All right, our two Sean Hannity Shoke, thanks for being with us.
Toll-free our numbers, 800-941.
Sean, are you want to be a part of the program?
Biden making appearances in Arizona, New Mexico today, but he won't have time to visit the U.S.-Mexico border.
By the end of this year, we expect probably the total since Joe Biden has been sworn in as president to be about 8 million illegal immigrants that he is allowed into this country.
I mean, it's become an untenable, unmitigated disaster in New York.
If you look at today's New York Post, the headline is kicked out.
Migrants take over a rec center in Brooklyn, tents now returning to Randall's Island.
And they just don't know what to do, and they're expecting the next wave of illegal immigrants to be the biggest yet.
I mean, that's how bad this is.
So, by the way, in the process, they booted kids off their soccer field in a place called Randall's Island, a separate island where like the John McEnroe Tennis Academy is.
But they have sports fields and softball and baseball fields and soccer fields for kids in New York City that really don't have a lot of access to actually real green and trees and grass and places to play.
So, they did that in the process.
And they are saying the school officials have no idea how they're going to take this influx of illegal immigrants.
And now, all of a sudden, the mayor of New York's thinking, well, maybe this Sanctuary City idea has not been the best idea yet.
This comes, you know, as crossings now along the U.S.-Mexico border are now about to hit what is expected to be their all-time high.
We have Border Patrol agents in the Tucson sector.
You know, they're seeing as many as 1,900 illegal immigrants daily.
That's up 134% from the average of 812 in June.
That's for July.
And anyway, House Republicans from the Oversight Judiciary Subcommittees are coming together.
They're going to host a border field hearing tonight in Sierra Vista, Arizona, and focus on the impact of what's happening here.
Even Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
said, border control is love.
It's not hate.
You know, chaos is emerging anywhere.
It's not helping anybody.
You know, what's the long-term goals of Democrats by allowing this to happen?
Well, here we'll give you something of great value.
I hope you'll vote for us.
Doesn't matter where people come from.
I'm for immigration, legal immigration.
But we need a background check.
We need a health check in the middle of a pandemic.
It can't be a financial burden on the American people at a point when we have 37 trillion in debt.
We can't afford it.
And homelessness has exploded all over in California, making the land of milk and honey now the land of milk and fentanyl, according to one Oakland activist.
It's that bad out there.
Anyway, Mayorkis speaking out about this actually says our approach to managing the border is working and testifying to Jerry Nadler, who's just an idiot that the border is not open and testifying that we have operational control of the border.
Anyway, listen to this.
Our approach to managing the borders securely and humanely, even within our fundamentally broken immigration system, is working.
Unlawful entries between ports of entry along the southwest border have consistently decreased by more than half compared to the peak before the end of Title 42.
Under President Biden's leadership, we have led the largest expansion of lawful, safe, and orderly pathways for people to seek humanitarian relief under our laws, at the same time, imposing tougher consequences on those who instead resort to the ruthless smuggling organizations that prey on the most vulnerable.
Mr. Secretary, I want to address some of the outlandish claims my colleagues have made and put them to rest at the outset of this hearing.
My Republican colleagues claim that the border is open.
Is the border open, Mr. Secretary?
No, it is not.
Thank you, Mr. Secretary.
The border is not open, and to say so is not only false, but it's really an insult to the brave men and women of the Border Patrol who work every day to keep us safe.
So would you say, having been asked this over and over again, that the United States, the President of the United States, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and all of the hardworking men and women at the border have operational control or have a form of presence, that they are aware of what's going on in the border and that they're working to secure the border every single day.
As we define that term, Congresswoman, we do.
All right, joining us now, she knows the border as well as anybody, Sarah Carter, and he knows the border as well as anybody.
Sarah, Fox News contributor, investigative reporter, and Mark Morgan, former acting CBP commissioner, Heritage Visiting Fellow.
You know, if it wasn't so tragic in terms of the human toll and the misery that they have put people through and the burdens that they're putting on cities and states, you know, it could be comical, but it's tragic because these are human lives.
And all these Sanctuary City people, Sarah, look at them.
You know, oh, we can't handle this in Martha's Vineyard.
They were off Martha's Vineyard in 24 hours, less than 24 hours.
Now New York is thinking about, well, we can't take in anymore so much for their sanctuary state status.
Right, right.
And I remember the first night we arrived in Martha's Vineyard when that started to happen.
And all of the sudden, you know, all the people that somehow supported Biden and believed that this open border policy was like every human should be allowed to cross borders, all of a sudden it wasn't too welcoming when all of the humans showed up in Martha's Vineyard and were getting ready to stay there.
They wanted him out.
There was a huge fight.
They pushed him out.
And now we see in New York City, Sean, and you're right.
Look at the migrant shelter right now that they're planning on building at Randall's Island soccer fields.
I mean, 2,000 men.
And I want people to think about this because I know you, Sean, and I know how much you care.
And I know how much Mark Morgan and others like Tom Holman and I, we care about the people that are coming into our country, especially the innocent victims, the people that have basically no one else to turn to because they have allowed, our government has allowed the drug cartels and the human traffickers to become the middlemen in our immigration system.
And that is what has happened.
And these children that are coming across, they are being abused.
Our government should be ashamed of itself because they've lost over 85,000 of these children in the United States.
We have seen so many young girls raped, people that have lost their lives will never even know their names.
Children that have died in the Darien Gap and women and men who have died on this trail of tears with these human traffickers.
And now we see what's happening in the United States.
Not only is it the loss of life of those people that are being trafficked here, which is horrific.
And the stories I could tell you would make your hair stand up on your head.
I mean, it would just, it's horrific.
But our own children are dying.
We've lost over 130,000 people because of fentanyl, and that's lowballing the numbers.
Last year, how many kids in our country have been harmed by this immigration system and how many people have been harmed?
So while, you know, we see all these reports, well, one thing that I come away with, Sean, is that it's just getting worse every single day.
And under the Biden administration, it's getting to the point of almost no return.
Because once you have over 8 million people in this country, a good portion of which do have criminal records.
Yes, they do.
Some of them, a lot of them don't, but a good portion of them do.
Even when I go into Central America, that's what I'm told.
You know, a lot of people that come here, they come here without any IDs, without any identifiers.
They're not vetted.
So what is our nation supposed to do at that point?
And how are we supposed to handle this?
And who do we blame when all you blame the people that have select they select and choose which laws they choose to enforce or not enforce?
And Joe Biden has been, and I've said it so many times, repeating myself, he's been aiding and abetting in the lawbreaking.
Let me bring in Mark Morgan.
I mean, look at the temperature out in Arizona.
The president's in Arizona today.
We have images of migrants in cages, overcrowded cages that Biden built in 113-degree heat out in Arizona because crossings are surging there yet again.
That doesn't sound very compassionate to me.
Sean, that's exactly right.
And look, everything that Sarah said, I couldn't have said it better myself.
One thing I want to put, Sean, think about this, and I agree with her.
Right now, the United States government, we're actually conspiring with the cartels to be a part of the world's largest smuggling and trafficking operation that we've ever seen in our lifetime.
You talked about the millions of encounters and gotaways that have come to our borders just in the past 29 months.
And let me say something about the kids in cages, though.
And I know you believe this too, but I want to make sure so that the liberal media doesn't twist our words.
This is not the fault of the Border Patrol.
They're doing the best they can with an unwinnable, overwhelming process that's happening right now.
They're actually segregating those kids to keep them out of facilities where single adult males are overcrowded as well.
This is the result of the open border policies.
And Sean, look, as you were talking, I was writing down.
I mean, tragic, miserable, burdensome, a hypocritical.
I'll add one thing to that.
So all that is true, Sean.
Could have said better myself, but here's what's just, here's why I get so passionate, because it's all preventable.
This was not designed.
This was not designed out of incompetence.
This was intentional.
The Biden administration literally took the most secure border that we've ever had in our lifetime, and they intentionally unsecured it.
And they are the ones that dismantled the tools, the network of tools, authorities, and policies we had in place.
The Rome in Mexico program, gone.
The asylum cooperative agreements we had with all three northern triangle countries, gone.
Catch a release that we ended under the Trump administration, they reinstated it.
The wall system and other tools, gone.
I could go on and on, Sean.
This was intentional.
This was by design.
And at the end of the day, there's no downside to securing our borders.
Both you and Sarah have said it.
We're going to save the lives of Americans, and we're also going to save the lives of migrants at the same time.
All right, quick break more on the disaster of Biden's borders with Sarah Carter.
Mark Morgan, then your call's coming up 800-941-Sean as we continue.

An important role as a parent is to ensure that your kids are as safe as possible when they are at school.
And as a parent, you must ask your child school safety director if they have a Knox entry access system that gets law enforcement into locked doors in case of an emergency.
Firefighters have trusted Knox products as their choice for access since 1975.
And now the Knox entry system for schools is providing law enforcement with the same resources.
You can learn more about KnoxEntry at schoolentry.com.
We continue our discussion, Biden's border disaster worse than ever and expect it to get even worse than it is today.
We continue with Sarah Carter, Fox News contributor, investigative reporter, Mark Morgan, former acting CBP commissioner and now a Heritage Visiting Fellow.
One has to wonder about the whole constitutionality of this.
This is supposed to be a nation governed by the rule of law.
And they have just allowed people to pour into this country and not allow Border Patrol agents, Sarah, to do their job.
You meet them, you talk with them, you've been on patrol with them, you know, in so many different circumstances.
And when I traveled down there 15 times, I went through the same thing and it was nowhere near as bad as what you've been seeing.
Nowhere near, Sean.
And I've been on the phone all this week, this weekend with Border Patrol agents, with immigration and customs enforcement officers, and with other officials and former officials.
In fact, I just spoke earlier today to Tom Holman about this.
And, you know, now here's Mark Morgan saying the same.
You talked about the kids in the cages.
You talk about the weather.
I'm in Texas right now.
That's where I live now.
And the weather is extreme.
It's 107 where I'm at.
It's probably around 115 down at the border.
I remember going all the way back to the Obama administration.
And this is when I really first saw a major shift.
And I'm sure Mark can talk about this as well.
But I remember when you had DACA, you know, the DREAM Act, and all of the kids, the unaccompanied miners started flooding in during the Obama administration.
I think it was around 2014.
I remember standing on the border, and there was Henry Queyar, the congressman from Texas, also out there protesting, believe it or not, Obama's policies.
Because all these children showed up, and just like Mark said, they have to separate them from the adults.
And why do they separate them?
It's because some of these adults are pedophiles.
And some of these adults have harmed children.
So now they've got to separate these kids into separate areas.
And they have to build these cages because now Border Patrol doesn't even know where to put them.
There's no space available anywhere.
So then they put the kids in cages.
This is just the craziest system.
It is so upside down on its head without any care in the world for these children.
And they're separated so that at least the adults in the other cages won't be harming them.
But now you've got them in 115-degree weather.
And some of these kids are sick.
Remember, a lot of the people that come across the border, they still have to go through a medical checkup.
Some of them may be carrying disease.
We're seeing that right now with the spread of different infections.
Border Patrol agents are talking about that.
In fact, one that I just talked to is sick at home from work, from being in contact with somebody.
So you have such an exacerbated issue of problems.
But what's even worse is exactly what Mark was saying.
This was intentional.
This isn't like there's a war right now somewhere in Central America, and all of a sudden out of nowhere, we're being forced to handle, you know, displaced persons because there's no place else for them to go.
This is a big fat advertisement from the Biden administration to come in.
I just have to run because of the constraints of time, but your passion from both of you.
I hope America knows and understands that all of this is preventable and has been preventable, and they've allowed this to happen.
What their ulterior motive is, I don't know.
The burden and I mean, they're going to break our educational system with this rate of people coming in.
And the people that are going to suffer further are kids that already are getting lousy educations in many of our public school districts.
It's going to break our criminal justice system.
This is not the way.
You don't control your borders.
You don't control your destiny.
Anyway, Mark Morgan, thank you.
Sarah Carter, thank you.
When we come back, 800-941-Sean, our number, we'll get to your calls.
Imagine a society with a digital dollar, no cash.
Well, that would mean no money for garage sales, no tooth fairy, by the way, for your kids or piggybanks, no more selling extra items for a little cash.
A digital dollar would mean your entire life is dependent on the internet, electricity, and people you don't know.
Plus, it means that every penny you have could all be tracked.
Buy-buy privacy.
You'll have none.
Now, that's why thousands of Americans have decided to opt out of the government's plans.
And most of them are talking to Goldco.
Ever since I've been able to save money, and it took a number of years till I got to that point, I put a portion, a percentage of my savings into physical gold and silver.
And I still do today.
And so should you be buying gold and silver anyway?
I did my research.
Goldco, top-rated company, excellent reputation.
Give them a call now.
They'll talk to you about their wealth protection kit that they will give you for free.
The number is 855-815-GOLD.
Get your free wealth protection kit.
And by the way, up to $10,000 in free silver just because you are a listener to this show.

We'll continue.
Streaming the swamp.
One corrupt politician at a time.
This is the Sean Hennedy Show.
All right, 25 now till the top of the hour.
Thank you for being with us, 800-941.
Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
So we still have, based on every single report, we have abandoned Americans behind enemy lines in Afghanistan, and nobody in the media seemed to care.
And we counted down for hundreds and hundreds of days.
Nobody cared.
Nothing happened.
I mean, it's beyond.
It's just so morally bankrupt that we could ever abandon our fellow Americans.
And the worst part is, is the people that are holding them captive happen to be the Taliban.
Now, remember, Donald Trump told me the story about how he was dealing with the Taliban when they started discussions before they even started discussions about a possible withdrawal.
Remember, they would have kept Bagram Air Force base for America.
That was going to be part of the deal.
Look at what Biden has done.
They have now provided more than, this is the Washington Free Beacon, more than $2.35 billion of your tax dollars they have given to Afghanistan, meaning they gave it to the Taliban because it's the Taliban-controlled Afghanistan.
They're the ones that killed our fellow Americans when 13 U.S. service members killed in Kabul at the airport at that suicide attack.
Some of the moms had an opportunity, Gold Star moms, to speak out about all of this.
One mother in particular, Cheryl Rex is her name, revealed that Biden told her that his own son, Bo Biden, had been brought home in a flag-draped coffin also just after receiving the gut-wrenching news that her son had died in this Kabul attack.
When Biden approached me, his words were, my wife, Jill, and I know how you feel.
We lost our son as well, and we brought him home in a flag-draped coffin, he said to Cheryl Rex, Gold Star family, in a field hearing organized by California Representative Darrell Issa.
Listen.
When Joe Biden, our elected president, entered the room, when he approached me, his words to me were, my wife, Jill, and I know how you feel.
We lost our son as well and brought him home in a flag-draped coffin.
My heart started beating faster, and I started shaking knowing that their son died from cancer and they were able to be by his side.
Also wondering how someone could honestly, sorry, be so heartless to say he knew how I felt a little over 24 hours and learning of my son's death.
After this encounter, I have never had any personal correspondence, nor has my son been honored or his name spoken by this commander-in-chief or his administration.
On what I feel is because of their failures and poor planning to exit our troops from Afghanistan.
Now, if you remember at the time, Joe Biden was out there celebrating what a great success this was.
Does that sound like a success to you?
Because Donald Trump told me his first conversation with the head of the Taliban went something like this.
I'm paraphrasing, not a verbatim quote, that he talked to the Taliban leader.
He said, let me, before we even have any discussion, any negotiations at all, let me just tell you how this is going to go.
Now, you are going to stay exactly where you are.
And there better not be one single solitary American killed.
What was it, the last 18, 19 months?
There wasn't a single American killed in Afghanistan.
Not one.
Taliban was still there.
They want to kill Americans, but they didn't because they feared Donald Trump.
And then he said, if you move one inch, one iota, I will eviscerate you.
You saw what I did to the caliphate.
This is the story that he tells, and other people have confirmed it for me as well.
And then, apparently, either faxed or texted or emailed some communication.
He goes, by the way, check your, whatever form of communication they sent.
Check your communication.
And what the president had sent over was the exact location where the leader of the Taliban was at the moment that he was on the phone with the president.
In other words, I'll kill you.
I will destroy you.
I know where you are right now.
Very different.
But the media, Joe, oh, this is a great success.
13 Americans died needlessly because he allowed the Taliban to make their march all the way up from the south to the north of Afghanistan, right to Kabul airport, and then take control of it without going through the effort of evacuating everybody they needed to evacuate, including allies.
And by the way, now the Taliban has the name.
Many of these people have been killed and or disappeared, never to be seen again, likely killed.
And they were helping us over the years, and they were taken out by the Taliban.
Joe said it was a success, and then lied about his own son.
Listen.
How does the Biden administration miscalculate this intelligence so gravely?
This is a fiasco.
This is a big part of life is execution or implementation.
And this is just malpractice.
This has just been a fiasco by any and every measure.
This is not just about the overall idea of leaving Afghanistan.
This is about leaving hastily and ineptly.
Friends and foes alike are calling this withdrawal a fiasco.
I just can't believe no one told me that this is the last flight.
Am I safe?
No, the question is my life.
Am I safe?
These people are safe.
This has been a disaster.
It's a failure.
The catastrophe that's unfolding in Kabul, their catastrophic exit that we have been watching on television.
Last night in Kabul, the United States ended 20 years of war in Afghanistan.
Extraordinary success of this mission.
This is now on track, Peter, to be the largest airlift in U.S. history.
So no, I would not say that.
Is anything but a success?
Anything but a success.
Oh, okay.
Tell that to Cheryl Rex and the other families.
So sad.
Dallas in the free state of Florida.
What's up, Dallas?
How are you?
Glad you called.
Hey, Sean.
Just want to talk about, you know, I saw a long-form interview with Tony Bobolinski the other night on the internet.
And, you know, I remember when he attended that one debate with Donald Trump and Biden and how he testified that the Biden family was corrupt and that Joe Biden had had meetings with him personally.
And one of the emails that was on the laptop was sent to him where they talked about holding money for H to be given to the big guy.
Okay.
That was directly sent to him.
And, you know, when you look at his background, his military service, he had a top-secret clearance with the Navy as a nuclear engineer.
He was in college.
He was in Penn State as a wrestler, which very disciplined program there.
They were national champions and stuff like that.
This guy has an impeccable.
His family all served in the military, and he was so insulted, especially when Adam Schiff had an interview with somebody, CNN or Wolflitz or somebody, and claimed that the laptop stuff was all Russian disinformation.
He was so incensed by that and so upset that he called Rob Walker, who was a representative of the Biden family.
And he has Rob Walker on tape or recording say that if he went public, if Tony went public with this stuff, they would bury all of them.
So this is all very credible information, which has been buried by the mainstream media.
And it's just disgraceful.
And in that debate, Joe Biden lied, blatantly lied, saying that that letter, even though that letter by the 51 former intelligence officials or whatever, that claimed that it had all the earmarks of Russian disinformation, even in that letter, they went on to say that we don't know if this is Russian disinformation or not.
We clearly do not know.
They even admitted that.
And Joe Biden went on there in the debate with Donald Trump, aided by the moderator, and said, oh, no, they're saying that it's Russian disinformation.
He knew that was a lie when he said it.
And Joe Biden has a long history of lying.
He lied about his education.
In a previous time that he ran for president, he lied about his education, saying he had three degrees in college, which is obviously fact-checkable.
I mean, anybody can check that.
But he didn't care.
He lied anyway and said he had three degrees.
And he went on to admit later that he only had one.
And that he finished.
He said he finished in the top half of his class, which was a lie.
And he finished near the bottom.
So he has a long history of lying.
And it's very disgraceful to me.
Listen, it's going to take some effort.
And maybe I need to explain to this audience, which I think will understand.
We've been through this before.
And that is, you know, why do I have to stay on this story?
Why do I have to keep playing the tapes, Joe Biden promising and pledging over and over again as a candidate and as a president?
I never one time spoke to Hunter about his foreign business dealings.
I never spoke to my brother or anybody for that matter.
Why do I have to play constantly the comments, the Joe bragging?
So I said to them, you're not getting the billion dollars unless you fire the prosecutor.
You got six hours.
Son of a bee, they did it.
And why do I keep playing that Hunter had no experience?
Because it gets to the heart and soul of the Joe Biden bribery scandal allegation, which is that Joe Biden took official actions, and this was in the 1023 form.
And we have all this evidence out there and all this money that went into the family coffers, even going to grandchildren.
All these now bank accounts that we're finding that were just shell corporations, nine family members paid, insane amounts of money.
Now we're finding Joe meeting with the former oligarch, former first lady of Moscow, by the way, who was not put on the list of sanctioned oligarchs in Russia like everyone else, I guess, because of the $3.5 million deal with Hunter Biden and then the $120 million invested in Rosemond Seneca properties, one of the richest ladies, a billionaire in Moscow.
And all of these countries, this family is corrupt.
Hunter Biden admits he was a drug addict at the time.
So what was the brand that Devin Archer was talking about?
The brand was Joe.
And Joe lied that he never ever spoke business with his son, his brother.
He was speaking business all the time.
He was talking to these business partners.
He was having dinner with Russian oligarchs and Kazakh oligarchs and many, many others.
And he took specific actions that benefited and enriched his own family.
Well, that seems to fit, according to Greg Jarrett and other lawyers we've interviewed, right perfectly into the bribery statute.
If you take actions as a public official and your family is personally enriched as a result of those actions, guess what?
That would be a crime beyond an impeachable offense.
You know, you're not going to be able to charge him while he's president, but you can impeach him.
And do I think the Senate would ever convict?
No, but I think it needs to happen if everything proves out the way we seem to know it now.
It's all coming together.
The WhatsApp message.
I am sitting here with my father.
Oh, magically, $5 million.
CEFC, Chinese energy conglomerate, sends money over to the Biden Family Syndicate.
Amazing.
Amazing.
You know, what I have to do by repeating it is get it into the political bloodstream.
Understand, you know, even to this day, the mob that peddled lies and conspiracy theories about Trump and Russia and collusion, they have never owned up to their lying.
They've never owned up to their false lying reporting.
They've never owned up to their conspiracy theories peddled.
And thus the never-ending Trump coverage continues to this day, and they try to ignore this story.
Now, maybe with Merrick Garland and a weaponized DOJ and a politicized and weaponized FBI in the upper echelon, maybe we're not going to be able to do anything right now.
But the American people, I'm going to make it my mission that they know this story, everything that we find out before Election Day in November of 2024.
And, you know, bribery is a pretty serious allegation, Dallas.
Anyway, good call.
I hope that answers what you're looking for.
Quick break, we'll come back.
More of your call straight ahead, toll-free.
It's 800-941, Sean, if you want to be a part of the program as we roll along.
The final hour of the Sean Hannity Show is up next.
Hang on for Sean's Conservative Solutions.
And let's get back to our busy phones.
Scott, Free State, Florida, next.
How are you, Scott?
Hi, Sean.
How are you today?
It's great to talk to you.
Thank you, sir.
What's on your mind?
Well, yesterday I was listening, and you were talking about redistribution of wealth.
And I disagree with your premise on it in one way.
Our entire country is run on the redistribution of wealth.
Started with me when I was 10 years old cutting yards.
Neighbors were wealthy.
I went over.
Hey, I need five bucks.
Tyler Yard.
I'll give you five bucks.
I think that it needs to be redefined.
And redistribution of wealth is just simply capitalism.
And the people that are the liberals that are screaming about, you know, this person has too much money.
That's not fair.
They should take the money from them and redistribute it.
It's just absolutely nuts.
Top 10% pay almost the entire tax bill, 80% of the taxes.
Bottom 50% pay next to zero.
That's redistribution.
It's that simple.
Really don't, it's not that complicated.
The thing is, is they now want a wealth tax, a confiscation of wealth.
You know, they want a second, a third, a fourth fight at the apple.
You risk your money, you invest it, then you're going to get hit with a capital gains tax.
That's money you already pay taxes on.
You make money.
You're successful.
And I guess you get to write it off if you lose.
But all of this, taken into context, is we have redistribution, but it's not even that.
They want it all.
And that's why you see this accelerated mass migration out of high-tax states and states with burdensome regulation into these states like Florida and Texas and Tennessee, Tennessee, Florida have no income tax at all.
Low taxes in Texas, lower taxes in the Carolinas.
And people are leaving.
What I worry about is the conservatives are leaving Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan.
And those are states that are already hard for Republicans to win.
