Harvard President Claudine Gay was released from her post recently because of accusations of plagiarism. Now, the left is talking about plagiarism as "the new weapon of the right!" This is simple... act unethically, get fired... it's not any more complicated than that! Sean reminds audiences that President Gay is not a victim. They've been through a rough time with pandemic, but now we're coming back.
They're back.
Final NBC poll had him at just 40% approval, 57% disapproval.
That's the lowest.
That's the lowest in an NBC poll for an incumbent facing a re-election here.
Freedom is back in style.
Welcome to the revolution.
Yeah, we are coming.

I'm just gonna be blunt, I'm just gonna be honest, and I and and we'll get into more detail into this whole Jeffrey Epstein document dump from yesterday.
And I don't know what to think about a lot of it.
I just don't.
Now, Arthur Idala, who is representing the appeal for uh uh just Lane uh Maxwell is gonna join us later in the program today, but he also has represented Alan Derschwitz.
Now Alan Dershowitz for the longest time was listed and accused by by one of the women involved with Jeffrey Epstein of having sexual contact with this woman.
He v he just vehemently was denying it publicly again and again and again and threatening to sue.
And it got to the point where the woman finally recanted and said, I I think I've made a mistake here in the case of Alan Dershowitz, although that part of the story never gets told.
Now, you know, when I see these creepy pictures of either Prince Andrew with their arms around these young women, I mean like really around them, uh, or you know, Bill Clinton.
How you doing, Hannity?
It's good to talk to you.
You know, getting a back rub from a girl that looks like she's 22 years old.
Uh it just looks creepy to me.
Um about all the other names, I don't know.
Uh we'll get some of the we'll get some of Arthur's take on it later in the program.
He knows a lot more about it than anybody else.
Uh but it certainly is a horrible look.
And this guy Jeffrey Epstein was just an enigma.
He's a mystery to so many people.
Nobody knew how he made his money.
Nobody knew what he a lot of people that even I guess hung out with him did not know this side of him to the extent that other people did.
I just, you know, how do you know?
How do you when you when there's an allegation made?
How do you know which person is telling the truth?
It gets very complicated.
Um, yeah, there's certain people off the top of my head that I would think, uh, yeah, this uh looks really bad, and especially the ones that you know have pictures associated with them.
Anyway, we'll hit that later in the program.
I I'm I'm now officially angry at what's happened with this president of Havid, uh, Claudine Gay and this New York Times letter that she put out, and calling this whole thing a campaign that's coordinated, these efforts to attack her.
Uh, what just happened at Harvard is bigger than me.
She explains in all of this.
As I depart, I must offer a few words of warning.
The campaign against me was more uh about more than one university and one leader.
This was merely a single skirmish in a broader war to unravel public faith and pillars of American society.
Campaigns of this kind of start with attacks on education and expertise because you know, these are the tools that best equip communities to see through propaganda.
But such campaigns don't end there.
She goes on, trusted institutions of all types, public health agencies to news organizations, will continue to fall victim to coordinated attempts to undermine their legitimacy and ruin their leaders' credibility and for the opportunist driving cynicism about our institutions, no single victory or toppled leader exhausts their zeal.
You know, and then she she blasted the obsessive secure uh scrutiny of her writing.
She's accused of over what, fifty times fifty occasions of outright plagiarism, which would get any student thrown out of any college in America.
Carol Swain, whose work apparently she believes was lifted from Harwey out on the program.
She didn't like it.
And then, of course, it's the latest cry of racism.
And this ouster here, you know, demands for academic standards, moral decency to, you know, add this to the left's, you know, list of racist sins, because in truth, it's just these such demand, these voices of the left that forced her resignation.
She doesn't take any responsibility at all whatsoever.
And then they go on to talk about, you know, something that I to this minute can't even wrap my mind around, and how plagiarism is a new tool of the conservative right.
What the hell is she talking about?
What are they all talking about here?
You know, but anyway, in a since deleted post on X, anyway, BBC called Gay, you know, a casualty of the campus culture.
And, you know, another president posting that attacks against Claudine Gay have been unrelenting and the biases are unmasked.
You have Cornell West singling out three Jewish people by name, the same figures, the same forces enabling the ethnic cleansing and genocide attacks on Palestinians in Gaza, Bill Ackman, uh, Edward Blum, Lawrence Summers, and others pushing out the first black woman president of Harvard, you know, gay herself, racism, and continuing to paint herself as a victim.
Why is she painting herself as a victim?
Why is Gay painting herself as a victim here?
She wasn't a victim.
She failed to cite sources for her work.
If there's anything troubling in all of this to me, it's the fact that she got fired, probably in combination of the horrible appearance before Congress and Elise Stefanik, along with the plagiarism charges.
Had they not been the plagiarism charges on top of the poor performance before Congress and the moral relativity that she showed, it depends on the context of whether or not what what people were doing and saying on Harvard University's campus after the terrorist attacks on October the 7th.
Um I gotta tell you something.
This this is a little bit scary.
And you know, where they're gonna go from here, I don't know.
Usual suspects claiming arouster was a coordinated race racist attack.
Well, it's not going over very well.
Because that's not why she got fired.
It was her answer that got her fired.
And if you accused of plagiarism and she admitted that she went back and corrected some of her past work, then excuse me, that would get any student at most universities in this country expelled from school for plagiarizing.
He's just not allowed to do it.
It's got to be your own work.
You don't get to go back and revise and extend your remarks as apparently she's claiming that she did.
And then we have the example of the media mob.
I mean, things get worse there.
The Associated Press, well, they didn't commit plagiarism, but they stuck with their tried and true framing this week of this article, and they uh updated and and about Claudine Gay.
And anyway, an article written by AP reporters found that multiple shortcomings in gay's academic citations and duplicative duplicative language, and despite the fact that American higher education has long viewed plagiarism as a cardinal skin.
The problem here is that it wasn't peers who noticed gay's violation, but her political foes.
Many academics were troubled with the how the new plagiarism came to light, they go on to say, and then they go on to talk about social justice, and then they go on to attack conservatives over using plagiarism as a weapon to target innocent people.
It's she's not a target in this particular case.
This article, by the way, in this allegation, conservatives, the new conservative weapon against college uh campuses is plagiarism.
No, most academics actually do their own work or they give attribution to the work of others.
Al Sharpton blasted for calling Harvard's president's uh resignation an attack on every black woman.
But anyway, apparently that's what he he claimed.
You know, almost every time Al Sharpton speaks, you got to get angry and you gotta say why.
And then why the where is all this virulent anti-Semitism coming from?
It's pretty unbelievable.
Um, all right, so when I came back on Tuesday, I said anybody that is telling you they know how this year is going to play out politically is just frankly guessing.
They're probably just hoping they guess right.
Because I don't think anybody at this moment can even tell you that Joe Biden is going to be on the ticket for the Democratic Party.
I don't think anybody can say that with any any high degree of confidence.
Uh, I think the possibility of Joe Biden being one fall away from being taken off the ticket is very real.
One really awful, horrible cognitive, you know, moment can also raise a lot of eyebrows, and it might then inspire the apparatchic that is the Democratic Party, you know, insiders to finally come up with a plan to get Joe replaced.
So far it seems that Joe's been pretty resistant to that.
And then there's probably plan B, which is to, you know, leapfrog over Kamu Harris as vice president, who would probably be the natural successor if Joe Biden got off the ticket and look for, you know, person number three.
Now, a lot of people have speculated that might end up being Michelle Obama.
I see no indication at all that she'd be willing to do that or would want to do that.
As a matter of fact, my read on her is she probably will want nothing to do with it.
You know, then of course the issue comes up about Gavin Newsom.
Now the question is if Gavin Newsom, you know, is their candidate, does he do better than Joe Biden?
Well, he's certainly more articulate than Joe Biden.
Now, then you have to look at the policies of California and the mass exodus out of California and their recently adopted law free health care for illegal immigrants and their sanctuary state status and their homeless crisis out of control and the highest taxes in the country, and you got to ask yourself, do you want California to become national policy?
But you know, anybody that says they know for certain doesn't know what they're talking about.
But the one thing I did predict on Tuesday that will be proven right, and we see now, you know, day one of this is Biden is gonna go out there and call Donald J. Trump in his words, not mine, a danger to democracy, whose plan is to dismantle the U.S. That'll be his first major campaign speech on January 6th.
Okay, what did I say they were going to do?
They want to talk about Trump Trump Trump, January 6th, January 6th, January 6th, and they want to demagogue the issue of abortion.
And then you go back to the normal playbook that every Democrat uses every election year.
And that playbook is simply that Republicans are racist and sexist and homophobic and xenophobic and Islamophobic, now transphobic, you can add to the list.
They want dirty air and water.
They want to poison the earth, and they want grandma and grandpa to die eating dog and cat food.
That's what it's going to be.
That the one thing they don't want to talk about that they can't talk about under any circumstances is Joe Biden's failed record.
Now, Republicans rightly and wisely went down to the border yesterday.
The border is an unmitigated mess.
It is a national security threat.
It is a clear and present danger.
I've been pointing out, you know, it seems a little odd on the surface, doesn't it, that you have people showing up from Iran, the number one state sponsor of terror, people showing up from Syria, hundreds and hundreds of them in both those countries.
Why are they showing up at our southern border?
Why are, you know, Egypt is the home of the Muslim Brotherhood?
Why over 3,400 people at that we know of uh from Egypt at our southern border?
Is it that they want a better life?
Do we have to suspect that maybe some people have nefarious intentions?
What about Afghanistan?
Why are we taking in over 6,000 people unvetted from Afghanistan?
That would be the home of Al Qaeda that made a very specific threat against New York in just the last, you know, number of days.
And then why are we taking in 12,000 plus from Russia and 26,000 plus from China?
China, our number one geopolitical foe, Putin, Russia, number two.
Why we do why would we do that?
What is the purpose behind that?
Why is Joe Biden deciding per why is he consciously making the decision not to enforce the laws of the land?
He actually claimed today, well, we need more money to do it.
No, because what he inherited was working.
And that is what he dismantled.
They stopped building the wall.
They ended the stay in Mexico policies that were working, and now as a result, you know, eight and a half million illegal, unvetted illegal Joe Biden immigrants are in the country.
Do I think this is going to be a big deal for the election?
Yeah, I do.
And if one of these illegal immigrants, kind of like the guy with the machete at the Capitol that was an illegal immigrant that they had released because of Biden leniency, you know, if some terror attack happens by somebody that he allowed into this country, they'll have blood on their hands.
They will be responsible for this by not enforcing our law, and even worse, aiding and abetting in the law breaking and giving free health care to, and forcing states to provide housing and education and health care.
This country with 34 trillion dollars in debt, we can't afford it.
Hey there.

What I told people, I was making a podcast about Benghazi.
Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked why.
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word.
One that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith, political warfare, and frankly, bullshit.
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up.

As we continue 800-941-SHAWN, our number, you want to be a part of the program.
Uh, by the way, our new governor, Ron DeSantis is going to join us later in the program today.
Looking forward to, uh, speaking with him.
I got a nice note from Senator Rubio, Congratulations from Senator Rick Scott and Governor DeSantis.
For the first time, I'm not a political orphan.
Linda, you can testify to this fact.
Remember, what was Andrew Cuomo?
He famously said, They are not New Yorkers.
In not New Yorkers, they want pro assault weapon.
They're anti-gay.
I'm not anti anything.
That's a lie.
Uh their problem is not me and the Democrats.
Their problem is themselves.
Who are they?
Are they these extreme conservatives who are right to life?
Uh pro assault weapon.
Anti-gay.
Is that who they are?
Because if that's who they are, and if they are the extreme conservatives, they have no place in the state of New York.
Cause that's not who New Yorkers are.
No, I believe in the right to life.
I believe in the second amendment.
I'm pro second amendment.
I'm not against anybody.
And make no disparaging comments against people's lifestyle choices.
But I'm not wanted in New York.
Okay.
I pack my bags.
I'm out.
Goodbye.
25 now to the top of the hour.
800 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Um, not sure if you make New Year's resolutions or not, but here's something that's a great idea all year round.
And if you've not done this, you need to get your whole family involved because they're all going to benefit from it.
And it's simple.
You just go to a website.
It's legacybox.com/slash Hannity, and you have everyone in your family go through their garage and their closets and their attic and their basement and find all the old family photos, even negatives, and find their even real-to-real films that the family may have, uh, VHS tapes they may have, camcorder tapes that they may have, and you put it all in your legacy box.
And now's the perfect time to do it because you'll save 50% off for the New Year's sale by going to legacybox.com/slash Hannity.
Now, what does that mean?
They will hand digitize all of your family memories and they will preserve it in in perpetuity.
And that means generations from now.
That means your ancestors, if you will, or or future or the pe your future ancestors, you know, will be looking back.
They'll know what you look like.
They know what you sound like.
And I would find that fascinating.
I'd love to know what my great great great great-great grandparents look like, how they spoke, or in the process, you know, maybe you're gonna pick up videos from mom and dad who passed away, or grandma and grandpa that passed away, and you get to see them again and hear them again, and and those memories will be forever preserved, and they'll send you back your original copies, they'll send you either you know, a thumb drive or DVD, or they'll put it up on the cloud for you, and you'll have it for you know, forever.
It's such a great idea.
I wish I thought of those company.
Anyway, legacybox.com/slash Hannity.
Do it at your convenience, but right now you get 50% off preserving your family's past for yourself for today and for future generations.
Um we really have not done a deep enough dive into this issue of Colorado and Maine.
Uh we now have news today that President Trump and his attorneys are they're now asking the Supreme Court to keep him on the ballot, in this case in Colorado, officially challenging the Colorado Supreme Court ruling that disqualifies him from even appearing on the presidential ballot and the state Supreme Court ruling last month that under the you know clause three of the fourteenth amendment, it is not applicable that Trump can't appear on the ballot because he engaged in insurrection.
Now, let's just start with the most fundamental part of this.
He's not even been charged with insurrection.
And there is a crime of insurrection.
The president never mind convicted of anything resembling insurrection.
So, you know, how is it even possible that supposedly smart legal experts and professors can take the position that this is somehow constitutional when it is so clearly not constitutional.
And you know, Jonathan Turley had a great column in the New York Post today about this.
He's now warning about this democratic ploy.
This is just the latest attempt to ban Donald Trump from the ballot.
And frankly, it's only the tip of the iceberg, and he points out rightly so, because as the decisions disqualifying former President Trump from the 2024 election work their way through the courts.
We have a new filing, by the way, in Pennsylvania seeking the same ballot cleansing, and they're trying to bar Republican Representative Scott Perry, Congressman Perry, uh, from that state.
And in what is what now the latest effort targeting congressional candidates as Democrats now seek to bar their opponents as insurrectionists for daring to question the election of President Biden.
By the way, the same thing Hillary Clinton did in questioning the legitimacy of the results when she lost in 2016, or the same thing that Stacey Abrams did, or the same thing that any number of candidates have done over the years.
Anyway, former congressional candidate Gene Stilp, who's made headlines for burning MAGA flags with swastickers outside of courthouses, filed this particular challenge and in Pennsylvania using the 14th Amendment to try and disqualify candidates like Perry.
You know, well, I guess that would be consistent with, you know, this guy's signature flag burning stunts.
But what's chilling is how Many people actually support these efforts, including Democratic officeholders, like what happened in Maine with their Secretary of State and the dozens of members of Congress that have come out in support of this.
Congressman Bill Pascal, New Jersey, sought to bar 126 members of Congress under the same theory for challenging the election before January 6, 2021.
And we saw the same thing from Congresswoman Corey Bush.
He tried to disqualify members and got 63 co-sponsors, all Democrats, including the squad members like AOC and Jamal, I love to pull pull the fire alarm Bowman and other squad members, Congresswoman Omar and Congresswoman Taleb of Michigan.
Nancy Pelosi, Dick Durbin praised the effort of then Barbara Boxer, Senator from California, organizing to challenge the certification of George Bush in 2004 with his re-election.
The January 6th committee head Benny Thompson voted to challenge Bush's certification in the House.
The very things they're so angry about, the very things they themselves are guilty of.
Yeah, in North Carolina, apparently just banning Joe Biden's challengers from the ballot is now the go-to strategy because Biden's not going to have any Democratic competitors in North Carolina in their primary election there.
That'll make him the only Democratic candidate for president in the state of North Carolina.
Why?
Because the North Carolina State Board of Elections voted 5-0 yesterday to honor the North Carolina Democratic Party's request to have Biden alone on the ballot in the primary.
Well, why is that?
If there are other Democrats that are running, why do you just ban them?
Why not let the people decide?
You know, what are they afraid of here?
If they don't like Donald Trump and they think he's so bad, go out and make the case to the American people and try and convince them of that.
And maybe their fear is they don't think they can convince people of that.
We've got to just stand back and marvel at all conventional political gravity that would normally apply to a presidential candidate does not apply to Donald Trump.
And the American people now, you know, going back to Russia, Russia, Russia, and three years of lies and peddled conspiracy theories, you know, leading up to all of this, you know, has resulted in people basically they they have made Donald Trump, they've done the impossible.
A fighter like Donald Trump, they've turned into a sympathetic figure.
And Americans sense the fundamental unfairness of all of this.
And they also see the double standard.
You know, we're going after Donald Trump and his family for running a business, and meanwhile, you know, the media pretty much has ignored the Biden family syndicate.
They've ignored Joe Biden's official actions as vice president and leveraging taxpayer dollars that resulted in his son with no experience, addicted to drugs at the time, making millions of dollars.
Well, we have a report on that today.
I'll get to that later in the program today.
You know, Hunter Biden apparently is filming, by the way, a top secret documentary with his Hollywood, you know, power player or what they call Sugar Brother.
Anyway, the the guy that I guess Kevin Morris, a Hollywood lawyer, apparently made a fortune from South Park in a TV deal.
Anyway, dubbed by some as Hunter's Sugar Brother, after he reportedly paid off the 2.8 million dollars of Hunter's tax bill in an attempt to placate prosecutors.
Hunter Biden received a staggering 4.9 million, according to reports from this guy.
An IRS whistleblower claimed that in December to help cover Biden's housing, legal fees, car payments, payments to advisors, most of which came in October of 2021.
The whistleblower testimony said that the 2020 loan carries interest and forces Biden to pay it back by 2025.
Maybe part of the strategy to make some of that money back is this documentary.
I don't know.
I mean, this guy would have to talk about it for us to get to know.
By the way, Just the News.com and John Solomon reporting today, the former FBI intelligence chief is saying that a defensive briefing was likely, and he fears that Joe Biden uh chose his son's interest over national policy.
Because apparently we're now discovering the FBI conducted Pfizer Surveillance on one of Hunter's Chinese business partners, while other federal prosecutors secured evidence that a second Chinese associate of the first family The Sean Hannity Show already in progress.
A letter started with the West Wing playbook.
Seventeen current Biden campaign staffers called directly on the president to push for a permanent ceasefire in this conflict.
I I'm not sure where they're lacking moral clarity in who the victim is here.
I'm not sure why they're so ignorant of the fact that rockets have been fired into Israel, tens of thousands of them over the years, and at some point, you know, the Iron Dome, as effective as it is, may not be so effective in protecting the small country of Israel, which is a country about the size of New Jersey.
But anyway, this is now getting, you know, you have a second Biden administration official actually resigning over the president's response to Gaza.
Uh, but anyway, the the appointee of a Biden administration appointee Tariq Abash is the second official who's first known to be of Palestinian origin to resign in protest over the U.S. war response.
You have an anonymous Biden campaign staffer accusing their own candidate of complicity in the deaths of 20,000 Palestinians in a scathing letter.
There's no evidence that there are 20,000 deaths.
And any deaths that happen to the people in Gaza would be the result of Hamas's terror attack and Hamas using human shields and not allowing innocent people in Gaza to get out.
And they've been told to get out.
They were warned to get out before the conflict ever began.
But you now have an uprising inside Biden's ranks.
And you know, how widespread that eventually gets, I don't know.
But it's certainly intriguing to watch as, you know, the Biden campaign is not exactly starting off the year with great poll numbers.
As a matter of fact, we went over those on Tuesday, the worst poll numbers for any incumbent presidential candidate uh in the modern presidential era.
Um the economy still not looking good, employers uh uh that finish the year with far fewer open positions.
So, in other words, the job hiring spree looks like that's coming to a screeching halt.
The billions of dollars that Biden and the new Green Deal climate alarmists religious cult have been pushing on us, keeps going bankrupt.
We have the latest example is global energy developers, Ecuador and BP announced Wednesday they're canceling the contract for a massive wind project slated for construction off the coast of New York.
Now they've been spending all these billions of dollars just like Solindra with no results at all.
And one after another, they're falling like dominoes because they don't have the technology to support it.
Just like Americans are rejecting electric vehicles left and right, but they're still trying to force it on people anyway.
You have the inspector general came out with a report casting doubt on the electric bus uh program of Biden as delays they say could quote last years.
Uh why are they forcing municipalities to buy buses that they don't want?
What part of Ford losing four point five billion dollars last year on their electric vehicle program are they not understanding?
You know, what part of dealers' lots that are just filled with electric vehicles they can't sell are they not understanding also?
By the way, I'm not against electric vehicles.
If you want one, go buy one.
I believe in freedom, but I prefer gas-powered car.
That's my personal choice.
I tried a hybrid once, an escalate hybrid.
It was okay, but it wasn't great.

Anyway, 800 941 Shauna's on number if you want to be a part of the program.
But I'll tell you this.
You know, you look at all these issues, law and order, you look at taxes, you look at Bidenomics, you look at the world situation, you look at what's happening in Europe, you look at what Vladimir Putin, you look at China, the threat of taking over Taiwan.
You look at all the aggressive actions against our military, our Navy, our Air Force, uh, in international waterways and airspace.
You look at the spy balloon.
There are no consequences for any of any of these hostile actions of our geopolitical foes.
The reason I predict that China will quote reunify, meaning take over and invade Taiwan this year, is because Joe Biden's president.
And President Chi, you can say a lot of things about the guy, but he's not stupid.
And he knows he'll have far less resistance from Biden than anybody else that would ever be in the White House.

And now Biden's trying to force Texas to legalize illegal immigration because now the Justice Department is suing Greg Abbott and suing Texas to block their new immigration law that would allow Texas to do the job that Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorcus failed to do.
And it gets worse because they're not only they're aiding and abetting in the law breaking.
That's why Speaker Johnson was there yesterday with all these Republicans at the border.
And they're saying their two priorities in these budget negotiations are going to be secure borders and the budget that is really spiraling out of control.
And that's going to have a long-term impact on the economy.
You know, forget about the short term.
Anyway, 800 941 Sean, on number you want to be a part of the program.

All right, as we roll along, 800 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, uh our my new governor, Ron DeSantis, will check in.
I was not wanted in New York.
Uh both at the time, then Governor Andrew Cuomo made remarks that if you're a conservative, you're not a real New Yorker.
All right, so I'm not a New Yorker anymore.
Thanks a lot.
I'm out.
Uh but Kathy Holkel, the new governor, has kind of made similar comments also.
