Sean recaps some of the most egregious examples of "unequal justice" and why folks like Chris Christie seem to be perfectly willing to ignore this poor treatment of conservatives.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
All right, thanks, Scott Shannon, and thanks to all of you for being with us on this Friday.
Toll-free, our number 800-941 Sean.
You want to be a part of the program.
Uh, we'll get into Merrick Garland who spoke earlier today.
I actually, you know, out there say, oh, David Weiss was given complete authority to make all decisions in Hunter Biden's case on his own.
No, he was not because he tried to pursue other venues out of state and he was stop cold.
That's not true, what Merrick Arland said.
Then claimed David Weiss never asked for a special counsel.
That too is not true.
He has more power than the special counsel.
That three is not true.
And then Garland's saying he'd support David Weiss testifying about Hunter's case when he deems it appropriate with Daddy's approval.
Is that what you're saying?
Um other side note before we get to all of the information we've got today, because this is this there's a lot going on here.
If you put together the 1023 form allegation by a source deemed credible by the FBI, how do we know the source of that 1023 form is credible?
Because we know the FBI paid the source repeatedly hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years.
Now, I doubt they'd pay somebody they didn't think was a good source, although they did pay the source for Christopher Steele's dossier.
They put that guy as soon as he said the dossier was total BS and bar talk, uh, Danchenko, they put him on their payroll until they eventually turned on him.
Uh so, you know, I put nothing past these people, but uh, you know, another brand new whistleblower case.
You have a 15-year vet with the FBI saying top bureau officials urged any agent that disagreed with the agency's aggressive pursuit of January 6th protesters to seek employment elsewhere.
The FBI's previously boasted that their January 6th dragnet was the largest ever in the Bureau's history, including the FBI's investigation in the wake of the 9-11 attacks.
Well, why didn't they get listen to Lester Holt's very informative report on NBC, considering they wouldn't listen to me, uh, that discussed that they had actionable intelligence that they did not act on that could have prevented January 6th from happen happening?
Why didn't they listen?
I have on tape Donald Trump, Mark Meadows, Cash Patel, Chris Miller, and in the Inspector General report, you have Mark Milley all saying that Donald Trump, days before January 6, uh, was was willing to authorize National Guard troops.
The mayor, why didn't they ask the mayor, Bowser of DC?
Well, why did you reject in writing?
Uh, even the idea of having troops if things got out of hand, knowing so many people were coming to your your your city at the time.
Uh why didn't they ask Nancy Pelosi, who's too busy, you know, being filmed by her own daughter walking around the Capitol freely and with a smile on her face.
You know, she was in charge of security.
Why why wasn't she subpoenaed?
Why weren't her text messages, emails, phone records handed over?
Why wasn't Liz Cheney all gung-ho about that?
Why didn't Liz Cheney go to uh police chief, Capitol Police Chief Sunned, and say, Well, tell us about the many times you requested the guard in the days leading up to and the day of January 6th.
Because she she would have gotten an ear full.
And the bet the best benefit of all that would have been they could have come up with plans and a way to prevent something like that from ever happening again, because we've got to protect our institutions and our elected officials.
I said that from day one.
Anyway, in this case, the top official with the FBI filed the protected disclosure to the Office of Inspector General, alleging the FBI deputy director, Paul Abate, told the Bureau's internal critics of January 6th related cases to seek employment elsewhere and offered a personally address his subordinate uh agents' concerns.
Sworn after David, 15-year vet, FBI, you go get another job.
Well, maybe he was a little concerned.
We had 574 riots in the summer leading up to January 6th, uh, where we had thousands of injured police officers pelted with with Rick's Brock uh Rick's uh uh Brock's bottles, bricks, sorry, he's not Rick's bricks, rocks, bottles, Molotov cocktails, and thousands of injured police officers and law enforcement.
We had dozens of dead Americans.
We had billions in property damage, and there was hardly any arrests.
We have video tapes of people setting businesses ablaze and ransacking places.
Talk about, you know, uh letting people off the hook.
Why didn't they go after those people with the same vigor?
By the way, I gotta love that Chris Christie was booed at the Trump uh uh for after attacking Trump at the Faith and Freedom Conference.
He was booed giving his speech.
You know, I'm running because he's let us down.
Oh, okay.
You didn't let the people in New Jersey down with your hug of Barack Obama in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.
You didn't let the people of New Jersey down and conservatives around the country and Republicans around the country down when uh Bridgate happened.
Yeah, I know people they had a Supreme Court decision uh, and people say he wasn't involved.
Yeah, I have a lot of questions still that remain in my mind.
Or how he shuts down a beach, but you know, he plops down a beach chair and is the only person he to be makes it a private beach for him, and everybody else in New Jersey can't go to the beaches.
You know, I'm running because he let us down.
He let us down because he's unwilling to take responsibility for any of the mistakes that were made, any of the faults that he has, any of the things that he's done.
Okay.
Chris Christie is running just to, you know, aggrandise himself.
By the way, Linda, what's the reaction been to by our callers to the idea that I I have no interest in interviewing this guy?
I have no patience for him.
He's been living off of ABC news and giving I hate Trump interviews now with George Stephanopoulos day in and day out.
You don't hear a word from him about unequal justice under the law, the lack of of equal application of our laws.
You don't hear a thing about him and Hillary Clinton.
You know, no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute.
He's never, I've never once heard him talk about it, or the deleted subpoenaed emails destroyed with bleach pit and the devices.
What why the double standard?
You know, what about uh FBI directors signing FISA applications with what John Durham revealed this week uh was an unproven dossier.
There wasn't a single fact corroborated in that dossier.
Where's Chris Christie on that?
Where's Chris Christie on the fact that that, you know, in in 2020, the FBI is pre-bunking a laptop that they knew damn well was real that they had in their possession?
Oh.
Because I guess he just wants to be a loved Republican, and his only mission in life is to stalk Donald Trump.
And that's the only attention he can get.
Okay, do the work of your friends in the media mob.
You'll get a big fat contract at the end of it from uh ABC News.
You'll be back with Georgie and in no time.
You can partner with him again.
Barack Obama, by the way, is not still not happy with us.
You know how long I've lived in this guy's mind?
We have those old tapes.
Barack Obama was obsessed with me.
I'll put I'll put Mr. Burgess up against uh Sean Hannity.
They'll tear him up.
I mean, look.
Um Sean Hannity suddenly gonna get on Airwest and say, you know, I was wrong about this Obama guy.
He's he's my man.
No, that's not gonna happen.
I think that there's a certain segment uh of hardcore Sean Hannity fans that probably wouldn't want to go have a beer with me.
There's no doubt about that.
With respect to Sean Hannity, I didn't know that he had invited me for a beer.
His opinion of me does not seem to be very high.
But uh but I'm always good for a beer.
I wasn't viewed through this prism of Fox News and conservative media and uh making me scary.
By the way, that was the interview with O'Reilly, and then O'Reilly had to stick up for me in that interview.
You remember that, Linda?
Uh I gave him a lot of credit.
No, he did.
He said, well, Hannity's a commentator.
He's giving his opinion.
Anyway, he's out there now complaining about Fox News again.
I mean, this guy can't get this out of his head.
I have no idea why he's so obsessed with Fox News and and talk radio.
Uh he just he cannot get over the fact that no, um, I didn't like him, and I knew he was a phony and a radical and an extremist, and the media gave him, you know, uh how do I say this without being too um too well risque here.
Uh the media basically made out with him every day.
They just they they they just love Barack Obama.
I yeah, I like my way of saying it better.
But I mean so he goes on, Christian Amumpur said that he believes that people watching Fox News or listening to right wing radio skews facts and makes people feel fearful of each other.
Well, I think I'd be fearful of a guy that hung out in the pews of a of a pastor with black liberation theology at its core and the belief that after 9-11 that America's chickens coming home to roost and saying not God bless America but GD America the Sunday after 3,000 Americans murdered in the worst terrorist attack in our country's history.
Oh, that's okay.
Never mind the fact that uh he hung out with these unrepentant terrorists, Bernardine Dorn and Bill Ayers of all days, September eleventh, two thousand and one, New York Times had an article quoting them.
You know what it said, Bill Ayers quoted him as he wish he had done more.
Part of the Weather Underground, a domestic terrorist group.
And un these are unrepentant domestic terrorists.
A lot of speculation about how deep that relationship ran.
Nobody ever paid attention to the fact too that Obama and and remember Linda back in the day I was out there.
Remember I got the call from Newt Gingrich who told me I bet I gotta stop.
He goes, You if you don't stop, uh he goes, you're risking your career.
And I said, Stop what?
He goes, You you're just you are out there, you know, hammering the democratic presidential candidate every minute, every hour of every day.
And I said, Yeah, because nobody else is doing it.
I mean, there were a couple of things.
Did you remember George Stephanopoulos?
I mean, the interview you did with Georgie.
And you're telling him about all the things that happened with Reverend Wright and the fact that he associated with these terrorists.
I did tell him that, but I also told him about Ayers and Dorn.
The story goes like this, and this is not a story.
This happened.
And Stefanopoulos is on this radio show the day before he is moderating a democratic primary debate with Obama in it.
And I said, uh and I asked him, I said, Can I offer some suggestions?
And I think you're right.
I think I did bring up the b the the Reverend Wright issue, and I said, Are you gonna ask him about his friendship with unrepentant terrorists?
And he goes, uh, I'm not sure what you're talking about.
I said, Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dorn.
There are two questions that I don't think anybody has asked Barack Obama, and I don't know if this is gonna be on your list tomorrow.
One is his the only time he's ever been asked about his association with Bill Ayers, the unrepentant terrorist uh from the Weather Underground, who on nine eleven of all days in the New York Times was saying, I don't regret setting bombs.
I I I don't think we did enough.
Uh when asked about it by the political, David Axelrod said they have a friendly relationship and that they had done a number of speeches together and that they sat on a board together.
Is that a question you might ask?
Well, I'm taking notes right now.
September eleventh, two thousand one of all days, uh there was an article in the New York Times and there are a number of quotes about Bill Ayers and the political had in there the comments about uh from David Axelrod.
I think that's an interesting question that nobody in the media has really brought up.
We've we've highlighted a little bit more here on this program, but let me see if I can help you.
You want any more questions?
Yeah, keep going.
The Chicago reader talked about and commented, has comments of Barack Obama why he attended the Million Man March.
Mm-hmm.
That most people don't know that, I don't think.
That's pretty pretty.
Didn't he write about that in his book?
I don't remember that in particular, but I know that he was quoted extensively in the Chicago Reader December eighth, I forget the year, going back a couple of years.
Now let me jump in here, George.
There's two there's two things that you gotta take away from that.
Number one is George did not know about Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dorn.
That's the bubble of the media and the Democratic Party.
They they they have no idea.
Now, then to his credit, and I'm I mean this sincerely, he looked it all up, asked about Ayers and Dorne, and Obama's answer was he's just he's just a guy in the neighborhood, George.
No.
He was much more than that.
For eight years as president, he hid a picture with him and Farrakhan.
And I kept saying, I know it exists.
Remember, Lynn, I know it exists.
I could never get it.
And the guy that had it kept it secret and protected him the whole time.
And he knew that picture existed.
But anyway, he goes on to say what's true is that partly because of where you're getting your news or following some right wing radio host or watching Fox News or getting Facebook feeds with a bubble.
Well, that's the whole left wing.
We're like the exception.
We're like the anomaly in this business.
Anyway, thanks to all of you that listen and watch.
I can't do it without you.
And there are a lot of people that have been fighting for a lot of years to silence this voice on a daily basis, trust me.
We don't talk about it often, but it's very real.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
Happy Friday.
You know, so there's a preacher that says it's Friday, but Sunday's coming.
And I always think that on Friday.
Which kind of makes me think, oh, the weekend's going to be over in a you know when you blink your finger, which is usually the case.
But anyway, we got a lot to get to today.
Uh thank you for being with us.
Uh later on in the program, uh, we're going to get all the legal aspects of this, these IRS whistleblowers, what a lot of people didn't cover.
We have more information to share with you.
Horace Cooper, Greg Jarrett.
Um, a hor uh uh a very disappointing eight-one Supreme Court ruling uh in as it relates to Texas, Louisiana, that Republican states don't have standing to challenge a narrowing IC enforcement priority and arrest for deportation, saying that they basically don't have standing.
I'll get into that with the Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody will check in.
But, you know, you you put this all together, the 1023 form and the allegation, direct allegation by what the FBI deems as a very credible intel source in the past, as evidenced by the hundreds of thousands of dollars they paid this person, and and this guy alleging that Joe Biden took specific acts in exchange for massive amounts of money from hit for him and Hunter.
Then you put it together with Durham's report, and that not one single item was ever proven in Hillary Clinton's bought and paid for dirty dossier.
Then you put it together with the Durham Report, where they acknowledge that the FBI absolutely gave preferential treatment to Hillary Clinton, this notion that no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute, no raid on Chappaqua, and Donald Trump now hit with 37 charges.
It's the exact same thing.
Or Joe Biden forced separate locations, none of his locations rated.
Hillary's deletion of subpoenaed emails, 33,000 of them, then devices that might have copies beaten with hammers and SIM cards removed.
You know, then you add to this the IRS bombshell testimony from two F IRS whistleblowers yesterday.
You know, I mean, it's it is so corrupt.
And what we're now seeing between 2016 and 2020, and I think you can now argue even the the Justice Department putting their their cinder blocks on the scales of the 2024 election by going after the top presidential polling presidential candidate on the Republican side.
Do they think that's gonna help Donald Trump?
No.
They don't.
And more indictments to come, so they can pile on, well, see, we'll have New York, we'll have Miami, well, I guess not Miami anymore.
I guess it's Fort Pierce.
Then we'll have Washington, D.C., oh, there's a fair venue, just like New York City for a conservative or a Republican or somebody with the last name Trump.
And then you add Fulton County, Georgia to the mix.
They're putting their thumb on the scale of all of it.

So, you know, you have the 1023, you have the Durham report, and you have these two IRS whistleblowers, you know, talking about $17 million in income coming from three entities, Ukraine, Romania, and China.
8.3 of that 17 million goes to Hunter Biden, excluded from his tax returns.
You know, and what do we find out from what they found?
Well, first of all, we get this encrypted message.
Now I don't have an encryp encrypted app on my phone for very specific reason that I'm not going to mention publicly, but I don't.
I don't have an email account.
Haven't had that now for years.
And I just don't.
And uh for uh other reasons.
Anyway, one encrypted message between Hunter Biden and a Chinese business partner.
This is June 30th, 2017.
Hunter's very angry at his Chinese business partner about a commitment from China not being fulfilled, and then he tries to, you know, do his best impression of Marlon Brando and the Godfather.
I want to say this.
Says I'm sitting here with my father.
I'd like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.
Now listen to this.
I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me, Joe Biden, and every person he knows, and my ability to hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction.
I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.
Wow.
Sounds like uh a mob operation to me.
Really?
You were there.
You're really tough, Hunter.
What did you expect?
What was the agreement?
What was the commitment?
Have to do with money?
And I thought Joe Biden, your father, you know, told us again and again that he never once spoke to you about his about your overseas business deals.
You know, but you give half your income to Pops, you pay for all of Pops' home repairs, 10% for the big guy.
And never mind the fact that he fired the prosecutor in Ukraine, looking into your lack of experience, highly paid gig with Baris Maholdings.
Instead of investigating these activities, what do we see this week?
We have the DOJ goes to great lengths to protect Joe Biden and his son, as per usual.
Biden appointed U.S. attorneys, blocked felony charges against Hunter in D.C. and California.
Merrick Garland refused a request to appoint a special counsel, delayed Hunter Biden's case until his multi-million dollar tax crimes were passed the statute of limitations in terms of criminal activity.
I'm not sure on the civil side.
The DOJ stalled the investigation into possible crimes outlined in Hunter's laptop, ones that specifically implicated his father.
According to the whistleblower testimony, Hunter's infamous laptop was, quote, verified by the FBI in November of 2019.
That's before they even got possession of it.
I talked to John Solomon about this today, and he said, Yeah, because uh they they had uh a lot of intel on it prior to their acquiring it in December of 2019.
Remember, John Paul Mac Isaac, the computer repair shop guy, had already been reaching out to the FBI because he's thought things on there that he believed were illegal.
Anyway, so they delayed the investigators from uh interviewing one of Hunter's business partners, shady business partners.
He didn't she didn't want to ask uh about the big guy.
Didn't want to ask about Joe.
You see, like every aspect of the DOJ and the FBI and the Department of Justice all go into bat to protect and help the Biden and and and Clinton families and to just, you know, pummel Donald Trump.
Had no problem rating Mar-a-Lago.
Why not Chappaqua?
Why not the Penn Biden Center?
Why not the University of Delaware?
Why not the Biden Corvette Garage?
Why not the Biden Beach House?
You know?
Why not, you know, Biden uh uh a guest house where where Hunter was living, that also became out of bounds.
We learned from these IRS whistleblowers.
Biden's allegedly tipped off by the feds prior to possible other searches and interviews.
Now, these are people that are putting their ass on the line, and what happened to them?
There's been retribution to them.
I thought they loved whistleblowers, wanted to protect whistleblowers.
By the way, Linda, do you like the idea of Elon Musk getting in the octagon with uh what's it?
Physically getting in the Octodon or just kicking the crap out of Zuckerberg.
Well, Zuckerberg's been uh apparently, you know, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which is a whole different listen, Brazilian I do a former jujitsu training, which is Japanese jujitsu, but it's not the biggest part of my training, nor is Kenpo or you know uh I would say probably the art that we adhere to the most is Krab Maga and situational street fighting, and we work with blades and and sticks and firearms.
We do that kind of work, and I do boxing as well.
I mean, in the octagon, it's a whole different ball game than Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Zuckerberg seems like he has some talent.
I don't think he's even real.
That guy's a weirdo.
I mean, I can't have anything to say.
What do you mean you don't think he's real?
He's just a weird.
He's really weird.
The way he reacts things weird, the way he looks is weird.
Okay.
No, Elon Musk is a much more normal person, in my opinion.
If the Dana White said he spoke to both of them, and they're both will really sound willing to do this in a pay-per-view.
Now the thing is Elon Musk is gonna kick the crap out of him.
I don't know, but uh I have no clue as to whether or not Elon Musk can throw a punch.
You would be shocked how many people, you know, I bring them down to my dojo when they come over my house, I show them where I work out every day.
And you'd be shocked how many people have no clue how to even throw a halfway decent punch.
I mean, big guys can't throw a punch.
I'm shocked by it.
Yeah, because they've never had to do it.
You know, it's a it's a com we're raising a completely different generation that does not know how to defend themselves, and it's all about this, you know, everything's everybody's a pacifist, unless you're a part of Antifa, then you can blow everything up and be completely reckless and not get in trouble for it.
So you don't know how to defend yourself.
You you you just like flail.
That's how you flight.
Me?
Yes.
You're a flailer.
I'm sorry.
Where where did this information come from?
Uh from all the stuff the fights you had when you were young.
So you interviewed all the people that I fought with when I was young and they said I flailed.
Okay.
Do you know how to throw a good punch?
I'm sorry.
Was it you or not you who told me that I was good at throwing a punch?
I said you were getting better because I was teaching you.
You're so full of crap.
First of all, I have been in many fights.
It is not my proudest thing to talk about.
But I will tell you right now, I may not hit first, but I will hit last.
And I don't talk about that.
My father always told me you never hit first.
But you always hit last.
I'm not against hitting first if there's a real threat.
I've been mugged three times in New York City.
You know how many times they got my stuff?
Every every freaking time.
No, never.
They never got my stuff.
They never got my stuff.
No, I mean I didn't that's what I meant.
We were saying That's good.
I'm glad we corrected the record because that was getting really weird for a minute.
Flailing.
Who's flails?
I don't flail.
My kids made fun of me when I started martial arts 11 years ago and started my training.
Mixed martial arts.
I actually think it's a wonderful thing.
Anthony and I are starting Jiu-Jitsu in a week.
So I think it's awesome.
But if I'm talking about Elon Musk and Zuckerberg, I think Musk was gonna kick.
I just don't, I have no I want Elon Musk to win.
He wants to say it right up front.
But I have no idea if he has any training at all whatsoever.
None.
Well, I guarantee you, if he doesn't have it, he's getting it now.
And maybe Joe Rogan, I think will referee this match, and I think that Dana White wants to promote it, and they were already talking about doing it in Vegas.
I I might even want to go out for that one.
Absolutely.
Ringside.
Ringside.
Maybe I'll fight the loser.
Oh my god.
That I would pay to see.
Uh, we got photos of Hunter Biden placing Hunter uh at Joe's house on the day that he warned that Chinese and threatened that Chinese business partner.
Huh.
How convenient.
House Republicans have now moved to block security clearances for intel officials who lied about the laptop.
By the way, they should all be forever blocked.
James Comer says the Biden wire transfers show organized crime activity.
I'm telling you, these wire transfers is going to be where it does in the Biden family.
That's going to be that's where the smoking guns want to be found.
One DOJ official in the Hunter Biden pro barred investigators from asking questions about the big guy.
Told you about that.
Unreal.
Unreal.
I'm sitting here with my father.
We would like to understand why the commitment made is not been fulfilled.
Tell the director that I'd like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand and now means tonight.
And Z, if I get a call or a text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold the grudge that you will regret not following my direction.
Sounds like a leg breaking threat, doesn't it?
Maybe he's getting in the ring.
Very tough.
Very tough.
Those are the years he claimed he smoked crack according to this, you know, agreement, because that's you know, around the year of the gun application.
Hunter took tax deductions for a sex club.
Did you hear about this?
You know, for $10,000 in payments he made to a prostitute and a sex club, according to an IRS criminal investigator whose identity remains a mystery, working on the Biden tax probe.
And by the way, got kicked out of the sex club because he was such a jackass.
I would imagine it's pretty hard to get kicked out of a sex club.
I don't know.
I've never been to a sex club.
I didn't even know they existed.
I thought that that error came and went with Plato's retreat.
Pack in the studio 54 days in New York.
But what do I know?
Guess I'm nobody.
And Garland denying he's interfering in this.
The whole thing shows he's interfering.
I love how he threatens his Chinese business partner with Joe sitting right next to him.
But don't worry.
I never once talked to Hunter, not a single thing.
17 million dollars from China, Ukraine, Romania, 8.3 million alone goes to Hunter.
Wow.
Did he pay taxes on that money?
Or was that is that why they uh waited for the statute of limitations to pass before charging Hunter.
Uh listen, I've been telling you about pre-born clinics.
These clinics are now popping up around the country.
And what they're doing is using the science of 4D ultrasound.
They give free ultrasounds to any expecting mom.
And the great news is that not only is it free, they offer free counseling.
If if they decide to keep the baby, they they offer all sorts of support from baby formula to baby food, diapers, whatever is needed, and they only do it because of your generosity in the pro-life community, those that believe in the sanctity of life.
What's happening is expecting moms that maybe contemplating abortion, they go into these clinics and then they see 4D imaging and and facial features of the baby and fingers and toes and hear the heartbeat, and they're like, I can't do this.
I'm gonna have this baby.
Now, the only way they can continue this work, they don't get planned parenthood money from the government, they don't get a penny.
Just dial pound 250, say the keyword baby, pound 250, keyword baby.
I recently donated two machines because their clinics desperately need those too.
Or just go to preborn.com slash Sean.
Even if you could just afford one ultrasound for one expecting mom, you might save a life.
Preborn.com slash Sean.
100% of your tax deductible donation will go towards saving babies and mothers.
Their goal is to get 10,000 new people on board with this program.
You know what?
I've always said abortion is about changing hearts and minds.
This is the way to do it using science.
preborn.com slash Sean pound 250 keyword baby.
Music.
Who the hell are you?
You know now.
Say my name.
Sean Hannity.
You're damn right.
And this is the Sean Hannity Show.
All right, a lot of ground to cover today.
Uh we'll play Merrick Garland from earlier today.
We get commentary from Greg Jarrett, Horace Cooper, our legal panel.
We'll tell you about this 8-1 Supreme Court ruling, sadly given the Biden administration a victory on their uh aiding and abetting of illegal immigration and even people involved with ice.
And then Christy Nome has launched a incredible program to pay even apprentices $77,000 a year in South Dakota.
