I want to give you our telephone number.
Give us a call.
I'll be answering your questions or hearing your comments.
The number is 1-800-941-7326.
Again, that's 1-800-941.
So again, we invite you to give us a call.
Love to hear what you have to say about the news of the day.
Well, we just played you a soundbite talking about uh the abysmal poll numbers of Joe Biden.
And that invites the question, and I I wrote about it in a recent column.
With support fading and the corruption case building, will Joe Biden quit the presidential race?
It's a legitimate question.
People are talking about it all over Washington and throughout the United States.
Why?
Because two-thirds of Democrat leaning voters don't want Joe Biden as the presidential nominee.
Now that's the shocking result of a CNN poll not long ago.
82% said they want, and I'm quoting here, just someone besides Joe Biden.
Ouch.
We can reasonably conclude that those same Democrats are hoping that the incumbent president will announce, hey, I've changed my mind.
I've decided not to seek re-election.
And yes, I understand the primary for Democrats is three weeks away.
But that's not the real deadline.
Joe Biden could drop out any time before the party's national convention.
When is it?
Next August in Chicago.
So will he drop out?
It could happen.
More importantly, it should happen.
Unfavorable opinions of Joe Biden continue to rise as he manages to bungle just about everything he touches.
Let's call it the Biden theorem of governance.
Come on, man.
It works like this.
Figure out what Joe Biden would do on any given issue, and then do the opposite.
You know, if you do that, you're guaranteed to be right every single time.
Because Joe Biden has proven that Barack Obama was absolutely correct when he confided in a friend.
Never underestimate Joe Biden's ability to screw things up.
Obama used a different word, but I cleaned it up for the kids in the audience.
Biden is so incredibly inept.
He could turn diamonds into stones.
Everything he does degenerates into a complete and utter mess.
And the fundamental reason is a truism that has really followed Joe throughout his entire career.
He is not a bright man.
Never has been.
Joe couldn't think his way out of a paper sack.
When he was getting kicked out of school for plagiarism, he was graduating at the rock bottom of his class.
Ladies and gentlemen, that is some kind of stupid.
Throughout his decades in the U.S. Senate, his colleagues would always roll their eyes every time Joe opened his yap.
Three-letter word.
Jobs.
He's always been a one-man gaff machine.
His foot is constantly in his mouth.
But now he doesn't just say stupid stuff.
He babbles incoherently.
You can't understand him.
He stumbles, fumbles, mumbles, and then he wanders off the stage like a dementia patient who escaped the nursing home.
And Americans know this because they see this folks.
Polling shows three quarters are convinced that our 81-year-old president is simply too old to be chief executive of the country.
And that includes, by the way, more than half of Democrats who have expressed serious concerns about his age and mental health.
Those are stunning numbers.
And they tell us that people are overwhelmingly convinced that Joe Biden is failed, he's feeble, he's incompetent.
Every public appearance reinforces the belief that Joe's diminished acuity is accelerating at an alarming rate.
Yeah, his White House handlers try to hide it, but there's no mistaking what our eyes and our ears tell us.
Equally disturbing, of course, is the damage that Joe Biden has inflicted on the country in just three short years in office.
His policies have been destructive, his rhetoric divisive.
More than half of the nation feels they have been personally and economically harmed by his leftist agenda that pushes these progressive ideals over the interests of hardworking citizens, as Joe works to transform the United States into a woke administrative state.
And look, Americans are fed up.
They're fed up with inflation, punishing consumer prices, interest rate hikes, rampant crime, the daily flood of 10,000 plus illegal immigrants crossing our border every day.
And of course, who can forget his feckless foreign policy, his humiliating retreat in Afghanistan, and of course the 75 billion in taxpayer money, your money, funneled to Ukraine with no end in sight.
People have figured out that Joe Biden's profligate spending was reckless, it was unaffordable, it ballooned the national debt to a crisis level, and his financial indulgence is what triggered the dire economic conditions that continue to impose hardship on everyday lives in America.
Under Joe Biden, the average American family has lost thousands of dollars in real annual income gobbled up by inflation, and they don't like it one bit.
In every measured category, Joe's job performance is a dismal report card of a net management bordering on oafishness.
It's no wonder That Joe's unpopularity has skyrocketed to a record 61% disapproval.
Conversely, his job approval rating rests at an historic low of 34%.
Check it out.
The new Monmouth University poll.
But there's another reason why Joe Biden is politically destitute.
Many Americans have come to realize that Joe Biden is corrupt.
He is dishonest.
There is compelling evidence that Biden actively aided and abetted the illicit, if not illegal schemes operated by his son that netted tens of millions of dollars from foreign interests while selling access and promises of influence when the elder Biden was vice president.
Where's the evidence?
Uncovered documents, testimony from witnesses, implicate Joe Biden as a complicit actor in Hunter Biden's prodigious scams and griffs.
The then vice president met personally with his son's overseas partners.
He spoke by phone with Hunter's clients more than 20 times.
He attended closely guarded meetings.
The two of them rode together aboard Air Force II to overseas destinations.
What were they doing there?
The records show they met privately with moneyed sources.
And in one highly lucrative Chinese deal, Joe was slated to receive a handsome 10% cut for the big guy.
Some of the money from Beijing, exactly 10%, don't you know?
Eventually landed in his personal bank account.
Although Joe maintains, oh, it was merely a loan repayment.
Right.
Well, what it was allegedly for is not nearly as significant as where it came from.
What cannot be overlooked is the notorious barisma scandal in Ukraine.
It has all the earmarks of a classic quid pro quo, conferring a benefit in exchange for millions of dollars lavished on his son.
Exploiting a public office to enrich your family or others is both a criminal offense and an impeachable one.
So armed with damning evidence of suspected corruption and abuse of power, the full House of Representatives has now formalized its impeachment inquiry.
The investigating committee has meticulously been following the money.
24 million dollars, 24 million, flowing into a complex web of more than 20 shell companies controlled in the shadows by Hunter Biden.
Disguising or cleansing the source of cash.
What is that?
Well, it's smacks of money laundering.
And some of the purported payola was channeled directly to Biden family members who did nothing to receive all that cash.
Whenever a public official is involved in these kinds of schemes, it's called profiteering and self-enrichment.
Even if the payout did not go directly to Joe Biden, it's still a crime.
18 USC 201.
Look it up.
Under well-established impeachment standards, it's also called something else.
Misuse of public office for financial gain.
This is precisely what our founders sought to prevent when they crafted the impeachment clause in our Constitution.
They feared a Joe Biden, a future greedy president who might forsake America by selling out to the highest foreign bidder and jeopardizing our national security.
We're going to take a quick break and when we come back I'll lay out how exactly Joe Biden might be forced into a case of the for reals and quit the presidential race before next August.
The convention.
Love to hear your comments or questions.

Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word.
One that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith, political warfare, and frankly, bullshit.
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up.
You put two and two together.
Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?
Benghazi is a rosetta stone for everything that's been going on for the last 20 years.

Welcome back to the Sean Hannity Show.
I'm Greg Jarrett, filling in for Sean Hannity.
Our number is 1-800-941-7326, 1-800-941.
I've been posing the question with popular support fading in the corruption case against Joe Biden building.
Will he quit the presidential race?
It's being talked about everywhere in Washington.
And the recent indictments of Hunter Biden on two sets of criminal charges could prove to be the inflection point.
Stories have emerged in the media that the elder Biden is deeply worried about his son and the legal quagmire that Hunter now faces in the cases that his dad's own Department of Justice was compelled to bring.
Convictions, prison terms, they are looming large for the embattled son.
And the taint is contagious because roughly 70% of voters believe Joe Biden was in on it, acting either illegally or unethically.
So don't be surprised if prominent party members and wealthy donors quietly began a private campaign of lobbying Joe's family to convince him that his re-election bid is doomed.
Behind closed doors, they'll cite the descending poll numbers that reflect the nation's collective opinion that Joe Biden is simply too old and too decrepit to serve another term, and that he'll only drag down other Democrats with him on November 5th.
There is a fair chance that Joe is still capable of understanding all of this and perhaps willing to capitulate to the wishes of his family and party elders.
If he bows out, however, he won't cite his unpopularity as the real reason, and he won't acknowledge any wrongdoing in the corruption scandal that has consumed his presidency.
No.
Instead, he'll embrace the mantle of victimhood by blaming those evil MAGA Republicans for engineering the criminal prosecutions of Hunter Biden.
Demonizing the son he remains proud of.
And he'll cite the general concerns over the welfare of the family for his decision to abandon re-election.
Withdrawal offers another advantage.
Dropping out incentivizes Joe Biden to pardon his son of all federal charges.
He could do it before the election.
That would risk political fallout, so he could wait until after the election.
And that's what I think.
I'm Greg Jarrett, filling in for Sean Hannity.
We'll be right back with John Solomon and the latest breaking news kicking Trump off the ballot.
Welcome back to the Sean Hannity Show.
I'm Greg Jarrett filling in for Sean Hannity.
He's getting a little R. Richely deserved.
I want to mention a couple of books that I have out.
I came out with the trial of the century six months ago.
It's available in bookstores nationwide.
You can order it online in the usual places.
Simon Schuster.com, Amazon.com.
The trial of the century was a moment almost a hundred years ago in which academic freedom, free speech were hanging in the balance.
And the courageous Clarence Darrow, the greatest trial lawyer America has ever known, came to the rescue of a young school teacher, 25 years old by the name of John Scopes, who was criminally charged with daring to teach evolution in a public school, a high school in Dayton, Tennessee.
I traveled to the town.
The courthouse is now closed, but I gained access to the archives and the original trial transcript.
It is a fascinating case, a Titanic battle between Clarence Darrow and his longtime nemesis, William Jennings Bryan, three-time Democrat presidential nominee, who was the great fundamentalist leader of his time.
And the book, Trial of the Century, again available nationwide in bookstores and online, is based on that original trial transcript.
It is more riveting than any Hollywood movie on the subject could ever be.
The other book just came out last month.
It's called The Constitution of the United States and Other Patriotic Documents.
It is a tribute to the many patriots who made this country great, a shining beacon of hope for liberty and justice and freedom everywhere.
And you will find within the pages of that book 65 of the most important documents, addresses, speeches, letters throughout more than 230 years of our history.
You will find, for example, the letter secretly written by the physicist Albert Einstein to FDR warning him that the Nazis appeared to be developing a frighteningly new weapon, an atomic bomb.
And that secret letter triggered the famous Manhattan Project and the development of our own atomic bomb.
So that's just a sample of one of the many incredible documents you will find in the Constitution of the United States and other patriotic documents.
You can order it at Amazon.com, HarperCollins.com, or just walk into a bookstore nationwide and you'll see it there.
One of the things uh that we've been talking about uh in addition to uh the Hunter Biden corruption case that involves Joe Biden is Biden's unpopularity, and part of it has to do uh with his immigration policies, as I mentioned moments ago.
Roughly 10,000 people every day crossing our southern border and vanishing into our interior.
Let's go to our phone lines.
I want to get the thoughts on this from a couple of our callers.
Dustin joins us from California.
Dustin, how are you?
I'm fine, Greg.
How are you doing?
Good, and and happy New Year and happy holidays to everyone.
Same to you, sir.
Hey, I just want to call and make a remark about your introductory voice from John Pierre about how the Republicans are dragging their feet on border.
Ridiculous.
There is nothing about border control with the Democrats want.
All they want to do is hire more people to process more incoming illegal immigrants.
Has nothing to do with the stopping of anything.
And I I'm just I I'm uh I'm I'm a constitutionalist.
I turned Republican after Jimmy Carter, and I've I've been a demogra uh Republican ever since, and I just get so upset with the Republicans because they never stand up and fight for anything.
I live in California where I never see my uh congressmen or senators in front of anything, even though they're Democrats spewing any of their stuff, because this is a dead state as far as you're conservative.
Listen, I know that.
I uh spent 30 years in California, born and raised there, went to college there, went to law school there, lived in both Los Angeles and San Francisco, both cities now horribly overrun with crime that is so rampant and homelessness and so forth.
I was in San Francisco visiting uh just a few months ago.
I was horrified and heartbroken at what has happened to that once pristine, beautiful, and relatively safe city.
My wife couldn't get out of the city of San Francisco fast enough.
We were there together just a few months ago.
And, you know, there's one reason for this.
The people in the state of California elected far leftist progressive liberals.
They control the state.
They have taxed the hell out of everybody, which is why tens of thousands are leaving every year.
They can't take it anymore.
But as to your point, I I agree, Dustin, that Republicans must do more, should have done more.
They had a majority during the first couple of years of Donald Trump's pre presidency.
They did not undertake immigration reform in a meaningful way.
But the fault lies squarely right now with Joe Biden.
He's the president.
And the law is on the books.
It is against the law to be here illegally.
And yet, Joe Biden, you'll recall when he was running for president during the debate, invited people to come across our border illegally.
And he has not lifted a finger to secure the border.
Alejandro Majorcus, Homeland Secretary, say, oh, yeah, the border's secure.
Are you kidding me?
I mean, all you have to do is turn on the television any day of the week, and you will see migrant caravans by the thousands heading to the border, people crawling through, people walking through, being given a bus ticket and money.
Have a good day.
Show up for your hearing eight years from now, like they're gonna show up.
So Joe Biden bears the principal blame.
Let's go to our next caller.
Mike joins us from Washington State.
Hey, Mike, happy new year.
How are you?
Hey, good.
Hey, thanks a lot for taking my call.
You know, there's you know, when you think of President Biden, you know, it's just I try not to.
Well, but you know, as a citizen, I look at uh all this uh stuff with Hunter Biden.
That's just a uh uh as far as I'm concerned as a citizen, it's it's just a uh legal quagmire.
But the board, why you know, nobody has really been able to explain to me why that Pedon Biden is cannot be impeached or should be impeached, however you want to say it, because of the border.
Well, he could be and perhaps he should be.
Now, I'm on record saying that impeachment during an election year is a bad idea.
It would backfire on the Republicans because it would look very much like election interference, an effort to deprive them of the decision as to whether Joe Biden should continue as president for another term.
So, you know, in terms of the corruption scandal that is enveloping the Biden presidency, I think the impeachment inquiry committees should continue to accumulate the incriminating evidence and present it to the American people.
Let them decide, uh, but don't take it to uh a formal impeachment itself and an impeachment trial during an election year.
You know, Democrats and their media allies, they keep insisting that there's no evidence of Joe Biden's involvement in his son's scams.
They misunderstand what evidence is, typical of the media.
They don't understand much.
Most of them are dumber as the day is long.
Facts and information constitute evidence, period.
They're often documentary, they're testimonial, they're direct or circumstantial.
Whether those facts eventually rise to the level of criminality, that is a matter of proof.
But there's still evidence, regardless of how hard Biden apologists try to refute it.
So for the mainstream media to simply deny out of hand that volumes of incriminating evidence Exists in the ongoing Biden impeachment probe.
That's willful blindness or blatant lies.
I don't know which, probably both.
The purpose of an impeachment inquiry is to collect and scrutinize and interpret the very kind of evidence I've just described.
That evidence is then compared to the law.
It's compared to the Constitution.
But you know, Biden confederates and the media seem utterly oblivious to this fundamental process.
So as the incriminating evidence continues to emerge, and it inevitably will, even those who have long defended and excused Joe Biden's corruption and his incompetence, may come to accept, I think that his presidency has been a complete calamity, and it's only going to grow exponentially as the presidential election draws near.
And if he's re-elected, it's only going to get worse.
So Democrats, as I said in my opening remarks, they need a more viable candidate.
They know it, they want it, because Joe Biden is the antithesis of a viable candidate.
Can he be impeached for failing to do his duty, his sworn duty in his oath of office of enforcing all laws by refusing to enforce the law that prohibits illegals from crossing our border?
Sure, he could be impeached, but I wouldn't advise it.
Our next caller comes to us from North Carolina.
Walt is on the line.
And Walt, thanks for taking the time to give us a ring.
A happy new year to you.
Happy New Year's.
Thank you for taking my call.
Listen, the thing is to me, is out outside of everything that you've already laid out, which is ample enough.
There's and plus the millions and millions of dollars that they've lavished their family with.
There is this.
You touch just touched on it, and that's the oath of office.
Every sense this president and all of his cabinet members and other components have taken their oath of office.
They immediately went back and to adopt policies and procedures to destroy America.
A complete opposite of the oath that they just took.
Why is this not also being uh applied and emphasized on the floor of Congress?
Yeah, listen, I I agree with you wholeheartedly.
And uh, you know, Congress is composed of a bunch of wimps, sometimes I think.
Um, but so are the media.
Uh, but are we surprised?
Uh there was a survey uh that just came out a couple of days ago.
Uh, three percent, a full three percent of the media are registered Republicans.
So that, you know, the bias is systemic in the press.
And, you know, you'll never get a fair shake uh if you're a Republican, whether you're Donald Trump or somebody else from the mainstream media, uh, the fixes in.
But, you know, I I do think you're right about the the border, and I think that is really going to be the pivotal issue.
I mean, people see it.
I walk down the street here in New York City, where I am right now, and and you see the illegal uh immigrants who are outside uh what was an abandoned hotel.
They're now living in it.
And, you know, they're going door to door, they're begging for help.
Uh, you know, as a human being, I I feel sorry for them.
But 1800-941.
