This is an iHeart Podcast.
Coming up next, our final news roundup and information overload hour.
All right, news round up information overload hour.
Toll-free our number this Friday, 800-941.
Sean, you want to be a part of the program.
You know, when I see really good governors doing really great jobs and uh really making an impact in their states, you know what?
It gives me some hope because I, you know, the states are where you know things are happening for people that actually work in their everyday lives.
And and we've got a lot of great governors around the country, and they're having a huge impact.
Obviously, we got Florida, we got we got Texas, we got South Carolina, and you know, Governor Yuncan, I think is doing a good job in Virginia.
Uh not exactly an easy place for a Republican to win uh to begin with.
Um but but there are others too, and and they don't get a lot of of headlines and a lot of press.
Um but I did take note of what was going on in uh South Dakota, where our friend Christy Noam, the governor there, is promoting a nationwide workforce and recruitment.
One of the things that they've included in this, which I think is absolutely brilliant, is they are growing their apprenticeship programs and they accept most out of state professional licenses.
Uh the state's doing so well with no income tax that they want more and more people to move to South Dakota.
Let me let me play these two ads.
South Dakota is hiring as the first state to bounce back from the pandemic.
We've got one of the nation's strongest economies, and more jobs than we can fill.
That's why I'm pitching in.
The average starting salary for an apprentice is 77,000 a year without paying a penny in personal state income tax.
Plus, we honor apprenticeships from other states.
Hey, aren't you Governor Noam?
Yes, and I'm a lousy plumber.
South Dakota.
Freedom works here.
We stayed open for business during the pandemic, and now businesses are growing so fast our workforce can't keep up.
That's why I'm lending a hand.
We have 25,000 open positions.
Here in South Dakota, you'll never pay a penny in personal state income tax.
And we accept most out of state professional licenses.
Hey, aren't you Governor Gnome?
Yes, I am.
It's my first day.
South Dakota.
Freedom works here.
Now, when you start comparing and contrasting, there's a lot of news out about how bad blue states are doing.
I'll give you a quick couple of headlines here.
Look at this.
The LA Times has uh an article, four in ten California residents now considering packing up and leaving.
I brought this up with Gavin Newsom.
He didn't seem too um too bothered by it.
He's the first governor in the history of that state to ever lose population, and he's losing nearly 800 people a day.
Um uh that's a big deal.
I gave them a long list of of well-known uh companies that are moving their corporate headquarters out of California.
And then I brought up the homeless issues and social issues and high taxes, the highest in the country, income tax at 13.3%.
Well, that's only for rich people.
Uh okay, but um that's an awful lot of money you're taking from people, and all those rich people seem to be leaving in their their corporate headquarters is certainly leaving.
Uh you have more U-Haul trucks that left California than any other state last year.
Can you imagine?
When I was a contractor and and I started out, I got paid I think five dollars an hour as a carpenter's apprentice, and and then I eventually just started my own painting business, learned to hang paper, went to school at night to build houses, and you know, I did that for ten years of my life.
I wish I wish I could have made seventy-seven thousand dollars a year starting as an apprentice.
Anyway, Governor Christy Noam is back with us.
Uh Governor, great to have you back.
This is a great idea.
You know, it's really working fantastic, Sean.
We've only been doing this national campaign for the last 48 hours.
And we've got uh over five hundred people that have completely gone through the process of going to that website, Freedom Works Here.
They've signed up, filled out a form.
They're now connected to our our um you know, white glove service, which is helping them find communities and not just the jobs that they want, but also the schools that fit their kids, helping them find houses, and they're so excited to be coming to South Dakota.
And that's what I think is absolutely fantastic.
The top three States that are reaching out to us are uh California, like you mentioned, also Florida is one of them, and New York.
Um, but uh overwhelmingly people are coming from those states and saying, absolutely I want to come, I've got some questions, and our economy has grown so much in South Dakota, and and that we just don't have enough people here.
We have the lowest unemployment rate in the nation in the history of the nation.
And uh, we need more people who want to live somewhere they can be free, and we will help them find the perfect community and job of their dreams and get them.
If they're not trained, we'll get them trained on the job while they earn an a living.
But if they are trained and they want to participate in an apprenticeship program, or if they have a license they want recognized, we'll do it and we'll get them right to work.
It's an awesome program.
It's it is very reminiscent uh to a program we actually started it organically on this program, and when North Dakota and the Bachenfields were doing so well, um all of a sudden we started to take note, and I I got in touch with some of the business owners.
They were paying to train truck drivers, housing these people, and and starting salaries were a hundred grand a year.
And what I said on the air one day, I just said, you know, if I if I was making fifty thousand dollars in my state, I think I'd I'd pack up and I'd move to North Dakota and I'd take, you know, one of those driving jobs and double my income.
And by the way, that didn't include all the overtime it can take.
Long story short, Governor, we partnered with many businesses, and on a weekly basis, we would put another new business on that had job openings for people that didn't even have experience that would be making six figure salaries.
I mean, that's pretty much what you're offering here for an apprentice, seventy-seven thousand dollars a year, that is incredible.
It's incredible, and it comes with full benefits.
So they're getting health insurance, they might have a pension that comes with that.
We're getting them trained at no cost.
They're getting a free education, they're gonna end up being plumbers or electricians.
We have almost a hundred teachers just in the last several weeks that have signed up, uh people that will be trained to be a teacher while they're in the classroom teaching the kids.
Uh so it's a very unique model of a way to give them the hands-on experience that they need along with the classes that they need to complete that degree program and do it in a way that meets our workforce needs as well.
And these are people that just uh they they understand the value of work.
There are people across this country that are frustrated with the situation their family's living in, and to know that they can come here and they can live in a state where we don't have an income tax, we don't have a personal property tax.
All we have is a four point two percent sales tax, and that's it, and they can keep their money in their pocket and then launch a career for free.
Uh they're pretty excited about it.
And that's why we we're doing this national campaign and we're pushing it out to people, and I'm excited at the response we've gotten just in the first couple of days here.
Well, I just want to know if you're really that good a plumber, and if uh you are, I wonder if you have some spare time the next time you're in New York to stop by my house.
You'll have to wait till you see the welder ad because um I'm I'm not a good plumber and I might be an even worse welder, but uh I tell you what, uh dentist thing.
I almost uh you know, I I got a little bit of uh a feel for that.
I maybe could try that one.
Uh so funny story, but a true story, now not funny for me, but uh so I was a carpenter's apprentice, as I said, I was getting five bucks an hour, I was working my ass off.
And anyway, I fell off a roof.
This was in Rhode Island in the middle of winter, and at that point in my life I was living paycheck to paycheck.
I fell off the roof, three stories, frozen ground, hit the ground, and my elbow, you know, dislike the the from my elbow down, it was totally disconnected from the rest of my arm.
I broke my radial head, busted up all my teeth in the process.
And uh not only did I not have benefits or health insurance, they didn't even want to pay workers comp and that you know uh and I didn't even have any money for a doctor.
Doctor wanted an operator said I can't afford it.
Uh I'll paint your I'll paint your office when I'm feeling better, and that's what I did.
Oh my goodness.
Well, you're lucky that you're alive after that kind of a fall.
That's crazy.
But and that's the thing.
But there was good news.
I hit the ground and I instantly became a conservative.
I bet you did.
Oh, I love it.
Well, you know, honestly, that's the thing is one instant incident like that can change somebody's life forever.
And um, you know, he they don't have to live that way.
They don't have to live somewhere where they don't have the kind of certainty that a career can give 'em.
And they don't have to live with three hundred thousand dollars in school debt in order to have the potential to earn a good wage.
And they don't have to live in a lawless community that doesn't you know, understand law and order and and ha where the government's taking half their money.
So that's there is a way of life that's very different.
Overwhelmingly, people have found that out about South Dakota.
I'd encourage everybody to go to freedomworks here dot com uh and they will experience all that South Dakota has to offer.
And you know, people that move here, I meet 'em every single day, just say, I love it here.
I had no idea life could be so good.
And we've been a little bit of a a secret gem in this country.
I'm glad people are finding out our story because um I'm a c I'm convinced the state that has the workers in the future is the state that's gonna win this economic stability and and long term longevity of keeping taxes low.
So I'm I'm I'm gonna keep the pedal to the metal and keep pushing South Dakota because we are a wonderful state and everybody should get the chance to live like we do.
Well, the reason I got to know your state is a wonderful state is both my son and daughter were athletes and you know, we we often went, I think for a period of time we went once a year to South Dakota, and you know, we w obviously would uh, you know, go see the president's uh carved into stone and uh at Mount Rushmore's is just majestic to be honest.
It's just beautiful.
Nope.
And the landscape is phenomenal and the lifestyle is phenomenal, and you uh you don't have a lot of smash and grab robberies in South Dakota.
We do not have them.
Nope.
The state definitely loves our law enforcement and we make sure that everybody here is following the law and taking care of their neighbors.
That's the interesting thing is when all those riots and violence were breaking out and in twenty twenty and we saw what was going on, that just wasn't our story in South Dakota.
We as soon as somebody threw the first water bottle in our state, we we went in and shut it down.
So we we understand that that and most of the time it's it's citizens taking care of their neighbors too, which I think is fantastic.
No, and I mean th those are the people in your state, and it speaks volumes about the people in South Dakota and it's uh beautiful.

All right, we continue now with South Dakota Governor Christy Gnome.
Uh she now has launched her nationwide workforce recruitment program.
I love the part w also because it's very difficult.
I have friends that are lawyers, people, my three sisters all became nurses.
And you know, it's a big deal when you go from one state to another uh in terms of having an out of state license even accepted, even on a temporary basis, you know, they they send they almost send you back to school and it's like I already went to nursing school.
I already, you know, have have ten years experience in an emergency room as an emergency Room nurse.
I know my job.
And a lot of states don't do that.
No, they don't.
And and that's been a game changer for us.
We've done these kind of reforms the last several years.
Started with our military men and women and their spouses, because we've all know the challenges that they have when they get, you know, stationed somewhere different and their whole spouse has to change what state they're operating in their profession.
And we've done it now universally for virtually every single license in the state.
And it's just from realtors to doctors to nurses to whatever you could potentially need a license for, or even nail technicians, whatever it is.
They their license is recognized as soon as they hit our state and they can get right to work.
And Sean, that's what I think has been lost in this country is the value of a work ethic.
And and we have forgotten that work is good for you.
That it's we were created to serve each other and to have a purpose.
And it's better for us physically, for us mentally, and spiritually to get up every day and to have a purpose and to go have a job.
And in South Dakota, we understand that and we're talking about it all the time.
I think it's time the rest of the country wake up to the fact that not only is it good to earn a living, but it's also better for you physically.
Your family will do better mentally.
Um you'll be a part of a community, and that that all in all truly does lead to the American dream.
You gotta have a purpose when you wake up every morning, or else you know what?
That's where trouble kicks in.
Uh, where are you on this presidential primary race?
Oh man, well, I think it's it's gonna be a roller coaster, don't you?
I mean, I just think you know, we have got welcome to my world, try to thread my needles.
Yeah, uh, you know, right now I there's nobody in that race that can win except Trump.
And so I'd like to know what their the reason is they're running.
Um, you know, and and know that they really truly do have a vision for the country.
I I think some of these people that keep jumping in are coming in just to attack and attack, and I'd I'd rather have people that run for president that actually want to be the president to do something good.
So, you know, I think that it's gonna be.
I won't put Chris Christie on for that reason.
I think he's I just a blowheart.
You know this guy left office with a 14% approval rating?
Fourteen percent.
Yeah, it's it's crazy to me, and and it and it's not I it's not gonna be it's not helpful to he thinks it's helpful to the public to find out.
We all know what Trump is and who he is.
I know all the good stuff that happened in my state because he let me do my job.
Every day I woke up grateful I had a president that let me do my job as governor.
If Biden had been president during the pandemic, he would have crushed me and crushed my state.
So that's what I think is is overwhelmingly positive is that his policies worked for us and South Dakota had opportunity because of it.
And you know, honestly, whoever this presidential race, I'm sure there's more people that'll get in, maybe even who ends up being the president isn't in the race yet.
But we'll we'll pay attention and we'll see.
I think it's just gonna be an interesting one.
People always talk about trends in presidential races.
This might be the one that breaks all those all those trends.
I I hope you're right.
I gotta tell you something.
We can't take four more years of this corpse being our president.
He just he doesn't even know today's Friday.
Um anyway, Governor, great, great program.
Uh we're actually gonna put it up on our website, Hannity.com, your work uh force recruitment program.
I think it deserves attention.
And anybody, if you're finding in yourself in a position you want to change your life and have opportunity and make better money and have a better lifestyle, uh, you might want to look at South Dakota.
Uh, Governor, we love having you.
Thank you.
Incredible.
Thank you, Sean.
I appreciate all the help.
You bet.
Have a great day.
You too.

Our friends at the Tunnel to Taurus Foundation, their promise, do good, never forget the sacrifices America's greatest heroes have made for all of us.
Heroes like Marine Corps Corporal, uh that's Seth Rasmussen.
Now, Seth was one of five Marines killed in a training accident when his aircraft crashed in California.
He's only twenty-one years old.
He had his whole life ahead of him.
He survived by his wife and his high school sweetheart, Avery, and their infant son.
Uh, Tunnel to Towers reached out to Avery within days of Seth's death to tell her that she would receive a mortgage-free home.
Avery did not have to worry where she and her son were going to be living, or how she was going to pay for it because of the financial security and the support provided by the Tundle Towers Foundation and your generosity.
They have helped over one thousand military first responder families navigate the worst times by removing the burden of a mortgage payment.
So the only way they can do this is through your generosity.
We hope you'll join us in supporting our nation's heroes and their families, and just commit, as Team Hannity has to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
Go to their website.
The letter T, the number two, the letter T dot org, the letter T, the number two, the letter T dot org for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
All right, let's get to our busy telephones.
Uh Mike, Massachusetts.
What's up, Mike?
How are you?
Hey, how are you doing, Sean?
I'm good, sir.
What's going on?
I want Donald Trump's lawyers in Florida with his no corrupt judges or juries like there are in DC, right?
To subpoena Merrick Galland, the IRS agents, Peter Strock, all these people, because he can find out if there is actually a dual system of justice.
In a criminal defense case, he's allowed to find out about selective prosecution.
They know it.
This is the problem.
They know it, they're up to their eyeballs in it, and they don't care.
That's why he has to go.
What's that?
Don't have to worry about Merrick Allen getting the special counsel to indict people for perjury.
That judge can say you need to testify.
And if you don't, I'm holding you in contempt.
Well, I mean, that's the that would be the ideal, wouldn't it?
But it's not gonna happen.
Yes, it is.
I guarantee I bet it will in Florida.
Well, it might.
I mean, I I I certainly think in the in terms of the charging decision, I I can tell you what what Merrick Garland's gonna say.
It's what he reiterated earlier today.
And that is I gave full authority to the special counsel in the case of Donald Trump.
And I had nothing to do with this.
I don't believe any of it.
I think this is all coordinated.
You know, we're we're now seeing at the highest levels every single deep state aspect of our government now mobilized to impacting presidential elections.
Twenty sixteen, Hillary Clinton, you know, top secret classified information, not only no raid, but no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute.
Same thing on the issue of destruction of of subpoena documents, thirty-three thousand emails, not a peep out of the Justice Department, nothing from James Comey, nothing from Democrats.
Uh, and they just, you know, let it roll off them.
If a Trump did this, a Republican did this, forget it, it'd be a capital offense.
Uh and then the same thing with the Hunter Biden laptop.
Now we're learning that they actually knew of its authenticity before they even got their copy in November of 2019.
Okay, but they certainly corroborated it by March of 2020, but they still had their FBI agents going out and pre-bunking it with big tech companies in these weekly meetings.
Why did they do that?
Putting cinder blocks on the scale of presidential elections.
If it doesn't stop, we don't have a free country anymore.
That's how bad it is.
These revelations have been damning.
Durham, the 1023, the non-investigation, everything we're learning from the IRS whistleblowers.
And we get nothing but a collective yawn from the media.
I'll give you an example.
ABC, CBS completely ignored the IRS whistleblower bombshells.
ABC World Knows Tonight, CBS Evening News ignored both big stories, to not one but two IRS whistleblowers with their very, very strong allegations that Hunter Biden received preferential treatment from Joe Biden's Justice Department regarding probes into tax violations.
Anyway, appreciate the call, Mike.
Thank you, buddy.
Uh let's say hi to Junior.
Junior is in Texas.
What's up, Junior?
How are you?
Hey, Sean, I'm doing just fine.
How about yourself?
I'm good, buddy.
Happy Friday.
Happy Friday, Mr. Happy Friday.
I tell you what, Mr. The reason that Robbie on the call and all actually was uh yesterday the comment in regards to the class action lawsuit uh that the gentleman had brought up in your c uh as a caller yesterday.
But I guess what I really want to just ask is I want to just talk about Hunter Biden and how there's absolute silence on the left.
How is there s how there's such unfair treatment for any and all who disagree have a disappoint uh d dissenting view from anyone that is not on the left and how any time it comes to the left they get the preferential treatment.
They get let off.
Things get swept under the rug.
The media completely ignores it.
And yet any time that Trump or any conservative or anybody that's opposing them gets highlighted, elevated, multiplied to the end's degree.
That's because we don't have equal justice under the law.
We don't have equal application of our laws.
We have a dual justice system.
I keep saying it I don't think people are I I think it's now beginning look the American people are now seeing that Hunter and Joe got paid a lot of money and it's obvious that it was you know influence pedaling because they didn't have any experience.
That speaks volumes.
They also know that all of these you know the never ending rating, arresting and charging of Donald Trump is political.
Everybody sees that too.
You know that that's why you know Barack Obama's whining moaning and complaining that you know terrible conservatives out there on the Fox News channel and and talk radio, you know, he actually is out there saying that, you know, it if you're watching Fox News, listening to right wing radio uh hosts skewing facts and making people fearful of each other.
You know uh and then he added what is true is that partly because of where people are getting their information these days the silo wing of information.
He must be talking about MSDNC CNN, the New York Times, the Washington Post, ABC, MBC and CBS.
If you're watching Fox News he says or following some right wing radio host or getting Facebook feeds within the bubble the re the reality is different than if you read the New York Times or watch your program.
He says that you know on a liberal show on a liberal network as usual.
So poor Barack is upset that this did the way they treat him when he speaks to that effect as opposed to say if you were to say the same words in opposition to what he said is the treatment that you would receive as opposed to what he receives by the same media company is just absolutely flat.
Can you imagine if I ever got caught going to a church with my pastor of twenty years on the Sunday after nine eleven says GD America and America's chickens have come home to roost?
Could you imagine if if there's a big expose in the New York Times about Sean Hannity and his connections to uh unrepentant domestic terrorists like like Obama was friends with Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dor Dorn.
You know, do you what do you think the reaction would be the reaction would be the exact way they're reacting to Trump now.
That's exactly the way the that would be the way they treat Trump this is the way they would treat you for something like that.
Although when the same actions are done on the opposite side it it's nowhere near the same treatment.
So this is where it breaks down to Mr. Sean I am twenty six years old I'm an independent and I have definitely been seeing what's been going on but what I want to ask you is what can I do?
What can every person listening to the show, what can we do as individuals to make a difference besides voting?
Because I that's already a plan and I'm sure anyone that's listening to this is fired up and feeling the same way that they want to vote.
But what can we do now, Sean?
What is what are our options?
What are things we can do to make a positive impact now?
Well I think the most important thing that's in front of us is this presidential election.
And I know we're a ways off from it and I know maybe it's seems like it's in in the distance but you know we might even be less than five hundred days away from it.
I mean Linda maybe you can check that and get the exact day but I mean you know it's gonna come fast.
It always does.
I remember a conversation I had with uh President Trump after the 2020 election I said you're gonna blink your eyes and 2024 is going to be here I promise you and and you know now here we are and um you know we'll see what happens but they're doing everything they can do to s continue to not their nonstop smearing slandering character assassination their besmirchment this is who they are this is what they do.
And we just we're f we're five hundred and one days away from election day As of today.
Thank you, Linda.
Five hundred and one days.
All right, my friend.
Appreciate it.
God bless you.
Have a great weekend.
All right.
Uh let's say hi to John Louisiana.
John, how are you?
What's going on?
You ever see run into the Rage and Cajun James Carvo?
I have not, but I have seen the LSU Tigers beat Wake Forest last night and go to the Owl's World Championship.
Okay, no offense, but you're really being a jackass because you know my son went there, but that's fine.
I'm okay with it.
If I if I knew well, I will tell you this.
Uh uh my daughter's team actually in the round of thirty-two in her sport, uh, played LSU at LSU and they they won being down was tied three three.
They they literally came down to the last match, and one of my daughter's friends came down from a two-five deficit to win the set and the match, and they made it to the sweet round of sweet sixteen.
That was a couple of years ago.
Good job.
Good job.
So I have my own bragging story, although I do like people that are wise asses like me.
Go ahead.
Well, I wasn't trying to be a total wise ass.
I was just saying not a total wise ass, just a little one.
All right.
Well, the reason why I called in was yesterday you had a gentleman on, I think from a congressman from Missouri who said they couldn't prosecute Hunter Biden for his laptop and income stuff with the IRS because the statute limitations had expired.
Well, doing that on a regular basis, I know they have not expired.
The three-year rule and the six-year rule are only apply if you have a non-fraudulent tax return.
But if there's any attempt to evade a tax, then there is no stat limitation.
They can IRS can do a court proceeding or file assessment at any time.
That's my my understanding is that for all practical reasons.
Now correct me if I'm wrong, is that after you reach that statute of limitations.
Now remember they were working with within the Justice Department, within the IRS rather, you know, with the approval of the Justice Department to get past certain dates knowing that Hunter Biden had tax problems.
Knowing, you know, that he even implicated his own self on his own laptop with a four hundred thousand dollar barisma payments.
That's just one example.
But there were millions of dollars in taxes uh at that he didn't pay for that's not included in this sweetheart deal that he got this week.
Right.
And that may be true for criminal tax purposes.
I'm talking about civil tax liability.
Well, the liability was paid.
Remember, he had this this guy out in California, Kevin somebody, you know, that apparently loaned him the money.
Kevin Morris is his name.
So you're saying that Hunter Biden reported all the income he received from China.
That's what you're you're saying that you No, I'm I'm saying the tax liability was paid, but it was not a filed return at the time and for many years.
Okay.
Well, it's so in that sense the civil, the civil side of it goes away.
But not if it was a fraudulent return.
If there's any amount of income that was not reported on the original tax return that should have been, and they knew about it, then that's a fraudulent tax and no staff limitations apply.
That's directly on the same civilly, not criminally, but I'm trying to tell you is that they they they went to the IRS and paid their debt.
For all the money that they received, even from China.
That's my understanding, yes.
Well, there's another one out there for uh for Joe Biden and connection with that, if you're interested.
Um there's one it's called the assignment of income doctrine.
Let's say, just giving a quick example.
Let's say Sean Hannity was gonna get, you know, ten million dollars in the radio program, just to throw it out there, and you decide to give to Hunter Hannity, your your son, you want to give him a million dollars, and you don't report the full uh that that would be reportable income for him and me.
Exactly.
So who's if when I heard yesterday, it sounded like it was basically Joe Biden who earned the income who earned that money that came in from China, not Hunter.
What did Hunter do to earn it?
Sounds to me like it's really came from Joe Biden.
And on the Well, we we already know in the case of Barisma that he had no experience.
He admitted it.
Right.
So that goes the thing.
Then Joe Biden earned the income, and Joe Biden should report it on his tax return.
Well, but they that's that's that's what we got to get to the bottom of, right?
This is what these you know LLCs that are really show corporations, hopefully that's where we will end up.
Make sense.
I mean, this that's listen, and that's why they're delaying and they're obfuscating and they withheld the suspicious activity reports, the 1023 report, and they didn't want any of us to hear from the IRS whistleblowers that we heard from yesterday.
But uh listen, I appreciate your insight, and uh these are important questions you're raising.
Uh, frankly, you should head up the IRS.
I'd feel more comfortable with you there because I pay my taxes like everybody else that I know.
Anyway, 800 941 Sean.
Speaking of paying taxes, uh, listen, let me tell you something.
The IRS has gotten very aggressive, according to our friends at RushTaxresolution.com.
They they told me that they're sending out more warnings and letters to to taxpayers.
Quote, we may speak to your neighbor, employer, or others if needed.
What are you gonna speak to my neighbor about my my personal tax issues?
Really?
My employer?
You know, the IRS may communicate with other agencies about your case, such as the Justice Department.
Well, if your last name's not Biden, you're in trouble.
Uh quote, if you owe over fifty thousand dollars, the IRS may restrict or revoke your passport.
Okay.
Uh sound a little aggressive to you?
Sounds aggressive to me.
Anyway, if you owe the IRS money personally, if you're a business, maybe you're behind on payroll taxes.
