Tom Holman and I went to Iowa and we campaigned for President Trump.
I like him.
He's a border expert.
I want to be as clear as I can.
No one knows the border and the problems of the border better than this man.
He's a truth teller.
And that's why you need to listen to this man.
That's why this hour of having Tom Holman on and President Trump, you need to understand our country is in trouble.
Without further ado, my friend Tom Holman.
Tom, welcome.
And by the way, Tom, let me give you his full title.
Tom Holman was the former acting ICE director and heritage visiting fellow and founder of Border 9-11, an effort that aims to secure and protect our border.
Thanks for coming on, Sean.
I mean, Tom.
Hey, thanks for having me, Leo.
Appreciate it.
Tom, can you just, as you always do, tell us what the current problem is at the border and how it can be corrected?
Well, the current bar, you know, at the border right now, you got historic, historic illegal immigration occurring at the border.
They're averaging over 9,000 a day.
Most days, it's over 10,000.
A few days ago, it was 11.
Last week, it was 12.
But, you know, right around average, right around 10,000 a day.
And we cannot sustain that.
10,000 a day overwhelms the Border Patrol.
As we're speaking, there are several sectors on the southwest border where there's not a single border patrol agent on patrol.
They've all been pulled in to process the overwhelming numbers they have and detained to be processed.
Think about that for a moment.
There's hundreds of miles of border.
There's not a single border patrol.
And in most sectors, an average, every day, 70 to 90% of agents are off the line dealing with this humanitarian crisis, processing, making baby formally, changing diapers, making hospital runs, preparing meals, doing everything but their national security mission and securing the border.
And when you overwhelm the border patrol that much, where every agent's off the line in several sectors and over 70% are off the line on average, that's when the narcotics come across.
That's when the sex trafficking of women and children are crossing.
And that's when no one suspects the terrorists won't cross.
That makes a border very vulnerable to national security threats.
And I've said it from day one.
I don't care what people say.
There's a lot of people out there saying, well, it's just illegal immigration to come up with a better life.
Why should we be against that?
Look, there's right way and wrong way to come to this country.
There are millions of people standing online, taking their tests, doing their background investigations, paying their fees to come to this country their right way.
They're sitting in the back seat waiting for all these fraudsters to come across.
I'm calling them cheaters because you're cheating the system.
People need to understand when you feel sorry for these people.
There's a couple of things you need to understand.
First of all, they can call them asylum seekers, but they're really not.
I mean, technically, they claim asylum, but look at the immigration court data over the last decade.
It clearly shows nine out of 10 people who claim asylum at the border don't get relief from the U.S. courts.
They simply don't qualify for asylum.
Come to this country for a job doesn't qualify for asylum.
Asylum is about escaping fear and persecution from your home government because you're race, religion, or political affiliation.
So nine out of ten of these people get ordered removed.
And while we're dealing with this massive asylum fraud coming in, that's when the bad things happen, the drugs that kill 112,000 people.
That's when the sex trafficking women and children are all time high.
Even the deaths of migrants on U.S. soil is over 1,700 under historic record.
And this all comes on the heels of the most secure border of my lifetime.
And what makes me angry every day is Joe Biden's the first president in the history of this nation who came into office and unsecured the most secure border we ever had under Trump.
You know, of course, I'm listening, and this is the great thing about radio versus TV.
I can let you speak.
You know, to me, Mayorkut and Blinken went to Mexico.
To me, that's a dog and pony show.
What's the purpose of that?
And do they need to, I mean, isn't there a solution to this problem?
There's not really a solution.
Maorcas knows what the solution is.
Look, all they got to do is dust off the Trump policies that we found effective.
This isn't my opinion.
It's just a stone cold fact.
Anybody can go to cbp.gov, customborder protection.gov, and look at the data from the Trump administration and to the current data.
We had the most secure border in my lifetime.
And I started in Borkit in 1984.
I spent over three decades on the border.
The most secure border of my lifetime based on data.
Illegal migration was at a 45-year low.
Illegal migration was down 83 to 90%, depending on what time frame you're looking at.
And Joe Biden came in and wrote over 90 executive orders, basically dismantling everything that we created to have a secure border.
This isn't mismanagement.
This is an incompetence.
This is by design.
So they know how to fix it.
Secretary Mayorkas was the deputy secretary in 2014, 2015.
And President Biden was the vice president in 2014, 2015 under Obama.
We had a family surge.
Thousands of families are coming across.
How do we stop it?
We built facilities to hold them.
We made them see a judge.
We held them long enough to see a judge.
Again, nine out of ten lost their case.
We put them on airplanes, sent them home.
Guess what?
The border numbers tanked.
So what is Majorkas now?
The secretary, Biden is now the president.
What are they doing now?
The complete opposite of what they've done in 2014.
They're not detaining them.
They're being released without seeing a judge.
And even the ones that get ordered removed, which is, again, 9 out of 10, ICE isn't allowed to even go look for them because Secretary Mayorkis has instructed ICE, you're not to go look for people just for just being here legally.
They got to go commit and be convicted of a serious aggravated felony crime.
So Maorca and Biden are doing the complete opposite of what worked for them in 2014, 2015.
That's why I call this borderline treason.
I said, I want to fix this.
And look, the Trump playbook's sitting there.
All they're going to do is just remain in Mexico.
The 36 country agreements, put those two policies back in place, and they'll solve 90% of the problem.
But they don't want to secure the border.
They haven't done a single thing to slow the flow.
And they want to have another dog and pony show.
And I see the Republicans are going down to the border next week, another dog and pony show.
Yeah, absolutely.
The stance of these Republicans, but you know what?
Stay in D.C. and impeach Maorkis, like you promised you'd do in their midterm.
I've been asking for an impeachment for two years.
Impeach the man.
And let's secure this border.
Enough of the dog and pony shows.
Let's take action.
I agree with you 100%.

Let me ask you, the one thing that I've noticed differently over the last six months, those other channels, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, they're covering it.
Is that purely out of politics?
Because for the first two years of the Biden administration, they ignored it.
No, I think the administration's getting a lot of pressure, some Democratic governors and some Democratic mayors, because they're fed up too.
And, you know, they're trying to bail Biden.
Now, they're going to go down there.
They're going to cover and say, you know, the Maorcaus policies are working, because you bring a few to a port of entry.
They won't tell the truth.
They may cover it, but they won't talk about the underlying reasons.
They won't talk about the Trump administration with the success we had there.
They're being forced to cover it.
Believe me, it's not going to be the same coverage you see on Fox News.
You're not going to have a Bill Malusian down there, you know, uncovering the dirty truth that this administration is trying to hide.
I haven't seen the media call this administration out once about hiding the border.
Look, Maorca, to this day, says the border is secure.
Biden has been the border but one time in his, what, four years of service in the government, almost 50 years of service in the United States government?
The borders are Kamala Harris.
Where the hell is she at?
We got record early immigration at where's she at?
And look, for the past two months, where's Maorca's at?
I haven't seen him on, I haven't seen him speak at down to the board talking about this.
They're all hiding.
So, you know, I'll tell you this for the mayor of New York and the mayor of Chicago, we're having a fit right now.
You know what?
They're coming to your cities anyways.
Governor Abbott don't have to deliver them to you.
They're going there anyway.
That's why you're ranked number two and three in the illegal alien population because you're a sanctuary city.
If you want them to stop coming to your city and overburdening your social services and your networks up there, then stop being a sanctuary city.
If you want your crime level to go down, broke at record levels of crime, then at least that percentage of those criminals that are illegal aliens.
And I'm not saying every illegal alien is a criminal, but a certain percentage of them are.
Stop being a sanctuary city.
Let ICE enter your jail.
Let us not only remove these criminals from your neighborhoods, we'll remove them from the entire country and watch your crime rate go down.
Work with ICE, stop being a sanctuary city, because they're going to keep coming.
By Kubat can stop sending them tomorrow.
And they're still going to New York.
They're still going to Chicago because they're protected.
They can commit a crime, and no one in that city is allowed to even talk to ICE.
So end the sanctuary city policy if you want to help yourself.

I'll get straight to the point.
With Biden as president, he has an oath of office to protect the border, the United States and its people.
With him not doing that, is it a civil matter or is it a criminal matter?
If it's civil and we have a terrorist attack in this country because of the open border, does it become a criminal point at that matter?
And when you talk to President Trump, tell him I've got a 13-page article that I wrote while I'm voting for him.
All right.

I heard the great one, Mark Levin, talk about this.
And you know, the Biden crime family, all the money laundering?
Mark Levin made a great point.
He saw, he looked at the Biden failure to enforce the border policy as an impeachable offense.
The president has immunity.
So, Brian, on the issue of civil crimes, I don't see any charges.
And he's acting in his official capacity.
And as he's acting in his official capacity of ignoring the law, the great one, Mark Levin, believes that that's an impeachable offense.
It would be a novel approach.
The question would simply be his failure to enforce the border policies.
In my opinion, it's political.
And he's not going to get any Democrats to vote in favor of impeachment.
He's not going to get any senators to vote, Democratic senators to vote in favor of impeachment.
But he's obviously, obviously subject to the voters.
And I'm telling you, you've heard from Dr. Jeanette Neshawal.
You've heard from Tom Holman.
You're going to hear from the president.
Everyone in America knows that Joe Biden is not fit to be president.
He's on vacation right now.
We have an open border.
He's on vacation.
Ask yourself, where's Joe Biden?
He's not strong enough.
He's not fit enough to be president of this country.
He's a puppet.
He is absolutely a puppet.
He is president based on his ego.
Joe Biden sold his soul to become president in exchange for having the office of the presidency.
He's allowing the progressive left to ruin this country.
I'm telling you, that's the fact.
I mean, let's be honest.
Set aside party loyalty.
You know darn well Joe Biden doesn't know what he's doing.
He can't find himself off the stage.

Everyone knows I'm a big-time Trump supporter, and I was in Iowa a couple weeks ago campaigning for him.
So without further ado, let me bring on the man who needs to win the White House in order to get this country turned back around, make America great.
President Trump, welcome to the Sean Hannity Radio Program.
Well, thank you very much, Leo.
You've been amazing.
You came a long way from a Democrat to a Republican.
I'm a Trump Republican, and you and I had conversations.
There's a big difference.
People are loyal to you, and they're voting for you because of your record, which was outstanding as president, sir.
And that's the difference.
Well, thank you.
It's so sad to see what's happening.
I look at the border.
It's so devastating to look.
Millions of people, not thousands, millions and millions of people are pouring into our country from prisons and mental institutions and from everywhere.
We have no idea what's happening there.
It just, you know, they say they're doing it for political reasons.
What's good politically?
It's horrible politically.
It's horrible for our country.
It's destroying our country.
It's a horrible thing to watch.
Mr. President, Iowa is January 15th.
Can you sort of tell the listeners the game plan?
I honestly believe, Mr. President, if you win Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina, that's the hat trip trick, and the game is over.
Well, I think we're doing well everywhere.
I mean, the poll came out today.
We're at 70, 70%, and they're at like 9%, and I think 9 and 11 between the two of them.
And, you know, we're over 70.
They're record-setting numbers.
Well, we still have to have it.
As they say, you have to play the ball game, though, nevertheless.
We have great teams in, if you look at Iowa, you look at our team there.
You probably got to know some of them.
I know you were there, and I really appreciate that.
But we have great teams there, and we think we're going to have a big winner.
We think we're going to have a big win in New Hampshire.
We have great polls in New Hampshire.
They had one phony poll that came out, total phony poll, disgraceful.
But even that one, we were winning, but not by the kind of numbers that people seem to think.
And we have, if you look at South Carolina, if you look at Nevada, which actually comes before South Carolina in terms of the vote.
So, you know, we're looking tremendously, and it looks like we're up 40, 50 points in some of these states.
And overall, we're up 60 points.
So that's pretty good.
Mr. President, are you surprised at the mainstream media, those guys who won't give you a fair break, they're sort of acknowledging now in the polling that you're ahead of Joe Biden as far as winning the election if the election was held today?
Well, I was very impressed with something today.
You'll be shocked when I tell you this.
I've said an editorial, and I kept waiting for the bad part.
And it was an amazing editorial.
It was a full-page editorial in the editorial section, obviously, and it was amazing.
It was essentially saying that, you know, people loved what I was doing when I was president.
We had strong borders.
We had the best economy ever in history.
We had, you know, it was just like this really rather amazing for the New York Times.
I respect it for, you know, for the fact that they did it.
I was a little surprised.
But I kept waiting for the bomb.
You know, all right, that's good.
Let's read the next one.
And there were no bombs.
It was really amazing.
And it was very bad on Biden.
It was very, very tough on him.
But it wasn't a question of tough.
You can't be too tough.
He's the worst president in history.
There's never been a president that would do what he's doing to our country in so many ways.
I mean, look at Afghanistan and you look at inflation and you look at Ukraine would have never happened with Russia and Israel.
October 7th would have never happened.
Zero chance Iran was broke under me.
Now they have hundreds of billions of dollars, all made during the Biden administration, took off the sanctions.
I wouldn't let anybody buy oil from Iran.
You couldn't buy.
If you were even China, I told them, don't buy.
If you buy there, we're going to tariff the hell out of you and you're not going to do business in the United States.
And they said, well, like we said, we're not going to buy.
And they had no money to fund Hamas or to fund Hezbollah.
And you had no terror.
You didn't have terror during the Trump or during the Trump four years of great just about everything.
It was an amazing four years.
We got hit with COVID.
We did a great job in the COVID too, but that was hit toward the end.
And we did an amazing job with that, too.
And now people are starting to see that.
But we had the greatest economy in history.
We rebuilt our military.
We had the largest tax cuts in history, the largest regulation cuts in history.
That's how we got the job numbers that we got.
Everybody was happy.
Black, you take a look, African-American, Hispanic American, women, people with diplomas, people graduated from the Wharton School of Finance, as I say, the best schools.
People that graduated that didn't graduate, people with no diploma, people that didn't graduate from high school.
Everybody, every single group, without exception, was the best they've ever been.
And, you know, now you look at what's happening with our country.
Our country is being torn apart.
Absolutely.
Talking to the next president of the United States.
Mr. President, you got some good news from the Michigan Supreme Court.
You have a reaction.
I saw your post on Truth Social.
I did a video regarding these ridiculous court cases that are going on, trying to keep you off the ballot.
Your reaction to the Michigan Supreme Court ruling denying the request to kick you off the ballot?
Well, it was expected that, you know, the case just came down a little while ago, and it was expected.
It was expected all over because it's very plain that you can't do this.
You can be off, but you got to lose it in the form of an election, not by a court.
And we have others.
You know, the Democrats play the ref.
You know, they'll say things like, oh, Trump owns the Supreme Court.
They have to rule against him.
They don't rule against him.
And they're doing that on the immunity one, because this one is a very hard one to rule against.
We're 33 and one right now.
So Colorado's the one and 33.
We have 33 victories in some liberal states, too.
We're leading in the polls in Michigan by a lot, but they have a liberal court and they rule for us.
So with 33 wins and one loss, that's Colorado.
The Colorado people have embarrassed our nation, frankly, by doing what they did.
But the Democrats and the radical left and the communists and all that, what they do is they play, I saw it the other day, I was watching Deface the Nation.
They have guys like, they have the worst fever, Bob Costa, a loser.
And they're saying things like, oh, Trump owns the court and he owns them and they won't be able to vote for him because that'll be those, you know, racial discrimination.
That will be so terrible if they ever.
And I said, these guys are playing the ref, just like Bobby Knight.
He said, no, I do play the ref, and I'll fight, and even though I know I'll lose.
But you know what?
They'll give me the next call.
Bobby Knight, very famous say, you know, playing the ref where he screams and screams and screams.
And he said, maybe I won't win this one, but I'll win the next one.
And he was right.
And that's exactly what they're doing.
They're disgraceful to our country.
And frankly, I haven't done well with, I have three justices, but I certainly haven't done well.
They wanted me to put up my taxes.
They wanted me to put up everything.
I certainly haven't done well with the Supreme Court.
Personally, they've been good to the country, but they certainly haven't been good to me.
And because I didn't make deals going in, I picked good people.
I didn't make deals.
But what they're doing is like on the immunity, I'm entitled to immunity.
I wasn't campaigning.
The campaign was over.
You know, the campaign was totally over.
Absolutely.
Into a rigged election.
It was a rigged election.
There's tremendous proof of it.
Everyone knows it.
And that's what I was doing.
That wasn't a campaign.
I had an obligation.
You talk about chief law enforcement.
I had an obligation.
And I took that obligation seriously.
And I'm entitled to immunity, 100% entitled to immunity.
Even if I was campaigning, by the way, I'd be entitled.
But I wasn't campaigning.
I'd be entitled.
I was the president.
Any other president, this would not even be a subject but me.
But what they do is they're playing the ref.
They're making all sorts of statements.
Oh, if the Supreme Court gives Trump a victory, they're going to be picketed.
And essentially, they're being threatened by the left.
And if the Republicans did that, they'd call it an insurrection, okay?
If the Republicans did and made the statements that they make, Leo, they'd be calling it lots of bad things.
But we're going to get on them because you can't do it.
They're making statements where it makes it very hard for Supreme Court justices to rule properly.
And they really have to.
They have to rule properly.
But I watched it.
It was so evident when I watched it.
Not only that, you know, if you look at the other ones, so bad.
They're just so bad.
They're so biased.
But if you look at ABC, if you look at NBC, if you look at CBS, and I'm not even talking about CNN and MS, and they're just absolutely the worst.
But you watch what they do, and everything is not only to the Supreme Court, to judges generally.
Oh, it would be terrible for the country if, you know, there'll be riots all over the country.
Well, you know, they don't say the other side of it.
What they're doing is really probably illegal, and it's a disgrace.
They are, remember I said it, because there's going to be a lot of talk about it.
They're playing the ref.
And the ref in this case is the Supreme Court and other judges.
Mr. President, on day one, when you get elected and you're going to win, what do you see as the most pressing priorities to turn this country around?
If you had to pick two or three, what would be the top three?
Well, immigration, I see we're going to have the strongest border.
You know, we had the strongest border in history.
And all he had to do was leave it.
We had everything there.
Everything was perfect.
Brandon Judd and Tom Holman and all these guys, central casting, they were doing they just took everything off.
They just let it, we had remain in Mexico.
You couldn't come into our country.
We had all sorts of things that nobody had ever thought was even possible.
You're many of them.
I had to go through long court cases in order to get them.
And we didn't want people coming in from terror countries as an example.
And during my four years, we had no terror attacks.
And, you know, people say that now.
I didn't want to say it during like my third year in.
I'm saying, you know, we've had no terror attacks.
We were very tough on that.
But I didn't want to say that because the next day, if we had a terror attack, it wouldn't.
But now that those four years are up, they were four great years.
Now that those four years are up, we had no terror attacks.
We had the safest border in history.
We had the strongest border in history.
We had the lowest number of drugs in 28 years coming through the border.
I had a deal with President Xi of China that he was going to make it a criminal act for the, you know, the making because they make fentanyl.
Most of it's made in China.
He was going to make it into a criminal act.
But when this guy took over, he can't even talk to President Xi.
They laugh at him.
But I had a deal with them where they were going to make it a criminal act.
And we would have had, they would have slowed it down to a trickle.
And it was all set to go.
But then we had the rigged election.
So, you know, it was an amazing four years that we had, and people are seeing that.
And, you know, maybe even more amazing was what I read in the New York Times today.
You read that editorial.
It was really, I've never seen anything like it.
Very positive editorial.
And I was reading it.
I was shocked, frankly.
Well, I think people realize, and Mr. President, I want to thank you for spending time with us, but I think people realize that this country was better off when you were president.
If you didn't do a good job, you wouldn't have over 80 million people wanting to vote for you, if not more.
And I never voted Republican ever before until I voted for you.
I plan to do so in 2024.
And Democrats, independents, women, suburbian women, everyone, I think it's going to realize that you're going to make America great again.
And I thank you for your time and your commitment to run, notwithstanding all these indictments, notwithstanding all these charges.
You've been able to persevere and maintain the course of trying to make America great.
And I thank you for that on behalf of the American people.
Well, I want to thank you.
You're so great.
And, you know, just so you know, all these indictments, these are all Biden indictments.
These aren't like legitimate indictments.
And that includes civil cases, too.
That includes everything.
They're all, you know, Biden and DOJ, his DOJ.
And nobody's ever weaponized the country like this has been.
This is like Banana Republic stuff.
And I want people to know every one of these indictments, civil cases, too.
And the local DAs and local AGs, the same thing.
It all comes down from the White House.
And it's never happened before in our country.
