Time Text
This is an iHeart podcast.
All right, our two Sean Hannity show, toll-free, is 800-941.
Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, as is being reported pretty much everywhere, and even something went up in Fulton County earlier today, as I mentioned, I think it probably is a preview of what is the coming attraction.
The document that is released and posted online by the Fulton County, Georgia's DA, it was put up and then taken down.
They had is the defendant Donald Trump.
My sources telling me this could be as early as tomorrow.
I was even given a specific time at 4 o'clock.
And, you know, one of the big questions, and I was asked this on Fox and Friends this morning, do we have a dual justice system?
And I've been screaming that we do.
You don't see the same, look at the appointment of David Weiss.
This guy was going to give Hunter a sweetheart deal with a get out of jail free card on top of it, which also would have benefited his father.
And yet, meanwhile, we know so much about the father.
We have five different lies that Joe Biden has told about the family business.
I've never discussed the foreign business dealings of Hunter with Hunter, my brother, or anybody for that matter that he said both as a candidate and as a president.
He never met with his son's business partners.
We know that's a lie, too.
They didn't get any money from China.
That's a lie.
Hunter Biden has done nothing wrong.
That's a big lie.
And the Hunter Biden laptop that emerged in late 2020 was Russian disinformation, which is another lie.
On top of that, FoxNews.com got a hold of these exclusive documents over the weekend.
You had this supervisory special agent for the FBI telling congressional investigators on the House Oversight and Accountability Committee that the Biden transition team and Secret Service headquarters were tipped off in December of 2020 about a planned interview of Hunter Biden.
That interview, that tip-off, you know, of that interview of the president-elect's son never took place at all at the time.
And then you look at, okay, all the other lies.
Now we find out all these meetings that took place.
Joe was a part of it.
But we get back to this fundamental issue here, and that is that we don't have equal justice and equal application of our laws.
Somebody that lived it out in real time, he's been on this program to tell this story before, but I think it's even more applicable now that you can see such a stark contrast in terms of the investigations that are ongoing.
Roger Stone is back with us.
By the way, he has his own radio show on Sundays on our former New York affiliate, 3 to 5.
Congratulations to you, Roger.
How are you?
Great, Sean.
Thanks for having me.
I'm going to get in a lot of trouble for saying that, even though I still have a lot of friends there.
I'm on your competitor across the street.
But it's great to have you.
You know, as you watch all of this unfold here, and you see, we're now anticipating indictment number four of Donald Trump, maybe as early as tomorrow, I'm told.
And here you have this Biden family syndicate.
They did everything in their power to give them a sweetheart deal that would have gotten not only Hunter off the hook, but any investigation into Joe as well, and that story would have gone away.
And yet, thankfully, we had a Delaware judge that had the good sense to actually read the plea agreement before she signed off on it and caught exactly what they were trying to do.
When I see what's happening to President Trump in D.C., in uh in south florida in the documents case uh in new york uh and in uh obviously coming up in georgia uh i'm i'm just reminded again about the two-tiered justice system you'll recall sean that i was charged and convicted of lying uh to oath under uh in before congress in my voluntary testimony lying to cover up russian collusion
that we now know definitively never actually took place.
It's not even possible.
And the parallels between what happened to me in the meat grinder that is the D.C. judicial system and what is happening to President Donald Trump, well, it's deja vu all over again, as Yogi Berra would say.
I don't believe that any Republican or any Trump supporter or any non-Democrat or even any free thinker can get a fair trial in the District of Columbia.
And just as the judge would not allow my attorneys to use expert testimony and forensic evidence to prove definitively that there never was any online Russian hack of the Democratic National Committee, I don't believe the judge in the D.C. case will allow President Trump's lawyers to present evidence that there are reasonable questions about the outcome of the 2020 election.
And on the basis of those reasonable questions, the president believed then and believes now that the election was not honest and was not fair.
I followed your case closely from the moment they raided your house, which, of course, you know, a pre-dawn raid, guns drawn, frogmen in your backyard.
I guess you have some waterway in your backyard.
Guns drawn, fake news CNN cameras capturing all of it.
I'm sure they just happened to be in the neighborhood at, what, six o'clock in the morning, just standing by and, oh, how lucky we just happened to catch this.
Obviously, they were tipped off.
But you were silenced in a multitude of ways.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Weren't you silenced in terms of your ability to go on social media and even proclaim your innocence?
Weren't you silenced and prevented from putting forth a real defense?
And your defense that you wanted to put forward would have been, excuse me, what they're claiming about collusion never happened.
And my recollection is you were forbidden from doing that as well.
That's exactly right.
So I was broadly gagged.
Not only could I not post on social media, I couldn't go on a radio show like this one.
I couldn't go on any interview.
In fact, I was not allowed to comment publicly on any public matter, not just the matters surrounded my trial.
And the judge says that the reason for the gag was because my comments might taint the prospective jury pool.
Unfortunately, the judge left the gag in place even after I was convicted and awaiting sentencing, long after the jury had been dismissed.
It was only after my trial that we learned that the jury forewoman, who had said during jury selection that she was unfamiliar with me and my case, had been attacking both me and President Trump, me specifically in regard to the case in which he was later selected as a juror on social media, both Twitter and Facebook, kept those posts on a private setting during jury selection and during the trial,
and then tried to quietly delete them after my trial.
The judge ruled later that that was not evidence of bias.
It is a broken system.
It's a killing field in the District of Columbia.
And I fear that the president is going to be subjected to the same kind of treatment.
Listen, I agree with you completely.
Look, 12% of the New York City population, which is the jury pool in the New York case, voted for Donald Trump, 12%.
5.4% of the population of D.C. voted for Donald Trump.
I don't think he can get a fair trial in D.C. Bolton County, Georgia, a little higher percentage, about 24%.
Certainly not Republican, conservative-friendly territory, and I'm not sure he's going to get a fair trial there.
So I would expect then, you know, the odds of conviction in those three venues to be extremely high, especially if you look at the judge in the case in Washington, D.C.
She has given out the harshest sentences, even sentences that weren't even sought by prosecutors to certain people as it relates to anything January 6th, which I think, and said outright that you can't compare the riots, the riot on January 6th or what happened on January 6th with the riots in the summer of 2020.
We had 574 of them, Roger.
We counted, and we had a couple of dozen dead Americans, thousands of injured cops, and billions in property damage.
I think any type of unrest like that needs to be called out for what it is.
Well, the judge in D.C., who is sitting on President Trump's case, she and her husband are major donors to Barack Obama.
Her husband is also a federal judge.
Her mother-in-law was also a major donor to Barack Obama.
She previously sealed the fusion GPS financial records in a previous case so that we would never know that the phony steele dossier was paid for by Hillary Clinton.
And more precisely, last Friday, when Trump's lawyers said that they believe this case was politically motivated and constituted election interference, the judge essentially rolled her eyes at that and said that she saw no political motivation behind the prosecution in this case.
Sean, the other important thing is that one of the specific charges against President Trump in D.C. is that he violated the rights of those who voted for Joe Biden.
Well, that would mean that any juror who admitted to voting for Joe Biden would have a conflict of interest in this case.
Now, the jury system works on the honor system.
Basically, jurors are asked, can they put aside their personal political beliefs to render a fair and unbiased judgment?
But there were no Republicans, no non-Democrats on my jury.
There were no military veterans.
There were no Roman Catholics.
I had an extraordinarily hostile juror.
Well, I mean, how do you keep, how do you maintain this is a valid or fair and balanced jury when you find out these social media posts were made directly against you and they were hidden.
And then when discovered, somehow that that conviction is not overturned to me.
That's fairness 101.
That's not even obviously the person lied on the jury selection form, right?
That appears to be the case, but we went to a hearing and the judge said, among other things, the jury four woman had said anyone who supports Donald Trump is a racist.
Well, that would mean, since I'm probably one of the most prominent Trump supporters in the country, that I would be a racist.
The judge actually said there would be no reason for the jury four woman, who, by the way, ran for Congress as a Democrat in Tennessee and was a protege of the Democratic operative down to Brazil.
There would be no reason for her to know that Roger Stone was a supporter of Donald Trump's.
It makes no sense at all, but that's the system in D.C.
And I see the president posting that he'll have subpoena power and the ability to prove that there were irregularities and anomalies in the last election.
I really greatly doubt that the judge will allow that.
Well, then this is going to get pretty fascinating.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.

That's why we started Normally, a podcast for people who are over the hysteria and just want clarity.
We talk about the issues that actually matter to the country without panic, without yelling, and with a healthy dose of humor.
We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional sass.

All right, we continue with Roger Stone talking about the dual justice system in America.
I guess the big question is, what is the impact of this going to be on President Trump?
Because if, for example, the special counsel has his way, he'd like to begin the trial in D.C. on January 2nd.
Well, that happens to coincide with the caucus and primary calendar in a massive way all through the January, February, March, April, and even into May and June.
These primaries are going on.
Is Donald Trump going to be spending all his time in a courtroom and not out on a campaign trail?
If he gets a conviction, and a lot of people may not have the understanding that we have that jurisdictions mean something in terms of a jury pool selection and may say, oh, well, the president was just convicted, therefore, you know, he must have done something wrong.
I think that is the whole point, which is that Donald Trump is accused of election interference, but these indictments are, in fact, this is the real election interference.
Making him stand trial just as he enters the primary and caucus season, particularly when he has a massive lead.
What is counterintuitive here, normally when a candidate for public office is charged with a crime, you would expect their candidacy to collapse.
But in this case, this has turbocharged the president's campaign.
I can say as a 45-year veteran of American politics that he at this juncture is the certain nominee of the Republican Party.
And every time they charge him, as they presumably will now in Georgia, he goes up in the polls and he rakes in tens of millions of dollars in small and medium-sized contributions from contributors who can give again.
So in a strange way, the prosecutors are turbocharging his candidacy, making his nomination even more likely.
And unless he is convicted of sedition, with which he is not currently charged, none of these charges would disqualify him from being on the ballot.
He's on the ballot and we have a fair, honest, transparent election.
I still believe that he is, based on the impact of the Biden policies, fond memories of the economic and foreign policy successes of the Trump administration, and the epic corruption now being exposed to the Bidens, he's probably the favorite.
Well, I mean, if it gets to the point they want to put him in jail, he finishes his campaign in jail.
Well, James Michael Curley was elected mayor of Boston from a jail cell because the voters of Boston thought that his prostitution was unfair.
I think the American people will be outraged, but the way for them to express their opposition is at the ballot box.

It's that simple.
By the way, man, we know we talk about creepy Joe.
You know, I really can't play on TV the video of Joe Biden and all these young girls.
He's touching them, and the girls are like recoiling.
And it's kind of like when he was leaving Finland recently, and this poor little girl, I mean, what did he do to her?
Like, didn't he like kiss her a lot or liquor or something?
Something weird.
No, he was groping.
He was groping her.
She was like a two-year-old, and her parents were laughing, and they were taking pictures.
And the girls were coiling, and there's so many of these creepy moments of Joe Biden.
It was interesting that former Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown, who said that he would kick the crap out of Biden if he got forgetting handsy with his wife.
Remember, his wife ran for office.
We were supporting her in New Hampshire.
She didn't win that.
She didn't have a great district to run him.
But anyway, here's what he said.
I might be imagining this, but did you, when you were on the Herald Radio with us, probably seven years ago, when you got sworn in as senator, was he like hair-sniffing Gail or handsy with Gail?
Imagine?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
I told him I'd kick the sh ⁇ .
I told him to stop.
So, yes.
Did you really?
Go through it again, if you don't mind.
No, no, it's all news.
It's all news.
It is, yes, he didn't act the way I thought he should.
And, you know, we called him on it.
And, you know, that's it.
You called him on it to his face right there.
Oh, yeah.
Really?
Where's the hot mic for that one?
Yeah, really?
I'd love to hear that, too.
Where's that hot mic?
Great idea.
Now, with all that's been going on in Maui, and I know most of you have been following some of the coverage of this and these wildfires.
I mean, it's just so sad.
Here is your president on the beach, Rehoboth Beach in Delaware on Sunday.
Won't even give a comment.
Asked by reporters about the casualties, now almost 100.
Never mind the devastation and what people are going to have to go through.
They've lost their home, their property.
Their lives have been turned upside down.
But here's here's all the comfort from Joe Biden, your president.
No, no, not going to talk about that.
He actually said no, right, Linda?
Just to be clear.
He actually screams across to the reporters, no comment.
Yeah.
All right, let's get.
Not even that we're praying for them or anything, just no comment.
It is whenever I see that, your heart just aches because you know that people's lives.
There was a woman this morning on Fox, and I'm just telling you, I mean, hearing her story just breaks your heart.
Well, he's given, I think the government has given $12 billion to Hawaii to help them.
So I figure they only got like another $100 to catch up to Ukraine.
So it should only take Joe a couple months.
He'll be fine.
He'll get there.
Just got to fit it in between the beach trips and the biking.
You mean the war in Ukraine that he clearly doesn't want to win?
The one where Europe is not paying their fair share and America is now bearing the burden and they basically are fighting for a stalemate and a quandary, you know, a quagmire, not a quandary, a quagmire where we're going to have people there and money's going over and we could be giving money to Americans in desperate need of help or using the money.
That's the same thing as kicking veterans out in the middle of New York City and putting migrants in hotel rooms instead of American military veterans.
Same exact thing.
It's America last under the Biden and the Democrats.
Renee, Alabama, next, Sean Hannity Show.
Hey, Renee, how are you?
Yes.
Hi.
Hi, Sean.
Yeah, I've been just reading.
Biden asked Congress for $24 million more for Ukraine assistance, and this is August 10th.
I think you said 24 million, isn't it?
Billion?
24 billion.
Yes, exactly.
24 billion.
And then I'm listening to Fox, and it'll take billions to rebuild Hawaii.
What can we do to get Congress to change Biden's bid to send the money to Hawaii rather than Ukraine?
I mean, if we send any more money to Ukraine, and we've got Maui on fire, I mean, this is just backwards.
It's upside down.
Listen, I want to be very clear in my position on this.
Vladimir Putin is a murdering dictator thug.
The fact that he has eviscerated entire neighborhoods.
There was a picture in the paper this morning about a young child killed, you know, a Russian attack on a neighborhood killing, you know, blowing up every home and residence that is left in areas of Ukraine and killing innocent men, women, and children.
You know, I'm not negating how evil this guy is.
My problem is that from the beginning, Europe has not done the job of leading the way and funding the war on their continent.
And Joe Biden has, okay, he's offered all these billions of dollars that he keeps sending over there.
And unfortunately, he has put the kibosh on the ability of the Ukrainians to actually fight the war to win the war.
Now, first of all, this is a European problem.
This is their continent.
I don't mind helping out allies.
I don't like people like Putin invading sovereign countries.
I don't like it.
I don't like innocent people being murdered in cold blood in our time.
However, America can't be stupid either.
This is Europe's problem first.
And unless and until they do the job of protecting their own continent, don't look to the United States for one penny.
And unless Joe Biden is going to allow the MIGs that Poland offered from the very beginning that he vetoed, you know, stop wasting our time and money because you're not going to win a war that way.
Right.
Yes.
And I think you're seeing the whole picture.
It's just, you know, I'm putting this little thought process together, just putting two and two together.
It's like we're giving $24 billion to Ukraine.
Why can't we take care of Hawaii?
You know, why is that not first on our radar?
Or Linda points out we're paying all this money for hotels in New York for illegal immigrants.
Well, there's been plenty of homeless vets in New York City for decades that have never gotten the luxury hotel options and offerings that they've been giving illegal immigrants.
And by the way, another problem caused by Joe.
Anyway, good call, Renee.
We appreciate it.
Sharon, California, next on the Sean Hannity Show.
Hey, I'm calling because I was recently in San Francisco where I was at the Embarcadero where Pier 39 is.
All over the parking lot, it has signs that say that you should not leave your valuables in your vehicle.
And so I decided to wait in my vehicle while my friends walked on Pier 39.
While I was in my vehicle, other vehicles around me were getting broken into, which I didn't even realize.
And even when we drove to Golden Gate Bridge, we saw other vehicles parked at the Golden Gate Bridge that were also being broken into.
So I do not think that we should give Gavin Newsom, who's our governor in California, a platform to run for president because even as the Roman Empire thought for certain that they would have no problem with the mayhem that was happening on the periphery of the Roman Empire, that they would be able to survive because it was on the periphery.
Well, here we are in California.
We have mayhem and disorder in California, and it's on the periphery, but the periphery will soon become the center of civilization.
I totally disagree with you on the issue of giving him a platform.
And I did the interview with him, and he challenged Ron DeSantis.
Ron DeSantis accepted, and we're working on the details behind the scene in terms of an agreement for the debate that I will moderate.
We've made a lot of progress.
I'm not going to give you a blow-by-boat-blow detail until we're ready to make a formal announcement.
And I think you're wrong in your thinking on this.
I think America needs to understand and hear what hardcore left-wing Democrats like Gavin Newsom believe.
And he's articulate, and you better understand exactly what they're saying because they mean what they say.
I don't doubt Gavin's sincerity in terms of his beliefs, not one bit.
I think he's extraordinarily sincere.
But I could not disagree with him more in terms of political philosophy and governing philosophy, which is one of the reasons I think the fact that both of them agreed to let me moderate this debate between them is going to be an opportunity for America to see two very distinct visions for how to run states in the country and ultimately how to run the country.
Because this is now an inflection point for the country.
We better understand what the Gavin Newsoms of the world think and the Joe Bidens and the AOCs of the world think.
And, you know, I'll even throw him some props.
At least he was willing to come on with me.
I asked him, you know, why, for the first time in the history of California, you have a net loss of population.
Why is it that you charge 13.5% state income tax in Florida and Tennessee and all these other countries don't charge any or other states that charge very little in terms of income taxes?
Why are all these major corporations moving the corporate headquarters out of your state?
And I listed them.
You know, why didn't this plan that you announced in 2010 to end homelessness or 2008, why didn't it work?
You said you'd knock it out in 10 years when you were mayor of San Francisco.
So I gave him a chance to answer, and he gave his answers.
But America needs, you know, to know exactly what the left is thinking today.
This is not the same party as Joe Lieberman.
This is not the party of Scoop Jackson.
This is not the party of JFK anymore.
So I want to hear from them.
As many of them as will come on.
You didn't find it worthwhile at all hearing him out, listening to what he's saying?
Do you not see what he's doing out there in your state?
Oh, I think it's a great idea for everyone to know how terrible of a leader he is.
I just don't want people to think that because he has a platform that it's something that we want to increase all over the United States.
Well, I think America then would be probably facing its biggest choice election if he ever runs for president.
And he was pretty adamant in saying that he has no intention at all of challenging Joe Biden.
I take him at his word on that.
But there might, look, I've been laying out a couple of scenarios where I could see Joe Biden is not going to be the nominee in 2024.
We better be paying attention to who might be the people that are vying to replace him.
Kamala Harris would certainly be one, but I'd give advantage Gavin on that primary.
Wouldn't you?
Yes, definitely.
Gavin over Kamala.
Okay, so then Republicans need to be very keenly aware of what they might be running against.
If not 2024, then 2028.
Okay.
This is informational.
It's part of a process.
Sharon, thank you.
Appreciate the call.
Quick break.
More of your calls coming up straight ahead.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Look, if you're a parent, you're a grandparent, you want to make sure your grandkids, your kids are safe as possible when they go to school.
Now, it's your jobs to get out there and ask your school safety director, your principal, whoever, if they have a Knox entry access system.
Now, that will allow law enforcement to get into any locked door during any emergency, especially one that would require immediate entry.
The Knox Advanced Electronic E key technology can be used by local, state, federal law enforcement personnel.
The E-Lock system can be shared by multiple jurisdictions.
It accelerates access into buildings.
The Knox entry system can be installed and managed by either a single school or an entire school district.
Firefighters, they've been trusting Knox products as their choice for access since 1975.
And now the Knox entry system for school is providing law enforcement with the exact same resources.
Anyway, when seconds matter, you want Knox.
You trust Knox.
Anyway, go to their website.
It's schoolentry.com, schoolentry1word.com.
Final hour roundup is next.
You do not want to miss it.
And stay tuned for the final hour free-for-all on the Sean Hannity Show.
All right, let's get back to our busy phones on this Monday.
Gonna be a busy news week from all I'm hearing.
800-941-Sean, our number.
Arizona next, Jeff, Sean Hannity Show.
Sean, how's it going?
I think years ago I met you when you were doing some commentary at the Arizona State Fair.
I saw you walking through it.
Oh, cool.
I've been to so many places, I don't remember every event, but I've been everywhere.
Years ago, but I wanted to talk to you about two things.
I will say this, meeting the people in this country has been an honor.
The people of this country make this country great.
Go ahead.
All right.
I want to talk to you about two things.
I believe, like probably all of your listeners do, that appointing Weiss is the cover for the cover-up.
And I was thinking maybe we could do some kind of protest by flooding the Department of Justice's phone lines so just they'd realize how corrupt they are, you know.
But the other thing I wanted to also mention.
I'm going to tell you, I don't think they care.
That's my honest answer.
I think they're fully aware that they would be criticized for that decision, but they knew they'd have Joe's support.
The DOJ is part of Joe's executive branch.
So I don't think they care.
That's my honest take.
We could bottleneck them anyways, but that was one thing I wanted to mention.
And the other thing is, how did the Chinese get to build their military base in the international waters without the Biden and Obama administration lifting a finger to stopping them?
I mean, if I was president, I would have stopped it when they first dredged their first bucket of sand.
I'm not sure that it's in international, but it's clear what their territorial ambitions are.
Why have they not paid a price for COVID?
Why have they not paid a price for the spy balloon?
Why did they not pay a price for intellectual property theft?
Why did they not pay a price for unfair trade practices?
Why did they not pay a price for the hostility shown towards our ally, Taiwan, by flying their fighter jets over their airspace or confronting American fighter jets in international airspace or confronting our Navy in international waterways?
Nothing has been done in any of these instances since Joe Biden has been president.
And the reason is I think that the communist Chinese, I think they have the Biden family fully, completely compromised, and Joe knows it.
And that's where the CEFC, Money to Hunter, all this comes into play.
I think the president is compromised with a variety of countries.
Export Selection
