What I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi, nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
From Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries, this is Fiasco, Benghazi.
What difference at this point does it make?
Listen to Fiasco, Benghazi, on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
To the new Sean Hannity Radio Show.
I got it right that time.
Leo 2.0, aka Leo Terrell.
And for Mr. Hannity, the phone number is 1-800-941.
Sean, glad you're enjoying the program.
Been receiving several tweets and emails and et cetera, et cetera.
And thank you very much.
In our final hour, and it's going to be a great hour.
Again, when I go back four or five weeks ago, when I was asked to do this show, I had a guest list.
And one of the, I got all my guests.
I got all the ones that I wanted.
And my next guest is a friend, Caitlin Jenner, Olympian gold medalist, Fox News contributor, fairness first advocate, motivational speaker, and New York Times best-selling author.
And glad to have Caitlin on.
Caitlin, thank you for joining me.
Well, Leo, I get the A spot right after the president.
I am.
I'm so happy to have you on.
And, you know, a lot of questions, but I want to get your opinion, your assessment of the state of the nation as we enter 2024 in what I perceive as a critical election.
How do you feel as an American, the state of our country right now?
Just open-ended question.
I'm a patriot.
I love this country.
My father landed on Mahal Beach.
First votes on, 5th Ranger Battalion.
Everybody around him died for our freedoms.
I grew up with that, my father.
And he was a great human being.
He's buried at Arlington.
I was the first person ever to put up their country's flag at the finish line.
Most people don't know that.
The guy jumped out of the stand and handed it to me.
And I put it up now.
It's like a tradition.
You know, you put your flag up at the finish line.
I've always been patriotic.
I've always loved my country.
But I'm old enough that I've seen so many things change.
Today, I am absolutely so disappointed in this nation and where we're at.
And it's not the people.
I love the people, okay?
It's government.
It's I don't know if we've gotten to the point, Leo, that we can't have.
Now, obviously, President Trump, I'm a 100% supporter of his.
But we can't even get good people to run for office anymore.
Why?
Because they'll get destroyed.
You know, the media will destroy them.
And we have the most incompetent group of people running our country right now.
And it is so extraordinarily disappointing.
Disappointing.
I've got 10 kids.
I've got 23 grandchildren.
I am so afraid of what their future is going to be like in this country when you see the border opened up like it is.
I mean, you know, I live in California.
I see more homeless people on the streets all over the place.
And it's just, Leo, it's just horrible.
It's not like we're losing the country.
Leo, we've lost the country.
I'm listening because when you say you live in California, I would just say we live in California.
But please continue because I agree with you.
And you're laying the foundation that many Americans feel the exact same way.
You mentioned the inability of good people running for office.
How do these bad people obtain office?
How do they get in?
How does Spederman get in?
Did you see, you know, we just had that in Colorado, what happened there and getting Trump off.
Obviously, they turned it around.
But did you see the governor of Colorado when he leads Navi Dot thing?
I'm seeing the people of Colorado elected this guy.
And look at him.
He's an idiot up there.
We need adults, smart adults to be able to run our country.
And not these children.
I know in Colorado, you know, they did turn it around.
Tell you what, this is, tell me what you think of this, because I'm always thinking of these things.
The Colorado case.
Why did that thing even come up?
It was a joke.
It never was going to go through.
Why did it come out?
I have to admit that the Democrats, they're good at what they do.
Yes, yes, they are.
And people, let me tell you what I think they're good at.
They're good at playing the emotional card, not facts.
They're never on fact.
But this is take it a little bit farther than that.
What happens every time Joe Biden's in trouble and things are going bad or he's got all kinds of issues and the media is coming down on him?
What do they do?
They indict Trump.
The media, it changes.
What just happened a few days before Colorado?
You know, Hunter Biden doesn't even show up.
And then he makes that stupid speech and everybody's talking about Hunter Biden and the Bidens and the corrupt family and on and on and on for like a day, maybe two days.
And, you know, I firmly believe that the Democrats said we got to do something to change the narrative.
I agree with you.
No, I think you're 100% correct.
Now, let me ask you this.
Do you think that, and by the way, folks, for those who just tuned in, we're talking to Caitlin Jenner, Olympian, Fox News contributor, fairness, first advocate, motivational speaker, New York Times bestselling author.
Do you think the media, just a little bit, are they turning against, not the Democrats, but are they turning against Joe?
They have to turn against Joe.
And honestly, I think, or they're just going to ruin their credibility as a news organization.
They just can't, they've ignored it for three years.
Right.
Can't ignore it forever.
Honestly, I am scared for this next year.
What's going to happen?
I have no idea.
I just hope President Trump stays healthy.
We need an adult in that office.
And obviously, President Trump did tremendous things in the four years he was there.
I'm just afraid to see what's going to happen here in this next year.
And it's not only the United States needs a strong leader, you know, in a few years under Biden, very weak administration.
Rocky Curry.
Yeah, it's worldies.
And I even see leaders of other countries.
America, please elect Trump again.
You know, I mean, the world needs him right now.
I agree with you 100%.
I want to get, in addition to, we're just sort of the state of the nation, I want to get your opinion on this cut, this exchange between Tech Cruise, Senator Ted Cruz, and Kelly Robinson, who represents herself as a human rights activist.
Cut 13, please.
Ms. Robinson, do you agree with Ms. Gaines that there's a difference between women and men?
If the question is about trans women.
I'm just asking, is there a difference between women and men?
What I can say here is that the NCAA has rules in place.
They've had rules in place for the last decade.
And when this competition is clear.
Do you believe there's a difference between women and men?
It's a yes-no question.
Do you believe there's a difference?
Well, I think that we're talking about this case with the incident.
No, I'm asking a question.
Do you believe there's a difference between women and men?
Most people could answer this very simply.
I'm curious if you're willing to do so.
Oh, absolutely.
I'm just putting it into the context of this conversation that we're having.
I think that there are definitions related to sex.
So I'm trying to get a yes or no.
I'm not trying to get a speech.
Is there a difference between women and men?
I think that there are definitions for biological sex.
So you're not answering that.
Your response, Caitlin.
Yes, there is a difference between women and men.
And Leo, thank God there is.
That's wonderful.
There is that difference.
Obviously, being trans over the last, you know, eight, nine years now.
Yes, I realize, you know, obviously, and you know, I've been fighting for, you know, fairness in women's sports to keep trans women out of women's sports.
I have, you know, fought really hard because it's not fair.
I know it's not fair.
But this is the way I kind of look at it in my life.
And I transitioned at a much, at the age of 65, I transitioned.
And I look at it very differently.
Yes, if you want to get down to the basics, I am a biological man.
I'm XY.
There's nothing I can do to change that, you know.
But I suffered from a symptom called gender dysphoria.
And if you believe that gender dysphoria is real, then everybody deals with it in a different way.
It took me 65 years, but I dealt with it all the way through my life.
What's the best way for me to deal with that?
And everyone is different.
So, you know, I waited till I, you know, raised all my children.
I have wonderful kids.
Leo, I have had a phenomenal, phenomenal life that I've lived.
But now I don't have to lie to anybody anymore.
This is who I am.
Okay.
And that's a very freeing feeling, you know, not to have any more secrets.
Right.
Yeah.
And so that's why I did my book, Secrets of My Life.
I kind of told the whole story there.
Well, I'll tell you right now, you know, I've been privileged over the last couple of years to get to know you.
And we've tweeted and communicated and talking.
And I want to beat you in golf.
With a lot of people.
You're going to lose in golf.
When I defeat you.
Huh?
Yeah, did you hear I said, we're going to have a golf game and you're going to lose.
Well wishful thinking.
I know you're a great golfer.
I know you're a great golfer.
I'm the underdog.
I know you're an Olympian.
I know I'm going to be facing great odds, but I'm looking forward to the challenge, Caitlin.
I want to thank you for...
I agree.
You know, I did win the title of the greatest athlete in the world.
Yes, 1976.
And I do recall you pulling that flag out and walking on the Olympic track, the Montreal, I think it was the Montreal, yeah, Montreal.
1976.
I remember that day.
Caitlin, I want to thank you for joining us today.
And again, yes.
I think we're having some feedback here.
Back to LA at LAX.
They're having pro-Palestinian like LA.
I heard about that.
Yeah, if you were coming back, I was warning you.
Yes.
Well, I'll tell you right now, I want to thank you very much, Caitlin.
Caitlin Jitter with our guest, Olympian Fox News contributor, Fairness First Advocate, Motivational Speaker, and a New York Times best-selling author.
Thank you very much, Caitlin.
I just want to let's do this.
Let's take a break, come back.
I want to talk about what Caitlin said.
And we got a lot more to talk about.

Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Ham, and I'm Carol Markowitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.
Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane.
That's why we started Normally, a podcast for people who are over the hysteria and just want clarity.
We talk about the issues that actually matter to the country without panic, without yelling, and with a healthy dose of humor.
We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional sass, you're our kind of people.

What I told people, I was making a podcast about Benghazi.
Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word, one that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith, political warfare, and frankly, bullshit.
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up.
You put two and two together.
Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?
Benghazi is a Rosetta Stone for everything that's been going on for the last 20 years.
I'm Leon Napok from Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries.
This is Fiasco Benghazi.
What difference at this point does it make?
Yes, that's right.

Go show Leo 2.0, Leo Terrell, and for Mr. Hannity.
You can catch me on Fox News every so often.
And my ex-account is at the Leo Terrell.
I'm on all social media platforms.
Hope you can join me and give me your response about this great radio show that I'm hosting.
Let's go to a phone call.
Let's take Stacey.
Hi, Stacey.
Welcome to this new Sean Hannity Radio Show.
Hi, Leo.
Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today.
I just wanted to let you know I was listening to you speak with our wonderful and courageous President Trump.
And what you had said earlier before your segment articulated earlier about how you were a Democrat, but now you're a Trump supporter resonated with me.
I, too, am a registered Democrat and have been for many years.
But I am leaving the Democrat Party, and I am not leaving the Democrat Party to be a Republican, because I think the dismal failure of Ronald McDaniel and the RNC and the whole group of Republicans that are parading around Nikki Haley, who, in my opinion, is Mitch McConnell in a skirt near Trump.
And I am a Trump supporter.
I voted for him in 2016.
I voted for him in 2020.
And I am voting for him again in 2024 despite whatever comes against him.
I don't believe he's racist and all these other lies that are being thrown around carelessly to try to discredit him.
I believe the only prereq to being a Trump supporter is he says this, do you love America?
You're right.
You know, Stacey, I want to, I apologize for cutting you off, but everything you just stated, I agree with 100%.
And thank you for your call.
Let me just jump on what she said.
There's a difference between a Trump Republican and the Republican Party.
What this woman just stated, that's how I feel.
That's how a lot of people feel.
And you know what's going to be the big problem for when Trump wins by a landslide?
What happens next to the Republican Party?
Because I'm not voting for the Republican Party.
I'm voting for Donald J. Trump just like Stacey.
Because the Republicans, the rhinos are just like the Democrats.
They believe in power and control.
You know what resonates?
And that's why these people inside the beltway, they don't get it.
They try to figure out, whoa, Trump has, you know, the Trump supporter of Durange syndrome.
No.
American people like Stacey and myself, we know Trump puts America first.
The Mitch McConnells, the Nikki Haley's, the Ron DeSantis, you know who's first?
They look in the mirror.
They're first.
And that's why Trump has 50 or 60,000 people at rallies.
Because if Trump was a phony, nobody shows up.
Trump has a record to run on.
He's not making these things up.
He accomplished things.
And Stacey and Leo recognize this guy's different.
Trump is unique.
Trump is a unicorn, a freak of nature.
I want to be clear about this.
There is no politician other than Trump who can act like Trump.
He is the only one this country is going to have a problem after he finishes his next four years.
Hey, welcome back to the new Sean Hannity Radio Show, Leo Terrell, Leo 2.0, filling in for Sean Hannity.
And I want to, as I said at the outset of the program, when you do radio, you have all you have is your credibility.
You cannot lie.
You got to be upfront and honest with the listeners.
So I'm going to tell you the truth.
I'm going to spend about 45 seconds before I introduce our next guest.
I've never spoken to James Comer.
I never met James Comer.
But I've seen Congressman Comer on television maybe 15 or 20 times.
And as you know, I'm a lawyer.
And he comes across as a very sincere, honest individual.
He didn't know I'm going to say this.
He's listening, but he didn't know I was going to, what's coming out of my mouth.
But I'm going to just be honest.
I have been impressed with watching him on television as he lays out facts and information with no hidden agenda.
James Comer is the congressman from Kentucky, and he chairs the House Oversight Committee.
And I read their Twitter account every day.
And I retweet 50, 60% of the information.
And Mr. Congressman Comer committee is responsible as part of that, his responsibility to follow the evidence regarding Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.
And when I've seen him on Hannity or CNN or any program, he provides facts and information.
So again, four weeks ago, when I was asked to do the Sean Hannity program, I requested Mr. Congressman Comer.
He didn't know, like I said, he never met me before, never spoken to me.
But I was so impressed with the way he presented facts every time he appears on TV.
I wanted to have him on this radio show and ask him a couple of questions regarding the status of his inquiry and his investigation.
So without further ado, my privilege to introduce Congressman James Comer of Kentucky, Chairman of the House Oversight Committee.
Congressman, thank you for joining us.
Well, thank you, Leo.
I'm a big fan.
I appreciate the introduction.
Well, it's just being honest, sir.
You have presented yourself in such a professional manner on TV.
You know, you and I, we've never spoken before, but the way you present just facts, straight facts, is very impressive.
And you're going to have your distractors because politics is always going to be the motivating factor for people to try to question your facts.
But you lay it out and it's undisputed.
And so my first question, Congressman, is, as of today, what's the current status of your investigation into the, I would say, the Biden crime family?
Well, I think we've made a lot of progress over the last nine, 10 months with subpoena power.
We've been able to identify over $20 million that the Biden family's taken in.
We can't account for a single penny as far as a service provided or a good produced or anything.
In other words, we don't know what they did to receive over $20 million from our enemies around the world.
The sources are primarily from five countries, Ukraine, China, Russia, Romania.
And at the end of the day, when this investigation started, the American people were led to believe by the media and by the Bidens that the president's son had an energy company, that he was in business.
He had an investment company.
And what we've found out over the last 10 months is they don't have a single legitimate business.
They're off-shell companies.
This money that's been coming in has come in from bad people in bad countries.
It's basic influence peddling.
What we need to know is what exactly the people got in return for the millions of dollars they sent to Bidens.
We believe that Joe Biden is compromised.
And we're now in the deposition phase.
We followed the money.
We've traced the money to 10 different Biden family members.
We know that Joe Biden was the 10th family member that we traced money from the influence peddling scheme.
We found a quarter of a million dollars that ended up in Joe Biden's bank account.
They say it's a loan, Leo, but they can't provide any loan documents.
If you paid me back $240,000 for a loan, then I should have a check to you at $240,000.
Absolutely.
They have that.
And now we're in the deposition phase where we're bringing people in.
We've deposed and interviewed several people.
Obviously, two weeks ago, we were supposed to depose the president's son.
And we all know that Joe Biden said that anyone that defied a congressional subpoena should be held accountable.
Well, his son, we all know what he did.
He pulled that stunt and defied a congressional subpoena.
Now we believe that Joe Biden was colluding with his son to evade a congressional deposition.
So we requested more information today as far as communication between the White House and the Biden legal team.
And hopefully, Leo, when we get back after the first of the year, we can hold Hunter Biden in contempt of Congress and continue to depose some of these other characters in the influence pilling scheme.
Speaking to the great Congressman James Comer of Kentucky Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, I think there's been three significant critical events.
One, the House attorney Republican, which allows you to be a chairperson.
Could you imagine if the Republicans were not in charge of the House?
None of this comes out.
Secondly, the judge in Delaware who did not accept that plea deal.
Three, the whistleblowers who came up with credible evidence that has been basically solid proof.
And those three events and you becoming the chairperson have made it possible for the American public to find out what's going on.
My question is, what are the chances of getting any type of cooperation from the Department of Justice?
For example, Hunter Biden's failure to appear for his subpoena.
Let's assume the Congress issue a contempt citation.
They refer it to the Department of Justice.
How much cooperation do you expect to get from the Department of Justice, Congressman?
Well, you could imagine my expectation levels are low at this level and Merritt Garland is low.
But I'll say this, because we've uncovered the facts in a transparent manner, we've used bank records.
Bank records don't lie.
The Department of Justice has had to change course with respect to how they've treated the Biden family.
I mean, just a few months ago, Hunter Biden was set to get a blanket immunity sweetheart plea deal.
Yes, I remember that.
Just walked scot-free and this probably would have been over.
But because of the evidence that we presented, because of the IRS whistleblowers and their testimony, and again, the IRS whistleblowers never would have come forward if they hadn't seen a credible investigation that wasn't about politics.
It was about the facts.
We were following the money.
We were providing bank records.
And bank records are the ultimate evidence because, again, you cannot cheat on bank records.
You can cheat on your taxes and on your taxes.
There's nowhere, for example, on your taxes to list a loan.
And that's why the Bidens used loans as the source of revenue coming into their shell companies and their personal bank accounts because you don't have to report loans to the IRS.
So if we had just gone after their taxes, we wouldn't have known about loans.
And it looks like with the president's son and brother, there's about $15 million in loans.
And as someone that's been involved in banking, I don't have much confidence that any of them are loans, not a single penny.
If a loan means you're going to pay it back.
And if you got a loan six or seven years ago and you've never made an interest payment, much less a principal payment on it, then at some point that becomes either income or a gift.
Yes.
Way that's bad news for the Biden.
So the whistleblowers knew that we were conducting a credible investigation.
They came forward.
We presented that evidence to the judge in Delaware, had no idea whether the judge in Delaware was going to be honest or would even pay attention to the letter.
She read the letter from Congress in the hearing and talked about the violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act.
That's the most obvious violation by the Bidens.
And so, you know, because of that, you're starting to see a little bit of accountability with the Biden crimes here.
And I think it's just the tip of the iceberg.
And I think we're going to see more, but it's like pulling teeth.
It's hard.
Oh, yes.
We're having to force the Department of Justice to do their job.
Talking to the great Congressman James Comer from Kentucky, he's chairman of the House Oversight Committee.
Let me ask you this, Congressman.
Is there a game clock running on you?
Let me explain what I'm referring to.
Next year is an election year.
You got your colleagues campaigning in 2024.
You got a busy congressional schedule.
There's going to be a certain point in time where there's going to be very little work done and people are going to be campaigning.
I don't want you to acknowledge the clock publicly because obviously you have your own strategy.
But how much time do you have left to take this to this natural course of action?
Well, I don't think it's any secret.
Time is the clock is running.
And certainly, I wish we were further along, but when we have to subpoena and threaten and threaten to hold people in contempt to get the FBI documents, we had to threaten to hold the FBI director in contempt of Congress.
I remember that.
Over something that he tried to tell me on the phone didn't exist.
He didn't know I had a copy of it from a great American FBI agent that worked with Charles Grassley to get that.
I mean, everything has been a battle.
They've stalled.
They've obstructed.
They've done everything in their power to prolong this.
That's their strategy to obstruct and delay.
And, you know, it's taking a long time.
I mean, just to get the bank records.
I mean, as someone that, again, has been involved in banking, I've never seen so many accounts with these with each of these LLCs.
Most LLCs that would have revenue of less than $2 or $3 million, they have one bank account.
Well, some of these LLCs had a dozen bank accounts.
And just trying to find all these accounts, it's been like finding a needle in a haystack.
And obviously, anyone that's been in business knows no business operates.
You don't have 30 LLCs and not have a single asset.
You don't have 30 LLCs and not produce a single product or anything else.
And at the end of the day, it's just been, I feel like we've been a one-man show because if you look at Watergate and some of these other famous congressional hearings and investigations, the media played a big role covering a lot of stuff.
The media not only has not tried to uncover anything, they've attacked us and questioned everything that we've uncovered.
I've seen it.
I mean, that idiot Philip Bump at the Washington Post, he fact texts me on bank records.
I mean, bank records here.
I mean, what are you talking about?
He said, well, he's misinterpreting the bank records.
I don't know that that's even a thing.
You know, we just, we're trying to move as quickly as possible.
And Jim Jordan and I had this conversation.
I mean, we would like to wrap these depositions up in the next 35 or 40 days and hold another hearing and then go from there with respect to if we go to impeachment, then obviously we'll be handing it off to the Judiciary Committee because the Oversight Committee doesn't impeach.
Right.
But that's kind of where we are.
We got to get these positions in.
Well, I want to say to you, Congressman, like I said again, we never met.
We never spoke, but I have so much respect for you.
I want to thank you for joining us on the Sean Hannity program.
I just want you to know you have a big supporter of your work and your oversight committee.
Fantastic.
Jim Jordan, everyone, you're following the evidence.
And I want to thank you for joining us on the Sean Hannity Radio Program.
You are a very, you're a great American, sir, and thank you for your service to our country.
Thank you, Leo.
Appreciate you, and keep up the great work.
Thank you very much.

And Katie by the phone and Jeremiah and Linda and everybody who worked on putting this show together.

I've had fantastic guests.
I would never say no to Sean to do his radio show because it's a opportunity to communicate with you Americans, you great Americans.

I want to thank President Trump and I hope President Trump is our next president.

What I told people, I was making a podcast about Benghazi.
Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
From Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries, this is fiasco, Benghazi.
What difference at this point does it make?
