Saying you will contra.
We'll all be playing.
High Lincoln.
And if you want a little bang in your yin-yang, come along.
At some point, the dam is gonna break, and even the New York Times and the Washington Post are gonna recognize that we may have a criminal family sitting in the White House.
This is the reality of the Republican investigation into the so-called Biden crime family.
It's seemingly riddled with stunts and conspiracies.
I'm gonna tell you, you know, one of the things I love is Venn diagrams.
Any math teachers in the room?
I love Vin Diagrams.
Freedom is back in style.
Welcome to the revolution.
Yeah, we have come in to your centaur.
Don't play our guitar and saying you a contrast.
Sean Hannity.

All right.

The political class chatter of the day has been pretty much all day.
The anticipation with the grand jury in D.C. meeting, and this has to do with the investigation of Donald Trump in January 6th.
Um, that there could be indictments handed down today.
It just MBC just broke the story that they don't expect returns today.
They were quoting court officers in D.C. Uh no returns today as of now, not expecting any returns today, meaning an indictment.
The only other obscure, probably unlikely uh possibility would be if an indictment had already been handed down.
Um I think we would have heard about that by now.
Um there was an interesting truth social post by Donald Trump earlier today.
My attorneys had a productive meeting with the DOJ this morning, explaining in detail that I did nothing wrong, was advised by many lawyers, and that an indictment of me would only further destroy our country.
No indication of notice was given during the meeting, so don't trust fake news on anything.
And I think because there had been so much speculation.
I'm looking I'm only giving you what the the mob media buzz mentality behind the scenes is.
It's it's stuff that always sort of you know creeps into my orbit because my sources are pretty much everywhere and what people are thinking and saying and expecting and anticipating.
And we know the grand jury meets on Tuesdays and it meets on Thursday, so I would assume every Tuesday, every Thursday.
It's probably gonna be, you know.
You know, the these type that's this type of speculation.
Um, you know, this this i it would have been interesting.
My first thought would have been that oh timing is just perfect, isn't it?
After the disaster that was, you know, the day of Hunter Biden and Joe Biden yesterday, and I mean Joe Biden as much as Hunter for a lot of different reasons, but you know, the judge uh put Hunter Biden's deal on hold, would not rubber stamp the sweetheart arrangement.
And and I stand by what I said, and and I said this yesterday on radio, I said it last night on TV, and Andy McCarthy actually had a good article saying pretty much the same thing, that there was the fix was in here in this Hunter Biden sweetheart deal.
And you know, they did just want this judge who got very animated, annoyed, angry even, um, at the I you uh you all want me to rubber stamp this, and I'm not gonna rubber stamp it.
And apparently, you know, within the the pages that a provision that uh would be a court oversight when it's really the DOJ's role uh as it relates to uh whether or not Hunter Biden is in compliance with w whatever the the order is at the end of the day, or the punishment, which really isn't a punishment because he's not going to jail.
You know, but with all that we've learned from the IRS whistleblowers, um this sh this this should not be in the position that it is.
And anyway, I I I think the district judge in this case, Mary Ellen Noreika had, you know, her antenna was up and she smelled a rat and questioned the legality of the plea agreement, wanted to know if Hunter was, for example, under investigation for other crimes like Farrah violations.
And this is where things went south in this deal.
Because there's no way you will ever convince me that they went into that courtroom yesterday, both the defense and the prosecution, without a complete understanding that they both sides agreed that if in fact Hunter pled guilty and the judge signed off on it,
that that would be the end of all of Hunter's legal problems related to all of this, and they tried to put it in obscure language in the gun aspect of the deal, uh and and the judge questioning the legality and even constitutionality of it and wanting to know if he's under an active investigation.
And then it actually starts lecturing the defense attorneys for Hunter, saying, Well, you mean you want to give up his rights to this, this, this, this, and this by by agreeing to this deal?
Because the the if Hunter's attorneys clearly they were under the impression the deal would grant their client immunity from any and all future charges.
And they believe that their sweetheart slap on the wrist deal, which was what, two misdemeanor tax violations thanks to the top-down pressure brought on the IRS, as we now know because of IRS whistleblowers that prevented them from pursuing the the charges, what, from the years 14, 2014 and 2017.
You know, they believed the sweetheart deal, you know, slap on the wrist would wipe his sl his slate clean.
Well, they didn't just pull that out of thin air.
That was the understanding.
I'm uh no beyond any doubt.
Now, if it weren't for the pressure that is ongoing in terms of Jim Jordan's committee investigating the weaponization of justice at the DOJ and the politicizing of justice of the DOJ, they probably would have just tried to pull this off yesterday and might have answered in the affirmative that uh, yeah, Judge, um, yeah, no, he's not under any active investigation, and and this would put the brakes uh on and and that he wouldn't be able to be charged with future crimes.
You know, the that's that's what all of a sudden the defense is like, whoa, hang on a second, we didn't agree to that.
Why?
Because they in all likelihood did not agree to that.
And likely they believed exactly what the judge sensed was going on, which is why the judge rightly asked the question.
You gotta give a lot of kudos to the judge.
You know, you could have me hard pressed ever believe that this very pertinent important point about whether or not future charges could be brought up against Hunter was not agreed to ahead of time.
They went in there thinking that they were gonna slip this one through, which again points out the dual justice system and the weaponization of of Merrick Garland's Justice Department.
You know, then the judge gave them time to hammer out a real final last minute deal, but that was going to be impossible.
Because at that point, they were not going to be able to grant Hunter Biden immunity from all future charges, not in front of this judge.
It wasn't gonna happen.
And they had to admit that there was even an ongoing investigation.
So, but do I think that ongoing investigation is actually real?
I don't.
That's the sad part of this.
Why was it a FARA violation included in the first indictment?
You know, sh this is a judge that on a similar j uh uh gun case, you know, put somebody in jail for five years.
You know, the Washington examiner, the same judge sentenced another individual five years in prison for illegal possession of a firearm and furtherance of a drug crime.
Sound familiar?
Yeah, that was Hunter.
That sound like equal justice and equal application of our laws in America?
No, it does not.
Anyway, in the meantime, then the judge ordered Hunter to actively seek employment, barred him from possessing possessing a firearm, prohibited him From even using alcohol or illegal drugs, and he had to agree to submit to random drug testing.
And according to federal prosecutors, yep, Hunter now can be charged in the future with a variety of other crimes, including those fair regulations.
But also, you know, now we have to look deeply at how much protection that Joe Biden remember that the DOJ is part of the executive branch, how Joe Biden's Department of Justice went and sunk, frankly, in terms of protecting Hunter and all things Biden family syndicate.
You know, this all came a day after Judge Nareka accused a member of Biden's Hunter Biden's legal team of pretending to be a staffer for Republican Congressman Jason Smith.
He was on TV last night on a phone call, talking to a court clerk trying to get their amicus brief removed from the docket.
He serves on the House Ways and Means Committee.
They deal with these IRS issues there.
And IRS and tax law in the country and previously submitted this filing.
And then they he had to ask that it be resubmitted.
Oh, okay.
That that sounds pretty corrupt to me.
You know, just like the misunderstanding surrounding Hunter Biden's art sale.
What do we learn now?
White House had promised that Hunter's paint by numbers portraits of a crackhead collection would not be connected to the administration in any any way.
Well, we found out otherwise.
Just like everything else the Bidens do.
It's to enrich themselves.
They vowed no one, not even Hunter, not the White House.
Nobody would know who shelled out massive amounts of money for his amateur art.
Well, now we know the identities of at least two of the buyers, including a wealthy Democratic donor who President Biden recently appointed to a position in his administration.
Another buyer was uh Hunter's so-called sugar brother.
This is that guy, Kevin Morris, who helped pay off Hunter's back taxes and bought Hunter a new car.
How nice of him.
And the guy that was, I guess, seen earlier this week smoking a bong.
I don't know what was in the bong.
I can only guess what was in the bong.
You know, could have been just pure tobacco, I'm sure.
Anyway, so what happens to Hunter now?
Hunter's in rightly now will face look, unless they come up with another sneaky sweetheart deal that this judge would be willing to go along with, I'm I'm not so sure this judge is going to be amenable to any of this.
And everything we learned from the IRS whistleblowers and the government's obstruction of witnesses and the lack of interest and censorship of Hunter's laptop, the DOJ's stall tactics to allow the statute of limitations as testified to by the whistleblowers in the IRS,
to a the statute of limitations expired on real serious, felonious tax crimes that would have put any one of you listening to my voice right now in jail, probably for a long period of time.
How the FBI tipped off Hunter's team about the IRS surprise questioning of him, which resulted in them not questioning him, how they were prevented from even discussing any of this with the with the Biden family, even though they had requested interviews with the Biden family.
You know, the fix is in here.
You know, if you want to pull off a corrupt deal when, you know, that that little detail that they the Biden administration dropped the ball, Judge Narika did her job.
You know, Hunter and Biden's sweetheart deal just blew up yesterday.
That's why I would not have been surprised if the charges from the special counsel against Donald Trump came out today.
Oh, perfect diversion away from all things Biden.
But in every normal case and every legitimate investigation, Andy McCarthy made this point.
You have adversarial parties, defense looking out for the accused interest, and and critically the Justice Department looking out for the public interest.
And this in this case, the Department of Justice, Joe Biden's Department of Justice.
You know, we already know that they, you know, have readily proved serious tax felonies.
You know, where's the real?
They've had this 1023 form for how long?
That gives, you know, according To uh uh a highly respected, credible FBI informant that talked to the CEO of Barisma and talked and the guy's bragging about having 17 tapes, the guy's bragging about you know five million from one Biden, five million from another Biden, and it's gonna take ten years to ever for anybody to ever track the money down, and that he was pressured into paying, he didn't want to pay, but he was pressured into paying.
Nothing happens.
You know, the president's son, using the president's department of justice.
They try to orchestrate a plea deal that allows him to escape prison free, and then would give him immunity from any future prosecution.
And they tried to to pull this off before the judge.
You know, the the judge was not in on it.
And she acted with integrity and and saw this a mile away.
That's that's what I see.
You know, it is um you know, the point of a plea agreement by which the vast majority of criminal cases are settled, you spell all of this out in detail.
You don't leave a detail like that out of the deal or try to put it in obscure language that you'd say, no, no, that's what this meant when we negotiated this deal.
Something goes wrong down the road, one of the parties breached the terms, the clarity of the agreement, everyone should know the consequences.
Anyway, eight hundred nine four one Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
I mean, sad times we're living in.
We don't have equal justice or equal application of our laws.
We have a dual justice system.
And we better fix it because that means you're not living in a constitutional republic at the moment.
All right, White House Press Secretary Corinne Zonpierre says there is no possibility that Joe Biden will pardon his son Hunter.
Uh, does that mean like uh we never discussed his foreign business dealings evolving into he's never been in business with his son?
I know you said not a lot's changed since yesterday, and that's a personal matter, but from a presidential perspective, is there any possibility that the president would end up pardoning his son?
No.
Well, is there a I just said no.
I just answered.
No.
Uh yesterday's statement by the Biden family.
Hunter is a private citizen.
This was a personal matter for him.
As we have said, the president, the first lady, they love their son.
They support him as he continues to rebuild his life.
By the way, he's been to rehab six times, we found out yesterday.
Since 2003.
Uh well, then I have a question.
If he's Mr. Private Citizen Hunter Biden, why was he driven to and from federal court in Wilmington in a motorcade of a half a dozen SUVs?
Hunter Biden gets a motorcade.
Is that is that normal?
You know, uh I don't think so.
Why didn't anyone pay attention when he went in to get a reduction of 75% of his of his child support payments, which he got, uh, did he have to fly in on a private jet?
I mean, is there any way that maybe he could have used that money and flown commercial and given it to the four-year-old girl that Joe and Jill Biden won't even acknowledge?
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.

All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
We will never forget 9-11, 2001.
We lost 2,977 of our fellow Americans on that very dark day.
And even today, 9-11 related illnesses continue sadly to take lives.
We have a whole generation that low knows little to nothing about our nation's darkest day.
And it kind of blows me away.
My daughter was born 13 days before this.
Now 21, about to be 22.
Crazy.
You know, so the 9-11 Institute, Tunnels and Towers 9-11 Institute, They are trying to write this wrong and educate kids kindergarten through 12th grade about 9-11.
They have a nonfiction firsthand accounts told through videos.
They are discovering uh heroes book series.
They have accounts that are moving unparalleled.
Kids will not forget these stories.
And the institute offers full curriculum units with scripted social studies lessons, activities, and a background for teachers.
They have a speaker's bureau for classrooms with access to 9-11 first responders, survivors, loved ones.
They have their mobile exhibit tractor trailer with an interactive museum and 9-11 artifacts.
They have the Russell F. Siller Memorial Scholarship available for the children of program recipients who are exemplary high school students preparing for college.
Anyway, all of this is only possible through your generosity, and we hope all of you will join us here at Team Hannity and just commit to 11 bucks a month.
If everyone hearing my voice right now does this, there's this work will go on in perpetuity.
Just go to their website, the Tunnel to Towers, the letter T, the number two, the letter T.org, the letter T, the number two, the letter T.org for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
I I I don't want to belabor this point, but I it I really does need to be laid belabored a little bit.
What what happened yesterday is the judge they got caught.
This was a sweetheart deal that was even sweeter than we ever knew.
And when Judge Nureka asked the DOJ uh whether or not they could still be investigating Hunter while simultaneously agreeing to grant him immunity from any further prosecution.
Okay, explain to me.
Uh why would you investigate somebody that you've agreed that you can't prosecute down the road?
So the this this was all designed to eliminate any possibility that real charges that could put Hunter in jail and remove all of it, but they didn't want to be up front, they didn't want to be honest about it.
You know, uh, and and the judge kept saying this is oh, this is very unusual, non-standard.
Can any of you give me a precedent for this?
Whoopsie daisy.
Don't ask that question, because none of them could.
And so the judge rightly demanding, you know, in a future filings, uh, if they're gonna restrict the deal to cover Hunter's past crimes before she's gonna let it go through.
In other words, are they gonna give him blanket immunity from any future prosecution?
Well, there's a whole list of issues now that we know uh that that show vul great vulnerability for Hunter.
And anyway, so this that that's how absurd this this whole thing has gotten.
So thing has been another example exposure of the DOJ of Joe Biden being weaponized and being politicized.
And it now creates a massive problem for Merrick Garland's Department of Justice.
Because if they're really probing Hunter Biden, okay, then they and they really believe in the possibility, and they're paying any attention to the IRS whistleblowers, what we're learning in the Oversight Committee and in the Judiciary Committee.
Um, you know, they're no longer going to be able to refuse questions by the way of congressional investigators by claiming, oh, the investigation's ongoing.
Well, we're gonna hear from Devin Archer on Monday.
Miranda Devine believes that he's gonna attest to the fact that on 24 occasions doing foreign business deals that Hunter would call Daddy and Pops would get on the phone with with Hunter's foreign business partners and impress the crap out of them and and show that he's gonna be uh part of the deal.
That was the whole point of it.
Anyway, so, you know, at what point is there now an investigation into the Justice Department?
Well, that's what Jim Jordan is trying to get to the bottom of.
Private citizen, Hunter Biden gets a motor K. That's my favorite.
You know, I want a three-quarter reduction in my child care payments.
Uh, let me fly into the hearing on a private jet.
Not against private jets.
I'm just against people that'd be dads that don't want to pay child support based on the massive amounts of money that this guy made over the years.
You know, and why don't they even recognize this precious four-year-old little girl?
It's not her fault, the circumstances under which she was born.
And from everything I've heard, and we sent uh Sarah Carter down to Arkansas to talk to people in the town.
They're they're aghast that the president of the United States won't acknowledge his own granddaughter.
Um anyway, the judges ordered Hunter now to look for a job, lay off drugs, be open to drug testing at any time, random drug testing.
Um I didn't know his problem had gone back to 2003.
I mean, that's like most of his adult life.
Six stints in in long-term rehabilitation centers, six.
Oh.
I mean, look, addiction is an evil, insidious thing.
I've there's not one person listening to my voice right now that doesn't know somebody that has struggled with this stuff.
Whatever it is, alcohol, drugs, it'll ruin your life.
You don't want to ever be a slave to anything.
Any substance of any kind, it'll ruin your life.
Imagine waking up every day, and your your number one goal is to get enough money to get more drugs so you can be whacked out.
It's just, it's horrible.
You know, that's why we should secure our borders.
Um anyway, so we're gonna see.
Apparently, Devin Archer had to go into hiding ahead of his testimony uh that we expect on Monday.
That's a little scary.
Uh does that tell us anything about what he knows about certain people, what they may be capable of?
Certainly raises sirens in my mind.
Um Hunter Biden linked to several companies seeking Delaware government help during the Biden uh Obama Biden era.
You know, it's by the way, Joe Biden's husband, I don't like to get into people's personal lives, but her ex-husband rallying against a very dangerous Biden crime family.
I can't let them do what they did to me.
I can't let them do what they did to me to President Trump.
Yikes.
He's doing the exact same thing.
I couldn't stand it anymore.
I needed somebody just to listen to me to tell them what happened to me because I got on the wrong side of the Biden family after spoiling Jill for five years.
I was on the wrong side of them, and they have literally come after me for 35 years in a row.
One little thing after another.
I was charged with an $8,000 car loan on a BMW that was owned by my business that I had just sold.
I mean, it's been tragic.
I can't let them do this to a president that I love and respect.
I can't let them do this to our country.
This is why I've come forward.
This is the only reason I've come forward.
It's like I said, nothing about the divorce, new bitterness, but Jimmy Frankie and President Biden are very dangerous and it's tragic.
I can't let them do the what they did to me.
The President Trump.
I can't do it.
Now put everything that we've been telling you today and look at it through the prism that all day we were expecting now the next indictment against Donald Trump.
There'll be at least two more.
It's not if, it's when they indict the special counsel indicts on the January 6th investigation.
It's it's not if it's when they indict in Fulton County, Georgia, and Fanny Willis in the case down in Georgia.
Um both those things are gonna happen, and that they try to get Hunter off the hook forever and try and sneak it through.
That sound like equal justice and equal application of our laws in this country.
You think your media would be covering this differently if this was Donald Trump's son?
I think they would be.
You know, the same mob in the media that lied for three long years about the Trump Russia collusion hoax that that had no problem with a phony Russian disinformation dossier being presented that they knew was phony to Pfizer judges on four occasions and all the ramifications of that.
You know, do you look at the the the odd um double standard by not raiding Hillary Clinton's home or the location of where her servers were that had top secret classified information that we believe the communist Chinese hacked into in real time?
You know, it's you know, look at all of this.
Look at all these whistleblowers.
Now nobody likes whistleblowers.
I don't know.
Fix what this was the fix in.
Fix was in forever.
You know, it's uh the legal team of of Hunter Biden now accused of lying to this clerk.
Wow.
I I just I I can't even fathom the reaction.
Can't even begin if if it was a Republican or if it was Trump related.
You know, Hunter Biden reveals the full extent of his drug and alcohol use.
Twenty years, six times he was in rehab.
Twenty years.
I've attended treatment facilities for addiction, Your Honor.
He said, starting with my treatment beginning in 2003.
I've been to, I believe, close to six inpatient over the course of twenty years.
He added that he's also been to outpatient facilities for addiction to alcohol, primarily originally, Your Honor, and drugs also.
Treated for addiction in an inpatient facility in 2018, claims that he's been sober since 2019.
So this whole time he's dealing with these foreign adversaries and making these millions with no experience.
He's admitting he's addicted to crack cocaine.
Wow.
You don't think that these foreign business partners knew all this?
Of course they did.
Anyway, it's um just it's a troubling time, I will say this.
Very troubling time.
We have a little more detail on Devin Archer and why he's gone into hiding.
Uh he's set to give bombshell testimony on Monday, and he's been forced to flee.
I won't even give the location of the state out of his he's got two homes telling friends he still plans to testify Monday, and a source close to him confirmed reports that that he will do so and added that he's concerned for his family's safety in the days after his planned testimony was announced.
It reports that he was canceling his appearance.
That's not true.
He's not canceling, but he's gotten threats.
It's let me tell you, it's I I know I don't want to sound cavalier about this, because if you're in the public eye, this happens to you.
It just I just have never brought the examples in my life public.
But I've lived through this.
You know, remember poor Elise with the anthrax scare.
She opens a one of my assistant at the time, opens up uh an envelope.
That's why I don't know people send me mail and they think, oh, Hannity's a rude jackass, he doesn't answer my mail.
Well, I used to answer mail.
I used to respond, I don't anymore.
You know, Hannity has no email account.
Oh, what a snob.
He doesn't answer his email.
Well, I don't I don't have an account anymore.
What do you want me to do?
After, you know, if you have your private email and text messages released to the entire country uh without your permission and your privacy violated, you might probably feel the same way as me.
Hunter Biden admitting in court that he partnered with a communist party linked Chinese businessman.
It's unbelievable.
Testified that the former chairman of the CEFC Energy.
Remember, he kept talking about the chairman and the WhatsApp message?
Sitting here with my father, blah, blah, blah.
Lo and behold, five million dollars for the inexperienced Hunter.
Makes its way into their coffers.
It's a great country, isn't it?
Really such a good country.
You know, somebody with with no experience can make all that all that money.
Um I do have a bit of sad news to me.
Remember when I said, I hope people will give Bud Light a second shot.
And I said, I'll tell you why I'm saying that.
I don't care about Anarza Boy.
I don't care.
I think what they did was stupid.
That decision was made by management.
And what did I say?
I said, what bothers me about this is if this continues, rank and file, you know, route workers, factory workers, all these warehouse work, they're all going to be put out of work.
And I don't want them losing their jobs.
Remember I said that?
I said, and then and then they just doubled down on stupid, so I can't even I couldn't say it anymore.
I hope they would it was a one and done stupid.
No, it's a five and done, and they still haven't fixed it.
Well, now they announce that they're gonna lay off two percent of their workers because it's not the number one selling beer, and their market cap has gone down dramatically.
That's why I said, you know, give them another shot, not for Anheza Bush's sake, but for the truck driver's sake, the the warehouse workers say uh sake, the factory workers, whatever, wherever they brew the beer, say, you know, I wanted them, I don't want them losing their jobs because some idiot management has gets into the political arena.
And why did Jason Aldean?
I'm reading now, you know, try that in a small town.
Now apparently edited the video.
He had already won in the in the court of public opinion.
Why would he edit out, which apparently he did, clips of Black Lives Matter.
These were real clips.
Or, you know, I it makes no sense to me.
I don't get it.
He'd already won the issue.
CMT's facing a backlash now because they're the ones that started all of this.
I don't know.
We we live in a weird world.
We really do.
I don't get it.
800, 941 Sean, toll-free telephone number.

All right, when we come back, uh, we'll get Alan Derschwitz and John Solomon's take on uh all of the developments regarding Hunter Biden, everything that took place in the courtroom yesterday, the hysteria and breathlessness of the media expecting Trump's indictment today, which it appears not happening, uh, and much more in the other news of the day, and BB Netanyahu coming up.
