What I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi, nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
From Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries, this is Fiasco, Benghazi.
What difference at this point does it make?
Listen to Fiasco, Benghazi, on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Stay right here for our final news roundup and information overload.
Hey, welcome back.
It's Mark Simone here for Sean Hannity, Miranda Devine, the brilliant columnist.
You can read her column in the New York Post and also make sure you get her book, Laptop from Hell, a monumental book, Laptop from Hell.
A good holiday present, especially if you want to rile up some relatives, some Biden supporters.
Get the book and hand it to them and read her column in the New York Post.
Miranda Devine, how you doing?
Hey, Mark.
Great to be with you.
Hey, talk to me about Elon Musk for a moment.
You wrote about him the other day.
Now, it looked like he retweeted this awful anti-Semitic tweet and then said it's true.
But what is the real deal?
And it looks like there is an effort from the deep state, the swamp, to get rid of Elon Musk.
What do you think?
Oh, 100%.
That's what they want to do.
This Media Matters hatchet job on Twitter, well, X as it's now called, and Elon Musk was just that.
I mean, Michael Schellenberger with his group tried to replicate what Media Matters did, where they had, you know, horrible neo-Nazi or Nazi tweets alongside ads from Apple and Oracle and places and just couldn't find it.
It didn't happen.
And so whether or not Media Matters just manipulated things to have a one in a million opportunity to pretend that this happened all the time or whether they completely made it up, we don't know yet.
But it is definitely a political operation to take down Twitter, which is the last free speech platform available, really in the world, mainstream free speech social media platform.
And they want to take it out before the election because, of course, before the 2020 election, look at how useful Twitter and Facebook and all the other social media platforms, Instagram, you know, YouTube, et cetera.
They all censored so much.
But I mean, I know from my point of view, they censored our story about Hunter Biden's laptop, which was very damaging to Joe Biden at the time.
And we know polls show after the fact that enough Biden voters would have changed their vote to change the outcome of the election.
So that's what those social media platforms were doing.
And they were doing it at the behest of, we know Twitter was, the FBI.
The FBI went in and pre-bunked our story, knowing that it was coming.
And, you know, that seemed to be happening at Facebook and the other social media platforms as well.
So now Twitter is not reliable.
X is not reliable for them.
Elon Musk is a wildcard.
They've tried very hard to take him down in a number of ways.
They've, you know, their Wall Street friends attacked Tesla.
I think there are something like four lawsuits against him, federal.
I think they're all federal lawsuits, you know, for not hiring enough foreign workers, ASECs and a few other things.
I mean, maybe, you know, I'm told by somebody, no, these are legitimate cases, but it does seem a bit of a coincidence that, you know, after he bought Twitter, all hell broke loose and he's now public enemy number one.
Yeah.
Boy, Miranda Devine, you wrote the book Laptop from Hell, the Laptop.
That was what it turned the election.
The cover-up of the story, even removing the New York Post from Twitter.
And we didn't even know the half of it at the time.
You know, we didn't know, we now know thanks to the Republicans taking back the House, that the 51 former intelligence officials who wrote that dishonest letter five days after our story, pretending that our story and the laptop were Russian disinformation when they hadn't even looked at it and it wasn't.
And they gave that to Joe Biden.
We now know that that was orchestrated by a guy called Mike Morrell, former CIA acting director, who was on a promise to become Biden's CIA director.
That's what he thought anyway.
And he organised it.
He testified to one of the House committees at the prompting of Anthony Blinken, who is now the Secretary of State, but was then the senior advisor to the Biden campaign, who called him after our story came out.
And, you know, we don't know exactly what he said because Morrell's cagey, but he planted the idea in his head to get this letter written and then followed up with a story from USA Today, ridiculous story, lying story from anonymous sources claiming that our story again was Russian disinformation and the laptop.
And so it was obvious what Anthony Blinken wanted and Mike Morrell delivered with 50, they're mostly CIA directors.
And in the emails and the communications that the House committee discovered that Mike Murrell was sending to his colleagues were the admission that he was doing this to give to get, because he wants Biden to win the election, doing it to give him a talking point at the final debate against Donald Trump, which he did.
He used it to get out his, it was his get out of jail free card.
And, you know, we'd already been, as you say, censored by Twitter and Facebook.
The New York Post account was locked.
That slowed them up and that stopped the reach of our story.
But the killer blow was the CIA people coming out and saying it was Russian disinformation.
That meant no other media organisation was going to follow it up.
It was completely debunked.
It was completely discredited in their eyes.
And I remember Jeff Zucker at CNN, Project Veritas, had a mole inside their newsroom meetings.
And Jeff Zucker told all his editorial managers, don't follow up on the New York Post story, which was a huge bombshell.
Don't follow up on it.
It's all debunked.
It's already been out there.
It's not true.
So that was why our story just got killed.
And Donald Trump's on trial for fraud.
It should be the other way around, shouldn't it?
Well, as usual, it's what the Democrats do.
They accuse their opponents of what they are guilty of, and it's classic projection.
And, you know, the idea that you've got Jack Smith who's investigating Donald Trump for misuse of classified information, and yet we hear that Robert Hurr, who's spent, I think, a quarter of the money that Jack Smith has,
and there's been no leaking from his special counsel operation, he's supposedly investigating Joe Biden for his mishandling of classified information, which is much more extensive and much more egregious because it dates from his Senate days.
And he was not president when he was squirreling away these classified documents in his office in his messy garage in Delaware where Hunter and his mates could stumble on them or find them.
And yet now we hear that Joe Biden's going to be getting off scot-free.
Not that we're surprised, but it's just such a dual system of justice.
Hey, Miranda Devine, you mentioned the USA Today.
What happened to that paper?
That used to be a cute little paper you get at the airport or in a motel.
It's now the most slanted left-wing crazy newspaper.
What happened to them?
You know what I think happened?
I think that when the internet came along and sort of destroyed the financial basis of newspapers around the country, a lot died, but in a lot of regional papers and a lot of smaller papers got taken over.
And I don't exactly know if it was a concerted effort, and I haven't looked into it.
But that would be my gut feeling because they're such an instrument of the left now and they're so useful.
And not just of the left, but of the intelligence services.
The intelligence services have infiltrated a lot of the prestige mask heads.
And, I mean, we know, for instance, that there are definite CIA plants who work at the Washington Post.
Why?
And, I mean, that's been an ongoing...
Like, my father was a journalist way back when, and during the Cold War he said it's just, like, common knowledge that spies are in newsrooms.
And so I think that we're finding out about that now.
And so you just the anonymous sourcing, particularly remember Baron, the Russia collusion hoax.
We now know the CIA was working or certainly ex-CIA five former directors were acting to get rid of Donald Trump.
So there's really some sort of malign influence there that was working against Donald Trump while he was president and is working against him now to ensure that he doesn't win again.
Yeah.
So is that why the Washington Post yesterday had this massive article about the poor Hunter Biden, what a tough life he's led, and trying to get sympathy for him?
Isn't that hilarious, honestly?
5,000 words of just total soft scoping.
And, you know, I can tell who they spoke to, you know, from the Hunter Biden camp, and I know who they didn't speak to.
And it was just kind of breathtaking.
There's a boilerplate paragraph that actually the New York Times and the Washington Post and all their acolytes and copiers always put in there ever since they were forced kicking and screaming after the election to admit what they had denied before, that the laptop was real and that These email messages were authentic.
And they always put this paragraph in there, though, saying, oh, there's no evidence that Joe Biden had anything to do with it or, you know, that it helped his son.
Well, you know, unfortunately, their lies are not being listened to by an increasing number of the American public because more and more polls are coming out showing that, you know, the American public does not believe that.
I think there was one the other day that showed that 70% of Americans thought that Joe Biden had done something either illegal or unethical when it came to Hunter Biden's business deals.
A new one has just come out now, about an hour ago, from it's a Harris poll saying 60% of Americans say Biden, quote, helped and participated in Hunter's corrupt business deals, including more than half of independent voters.
So 60% do not believe the president when he says he knew nothing about his son Hunter's overseas business dealing.
Wow.
Well, great stuff.
Miranda Devine's book, Laptop from Hell.
If you haven't read it, get Laptop from Hell.
And make sure you read her columns in the New York Post.
And you can follow her on X or Twitter or whatever we're calling it now.
And brilliant stuff, as always.
Miranda Devine, thanks for being with us.
Thanks so much, Mark, and happy Thanksgiving.
Happy Thanksgiving.
Take care.
Oh, when we come back, we'll take some calls.

When I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi, nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word, one that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith, political warfare, and frankly, bullshit.
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up.
You put two and two together.
Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?
Benghazi is a Rosetta Stone for everything that's been going on for the last 20 years.

So, hey, let's take some calls.
Let's go to Brad in California.
Brad, how you doing?
Hey, that's great timing on that advertisement.
I was actually just thinking about doing that for my wife for Christmas, so thank you for reminding me.
Perfect gift.
Hey, I'm in California where Mr. Newsom is our governor, and I have this strange idea that Biden is going to run and get to the Democratic convention and then bow out, and they'll put Gavin in his place because we know Camel is not electable.
They'll put Gavin in there.
He's slick as anything.
And, you know, they'll have some control over him because they're giving him that without making him run through the primary system.
Well, they kind of like that primary system.
If you took, if Biden just did what Lyndon Johnson did in 68, you just announced in January, February, I will not seek re-election.
Then you got primaries.
And then Kamala will run in the primaries and get wiped out.
That gets rid of her.
Newsom can run.
But usually the first vulture to circle doesn't get it.
So you'll have a lot of people jump in.
You'll have Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, but you'll get some governors from around the country jump in, and they'll do what they did last time.
They'll let everybody run in a couple of primaries.
They'll decide who they want, and then they'll tell everybody else to drop out.
Remember, after a couple of primaries, they decided they wanted Biden for whatever reason.
And then in South Carolina, remember in one day, they made everybody drop out of the race.
Budagie, Bernie, LaMora, all in one day dropped out.
You know, they're going to say, well, Biden won it in South Carolina.
Hey, he won because everybody else got off the ballot.
It was absolutely insane.
Hey, coming up, we'll talk to Joe Concha, the great media reporter and critic.
Lots to talk to him about.
It's a couple days.
Today's Tuesday.
So two days to Thanksgiving.
You're going to get to meet all those relatives again.
You'll all get together.
It's a great, it's one of my favorite meals of the year.
If you could get rid of the relatives, it'd be a lot better.
Most of them are okay, but there's always an aunt you can't stand and uncle you can't stand.
And bring up politics.
Wear your MAGA hat, your Sean Hannity shirt.
Bring your Sean Hannity book just to get everybody riled up.
It'll make Thanksgiving a lot more entertaining.
When we come back, we'll talk to Joe Concha.
Don't forget, check out Hannity.com.
Always great stuff at Hannity.com.
Mark Simone here for Sean Hannity.
Back in a moment.
Hey, it's Mark Simone here for Sean Hannity.
Joe Concha, the great media reporter.
Of course, you see him all over Fox News and read his columns, The Messenger.
Get his book.
Come on, man, a great book about Joe Biden.
He and I are on Kudlow every week, number one show on the Fox Business Network.
Joe Concha, how you doing?
Mark, you're like Mariana Rivera coming in out of the bullpen to save the day on the Sean Hannity show.
So thank you.
I was going to fill in, but they said Simone's available.
You got to get it.
Wait a minute.
This is not the story I got.
I was on my way leaving town.
I got this call.
Sean's not feeling well.
I said, well, can't you get Joe Concha's busy?
Can't do it.
Oh, that's funny.
Yeah, well, that is actually true.
Oh, okay.
Here nor there.
I will take the reins next time if we ever run into this emergency situation, but I've been listening, and the audience, I'm sure, is happy that you're here.
So what do you want to talk about?
More importantly.
Hey, tell me about this Pete Budigej, this wormy little guy.
Remember Budigej put together some sort of fake military experience and then remember he pretended to ride his bike to work but got caught faking it.
And what's the latest with Butige?
Now, this friend of his?
A friend of his, child porn.
You know, they've known each other for many decades.
They're close.
And, you know, it's I'm going to give Budige a pass here only because he can't be responsible for what a friend of his has been doing.
So it's a tawdry thing.
Anything involving child porn, obviously, is something that you don't want to be within 100 miles of.
But just because Buddhaj knew the guy, that doesn't make him guilty by association.
But didn't he deny knowing the guy?
He distanced himself like any politician would.
Let's put it that way.
But do I know the extent of their friendship?
I mean, as recently as 2019, he said that he was a close friend, yes.
But that was a couple of years ago.
Regardless, all I care about is if Buttig, if the planes are going to be flying on time during this Thanksgiving, because every time we've gotten to a holiday with this guy as transportation secretary, and remember, he was the guy who couldn't fill a pothole in South Bend, Indiana.
Then he gets chosen to be head of a Department of Transportation, and it's been just a disaster since with the supply chain problems, problems, crisis.
He goes on maternity leave for a couple months, even though, you know, do you really need a couple months when you didn't have the baby?
I don't know.
That's just me.
And then obviously what we've seen in airports every Thanksgiving and Christmas, it's a disaster.
So that's all I care about is a guy who's going to finally start doing his job if he can even do the job because obviously experience wasn't something he came in with when it came to transportation.
Hey, Joe Kacha, there's this dirty, wormy website, Media Matters.
Founded Hillary Clinton helped found the thing, and George Soros types all donated money in it.
It used to be a big deal a million years ago, but it's meant nothing recently.
But Elon Musk is suing Media Matters, this dirty little left-wing hit job site.
What's the deal with that?
So what happened was as far as what Musk is saying and what Twitter is saying, and it's probably true because these are just some of the worst people on the planet.
These are folks, Media Matters, who are smear merchants, who just their sole goal is to try to squelch and destroy conservatives as much as possible, get them canceled.
And you had these advertisers who are still just naive and stupid enough to believe a Media Matters report that said that their brands were next to Nazi and anti-Semitic type of content on Twitter.
But what Media Matters did, I don't want to go into the weeds too much, was they created all these fake accounts and then they manipulated this algorithm to make it look like Apple or IBM, their ads were right next to Nazi or anti-Semitic content.
So Musk has a very good lawsuit here, I think.
He certainly has the money, right, where he could go the distance with this.
And it would be a great day in this country if Media Matters was no more.
I'm all for free speech and I don't like canceling so much, but this is an evil organization, as Elon Musk has called them.
And they deserve everything they got coming to them.
Because when you make up news and make up reports and hurt this company's bottom line by advertisers running from them because they think something's happening that actually isn't, they deserve everything they're about to get.
Yeah, but you know, years ago when they'd go after you, you'd get bombarded.
You'd get 10,000 emails.
They bombard your Twitter.
Now when Media Matters goes after you, it doesn't even show up in the Google alert.
They don't mean anything to me anymore.
True, true.
In amongst themselves, they're not as big of a deal as they used to be.
But now you've got all these other so-called media reporters, right, and media sites that aggregate their stuff.
So maybe if it stays on Media Matters, you don't hear anything about it.
Once it ends up on other sites, other more prominent sites, then it has an impact.
I know firsthand that they, not just me, but any conservative out there, they have a whole team of people that just monitors their social media and their alerts all day just to find something that they could take out of context that they could then write about and try to hurt you with.
So, yeah, they're not as big of a deal, but they got a lot of friends in media, unfortunately, starting with CNN, by the way, who just basically aggregates whatever they say, and it's a whole bowl of wrong.
Yeah, these are like amateur reporters.
What did Dan Rather call them?
Amateur reporters at home in their pajamas.
Well, true.
Everybody can call themselves a journalist now if they have a Twitter account and they hate Watch Fox.
Then they're a reporter.
The bar has been lowered just slightly because it's nuts.
Hey, I like to hate watch MSNBC.
Boy, that Jen Saki, she really fits in there.
She is really terrible.
The funny thing is, and this is what drives me nuts.
Rachel Maddow calls herself a journalist.
And Saki says, no, I'm not an opinion person.
I'm a journalist.
Truth.
And then she allows this New York representative, this Congressman Dan Goldman, to go on there and call for Donald Trump, because he's such a threat to democracy, not to be defeated.
It's fine if you say that.
He says Donald Trump should be eliminated.
What else am I supposed to ascertain from eliminated, right?
Because this is a former president and obviously leading by a country mile for the GOP nomination.
And he's saying, well, he's got to be eliminated.
I can guarantee you if any Republican says that about any Democrat, that they need to be eliminated.
Remember what happened with Sarah, you know, where she had, you know, she said, we're targeting these districts to win, win back for the GOP, and she was blamed for the shooting of Gabby Giffords just for saying something as benign as that.
So that's where we are at this point.
You got Saki allowing Goldman to say this on her show, and then she even promotes it on Twitter.
And then you got Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, who did a lot, by the way.
Trump really should send them like a thank you card or a bouquet or something.
Because remember in 2015, 2016, Trump was on there like every week, and they couldn't kiss his butt more if they tried.
And then once he got elected, then the audience turned on him.
So now they've been trying to overcompensate back to show how much they hate Trump, so to speak.
And they used to go to Mar-a-Lago, you know this, like every year for vacation.
You got Joe Scarborough saying that if Donald Trump is elected, not only will he jail his opponents, because what president would ever do that, Joe Biden, but he's even saying that he will execute his opponents.
He's going to start ordering firing squads to Adam Schiff.
It's so ridiculous.
But that's what MSNBC is at this point.
And they get a pass because they're so crazy.
I guess people kind of ignore them at this point if you look at their ratings anyway, Mark.
Yeah.
Well, they say if you can't sell your candidate, if there's no selling points, then instead you talk about what awful thing will happen if the other guy's elected.
The problem with Trump, he was president for four years, so we know what he'll do.
We know he's not going to do anything like that.
He never did that in the four years he was there.
Precisely.
And Joe Biden is doing that and his Justice Department.
I mean, how many trials are going on with Trump?
One, two, three, four at last check.
And obviously 91 felony accounts.
Donald Trump, you know, it all takes his one, right?
Could end up going to jail.
So Joe Scarborough is accusing Donald Trump of the very thing that this administration is doing.
And you're right.
They can't talk about how great the economy is in Biden office because it ain't going well, right?
And inflation is still three times as high as it was when Joe Biden took office.
And you can't talk about, they say gas prices are down $1.50 from their peak.
Yeah, well, they're still a dollar higher than they were before Biden took office.
It was $2.39, I believe, when Trump came in.
And now it's still way too high at this point.
We see what's happening with crime.
We see what's happening with the border and all of these migrants.
And it's choking city budgets.
Education scores at a 30-year low.
The world seems like it's on fire because it basically is.
So what part of Joe Biden's record can Joe Scarborough or Jen Saki talk about?
There's nothing.
And that's why, and I heard somebody make a good point on this.
You got Trump now beating Biden at every poll.
At first, we were told they're outliers.
Oh, it's just one poll.
Now it's like 11 straight polls, and he's beating them.
If you remember back in 2016, there wasn't one poll that told you that Donald Trump was going to beat Hillary Clinton.
So if he won when he wasn't even winning those polls, can you imagine what the real number is?
Mark, you talk about this as Poe Biden at this point when you know he's like cottage cheese.
He's going to get worse before not a fine wine.
That we do know, Mark.
Hey, Joe Concha, you always check the Joe Biden schedule.
Tell people what his daily schedule looks like.
Oh, okay.
Well, he had one thing on his schedule yesterday, and that was the turkey pardon.
Okay.
That was today, and then that was yesterday.
And then today he had one thing on his schedule, and that was to make remarks about how he's going to take on fentanyl, and he's going to clean up the country as far as getting it out of our communities.
And so 100,000 people don't die because, you know, he's only three years late to this problem, a problem that he created because the border's so open.
But then afterwards, he's going to Nantucket again.
He's staying at a $34 million home.
Imagine this.
This home was worth twice as much as the judge of New York's Mar-a-Lago is worth.
Place looked like.
So 13 acres, 34 million.
He's not going to Scranton, right?
He's the blue-collar guy who would think would go to Scranton and spend Thanksgiving in a middle-class home somewhere.
Nope.
He's going to Nantucket.
Six-day weekend for the president who has spent 40% of his presidency on vacation to this point.
So that's why when people say, well, they can't be in the Oval Office for another four years.
I mean, it's a hard job.
Not for Joe Biden.
It ain't, it barely works.
I mean, what other job can you work only here on vacation 40% of the time and expect to make things better where you work?
I think it's a pretty simple question to ask.
Hey, war in the Ukraine, unbelievable, terrible war in the Middle East.
And he's nothing on the schedule except taking a picture.
Nothing on the schedule.
Unbelievable.
Yeah, just show me an effort.
I might respect you a little bit.
I mean, say what you will about Donald Trump.
You always got an effort.
And as far as the press saying that Donald Trump was the biggest threat ever to the Fourth Estate, that guy did 45 solo press conferences his final year in office.
Joe Biden's done one this year.
That's what I'm saying.
So all these journalists, you got access.
You got a guy who talked a lot.
I think you'd like that, but you get kicked out of the club if you talk like that.
Hey, if you want a good book about Joe Biden, get Joe Concha's book called Come On Man.

Pat, how are you doing?
Welcome to the Sean Hannity Show.
Thank you, sir.
How are you today?
Good.
So I was born at West Point while my dad was stationed there.
And back in the 70s, I got to meet the hostages that were taken in Iran.
Wow, yeah.
It was an incredible experience.
But I know we're not supposed to negotiate with terrorists.
So why the heck would we be trying to force another country to negotiate with terrorists?
Yeah, I agree with you.
I don't like this deal at all.
Apparently, the Biden administration pushing it like crazy.
Netanyahu, moments ago, they're meeting in Israel.
They're discussing it, said that Biden has better the deal for Israel, added hostages to it.
He's being very nice to Biden.
I'm sure that's in exchange for a lot of stuff.
Israel needs a lot of help from the U.S. as far as weapons, ordnance, missiles.
You know, that iron dome they protect Israel with needs a certain type of missile, which apparently is there's not enough of them in the world right now.
Biden slowed down production of them when he took office, so that's not good.
They're trying to make them as fast as they can.
So Netanyahu is going to depend on Biden for a lot of stuff right now.
So that's why he's going along with this.
Part of the deal, apparently, that they're working out when it comes to the release of hostages.
They want it to be women and children first.
Hamas, 50 hostages.
Word is they're trying to up that to 90 hostages that they'll release.
But Israel, they're talking about having to release two, 300.
So we'll see what the deal is when they announce it.
I don't know.
Anyway, we're just about out of time.
It's Thanksgiving.
Tomorrow is Wednesday.
Thursday is Thanksgiving.
It's a day where you get together.
You ever watch that show Blue Bloods?
It's so unrealistic.
I love the show Blue Bloods.
It's so unrealistic.
He's the police commissioner.
His father's the police commissioner.
His daughter's the district attorney.
But they have this big family dinner every Sunday.
And they joke around.
There's no fights.
There's no arguments.
I don't know.
That's not a real.
Thanksgiving, you need a fight.
You'll fight about politics.
And don't pull your punches.
Rile them up.
Hey, check out my Instagram.
There's a picture there, a Trump picture, Thanksgiving Trump picture.
Send that to everybody before the dinner.
They'll come in on fire, ready to kill you.
It'll be great.

What I told people, I was making a podcast about Benghazi.
Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
From Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries, this is Fiasco, Benghazi.
