Time Text
This is an iHeart Podcast.
Hour two Sean Hannity show, toll-free, eight hundred nine four-one Sean.
If you want to be a part of the uh program, joining us now is my friend, my colleague, uh also the uh co-host of the hit show, the five, Judge Janine Piero is with us.
Uh her new book out is phenomenal.
If you've not gotten it, it just came out.
It's called Crimes Against America, the Left's Take Down of Our Republic.
Uh, it's in bookstores around the country.
It's on Amazon.com, it's on Hannity.com, and Judge, always great to have you back.
Well, thank you.
It's also on JudgeJ Book.com.
You left out what?
How are you?
I'm good.
So, Judge, you know, I've never been this worried about our country than I am right now.
I'm I'm I've never been worried about the economy more, foreign policy more, the cultural rot that we see in this country, and I just on every single issue, I think we're headed down the wrong path.
And and then when I look at the horizon, and and I'm a realist, I'm I'm not Pollyannish, uh, I can see reality.
It's it is going to be hard for any republic Republican to get 270 electoral votes in this country.
It is just hard.
And the math is getting harder because of what I call accelerated migration to states like the Carolinas, Texas, obviously Florida, and and a lot of people that are moving from the Midwest, Wisconsin, Michigan, etc.
and the Northeast, not that it matters, but uh, you know, they they're leaving states like Pennsylvania.
The conservatives are leaving.
So it makes those states even harder than they once were to t pick off.
All right.
And you know what, Sean, in addition to that, uh, if you look at what's going on with illegal immigration, you know, one of the things that that I really, you know, I just thought about it.
Uh, you know, when we do a census count, do you know that everybody in this country counts?
So whether you're legal, illegal, whether you're from Mars, whatever, it doesn't matter.
If you're here in this country, you're part of the census.
Now, what does that tell you?
It tells you that based on illegal immigration, based on moving these individuals throughout the United States, we are going to have, if we've got five million in the last two years, an estimated ten million in the next two years of the Biden administration's invasion by foreign nationals.
That means we're going to be having more and more um uh congressional seats being created in congressional districts based on pure numbers.
And so that's part of the takedown by the left of this country.
You see, it's not just about votes, it's about the census.
It's about creating new congressional districts.
And like you, I am more concerned than ever.
You know my background, it's law enforcement.
I am petrified by what's going on.
Petrified when I find out that people like Danny Penny, the good Samaritan, who is justified in the act that he committed on that subway car is indicted by a progressive, uh so-called progressive DA, George Soros funded DA.
I am petrified when we have a Department of Justice that is going after not just parents and and and people who are concerned about their children in school, but are ignoring the the you know, Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden and and Hunter Biden and can't wait to indict, reindict, reindict against Donald Trump.
You know, people say, Sean, stop with the whataboutism.
Well, you know what?
What about ism is extremely important because that's about equal protection under the law.
That's about selective prosecution.
So what about you great minds think alike?
I've been saying what aboutism is about equal justice and equal application of our laws.
Plain and simple, Judge.
Right.
You're absolutely right, Sean, and the left is like, no, that's not right.
But we are.
We are so far from that shining city on the hill, and I am petrified.
That's why rope climbs against America.
That's why I'm concerned about this country.
I'm concerned about Blinken and China and Taiwan, and now we've got Comer telling us there's up to what, 10, 30 million dollars for nationals giving the Biden family money.
If anyone has ever been concerned about whether or not we're still a republic, you just have to look at this family.
And it makes sense, Sean.
How the heck does a guy who never did anything exceptional in almost a half a century in Washington rise to the highest level of power?
I mean, it's pretty clear how we did it.
And so I I I brought up the issue because you're you're right about Comer's now saying thirty million dollars that this family made in foreign business deals.
Uh the more we learn about the investigation, the deeper it gets, you know, nobody's being cooperative, but they finally did get a hold of the suspicious activity reports.
Uh they finally got a look at the 1023 form.
Uh they finally have been able to track down a number of uh bank accounts, LLCs, not genuine businesses, but mu uh apparently show companies that were just used to transfer money and then move it from here to there to everywhere, and then eventually ending up in some Biden family members, you know, bank account or pocket, uh, including grandchildren.
Comer's identified nine Biden family members that have benefited from these foreign business deals.
But let's go back to Ukraine and what we know.
And I brought this up with James Comer last night on Hannity, and that is we know Joe Biden bragged about leveraging a billion taxpayer dollars to get a prosecutor in Ukraine fired within six hours, son of a bee, they fired him, uh, and Hunter continued to get paid an obscene amount of money for work that he admitted on Good Morning America he had no experience in.
Now you tell me, Judge, what do you call that?
Is that called uh influence pedaling?
Is that called bribery?
Tell me what that's called that her a vice president uses that power so his son can get paid that massive amount of money.
That is selling America to foreign nationals.
That is using the energy of this country and the point man overseeing energy to take a bribe to to create energy uh and create policy, I should say, that works for that foreign national.
Because they knew at the time that with Barisma under investigation, they would not be able to get the access that they needed in the United States if they were under indictment or under investigation, meaning barisma.
Now, you know, hopefully, and now we understand why Christopher Ray, the head of the FBI, was so slow in releasing that 1023 to the point where he almost suffered the contempt of Congress uh and it wasn't even a classified document, because in that 1023 we find out not only is there uh is there allegations of that pay-to-play corruption organized criminal enterprise, but that this guy has actual recordings and it makes sense.
Why would a guy in the Ukraine give millions to the Bidens for in exchange for their directing an energy policy in the United States without having his own insurance policy, aka uh an audio tape of the conversation?
And you know, the amazing part is, and what I loved about it, you want a little humor, is that you know, they said, well, just talk to Hunter, and he said, No, Hunter's too dumb.
They had to talk to Joe.
Amazing.
And you know what?
I'd love to get those 17 recordings, and I think the country needs to see them.
We also need a full accounting judge, and uh I may be the only one, and you I'm I'm sure you probably have said it on your own.
I just have not heard you say it.
I want a full accounting.
How much money, total money in business dealings, did the Biden family or the Biden syndicate do with Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and according to James Comer, a dozen other countries.
How much of the money was net profit to the family?
I'd like to know the answer to that too, Judge.
Well, I want to know not only what net profit was, but I want to know, you know, how many different banks, you know, there's something called consciousness of guilt.
How many different pays did they need to cover up their scheme and their plan?
Look, the fact that Joe Biden started this whole thing out, Sean, by saying, I don't know anything about my son's overseas business.
I mean, right there and then, a prosecutor, my antennas went up.
We've got this guy with it, we've got the Chinese sending over their spy craft.
The administration knew about it.
They didn't do anything about it until the Chinese had finished their work.
Until until they hovered over our intercontinental ballistic business.
You don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure this stuff out.
It is obscene.
It is it is all right.
Then let me ask you, let me get put your judge hat on, your legal mind uh focused on this question.
And the question is simple.
So, okay, they indict him in New York, flimsy charges.
You got a 37-paid stacked indictment, 31 basically of the same charge down in Miami.
Okay, now they're even threatening to go after him in New Jersey in Bedminster, uh, on top of a Washington, D.C. January six case on top of Fulton County, Georgia, and and a case down there.
What is the strategy?
Because if you listen to Democrats, they will tell you, oh, Trump is probably the easiest to beat.
Well, it seems like they're doing everything in their power to make sure he's not the nominee to me.
That doesn't make sense.
No, it's loud and clear.
The message from the left is we are so afraid of Trump.
We've got to do everything we can to prevent him from running for president.
And you know, they they picked on the wrong guy.
They thought that he would cower under his desk like just about every other man in this country and every other politician in this country.
But I think Donald Trump feeds off of that kind of hate.
Donald Trump uses that to to force his own energy and they are so afraid of him.
Why not just let the man run for office and if America doesn't want him then that's the end of it.
But they are so petrified.
They are so hateful.
They are so vengeful.
Look they But it but isn't there going to be a percentage of the country that says oh gosh this man has been indicted four or five times and he's got all these trials coming up I don't know I mean maybe we're better off with the guy that doesn't know what day of the week it is.
Well you know what then those people who think that way are people who recognize that uh as bad as Joe Biden is you know the it's worth letting the country die for their political ideology.
This is all about ideology.
It's about tribalism, Sean I want my tribe to win.
I don't care America, you know, the hell damn the torpedoes let America die.
And for some reason they don't care.
But your average American your red blooded American is not into this tribalism and this leftist progressive regressive Marxist socialist ideology.
It can only take us all down.
But for some reason they hate him and you know what it's to their detriment.
Well then what's it's also to the detriment of the country because uh four more years of this judge I don't know if we can survive it.
We can't.
We can't survive it.
But you know what?
This is the America last crowd.
Sean, you know that.
Since Biden came in, it's America last.
What is one of the first things they did when Biden came into office?
He and that genius Secretary of State Blinken, who can't figure out how the hell to get out of Afghanistan, they go to the U.N. and they say, tell us how racist we are.
Tell us how racist the United States is.
And then China shows up and says, you're racist.
You know, don't you dare talk to us about the Uyghurs or the concentration camps that we have.
You people are racist, admitted racist.
racist.
Look this is the America last crowd I don't know what they thought that they're taking care of themselves but whether it's an individual like Corey Bush who uses her campaign money to protect herself while telling everyone else we're defunding the police so you're on your own but I'm protected or whether it's the Bidens who say we've got what we need you know to survive and the rest of you to hell to hell with you.
This is a critical point in American history and I'm not saying that I've lived a long time Sean I am no spring chicken and I can tell you you're like fourteen years younger than me so knock it off.
Yeah yeah don't I wish I'm probably that many years older.
But the truth is that we're in trouble.
I worry for my grandchildren.
The reason we have all these executives who are so woke in these corporations who are given to BLM while BLM doesn't do a damn thing for the kids in the inner city doesn't do a damn thing for the uh victims of black on black crime is because they've already been uh a brainwashed with this with this uh indoctrination in the school you know we're almost at the point where we can't turn around quick break more with my friend colleague judge Janine Pierrot new book is out bookstores around the country Amazon.com.com
all right 25 to the top of the hour this Friday 800 nine four one Sean our number if you want to be a part of the program want to remind you about our relationship with preborn.com slash Sean that's S E A M. Uh let me tell you something there was a young mom heard a pre-born ed and the lives of her family changed dramatically as she was keeping her pregnancy a secret from her parents she made an abortion clinic appointment and days before the appointment she hears a pre-born ad on the radio and
hears that you know you can hear the baby's heartbeat you know, days after conception and and hears that, you know, when the baby progresses, you can see facial features and fingers and toes, etc.
Anyway, she seemed to want to still follow through with the abortion, goes to the abortion clinic, but she couldn't get the message of pre-born out of her mind.
She calls her mom, tells her mom she's pregnant, I and that she has an appointment right now for an abortion, but then says, Mom, I can't do it.
Please come get me.
Well, this is what pre-born does on average 200 times a day, and they only do it because of the generosity of the pro-life community, those that believe in the sanctity of life, and all of the ultrasounds that pre-born offers, expecting moms are free.
They're totally free.
They use the science of ultrasound, and it's convincing, expecting moms to keep their babies.
And they also help in other ways with counseling and baby formula and diapers, etc.
etc.
Anyway, uh they they don't get a penny like Planned Parenthood does.
They they rely totally on your generosity, dial pound two fifty, say the keyword baby, pound two fifty, keyword baby, you can donate that way, or just go to their website, preborn.com slash Sean.
That's S E A N. I recently bought them two ultrasound machines for two of their clinics that desperately needed it, and I'm glad I did.
Uh, you'll feel good about it, I promise you.
Anyway, uh joining us now, Alec Lace is with us.
He's the podcast of the first class fatherhood is the name of the podcast, here to talk about not only his show where he covers tough topics, you know.
It's by the way, it's a toughest job in the world being a parent these days, I think most of you know.
Um, I'm kind of glad that I got my kids through grade school, high school, and and college, uh, not really going through the woke radicalism that kids are facing today.
Um, but that didn't mean they got through scot-free.
I remember having a uh a battle with my son, I think it was fifth or sixth grade science teach science teacher who wanted to show the class, you know, Al Gore's Earth for the Unbalanced.
And I'm like, no, my son's not gonna be there that day.
Let me know what day that'll be taking place, and I know you're not gonna punish him with his grade.
I know you'd never do that.
Uh Linda, was that clear enough what I was saying?
I think we've always been very clear about it with your children.
Absolutely.
Right.
Okay.
Not a lot of ambiguity.
You know, but you know, recently when my daughter was in college, she's like mentioning to me, uh, dad, you're never gonna guess what we're learning today, and your eyes roll.
Now, I foolishly uh believe that, oh, once you raise your kids and they're out of college, you're finished, your job's over.
Linda, don't ever think that way.
It never ends.
The worry never goes away, ever.
Anyway, Alec Lace is with us.
Uh, he probably knows way more than this than I do.
I'm just an amateur.
How are you, sir?
Well, Sean, it's a pleasure to talk to you again, and uh happy Father's Day to you.
But unlike you, my oldest will be a senior in high school.
I have four kids.
My youngest will be in the fourth grade, so I'm not out of the woods yet.
And this is one of the reasons why, you know, after interviewing over 700 dads, yourself included on first class fatherhood, I launched a new show, the Alec Lay Show, in which I really dive into this.
I think the parents are really the underdog in America today of the first guest I had on the Alec Lay Show was Judge Janine Piero.
And so I'm opening up these conversations because what's going on in our country right now is is an attack on parenthood.
There's a real big real big push to separate kids from their parents, and it's got to come to an end, and I can't keep my mouth shut about it no more.
Did you hear about this bill?
We talked about it on TV last night and earlier in the week on this show, uh, out in California, where the state assembly passed a bill, we'll see what the Senate does, we'll see what Newsom does.
That if that if there is a divorce and it involves a child that considers himself, herself transgender, um, that the gender-affirming parent will have more rights in terms of getting custody of that child if there's a parent that does not believe what the state believes.
We have Scott Wilkes, by the way, Republican California lawmaker, urging parents to flee the state over this bill enforcing children's gender transition.
Listen to this.
If you love your children, you need to flee California.
You need to flee.
We are moving towards the pathway the hands made tale.
California's becoming the new Juilead, and it it just breaks my heart.
I'm born and raised in this state.
I love the state.
I'm not gonna stay in this state because it's just too oppressive.
And I believe in freedom, and so I'm gonna move to America when I leave the legislature.
Did you hear about that one?
Yeah, I saw you talking about it on Fox last night.
And I'll tell you right now, Sean, this is going to lead to a national movement where if the parent doesn't affirm their child's gender, it's considered child abuse, and they're going to take the kid away from that parent.
And we already did the family court system in this country is already a disaster.
It's so tilted against fathers from the beginning.
But now you're going to have this new part of this where now if you don't affirm your kids uh make-believe, then you're going to be uh you're gonna lose custody of your children.
And this is just a small bill that's happening out in California, but I'm telling you, this is what they're trying to push nationwide.
We're gonna see this at the national level.
They're gonna call it child abuse if you're not playing along with the game.
Well, I mean, to me, that is just outrageous.
And then this goes to the heart of you know, Joe Biden's comments, you know, um, and you know, he condemns state legislators that are saying that they that schools ought to be teaching age appropriate material.
Now, first of all, schools are failing in their basic fundamental mission, which is to teach kids to read, write, do math, science, learn some history, and also learn computers.
So, you know, I would say focus on that first.
Uh maybe focus on a general golden rule.
I know you you can't mention God, but you can, you know, mention everything, gender identity and LGBTQ, and you can indoctrinate kids into you know what what teachers believe, not what their parents want to instill in terms of values in their children.
You know, so we're we're now in in a very different phase in terms of where we are, but they can't do their basic fundamental job here, and why are they why why did they think they have the right to indoctrinate our children into their thinking?
Well, you have to remember something, Sean.
You heard the president, I heard you say it too.
Uh Joe Biden says there's no such thing as somebody else's child.
These are our kids.
The press secretary backs that up, saying these are our kids.
The secretary No, they're not our kids, your kids.
They're my kids.
They're not your kids.
They're mine.
Exactly.
But if you're gonna push this ideology, you have to you have to use this con You know who else said that, Sean?
Adolf Hitler.
You know who else said it?
Joseph Stalin.
This is a communist play, uh, this is a push to separate the parents and their kids.
And if you're gonna push this stuff on them, you have to get the parents out of the conversation.
You heard the Secretary of Education say teachers know what's better for the kids than their parents do, and it's absolutely ridiculous.
We we have to fight now for parental rights.
They're trying to remove the parental authority.
Kids do not belong to the government, they don't belong to the state or the school system.
They belong to the parents as a blessing from God, and we have got to make that make sure that they know that.
You know, the sad thing is, especially when you're dealing and and uh if you go back just a few years ago, we weren't really dealing with issues involving transgender and indoctrinating kids.
This is fairly new material, relatively new.
This is not something I've talked about, you know, for the 33, four or five years I've been on air.
This this is this is relatively new, and it's come on with a vengeance.
Why?
And where did it come from?
Well, i i it's coming from this the Marxist ideology.
This is a 10-year message.
If you go back ten years ago, you can hear that woman on MSNBC saying this same thing.
We have to remember that kids don't belong to their parents, they belong to the whole community.
And this is something that's been coming subtly, but now it's right in our face.
And isn't it interesting for the press secretary that transgender that got naked at the White House was inappropriate and it was disgusting behavior, yet she wants that that same transgender in the locker room with your daughter?
And if it's not good enough in the White House, why in the world is it supposed to be good enough for my daughter's locker room?
And I'm sick and tired of it.
Then when Governor DeSantis makes the rule and the law that says, hey, you can't bring kids to these perverted performances at these parades, they call him a trans, he's committing transgenocide.
But the White House, Karine's speaking out of both sides of her mouth.
She says, Oh, we we're not gonna invite them back to the White House.
Well, why do you think I want to bring my kids to this stuff?
So it's good enough for them again, but not good enough for you.
Well, I mean, now you have uh trans people just getting naked on the South Lawn of the White House.
You have a problem with that, Alec?
Is that what you're telling me?
Yeah, I have a problem with it, and so does the press secretary.
It's not good enough for her.
She denounced it.
But if I denounce it and I say I don't want these men that are pretending to be women playing sports against my daughter and using the same locker room, I'm committing transgenocide by doing that.
But we're but she speaks out of both sides of her mouth, and I'm sick and tired of it.

The final hour of the Sean Hannity show is up next.
Hang on for Sean's conservative solutions.
All right, as we continue, Alec Lace is with us.
His podcast, First Class Fatherhood, uh, which I've been a guest on.
You know, I it just seems to now be inundating every aspect of society.
Every time I turn around, I'm I'm getting hit with this left and right and sideways, and I could only imagine you have younger kids.
I don't have younger kids, so I can talk to my kids straight up and tell them exactly how I feel and and know that they're not going to be back in a classroom indoctrinated and to a value system that is contrary to my views.
And and what I tell them is nobody else's business.
Now, as far as adults go, Alec, I'm pretty libertarian.
If that's your that's your choice as an adult, I'm not gonna I I will not empower the government to stop you.
That is not my role.
That's not the government's role.
You're an adult, you live in a free country, make your choices and live with with live with the choice that you make.
These are life-altering choices.
But when you bring kids into it, now you're talking about people that are way too young to be discussing life-changing, life-altering decisions like this and talking about life-altering surgeries like this and taking hormones that God only knows what the long-term impact will eventually be.
We haven't done scientific studies or tests.
You know, all of a sudden, you know, science isn't all important uh anymore uh in regards to these issues.
You know, follow the science is not the mantra when it comes to this.
Yeah, and Sean, you got to remember too, they're they're using a language that this is gender affirming care, this is health care, when really it's castration, mutilation, and sterilization.
When Lorraine when Lorena Bobbitt did this to John Wayne, Bob, but we didn't call it gender affirming care, but that's exactly what this is.
And you're seeing the students now, the kids are actually that's a comparable example.
Let me be let's be fair here.
I think when you when you talk about people that think that children should have the right without parental consent to go through these life-altering uh life-changing surgeries and treatments, you are doing that child a disservice.
There are times in life that as a parent, you have to tell your child, no, you can't drink.
You're 12 years old.
No, you can't smoke cigarettes.
Sorry, not gonna happen on my watch.
Drugs will kill you.
End of sentence.
It's never gonna work out well for you.
I mean, but and and in this case, though, every exception is made to the rule.
Yeah, well, I'm here in the communist state of New Jersey, and in the school system here, they're not even required to tell parents when their children are using different pronouns or their children are coming out as transgender.
They're keeping that a secret from the parents.
So they don't even want you to know about it, so you don't even have a say in the matter.
And they're making this so that kids can go and get these gender-affirming uh surgeries without their parents' consent.
That's where it's coming to.
And you see kids.
Is that is that legal in New Jersey?
No, that's not legal in New Jersey.
That's that's what's coming, though, because if you start keeping secrets from the parents, that's what it's going to lead to.
Well, that that is a big part of it.
I mean, and you even have teachers telling kids not to tell their parents.
You know, what we I when I think of the audacity, the the idea that some teacher with some ideology has a right to literally indoctrinate a captive audience of children without parental consent and circumvent the values that they believe in in in all their heart.
Um that is so wrong and outrageous to me.
I can't even I can't even muster up the amount of rage and anger I feel about it.
And and you're not the only parent that feels that way.
Back in 2018 here in New Jersey, they passed a guidance that made it that had the teachers did not have to tell their children.
And we see children in Burlington, Massachusetts, the middle schoolers, they stood up and protested against the Pride Spirit Day because that same school skipped over Memorial Day so conveniently.
They skipped over Memorial Day.
They had a Pride Spirit event, and the middle school kids said, you know what, we ain't having it.
So they showed up dressed up in red, white, and blue, chanting our pronouns are USA.
So even the kids are getting sick and tired of getting this stuff slammed down their throats.
Well, um I'm telling you that this is not good for our children, and the sad part is in the whole time that they're spending on all of these issues, it takes time away from the fundamentals, which is why we spend more per capita on per child on education with the worst worst results of any other country in the industrialized world.
I mean, it is un unbelievable to me.
Uh anyway, we really appreciate you being with us, Alec Lace.
Uh, thanks for joining us, sir.
Sean, always a pleasure to talk to you.
Have a happy Father's Day.
You too.
800, 941.
Am I allowed to be a father anymore, Linda?
I guess I am, right?
Do you identify as a father?
Okay.
I mean, if you have children that are coming to you and asking for your money and not giving any of it back and sleeping under your roof, I think you can identify as a father.
I think you're allowed to is that what we reduce it to?
Does it all come down to the mighty dollar?
Do you have an almighty dollar?
Very ugly tie coming your way on Sunday.
You are definitely a dad.
No, they they let me tell you something.
They gave up on trying to buy dad gifts.
They read balls with your initials on the city.
No, they just gave up.
It's over, right?
I'm such a good idea.
I'd say if I would give them a perfect gift for you.
The perfect gift.
Which is gift cards to all of your favorite restaurants as you travel around the country during an election year.
So like in and out, across the case.
But the problem is I don't want them to waste their money on me.
I know, but they have to give you something it's Father's Day.
So my daughter has a summer job, and she's loving making money.
