Well, we're coming to your city.
Trump with a nine-point lead over President Biden in that poll.
And whatever caveats, whether that is an outlier, that's a tough one to spin.
Vice President Harris, do you see her as the future of the Democratic Party?
It's not a given.
You don't automatically move up.
She'll have to compete going forward so that we can stop passing CRs.
That's like telling a crack addict, we're going to give you more crack to keep you off a crack.
It doesn't work, man.
Freedom is back in style.
Welcome to the revolution.
Where we're coming to your city.
Gonna play our guitars and say you will come to soul.

All right, thank you, Scott Shannon, and thanks to all of you for being with us.
Here's our toll-free telephone number.
It's 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
All right, the big headline drudge report.
Republican race about to shake with late entry, a picture of Glenn Yunkin.
I know behind the scenes that the donor class, the money people within the Republican establishment, you know, they're just anybody but Trump.
They're never Trumpers.
Many of these people I know for a fact had been early supporters and pushed Ron DeSantis to get in.
And, you know, they don't feel he's performing well enough to warrant further investments, but they're looking for anybody, any warm body that they think might be able to win.
Now, do I think Yunkin is going to get in?
I don't, actually.
I know he's being courted.
I know, you know, with some of the people that, you know, have asked me what I think.
And I'm like, okay, why would Yunkin want to go through what Ron DeSantis has had to go through?
Trump is a tough, fierce, unrelenting opponent.
I mean, that defines his entire persona, which, by the way, when he's fighting against, you know, China, Russia, North Korea, the mullows in Iran, they feared him.
They don't fear Joe Biden.
One of the problems we have right now as a world and a country is nobody takes this man seriously, nor should they.
He's a complete cognitive mess, and he's deteriorating right before our eyes.
It is a degenerative condition.
Call it whatever you want to call it.
Dementia.
Alzheimer's.
He is physically weak and frail.
I know Operation Keep Joe Biden from Falling is in full effect.
And on day one, he nearly trips off the plane on the baby stairs off Air Force One.
He's not even on the real stairs that most presidents use for Air Force One.
So people see it.
And the problem is our enemies see it.
I think a lot, maybe that equation changes somewhat.
Virginia has a real shot, in my view, of right now, they have 100 members in the lower chamber, and they have a three-point advantage, five empty seats that will be filled.
So they have the majority in the lower house.
They are four seats down in the upper chamber, which I believe has 40 seats.
And, you know, it's the House of Delegates and their Senate.
So 140 elected officials total.
Do I think it would be good for Virginia and Yunkin if in fact he got a majority that would help support what I think is a commonsensical conservative agenda?
Yeah, I do.
Do I think he's a rising star?
Yeah, I do.
I think we do have great governors.
We do have people that I think over time are going to evolve into very, very strong presidential contenders.
And it's just going to be a matter of time.
We'll have to wait, watch, see how this all unfolds.
Anyway, this is what somebody said wrote me today.
I liked your debate with Newsome at the end of your show last night better than I liked the regular debate.
I mean, it got pretty tense because I was pushing Gavin hard.
You know, listen, we land in California, and the first thing I see was $6.50 a gallon for gasoline.
So we got a guy that's driving him.
I said, whoa, am I reading that right?
$6.50 a gallon.
He goes, yeah, that's actually one of the busier gas stations because the price is so low.
I'm like, what?
The price is low.
Oh, yeah, it's over $7 a gallon.
And then they point out a gas station over $7 per gallon of regular.
I mean, I put premium in my car.
I don't even know why I put premium in my car.
The manufacturer recommends it, so I follow their recommendation.
And so I put premium in my car, so I pay more.
I like to self-serve to save money because in New York, if you get somebody to pump your gas, you usually end up paying more per gallon.
I'm like, you know what?
Sorry, I'm old school.
I can pump my own gas.
I don't care if it's freezing cold.
I don't care if it's snowing.
I don't care if it's sleeting.
I don't care if it's raining.
It's just like, you know, everybody, when they meet me in the grocery store, you know, what are you doing here?
I'm like, I'm shopping.
But why?
Why does the people think that I have, what, people for that, Linda?
Is that what that is?
I think it's just that you're so svelte now.
They've just assumed you're not eating anymore.
This is Krawf McGah.
Just Kraft McGah.
By the way, you can't train unless you have fuel.
I'm very paleo, but I certainly have been about, you know, calorie reduction.
You have definitely been very good.
I will give you credit.
Yeah, no, I mean, the food I eat is healthy and not the garbage you claim to be healthy, the disgusting vomit colored drinks you drink.
I'm not even addamé today.
Okay, it's either orange, puke looking or green.
They've been more tan lately anyway.
Oh, more tan?
What is it?
The tan?
First of all, what do we like about the word tan?
Tan.
How do you say tan?
Tan.
Tan.
Tons.
Oh, I'm sorry.
Anyway, I digress.
We got a lot of coverage today.
Later on, Jim Jordan, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, is going to join us.
Actually, we're going to play my debate that I had with Gavin Newsome.
I pushed him hard about, you know, I said, really?
You're going to tell me that you don't see that Joe Biden is a cognitive mess.
What's interesting is, Linda, and I know you missed this and you only heard the audio.
He didn't really dispute my assertion that he's a cognitive mess.
Yeah, but he's done so many other great things.
I'm like, whoa, are you...
After the Pacific Islander acronym?
Exactly.
Exactly.
That was pretty bad.
As was bumping into the flagpole, as was walking off the stage and not shaking the hands of him.
You have to laugh because it's freaking insane.
I laugh or I want to cry because this is our country.
I genuinely feel this, and this is not R versus D, conservative, liberal.
I look at him and I watch and I cringe and I'm so I'm embarrassed.
I feel embarrassed for him.
You know, where are the people that in his life that really love him and care for him?
You know, they ought to be, there needs to be an intervention and say, Joe, you're not well enough for the job.
You're deteriorating before our eyes.
No, they just implement Operation Keep Joe from Falling and give him rubber-soled shoes, you know, for now on, and he's wearing sneakers.
How dare Axios write that article and tell us the truth?
Anyway, so we'll get to that later in the program.
We got a lot on the economy.
We got a lot on immigration.
You know, then I asked, by the way, I asked Newsom.
We talked about borders.
And I simply went over this with him.
Are you serious?
You don't think we have a massive crisis at the border?
And he tries to defend it.
Tried to defend high gas prices.
Oh, we're being price gouged in California.
I said, oh, so you're the only state?
Because the national average is $4 a gallon.
In his state, I have the economic numbers in front of me here.
It is, let's see, right now, in Southern California, weekly cost average $6.89.
God forbid you want Supreme in your gas tank.
That's over $7.
Diesel costs $7.50.
I mean, this is insane.
You want to know why everything costs more at every store you go to?
Because it costs more.
And now they're going to pay a minimum wage.
And I love In-N-Out Burgers.
They're paying those employees $20 an hour to flip burgers.
That's not bad.
Okay.
The problem is when I go there, and I didn't pay any attention to what I paid.
I just don't care.
If they were charged $100, I'm getting my In-N-Out burger.
Period ended sentence.
Just stop.
You can't lecture me about food when you have that disgusting puke drink.
Take a picture of it and put it on my Twitter account and show people how disgusting that thing is.
So anyway, and we just got into all of that and about whether or not under any circumstances he'd accept the nomination to run for president for the Democratic Party in 2024.
And I had to push hard to get the answer, no, under no circumstances.
So that was pretty interesting.
The other big story short of the debate, and if you guys want to, and you out there in RadioLand would like to respond to the debate and give me your thoughts on it, who you think did well, who don't you think did well?
What about this report that maybe the Republican race would be shaken up with maybe a late entry?
Maybe, you know, Youngin would jump in.
I don't, you know, what impact that has, I don't know.
I will tell you this.
I love debates.
I really do.
I had a hard time last night because I know I can name a bunch of people starting with Chris Christie and no offense to the North Dakota governor, who is impressive, but they don't belong on the stage.
They're not going to be viable candidates.
You know, at some point, the criteria has got to be you're pulling double-digit numbers or you don't belong there.
Do I think Trump should show up when the guy has a 40-point lead in the primary?
I actually don't think he should.
Although, you know, he was called out on it a number of times last night.
That's my own opinion.
And I asked myself, what would I do if I was ever in that situation?
I probably wouldn't do it.
We have the impeachment inquiry hearings beginning today, and it has been very, very enlightening, very enlightening.
Starting with Byron Donalds, he reads a text from Jim Biden to Hunter Biden saying, well, you were brought in to protect dad, the big guy.
Then you got Byron Donalds reading the text from Hunter to Naomi Biden, his sister, about him paying for everything for the last 30 years.
That's half my income going to pops.
Byron Donalds reads another text, Jim Biden to Hunter saying, well, I can work with your father alone.
I'm like, okay.
So this is the first Biden impeachment inquiry hearing and the basis for the impeachment inquiry of Joseph R. Biden Jr., meaning Joe.
Anyway, so according to the House Oversight Committee, James Comer said the hearing is going to examine the value of the impeachment inquiry and will present all the evidence to date uncovered by the committee.
And I know for a fact there's evidence in spite of everything that we have told you.
And there is a mountain of evidence, a mountain of it, that shows Joe Biden lied, that Joe Biden lied repeatedly as a candidate, as a president.
We know that Joe Biden's story has evolved repeatedly from I never talked to my brother, my son, or anybody for that matter, into, well, Joe, the president's never been in business.
As we've been saying all along, you weren't saying that all along, but he's never been in business to now, no, he's never benefited financially.
Sorry, but the criminal statute regarding bribery does not demand or indicate in any way that you have to be a financial beneficiary, although there's plenty of evidence that shows that Joe did benefit from these business deals.
You know, Joe, who said he'd never talked to these people about business dealings, but why is he meeting with Russian oligarchs at Cafe Milano?
Why is it that we have a WhatsApp message?
I'm sitting here with my father and we want to know why you did not fulfill the commitment.
This is to another energy company.
Remember, we have the Burisma shakedown.
Hunter, no experience, at the time addicted to drugs, calls that pops five days before he's about to go to Ukraine.
And this is when Burisma needed desperately D.C. help, gets him to DC help five days later, withholds a billion dollars, gets the prosecutor fired.
So the DC help is given.
And lo and behold, Hunter stays on the board, continues to make millions for something in his own words he's not experienced for.
Hmm.
Makes a lot of sense.
That WhatsApp message continues.
And this was to the CEFC.
That's the energy and oil giant of the Communist Party in China.
And, you know, between everybody my father knows and my ability to hold a grudge, you will regret not keeping your commitment.
We are expecting a call sitting here together waiting for your call.
Okay, what was the net result of that?
Well, a few days later, $5.1 million makes it into Hunter Biden's accounts.
And they go through all the new developments this week.
250,000 wire Originating in Beijing, beneficiary address listed home of Joe Biden.
All right, so we'll get back into this inquiry.
We got Newt Gingrich's take on the debate.
We got so much going on today.
So much going on.
Anyway, we'll get to all of it.
We'll get to your calls as well.
A lot to discuss today.
800-941-Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program.

I mean, when you listen to the Democrats at this impeachment inquiry, they are so dumb.
They are so ignorant of any facts at all.
Just like the mob of the media.
You know, this mantra, there's no evidence at all.
None whatsoever.
Really?
Explain.
Well, why did they have the shell companies?
Just explain that.
Explain if there's nothing to this.
Why did Joe feel the need to lie again and again and again?
Maybe you can explain why Joe was meeting with Hunter's foreign business partners when he said he'd never talk to him about business at the distinguished Cafe Milano, especially, you know, oligarchs like the former First Lady of Moscow.
Why was he calling in to all of Hunter's business meetings with his foreign business associates?
Can you explain that?
Can you explain why, you know, we have nine Biden family members, including grandchildren and a person, your son addicted to drugs, and with no experience, getting paid millions and millions and millions and millions of dollars from oil and energy giants.
Why?
Geez, inquiring minds would like to know.
Oh, but that's not evidence.
That is not evidence.
I just want you to know that.
All that is, that is nothing but a smear and an innuendo.
Well, I'd like an answer to the smear and the innuendo because it's not a smear.
It's not an innuendo, but it's something we need answers to.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
Thank you for being with us.
800-941, Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Look, there's no, you just, you can't fudge it.
You can't spin it.
The economy is a mess, and it's getting, you know, worse by the day.
I mean, these predictions this week of $150 a barrel of oil, it should scare everybody.
National average now back right there at $4 a gallon again.
Here we go and going higher.
California, I couldn't believe it, $6.89, Southern California average.
I had to look that up today.
And you know what?
It's killing the middle class in this country.
It is crushing them.
And then to deal with Biden's inflation, remember, unilaterally disarming.
I mean, that was maybe the silliest thing Gavin Newsom said.
We've never been more energy independent than we are now.
No, we've never been more dependent.
Why then are we importing oil from Venezuela?
Why are we paying ransom money to Iran?
Why has Joe imported oil from Iran?
Nobody wants to ask that question.
Why are we begging the Saudis to produce more oil if we're so independent?
Why is OPEC keep throwing the middle finger in our face saying drop dead and taking full advantage of this opportunity because America unilaterally disarmed on the energy issue, which is killing our economy?
It is costing a fortune now to fill up your gas tank and heat and cool your home.
And it's costing more for every item you get at every store you go to.
Now, with that said, there's ways you can save money.
One way is with your cell phone.
That's where Pure Talk comes in.
And, you know, what a great company.
Not many companies would do this.
Give you significant upgrades to your service and not charge you a penny.
Well, that's what Pure Talk just did for their current customers.
New customers will benefit as well because they just added a ton of data to every plan, including mobile hotspot to every plan.
No price increase at all.
Now, for $20 a month, they are offering unlimited talk, unlimited text, and now 50% more 5G data than just a couple of weeks ago.
And mobile hotspot.
It's only 20 bucks a month.
Now, they use the same cell towers as AT ⁇ T, Verizon T-Mobile.
So it's the exact same cell service you used to.
Average family saving close to $1,000 a year.
If you've not joined the stampede away from these big carriers, do it today.
Put this money in your pocket.
These are tough economic times.
61% of our country living paycheck to paycheck.
How many people are putting bare necessities on their credit cards with 20-plus percent interest rates?
It's scary.
Anyway, the switch is simple, fast, and easy.
Dial pound 250.
Say the keyword.
Save now.
And if you do it now, you get an additional 50% off your first month.
Pound 250, keyword, save now.
A veteran-owned company, my cell phone company is Pure Talk.
Anyway, 800-941, Sean.
I mentioned Byron Doddles, so the impeachment inquiry beginning today.
And I mentioned the text messages he read.
I won't repeat it here.
Let me play James Comer and what his committee, the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, and the mountain of evidence, because this is the big lie we keep hearing.
You know, well, we hear the lie about the border.
The border's closed and the border's secure.
Well, wow, my eyes must be lying to me because we just had a record this week in one day.
11,000 illegal immigrants entering the country.
No background checks.
How many terrorist cells are emerging in our towns and cities, plotting, planning, and scheming, you know, another 9-11 or similar event?
It's frightening.
Nobody's lifting a finger.
The only thing the Biden administration has been doing, oh, they're aiding and abetting in the whole process.
Never mind that they're just flying people in just to avoid the scene at the border looking worse and worse.
That we found out last week.
But listen to what James Comer, the mountain of evidence that they say is non-existent, the same idiots that say the border's closed.
This is the mountain of evidence when they say there's no evidence.
There's no evidence at all, really.
Here's James Comer.
Since assuming our Republican majority in January, the House Oversight and Accountability Committee has uncovered a mountain of evidence revealing how Joe Biden abused his public office for his family's financial gain.
For years, President Biden has lied to the American people about his knowledge of and participation in his family's corrupt business schemes.
At least 10 times, Joe Biden lied to the American people that he never spoke to his family about their business dealings.
He lied by telling the American people that there was an absolute wall between his official government duties and his personal life.
Let's be clear: there was no wall.
The door was wide open to those who purchased what a business associate described as the Biden brand.
Evidence reveals that then Vice President Joe Biden spoke, dined, and developed relationships with his family's foreign business targets.
These business targets include foreign oligarchs who sent millions of dollars to his family.
It also includes a Chinese national who wired a quarter of a million dollars to his son.
Wow.
He goes deeper into this by pointing out how Joe Biden lied about his family making money in China.
We know that from the WhatsApp message.
And we know he lied about the business because five days before he went to Ukraine and leveraged $1 billion of our tax dollars to get a prosecutor fired.
We know the phone call from Dubai where Hunter was meeting with Burisma executives at the time.
They were saying they desperately need D.C. help.
Five days later, Joe gave him the help, fired the prosecutor.
Hunter continues to get paid.
What do you call that where you live?
Because I know what they call it in New York.
There might be an expletive or two before and after the word that I'm thinking about.
You stupid antity blanking bribery.
That's what I call it.
Shakedown.
Influence peddling.
You know, a quid pro quo.
What does that mean in Latin?
This for that, that for this, this for that.
Anyway, and then Comer talks about we're opening up the impeachment inquiry to see if Biden engaged in impeachable offenses.
What are impeachable offenses?
Bribery, high crimes, misdemeanors.
Let's play that from James Comer.
Now, what were the Bidens selling to make all this money?
Joe Biden himself.
Joe Biden is the brand.
And Joe Biden showed up at least two dozen times with business targets and associates sending signals of access, influence, and power to those prepared to pay for it.
The American people demand accountability for this culture of corruption.
They demand to know how these schemes have compromised President Biden and threaten our national security.
They demand safeguards to be put in place to prevent public officials from selling access to their public office for private gain.
Under the leadership of Speaker Kevin McCarthy, House Republicans have now opened an impeachment inquiry.
Into President Joe Biden.
By opening an impeachment inquiry, our investigation is now focused on whether President Biden engaged in impeachable offenses under the U.S. Constitution.
It empowers Congress, elected by the people, to continue providing the answers, transparency, and accountability that the American people demand and deserve.
Now, Jason Smith, who heads the powerful House Oversight Committee, I'm sorry, the House Ways and Means Committee.
I stand corrected.
I'm correcting myself.
That's a Joe Biden moment, we call that.
Thank God I don't have that many, as many as Joe does.
And I do know what day of the week it is.
Today is Thursday.
And if I didn't remember, well, when you fly two red eyes in a row, you might have the same cognitive weaknesses that whatever I might show today, because I'm like walking dead.
I feel like I got hit with a baseball bat in my head.
Anyway, Jason Smith, you know, he goes into great detail about and released messaged to Chinese business executives and Hunter mentioning preserving the keys to his family's only asset.
Well, that's the brand.
The brand wasn't Hunter.
The brand wasn't the guy addicted to crack.
The brand was Joe Biden.
DC Help did not refer to Hunter Biden.
It referred to the then vice president, Joe Biden.
That's what the 1023 form referenced.
The idea that Joe didn't know, I'm sitting here with my father, and why didn't you keep your commitment between everyone he knows and my ability to hold a grudge?
You will regret not following my instructions.
Oh, 5.1 million wired a few days later.
Amazing country, this is.
But anyway, and then Jason Smith, House Ways, and Means Committee, a worksheet from IRS whistleblower Joseph Ziegler.
This is the guy that's not even a conservative.
He's a Democrat.
Chose the link with Biden's 2014 visit to Ukraine and Burisma hiring Hunter.
Well, I didn't even know about that part.
And Jason Smith talks about the IRS was not allowed to investigate Joe Biden because Gary Shapley, another IRS whistleblower.
You know, Democrats used to love whistleblowers in impeachment inquiries because they certainly love the hearsay, non-whistleblower, whistleblower on the issue of Ukraine and Donald Trump's impeachment.
And then Jason Smith talks about, you know, he goes into great specificity and detail how they took contemporaneous notes about the meeting with David Weiss and how David Weiss was saying what he was saying.
Then we have Jim Jordan.
Well, he jumps over.
He'll join us later in the program.
I'll let him go through the four facts that he's been mentioning on TV about the Burisma story and the firing of the prosecutor, et cetera.
And anyway, let's actually play that now.
This is a tale as old as time.
Politician takes action that makes money for his family, and then he tries to conceal it.
Never forget four fundamental facts.
Hunter Biden gets put on the board of Burisma, gets paid a lot of money.
Hunter Biden's not qualified.
Fact number two to sit on the board.
Not my words, his words.
He said he got on the board because of the brand, because of the name.
Fact number three, the executives at Burisma asked Hunter Biden to weigh in and help them with the pressure they are under from the prosecutor in Ukraine.
Fact number four, Joe Biden goes to Ukraine on December 9th, 2015, gives the speech attacking the prosecutor that starts the process of getting that guy fired.
Those facts, by the way, are consistent with what the confidential human source told the FBI and the FBI recorded in the 1023 form.
The same form that the Justice Department didn't want to let this committee see.
It was a great, a lot of great moments by Byron Donalds.
I mentioned some of them in the last half hour.
One in particular is he says we have an organizational chart from the IMS investigative team that was looking into the business practices of Hunter and his associates.
And the chart is from 2014.
A lot happened since then already.
But Mr. Dubinsky, my former life, I was in the community banking and I'm comfortable with looking at organizational materials.
When I first saw this chart, the first thing I thought about was a real estate holding company or a developer.
And this is not to demean developers in America, but developers typically have multiple companies that float with various business interests and business, but they're real businesses that invest real dollars, that employ real people, that buy real property.
And then he says, but the funny thing is that in the business dealings of Hunter, there's no real estate.
There's no product.
The brand is the problem.
Selling the brand.
Well, the brand is access to Joe, especially at the ever-prestigious Cafe Milano.
We have to go to the Cafe Milano one day when we're in Washington, D.C.
I bet they have caviar, champagne, caviar.
You know, it'd be great.
And then Donald talks about, you know, one of the key owners, Devin Archer, testifying that in his deposition under oath to the oversight committee.
And in 2018, Devin Archer is no longer listed, but his wife is now listed.
And Mr. Dubinsky, when you see a situation where ownership interest moves from one spouse to another, is that a concern of some level of fraud?
Yeah, potentially.
Bruce Dubinsky, Dubinsky Consulting, says, yeah, I'd call that a red flag.
That's a red flag.
That's something I would look at again and again to try to get to the bottom of what actually happened.
Was it just transferred?
Was there money behind what was going on?
You know, then he talks about the WhatsApp message.
We spent a lot of time with I'm sitting here with my father.
You know, and then the money shows up just a number of days later.
Nancy Mace was particularly good today.
She's been really good on this issue, actually.
We've had her on this program talking about all this.
You know, Hunter references access to his father as the keys to the family's only asset.
Well, that kind of is in sync with what Devin Archer said, that the brand is Joe Biden.
It's certainly not Hunter Biden.
Unbelievable.
All right.
We got debate analysis.
We're going to check in with the former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich.
Maybe I'll have him grade my debate because I know Linda's going to give me a crappy grade later in the show.
You just are.
I don't know that crappy is accurate.
I mean, I'm just going to be honest.
It's one of my strong suits.
Okay.
Well, what does it define a crappy grade?
An A, B, C?
I mean, you're talking to him, so, you know, it's all crap.
You know.
Oh, so the fact that I even talk to him.
Well, because I don't think that people, nothing he says is true.
Is there anything that I've been saying that American.
What you say is great.
Well, yeah, I mean, he couldn't answer the questions I was asking, but that's not the issue.
Have I been right about you better pay attention to this guy?
Have I been right?
So the only thing I say, yes, but part of the problem is we are giving him audience.
It's like what I say about when we cover a mass murder.
But here's what else.
I don't want to cover it.
I don't want to give them the audience.
Now I want.
Now, but am I also simultaneously exposing very, let's just let's be charitable.
Let's call it a very different governing philosophy with very extreme, very extreme points of view and positions.
Is that fair?
That's fair.
Okay.
And that's valuable, isn't it?
Yeah, I mean, listen, somebody's got to pay the bill for French laundry, so why not jack up the gas price?
Exactly.
