hung up on BB Netanyahu, just hung up on him because BB, after the worst terror attack in Israel's history, if you extrapolate population out, it would be the equivalent of 40,000 dead Americans in a day.
And all Joe's been doing behind the scenes is pressuring him to stop fighting and winning the war against those people that fire tens of thousands of rockets into Israel.
I mean, no, his answer should be go win the war.
We support your ability to be free and not be under assault and attack and having innocent people murdered, raped, beheaded, and killed.
I mean, it is beyond frustrating to me, but that is what weakness is.
And that embodies pretty much everything Joe Biden stands for.
And I also think he's compromised.
I mean, we had John Solomon on.
I mean, if you don't see that this guy's compromised with China and Russia and the family's compromise with China and Russia and Ukraine and Kazakhstan, you're a partisan hack.
I mean, that's all it really comes down to.
And the media has protected them the whole way.
The Teddy Roosevelt thing, I saw it the other day, and my brother and me started laughing.
Was it carry a big stick?
We should show it.
Walk softly, carry a big stick.
Yes, sir.
Absolutely.
And you know what?
Don't just show it.
Use it.
Listen, Reagan taught us peace through strength.
You know, his whole staff, it's interesting if you go back and you look at the history of Reagan.
And when he spoke at the Berlin Wall, his entire staff would take out the line, well, Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall.
And they wanted that line out.
And every time they'd take it out, Reagan said, no, I'm keeping it in.
And then he did it.
And guess what?
As a result, Reagan built up our military.
If you think back, you know, when he became president, he talked about our military having a huge gap of vulnerability and that our military had to be rebuilt or else we would not be the dominant military force on earth.
He built a 600-ship Navy, built up every other military service.
And by the time he left, he was able to bankrupt the Soviet Union.
They couldn't keep up.
And that resulted in that wall coming, you know, tumbling down.
I know because I was on radio at the time and I covered it.
And so, you know, that was history in the making.
And that is the whole concept of peace through strength.
Say what you will about Donald Trump.
Donald Trump was on this program yesterday.
What did he say?
He was very clear.
He told the story that when he even was contemplating the withdrawal from Afghanistan, which under Joe Biden became an unmitigated disaster, he called the head of the Taliban.
Oh, you can't talk to the head of the Taliban.
Well, yeah, he did.
And in the middle of the conversation, you know, he either texted over, faxed over, somehow communicated to the guy.
Why are you sending me a picture of my house?
The head of the Taliban said.
Well, he sent him a picture of his house to say, basically, if you don't listen and follow every dotted I and cross T that I tell you to follow, then I'm going to blow you to smithereens because I know where you are right at this moment.
I could take you out right now.
That was the message.
Now, I have other sources that have told me other stories about his handling of Vladimir Putin and the likes of President Qi and the likes of Kim Jong-un.
People criticized him for meeting with Kim Jong-un.
What did he give Kim Jong-un?
Nothing.
He gave him his time.
What did we get back?
We got back remains of Americans from the Korean war for crying out loud that we hadn't been able to get in decades.
And he got Kim Jong-un, little rocket man, to stop firing rockets all the time.
And, you know, he did it by talking to the guy and reaching out to the guy and forging a relationship with the guy.
You know, the stories that my sources have told me about his relationship with Putin.
I mean, the things that Donald Trump, I am told, told Putin would raise the hair on the back of your neck.
And you would think that no American president would ever dare say that to somebody as powerful as a guy like Putin.
But he said it.
You know, he tells a story about, you know, being, you know, with President Xi.
He talked the same way to President Xi.
People, one, probably thought he was a little crazy, but two, in the back of their mind, said, I think he'd do it.
Give you the last word.
Absolutely.
You know, I love listening to you, Sean, because the way you are with the military people and the veterans.
It's people, veterans before me, after me, current right now that are out there putting their life on the line that are trying to protect our democracy.
I pray to the Lord above that Mr. Trump can get re-elected and in four years get us back on the tracks and get us where we need to be because I'm scared.
And that's a big word.
A lot of Americans.
I'm not a person that lives my life in fear, but I will tell you, I am more concerned than I've ever been.
And I started my radio journey in 1987.
I'm more concerned about the state of our country and the state of the world than I've ever been.
Anyway, you know, as a matter of fact, let's take a trip down memory lane.
Let's play Reagan and then we'll compare it to Joe Biden.
General Secretary Gorbachev, if you seek peace, if you seek prosperity for the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, if you seek liberalization, come here to this gate.
Mr. Gorbachev, open this gate.
Mr. Gorbachev, Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall.
The political coverage.
Look some of the political players and some of the let me ask a rhetorical question.
No, anyway.
Wow.
You got a guy that can't utter two sentences together, you know, and think of the power of Reagan or think of Donald Trump just on this radio show yesterday.
Pretty unbelievable, the comparison.
800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
All right, before we get to our calls, let's go back.
The other candidates spoke out last night, Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley, and Vivek Ramaswamy, and let's play their comments.
We love you too.
They threw everything but the kitchen sink at us.
They spent almost $50 million attacking us.
No one's faced that much all the way just through Iowa.
The media was against us.
They were writing our obituary months ago.
They even called the election before people even got a chance to vote.
But they were just so excited about the fact that they were predicting that we wouldn't be able to get our ticket punched here out of Iowa.
But I can tell you, because of your support, in spite of all of that that they threw at us, everyone against us, we've got our ticket punched out of Iowa.
When you look at how we're doing in New Hampshire, in South Carolina, in the audience, I can safely say tonight, Iowa made this Republican primary a two-person race.
And I wanted to make a couple of announcements tonight to get the business out of the way.
And then I want to tell you where we're going.
As of this moment, we are going to suspend this presidential campaign.
And this is going to have to be, there is no path for me to be the next president, absent things that we don't want to see happen in this country.
And I think that I am very worried for our country.
That was all in the aftermath of last night.
All right, Taylor is in Long Island, New York.
Taylor, you're on the Sean Hannity show.
We only got about a minute, but it's all yours, minute and a half.
How are you, sir?
Well, it could be, it could be less because I'm this is my first time actually getting through.
And I'm glad you got through.
How are you?
You're holding down my old fort.
I'm nervous, so bear with me.
I just want to let you know that I'm a 27-year-old person that listens to your show.
And thank you.
I don't understand politics fully, always, especially because different things are being said, like from one example station I've listened to.
And then if I listen to you, something else, you know, so it gets confusing.
But a lot of times when I'm listening to you, honestly, it makes sense to me the way you describe things about the different candidates.
Well, let me ask you about your own life.
Do you think the economy in this country is in good shape?
No, 100%.
No.
I'm just going to ask you: all right, do you think Joe Biden is cognitively compromised?
Yes.
Do you think that America needs to be stronger both at home and abroad?
Yes, 100%.
Okay.
Let me tell you something.
Keep listening.
By the way, thank you for listening.
Keep listening.
And I'm going to tell you what's going to happen.
It's funny because I talk about this with my son all the time.
He's 25.
A male brain is not fully evolved until it's 25.
So you're still kind of in the end stages of evolution here.
And I say that to my son all the time, too.
And I'll just tell you this: that eventually, you know, the adage of Winston Churchill: if you're 20 and not a liberal, you don't have a heart.
If you're 40 and not a conservative, you don't have a brain.
And once you live enough of life and you see that government has mismanaged your money and they bankrupted Social Security and Medicare and the promises of Obamacare have failed, the promises on education have failed.
Even simple issues where you live of safety and security and law and order, they have failed spectacularly there.
You're going to realize government, limited government is better, you know, and you're going to realize that you're a conservative because you're already a thinking young man.
And I would just urge you to keep on your path.
Don't let anyone deter you.
Make your own decisions.
And you know what?
I would say in three years from now, you're going to call me and say, wow, I really am a conservative.
But I appreciate you listening, and I really do.
Call back again when we have more time.
All right, that's going to wrap things up for today.
Hannity tonight, the aftermath.
What does it mean?
The largest win ever by any Republican candidate in the Iowa caucus history.
Literally, just a landslide by Donald Trump.
What does this mean for the Republican primary?
We've got full, complete analysis.
Ted Cruz, Mike Huckabee, John Solomon with the investigative report.
Joe Biden knew darn well what was being sold in terms of Hunter's art.
We'll blow that wide open.
We'll get also reaction from James Comer on the House Oversight Committee.
We'll look at the world situation in terms of national security.
It's dire with Mike Pompeo and Dennis Miller.
Miller time tonight.
Hannity, 9 Eastern on Fox News.
We'll see you tonight.
Back here tomorrow.
