At Hour Two, Sean Hannity Show, toll-free.
It's 800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
So I've I've I played in the last hour and I'm standing by it.
Um the amazing part of the investigation of the House Oversight Committee is is now focused in a very specific question by what the FBI believed was a very credible source of intelligence, and that is a source that they paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to.
And uh the allegation is very simple.
That the Biden family, that Joe is vice president, took uh specific actions in his role as vice president in exchange for money that went to the family.
In this case, five million to him, five million to Hunter.
Now, do I can I can I verify that?
I can't, except that's what Charles Grassley has said, and we've now played that for you the last couple of days.
I won't play it for you again.
And in the last hour, I reminded you of Joe Biden bragging at the Council of Foreign Relations that you know I I went to Ukraine, I told Ukraine you're not getting the billion dollars.
You're not getting the billion dollars unless you fire that prosecutor.
Uh and uh you got six hours to do it.
You don't believe me?
Call Obama, ask him if I have the authority to do this.
And okay, so what happened?
The prosecutor, son of a bee, Joe says, loves to brag, got fired.
Okay, now the question is, well, well, what happened after that?
Well, Barisma continued to pay zero experience.
Hunter, how do we know he has zero experience?
He said so.
On Good Morning America.
Do you have any experience in energy?
No.
Oil, gas, coal, no.
Ukraine, no.
So what's Hunter getting all this money for from Ukraine?
What what do they what are they expecting in exchange for this?
Now, my question here is if the allegation of in this 1023 form, and again, this talk of 17 tapes existing uh with a Barisma executive who held on to them for quote insurance purposes, and 15 are of Hunter Biden and this executive, and and two more with the vice president himself.
Okay, let's just assume what is being reported and suspected here by Comer and Grassley is true, and that Joe did perform specific acts.
Tell me what part of him demanding the firing of a prosecutor by leveraging a billion dollars is not in and of itself, so his son can continue to get paid.
Uh, some definition, at least where I grew up, of a quid pro quo, or if you want to use a legal term, is that bribery?
Now, we have other tapes.
It goes a step further.
Now, James Comey, uh, Jason Chaffetz, I believe, was chairing at the time, he's gonna join us in a second.
He admitted that Hillary instructed Jake Sullivan to remove classified markings to fax that classified document.
And, you know, James Comey testified that ten people had access to Hillary's servers, and they also believed that foreign Entities and hostile regimes had access to it, and Hillary's lawyers went through the emails.
None of them had any security clearance.
So the question is, it's not about whataboutism, it's about equal justice, equal application of our law.
But as we try to now get to the point, you know, did Joe Biden actually do this?
You know, uh during the whole Trump Ukrainian impeachment farce.
Because it was based on Donald Trump saying to the new president Zelensky, are you going to be like your predecessors if I give you this money, or are you going to be good stewards of the American taxpayers' money, which I think was a responsible thing to be requesting and demanding, actually?
Anyway, uh Jason Chafitz uh joins us right now.
He's the author of the brand new book.
It's in bookstores all around the country, Amazon.com, Hannity.com.
It's called the Puppeteers, the people who control the people who control America.
Uh, sir, welcome back to the program.
Thanks, Sean.
Glad to be with you.
Okay, so you know the tape.
I played it in the last hour.
I played it many times.
Joe Biden bragging.
He leveraged one billion taxpayer dollars to get a prosecutor in Ukraine fired.
He gave them six hours to do it.
They ended up doing it because uh even the prosecutor himself said it was because Joe Biden demanded it.
His name uh is Victor Shoken, and uh and Hunter continues to get paid.
Does that sound like bribery to you, or am I way off base?
No, it sounds like enriching the the the Biden family that that was never disclosed at the time.
Why would the vice president of the United States traveling uh as he was why would he demand this?
Well, what's in the interest of the best interest of the United States of America?
It was the best interest of the Biden family.
That's that's what's coming to light.
That's that's what's fundamentally wrong about it.
But yeah, you're right.
Even without those audio tapes, we hear him talking about this.
Those audio tapes, I've got to say it.
I was chairman of the oversight committee.
Senator Grassley is one of the best.
He's the most seasoned, and there's a reason why he went to the floor and actually talked about this.
They're there.
We, you know, Joe Biden was given an opportunity to deny or comment on these recordings, and he just turned and laughed and smiled.
He could have said no.
But I I it just begs the the question that are they there?
I think they're there.
All right, you mean the 17 tapes you believe are there?
Yeah.
Well, I talked to sources this morning that say they know exactly where they are, and I'm I'm I've got to believe that James Colmer is in making every effort imaginable to get to get the copies of those tapes.
But when a vice president demands the firing of a prosecutor who we later learned was investigating his son and the company that was paying him a fortune, even though he admits he has no experience, uh it sounds like the very definition of it.
Now, during the Ukrainian impeachment of Donald Trump, nobody seemed to care as I played this over and over and over again.
I'm like, guys, what about this quote quid pro quo?
Nobody in the media cared, no Democrat cared, and you know, all the sanctimony in in Congress about Donald Trump.
What was Donald Trump asking for in that call with Zelensky?
He was asking for him to be a good steward of our money and not be corrupt like his predecessor, Porenchenko.
So I'm what I'm trying to get to the bottom of here is whether or not, you know, why is that not enough to begin an investigation by the FBI?
Why didn't the why at this time when you're impeaching one president and you got this guy's admitting all of this and his son admitting he's getting paid, and his son admitting he has no experience.
I that to me is the very definition of of what it means to sell influence.
Totally agree with you, Sean.
The other thing that I think is going to be important with as James Comer moves forward is following the money, not just the monthly or annual compensation that that Hunter Biden was getting, but all these suspicious activity reports, the banking record, those are all in the purview of James Comer.
He has more than enough enough authority.
Now, your subpoena is only as good as your ability to enforce it, but the Department of Justice has to back up uh James Comer in in his effort as chairman to get to the bottom of those records.
And when he issues those subpoenas, he ought to be um issuing a subpoena for the bank record.
Remember that we Also know from the laptop and whatnot that Joe Biden via Hunter, Hunter purchased a burner phone, if you will, a phone that we know Joe Biden was using on a regular basis there at the White House at or at the uh vice president's residence to bypass some of the traditional routes.
Those records, Sean, need to be subpoenaed by the committee.
They have to be out there.
Where was Joe Biden calling?
Even Hunter Biden complained at one point, hey, when is dad or Joe Biden going to be actually paying for his own phone?
Those records I think would also be illuminating.
Well, also we know the incriminating information on Hunter's laptop about his own father, complaining he pays half his income to quote Pops, complaining about paying for Pops home repairs.
Uh we have now numerous references to the big guy and uh clarification in the case of Bob Olinski that in fact the big guy was Joe Biden himself.
So the big guy had his money, his share put aside.
Now, Joe Biden said the other day, well, show me the money.
Okay.
I I can I can't show you the money.
I mean, that is a good question.
Where you know, if in fact this money came to the Biden family, I want to know where it went.
Now, Comer, so far, you're right.
He had to fight to get those suspicious activity reports.
He had to r fight to get uh to see from the FBI the 1023 form.
Uh I assume he's fighting now to get the tapes where whoever's possession they may be in at this moment, I've got to believe they exist.
And and it's and it's been an uphill battle the whole way because Director Ray is basically playing in, you know, special pleader, uh defense attorney for all things Biden.
And what we also heard from people that reviewed the documents is as is uh Chairman Comer has talked about, there were footnotes of other 1023s or other documents that illuminated those too are things that they need to go through.
Remember, this all this this uh credible witness who the the FBI was paying uh you know hundred plus thousands of do dollars to, th this came out years before any of us ever heard about barisma and all these other things.
I mean, this has credibility in terms of its timing too, but the idea that there are previous documents on top of that, that is also should be right in the focus of where they're they're spending their time.
All right, so now the question is if you're James Comer, where do you where do you go next?
And you know, I don't know.
I mean, after everything that's happened, and you know, now that we know from the from the Durham report, which we had a good indication from Michael Horritz's uh Inspector General report, but now that we know that Operation Crossfire Hurricane never ever should have been open, but it was.
Now that we know that the FBI gives special treatment to Hillary that they didn't provide to Donald Trump, then we know that the FBI in 2020, they they got involved again in a presidential election.
Uh they had Hunter's laptop in December of 2019.
Uh and yet by the fall of 2020 in the lead up to the 2020 election, they're meeting weekly with big tech companies warning them they may be victims of a misinformation campaign from a foreign entity, and it may be about Joe, and it may be about Hunter Biden, and that was the Missouri case that revealed that part of it with the site of an uh the integrity site head at Twitter at the time, Yoel Roth.
Yeah, it's so incestuous, it's so repetitive.
Uh they have to continue to go after these people.
We're gonna need a new president to blow these people out of the water and get rid of them and um do some serious investigations.
We can't do what Attorney General Sessions did, which is Well, how did James Comey get away if if they knew for sure there wasn't one single thing in that dossier that they were able to prove, according to Durham?
But yet it became the basis of four Pfizer warrants, three of which were signed by James Comey.
How does James Comey get away with lying to a Pfizer court time after time after time?
How does that happen?
Because I doubt Sean Hannity or Jason Chaffetz would get away with that.
No, uh, this is where it goes to uh Chief Justice Roberts of the Supreme Court.
They are ultimately responsible for the FISA court.
How is it that somebody can forge documents, present them to the to the court, and nothing happened?
There's no repercussion whatsoever.
I mean, we've heard stories about judges throwing people in jail for a whole lot less than that.
They didn't even have to say sorry about it.
They the the guy who Kevin Kleinsmith who pled out he didn't even lose his law license for goodness sake, Sean.
There you forged a document to change an election and at the highest levels to go through these years of investigation, and that's the sentence that he got in a plea bargain.
I mean, he was negotiating with his own boxes.
Yeah.
It's unbelievable.
It really is.
Quick break more with Jason Chafitz is with us.
His new book, by the way, in bookstores around the country.
It's called The Puppeteers, the People Who Control, the People Who Control America.
Also on Amazon.com, Hannity.com.
I would continue with Jason Chaffetz is with us.
Don't forget his new book is out.
It's called The Puppeteers, the people who control the people who control America, bookstores around the country, Amazon.com, Hannity.com.
Well, let me go to your questioning of Comey.
And um, you know, you actually had Comey admit that Hillary instructed Jake Sullivan to rem remove the classified markings so she could fax a classified document.
Comey even admitted that, just like he admitted that she had top secret classified information on the 30,000 emails.
And then you got Comey to testify that ten people had access to her servers, uh, but we also believe that foreign entities had access to that server, don't we?
Oh, yeah.
Uh look, is it you tell me every intelligence agency on the planet is going to be targeting the Secretary of State and trying to figure out what she's doing, what she's thinking, what intelligences she's seeing, and stuff that she had traversing across her uh the airways there uh through her her home setup computer, which did not have the proper security protocols in place.
You're telling me that they did that the Chinese, the Russians, the others that are spying on us, didn't go find that information, really, and that there was no intent.
She set up this server on the same day she started her Senate confirmation.
I'm sure that was a coincidence, Director Comey.
Uh this is it's created such vulnerability.
These documents were so sensitive that even me, as the chairman of the oversight committee with a pretty high security clearance, could not review them.
They they told me that if people saw these people could be killed.
That's why they wouldn't allow me to see it, and yet she let it just happen and empowered people who had no security clearances to deal with those.
Wow.
Unb unbelievable.
Anyway, uh, you know, I mean, you really get into the the depths here and really understand this because you were there at the time.
Uh again, Jason Chafitz's new book is out.
It's called The Puppeteers, the people that control the people that control America.
Well, it's certainly not Joe Biden controlling America.
That part I can tell you today.
Um anyway, Jason, great to have you.
Thank you, sir.
Thank you.
800 nine four one Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Um also coming up later, uh, we'll be checking in with Pam Bondy on this issue of a two-tier justice system.
Senator Marco Rubio joins us today as well.
800-941 Sean, our number.
We'll get to your call straight ahead.
Be sure to check in as soon as you get to your car after work for breaking information you need to know about.
This is the Sean Hannity Show.
All right, 25 now to the top of the hour, 800 nine four one Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, want to stay with our theme today.
I want to get Pam Bondi's take on, you know, now that they're looking into the potential bribery charges and allegations on this 1023 form.
Uh, what about the low-hanging fruit of Joe Biden admitting leveraging our tax dollars in exchange for the firing of a prosecutor uh and his son getting paid as a result of his actions.
Well, what do you call that?
I want to first remind you, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, they have been supporting America's heroes and their families since 9-11, 2001, like Franklin, Tennessee police officer Jeffrey Carson and his family.
Now, Officer Carson left his successful country music career behind.
He wanted to serve his community.
He spent 14 years with the Franklin Police Department before he suffered sadly a fatal heart attack in the line of duty.
That was in 2022.
And within weeks, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation met with Officer Carson's wife and son to let them know that they never will have to worry about their mortgage again.
Now, this is what the Tunnel to Towers Foundation does.
When a first responder dies in the line of duty, leaves young families behind, Tunnel to Towers is there to take care of them in whatever ways they need.
The foundation has now helped hundreds of first responder families all across the country by removing that burden of a mortgage, thanks to your financial support.
They can't do it without you.
And it's they're asking all of us to commit.
We hope you'll join Team Hannity and committing to eleven dollars a month.
You can go to their website, the letter T, the number two, the letter T dot org, the letter T, the number two, the letter T dot org.
All right, before we bring in Pam Bondi, former Florida Attorney General, let me just go back.
This is Joe Biden bragging about the actions he took as vice president with Ukraine.
I said, I'm not gonna remember we're not gonna give you the billion dollars.
I said, You have no authority.
You're not the president.
The president said I said call him.
I said, I'm telling you, you're not getting a billion dollars.
I said, You're not getting a billion.
I'm gonna be leaving here, and I think it was what six hours.
I looked at me even six hours.
If the prosecutor's not fired, you're not getting the money.
Oh, son of a b got fired.
He got fired.
And and Hunter's problem went away.
And Barisma's problem went away.
And the investigation stopped.
And who benefited from this?
Hunter Biden.
Now, I'm sure he had a a ton of experience, as we've been discussing, in oil, energy, gas, coal, br uh Ukraine.
Well, actually, it turns out no.
Listen.
When he said, I hope you know what you're doing, what did he think you were doing?
Well, he read the press reports that I joined the board of Barisma, which was a Ukrainian natural gas company.
And there's been a a a lot of misinformation about me, not about my dad.
Nobody buys that, but it buys this idea that I was unqualified to be on the board.
What were your qualifications to be on the board of Barisma?
Well, I was vice chairman of the board of Amtrak for five years.
Amtrak.
I was chairman of the board of the UN World Food Programming.
Uh lawyers.
One of the most prestigious law firms in the world.
You didn't have any extensive knowledge about natural gas or Ukraine itself, though.
Uh no, but I think I had as much knowledge as anybody else that was on the board.
Uh if not more.
I I I had no experience.
And then actually it goes further.
Well, why do you think they were paying you all this money?
Why?
In the list that you gave me of the reasons why you're on that board, you did not list the fact that you were the son of the city.
Of course it is.
Yeah.
No.
What role do you think that played?
I think that it is impossible for me to be on any of the boards that I just mentioned without saying that I'm the son of the vice president of the United States.
You were paid fifty thousand dollars a month for your position?
Look, I'm a private citizen.
One thing that I don't have to do is open my kimono as it relates to how much money I make or make or did or didn't.
But it's all been reported.
If your last name wasn't Biden, do you think he would have been asked to be on the board of Barisma?
I don't know.
Probably not.
I don't think that there's a lot of things that would have happened in my life that uh that if my last name wasn't Biden.
Uh, you think?
Unbelievable.
Anyway, joining us now, former Florida Attorney General friend Pam Bondi is back.
How are you, Pam?
Hey, Sean, great to talk to you today.
Can you believe we're still talking about this and Hunter Biden and Barisma?
Well, what I can't believe is, and I brought this up all during the what I believe was a sham impeachment of Donald Trump.
Uh if you go back to the conversation he had with President Zelensky, I I heard a president saying, Now you're not going to be like your corrupt predecessor, and we're not we're going to give you money and you're not going to waste it.
Uh, I heard him saying, uh, we expect that you're going to be a responsible steward of our generosity.
Yeah, i and remember, impeachment round one as I call it.
The speech, Sean, that I had to give in front of the U.S. Senate, and you know, everybody was walking on eggshells because it was about Hunter Biden.
I'm the one that had to tell the U.S. Senators what we knew at the time about Hunter Biden and why Donald Trump made the phone call, talked to the President Zelensky about what Joe Biden said about the firing of the prosecutor.
And if if you remember that the point Well, let me ask you a question.
I mean, I guess bribery is a legal term.
Would you say that Joe Biden demanding by leveraging a billion taxpayer dollars, demanding that a prosecutor in Ukraine get fired, or he's going to Withhold that payment, our money, our tax dollars, uh, and you got six hours to do it.
He and son of a bee, they fire the guy, and yet his son is being paid by the company and gets and continues to get paid by the company.
Now that if that's not a quid pro quo, is that legally bribery?
And and Sean, that was President Trump's assertion, and he didn't even use the word bribery when he talked to the then new president Zelensky.
He didn't even use that term.
What did he say?
He said, This troubles me.
Will you look at this?
This troubles me.
And it should have troubled him.
It should trouble every American.
And even more so now that we know so much more.
And you know, when Biden made that infamous statement about, you know, son of a bee, he got fired.
He made it in a small gathering, and someone taped him and played that.
He never thought that thing would be the light of the day around the country.
He was bragging about it.
I mean, that's the you know, typical boastful Joe, and and yet what he seems to be bragging about, uh to me would be the very definition of bribery, but you're the former attorney general.
Would you if you had a case like that, would that be a legitimate charge?
Well, of course it would.
And Sean, that that that's the whole issue.
And it's not just bribery allegations, it's a foreign country.
And it's unbelievable.
And you know, as you said, Hunter Biden, his son had no experience in oil or gas.
He didn't speak the language.
He had never even been there previously to this.
He had no experience in basically anything.
But you know, we had to walk on eggshells.
He was a crack addict at the time, is my understanding.
Is that correct?
He was.
He was a horrible drug addict, horrible drug addict, who's getting millions, and now, of course, we know it's much more than Barisma.
And not only that, the oligarch Volchevsky, who owned Barisma, was flying Hunter Biden and his child around the country to these so-called excuse me, around the world to these exotic places.
His kids were going with him for these um board meetings that he called.
And the reason the oligarch couldn't have the meetings in Ukraine was because he had been banned from the country.
And that's the board that Hunter Biden set on, and that's the board that Joe Biden wanted the prosecutor investigating that board fired from.
And sure enough, he got fired.
I'm beginning to sense that the walls are now closing in very, very tightly on this.
You know, uh, and I know it's been a heavy lift for Republicans uh like James Comer and and Jim Jordan.
I I think both their investigations are in tandem.
Uh Jordan investigating the FBI if it's been politicized, the DOJ weaponized.
I think the answer's clear.
We have a two-tier justice system.
And meanwhile, James Comer is really do digging deep, and he's had a hard time first getting the suspicious activity reports, then getting, you know, director raid uh to even allow him to see the 1023 form, then of course it was redacted.
And meanwhile, Comer had already had a copy.
That's the irony of this.
And just trend the FBI running interference for the Bidens, which means we have a politicized F FBI as well.
So, you know, my question is, you know, if we're going to apply the law equally here, let's just change the names.
Let's say it was Donald Trump that made that that phone c that made that statement that he leveraged the billion dollars, so Don Jr. or Eric Trump could get continue to get paid from this oil giant by getting rid of the prosecutor investigating.
I don't know.
I I think there'd be a very different response in the media and by Democrats.
Of course it wouldn't.
Eric and Don Jr. are qualified to handle boards around the world yet.
They would have never done that while their father was president.
By the way, I know that to be a fact because I've interviewed I I used to go to Trump Tower and interview Donald Trump long before he was even seriously thinking about being president.
And every time I went there, there was Don Jr., there was Eric Trump, there was Ivanka Trump.
Their office is right next to their dads, and and they were doing all these big business deals on a regular basis.
That's exactly right.
They were all working hard.
All three of them all the time.
Yet now they're going after his kids as well.
You know, Sean, don't forget, during that impeachment proceeding against Donald Trump, now we're hearing about the the the 1023, as you said, and all the witnesses and and the potential the tape recordings of Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.
How much did the FBI know while we're sitting there for weeks in front of the Senate defending the sitting president Donald Trump of the United States?
I they they obviously know all of it.
Exactly.
All right, quick break, right back more with former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondy on the other side.
We continue with former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi is with us.
I grew up revering the FBI.
I really did.
My four grandparents all came from Ireland.
My grandfather's brother...
Uh similarly came from Ireland and and his two of his sons became FBI agents.
And I grew up, you know, looking up to them as the the pinnacle in our family of success.
And they made it.
They would they would wow.
Well, they if they showed up, it was like a big deal.
Um it was like, you know, the waves parted, the the Red Sea opened up.
And you know what?
This isn't the same FBI.
And I don't know what the answer is, except that it seems like we either need another church committee and a complete restructuring, because how many more presidential elections is the FBI going to get involved in?
They were involved in 2020 with Comey and FISA and and protecting Hillary, and they were involved in twenty uh twenty with you know, pre-bunking the the Hunter Biden laptop, and here we go again.
Now they're just, you know, heaping one charge after another on Donald Trump.
I'm sure to keep him off balance throughout the entire campaign.
Yeah, and and Sean, you and I always say this, and and we mean it.
There are so many good men and women on the I do mean it, but you know what?
Um I've lost faith in the institution.
Completely.
Well, you have to, because look who's controlling it at the top, and that's what's so frightening.
You know, you we always say is Donald Trump says they're not coming after they're not coming after me.
He says they're coming after you, and I'm standing in the way.
Well, you know what?
They're already here.
They're already here.
And and and these corrupt people at the top, they're they're going after parents, calling them domestic terrorists because they go to a school board meeting and want to protect their kids.
They're going after pro-life families outside abortion clinics.
If you don't like if you don't like the right tweet, they're gonna go after you.
If you watch the wrong YouTube videos, they're gonna go after you.
If you defend someone on a subway, you better watch out now because they're gonna come after you and they're already here.
Who's ever gonna want to def defend innocent people, you know, the elderly or they're in the case of this subway incident and the charging of manslaughter, you know, who's ever gonna want to stand up and protect an old lady or protect a a mother with kids on a subway train when a guy's threatening to kill them?
Go threatening to kill them, and then you will be charged criminally.
Yeah.
It's it's so frightening, Sean, and that's what's so true.
It's you know, at least in in Hillsburg County where I live, we have great law enforcement here.
We have a great prosecutor, but we've been talking about these rogue prosecutors for so long all over the country, and now it's you know, people are seeing what we've been saying because they're charging good people out there.
I want this case against the Marine truly makes me sick more than most in the in the whole country because that guy was just minding his own business, riding the subway, jumped in to help people, and not only that, he gave that guy CPR.
He helped administer CPR, and he was screaming call nine one one.
Let me let me ask you this.
You see what's happening with with pr former President Trump.
Uh you see the charging.
Now now they're threatening, well, maybe he might get a a judge that is gonna be fair in Florida, so we may we may need to heap on more charges in New Jersey uh on top of Alvin Bragg, on top of what I can almost guarantee will happen in Fulton County, Georgia, uh, on top of what Washington DC in January sixth charges come.
You know, what do what do you see is actually going on behind all of this?
Well, as we've said, I mean, Donald Trump is the front runner again.
They've tried to stop him any way they can from being president of the United States again.
And and the part that, you know, now we've got George Soros' son taking over his business.
That's a whole nother conversation, but they're funding all of these progressive candidates.
They're doing everything they can to keep Donald Trump out of office, and he is a disruptor for a reason.
He saved our country.
He brought our country back, and they know he can do it again.
So why they are so against him is anti-American because he is a patriot.
And you know, what they're doing is it's not a promise of what's to come and what they're going to do.
It's a recognition of what is here.
