This is an iHeart podcast.
All right.
Thank you, Scott Shannon.
Thanks to all of you for being with us.
Toll-free, our number is 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Let me just give you the lowdown here.
The mob, the media, everybody is, you know, the scuttle butt today is that we expect sometime they're in this program today that Donald J. Trump will be indicted by the special counsel on the January 6th issue.
By the way, none of this is a surprise.
Fulton County will follow immediately thereafter.
Not necessarily today, but that's going to come down to.
This has been a faded complete from the very get-go.
And these are amazing times we live in for a lot of different reasons, but not the least of which is you think of what we learned yesterday about this Biden, Joe, Joe Biden bribery scandal allegation and Devin Archer's testimony.
And then you just compare and contrast.
You know, the low-hanging fruit to compare and contrast, Hillary Clinton, top secret, classified information on her server.
Her offices weren't rated.
Her Chappaqua home wasn't rated.
Then you got Joe Biden.
He had top secret, classified information in his garage next to his beautiful Stingray Corvette.
And that home wasn't rated.
They found top secret classified information at the UPenn Biden Center.
Nothing happened there either.
They also found it at the University of Delaware.
They also found it in one of his homes.
Nothing happens.
No raids, nothing at all whatsoever.
And with the speed of light, the special counsel appointed to look after Donald Trump, you know, putting one charge on top of another charge, superseding charges again and again and again on Donald Trump.
So at a minimum here, we're going to have four separate criminal cases.
By the way, three of them in the worst locations possible if you happen to be a conservative or Republican or have the last name Donald Trump.
And yet everything with the Biden family syndicate, nobody wants to talk about, no matter how stupid they sound, and they sound stupid.
This Congressman Dan Goldman, you know, responding to Devin Archer's testimony yesterday about, you know, Joe Biden calling in 20 separate times to meetings with Hunter Biden and Hunter being with his foreign business associates that he knows of and says, well, what were they talking about?
Well, just little pleasantries saying hi, hello.
If a son, you know, calls his dad, he wants to say hi to his son's friends.
Oh, like, really?
We're supposed to buy that Adam Bull shift because I don't.
It is a total lie.
You know, every American needs to understand something here, is that Joe Biden as a candidate and Joe Biden as a president lied repeatedly to all of us about never having once spoken to Hunter, his brother, or anybody for that matter.
That's a direct quote about their foreign business dealings.
Now, only in the last week and a half, two weeks has that evolved into, we stand by our position that Joe Biden was never in business with his son Hunter.
Well, the problem with that argument is we're talking about two very different things.
I never once spoke to my son, my brother, or anybody for that matter about their foreign business dealings while I wasn't in business with them.
Two very distinct, two very different things here.
You know, the same Democrat Goldman that dismissed Devin Archer's testimony as a nothing burger and they probably just talked, he actually said, I don't know, they're talking about the weather.
How's the weather in Dubai in December 4th of 2015, which happened to be a key moment?
Democrats claiming there's still no evidence that Joe Biden committed crimes.
It is obscene.
It is absurd, especially now that we know what the brand is.
The brand is Joe Biden himself.
Joe Biden was in on all of it.
Lied, just flat-out lied to the American people.
Devin Archer confirming Joe Biden at dinner with Hunter and this Russian oligarch, the former first lady of Moscow, Elena Baderina.
I mean, a billionaire worth a reported $1.3 billion.
She's the one with the $3.5 million deal and rumored to have invested even up to $100 million.
We haven't gotten confirmation of this in some real estate venture with the Bidens.
You know, House Republicans now want Tony Bobolinski to corroborate Devin Archer's testimony.
That's going to be interesting.
You know, the only honest Democrat that I've heard on television is Jonathan Turley, Georgia University law professor, longtime Democrat, saying Devin Archer's revelations about Joe Biden were breathtaking.
The calls are breathtaking.
You're talking about roughly two dozen calls when then Vice President Joe Biden engaged with business associates of Hunter Biden.
Now, by the way, the statute for bribery or pay-to-play or influence peddling does not specifically include that Joe Biden has to benefit himself.
And we'll get to that with the whole bereasement deal in a second.
But anyway, Turley goes on to say, you're talking about meetings and dinners with some of the most corrupt figures in Europe and Joe Biden calls in to say hi?
Really?
Is anyone that stupid that believes that?
You're talking about subjects like getting rid of a prosecutor in Ukraine.
And by the way, Devin Archer addressed that.
I'll get to that in a second.
Charlie taking aim at congressional Democrats, especially after the idiocy of Dan Goldman downplaying, oh, they're saying hi, talking about the weather.
At some point, they're insulting the intelligence of voters.
So as we now await what will be the fourth, the third indictment of Donald Trump, soon to be followed by the fourth indictment of Donald Trump, Americans got to ask themselves a question.
And this is the heart of what the House Judiciary Committee has been looking into.
And that is, has the Department of Justice been weaponized?
Has the FBI been weaponized?
Has it been politicized?
Do we have equal justice under the law and equal application of our laws?
Sadly, the answer is no.
I can give you the answer.
And that means that our Constitution, at least for the moment, the great one, Mark Levin, said we're living in a post-constitutional America.
That would be accurate at this point because all laws are predicated on that great document.
At some point, and I know you can't indict a sitting president, but at some point, the American people are smart.
They're not going to buy this for a second.
Devin Archer confirming the lies yesterday.
Never once spoke to Hunter, not one time, or my brother, or anybody for that matter.
He said it as a candidate repeatedly.
I played it so many times, I think you probably get mad at me if I play it again.
So many times as president, he denied it.
He was asked over and over again.
It evolves into never did business.
Now it evolved in, well, I only made friendly phone calls, a couple of dozen of them, not a big deal.
But Devin Archer went into great specificity and detail about how Hunter Biden and Burisma executives, how together they called DC to get daddy Pops on the phone to get that Ukrainian prosecutor fired because Devin Archer understood that they were in deep trouble and maybe go headed towards financial bankruptcy or even jail in that particular case.
But this December 4th, 2015 meeting involving the Burisma CEO Zolichewski and other executives at the firm, that has come into very specific play, as has Joe Biden bragging at the Council of Foreign Relations.
Yeah, I told them, no, you're not getting the billion dollars unless you fire that prosecutor.
Why would a vice president ever want to fire a prosecutor in Ukraine?
You're not getting the billion.
You got six hours.
Son of a B, they fired him.
And guess who benefited financially?
Hunter Biden.
You know, to the tune of an estimated $86,000 or $83,000 a month, whatever the number is.
A massive amount of money.
Over time, millions of dollars.
Then you look at the 1023 form and the WhatsApp message.
I am sitting here with my father.
And he goes on to shake down the Chinese energy company, the same guy that admitted he never had any experience in energy, oil, gas, coal.
Certainly had no experience in China and no experience in Ukraine.
Well, that raises a lot of different questions because if there's anybody out there listening to me that actually believes that Hunter Biden was not selling anything but access to his dad, I'd like to talk to you.
I'll sell you a bridge in Brooklyn, New York.
Give you a nice deal on it.
Hunter Biden wasn't selling any expertise in energy or these countries because he had none.
On top of the fact, he admitted in court last week that he was an addict from 2003 to 2019.
At that time, I believe is when he was a crack addict.
So what was he selling?
Well, he was selling the Biden brand, Devin Archer said.
What's the Biden brand?
Is it the Hunter Biden brand?
What?
Crack addict?
Prostitute lover?
No.
He was selling access to his father.
And it paid off big time for Burisma and big time for the Bidens.
Now, if you believe the 1023 form, the CEO of Burisma thought Hunter was dumber than his own dog, thought he was stupid.
Said his dog was smarter.
Actually said it.
But he was using Hunter to get to the father.
And lo and behold, when push came to shove and they needed to get in touch with Pops, who Hunter bitterly complained took half of his income, and he had to pay for all of Pops' home repairs.
Pops benefiting from all this money Hunter's taken in.
Anyway, what else could he be selling?
20 times?
Was he a dozen, two dozen times?
However, many times, we don't know the exact number, but we know at least 20, according to Devin Archer.
Burisma executives calling DC to get this Ukrainian prosecutor fired.
Days later, Joe goes to Ukraine, starts the process of trashing the prosecutor, and then goes and leverages a billion dollars to fire the prosecutor in six hours.
And son of a bee, they do it.
And as a result, Burisma got a lot for their payment to the Bidens.
Now, the 1023 form says as much as $5 million for one Biden, $5 million for another Biden.
But don't worry, they're going to go after Trump on January 6th.
But by the way, unlike in a grand jury or a January 6th committee, this is going to be a lot more evidence brought in that even a D.C. jury might take into account.
Although I wouldn't want to be on trial in D.C. or New York or Fulton County, Georgia, because it's heavily Democrat.
You know, what did 9% of DC, 5% of D.C., vote for Donald Trump?
You know, Joe Biden joining these business meetings.
You know, and but what was he talking about?
He's talking about the weather, man.
Just there to say hi, a loving father of an addicted son.
Because Hunter had nothing to offer them.
He was selling the Joe Biden brand, not the Hunter Biden brand.
And, you know, if you look at what we can glean from yesterday is the value of adding Hunter Biden's Burisma board was the brand.
And when push came to shove, the Burisma executives needed the call to Joe, and they needed Joe to fire the prosecutor that likely would have bankrupted them if they didn't fire him.
And the Biden family benefited because once that prosecutor was out of the way, Hunter was in the clear legally, and they still got all the money paid to him.
December 2015, Zolicheski, owner of Burisma, other executives, pressure, constant pressure on Hunter Biden to help get D.C. to fire this prosecutor.
Son of a B, they did it.
They step away, they make the call.
Dad fulfills his part.
What do you call that?
The Biden bribery scandal allegation that the president of the United States took actions as vice president that enriched his personal family.
What, but you care more about documents down in Mar-a-Lago?
You care more about, you know, a guy that said many of you will peacefully, patriotically march to the Capitol so your voices will be heard.
You care more about, you know, a phone call that talked about hundreds of thousands of votes that he felt were fraudulent in Georgia.
By the way, you're allowed to believe that.
And take out of context a long phone call, one line, and you want to prosecute the president on that.
Just never ends.

We expect that we're going to have this next indictment with Jack Smith.
This is on the January 6th issue.
And I would say, Linda, tell me if I'm wrong.
I'm reading the tea leaves here, but they put all these barriers up outside the Fulton County courtroom in Georgia.
I wouldn't be surprised if that happens this week as well.
Oh, yeah.
That'll be indictment three, indictment four.
And meanwhile, nobody in the media, no Democrat seems to care at all about what are credible allegations against Joe Biden and his family being enriched by him using the power of his office and taking official actions.
I don't know.
Where I grew up, that was called bribery.
What was it called in the Philly suburbs you grew up in?
I would say that he got a one-up on a good deal and he got away with it.
So, you know, he got a hookup.
Got a hookup.
All right, that's one way to put it.
He got a hookup.
Anyway, 800-941-Sean, our number.
We'll continue.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Ham.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.

Anyway, so we got these, you know, all of this is expected now to happen.
By the way, this latest Sienna poll, I mean, look at Donald Trump's lead in this thing.
And it's an amazing phenomenon that we're all watching here.
Every time they come out, announce another indictment, and we're expecting one likely this afternoon from Jack Smith.
This is regarding January 6th.
And Fulton County, Georgia, I don't think is far behind.
Every time the poll numbers go up, and there's a very obvious answer to this.
It's a phenomenon.
But Americans and not just Republicans, Americans see this for what it is.
It's not about prosecution anymore.
It's become a persecution.
That's all you go back and what did we learn five years later after the fact?
Gee, a little late, guys, even longer, six years after the fact.
What did we learn from the Durham report?
That there wasn't one thing in that dirty Russian dossier that Hillary Clinton bought and paid for dirty Russian misinformation dossier.
Not one thing that could be corroborated.
That was in the Durham Report, by the way, heavily suggested by the Horowitz report.
But putting that aside, Hillary Clinton, in both reports, describing how our government, the FBI, the deep state, the upper echelon, not rank and file, I always make the distinction.
That they treated her and her campaign differently.
No reasonable prosecutor would ever prosecute.
Really?
Smashing, beating up devices with hammers and destroying them after she deleted 33,000 subpoenaed emails.
You know, what is the superseding indictments down in Mar-a-Log in the document case?
The idea that Donald Trump may have wanted or asked for servers to be deleted?
Well, I mean, Hillary Clinton got away with it.
If he did it, he vehemently denies it.
He says, no, we handed over every tape that they ever wanted.
I mean, this is now a state that this country, I can't think of a time where we are criminalizing political differences like this in our history.
And there's such a danger to the Republic.
What, you go after, we're now going after our political adversary, people we disagree with.
You kidding me?
You got to be kidding.
But that's what's happening.
And meanwhile, the downplaying by the mob, the media, the ones that ran with every lie, every conspiracy theory, stormy, stormy, stormy, Russia, Russia, Russia, and three years, non-stop, never-ending lies, conspiracy theories peddled over and over and over again.
And now you have a sitting president of the United States, and you have the business partner of his then-addict, crack-addict son, doing all these foreign business deals.
And now we're learning that from Hunter Biden's partner, Devin Archer, that then Vice President Joe Biden is on, what, two dozen business calls with his son and his foreign business partners after repeatedly lying to the American people.
Not once did he ever, ever talk to his son, brother, or anybody for that matter about these foreign business deals.
No, he's the closer of these foreign business deals.
Your president lied through his teeth.
Where's the Washington Post, the New York Times, ABC, NBC, CBS, two fake news cable channels in their coverage of all of this?
Where is it?
It's nowhere to be found.
Hunter Biden, I love this, telling Archer that a Chinese chairman loved him for his last name, a posse of godlike Aryan men.
What the hell does that even mean?
It's like the crazy radical racist group.
I mean, what does that even mean?
Joe Biden had coffee with Hunter Biden's business partner, according to Archer.
Why was Joe Biden meeting with the former first lady in Moscow, one of the richest oligarchs in Moscow, the one that did the $3.5 million in business deals with the Biden family syndicate?
You know, seriously?
You know, had dinner with Elena Batorina?
Wow.
$3.5 million of the Biden family and maybe an investment of $100 million or more.
This is breathtaking yesterday.
So now we're going to break that news cycle, I assume, with this 5 p.m. press conference by the special counsel and what, have another indictment January 6th.
But just back to Devin Archer for a minute.
Joe Biden makes the phone calls.
What did we learn yesterday?
Well, we already knew from the WhatsApp message that they didn't think they'd recover because it's an encrypted message system.
I don't use these programs.
I stay away from it just like I don't have an email account.
Got rid of all this stuff.
And people think I'm a jerk and I'm rude and I'm mean and I'm not the same person and I've changed.
No, I haven't changed.
I haven't.
I just don't have the freedom that I once had because, well, a lot of my personal text messages get made public.
Getting a little sick and tired of that, too.
Biden's out there, not a worry in the world as Devin Archer is unloading the truth about what the brand is.
They were selling their brand.
What's the brand?
Is the brand Hunter Biden admitted at the time crack addict?
I don't think that's the brand.
Is the brand Hunter Biden, lover of prostitutes?
I don't think that's the brand that they were selling.
What was Hunter Biden offering these countries?
I would imagine if you're the CEO of a big energy conglomerate in either China or Ukraine, you're not a stupid person.
The 1023 form gave us a lot of insight into the Burisma president, Zolachewski, the CEO in this particular case in the 1023 form.
And then what do we learn?
He didn't want to pay the Bidens, but I had to give $5 million to one Biden, $5 million to another Biden.
I didn't want to have to pay that.
But I did.
And it's going to take you 10 years to find out how I paid him.
They were selling the Biden brand.
It was selling access to dad.
Now, remember, Joe Biden doesn't even, you don't have to prove that he personally benefited financially from any of these deals that he was calling into and closing.
What were those calls designed to say?
Well, Dan Goldman, the congressman, the Democrat, oh, they're talking about hello, and it's normal for a dad.
He's just a loving dad that cared about his addicted son and wanted him to do well.
Really?
Or was he the closer of these meals, of these meals, of these deals?
You know, it's pretty unbelievable how the Bidens DOJ operates.
Because here you have, you know, what we expect to be a third indictment of Trump today, and Joe and Hunter get pushed out of the headlines yet again.
This isn't the first time that they played that game.
You know, and what happens to the American people?
What did we learn yesterday?
What are the main takeaways that the media won't cover?
Devin Archer testifying the value adding Hunter Biden to Burisma's board is Joe.
That is, Joe is the brand.
It's not the crack addict.
The crack addict is not the brand.
Archer admitting Burisma would have gone out of business if the brand had not been attached to it.
He believed that Hunter being on the board, the Biden brand, contributed to their longevity.
And people would have been intimidated to mess with Burisma because of the Biden brand, not the crackhead brand, the vice president brand.
Then the big meeting, December 4th, 2015.
The owner of Burisma, Zolachevsky, and other top executives at Burisma putting constant pressure, according to Devin Archer, on Hunter Biden to get help from D.C. regarding the Ukrainian prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, investigating Burisma and Hunter Biden for corruption.
Anyway, Zolachevsky called D.C. to discuss the matter with Hunter in Dubai.
And then Joe goes a few days later.
And then that leads to Joe leveraging the $1 billion taxpayer dollars to get the prosecutor fired.
Oh, money well spent for Burisma.
Talked about, you know, all the times that Joe Biden was put on speakerphones with foreign business deals.
Anyone on the left care that your president lied?
Because that's what we Donald Trump lied.
Bush lied.
People died.
I guess it's only selective.
Anyone care about the former first lady of Moscow, Elena Bartarina, Russian oligarch, the monies she's involved with here.
Do you think that these rich people and CEOs of these big, big conglomerates, energy conglomerates, do you think they're stupid people?
I mean, you have the owner of the 1023 form.
Literally, the head of Burisma is saying, I think he's an idiot, but I got to use the idiot to get to the dad.
This is incredible times we're living in.
Then we got January 6th, which we expect this indictment today.
Okay, what did we not learn from the January 6th committee?
I don't recall them ever playing.
Many of you will peacefully, patriotically march to the Capitol so your voices will be heard.
That would be played in a trial, but it's still in D.C. with what, 5% of the population voted for Trump.
We didn't hear from Nancy Pelosi.
We didn't get her text messages.
They got Hannity's text messages.
They didn't get Nancy Pelosi's text messages.
You know, what did she do?
She's in charge of security for the Capitol.
Why wasn't she brought in?
That would have been a good starting point to see how we could prevent this from ever happening again.
I wonder if at trial they're going to play the Lester Holt report on NBC News that there was actionable intelligence in the weeks leading up to January 6th and that nothing was done to prevent it.
I would think at that trial, you're going to hear from the former Capitol police chief, Sund, who said he was begging and pleading for guard help, but it was not forthcoming, both before and after that day.
I doubt, why didn't they interview him?
Why didn't they interview Mayor Bowser, who in writing said she wouldn't accept a guard?
What about the four people I have on tape, four out of five people in the meeting?
Mark Meadows, President Trump, Kash Patel, acting Defense Secretary Miller at the time, also the chairman of the Joint Chiefs, General Milley, was in there.
I believe the Inspector General reports said he recalls that the discussion, they all said, the four that I have on tape saying that Donald Trump said, hey, do we need troops, guard troops on the 6th?
That sounds like somebody that wants to start an insurrection?
That'll all come out at trial.
Even though it's D.C., you could probably convict a ham sandwich if it's a Republican ham sandwich.
You can convict a conservative ham sandwich, but not a Biden.
Biden would probably be found not guilty on anything.
Anyway, that's sad.
What's happening in this country is sad.
Anyway, we'll come back.
We have John Solomon, Greg Jarrett, awaiting a presser from the special counsel at 5 p.m.
We'll cover all this for you today in the course of the program, 800-941-Sean is a number.
If you want to be a part of the program, reminder, Hillsdale College, many kids heading back to school.
Many think that you think your kids are going to be learning about our founding principles, what made America the freest, greatest, best country God ever gave man?
Will they learn about inalienable rights?
Our God-given natural rights, rights don't come from government, but God.
Will they be given a full and honest account of our nation's real history?
The answers to these questions, if your kids are going to Hillsdale, is yes.
By the way, now Hillsdale has extended their teaching to K-12 students and lifelong learners in addition to teaching college students.
Anyway, if you've not already done so, get their monthly speech digest in Primus.
You can also get the audio version.
Go to this website, SeanForHillsdale.com, S-E-A-N-F-O-R Hillsdale.com.
All right, quick break.
Right back.
We'll continue.
Stories of the D. Solutions to help move.
This is the Sean Hannity Show.
We've got to take a quick break.
But if this does not prove everything I've been telling you that we don't have equal justice or equal application of our laws in this country, and that we have a dual justice system, and that the mob and the media ignores everything, everything that unfolded yesterday.
Joe Biden, the brand, 24 calls into meetings to make his son rich.
We have words for that.
John Solomon, Greg Jarrett, next.
And you know what?
John Solomon and Greg Jarrett have been phenomenal on this.
They've been the only ones telling the truth.
And the problem is, is that most people just don't even know what's going on because they're being blindsided by the media.
Well, anyway, I'll tell you what.
We expect this presser at five o'clock.
When that happens, we're going to have full, complete coverage of all of it.
But I will tell you something.
If it's what we think it is, you think about what Joe Biden did, how he lied again and again and again to every single American.
I never once spoke to my son, Hunter.
Not one time.
And let me tell you something.
There's nothing for that matter.
47-year practice.
Exactly.
This is what he does best.
He lies.
Wake up.
It is over.
Pops takes half my income.
Pops, you know, I got to pay for his home repair.
The big guy gets 10%.
Not allegations that have ever been made against Donald Trump.
